Toadette was at her summer house in the Cloudtop Cruise, sighing heavenly as she had her arms wrapped around the back of her pink mushroom cap.
"Ahhh... now this is what I'm talking about," Toadette remarked with a smile on her face as she was relaxing on her front porch. "Clear blue sky, beautiful big clouds, a nice cool breeze on a warm afternoon... this is absolutely perfect..."
Toadette then watched as Petey Piranha was flying through the clouds, giggling as she was getting a kick out of it. She then glanced to her right, to see Lemmy Koopa rolling on a golden tire.
"Hey Toadette, how about some tires from your old pal Lemmy?" Lemmy asked with a smile on his face as he was juggling several vibrant balls.
Toadette shook her head as she waved her left hand. "Nah, I'm quite tired of seeing your tires, Lemmy."
Lemmy groaned as he dropped his balls, folding his arms together in annoyance. "Great, now you're cracking puns, too?"
Toadette smirked as she eyed Lemmy. "Hey, I gotta give Lakithunder credit. These puns are a ball when you use them at the right opportunity and don't tire them out by repeating them until they're run down."
Lemmy's right eye twitched as he spat out a mushroom tire and chucked it at Toadette, who got angry and began chasing Lemmy all over the Cloudtop Cruise, much to his dismay as Dry Bowser rolled his eyes, relaxing on the deck of a nearby wooden airship.
"Idiot." Dry Bowser remarked in regards to Lemmy as he was actually playing chess with one of the Koopatrols, who was having a hard time beating Dry Bowser.
