"What do you mean you don't trust The Great Leader?" Orgullo asked Iracundo as the head Pecadiablos were having a meeting in the Kendall Apartment. "Apparently, from what I had overheard, Nepenthesa and Saguaron weren't actually the first Kaijin that the Lucharangers had fought against, since the latter actually helped the Kamen Riders fight against two other Kaijin named Spectralus, who was a Spectral Bat, and Shibogumon, who was Brazilian Wandering Spider!" Iracundo answered. "Kind of makes me wonder what else he could be lying about." Iracundo said. "I'm also a little suspicious about the Great Leader as well! I mean, it's a bit weird that he somehow knows about us, considering that he's from another universe and all!" Envidia noted. "Interesting." Orgullo said. "I assure you, you have no need to be suspicious of us." A voice said as everyone turned to see Amanitake hanging out on their couch. "Sweet digs, by the way." The Death Cap Mushroom Kaijin said.
"What the actual hell?! How did you get in here without us noticing?!" Gloton asked in confusion. "And more importantly, no humans saw you, did they? If LuchaPurple, LuchaBlue, LuchaGold, LuchaSilver, or any of their allies found out we lived here, it would wreck everything!" Orgullo said. "Oh, relax! No need to worry about that! Nobody saw me, especially since I can easily shrink down to a much smaller size and disguise myself as a real mushroom in order to avoid detection! Plus, my shrunken state makes it easier for me to squeeze into small, tight spaces that my other Kaijin comrades can't get into!" Amanitake answered smugly. "Anyway, Great Leader sent me here to help you guys with a mission." Amanitake said, showing everyone a poster. "Apparently there's a middle school level dodgeball tournament coming up." He said, showing them a poster. "Oh, yeah. I heard of that. Dodgeball teams from all over the state, including our school's team, which interestingly enough, is lead by LuchaOrange are coming from schools all over Michigan to participate." Iracundo said.
"Yeah, apparently the mission is to disrupt the dodgeball tournament and cause mayhem and carnage there! We can even have the Lucharangers' civilian identities exposed to the public while we're at it!" Amanitake explained. "As long as it's their identities and not ours!" Orgullo said. "No problem. And you don't even have to waste your time with those weak foot soldiers of yours, thanks to me!" Amanitake said. "What do you mean by that?" Cocidia asked in confusion. Amanitake got off the couch and started shaking his head, releasing spores from the mushroom on his head, Then, after the landed on the floor surrounding him, they all quickly grew into large humanoid mushrooms with muscular bodyframes and skull-like faces with mushroom caps on top their heads as well as very big fists with mushroom caps on their wrists that act like round sheilds and very big feet at the end of their legs. "Meet the Smashrooms!" Amanitake announced as the muscular mushroom humanoids, now called the Smashrooms, flexed their arms in wrestling poses. "They're hired!" Orgullo said, impressed by the mushroom foot soldiers. "But you're going to need backup. Iracundo!" Orgullo said, catching the Pecadiablo of Wrath's attention.
"Right! Cycloptor, Arrise!" Iracundo announced as a portal of fire opened up and released a muscular bat-winged humanoid demon that had only one eye in the center of his face and was wearing a linothorax, a type of Greek armor consisting of a bronze helmet (in his case he had a horn in the forehead area), a bronze chestplate, a Pteruges (a defensive skirt of leather or multi-layered fabric (linen) strips or lappets worn dependant from the waists of Roman and Greek cuirasses of warriors and soldiers, who are usually men, that defend the hips and thighs) and a pair of bronze greaves (leg armor) on his legs as well as a pair of sandals on his feet, while carrying a round Greek shield (called an aspis) in his left hand and a nine-foot-long Greek spear (called a dory) in his right hand. Plus, he had a curved kopis sword stored in a scabbard on the left side of his belt. "What are your orders?" Cycloptor asked. "Work with Amanitake here to wreak havoc with the humans." Iracundo said.
"At once, Master Iracundo!" Cycloptor replied as he went to Amanitake's side. "This should be interesting." Amanitake said as the two left in a flash of fire and light. "Not as interesting as my plan." Lujuria said, looking at the seed pod she had recovered after the last battle.
The next day...
The Dodgeball team was stretching, getting ready for the tournament. "Come on guys, if we're going to win this thing, we're going to need to be fierce!" Dodge said. "Yeah, you tell them, babe!" Becky, who will be acting as the team's substitute player said as she, Ricky, the other Lucharangers, and their Alebrije watched from the bleachers. "So, can you guys believe that we actually visited Africa and helped defend Aya's village home?" Ronnie Anne asked. "I know, and once you get over the fact that they can see your auras and transform into giant hyenas, Aya's family are super cool people!" Sid said. "I'm also rather surprised that Atea, one of Aya's cousins, as well as Aika, who's Sakura's thought-to-be long-lost cousin, are actually young mothers at age 14, with their respective boyfriends Charley and Nyansipo being young fathers at age 12!" Said Ronnie Anne, to which Jalissa, who was with the Lucharangers at the bleachers, gasped in surprise. "Oh my!" Conerrapingo, who was on Jalissa's shoulders, said.
"Yeah, it happened when Nyansipo, the only male cousin from Aya's mother's side of the family, tried to make a potion for boys that was supposed to act as a counterpart to the beauty enhancement potion for girls! Of course, when Nyansipo, Charley, and an Irish friend of theirs named Cianán drank it, things didn't go according to plan! Apparently, the potion was supposed to give them a muscular bodyframe and a 6-pack, but, unfortunately for them, that didn't happen at all! Instead, that potion caused their, well, 'franks and beans' to become temporarily enlarged and well-endowed, complete with really big stiffies and increased male fertility! Of course, when Aika, Atea, and Aoife, the very latter being Cianán's girlfriend, saw their respective boyfriends stiffies, they became more attracted to them than usual and then they decided to 'help them relieve themselves', if you get the idea! Needless to say, that one time was all that it took to caus Aika, Atea, and Aoife to become pregnant with their respective boyfriends' babies and also caused their already big breasts to grow even bigger than usual!" Casey explained. Jalissa laughed at that. "At least AkaRed was able to prevent something like that from happening with us." Jalissa said. "Hey, speaking of mothers, how's yours doing, Jalissa?" Nikki asked. "She's doing great!" Jalissa replied.
"The baby's developing nicely, and should arrive in about six months!" Jalissa said. "You know if you're getting a brother or sister yet?" Sid asked. "Actually, it turns out that, upon closer inspection in the ultrasound, that the baby is indeed a boy, so I'm definitely having a baby brother!" Jalissa answered. "Oh that's wonderful!" Ronnie Anne said. "Congrats!" Sid said. "Thanks, you guys, I'm sure my mom will appreciate that." Jalissa said. "By the way, Lincoln and the others told us that Cianán and Aoife, along with their infant son Brion as well as Cianán's parents, are on their way to Great Lakes City!" Sameer said. "That should be interesting." Ronnie Anne said. "Speaking of interesting, you guys any closer to finding any of the 27 people who were exposed to that light?" Becky asked. "Aside from you three and Aya, who according to AkaRed 'isn't ready yet', not so much." Ronnie Anne said. "Hmm! Call it a wild guess, but maybe it's possible that Cianán is one of the 27 people who were exposed to that light!" Adelaide surmised. "It's possible, who knows how far that shockwave went." Batelegong said.
"It might even reach beyond the solar system!" He added. "Well wherever they are, we need to find them. We need all the help we can get!" Ronnie Anne said. "Yeah! But, how are we going to find them without Aya's aura-reading ability?" Carl asked. "Hopefully that will get easier once they get back." Ronnie Anne said. "By the way, Conerrapingo, what exactly made you drawn towards Jalissa in the first place?" Lunastura asked. "It's hard to explain." Conerrapingo said. "For some reason, it feels like something within Jalissa is resonating with me!" She added. "Huh." Ronnie Anne said as Mrs. Kernicky walked into the gym. "Alright, kids, time to get ready!" She told the dodgeball team. "Yes, Mrs. Kernicky!" Said Dodge. Unbeknownst to any of them, Amanitake was watching in his shrunken state, chuckling maniacally. "Oh, that new info is very interesting! Wait until my comrades hear about that!" Amanitake noted. "But, in the meantime, I'd better wait until the dodgeball tournament starts in order to execute the plan!" He added. Unbeknownst to him, Iracundo's messenger bat was watching the Kaijin intently. "Speaking of my comrades, I wonder what they're doing right now!" Amanitake wondered.
Back at the Kendall apartment...
Lujuria's screams could be heard. "What's with the screaming, Lujuria?!" Orgullo asked in annoyance. "Cupidark and Erostar's bows, they've been snapped in half, and their arrows have been burnt to a crisp!" Lujuria said. We then see Lujuria rummaging through a pile of arrows that were severely burned until she eventually found a few that had managed to remain undamaged. Only to realize something. "Damn it! These are all Erostar's arrows! Even If I fix the bows, they're useless without Cupidark's!" She complained. She searched through the pile again and found only three of Cupidark's arrows that weren't damaged. "Double damn it! They are only three of Cupidark's arrows that weren't damaged, which means that once I use them up, there would be no more left! Oooooh! If only I could find a way to get that Dark Box from the Lucharangers' hands and try to free Cupidark and Erostar from it!" Lujuria complained. "Even if you could get the box, only one pure of heart can open it, remember?" Iracundo asked.
"Damn it! You're right, Iracundo! I completely forgot about that!" Lujuria said in disappointment before she then started crying in despair. "How Could This Have Happened To Me?! I Just Came Up With A Plan To Finally Use Those Arrows At A City-Wide Scale With Some Help From Gremlock And Now I Don't Have Enough Arrows To So!" Lujuria shouted while crying. "Better question, how did this happen?" Envidia asked. "Call it hunch, I believe that our quote-unquote "allies" the Shocker Kaijin might be the ones behind this, with Amanitake being the one that lead them here in order to sabotage your plans!" Iracundo surmised. Unbeknownst to them, one of Kabuto's fly cameras was watching, feeding live footage to the Animarius Castle. "Looks like you're starting to lose some trust with them." Tyrannus told Great Leader. "Apparently, that Iracundo is obviously too smart for his own good!" The Great Leader said. "Which is ironic, given his title as the 'Pecadiablo of Wrath'." He noted.
"Yeah, weird! With a title like that, you think he would be a little more aggressive and a lot less intelligent!" Tyrannus noted. "Yes, well, fortunately, with some permission from King Draco himself, I took the precaution of having an Animarius do the deed instead, in order throw away any suspicion from my Kaijin!" The Great Leader said. "Oh! I get it! It's like a scapegoat!" Tyrannus said. "I'm right here!" Capricornus stated in annoyance after hearing that. "Oh! Sorry, Capricornus! I wasn't actually referring to you or a literal goat!" Tyrannus said in apology. "Apology accepted!" Capricornus replied. "Anyway, it is not just any Animarius that did the sabotage! It's one from the Royal Guard that just recently arrived here! Specifically, Muscalignite!" King Draco explained as he entered the room. "If I may, how is getting Muscalignite to break their toys supposed to be beneficial to your plans? No one saw him do it, and they're already suspicious of you." Aquilis pointed out.
"For one thing, when I told King Draco about what Lujuria did with those arrows in one of her previous plans, he's more than willing to agree with the sabotage!" The Great Leader explained. "He's correct about that! While I don't like humans, the very fact that Lujuria uses those arrows to force kids into reproducing with each other is so sickening that it makes me want to vomit many times over *Shudder!" King Draco answered with a shudder. "Even worse, if she manages to use those arrows on us Animarius, including General Leo's offspring Andros and Phixia, then the Pecadiablos would undoubtedly try to use that to their advantage and even possibly try to overthrow us!" He added with contempt. "Yes, but your plan requires the Pecadiablos to trust you, so how are you going to go about that with trust with them already going downhill?" Aquilis asked. "That's where Muscalignite must make his presence known!" The Great Leader answered as he pulled out a walkie talkie. "Muscaliet! I believe it's time that the Pecadiablos know about you!" The Great Leader said through the walkie talkie. "Understood! I'm already in my squirrel-sized form and I'm at a window in front the Pecadiablos' apartment! I'll simply just knock and then make them chase me!" A male voice, now identified as Muscalignite, answered.
Then, we cut to see a red-colored squirrel-sized humanoid creature that that had a body like a rabbit and head like a rabbit, a tail, arms, and hind legs like a squirrel, a muzzle like that of a European Mole, ears like those of a weasel, bristled hair on his back like that of a domestic pig, and tusks like those of a wild boar while also having the symbol of the Mythical Army on his left shoulder. "*Chuckle!* Time for me to have some fun by messing with those Pecadiablos!" The creature, who's identified as Muscalignite, said as he put away the walkie talkie in his person. Muscalignite then proceeded to knock on the Kendall's apartment window. This caught their attention. "What the? A weird-looking squirrel?" Envidia said in confusion. "Technically, I'm part-squirrel, but, really, calling me weird-looking? You demons really take a look at a mirror more often!" Muscalignite retorted, causing the Pecadiablos to get startled. "Watch your mouth, whatever you are!" Cocidia said.
"First of all, I'm called Muscalignite, as I'm an Animarius based on a Muscaliet, which is the creature that you see here!" Muscaliet retorted. "Secondly, how do you like my little gift?" Muscalignite asked, pointing to the bows and arrows. "Wait a minute! I Was You Who Destroyed My Arrows?! But, How?!" Lujuria asked angrily. "Oh, that's easy! I snuck my way into your apartment through the vents and then found the arrows within a closest! Then, I simply just ignited the arrows with my extreme body heat as well as the flames that I produce from my back! Why, you ask? King Draco heard about your little failed attempt to make LuchaRed get his girlfriend pregnant before blowing them up with bomb and, needless to say, his majesty was very disgusted about that! Seriously, King Draco made it illegal for young Animarius couples to make love and reproduce until they're legal adults, and for a good reason! We may be a race of evil world-conquering extraterrestrials, but there are certain things that even we got to have standards against! Plus, his majesty realized that if those arrows of yours work on humans, then it would mean that it might affect us Animarius too and he doesn't want you Pecadiablos to be given that chance!" Muscalignite explained. "Especially when it comes to those traitorous children of General Leo." He added.
"But how did you even know about that plan?!" Lujuria asked angrily. "That's for me to know and you demons to never find out!" Muscalignite answered smugly. "Get him!" Lujuria said. "No need to tell me twice!" Said Envidia as the Pecadiablos charged towards the window. "You're going to have to catch me first!" Muscalignite declared as he jumped off of the window and landed gracefully onto a nearby tree. "You'll never get me, coppers!" Muscalignite said in a joking tone, jumping away.
Meanwhile...
The Dodgeball Tournament is in full swing, with Dodge having thrown out the last remaining member of their current opponents. "And with that, Cesar Chavez moves on!" Jim Sparkletooth, who's acting as an announcer, said. "Yeah! That's the way!" Becky said from the sidelines. "This game is nuts! I like it!" Harpygolverine said. "Yeah! We should try to play a game like that sometime!" Prawngolequin added. "There they are!" Cycloptor said as he and Amanitake watched from afar. "What's the plan?" The cyclops asked. "Simple! We, burst our way in from underground! Fortunately, the Smashrooms aren't just good at physical strength, but they are also very powerful and fast diggers!" Amanitake answered. "Show him what I mean, boys!" The Deathcap Kaijin ordered. Then, the Smashrooms grunted and saluted in obedience before they then opened their hands and let out long claws from their fingertips. Afterwards, the Smashrooms went and used their claws to start digging a very large tunnel into the ground. "Okay, that's impressive." Cycloptor said. Meanwhile, Dodge and her team were resting from the previous match. "Great work guys, we owned those punks!" Dodge said.
"Yeah!" The rest of her team shouted in victory. "You rocked it, babe!" Becky said, giving Dodge a celebratory kiss on the lips. "AWWWWWW!" The girls of Dodge's team gushed. "I still don't understand how girls can be in love with other girls, but hey. At least you two are happy." Harpygolverine said. That's when the rest of the dodgeball team took notice of Harpygolverine and Prawngolequin. "Aren't those strange creatures that have been sighted all over town?" One of the boys asked. That caused Becky and Dodge to facepalm in frustration. "Dang It, Harpygo!" Becky said. "Sorry." The Alebrije said. "Okay, we're about to tell you guys something, but you have to promise not to freak out or tell anyone." Becky said. "Especially him." Dodge said, pointing to Jim Sparkletooth. Then, the rest of the dodgeball team looked at each other before saying at once "We promise!" Wordlessly, Becky and Dodge rolled up their long sleeves no one really found the need to question, revealing their Lucha Changers.
The rest of the dodgeball team simply just gasped in surprise. "Really? You two?" One of the girls asked. "As well as my brother Ricky, the skate team, Ronnie Anne's cousin Carl, Sid's sister Adelaide, that girl Aya, and 23 other people, but Aya and the other 23 aren't official yet." Becky said. That took the rest of the dodgeball team by surprise. Meanwhile, Jim was lamenting his current job. "This is ridiculous! I should be looking for the Lucharangers, not commenting a stupid school sport tournament! I don't even like Dodgeball! Nearly got hit in the face too many times as a kid!" Jim said. Meanwhile, Jim was lamenting his current job. "Seriously, I should out there doing something more exciting than this! Why was I even here to begin with?!" Jim asked in frustration. "Because you lost that bet with the other reporters." One of Jim's cameramen reminded. "Dang It! Now, I remember! I shouldn't have played cards against the other reporters, especially Katherine Mulligan!" Jim Sparkletooth lamented. "What I wouldn't give for a monster attack to happen right about now." Jim said as two more teams took the court, however, before anything could be done, the Smashrooms started surfacing.
"Whoa! Looks like my wish came true!" Jim Sparkletooth said in surprise as the Smashrooms broke their way through the floor and gathered together before Cycloptor and Amanitake came out of the hole in the ground and went to the Smashrooms' side. "Puny humans! Bow before the might of the Pecadiablos and Shocker!" Amanitake declared. Everyone screamed in fright as they tried to escape from the gym, only for some of the Smashrooms to block all of the exits and grab any people that try to run away. "Dang it, can you guys buy some time while we call for backup?" Becky asked the Dodgeball team. "We'll try, though given how big these guys are, it's going to be tough for us!" On the girls answered. "Just do what you guys do best, toss Dodgeballs at them." Dodge said. "Right!" The rest of the dodgeball team replied. Becky and Dodge snuck under the bleachers where no one was watching. "How do you work this thing?" Becky asked, fiddling with her changer, trying to figure out how to call the others. "Honestly, I don't know!" Dodge answered. "Guys? Anyone there?" Becky asked. "I read you loud and clear, sis!" Ricky's voice came out. "Good, listen there's a Pecadiablo and another one of those Shocker guys crashing the tournament and we can't face them alone!" Becky said. "The others are busy with their classes, but I'm free! I'll be there as soon as I can!" Ricky said.
"Great! Get to the gym quickly! Oh! And call AkaRed while you're at it!" Becky said. "On it!" Ricky said. "Okay, we can't transform here, people will get suspicious, we need someplace private, the locker room!" Becky said. Then, Dodge and Becky got out hiding and rushed towards the ladies' locker room. Unfortunately, they were unable to get to the door as some Smashrooms discovered them and immediately blocked it. "You picked the wrong girls to mess with, you walking pizza toppings!" Becky said, cracking her knuckles. She and Dodge went and charged towards the Smashrooms and punched them in the abdomen. Unfortunately, not only did the Smashrooms not feel any pain, but their bodies were like rubber. That caused Becky and Dodge to be sent flying from the rebound. "Oh, you want to play hardball?" Dodge asked, discreetly using her powers to form two giant balls of steel. "Here are some real hardballs!" She said, tossing the balls at the foot soldiers. Unfortunately, the end results were the same as the steel balls immediately bounced off from the Smashrooms' bodies, causing the muscular mushroom humanoids to chuckle at that failed attempt. "This might be a bit harder than I thought." Becky said. Fortunately, the gym doors burst open, revealing LuchaMagnet.
"All right, you mushroom muscleheads, prepare to get cooked!" Ricky declared. AkaRed then jumped in through the window. "Dang It! That interfering mentor of the Lucharangers is here too! I better do something rather drastic!" Said Amanitake as he whistled at two of the Smashrooms, who immediately complied by grabbing Becky and Dodge. Of course, Becky and Dodge were unable to break free, due to the Smashrooms being a lot stronger than they were. "Hey! Let us go!" Becky complained while struggling to break free. "Oh, I'll let you two go, after I give you both these!" Amanitake declared as he then pulled out two small mushrooms from the primary mushroom on his head and forcibly pushed them into Becky and Dodge's mouths before he made them swallow them. "Ugh! What did you make us eat?!" Dodge asked in digust. "And more importantly, who are you?!" Becky added. "Oh, just some mushrooms from my body! As for who I am, I'm Amanitake, the Death Cap Mushroom Kaijin!" Amanitake answered. "Death Cap?" Becky and Dodge repeated with worried looks on their faces. "That's right! I'm based on the most poisonous mushroom on the planet! It's poison is so powerful that half a cap is enough to kill a single human, not to mention that cooking it won't reduce its toxicity! Also, the mushrooms you two have just eaten are definitely poisonous!" Amanitake answered, much to Becky and Dodge's horror.
"And there's only one antidote, which I have right here!" Amanitake said, holding up two vials. "But if you think I'm just going to hand it over, you chicks are crazy!" The Death Cap Kaijin said. Then, the two Smashrooms went and tossed Becky and Dodge onto the floor. No sooner did that happen, Becky and Dodge started feeling really sick. "Ooooh! I don't feel so good!" Becky said while feeling sick from the poisonous mushroom she ate. "Ooooh! Same here!" Dodge said in equal sickness. "Becky, Dodge." Ricky said, sending an electromagnetic pulse at Amanitake. "You'd better cough up those vials now, ugly!" Ricky threatened. "Yeah, I don't think so! How about that you fight against my friend instead?" Amanitake answered as Cycloptor charged towards Ricky and knocked him down wth his shield. "Ow!" Ricky complained as AkaRed helped him up. "I'll secure the antidotes, you take care of the Pecadiablo!" AkaRed volunteered. "How am I supposed to do that? His armor is more impressive than mine!" Ricky said. "Yes, but what is his armor made of?" AkaRed asked. "Oh, how stupid am I?" Ricky asked.
Ricky then tried to use his magnetic powers on Cycloptor's armor. Unfortunately, it didn't even work, as Cycloptor's bronze armor didn't even move. "What?! But how?! Aren't all metals supposed to be attracted to magnets?!" Ricky asked in confusion while Cycloptor laughed at his attempt. "Stupid fool! Not all metals are magnetic and bronze, the very metal my armor is made out of, is one of them!" Cycloptor explained with pride. "Dang it!" Ricky said. "Your armor may not be magnetic, but I bet it's conductive!" A voice said as everyone turned to see LuchaPurple shooting lightning at Cycloptor. "Uh Oh!" Cycloptor said as he quickly took out his shield and had it open up a large decorative eye that immediately absorbed the lightning and then shot it back at Ronnie Anne. Nikki then erected a crystal barrier as the rest of the core eight entered the gym. "Dang! That was a close one!" Who's the guy in ancient Greek armor with only one eyeball?" Sameer asked. "Cycloptor, a soldier of Iracundo. He's as annoyingly strong as he is incredibly ugly." Jaxondor explained. "Oh, I'm ugly? Have you Alebrije ever looked at a mirror lately?" Cycloptor retorted back in a smug tone. "At least we don't have faces not even a mother could love!" Aurastralumba fired back.
"Hah! Burn!" Ricky said. Everyone then noticed Amanitake. "Uh oh. I think that guy's a Death Cap Mushroom monster!" Batelegong said. "*Gulp!* Death Cap Mushroom?! Is that bad?!" Laird asked in worry. "Only if you consider being the most poisonous mushroom in the world bad." Batelegong said. "That particular mushroom contains Amatoxins, the class of toxins found in these mushrooms, that are thermostable, meaning that they resist changes due to heat, so their toxic effects are not reduced by cooking! Inf act, the principal of these Amatoxins is α-amanitin, which damages the liver and kidneys, causing liver and kidney failure that can be fatal! It is estimated that as little as half of that mushroom contains enough toxin to kill an adult human! From what I have read in human books recently, the Death Cap Mushroom has been involved in the majority of human deaths from mushroom poisoning, possibly including the deaths of Roman Emperor Claudius in AD 54 and Holy Roman Emperor Charles VI in 1740!" Lunastura explained, much to the Lucharangers' shock and fright.
"And he force fed some to Becky and Dodge!" Ricky revealed. "He says there's an antidote, but he has them, and he's not handing them over! Then there's his Smashrooms, and they're as tough as they are ugly!" He added. "Then we need to get those antidotes!" Ronnie Anne said. "MaxLucha Power!" The core eight shouted, entering their MaxLucha modes. "Sid, Nikki, and Adelaide, help me and AkaRed fight the mushrooms and get those antidotes! Casey, Sameer, Laird, Carl, and Ricky, handle big, tall, and ugly!" Ronnie Anne ordered. "Right!" Everyone said. Then, the Lucharangers see Becky and Dodge's dodgeball trying to take down some of the Smashrooms with their dodgeballs, only for the Smashrooms to not feel any pain from them. However, one of the girls was able to hit a Smashroom on the cap, causing it to scream and writhe in pain. "The caps! That must be their weak spot!" Ronnie Anne realized upon seeing that.
Ronnie Anne then jumped up and smacked her feet down on top of one of the Smashrooms' caps, causing it to get flattened before it exploded. "Oh yeah! Nailed it!" Ronnie Anne declared in victory. "Nice one, Ronnie Anne!" Sid said in amazement. "Thanks! Now, let's smash some Smashrooms, Super Mario Bros style!" Ronnie Anne declared. "Right!" The rest of the Lucharangers declared as they started jumping and stomping on top of more Smashrooms the same way that Ronnie Anne did. Needless to say, Amanitake was not happy to see that turn of events. "What?! That's not supposed to happen! The Smashrooms shouldn't have any weaknesses at all! I even supervised the Shocker scientists to make sure that there weren't any! How could this even have happened?!" Amanitake asked in confusion. "Perhaps those Shocker scientists you've mentioned must have either goofed up when making them or some of them could have possibly have placed that weakness in the Smashrooms when you're back was turned!" Cycloptor surmised, much to Amanitake's chagrin. "Grrrr! If either case is true, then those scientists are going to pay dearly when the Great Leader hears about this!" Amanitake declared in anger. "I'm afraid you've got your own problems, Amanitake!" AkaRed said. "You have two options, give me those antidotes, or I will have no choice but to unleash a world of pain on you!" He declared.
"Oh yeah? And how are you going to do the latter to me?" Amanitake asked smugly. "Soul Korin! Zyuoh Gorilla!" AkaRed called. He then transformed into his Zyuoh Gorilla form, much to Amanitake's chagrin. "I had to ask!" Amanitake said in annoyance. "Hand over the antidotes, or you'll experience pain that had even an immortal being quaking!" AkaRed threatened. "You want them? Come And Get Them, Monkey Boy!" Amanitake taunted. "You'll be regretting those words, villain! And for the record, Gorillas are apes, not monkeys!" AkaRed declared while preparing to charge at Amanitake.
Meanwhile, with the boys...
They were fighting against Cycloptor, who was blocking their attacks with his shield and fighting back with his spear. "This guy's got to have some thing we can use against him!" Casey said. "Batel, do you know anything that can be of help here?" Sameer asked. "If I remember correctly, he has terrible depth perception." Batelegong said. "I heard that!" Cycloptor said in annoyance as he then kicked Sameer in the crotch. "Ow! My Tenders!" Sameer shouted in pain as he then fell to the ground while covering his crotch. The boys winced at that. "Oh, you did not just do that to my boyfriend!" Nikki angrily declared, summoning two giant crystal swords. "I just remembered something!" Trisaurus said. "The eye he attacked Ronnie Anne with, it can be attacked while preparing for his counter!" He whispered as Nikki charged. Just then, Cycloptor saw Nikki coming towards him and used his shield to block her crystal swords. "So we just have to find a way to get him to open his eye? How are we supposed to do that?" Casey asked. "If we had Becky and Harpygolverine's energy powers, it'd be a cinch, but until AkaRed can get that antidote, she's unavailable at the moment." Batelegong lamented.
"Yeah, not to mention that Ronnie Anne's lightning powers only get sent back at us!" Casey said. "Yeah, but how? He's got better hearing than us! So, how are we going to defeat him?" Carl asked. They then remembered what Sid's power was, and turned to see her and the other girls take out the last of the Smashrooms. "Woo Hoo! That was fun!" Adelaide said. "Yeah! It's like how Mario and Luigi take down the Goombas in the video games!" Sid noted. "Sid, Ronnie Anne, we need your guys' help!" Casey said. "We'd better get out there. Think you can handle helping AkaRed?" Sid asked Adelaide who simply held up the GokaiSilver key. "I think I can manage." Adelaide said. Adelaide then summoned the updated armor of GokaiSilver Gold Mode, with Houou Soldier replacing Ryu Commander, while summoning the Gokai Spear in her hand. "Uh Oh!" Amanitake exclaimed as he then dodged and weaved away from Adelaide's attacks by squashing and stretching his body like rubber. "Good thinking, Adelaide! Soul Korin! GokaiRed Gold Mode!" AkaRed announced, taking on his student's version of GokaiSilver's extra mode.
AkaRed then charged towards Amanitake alongside Adelaide with his own copy of the Gokai Spear! Both rangers slashed Amanitake, causing the vials to go flying out of his hand. "Oh No!" Amanitake said in horror as the vials landed in AkaRed's hand. "Hey, Amanitake! This place needs some serious fungus powder. You're the fungus, and we're the powder!" Adelaide said. "Oh, this is bad!" Amanitake said in fright. Voices called from the Gokai Spears.
Final Wave!
Then, AkaRed spun around his Gokai Spear while summoning the Gokai Saber before he then used the latter weapon to launch the spinning Gokai Spear at Amanitake while setting it in red flames. As for Adelaide, she went and summoned holographic images of all of the sixth rangers from her armor before they then charged towards Amanitake alongside the spinning fiery Gokai Spear. Afterwards, both AkaRed's Gokai Spear and the holographic sixth rangers slashed at Amanitake in consecutive strikes before Adelaide finished by shouting "Gokai Legendary Extreme Dream!" and slashing him with her own Gokai Spear. "AGGGH! LOOKS LIKE THIS MUSHROOM HAS BEEN SLICED AND DICED!" Amanitake shouted in pain, right before he fell to the ground and ejected a tiny spore that floated away safely while he exploded. "Yes! Now to get these to Becky and Dodge!" Adelaide said. "They might need a dose of your Healing Moon, too at this point." AkaRed pointed out. Adelaide turned to see Becky and Dodge laying down on the floor while groaning in pain and turning blue from the poison. "Good call!" Adelaide said as they rushed over, uncorking the vials and pouring the antidotes into Becky and Dodge's mouths.
Once she did that, Adelaide then announced "Healing Moon!" and performed her signature healing power on Becky and Dodge. The antidote, combined with Adelaide's powers completely healed Becky and Dodge. Afterwards, Becky and Dodge got up and gasped while their skin turned back to their normal colors. "Yuck! Okay, I am officially removing all manner of mushroom from my diet!" Becky declared. "Same here!" Dodge said. "While I understand why you two feel that way, you do realize that not all mushrooms are poisonous!" Lunastura stated. "Don't care! Just point me in the direction of whoever's left so I can beat the living daylights out of them!" Becky said. "That would be Cycloptor, the Pecadiablo with only one eyeball and wearing ancient Greek Armor!" Adelaide replied as she pointed at Cycloptor, who was still putting up a good defense against the rest of the Lucharangers. "Perfect, I need someone to vent all my aggression on for making me miss all the action, and musclehead over there will work just fine!" Becky said as Harpygolverine and Prawngolequin hopped on her and Dodge's shoulders. "Lucha Power!" The two shouted.
Then, after transforming into LuchaCyan and LuchaOrange, respectively, Becky and Dodge immediately jumped into the fray. "HEY UGLY!" Becky said, catching Cycloptor's attention as she and Dodge punched him in the eye with fists coated in energy and stone respectively. "OW! MY EYE!" Cycloptor shouted in agony, causing him to drop his weapons and cover his face in pain. "If his depth perception was bad before, it's pretty much gone now!" Laird joked as Cycloptor removed his hands from his face to reveal that his eye was swollen shut. "Let's take this chance and make him gone!" Ronnie Anne said as the core eight prepared their secondary finisher. "Let's jump on board with that! Energy!" Becky called. "Matter!" Dodge cried. "Magnet!" Ricky shouted. "Summon, Wild Bazooka!" The three shouted summoning their own finisher and arming it's payload. "Lucha Sacred Bomber!" The core eight shouted. "Fire!" Becky said. No sooner did they announced that, the Lucharangers unleashed their finishers at Cycloptor, causing him to yell in agony and explode. "Ha! Take that, sucka!" Becky said. "It's not over yet!" Ronnie Anne reminded as Cycloptor entered his giant form, creating a hole in the school roof. "Now I'm mad!" Cycloptor declared. "Alebrije-" The Core eight Lucharangers started saying, only for AkaRed to cut them off. "Actually, I believe we should let them take a shot." AkaRed said, pointing to Becky, Ricky, and Dodge.
"Huh?" The core eight asked in confusion. "Your Alebrije Mechs aren't the only ones that can combine to form robots." AkaRed said, pulling out a device that projected a hologram of one of his blueprints. "I call it, LuchaWild." He explained as everyone beheld the design. The design consisted of the Harpygolverine mech forming the head, arms, upper torso, and upper wings, the Aurastrolumba mech forming the feet, legs, lower torso, lower wings, and chestplate, and the Prawngolequin mech forming the central torso core via turning into a sphere. "AkaRed, you are a genius!" Becky said. "Save the compliments for later." AkaRed said, pointing to Cycloptor. "Right, let's do this, guys!" Becky said. "Alebrije Henkei!" The three called. Afterwards, Becky, Dodge, and Ricky transformed into their Alebrije mech forms and flew towards Cycloptor. "Hey One-Eye! We've got a bone to pick with you!" Becky called. "I should be telling you pests the same thing!" Cycloptor angrily retorted as he swung his spear at the three Alebrije mechs. The three flew out of the way. "Let's do this, guys!" Dodge said. "Right!" Ricky said. "Alebrije Gattai!" The three shouted.

Then, the three Alebrije mechs shot up into the sky and started to transform. First, the Harpygolverine mech detached her tail while her hind legs folded into themselves, right before her lower body went and folded down a little while leaving an empty space underneath her upper body. Next, the Harpygolverine mech's front legs straightened up and then moved down before her front paws flipped upwards and allowed robotic hands to flip out from the lower arms while her dorsal fin split itself in half and folded down on the back and her Harpy Eagle wings moved down as well, right before her head and neck moved upwards over the body. Then, the Aurastrolumba mech folded in all four of his legs before his head, tail, and wings detached themselves from the body, which then transformed further by splitting in half and then move downwards to form lower legs and flipped out two panels that became the feet while also revealing a robotic lower torso attached to two robotic upper legs. Once that happened, the Prawngolequin mech folded in her wings and closed her Elytra shut before she then tucked in her Pangolin and Giant Tiger Prawn limbs and curled up into a ball. Finally, the pieces started to together as the now-transformed body of the Aurastrolumba mech merged underneath the now-transformed Harpygolverine mech's body, right before the curled up Prawngolequin mech connected into the empty space between the two mechs with her closed spotted Elytra facing forwards in display while the pigeon wings of the Aurastrolumba mech attached themselves to the lower back of the Harpygolverine mech. Afterwards, the head of the Aurastrolumba mech attached itself to the chest space above the Prawngolequin mech while the head of Harpygolverine mech faced forwards and opened its mouth to reveal a robotic face with a Luchador mask, similar in appearance to the mask worn by Becky and Artemis in the Lucha Libre Club, that was colored in cyan, orange, and magnet colors. Once that happened, the Harpygolverine mech's piranha tail transformed into a blaster gun by flipping out a handle underneath it and sliding out a cannon barrel into the front of where the tail detached from the main body while the tail of the Aurastrolumba mech transformed into a gattling gun by flipping out a handle underneath it and sliding out a gattling gun barrel from the tail detached from the main body. Finally, the new Mecha caught the two weapons, with the blaster gun in the left arm and the gattling gun in the right arm, and twirled them around before it did a few dramatic action hero poses with its guns while Becky, Dodge, and Ricky announced "LUCHAWILD! AWAKEN!"
"Wait, we get swords, but they get guns?" Laird asked AkaRed. "Trust me, there's a lot more weapons I have in mind for LuchaKing and LuchaKaiser." AkaRed said. "Plus, the guns and LuchaWild's name is a little reference to the Dobutsu Sentai Zyuohger's secondary Mecha ZyuohWild!" He added. "Becky, summon your version of the Skyring! We can't risk anymore collateral damage!" Ronnie Anne said. "You got it!" Becky replied. "Sky Ring, Descend!" She announced as LuchaWild pointed its guns up in the sky and shot out beams of light from both weapons. That caused a large hexagon wrestling to appear through the clouds and hover in the air. "Follow us, if you dare!" Dodge taunted. LuchaWild then spread out its four wings and flew up to the Sky Ring. "It's a good thing that I got wings!" Cycloptor said as he spread out the bat-like wings on his back and flew up to the Sky Ring as well. "Bring it on, humans!" Cycloptor declared as they got into the arena. Of course, Cycloptor protected himself by blocking the shots with his shield before he then launched his spear at LuchaWild. Cycloptor then drew out his kopis sword from the scabbard on the left side of his belt and charged towards LuchaWild.
LuchaWild kept dodging. "There's got to be someway around that armor of his!" Becky said. "I remember that he has no armor on his back!" Batelegong said. "Mostly because that he couldn't get any back armor that could allow his wings to fit through! *Snicker!*" he added with a snicker. "Great, so all we have to is figure out a way to get to his back before he can react!" Dodge said. "You're forgetting that I can hear you!" Cycloptor said in annoyance as he then charged towards LuchaWild and kicked it in the crotch. "Yeah, well you're forgetting this is a giant robot piloted by two girls, so that didn't hurt!" Becky said. "Yeah!" Dodge said. "Speak for yourselves." Ricky and Aurastralumba complained as LuchaMagnet was on the floor of the cockpit, holding his crotch in pain. "Oops! Sorry, you guys! I forgot that you're the only males in this combination!" Becky apologized. "And that your mech forms the lower half." Dodge said, somehow only just realizing that important detail. We also see that LuchaWild was temporarily paralyzed by Cycloptor's kick.
The core eight winced on the ground. "They're going to need some help." Ronnie Anne said. "LuchaKaiser is faster, so it might be able to help distract him!" Adelaide said. "Good idea!" Said Carl. "Alebrije Henkei! Alebrije Gattai!" Carl and Adelaide called. Then, Carl and Adelaide transformed into their Alebrije mech forms and then quickly combined into LuchaKaiser. They flew into the Skyring and slashed Cycloptor in the armorless back with their dual swords. "AAAAAAAAAGH! HOW DARE YOU STRIKE ME?!" Cycloptor yelled in anger and pain as he then turned his attention to LuchaKaiser and started attacking it. "You want to mess with some of us, you're going to have to mess with all of us!" Carl declared as LuchaKaiser used it's swords to block and counter. While that was happening, the LuchaWild started to move again. "We have to take advantage of this! Energy Shot!" Becky declared. "Magnet Gatling!" Ricky called. That's when LuchaWild shooting a cyan-colored energy blast from its left blaster gun while also firing a rapid barrage of magnet-colored energy bullets from its right gattling gun, with both attacks hitting Cycloptor dead center at his back.
"Matter cannon!" Dodge called. That's when the caudal fin of LuchaWild's left blaster gun flipped upwards and allowed the gattling gun barrel of LuchaWild's right gattling gun to slide in and connect behind the left blaster gun, which resulted in a combined two-handled blaster rifle. LuchaWild then pulled the trigger and fired out an orange-colored revolving energy beam that hit Cycloptor in the back, causing him to yell in pain. "This job just gets better and better!" Becky declared as Cycloptor got up, only to shriek in shock as his armor fell off his body. "He's ready, Laird, prepare the lock!" Ronnie Anne ordered. "You got it! Alebrije Henkei!" Laird replied as he transformed into the Leaquilfin mech and flew up to the Sky Ring. "I don't need armor to crush you!" Cycloptor said. "No, but you do need it in order to not be crushed by us!" Becky called. "Lucha Ball, arm!" The three declared. That's when LuchaWild put away its gun while the curled-up Prawngolequin mech detached from the midsection of LuchaWild before it it was caught in LuchaWild's hands. "You have got to be kidding me!" Cycloptor said in exasperation. "Wild Dodgeball Smash!" Becky, Dodge, and Ricky called.
"Wait!" Cycloptor begged as he picked up a small piece of his chest plate and held it in front of him. However the Lucha Ball sailed through the armor like a hot knife through butter. The Lucha Ball also managed to pierce a gaping hole right through Cycloptor's torso. "I am so glad that's not me." Laird said. "*Groan!* Well played, kids! You've got me by a Bull's Eye!" Cycloptor stated in pain, right before he fell down and exploded into a cloud. Laird tossed the lock into the cloud of Cycloptor's essence. Once that happened, the lock sucked all of Cycloptor's essence before it then closed its mouth and burped in satisfaction. "And that, is how it's done!" Becky said.
Later that day...
After all the craziness was over, the Dodgeball tournament was able to resume, and Dodge and her team were in the final match. It was down to both Dodge and the captain of the other team. Not only that, but Jim Sparkletooth was still acting as the announcer, much to his own chagrin. The captain of the opposing team threw a ball which Dodge was able to succesfully dodge, when she got an idea. Dodge took a ball and spun around before she then threw it at the opposing captain. Leaving her no time to react as the ball hit, ending the game. "And with that, Cesar Chavez has claimed victory!" Jim Sparkletooth declared. That's when Dodge, Becky, and rest of the Cesar Chavez cheered in victory while the crowd roared in applause. "At least someone's happy." Jim said. "Hey, don't be so mad, Jim. The cameras were rolling during the fight, and caught everything!" One of his cameramen said. "Who knows, maybe the Lucharangers let their real names slip!" He said, making Jim excited. "Yeah, you're right!" He said. "Yeah, I don't think so." AkaRed, in his MagiRed form said, watching from afar and casting a spell on the camera that caught the action, altering said footage.
Later that night...
Jim was in his news van searching the footage for the fight. "There it is!" He said as the part where LuchaMagnet burst in, however, it immediately cut to footage of Jim Sparkletooth singing 'Call Me Baby', badly, at the news studio's weekly karaoke night. "What the heck?! What is that doing here?!" Jim Sparkletooth asked in bewilderment. "I don't know, but I found this on the camera." One of the cameramen said, handing Jim a business card with AkaRed's emblem on one side, and the taunting words 'You're going to have to try harder than that. -AkaRed. PS, your singing sucks.' on the other side. Upon seeing that, Jim got angry. "Curse You, AkaRed!" Jim shouted with his fist in the air. "At least it can't get any worse." Jim said. "I wouldn't be too sure." One of Jim's cameramen said as Jim noticed they all had the video playing on their phones, in fact, it was playing on every multimedia device in the city! "NOOOOOOOOOO!" Jim shouted in horror and embarrassment.
Meanwhile, we see the Pecadiablos chasing after Muscalignite. As they were chasing him, words were being spoken to him in a communicator in his ear. "Woah! Looks like old One Eye got sealed!" Muscalignite said. "What did you just say?" Iracundo asked. "King Draco just reported to me that the Lucharangers destroyed Cycloptor and your mushroom headed friend." Muscalignite said. "What?! You mean to tell us that one of my soldiers has been defeated along with Amanitake while we were out chasing after you?!" Iracundo asked in fury. "That's right!" Muscalignite answered. "How'd they even defeat them? Cycloptor's armor is the strongest in your army, and those Smashrooms looked pretty tough!" Envidia said. "And more importantly, how did you find out about it?" Orgullo asked. "We have our ways. Espionage, battle, and comedic pratfalls!" Muscalignite revealed as the Pecadiablos fell through a pitfall. Muscalignite laughed. "Nice timing Cicadeath!" Muscalignite said as the Cicada Animarius dug up out of the ground. "Nice to see combat isn't the only thing my cybernetic implant has improved!" Cicadeath said, flexing his robot hand.
"Good to know!" Muscalignite said. "Say, you managed to record that funny moment on camera, right?" He asked. "In the best quality we can afford! Which is actually better than the quality humans call HD!" Cicadeath said. "HAHAHA! Darn straight! Say, Cicadeath, what do you say we get out of here and head back to the castle?" Muscalignite asked. "Good call! I do not want to be here when they get out of that hole! They are going to be mad!" Cicadeath said. "Hehehe! Yeah! They would definitely blow their stacks!" Muscalignite noted. Then, a portal opened up in front of Cicadeath and Muscalignite, allowing the two Animarius escape back to the castle while the Pecadiablos crawled out of the hole that they fell in. "Add this to the list of reasons to hate the Animarius Empire." Orgullo ordered. "Agreed!" Iracundo said in agreement as he magically summoned a piece of paper with the title "Reasons to Hate the Animarius Empire" on the top with several things written below it, right before he then started writing something down on it. "Of course those Animarius scum will realize that this means war!" Lujuria declared in anger.
