At a nearby harbor in Lake Michigan, we see The Garbageman riding on a floating garbage patch that was heading towards the docks. "It's been about a week since those wretched reptiles dropped me in this world." He narrated. "I was fortunate enough to escape from my Crab Mech, before it sank to the bottom, and find a floating garbage patch to land onto, which I used to travel across this lake and even gather enough materials on it to cook whatever fish I can catch! Now, after finally finding land, I can take advantage of my situation and start the grand rebirth of my empire in this world! This time, without any interference from those mutant turtles!" He added as the garbage patch made contact with a docking bridge, allowing the Garbageman to use his mechanical crab-like legs to crawl all the way to land. "New world, It's colonization time! And I'm Colombus!" The Garbageman spoke, laughing maniacally.
Meanwhile, In Laird's mansion...
Laird was lying back in his bed, sighing. "All right, that's the 50th time you've sighed in the last hour! What's wrong?" Leaquilfin complained. "It's just, I've been thinking lately." Laird said. "About what, exactly?" Leaquilfin asked in confusion. "About my place on the team." Laird said, confusing Leaquilfin. "Let's face it, Quill. I'm no hero. I'm cowardly, I'm clumsy, I'm the reason that got opened." Laird said, pointing to the dark box. "And I'm more along the lines of a seventh wheel right now. And on top of that, my power is the weakest amongst them all." Laird said. "Oh, don't be so hard on yourself, Laird! You're not totally cowardly! After all, you did show me that video about the day you had wrestled a shark before befriending it!" Leaquilfin noted. "At least you believe me." Laird said. "And your power's not weak!" Leaquilfin said. "Hello! Have you seen the others? Ronnie Anne can shoot lightning from her fingertips, Sid is a walking boombox, Casey can punch harder than humanly possible, and Sameer and Nikki can create pretty much anything out of sand and crystals! All I've got is this." Laird said, using his telekinesis to lift the dark box. "And telepathy! Don't forget telepathy!" Leaquilfin said. "Yes, because reading minds is super helpful against demons." Laird said. Leaquilfin sighed as Laird laid back in his bed.
Meanwhile...
In his newsvan, Jim Sparkletooth was searching through footage of the Lucharangers. Unbeknownst to him and his crew, a shadowy figure was creeping around. "Come on! There's got to be something we can use!" Jim said, examining the footage. As Jim and his crew were looking, another shadowy figure joined up with the first one. "Hey, is it just me, or do LuchaPurple and LuchaBlue seem real close, if you know what I'm saying?" One of Jim's crew members asked. "Wait, are you saying that LuchaPurple and LuchaBlue are actually young lesbians?" Jim asked in curiosity and interest. "It's possible." The crewman said. "Hmm! That might make good news material!" Jim noted. "People go crazy for this kind of stuff! And it might help figure out who they really are! I mean, come on, how hard is it to find two people who identify as LGBT?" Jim asked as one of the figures jumped down in front of the van. That caused Jim and crewmen to get spooked. They all screamed as the figure opened their jaws to an insane length, enveloping the van and everyone inside, before lifting it up and swallowing it whole. *Burp!* The figure went as their partner laughed maniacally.
Meanwhile, in the Kendall Apartment...
"Charybdisa and Scyllana?! They're who you sent out?!" Lujuria asked Gloton, who was busy chowing down on a turkey, in shock. "Yeah! That's Right! Charybdisa and Scyllana are amongst the top 3 of my favorite soldiers! Butatorg being my third favorite, of course!" Gloton answered after he swallowed a chunk of turkey meat. "Those three are also the most disgusting soldiers in our entire arsenal! Charybdisa doesn't even chew her food! And the fact that everything she swallows gets sent to a pocket dimension where they are slowly digested, it's incredibly annoying!" Lujuria said. "*SHUDDER!* And Scyllana often uses the serpentine heads on her back or the dog heads on her waist to devour whatever she finds to be interesting enough to eat!" She added in a shudder. "And don't get me started on Butaborg!" Lujuria said. "It doesn't matter. As long as they get the job done, they can do whatever they want." Orgullo said, holding up a bat similar to Iracundo's messenger bats, but while Iracundo's was black and red, this one was black and violet. "Plus, it would seem that we have some juicy info." He said as the bat opened it's mouth and started playing Laird's conversation with Leaquilfin.
After hearing that conversation, the rest of the Pecadiablos were rather surprised. "It would appear LuchaYellow is experiencing some doubt." Orgullo said. "I've heard all about him at school." Iracundo said. "Apparently, LuchaYellow, real name Laird, usually a cowardly and clumsy type of kid! Of course, Laird himself mentioned that he had wrestled a shark one time ago, though nobody believes him!" Iracundo added. "Essentially, he's yellow in every sense of the word!" Iracundo joked. "If we can find a way to take advantage of this, we'd be set for life!" Orgullo said.
The Next Day...
Laird was walking towards the skatepark, seeing that Ronnie Anne, Sid, and Nikki were already there. "So, Sameer and I went on our official first date last night." Nikki was telling Ronnie Anne and Sid. "Ooh! Where'd you two go for your date and how did it go?!" Sid asked in excitement. "It was awesome! Sameer and I went stargazing!" Nikki said. "Awww!" Ronnie Anne and Sid said. "I remember our first date." Sid said to Ronnie Anne. "We went to the movies, and kissed during the end credits." Ronnie Anne said. "Awwwwww!" Nikki gushed. Just then, Casey arrived with Jalissa next to him as they were both holding hands. "Hey, Casey! Hey, Jalissa!" Sid said. "Hey guys! Glad you are all here!" Said Casey. "So, Casey, how have you and Jalissa been doing?" Ronnie Anne asked. "We've been great, thanks for asking!" Jalissa said. "We just came back from our date at Pizza Pig and it was delicious!" Casey explained. "That's good to know!" Said Nikki. "Thanks! By the way, you guy, after what Lujuria tried to do to me and Jalissa, I decided to tell my parents about my Lucharanger identity while also introducing Jalissa and her parents to them as well as tell them about the incident in question!" Casey said, much to the surprise of Ronnie Anne, Sid, and Nikki. "That's understandable! So, how did your parents react when you told them everything, including what Lujuria tried to do to you and Jalissa?" Ronnie Anne asked. "They were mostly mad at Lujuria, but once Trisaurus and AkaRed explained everything, they were more accepting about this part of my life." Casey admitted.
"Even better is that my parents were rather happy that have Jalissa as my girlfriend! Of course, much to my own embarrassment, they also gave me "The Talk", if you all know what I mean!" Casey added in embarrassment. Everyone groaned at that. "You'd think because of what happened, they wouldn't need to do so!" Sameer joked. "Too soon?" He asked. "Yes." Nikki said as Laird walked in. "Hey guys!" Said Laird, getting everyone's attention. "Hey, Laird!" Ronnie Anne said. "Are you okay, buddy?" Sameer asked. "Yeah, I just-" Laird said as screams filled the air. "Oh, now what?!" Ronnie Anne asked in annoyance. "Pecadiablos are attacking!" Jaxondor said. "Oh Boy! Here We Go Again!" Casey said in annoyance. Jalissa kissed Casey on the cheek. "Good luck!" She said as they ran towards the commotion. "Oh, dear god! Not these two!" Jaxondor said with disgust. That's when they see two female demons rampaging the area and devouring both people and random objects. One of them was a black-and-crimson colored female fish-like humanoid with an expandable mouth full of razor-sharp teeth, webbed hands and feet, a large dorsal fin and a pair of flying fish-like wings on her back, and a fish-like tail in addition to her webbed feet. The other one was female humanoid that had a upper body like a female human, but with four eyes instead of two, six serpentine shark-toothed heads on her upper back, and two bat-like wings on her middle back, while her lower half had a cat-like tail, six vicious dog heads surrounding her waste, and twelve octopus-like tentacles instead of feet.
They were currently chowing down on Bruno's hot dogs. Well, the humanoid was eating hot dogs, the fish was eating Bruno's cart and everything inside. "MY HOT DOGS!" Bruno said as the fish swallowed his cart whole. "You got a problem with my eating habits? Well, Too Bad!" Said the fish-like demon as she then swallowed Bruno whole as well. "Did she just?!" Sid asked in horror. "The one with a literal rabid pack is Scyllana, the fish is her sister and partner Charybdisa. They're both part of Gloton's army." Jaxondor said. "Makes sense, their table manners are atrocious!" Laird said. "Poor Bruno!" Nikki said. "Don't worry, anything Chaybdisa eats gets sent to a pocket dimension, where they are slowly digested. How long depends on the weight." Regaluco said. "Okay! But, what about Scyllana? What happens to anything she eats?" Sameer asked. "They get torn apart like a rag doll." Batelegong answered. That caused Ronnie Anne and her friends to shudder in complete horror. "Hey! Pecadiablos!" Ronnie Anne said, catching their attention. That caused Scyllana and Charybdisa to stop what they were doing and notice Ronnie Anne and her friends. "Oh, look at this sister! Some more delicious humans!" Scyllana said eagerly.
"Hehehe! Yeah! And there are six of them! That means that the each of get to eat three of them! How delightful!" Said Charybdisa in equal eagerness! "That's what you think!" Sid said. "Lucha Power!" Ronnie Anne, Sid, Casey, Sameer, and Nikki shouted, but Laird seemed slow to the draw. "Huh, oh right! Lucha Power!" He said, finally transforming. Afterwards, Ronnie Anne and her friends transformed into the Lucharangers. "Storm Power! LuchaPurple!"
"Sound Power! LuchaBlue!"
"Metal Power! LuchaRed!"
"Sand Power! LuchaGreen!"
"Crystal Power! LuchaPink!"
"Mind Power! LuchaYellow!"
It was obvious that Laird wasn't exactly enthusiastic in his part of the roll call. "Guardian spirits, awaken and unite! Alebrije Sentai!" Ronnie Anne chanted. "Lucharanger!" They all shouted, although, just as before, it was obvious Laird wasn't in it. "Oh! I See! You six kids must be the Lucharangers that our Master Gloton warned us about!" Said Scyllana in realization. Charybdisa laughed. "Looks like LuchaYellow's doubts are just like Master Orgullo mentioned earlier!" She said, pointing out Laird's behavior during the transformation and roll call. That took the Lucharangers by complete surprise, especially Laird. "Doubts? Laird, what's she talking about?" Sid asked as Laird looked away. "Laird." Leaquilfin said. "Stop playing mind games! You're going back in the dark box and that's that!" Ronnie Anne shouted. "We'll see about that! Demi Diablos!" Scyllana shouted, summoning the foot soldiers.
"Get them!" Charybdisa ordered. As soon as they got the order, the Demi Diablos immediately charged towards the Lucharangers. "We'll deal with whatever's going on with Laird later, but for now!" Ronnie Anne said as they all charged, except for Laird. As his friends began battling the Demi Diablos, Laird just stood there and sulked in sadness. Suddenly, he got an idea. "If I'm going to prove myself, I need to show these guys what's for!" He said, sneaking around. Meanwhile, Ronnie Anne and the other Lucharangers were easily destroying the Demi Diablos. "Just what's going on with Laird?" Ronnie Anne asked in confusion, firing a bolt of lightning at a Demi Diablo. "I'm not sure, Ronnie Anne!" said Sid, right before she let out a sonic screech at a Demi Diablo. "Come to think of it, Laird has been a bit wonky lately." Casey said, punching a Demi Diablo with a metal coated fist. "Yeah! Ever since Nikki and I became a couple, Laird was feeling all depressed and stuff!" Said Sameer as he sent a flurry of sand at several Demi Diablos. "I hope he's alright!" Nikki said, slashing a Demi Diablo with her crystal sword as Laird snuck up behind Charybdisa and Scyllana. "Here goes nothing!" Laird whispered, entering the Kakuranger key in his changer and entering NinjaRed mode.
Pulling out the Secret Sword Kakuremaru, Laird tried using the ninja skills to sneak up to the Pecadiablos. Unfortunately, Scyllana's two of dog heads, that were located on the back of her waist, spotted Laird and immediately growled and barked very loudly, alerting Scyllana and Charybdisa to Laird's presence. Scyllana grabbed Laird by the throat. "You know, for a guy with 'Mind Power', that was a pretty stupid move." Scyllana said. "She's got a point there." Leaquilfin said. "Dang It!" Laird said while he was being choked by Scyllana. "Let me eat him! Let me eat him! LET ME EAT HIM!" Charybdis begged. That caused rest of the Lucharangers to stop what they were doing and stare in shock as they see Laird was in trouble. "Enjoy being slowly digested, LuchaYellow!" Scyllana said, dropping Laird into Charybdis' mouth. "Laird!" Ronnie Anne said, running and body checking Laird out of the path of Charybdis' mouth. Unfortunately, that caused Ronnie Anne to end up getting swallowed up by Charybdisa instead, much to the shock and horror of the rest of the Lucharangers, especially Sid. "RONNIE ANNE!" Sid said in shock at the sight of her best friend/lover getting swallowed whole. "Well, it's not the one we were hoping for, but I'm sure Masters Gloton and Orgullo will be very happy to hear we've captured the Lucharangers' leader!" Scyllana said.
That's when Sid started shaking and panting in anger. Sid sent a sonic scream at the two Pecadiablos, catching their attention. "Let...my...girlfriend...GO!" She demanded, releasing another sonic scream. However, Scyllana came prepared as she then summoned a rock in front of her and Charybdisa in order to block out the sound. After the sonic scream had ceased, Charybdisa went out from behind the rock and summoned a huge whirlpool in the air with her webbed hands. "She's your lover? Oh ho ho! This just got better!" Scyllana said as Charybdisa then dropped the whirlpool onto the Lucharangers and had them all soaking wet, allowing both Scyllana and Charybdisa to escape while laughing. "No! No, no, no, no!" Sid said, crying. "What have I done?" Laird said.
Within Charybdisa's pocket dimension...
Ronnie Anne found herself in a weird space, surrounded by bubbles. "Oh Man! This must be the pocket dimension that Regaluco mentioned earlier!" Ronnie Anne said in realization. She then took notice of all the bubbles. "What the?" She asked, reaching out for one. "DON'T TOUCH THOSE!" A voice rang out. Ronnie Anne turned to see everyone that Charybdisa had eaten, including Bruno, Jim Sparkletooth, his crew, and several other people. One of the bubbles landed on Bruno's hot dog cart, popping and dissolving a part of it, making Bruno scream, Jim and his crew doing the same when another bubble did the same to their van. "Bubbles made out of stomach acid?! Can these guys get any more disgusting?!" Ronnie Anne asked in frustration.
Speaking of which, outside, in the Kendalls' apartment...
"Wait, wait, wait, wait! You seriously managed to capture LuchaPurple?!" Orgullo asked in surprise, the other Pecadiablos looking with their mouths agape. "We sure did! We tried to capture LuchaYellow, but then LuchaPurple pushed him out the way and ended up getting captured instead!" Charybdisa explained while rubbing her belly. "I just wish we could have seen the looks on LuchaBlue's face beneath her helmet when she saw that her lover is being slowly digested!" Scyllana said, chuckling. "Whoa! You two had done better than I thought!" Said Gloton after he got out of his state of shock. Ronnie Anne, having heard that in the pocket dimension, got concerned. "Sid. I hope she's all right without me!" She muttered.
Back at the temple...
"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!" Sid, who was showing obvious signs of crying hard, asked Laird angrily, slamming him onto the wall of the temple. That caused the wall that Laird was slammed into to crack in different directions, much to the shock and fright of the other Lucharangers. "Look, I'm sorry. But I thought If I could take out the monsters myself, I could get out of this funk I've been in!" Laird said. "SERIOUSLY?! THAT'S WHY YOU PULLED THAT STUPID STUNT?!" Sid asked in further anger. "And now because of it, the girl I love is...is..." Sid started saying before bursting out in tears again. That caused the rest of the Lucharangers as well as the Alebrije to rush over to Sid while she was crying. "Sid, it's alright. It's as they said, the digestion process for Charybdisa is slow. I'm sure Ronnie Anne will figure out a way to get out before then." AkaRed said. "I know, but still. I can't get that image, the one of my love falling into the massive jaws of Charybdisa out of my mind!" Sid said. "Which wouldn't have happened, IF LAIRD HADN'T GONE AND PULLED THAT STUPID STUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE!" She angrily yelled while glaring at Laird. "Sid, calm down. Laird had no idea Ronnie Anne would have done that!" Ailuxicara said. "No, Ailu. She's right." Laird said.
"The reason why I tried to take the monsters out by myself was because I wanted to prove myself, especially since I believe that my own powers are weak compared to everyone else's!" Laird added in shame. "But now..." Laird said, fiddling with the straps on his Lucha Changer. "I don't think I even deserve to call myself a Lucharanger!" Laird said, removing the changer and tossing it into the jungle. That caused the rest of the Lucharangers, plus AkaRed and Mambana, to gasp in shock. Laird then ran off. "Laird, wait!" Nikki said. "Hold on, Nikki. I'll see what I can do about this, you guys need to focus on saving everyone Charybdisa swallowed. Mambana, try and see if you can find Laird's Lucha Changer." AkaRed instructed. "On it!" Said Mambana as she then slithered into the jungle to find Laird's Lucha Changer. Sid kept crying, worrying about Ronnie Anne. Speaking of whom, she was still in Charybdisa's pocket dimension. "There's got to be some way out of here." She muttered as a bubble popped on her foot. "OW!" She yelped in pain. "Be careful, Ronnie Anne. I'm not sure how long your suit can hold against these acidic bubbles!" Jaxondor said.
"Yeah! No Kidding!" Ronnie Anne stated as she tried to avoid the bubbles. She looked at her Lucha Changer. "I wonder if I can call the others from in here." She muttered. She then tried to communicate through the Lucha Changer, only to hear nothing but static. "Yeah, I tried that too." A familiar voice rang out as Ronnie Anne turned to see Vito and his dogs, Big Tony and Little Sal. "Reception here is terrible with a capital 'T'!" He complained. Big Tony and Little Sal barked in agreement. "Great, that means I can't even check on the well being of my girlfriend!" Ronnie Anne complained, shooting a bolt of lightning at the dimensional wall. Suddenly, the wall started shaking as a groaning sound could be heard. "I don't suppose that was your stomach, was it Vito?" Ronnie Anne asked her grandfather's best friend. "No, it wasn't!" Vito answered. Then, Vito shook his head and asked "Hey, wait a minute! How do even know my name?" in shock. "Because." Ronnie Anne said, looking to make sure Jim wasn't near. Fortunately, he and his crew were all in fetal positions in their van. "It's me." Ronnie Anne said, removing her helmet. "What?! Ronnie Anne? You're LuchaPurple the entire time?!" Vito asked in surprise while Big Tony and Little Sal dropped their jaws in shock. "SHHH! Do you want the guy who is literally trying to become J. Jonah Jameson to hear you!?" Ronnie Anne said, pointing to Jim Sparkletooth, who was actually crying like a baby.
"Ooh! Right! Sorry!" Vito replied in apology. "So, if you're purple, then who's-" Vito asked. "Sid's blue, Casey's red, Sameer's green, Nikki's pink, and Laird's yellow." Ronnie Anne answered, looking at the dimensional wall in curiosity. "Hmm! I wonder what would happen if I punch that wall!" Ronnie Anne said while looking at the dimensional wall. She then immediately punched the wall with her right fist. The wall shook again, and the groaning was heard again, but this time it wasn't as bad. "Hmm." Ronnie Anne said. "Hey, I hope you understand that I don't believe anything that Jim Sparkletooth guy says, and I would never betray your trust like that, right?" Vito asked. "Is that why you just hastily deleted a file marked 'Evidence Against The Lucharangers' on your phone?" Jaxondor asked. That caused Vito to gulp in fright while Ronnie Anne looked at him in slight anger after hearing that. "In my defense, Jim had promised a huge reward for any and all information on you guys, the juicier the info, the better the reward." Vito said. "Whatever. You got something sharp on you?" Ronnie Anne asked.
"I had a pocketknife, but one of those bubbles destroyed it." Vito answered pulling out the remains of a pocketknife. Sighing in frustration, Ronnie Anne pulled out the Shinkenger key and inserted it into her Lucha Changer, entering ShinkenRed mode. Ronnie Anne then pulled out a replica of the Shinkenmaru before she then slashed at the dimensional wall. The wall shook harder and groaned louder than before. "Of course! This isn't just a pocket dimension created by Charybdisa, it's Charybdisa herself! That means that if we damage the wall enough, we can cause enough pain for Charybdisa to make her throw us all up!" Ronnie Anne said. "Hey, did I hear you right when you said something about a girlfriend? Not that I'm judging or anything, I'm just curious!" Vito said. "*SIGH!* Yes, I do have a girlfriend! It's Sid!" Ronnie Anne answered in embarrassment. "Huh, never expected you to be one of those people." Vito said. "Not that there's anything wrong with it!" He said hastily. "We're going to need to cause a lot of pain for Charybdisa. Meaning, we're going to need a little help." Ronnie Anne said.
Outside...
Charybdisa was clutching her stomach in pain from Ronnie Anne's tests. Scyllana and Gloton, who came along with his soldiers just for the fun of it, took notice of Charybdisa's condition. "Sister, are you alright?" Scyllana asked. "I don't know! I seem to be in pain!" Charybdisa complained. "Not as much pain as you're going to be for what you did to those people, including the girl I love!" Sid said as she and the other Lucharangers, minus Laird, arrived on scene. When Scyllana, Charybdisa, and Gloton saw the Lucharangers, they quickly noticed that they were one member short. "Hey, Lucharangers! Where's your cowardly friend?!" Gloton asked. "Don't you dare talk bad about him!" Nikki shouted. "Kind of hard not to, especially when you hear this!" Gloton said, holding up Orgullo's messenger bat, who then proceeded to play the same message it had played the Pecadiablos before. Once the Lucharangers had heard everything, they were all very shocked to say the least. Even Ronnie Anne, who had heard it from within Charybdisa's stomach was shocked. "Laird?" She asked in surprise. "Dang! No wonder he was in such a slump!" Casey said in shock. "Laird." Sid said in frustration before charging at the Pecadiablos, inserting the Gekiranger key. After ringing the bell twice, Sid gained a belt with the Gekiranger symbol on it and a blue version of GekiRed's helmet. Then, she drew out a blue version of the GekiNunchaku while charging at the Pecadiablos.
Meanwhile, with Laird...
He was in his mansion all sad and depressed while crying. "Laird." Leaquilfin said as jet engines could be heard. "Huh?" Laird said, noticing Vector Anansi landing on his family's landing pad. That's when Clyde and Aurachnid, along with Chloe, Aya, Andros, and Phixia, exited out of it and saw Laird in his sad and depressed state. "What are you guys doing here?" Laird asked. "AkaRed called, saying you were going through a bit of a slump." Clyde said. "And boy, are you." Aya said, looking at Laird's aura. "Apparently, you have been feeling like a weak link to your own friends after doubting about your own abilities! Not only that, but you been feeling like a seventh wheel after realizing that you are currently the one without a love interest! Plus, you have been telling everyone that you had actually wrestled a shark before befriending it, but nobody actually believed you, even when it's the actual truth!" Aya added, much to the surprise of Clyde, Chloe, Andros, and Phixia. "You hit the nail on the head there, Aya." Laird said. "Whoa! Seriously? You actually wrestled a shark?" Andros asked Laird with interest.
"Yeah!" Laird said, showing his friends the video in question as Mambana slithered in. "Wow! Awesome! You actually made friends with that shark after wrestling it! Heck, you even gave it a fist-bump as a sign of friendship!" Andros said while excited from seeing that video. "Yeah. But I still wish I had the same confidence I did then as a Lucharanger. It's my fault all of this is happening. I opened the Dark Box, I freed them, I got Ronnie Anne captured in the last fight." Laird said. "Yeah, we kind of got that from the sheer loudness of Sid's crying in AkaRed's call." Phixia said. "Heck, Clyde and I even went and baked a "Cheer Up" cake before we left, just for such emergencies!" Said Chloe as she then brought out a chocolate cake with the words "Cheer Up" on it. "Yeah, well it doesn't exactly help my situation." Laird said. "Besides, when I tried to sneak attack these two new Pecadiablos named Scyllana and Charybdisa from behind, my cover was completely blown after two of Scyllana's six dog heads barked at me and alerted the two demons of my presence!" He added in shame. Everyone groaned.
"Wait a minute! Scyllana and Charybdisa? Those two demons must be like the two infamous monsters Scylla and Charybdis!" Clyde said in realization. "And what exactly are Scylla and Charybdis?" Asked Andros in confusion. "The literal origin of the phrase 'Stuck between a rock and a hard place! In The Odyssey, Odysseus had to pass between two dangerous beings! The massive whirlpool creator Charybdis, who was a dauther of the ocean god Poseidon that was cursed by the thunder god Zeus into becoming a sea monster with an unquenchable thirst for the sea, and the multi-headed monster Scylla, who was originally a beautiful naiad before the goddess Circe cursed her into becoming a monster after the latter was jealous of the former getting the attention of the sea god Glaucus!" Clyde said. "And how did Odysseus get past those two monsters?" Andros asked in curiosity. "Apparently, Odysseus was advised by Circe to sail closer to Scylla, for Charybdis would drown his entire ship if he sailed close to the latter! She also told Odysseus to ask Scylla's mother, the river nymph Crataeis, to prevent Scylla from pouncing more than once! Odysseus successfully navigated the strait, but when he and his crew were momentarily distracted by Charybdis, Scylla snatched six sailors off the deck and devoured them alive! In spite of all of that, Odysseus and his remaining men made it past the monsters with their ship intact and continued their journey!" Clyde explained.
"Wish Circe and Crataeis could have helped us out here." Laird said. "Listen Laird, I know what you're going through. For years, I have seen myself as nothing more than Lincoln's sidekick. When this whole Kamen Rider thing started, that only got stronger. Even more so when Sakura became Jewel." Clyde said. "But then, that all changed when Aurachnid came into my life!" He added. "Yeah, Clyde here got a major confidence boost once he met me!" Aurachnid said. "Our point is Laird, that you shouldn't beat yourself up about this. After all, a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link." Aya said. "They aren't wrong about that, Laird!" Said Mambana as she then appeared and presented Laird's Lucha Changer in her hands. "You were chosen for this role for a reason. And it has nothing to do with the fact you were the one who opened the box." She assured him. After she said that, Mambana handed the Lucha Changer over to Laird. "You are just as much a strong member of the Lucharangers as the others." Mambana said. "Plus, you're not only one with both telepathy and telekinesis!" Phixia added as she then lifted a nearby rock with her telekinesis before she then crushed it to pieces with the same power.
"Okay, that was a little terrifying." Laird told Phixia. "Yeah, Sorry about that, Laird! Truth be told, there's more to telekinesis than just simply lifting up objects from the ground!" Phixia replied while apologizing. This got Laird interested. Meanwhile, in Charybdisa. "Everyone listen up!" Ronnie Anne, who had taken on her Alebrije mech form said, flying above the people Charybdisa had eaten. "I know you guys are scared, but we have to work together in order to get out ourselves of here!" She explained. "So here's what I need you to do! Search your persons for anything sharp, electrical, or both, and attack the walls!" She instructed. "Why should we do anything you ask us to do?!" Jim Sparkletooth asked as Ronnie Anne dropped down on what's left of his van's hood. "Because I'm the only one who's actually trying, and if you don't, chances are you'll end up being digested!" She answered. That caused Jim Sparkletooth to gulp in fright. "I have this thing I use in cooking hot dogs!" Bruno said, holding up a two pronged fork. "That will work!" Ronnie Anne said. "I have a taser!" Marcus, the local dogcatcher said. "Not sure why a dogcatcher would need a taser, but okay!" Ronnie Anne said. "I have a cordless power drill!" Said Mr. Scully, holding a cordless power drill, much to everyone's surprise. "That will work!" Ronnie Anne said as everyone started pulling out random objects that might help.
Outside...
Sid, Casey, Sameer, and Nikki were fighting against Scyllana, Charybdisa, and Gloton. Sid, still in GekiRed mode, had switched from the GekiNunchaku to the GekiSaber, using it to combat the two. "LET MY GIRLFRIEND OUT!" She demanded. "Fat chance, LuchaBlue!" Charybdisa said before doubling over in pain. "*GROAN* Not Again!" Charybdisa complained in pain while Sid looked at her in confusion. Inside Charybdisa, everyone was using everything they had to attack the wall. "Keep going you guys!" Ronnie Anne said, alternating between her claws and her lightning. Even Big Tony and Little Sal were participating in the attack by using their teeth to bite into the wall. Charybdisa started getting sick and looked like she was about to throw up. While this was going on, Casey, Nikki, and Sameer were battling Scyllana and Gloton. Of course, they were having trouble in fighting the two demons, due Scyllana's six serpentine heads, six dog heads, and twelve tentacles and Gloton's rock-hard armored body.
"You silly humans can't win and- why are we levitating?" Gloton asked, noticing that he and Scyllana were off the ground, but neither of them were using their wings. That caused Casey, Sameer, and Nikki to turn around and see Laird and Phixia, along with Clyde, Aya, and Andros, as they were both using their telekinesis to levitate Scyllana and Gloton. "Laird!" Casey, Nikki, and Sameer said in delight. "Remember what I taught you." Phixia instructed Laird. "Right." Laird said, closing his eyes and focusing.
Earlier...
"If done correctly, telekinesis can be used for more than just moving stuff with your mind." Phixia said. "My mother, Sphinxia, taught me that when my brother and I were younger!" She added. "She taught us that telekinesis can be much more than just some power that helps you with moving objects, she taught us that with the right amount of focus, it can cause harm to your foe, and not just by tossing them aside into something." Phixia said. "Usually its by either crushing your foes like what I did to that rock earlier, tearing them apart piece-by-piece, or by manipulating their bodies like a puppet on strings!" She added. "Done right, it's a terrifying ability. Watch." Phixia said, looking at Andros and using her telekinesis to bend his arm in a way that is definitely not meant to bend. "OW! HEY! WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!" Andros yelled in anger and pain. "Just a demonstration, brother. And a test." Phixia said, ending her telekinetic hold, leaving Andros' arm the way she had made it before turning to Laird. "Fix it." She instructed.
"*GULP!* Okay! I'll Try!" Laird said in nervousness as he then tried to focus on Andros's bent arm. Only to make it worse. "Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!" Andros said. "Sorry, Andros." Laird said. "Yep, you definitely dislocated it." Andros said. "Yeah, Sorry about that! I never really had done anything like that with my powers!" Laird admitted in apology. "Nothing to be ashamed of. Mother used to do the same thing when teaching me how to use my powers." Phixia said. "Did you have to bring that up?" Andros asked. "Just focus on pushing instead of pulling." Phixia instructed. "Oh! Right!" Said Laird as he then tried to do what Phixia said. Laird focused on the parts of Andros' arm that was damaged. Soon, Laird had actually managed to pop it back in. "*GROAN!* Thanks, Laird! I really needed that!" Andros said while still feeling some pain in his arm. "You just demonstrated the true potential of telekinesis. If you can do that in battle, you can do it." Phixia said.
Back at the fight...
Laird was focusing on Scyllana. Specifically one of the dogs on her waist. He then used his telekinesis to dislocate the dog head's lower jaw, causing Scyllana to yelp in pain. "It's working! Keep going!" Phixia said. Laird then used his telekinesis to tie up all six of Scyllana's serpentine heads into a single knot, further adding to Scyllana's pain. "Now toss her as far as you can, I'll do the same to Gloton!" Phixia said. Phixia then used her telekinesis to have Gloton be forcibly curled up into a ball. Then, Laird and Phixia used their telekinesis to toss both Scyllana and Gloton far up into the sky. "Nice one, Laird!" Nikki said. "Hey, guys! There's something going on with Charybdisa!" Sid said, pointing to the Pecadiablo's bulging stomach.
Inside...
"Just a little more!" Ronnie Anne said, charging her entire body with electricity and charging. After she was fully charged up, Ronnie Anne shouted "NOW!" as she then shot out a huge amount of lightning bolts at the dimensional wall. This literally caused Charybdisa's body to burst, releasing everyone and everything she had eaten, every person she had eaten were returned to where they were eaten, and Ronnie Anne, now back in her regular form, landed at the feet of Sid. "Ronnie Anne!" Sid said happily, hugging her girlfriend and kissing her repeatedly. "You know our helmets prevent me from feeling those, right?" Ronnie Anne asked with a chuckle. "I know, I just so happy to see you again!" Sid replied while blushing. Ronnie Anne smiled and hugged Sid. "AWWWWWW!" The girls all went. Charybdisa then struggled to keep standing. "This isn't over, Lucharangers!" She said, before falling down and exploding. "Wow! First time that a Pecadiablo exploded without us having to use the LuchaCannon!" Casey noted. "I guess all the damage I rallied everyone inside to do to her was too much." Ronnie Anne noted as Charybdisa entered her giant mode. "Too bad that wasn't enough!" She said angrily as Laird put his Lucha Changer back on. "Well now I'm back and ready for action! Lucha Power! Alebrije Henkei!" Laird shouted, immediately going into his Leaquilfin mech form and charging at Charybdisa.
"Well, since we're here, we might as well bring out Aquarion Anansi!" Clyde said as he brought out Vector Anansi while he gave Vector Jewel to Phixia and Vector LL to Andros. "Thanks, Clyde!" Ronnie Anne said. "Alebrije Henkei!" The remaining Lucharangers shouted, transforming into their mechs. "Vectors, launch!" Clyde, Andros, and Phixia shouted, releasing the Vectors. "Alebrije Gattai!" Laird shouted. "Nenshin!" Phixia shouted. "Gattai!" Andros shouted. "Go! Aquarion!" Clyde and Aurachnid shouted as the two mechs were formed together. "LuchaKing, awaken!" The Lucharangers shouted. "Aquarion Anansi!" Clyde and Aurachnid shouted. "Skyring descend!" Laird shouted, summoning the arena. "I guess it means that I'll have to watch the whole battle from down here!" Aya said as she was standing on the ground. "Wish we had popcorn." Chloe said as LuchaKing and Aquarion flew up to the Skyring. After LuchaKing and Aquarion Anansi flew up to the Sky Ring, Charybdisa used her flying fish wing and her hydrokinetic powers to launch herself up to it.
"I'm going to swallow you both whole!" Charybdisa taunted. "I don't think so! There's no way I'm going back in there!" Ronnie Anne said. "And I'm not planning on becomeing anyone's meal, thank you!" Clyde added. LuchaKing then grabbed Aquarion's hand. "Mind Mirage!" Laird shouted. That caused LuchaKing to create copies of itself as well as three copies of Aquarion Anansi, resulting in six robots. While she was confused by that sight, Charybdisa wasn't exactly afraid. "Big Deal! I'll just eat you all at once!" She taunted, opening her mouth and reaching to swallow them. However, all she swallowed was air, as all the Mechs were illusions. "What the?" Charybdisa asked as LuchaKing and Aquarion dropped down, hitting her with the blades on their staff and spider legs. Then, Aquarion Anansi shot out webbing from its arms to tie up Charybdisa and even close her mouth shut. "Now to finish this!" Laird said as LuchaKing gathered energy in it's weapon and Aurachnid bit Clyde's leg.
Then, after Aquarion Anansi gathered energy into its right leg and then jumped up into the air, the Lucharangers shouted "Lucha Slash!" while Clyde and Aurachnid shouted "Aquarion Spider Kick!". Then, LuchaKing sent out an energy slash at Charybdisa, right before Aquarion Anansi landed a kick on her face, causing a scorch mark in the shape Clyde's spider symbol to form on the floor. Scyllana then rushed in after recovering from Laird's attack. "Charybdisa!" She shrieked in fright. However, Scyllana was took late as Charybdisa was completely destroyed by the combined attacks of Aquarion Anansi and LuchaKing. Laird then tossed the lock that started sealing Charybdisa's essence. *Burp* the lock went afterwards. "I'll get you back for this, Lucharangers!" Scyllana said angrily leaving.
Later that day..
"Guys, I wanted to apologize." Laird told his friends in the gaming room of his mansion while Clyde and Chloe brought in the "Cheer Up" cake. "What for, buddy?" Sameer asked. "For running off when I should be fighting, and for causing Ronnie Anne to get swallowed up in the first place!" Laird answered. "I had just been going through a lot of stuff lately, and it all clouded my judgment." Laird admitted as Ronnie Anne placed a comforting hand on his shoulder. "It's okay, Laird. Just promise us one thing, you will never think of yourself like that again. You're just as valuable to the team as the rest of us." She said. "Thanks, Ronnie Anne!" Said Laird. "By the way, Sid, I hope you have forgiven me after what happened today!" Laird said while looking at Sid. "Yeah, sorry. I was just upset at the idea that I might never see the one I love again." Sid said, grabbing Ronnie Anne and pulling her into a deep kiss. "AAWWWWWWW!" Said Nikki, Chloe, Aya, and Phixia in delight. "Oh! By the way, Clyde, how come Lincoln and Sakura didn't come with you and the others?" Laird asked Clyde in curiosity.
"Lincoln's still down with the flu, he should be better soon though, and Sakura went with her Obachan to a tea garden that just opened up in town." Clyde answered. "Oh! That's a good explanation there!" Laird said in satisfaction to that answer. Just then, Jalissa walked into the arcade room and quickly noticed Clyde, Chloe, Aya, Andros, Phixia, and Aurachnid amongst the group. "Oh, hey Jalissa!" Casey said. "Guys, this is my girlfriend Jalissa. Jalissa, these are some of our friends from Royal Woods, Clyde, Chloe, Aya, Andros, and Phixia. Yes, Andros and Phixia really look like that, but don't worry, they're friendly." Casey said. "Ahem!" Said Aurachnid in annoyance. "Oh! Right! And this is Clyde's spider partner Aurachnid!" Casey said while pointing at Aurachnid, who was hanging from a thread on the ceiling. "Nice to meet you guys!" Jalissa said as Aya's eyes flashed, allowing her to examine the Jamaican girl's aura. "Whoa! It's pretty clear that you really love Casey very much, even when Lujuria put you and Casey under a love-making spell that would have resulted in you getting pregnant with his babies had that spell not ended early!" Aya said, much to Jalissa's surprise while Clyde and Chloe were rather disturbed and angered after hearing the last part. "Yeah, she can see auras and the secrets within them." Casey explained. "She's also the girl Sid and I told you about before. The one descended from African Witchdoctors." Ronnie Anne said.
"Oh Yeah! Ronnie Anne and Sid told me that you gave them a potion that increases the chest size of any girl who drinks it!" Jalissa noted. "Yep! Although you clearly don't need it." Aya said, noticing Jalissa's natural chest size. "True! The girls in my family have always been early bloomers, myself included! In fact, I was quite excited when my own breasts started growing at age 9! And before you ask, while I do like to wear bikinis, I don't like to wear bras! In fact, I never wear them to begin with, mainly because they are way too constricting!" Jalissa replied. "Join the club!" Ronnie Anne, Sid, Nikki, Phixia, and Aya all proclaimed. "Thanks! As for bikinis, I only wear them when I'm at the beach or at the pool, since they are a type of swimsuit to begin with and they not very constricting as long as they aren't too small and tight for my body and they have adjustable straps, if you all know what I mean!" Jalissa said. "Makes sense." Ronnie Anne said.
Meanwhile, at the Casagrandes' apartment...
Magnifalcougar and Lunastura's statues were sitting on the counter, when all of a sudden, heartbeats could be heard.
Back with the others...
The Alebrije, who were up in the upper area, felt something. "Did you guys feel that?" Jaxondor asked her friends. "Yeah! We definitely felt that! It must be Magnifalcougar and Lunastura! They're finally starting to wake up!" Said Ailuxucara. "We'd better go ahead and tell everyone right away!" Said Trisaurus as he and the other Alebrije went down to meet with their partners. Meanwhile, Jalissa was talking to the others about how she met Casey and about what Lujuria did to do to her and Casey. "As soon as the spell wore off early, we all saw each other in the nude and freaked out! Plus, there was this huge white mess in the bedroom we were in, if you know what I mean!" Jalissa explained, causing Clyde, Chloe, and Aurachnid to shudder in disgust. "Now that's both disturbing and disgusting!" Said Aurachnid stated in disgust. "Yeah, it definitely was! But, it could been worse! If Casey and I were under that spell any longer, not only would we have lost our innocence, but I have been instantly pregnant with Casey's babies as a side effect of that spell!" Jalissa replied, much to the anger of Clyde, Chloe, and Aurachnid. "*GROAN!* That Lujuria really gives love a bad name!" Chloe stated in anger. They all noticed the Alebrije trying to catch their attention. "Something wrong, Jax?" Ronnie Anne asked. "It's Magnifalcougar and Lunastura! They're finally starting to wake up!" Jaxondor announced. "EH!?" They all asked.
Back at the Casagrandes' apartment...
Little lights started flashing in the eyes of the statues, as if they were blinking. "What happened?" A young male voice asked. "Where are we?" A young female voice asked.
