Storm sat at his desk typing away on his laptop on what looked to be Hell's version of 'Google'; he looked for any results that matched his 'Buzz Lightyear' syndrome diagnosis or anything relating to his dream theory. So far, he can't find anything, he rubbed his nose bridge in frustration.

"Come on, there has to be something,"

But then something caught his eye, it was an article titled, 'The Amnesiac Sinner' curiosity got the better of him and decided to check it out. The article talked about a sinner who lands in hell but doesn't remember anything about their living life or who they were before; it described all of Storm's feelings and behaviors but one part that really stuck out to him was when it said 'a common side of effect of an amnesiac sinner is thinking everything's all a dream and will be waken up soon,'

He nearly had a mini heart attack, this article knew exactly what's he's going through, but did he really have amnesia; no, he can't, if he did why does he remember basic things like, grass being green or you need to food to not feel hungry. He snapped out of his thinking trance with he felt January nudge his pajama legs, she chirped in a loud pathetic manner which translates to 'daddy I'm hungry,'

He chuckled, "Does someone need their nighttime milkies?"

She bounced and chirped excitedly, he got up and made his way kitchen with January leading the way, while he prepared her milk, she kept crying like she hasn't been fed in a long time.

"Alright sweetie, I got your milk,"

Once he picked her up, she stopped, he chuckled,

"Impatient little thing aren't ya?"

She gave a little smile that reads, 'I just know what I want,' if there were awards for dramatic fur babies, January would be the winner.

He chuckled, "Here you go."

Her little paws gripped the bottle and enjoyed her late-night treat. Once she was done, he patted her back until a small burp was herd.

He grinned, "You done?"

She yawned in response and laid against his chest, he kissed her forehead and decided it's time for bed. Once they made it back to their room, they wasted no time getting cozy.

"Good night baby, love you,"

January gave a sleepy chirp and with that they fell asleep into a peaceful slumber, or so we think. Throughout the night Storm kept hearing voices in his head, he tried to sleep them off, but it was no use. The voices were once again the same ones he heard earlier, they kept going back and forth between English and Korean.

Some of the phases were, 'This is pathetic you can do better,' 'I'll give you something to cry about,' but the one that really struck a core was, 'Why did you cut your hair, you look like an ugly boy!' He shot off his pillow, breathing heavily.

"It's okay, we're here and we're safe,"

He gave a worry glance to January hoping he didn't wake her up; nope she's out like a light, the only thing awake was the glowing blue ice crystals on her back. He glanced over to the clock on the side table curious to know what the time is; '4:30 am'

He sighed, "Seriously?"

There's no use trying to get back to sleep, he carefully slipped out of bed as too not to wake his sleepy snow leopard. He put on his sneakers and decided to go for a walk. He tipped toed out of his room and into the hallway, he was careful not to make any noises; the last thing he needs is to get caught. How he's going to explain his situation, he doesn't know, nor does he want to think about it.

Once he made it outside, he sighed with relief,

"Finally,"

Was taking a walk-through Pentagram City in his pajama's a terrible idea; maybe, but right now Storm just needs to clear his head. Besides if any creeps try to mess with him, he'll turn them into popsicles. When he took a stroll into downtown it seemed like a ghost city, with only the occasional on lookers and cars in the streets.

"Okay, what's going on with me, who are these voices and what do they want from me. Do they want me to go crazy, cause I'm almost there."

As he kept walking, he couldn't shake the voices, no matter how hard he tried to ignore them, they wouldn't leave him alone.

I can hear you, but I won't. Some look for trouble, while others don't

There's a thousand reasons I should go about my day, and ignore your whispers which I wish would go away.

"You aren't real, your just some figments of my imagination,"

You're not a voice, you're just a ringing in my ear, and if I heard you, which I don't I'm spoken for I fear

Everyone I ever loved is here within these walls, I'm sorry secret siren but I'm blocking out your calls.

Storm's head was pounding from the voices yelling, why can't they leave him be?

I've had my adventure, I don't need something new, I'm afraid of what I'm risking if I follow you

Into the unknown, into the unknown, into the unknown,

Storm felt a cold tingling sensation in his upper body, he glanced to see his arms engulfed in that same blueish white light from when he was confronted by the shark demon.

What do you want, cause your keeping me awake are you here to distract me so I make a big mistake?

Or are you someone out there who's a little bit like me?

He waved his hand which made snow flurries appear; he raised a brow, maybe they know something he doesn't.

Who knows deep down I'm not where I'm meant to be?

Storm tossed his left arm in the air which released more snow flurries, but to his shock they made three people. A man, a woman and a little girl, however the kid's the same one he's been seeing, only in snow form. He's amazed, what else could he make?

Every day's a little harder as I feel your power grow, don't you know there's part of me that longs to go

Into the unknown, into the unknown, into the unknown

Strom ran into the park he and Angel were yesterday, he formed more snow flurries and their still the same man, woman and kid; who were they? Were they the same people he saw in his dream?

Are you out there?

Do you know me can you feel me?

Can you show me?

If these are the same people from his dream, are they, his family? Is the little girl him before he became who he is now? There's so much Storm has to learn, but how's he going to do that when he doesn't remember his last name?

Where are you going? Don't leave me alone,

How do I follow you;

The snow flurries all formed together and made a large sparkling cloud which exploded into a snow shower.

Into the unknown?!

Once he finished his determined song number along with some sudden realizations, he had to find out who the voices were and the kid he keeps seeing, and why she looks like him.

"Whoever you are, I want to find you, if it's the last thing I do before I wake up; I'll find you,"

End of chapter 17, happy new year! I hope you enjoyed this chapter, looks like Storm's got some soul searching too do, or in this case soulless searching.
