Getting out of a taxi cab, Sonic held the door open for Amy. "I still don't get why we had to take a taxi. I'm the fastest thing alive, I could have gotten here in two minutes instead of thirty."

Handing over some cash to the taxi driver, Amy smiled prior to sliding sideways on the seat, swinging her feet out of the cab and standing up. Digging inside her purse for a moment, she found a small hairbrush and used it to straighten her quills. "Because I'm wearing high heels and I'm not about to walk twenty blocks in them. You need the rest anyway." Slipping the brush through her quills, she tossed them side-to-side in advance of returning the hairbrush to her purse and closing the door to the taxi. "I know you want to run, but after not being yourself for ten days, your body needs to take it easy and not just jump right back into it."

"Oh please…" Sonic rolled his eyes. "I'm the blue blur. Ten days wouldn't take me out of the game."

"Says the guy who showed up on my doorstep at two in the morning, ready to faint." Amy poked his side jokingly.

Grumbling, Sonic walked with her down the sidewalk, passing several restaurants as they did. "Touché."

A quarter of a block from where they were initially dropped off, they came upon the place Amy had made reservations for. It turned out to be one of the places recommended by the news broadcast during their yummiest food of the month segment. Little Franche-Comté; the sole location of super luxurious french cuisine in Station Square. The building itself was gigantic, dwarfing the majority of restaurants on the street. In fact, since it was such a unique venue, it was a massive hangout spot amongst the European tourists from Spagonia or even the local upscale clientele. Because of this, it had enough money to afford its own wine distillery, lounge, art gallery, ballroom and of course, a penthouse restaurant with a gorgeous view of the city. Due to all these amenities in a single structure, it wasn't a surprise that it had a line out the door.

"Here we are!" Amy squealed with glee.

Sonic merely looked on in disbelief. "This is the place? Here?" Shaking his head, he continued "This place is expensive and the wait time must be outrageous! Look at all those people twiddling their thumbs!"

Amy tugged his arm, pulling him toward the entrance of the building. "These people don't have reservations like us. Now, come on. I don't want to be late."

'We wouldn't be late if you had just let me run here.' He thought to himself as she kept tugging him through the doorway, passing the long line of people who were still waiting to get inside.

"I know what you're thinking." Amy cracked wise as she pulled him over to the greeter. "Unless you planned on carrying me bridal style, the taxi was our best shot…" Smirking, she proceeded. "I mean, if you did plan on carrying me that way-…?"

"No way!" He refused.

"See?" She giggled. "So, quite griping."

Approaching the greeter sitting on his stool wearing a clean pressed tuxedo, the two hedgehogs waited for the human to finish serving other customers before he turned in their direction. "Bonjour, la petite madam and sir." He spoke to them in a french accent. "How may I help tu?"

Amy slid her hand down Sonic's arm in advance of entwining her fingers with his. "Hi there! My boyfriend and I have a reservation for the restaurant tonight."

Sonic's face contorted as he displayed an expression of sheer horror.

"Magnifique!" The greeter exclaimed with a big smile. "Tu may use the lift to reach the top floor. Passe une bonne soirée."

The last thing the greeter said was telling them to have a good evening in french. Unfortunately, they didn't understand it, so they merely nodded, smiled and walked past him. Although Sonic didn't necessarily want to, he proceeded to walk toward the elevator with Amy, hand in hand. Thinking about it, he did agree to this. On the other hand, it was still startling to hear her proclaim their relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend. That wasn't something he ever agreed upon and would have most certainly voiced his opinions on it had he known beforehand that she was going to go out telling people such things.

"Is that Sonic the Hedgehog?" One of the people standing in the long line inquired upon seeing him. "I thought he was dead!"

Another chuckled before replying "I told you. He's the fastest thing alive. I knew those stupid Concrete Junkies couldn't take him out."

"Heroes like him get special treatment. Just like now, with him getting to go ahead of us." A third guy scoffed, angry that he had to wait. "He probably had a whole team of doctors helping him get better."

"So?" The second guy stood up for Sonic.

"Come on, Sonic." Amy called out to him, making him ignore the rabble. Pressing the elevator button, as soon as it opened, she tugged him into it. Upon hitting the button for the top floor, it took them straight up to the penthouse. "This is going to be so awesome! I've always wanted to come here… I didn't have the opportunity until now."

"This place is pretty expensive." Sonic lamented, not particularly enjoying the feeling of shelling out big bucks for small portions of fancy food that he'll merely wind up eating in three minutes flat.

Amy blew a raspberry prior to giggling. "You're so negative lately. I told you not to worry about how expensive it is; luckily for me, I have a discount!"

"What kind of discount?" Sonic asked as the elevator rose to the penthouse floor, dinging once it reached the top.

"You'll see…" Amy grinned whimsically.

The doors to the elevator slowly slid open, revealing the penthouse, the famous Little Franche-Comté restaurant. Stepping out of the lift, the first place they entered was the waiting area with nice red leather benches that had a few families already sitting around. Having this secondary indoor waiting area functioned solely to keep the place looking fancy, without diners having to visually see a bunch of people standing around being hungry. That snobby frame of mind ran deep around here. All of the waiters donned formal uniforms, even the mixologist. The decor resembled furniture from the late eighteen-hundred, very classical French architecture of the most opulent design. Dinner booths appeared to be antique and a gorgeous chandelier hung from the ceiling directly in the center of the room.

"Bonjour!" A man sporting a tuxedo came forward, his smile almost hidden by his van dyke facial hair. His beady eyes spotted Amy and lit up in excitement. "C'est Toi! It's you, Aimée!" Leaning down, he gave her a big hug, making her tail wag. Afterward, he greeted her with a normal french greeting, giving both her cheeks a quick peck. "How have you been? It's been a long time since I've seen you, non?"

Amy gave the human two friendly pecks on his checks before saying. "Oh, I know… I've been super busy with Eggman's nefarious plans. How's your wife doing?"

The human smiled as he nodded. "She misses you. When she heard you weren't going on the boxercise trip, she was really sad. Pauvre fille."

"Sorry about that." The pink hedgehog expressed her sympathy. "Stuff just got in the way. Cynthia is a social butterfly and can sting like a roboticized bee. She'll find new company to hang out with and nobody will give her crap."

"Trés vrai!" He exclaimed. "That's why I married her." Once his eyes shifted over to Sonic, they widened and his jaw dropped open. He took a step back in advance of rubbing his eyes rather sarcastically. "Certainement pas! Do I believe my eyes? Is that Sonic le Hedgehog?"

Holding out his hand, Sonic greeted the human with a forced smile. "Hi there, how are you doing?"

Taking a second to respond, the human host simply stared at him, making Sonic not only feel a bit uncomfortable but also wonder what he was going to say. After that second was up, the man snapped out of his daze and grabbed Sonic's hand, shaking it a bit over-energetically. "Je ne peux pas le croire! It's really you! I'm really shaking hands with you! I'm such a fan, monsieur!"

"Oh, really?" Sonic asked quite enthusiastically, smiling once he realized the host wasn't going to be a jerk to him.

"Oui!" The human continued to shake his hand. "My son and I have watched every one of your documentaries and I can't help other than to admire your ability to take down a threat as treacherous as Dr. Eggman! That super speed is magnifique, no?"

Sonic raised an eyebrow as he eventually pulled his hand away from the human. "Uhh… Sure."

"Je suis tellement stupide!" He belittled himself while giving his own forehead a gentle pop with the palm of his hand. "I am taking up your time, Pardon." Grabbing a menu from the podium he was supposed to be behind, he came up to Sonic in advance of stopping. "Wait… Certainement pas… Don't tell me, you're here with le petite Aimée?"

Glancing over at her, Sonic saw the pink hedgehog smile in pure elation. Scratching the back of his head, he said "Y-Yeah… I'm her… Uhh… Her date for this afternoon."

"Sacrebleu!" The human gallically exclaimed in delight. "You finally got him, huh Aimée?"

Amy grinned as a blush crept upon her cheeks because of what Sonic just said. "Yeah…" She responded nervously, not wanting to upset her hero by going too far. "Is… umm… Is our table ready?"

The host nodded as he retrieved a second menu from the podium. "Oui, as requested, I saved you a table with a fantastic view!" Chuckling, he beckoned his finger toward the hedgehog pair in advance of walking away into the dining area, passing tables full of patrons filling their stomachs. "I still can't believe you're actually out on a date with THE Sonic le Hedgehog." He spoke to Amy while heading toward the table he would give to them. "I've heard you talk about him for years! I never actually thought you'd score a night out with him! Je suis tellement heureuse pour vous!"

Leaning over to whisper in her ear, Sonic asked "You know this guy?"

Amy giggled before replying "Yeah. I know his wife from boxercise classes. Turns out, he and his kid are big fans of yours, so we wound up having a lot to talk about."

'He's a fan of mine?' Sonic thought to himself as the host brought them to their table, a nice one secluded by healthy potted ferns on each side of the booth. 'He's like middle-aged. I never would have expected it, definitely not lately with the way everyone has been a jerk to me.' Sitting down across from Amy at the booth, he slid over and held his hands in his lap as he waited for the host to lay down the menus on the table. 'Who would have guessed? Maybe there's more people out there on my side than I initially thought.'

Clapping his hands together, the host asked. "Can I get you two started with something to drink, maybe an appetizer?"

Amy was the first to say "I'd love a Shirley Temple."

Sonic held his finger up next. "I'll just have a glass of water."

Writing down their drink choices on his little pad of paper, he nodded. "Very good. No appetizer?"

Amy shook her head as she said "No, I'm thinking of doing the three course meal, so I'll order it then."

"Very good." The human host finished writing with a flourish. "I'll have a waiter bring you your drinks. Have a nice night, you two. Lovely meeting you, Sonic. Meilleurs voeux."

"Thank you, Manon. Tell you wife I don't plan to miss out on our next boxercise adventure." Amy waved to him.

Waiting until the human host walked away, Sonic immediately bursted out into laughter. "Don't tell me… was that your discount?"

"You be quiet!" Amy smiled at the awkward moment. "Manon is a good guy, a good father and a good husband. He just happens to be a bit of a child at heart and he really loves superheroes."

Sonic continued to chuckle as his vision stayed glued to her reddened cheeks. "I'm no superhero, just a regular hero."

Amy rolled her eyes as she scooted her foot towards his, gently bumping her shoe to his shoe in an innocent game of footsie. She watched Sonic's reaction, seeing him get nervous, moving his leg before looking away, into any direction other than hers. Amy, on the other hand, proceeded to keep the game going by reaching her leg out, touching his shin and slowly sliding her foot down to his again. "You're the closest this world has to a superhero, Sonic. I mean, you can literally run faster than the speed of sound. There isn't a human or anthro alive that can move as fast as you."

"W-Would you stop?" Sonic pleaded as he grew embarrassed, feeling like people were watching him in spite of the secluded spot.

Amy giggled cutely, fluttering her eyelashes as she smiled. "What? I'm not doing anything?"

Grabbing his menu, he opened it, pretending to bury his attention in the options. He did get a chance to look at a few dishes; most were fancy french food, but a couple of them sounded like they would be mouthwatering. With his cheeks still burning from her teasing game of footsie, he directed his eyes up above the menu in order to see her. While it was true that she had a blush on her own cheeks, she also had a seductive grin on her lips that made her seem rather confident in her actions, more so than previous times spent with her. He wondered what made her start acting so assertive, as if a flip switched and she finally figured out that he really did like her.

He couldn't help other than to look at her in a different light. Her smile kept making his heart weak. Everything about her looked gorgeous for a younger hedgehog. In fact, she was acting more mature than usual. The way she was dressed tonight, with her little purple sundress; perhaps it was a bra she was wearing, or maybe it was the dress or the way she was leaning against the table, nonetheless she appeared to have a larger bust too. Sonic was stunned to be finding her so attractive this evening. Even the single out of place quill that had fallen in her face served to accentuate the level of beauty she displayed solely for him.

"Hi there!" A blonde-headed lady's voice bursted both their bubbles of privacy. Donned in formal waitress attire, the woman had their drinks in hand. Following a moment to place the drinks in front of both Sonic and Amy, she then removed her pen and paper from her shirt's front pocket. "My name is Jenny, I'll be your waitress tonight. Have you decided on what you'd like to order or do you need some more time?"

Sonic had to take a moment to recompose himself. Amy just smiled and placed her menu down flat on the table. "I am. I think I'm going to go with the traditional three course meal."

"Ooh, I can tell you from experience, any version of that is totally scrumptious." The human woman complimented the pink hedgehog's order. "What would you like for your entrée?"

"I gotta go with the spag-onion soup. It's my favourite." Amy said confidently.

Writing it down, Jenny, the human then asked "And for your plat?"

"I'll have the gigot a la cuillére." Amy replied proudly, showing off her bit of skill in speaking french.

"Cheese and Salad, or dessert for your fromage?" The woman finished inquiring.

"Cheese and salad." Amy smiled. "We're going to get dessert at Twinkle Park."

Looking up from her small pad of paper, Jenny beamed a smile. "You two are dating? Aww, you're such a cute couple."

Sonic grit his teeth as he sunk down in the booth seat a tad, feeling utterly humiliated to have several people knowing they were out on a date. 'What did I get myself into? I never should have said that to ol' frenchie back there. Amy's never going to let me live that down.'

Amy thanked the waitress before Jenny turned to the uneasy blue blur. "How about you, sweetie? What can I get Sonic the Hedgehog for dinner?"

"Uhh…" Sonic stalled as he continued to glance through the menu. His eyes darted through all the sections, but since most of it was either written in french or contained ingredients that he had never heard of, he found it difficult to locate a dish that sounded as if it would appease his hungry belly. "I think…" He pretended to make an order just to buy himself extra time to contemplate. "I'll go with…" Thankfully, he spotted a dish that he actually recognized with ingredients that appealed to him. "I think I'll go with the, uhh… this one right here." He tapped on the menu while leaning over to show her, not able to interpret the language well enough to try to speak it.

Hovering over Sonic and his menu, the waitress started to write on her small notepad in advance of halting. "The Croque Monsieur? Are you sure? That's the kids menu, Mr. Sonic, sir."

Sonic yanked the menu back over to see as well as realize that he had indeed picked an item off the kids menu. Pursing his lips, he cleared his throat, trying his best to act like he had made that selection on purpose. "Huh… So it is."

"You still want it?" Jenny looked at him with both eyebrows raised in query.

Nodding, Sonic placed the menu down on the table as his stomach growled angrily. "Yes, Please."

Withholding further judgment, the waitress wrote down the order and smiled as she placed the small pad back in her shirt's front pocket. "I'll get these orders put in with the chef. Let me know if you need anything, okay? Prendre plaisir!" She finished with saying 'enjoy' in french in advance of walking off to do as she said.

"Merci!" Amy thanked her in french as the waitress walked away. Once they were alone once more, she started her game of footsie right back up, teasing her heroic hedgehog with a high heeled shoe, gradually traveling up his leg, toward his groin. "A Croque Monsieur, huh?" She jested. "What's up with you and sandwiches? Chili-Dogs might be your favourite, that I know. But, I always see you eating a friggin' sandwich."

"Is that what that was? A sandwich?" He held his gloved hand to his mouth and coughed, ignoring the intrusion of Amy's foot.

Amy grinned flirtatiously while still poking fun at him. "Yes, a Croque Monsieur is a sandwich made with hot ham and gruyére cheese."

"Sounds good." Sonic jumped, using a higher pitched voice whenever her foot got too high, too close to his groin.

Laughing, Amy winked at him, making him blush deeper due to his own reaction. Putting her foot down, she got his attention by asking a serious question. "Seriously, what's up with the sandwiches?"

"How about you?" He retorted, too nervous to answer the question. "A three course meal? That's a lot of food."

Amy rolled her eyes, yet kept her smile. "What, are you saying I'm fat?"

Sonic swiftly waved his hands. "NO!" Hearing his loud voice, he reduced his volume so he wouldn't interrupt other diners. "I mean, no of course not, I'm just saying that it's a lot of food to eat."

Amy continued to keep her smile, but couldn't help shaking her head at his anxiety. "I'm just kidding, Sonic. You really don't know anything about upscale cuisine, do you?" Taking a sip of her Shirley Temple, she said "It might be a three course meal, it's still French, so the portions are smaller." After one more sip of her pink sparkly drink, she reversed the conversation. "You still never answered me about your obsession with bread, heck, anything that's meat between two pieces of bread."

Grabbing his glass of water, he rehydrated himself with a few big gulps. "Honestly… I always eat sandwiches because they're the best option for when you're always on the go. It's food that you can usually eat while holding it in one hand; great for runners who don't want to stop. Most of the time, I'm busy with my own adventures, too busy to sit down at a table like this and actually enjoy a decent meal." Leaning back in the seat, he looked between his legs to see Amy's leg still too close to his for comfort. "S-So, I guess you could say, I got hooked on them because I was always occupied fighting Eggman or saving the world from some crazy disaster. I didn't have time for gourmet food."

Amy pouted, sticking her lower lip out to make herself look cute. "Aww. You should refine your palate more so you can enjoy better food." Eyes lighting up and ears twitching, the pink hedgehog had an idea. "I know; how about I cook for you?"

Sonic sucked air in through his teeth as he put his glass of water down to scratch at the back of his head, narrowly avoiding his stitches without even fully realizing it. "What, like at your apartment?"

Amy nodded vigorously with a wide smile. "Well, yeah… That's usually where boyfriends eat their girlfriends cooking, especially when they are staying with said girlfriend."

Choking on his own spit, Sonic coughed a few times, having Amy pat him on the back just to get him to stop. "I…" He coughed. "I wish you would quit saying that I'm your boyfriend. I went along with it at first, but it's getting weird now."

The blue blur should have expected it, regardless, he didn't realize how devastating his words would be to his pink stalker. Slumping back in her seat, her ears dropped as she frowned. As if out of nowhere, a tear had already begun rolling down her cheek. With quivering lips, she asked "So, it was all a lie? You really…" She choked up on her own words as she held her hand to her mouth so he wouldn't see her brewing anguish. Slamming her head to the table, she whined "You really don't care about me, even after all I've done for you?"

Flailing his arms, Sonic acknowledged that what he said was incorrect, primarily in the way he said it. "No! I… I mean, yes! I do care about you, I care about you a lot, Amy! I just…"

Looking up from having her head on the table, as tears flowed onto the fur of her pink arms, she sniffled. "You just what?"

"It's not that I don't love you…" He summoned the courage to explain so she wouldn't think he despised her. "That's not the case anymore."

Jerking her head up at his newfound choice of words, she sniffled one more time prior to wiping away her tears. "What do you mean?"

Sighing loudly, he pinched the bridge of his nose in annoyance. At this point in time, with everything that has happened to him as of recently, he didn't really feel like opening up and sharing his forbidden emotions with anybody, even Amy. However, he knew he had to clear the air so she wasn't under the impression that he didn't have any feelings for her at all. Taking another drink of water, when he was done, he said "Amy…" He stopped to clear his throat, feeling butterflies in his stomach. "I… I do love you." Stopping again, he hung his head, trying to find the right words to say to her. Soon enough, he merely let the truth come pouring out. "Since we first met, when you were only eight and I was eleven… I know I acted like you bothered me, but… but I always thought you were cute and the way you followed me around… I always kind of liked it, even if you did occasionally actually pester me."

He saw Amy's eyes grow bigger and bigger until her pupils were the size of dinner plates. His face was redder than it had ever been and his tongue felt like it was about to tie itself into a knot. The only thing that kept him going was knowing that, this time, he had to finish the conversation. "I do love you, Amy. I've come to love you more and more every adventure we've been on." Gulping hard at the metaphorical frog caught in his throat, he took a sip of water. "My problem is… I don't want you to be disappointed in me when I fail." Her mouth moved to speak, yet he just held up his finger and continued talking. "I also don't want you to get hurt by bad people, people like Eggman, if they knew that you meant more to me than a love stricken sidekick….." He waited a bit, trying to keep his cool before finishing with "I hope you understand how I've thought all these years."

Amy still stared at him wide eyed, completely stunned by his revelation. Before long, she sat back in her seat, blinking as her gaze did nothing more than target Sonic's emerald eyes, locking on to any subtle display of emotion. Closing her mouth from being agape, she pulled her arms off the table, using a napkin to delicately blot her nose in advance of drying her eyes so her tears wouldn't ruin her make-up. She saw that she was driving Sonic crazy with her delay in responding; it was obvious by his rapidly shaking leg as well as his twitching ears. Unable to think of anything to say, however, she just breathed a breath of relief knowing that he at least didn't hate her. Taking her time, after a solid minute and a half, she said to him "Do you remember Gamma? Gamma E-102?"

Sonic looked away as he pondered her query. "Yeah…. Yeah! That was Eggman's robot who released you from the Egg Carrier the first time Eggman came here to Station Square, right?"

Nodding in confirmation, she informed him more on who the machine was. "That's right. He was more than just a robot though, he was a robot powered by a Flicky, one of those little birds that egghead had found."

"Living batteries…" Sonic uttered under his breath. "I forgot he used to research and experiment with those more than he does now."

"Sonic…" Amy got his attention again. "E-102 wasn't just a machine powered by a bird either, it-… he... he was an artificial intelligence that knew his entire existence was an abomination, that all his siblings, the other E-Series were suffering the same fate as him."

Blinking multiple times, Sonic asked. "Where are you going with this?"

"I'm trying to tell you that if a robot like him was capable of overcoming all of his fears, rebelling against what he once knew to be correct, all in order to do what he then knew was the truly righteous thing to do, then I think you can too." Amy told him while holding her arm out on the table. "I also want you to know that, for one, I'm always going to be there for you, no matter if you do fail. Now is proof of that. Don't think I'll hate you because you mess up." Laying her arm on the table, she turned her hand around to be open palmed, beckoning him to place his hand upon hers. "You don't need to worry about me so much either. If you've watched me so closely on all our past adventures, then you should know that I'm a big girl who can handle herself. I literally learned how to protect myself on all those adventures."

Sonic hesitated, unsure of whether or not to place his hand atop hers. Hearing what she was saying though, how she would never give up on him, he really thought about it. When there was literally nobody else willing or able to talk to him, this girl in front of him was the only one who pulled through for him. She was the only one who took him into her home and made sure he was okay after stumbling back into what he considered an accursed city. Because of all of these reasons, for once in his life, he gave up the fight or flight response and submitted, laying his hand upon hers.

Amy entwined her fingers with his prior to carrying on with what she was saying. "Will you give us a try?"

Sonic bit his lower lip; he had to get his breathing under control before nodding in confirmation, unable to say it aloud. For Amy, this was enough. He was wide awake, not in a daze, confessing his love to her as well as agreeing to truly consider this a date. Gently squeezing his hand, she beamed a smile wider than she ever had in her entire life. Her heart felt like it had fluttered with angel wings all the way up to heaven. As she continued to squeeze her beloved hero, now turning into boyfriend's hand, she used her napkin to dab the newly formed tears of happiness away. It was a genuine dream come true for her.

"What's wrong?" Sonic inquired. "I nodded yes."

Letting out a half-hearted chuckle, she sniffled. "I know. I just love you so much." Sniffing again, she explained. "These are tears of joy."

Sonic smiled with a soft blush on his cheeks as he continued to hold her hand. Amy, however, grew increasingly embarrassed as well as very slightly ashamed over her actions during his passed out phase in the wee hours of this morning. Regardless, those feelings soon disappeared, only to be replaced by abrupt arousal. The heat increased between her legs as she remembered pleasuring herself right next to him, smelling his fur and looking right at his real face instead of a hastily taken photograph or image on the internet. Her lust for him made her want him right here and now, but she knew she had to take it slow and she certainly knew she shouldn't tell him about what transpired earlier when he was pretty much unconscious.

"Here you are!" The waitress arrived at their table, setting down Amy's bowl of Spag-onion soup. Seeing them break their hand holding, the human giggled, not realizing the vastly different reasons they had done so. "You two are so cute! Is there anything else I can get you?"

With his cheeks slightly flushed still, Sonic said. "Uhh… My sandwich?"

Amy hung her head, smiling and laughing as the human waitress, Jenny, told him "That'll come out with your girlfriend's entrée, Mr. Sonic, sir."

"Ah." Sonic sunk back, defeated with further embarrassment.

Blowing on it, then taking a spoonful sip of onion soup and gooey gruyere cheese topping, Amy moaned from the flavour, dipped another spoonful and held it out across the table toward Sonic. "Don't pout. Here, try some of this… It's soooooo good."

Knowing that the waitress lady was still standing there, he felt shy about taking food off the same spoon that had just graced Amy's tongue. In a way, he thought it was like a sort of secondhand kiss. Not recalling at all what he had done under his haze, the make-out session he had with her earlier, he simply thought he couldn't imagine kissing her yet, not right after telling her that he actually did have feelings for her. Nonetheless, the smell of that soup was enchanting enough to make him give up, that and the addition of Amy staring at him expectantly. Leaning forward, he opened his mouth and let Amy place the spoon inside it before closing. She pulled the spoon out as he tasted the flavours, his tail wagging against the booth. "Ooh… Mmm… You're right, it is good. I don't even really like onions, either. I'm surprised I like it."

"So cute!" The waitress replied prior to walking away, leaving the two newly made lovebirds to enjoy their meal.
