The stable was quiet as usual. Phos and Lux were relaxing in some hay while Pit was sweeping away. The stable was outside of Pit's temple and it was a pretty quiet place in general.

But alas, something was on Pit's mind as he swept away at the leftover hay with his broom. Yes. Something that he's been holding back for a bit now. He stopped sweeping at looked at his pet companions.

"..Do you guys think I have a chance to be with Sora?" He looks at the two lightning unicorns. The grip on his broom tightens.

The two look up at Pit with a bit of a confused look. I mean, he did just blurted that out of nowhere. Lux blinks slowly then lets out a soft neigh. Phos nods in agreement.

"I know I'm great but.." Pit frowns. His hand travels down to his pocket and grabs his phone. Using his thumb to access his phone, he looked at the most recent picture of Sora; which was a picture of him giving a thumbs up and a bright smile.

The angel blushes when he remembered that a motivational message was sent along with the picture. "I don't think I am good enough to be his boyfriend." Pit admitted.

Phos let out an upset neigh, disapproving of what Pit said.

"I know, I know.. but I can't help but feel like he's above me, you know? He's powerful, he can fight thousands of heartless all in one go, he's handsome, he's very cute, and he is so-"

Pit stopped and his face turns a brighter shade of red. A growl rumbled in his chest. His hand was already up to his face when he dropped his broom. His wings turned very fluffy due to his overwhelming, flustered emotions.

"UGH! I can't even think about him without getting my wings all puffy and smiling uncontrollably!" Pit wraps his wings around his body and holds his phone close to his chest. "But I know he would never choose me, so, why am I acting like this?!"

The unicorns rolled their yellow eyes at Pit. Lux slowly got up and walked over to their own. Their snout carefully rubs between Pit's wings, attempting to calm their owner down.

The angel slowly unwraps his wings from his body and looks over at Lux. He turns around, his hand rubbing under Lux's chin. "I don't know what to do, guys. I want to tell him how I feel but I don't want him so grossed out that he'll stop being my friend."

Lux snouts. Disapproving of Pit's response. They neighed softly. Talking to Pit with their grunts and nickers. Pit smiles a little.

"Yeah.. he would understand. He wouldn't push my feelings away without talking to me." Pit bends down and grabs the broom. He stood straight up with a confident smile on his face. "Y-Yeah! Sora might feel the same way about me.. I don't know if he does till I ask!"

Lux neighs a little louder, boosting Pit's confidence even more. Pit chuckles at Lux's excitement.

"Your right, I gotta stop bringing myself down. Me and Sora are equally strong. He's amazing but I can be just as amazing as he is!"

The unicorn started to push Pit to the stable door. The angel let out a small squawk in surprise and held on to Lux's head. They let out another neigh and a happy snort.

"I will! I will go and talk to Sora!" Pit nods. He places the broom by the door and ran out of the stables. His wings grew bigger and started to sparkle; lifting himself into the air. A door appeared in the sky. It opens and Pit flew straight into it, teleporting him to the Smash world.

"As an angel of light, I must stay true to my feelings! I will tell Sora how I truly feel about him!"
