The Cataylst

Act VI

Chapter 83: Squabble

Chi-Chi:

The painful noises coming from her bedroom was unbearable. Every moment he was awake it sounded like he was being tortured. She wished he'd even say something instead of just laying there, barely breathing and squirming in pain. At least her dad had come over to try and help take care of him. This could be continuing for weeks and she didn't want to be alone. Right now, she felt like kicking herself for letting Gohan go with Piccolo and Turles off to fight some monster-machines. She knew the apparent fate of the world if they didn't, even if she was skeptical of her belief in it.

But Goku seemed to believe it, entirely even. That much was enough to sway her. But now it meant she was worried about her husband dying, or being in excruciating pain, and her son dying out on some battlefield he shouldn't even be on. Just because Goku fought his entire childhood, didn't mean her son had to. What was worse, is it felt like Goku had a choice, that he wanted to do that, where as her son… Gohan didn't have a choice. She didn't even feel as though she had a choice in all of it, if the crazy predictions were true.

There might not even be these machines waiting for them. Out of anxiety, even though Gohan had told her not to watch the newscast, she'd turned it on for her own sake. It was to make sure it wasn't happening.

When the first image of a newcaster interrupted the regular scheduled newscast however, she knew it'd started. A plane was downed above Amenbo Island. Immediately she felt the same feeling of uneasiness she'd first felt during the World Martial Arts Tournament when her soon-to-be husband had fought Piccolo. Then what she'd experienced when Goku had fought the Saiyans, and when he'd gone into space… and when he'd fought those monstrous Nameks. It was almost too much for her to bear as she watched. The newscast abruptly ended for a moment as the reporter on the ground disappeared as explosions were heard in the background. Only when a reporter from a plane came on, did she see it again.

The city was in burning ruins.

"Right now, we have a report of an accident on Amenbo Island, we're not sure of the cause of it yet, but it seems to have started on the south end. Reports aren't even at our desks yet, but some people are putting casualties at…"

The fires all seemed to go out as she saw a golden light appear at the heart of the city, just as the skies darkened.

Turles.

The doppelganger of her husband. The brother he didn't want, she knew that much. The way the two of them were around one another was far from positive. But she could see him trying to be good with Gohan, and he'd generally treated her with more respect than he ever did with Goku himself. Right now, it was down to him and Piccolo to keep her son safe. Strangely, she trusted them, maybe more than she trusted Goku. She knew what Vegeta had tried to do Gohan after Namek. She also was there when he'd saved her from the Namekians, along with Gohan and everyone else.

While she watched intensely, she quietly wished Goku was there as well, not suffering from the heart virus, not dying in their bed. Because she knew if anyone could stop these machines, if all else failed, it would be her husband. Her concern evolved in that moment from just being about Gohan and Goku, to being about Krillin, Piccolo, Yamcha, Turles, and Tien. They'd all been here, they'd almost lived here while they trained for today. If Goku couldn't stay there to keep everyone alive, then it was down to the man wearing his clothes.

Quietly, she hoped the clothes made the person.

Turles:

Vegeta.

The Androids weren't at the top of his list anymore, at least not right now. They were all racing over the water, but Vegeta had already taken off ahead of everyone in his Super Saiyan state. They were going to need to breakup again if they could cover the vast distance needed to scout where this thing was headed. Vegeta just knowing that was something he hadn't expected, though he was beginning to suspect that scouter, or whatever it was, had something to do with it. An unfair advantage against his peers, seemed to be what that device was.

"Vegeta's pulled ahead, idiot, if he's isolated the Android might…"

"Do nothing," Turles commented, his own eyes scornfully looking ahead. "That Android will be of little threat to him, even in an ambush. It won't be able to absorb enough power from him to acquire an advantage before Vegeta crushes it. Then we might have another problem on hand, namely, Vegeta."

It was his nephew who was first to speak, and candidly.

"Do you think he's going to try and get us next?" he asked honestly.

"He might," Turles cautioned. "There doesn't seem to be a lot of love lost between Vegeta and everyone here, if I recall correctly."

"Vegeta won't fight us, not yet," Piccolo deduced from above them, the Namekian being strangely quiet. "But he might once Goku recovers, if, he recovers. That's who Vegeta wants more than anyone, even more than you, Turles."

There was a half smirk on the Saiyan's face as land appeared in front of them for the first time in minutes, this time the great continent beyond could be seen. They'd need to be much lower to the ground. The next problem was this was an entire series of fractured mountain ranges and jagged cliffs. It left a remarkable number of options for him to hide in. There was always the scorched earth tactic, but he doubted anyone here, other than himself and Raditz, might have had the stomach for that…

They didn't even know for certain where the Android was, though Vegeta's energy was heading in a consistent direction, like someone was honing in him in on his target. That was an interesting idea, wasn't it?

If Vegeta knew the general area, then they could use him.

His own hair flickered to golden as Turles unleashed his transformation once more. The energy around him thrummed as everyone pulled back.

"Don't be so childish, there will be a battle, soon," Turles reasoned. "Out there in these wastelands, that is where we'll find out prey. And Vegeta is heading towards him now, I can tell. Look at his movement patterns, they are matching something. He has help."

And Turles knew all about that, normally, he had some help as well. Though apparently not anymore. Bardock cut their calls for the moment. Apparently, he must have inadvertently offended him. How he wasn't even sure this time, but that was fine, he didn't need his help anyway. There was no doubt to him that Vegeta was being guided in place now, especially after the movement pattern.

"You're probably right," Piccolo said, noticing the pattern now as well.

Before they'd even finished talking, Raditz had burst ahead. A man looking for a death wish, made for a poor ally. Turles sincerely doubted Raditz was the most capable ally at the moment if for no other reason than because he was the man with nothing to lose. The fact he was enemies with Vegeta, hardly helped.

"We should spread out to find him," Tien said, before he too broke off.

"No, you idiots! Stick together!" Turles shouted as Yamcha and Krillin broke off next.

An angry brow furrowed before he turned to the Namek.

"So, Namek, are you going to follow me to Vegeta?"

"Yea, keep your eyes and senses on the others. We'll need to keep in contact with everyone as best we can."

Floating nearby the two of them, Gohan nodded his head to both of them.

"Let's do this."

Bulma:

Tracking the Android had been easy so far. She'd picked up faint energy signatures from him, and not of the ki variety. She'd taken in the data from when Vegeta had scanned the two Androids and was now putting it to good use. She'd watched everything so far, seeing the live feed of Vegeta in action, and it was thrilling. Her heart raced when she 'saw' the Android coming, striking at them faster than the high-speed camera on his lens could record it, only capturing moments in time between the attacks. But she'd gathered an incredible amount of data on the first outing, and was already putting it to good use, namely, tracking this jerk.

Facial recognition software in the background had already been looking for a match with the facial features of the two Androids, and she'd found one, only moments ago. Dr. Album, a roboticist from North City, and the old man had no match yet, but she was sure she'd have that soon enough as well.

For now, his movements were becoming harder to trace as she saw him moving through canons and rocky cliffs, making it harder to pickup his whereabouts. Repositioning the Capsule Corporation Satellite every few minutes was also absorbing energy, which she knew it wouldn't be able to replenish without more time to gather resources above. Still, she only needed to track him for a few more minutes, she suspected.

She corrected the coordinates once more for Vegeta, giving him a new heading. He'd close the distance in three minutes, and then this nightmare would be over, for everyone. The Android's movement stopped however, and as she zoomed in, she saw him look at the satellite?

No way.

He was definitely looking directly at her, and she caught a high detailed photo of his face from the angle, before a golden light appeared, and the Satellite lost communications. Checking on her network for any sign of it, she knew immediately it'd been destroyed.

"Satellite destroyed," she typed. "You're on your own, but your real close."

In the meantime, the facial recognition came back with a perfect match for his features. Her eyes widened as the database came up with the name, she didn't believe it at first.

"No way," she whispered to herself. "That's Dr. Gero's face. Is that Doctor Gero?"

On the screen the two faces were side by side, the old, wizened features. They weren't just dealing with an android, they were dealing with something that used to be human, and was the creator of the Androids supposedly? This just seemed to go deeper and deeper.

Where was Dr. Gero's last known location?

The question came to her before she quickly brought the information up on one display. Dr. Gero, residency, and Dr. Gero, place of practice.

If they lost track of him, she'd do her best to make sure it wasn't for long.

Android 20:

Cursed thing, it'd been repositioning itself since the city, no wonder I can still detect Vegeta moving in this direction.

It was infuriating to Android 20 to think that these things had greater support than he thought. Anyone with the power and technology to launch a device into orbit like that was surely powerful. The most likely candidate of course, was the Capsule Corporation, given Son Goku's close attachment to it. With it gone, he knew the targets chasing after him would have to disperse, and this began giving him options. But the very idea he could absorb enough power to kill or stop Vegeta, and Son Goku, was almost a fantasy, and he could most definitely see that.

Ducking low and slipping past a rock, Vegeta's form burst past him, the Saiyan aggressively looking in every direction every direction for any sign of his presence.

Preparing to slip from his hiding spot, in the air above him, 20 then spied the other 'Super Saiyan' hanging in the air, Son Goku was watching almost directly at where he was. Slipping back behind the rock, he could see Vegeta leering particularly closely. If either of them found him, he would be in dire trouble almost immediately. Android 19 had demonstrated to him that even if he'd absorbed most of the power from one, that did not mean those energy reserves would be significant enough to overwhelm the other. Especially considering that if he took Son Goku's, as 19 had absorbed a significant amount of energy from him, and had been dispatched by Vegeta with ease.

The strength of the others was a mystery as well. If he'd been this dramatically wrong about Son Goku, and about Vegeta… the others could be significantly stronger as well.

I do not understand how I have miscalculated so significantly.

"Turles!" a voice shouted out again, and Son Goku's head turned.

"What is it, kid?" he asked, turning his attention to Gohan. "We're looking for the killer Android, remember? I need to have that head on my mantle instead of Vegeta."

That name again, why is Son Goku answering to it?

Searching his database, beyond his own mind, 20 looked for any signs of that name, and found it referenced several times, but without any context, during his brief dip-ins. Apparently, they'd mentioned Turles when the Namekians had arrived to conquer the Earth. Did Son Goku adopt this title when they'd arrived? That seemed implausible given his other files on him. It wasn't making sense, and it wasn't lining up.

"I was thinking," Gohan's voice continued, before pointing in his general direction. "That if I were going to hide, it'd be over there. It gives him the best chance to move to hide himself, and there is an easy escape route to the North."

Damned child!

"You see, nephew, this is why I like you so much," 'Son Goku' remarked before turning his attention towards him. "You use your brain more than your father does."

Nephew?... That… That isn't Son Goku?! Impossible, his genetics were within a margin of 1.1%! His fascial structure is an identical match! Where is Son Goku if this imposter is here?... A brother? He said Nephew, but Raditz isn't this close of a match. Unless…. A twin?

Anger boiled up from inside him as he detected his teeth clenching. This entire time he had been played for a fool. The attack on the city had been an ambush. The monster he'd always envisioned Son Goku being was in fact not Son Goku. That explained why 19 couldn't follow his fighting style! It was all coming together now. This was a trap and he had walked right into it!

I will need to awaken more units to deal with this.

The thought was immediate as his optics scanned the area one last time. Picking up a rock, 20 calculated a flight path for it across several rocks. If he threw it fast enough and skipped it, there was a chance the Saiyan would be distracted momentarily, and allow him to make his next move.

Throwing the rock against a ridge further away, it skipped off one portion, before skipping off the wall opposite, like he would if he were bouncing between areas. Before it hit the third ridge, a massive explosion blasted out. The shockwave rolled past him, throwing thousands of rocks and debris in all directions. Now was his time, skipping northwards, he quickly took back to the canyons as Vegeta circled around to where the blast was.

"What was that?" he heard the Prince shouted.

"Movement," Turles responded. "It was fast, too fast to be natural. But I don't see any sign of him…"

"You idiot!" Vegeta shouted. "he just played you for a fool, he distracted you!"

"I actually saw it, Vegeta! Where were you? Flying around with your head up your ass?"

The voices faded into the background as 20 jetted along the ground. There was no more observational satellite, no more being cornered. These fools had lost their opportunity to stop him in his tracks, and that brought him not only relief, but joy. They would find themselves circling a wasteland for hours while he made his way back towards the laboratory. There, he could awaken Androids 17 and 18 at his leisure. Units 13 to 15 might have been an option as well, or even units 22 to 24. But in truth, his greatest creations so far should he enough to handle the two Super Saiyans.

The only issue was their… lack of stability, the last time they'd been utilized. Though he had once again reprogrammed them, with the help of both 19 and 21, there were still concerns as the process should have worked the first time. The processor chips that ran the hardware were switched out as well, in hopes that they would have a fresh start, assuming it could be a defective processor.

The planet was finite in size, but he was making greater and greater distance as the minutes passed, they would have no idea where he was until it was too late, if they realized it at all.

The loss of Android 19 was unfortunate, especially considering his capabilities as an assistant. This would only leave unit 21 for support, though that was more than adequate for his current tasks. Any hopes of fully developing future projects to the same standards as the current ones however, had become… unfortunately reduced. It would take months or years to acquire the full data and information lost, with the passing of Dr. Album's memories, sealed away within 19.

His sensors detected the largest powers, the two Super Saiyans, nearly on the others side of the planet, after a near hour long journey towards his laboratory. Though he suspected they could have closed the distance at full speed in a significantly less amount of time. Still, there was no cause for concern, as far as he could tell.

He had gotten to less than ten minutes to his secret entrance beneath the North Mountains, and…

There was a flesh of red all around him just as he leered over a peak to calculate the rest of his route. The blast, as it ignited around him, threw his body violently into the air, before his slammed against a nearby rock, before rolling through a dozen metres of mud before his body, now skipping, hit the side of a tree, splintering it into rubble before he finally managed to stop himself.

There was no 'pain' for him to register, but the blast had been unexpected, and left him trying to adjust his sensors as to who had attacked him. All of the fighters had been taken into account, at least those of note.

Slowly descending from the air, a long haired figured landed in front of him.

Raditz? He tracked me the whole way?

"You are very foolish to have tracked me this far, Saiyan, all on your own."

"Given how you were moving whenever Vegeta, Turles, or Piccolo caught your trail, I knew you were looking for power levels. You were pretty tough to keep up with, old man, but I did. And do you think you can win this fight so quickly?" Raditz offered. "Because you, my friend, are on a timer, and I'm not."

Damned Saiyans!

"Slaughtering you and taking your energy will be a trifling matter for me, Saiyan. You have not demonstrated the ability to become a Super Saiyan. I will make this quick."

Trunks:

"What a mess," Gohan remarked from his side. "The entire island is just wrecked."

There were signs of survivors trying to come together, but this was clearly where the opening shots on the battlefield took place. Worse, there was no signs of any of the fighters here. They'd come back, but it'd not been far enough. This was a big problem, considering they didn't have enough energy to get back home and make another jump to the past. What did this mean? If the Androids managed to kill Goku, and those other two, just how powerful were they?

But this looked like it'd just happened at least.

"Man, this is bad," Trunks said, before glancing at his friend. "What are the odds we can actually help even now? Do we stand a chance? Maytbe the Androids have been injured, maybe there is still time to figure things out?"

"I can sense three big powers," Gohan said, looking to the north.

It was there, definitely, Trunks picked up on it right away and felt himself click in. Those powers were big. One of those… was that his father? That was intense! A bolt of pride filled him as he realized just how strong he was, just like in the stories Gohan and his mom used to tell him. Even in this dark time for the Earth, Trunks could at least see the silver lining, it was like stepping back… it was stepping back in time, to a moment he never got to have with his father.

"I don't sense them fighting, maybe they've won," Trunks observed.

Gohan didn't seem so sure, he just had the look on his face which Gohan knew, he was looking into scenarios, into what he thought the future was going to be. Turning his head towards him, he gave a half motion of his hand, implying what he thought.

"If they were done fighting, Piccolo would have let his energy go further down by now, rather than leaving it to idle at that level," Gohan observed. "Something's still happening. We've gotta move, now."

In a jet of energy, Trunks took off after Gohan as the two of them began flying over the sea, then over the shore. There wasn't much signs of a battle outside of Amenbo Island. Were they hunting for the Androids? They were strong enough to make the Androids flee?! That was crazy! He could sense both Vegeta… and the other… were stronger than him, and definitely stronger than Goku. That meant he and Gohan were weaker than they were, and that was crazy! Both had improved since the last time they were here, but he couldn't imagine that they'd all improve this much.

We have a real chance to save the future, don't we? We'll stop them here, and then we'll know how to do it at home. That's amazing.

Something was wrong though… he saw the look in Gohan's eyes, it told him everything.

"What is it? Your dad and Vegeta are…"

"That's not my father," Gohan almost growled. "That's one of the other Saiyans we met when we came here. That's the one… Turles, I think. My dad isn't there, something happened to him. Either the Androids… finished him… or the Heart Virus. I don't know. But it feels like Turles and Vegeta are about to fight someone…"

Trunks noticed the powers flaring before the others started to rise incrementally as well. They were about to fight what seemed to be… each other? Oh no, that was not what needed to happen right now, not at all.

"Is it just me, or does it feel like Vegeta and Turles are about to fight?" Trunks asked honestly.

"It's not just you, what are those idiots doing?" Gohan seethed. "This isn't the time for this!"

A golden aura flickered around him before Gohan jetted forward at full speed, leaving a huge wave of power in his wake, as if on queue, Trunks followed suit, a golden aura emerging around him before he too took off.

He prayed they'd at least killed the Androids before they were turning on one another.

()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()()

Turles:

"You have some nerve," Turles seethed as the energy around them flickered.

Even if Vegeta was stronger, he was not going to be spoken to that way, or treated that way. Firstly, Vegeta was only going to be stronger for a narrow window of time. Knowing what he'd achieved, Turles was not going to let himself fall into such a level of subordination behind the Prince. Next, there was his own dignity on the line. Blaming him for making a move against fast movement, when Vegeta had not even seen anything, was even more horrendous.

The argument had words being spit back and forth, and Turles noticed the other fighters beginning to hone in on them, but most of them save the Namek were keeping their distance.

"I do," Vegeta shot back. "You let the machine get away. You're as useless as that buffoon Kakarot, only he at least can teleport. What do you bring other than your subpar strength?"

"If I recall correctly, Vegeta, that subpar strength was more than enough to break you after planet Namek. In fact, if I remember correctly, on Namek you played second place to me. At least Frieza had to blow me up, all he needed to do to beat you, was beat you to death."

Vegeta's energy flared as he glared at him grimly. The dark look in his eyes told him that he'd just crossed a line, good.

He sensed his nephew rising from behind, his own power rising.

"Surprisingly, as well, Vegeta… I think you're the only one here without any friends, aren't you?"

"You'd call these useless humans your friends?" Vegeta scoffed. "I could kill the lot of you, and the Namek as well, without breaking a sweat."

That's right Vegeta, threaten all of them.

Piccolo had been trying to act as a stop gap between them, but now looked at Vegeta very seriously.

"This is going to stop, now, the two of you are going to get along until we find and destroy the last Android. But if you think you can threaten everyone here, Vegeta, it's not going to be Turles who's going to put you in place, I will."

There was a brief moment of confusion on Vegeta's face before he glared at the Namekian as well. Piccolo was almost as strong as himself. If Vegeta thought he could fight him, and Piccolo in the same fight, he'd be delusional in the extreme. Which, sadly, might describe Vegeta entirely. Slowly, a dark smile was growing on Turles's features.

Maybe this was going to be a prime opportunity to get one obstacle out of the way. Looking at his nephew, he could see fear and anger in his eyes, before he quickly regarded the humans. It was oh so strange to have them tentatively backing him. Perhaps clothes really did make the man. Now, how to push Vegeta over the edge without doing so obviously? Because once he was out of the way, they could still deal with one, weak Android.

"You should listen for once, Vegeta," Turles remarked. "You should know when something's hopeless. After all, you're only going to be stronger than Kakarot and I for the better part of a week or two."

There it was, he could see the cracks in Vegeta opening up as he prepared to move forward.

Two powers appeared, very big, one almost as strong as the Namekian. More Androids? No… they'd not sense the power, and they were familiar. One of them he caught right away… the boy. That was the useless one from the future, the Saiyan who Cooler had crushed under his foot. The other must have been the other one, the one who… dressed like Kakarot.

Looking down at his own 'uniform', Turles immediately put things into place. If they were from the future, his eyes flashed in amazement before he turned back to look at Gohan again, feeling stunned to have just figured it out now, before the pair had even arrived. That was his nephew? When his younger nephew looked at the pair as they arrived.

"Hey! They're back!" he said with excitement.

The other two Super Saiyans were upset, it appeared. At least his nephew was, who scanned them all before looking at Vegeta, and then him.

"I take it you stopped the Androids?"

"We've killed one," Piccolo confirmed. "The only problem is, the other got away, and Vegeta decided to blame Turles and the others instead."

"I decided to put blame where it was deserved," Vegeta mocked arrogantly. "I'll have you know that I can kill that remaining machine at any moment. What will that stupid old man be able to do to me anyway?"

"Old man?" the younger of the 2 time travellers asked. "You mean the young man? Or do you mean the young woman?"

There was a pause in the air and even Turles felt the confusion that seemed to come over all of them, looking back at the pair with a hardened look, the Saiyan dressed as Goku spoke up.

"There were two, a fat one, and an old man," he commented. "Android 19 and Android 20."

A look of disbelief came over the pair of them, and that wasn't great to see.

"Android 17 and 18 are the threats from our time, we've never heard of 19 or 20," Gohan said, his tone stiff. "And you say this 20 got away? Are you sure about that?"

This isn't good.

It didn't take a genius to figure out 17 and 18 were other units. Meaning there were more than two Androids.

"So, there are more than two of them? Perfect," Vegeta laughed. "I wasn't pleased with the sport they'd given me so far! So, are you saying he's going to come back with more cronies? Good. I look forward to the challenge."

An angry look crossed the older nephew of his before he spoke, and even Turles found it chilling.

"That's the challenge that killed you, Vegeta. I was there when it happened. And you were a Super Saiyan when they did it," he almost spat at him. "And you fought them with the same attitude, we're going to need to work together if Android 17 and 18 are still out there! And if we can find this Android 20, we should stop him before…."

On seemingly the other side of the world, a relatively large power spiked, and Turles felt it. It was very familiar.

Looking around as if to confirm it himself, Turles smirked when he realized it. Raditz had been gone the whole time, he had tracked the Android. Turles himself didn't want to fight more of these machines, especially if they were stronger than he was. Though he would fight ones he thought were inferior. Perhaps the higher the model number, the higher the strength? That was always possible. Still, that power spike told him exactly what he needed to know.

"I think we just found 20," Turles commented, before looking at his current nephew, and then his future one.

The future one was almost glaring at him, he suspected from his attire.

"We've got matching outfits," Turles observed. "What about it? Don't worry, I didn't pull them off Kakarot's body. My nephew gave them to me. I've gotten to play Kakarot all day. What fun it's been."

Author's Notes:

The march on continues! We've got F Gohan and Trunks here now too. :)

A bit of a transition chapter, the next one is a bit shorter, but much more important!

Reviewers:

Perfect Carnage: Fear not, your boredom is being alleviated once more!

Blades of Fury: I love the fact that they snipe each other all the time, as each one is insecure, lol. Goku doesn't intentionally snipe people often, because he's confident more than anything.

Pyromania101: I didn't want to make 19 totally useless, and I though that if Turles didn't catch on right away, or was arrogant enough to think he could tank the energy drain, it'd be a big problem for him. If Gero hadn't warned 19 about the Cut either, it'd have been bad news.

RedHunter87: Welcome back! I enjoy writing the subtle changes over time as well too, and how these moments all gradually build up between characters. So Gohan softening Turles is fun to write, though in a way Turles is also hardening Gohan. It's like they're pulling one another towards a centre, though I'd say Gohan's pull's stronger. And yea, I'm loving writing Vegeta.

Guest1: I feel bad for Raditz too. For good reason. *cough cough*. It's going off the rails real soon, lol

Thomas-The-TMC: Bulma's not on site, or Gohan would have been trying to confront her the whole time, as he's too scared to confront Vegeta, lmao.

Super Mystic Gohan: Oh, the small digs are going to be trenches if they keep at it, lol.

Luke: I too enjoyed Evil-Bulma, even though GT was patently awful. And thanks!

Guest2: Poor Piccolo, he's got to keep so many people in line, he's basically a babysitter for adults at this point, trying to point them in the right direction, lol.

Instinct: I think Vegeta's a shitty person, yea. At least in The Catalyst. I still think there is room for him to grow. If I get to the Buu Saga in this story, I think he has one of the most powerful scenes planned in the entire story to be honest.

Narelclollie: Thank you!

DarkFalconZ: You have no idea how much I can't wait to take Vegeta down a peg, lmao.

Anon: Yea, I love how his wanton lust for power and destruction has turned, slowly, over to him just being totally disinterested if things get in the way of his fights now. Though him ordering them to get out of the way is a big step for him, lol. Both Turles and Raditz will hopefully get a bit more expansion to their movesets.

TheItchyCocoon: Oh yes, Vegeta is a contrast. On the one hand he clearly cares about Bulma now, and even has some degree of respect and care for his current era's son. At the same time, he's also a total bastard who is entirely on his own side.

Red Power: I don't know if Turles would be as willing to help Raditz at this point with the same plan. I don't know if that's in the carts, even if Raditz does become a Super Saiyan. Turles is looking at his options differently now, I think.

Maximussj: His power grew the fastest from the gravity room, and developing a connection to Bulma, and the training room not just being a gravity room, but having devices in it to help him train.

Guest3: Thanks! :)

Cerric: I think I answered by PM.
