First of all, thanks for the amazing feedback on my other fics, you guys are the chapter is the last one before the time skip. TIME TO PREPARE FOR UA ENTRANCE EXAM. "But Kyndrael, why skip for the exam?" Simple dear reader, because their training and new skills will be kept a secret until the right moment, the characters I wanted to introduce are already here and they have a bond now. So I think is already time to make into UA and start the action. Enjoy the chapter.
It's been a week since Enji and Rei talked with Hisashi, They were going to meet at the Todoroki house today with their kids and, if he is lucky, he can have more allies against the Hero Association.
They decided that it was better to go to the Todorokis house instead since it would make them more comfortable.
He then hears Inko vomiting in the bathroom.'That is weird, I am always careful with the food for them!' He thought before going to check on his wife.
"Inko? Honey, what happened?" He asked worriedly. "Do you want me to get some medicine?"
"No, it's just..." He sees her throw up again. "I don't think I can go with you today." Her voice was tired and he decided to use Asclepius legend to exam her.
"Honey, I will use Asclepius legend to exam you." He then starts to exam her, he then notices something on her belly. 'Oh shit! I knew we were forgetting something!' He was now worried for his safety.
"So? What happened? Were the villains we defeated yesterday, I don't remember any of them having some toxic quirk." She tried to remember if she ate something different yesterday.
Hisashi now was sweating buckets, he said that he wanted to give Izuku a sister, and he hoped he would have a girl at some point, but he wanted to do it only when Inko was ready.
"H-H-Hey Inko, my love, the light of my life and reason of my libido." He was going to make this as smooth as he could. "This is not because of the villains of yesterday."
"What? You know what is it?" She always trusted him to use the God of medicine legend to heal her or Izuku, it's a pity he had to hide his quirk from the world or he could have saved millions of lives.
"Y-Y-You are pregnant." He sees her face go from shock to panic, and finally to happiness.
"How? we are always careful, how is that possible?" She really wasn't expecting that.
"When was the last time you took the pills?" He said looking to his knees while messing with his hand.
"T-Three weeks, we did fight that villain and I had to stop taking the pills for a week. I completely forgot about it after that! God, I am so stupid for forgetting about it." She puts her hands on her face, she couldn't believe she forgot about something like this.
"Hey, don't say that. Remember when you discovered you were pregnant the first time? We were young, horny, and stupid. Now we are just horny and stupid" He tried to make things easy with some joke and Inko even chuckled a little.
"Oh, God! We got so busy that we forgot completely." She put her hand on her head before remembering another thing."We were stupid enough to keep doing it and forget the pills since we were busy training Izuku."
"Thanks, makes wonders to my ego to know that I didn't lose my touch." He was smirking that she was calming down.
"Your "touch" is the reason I am like th..." she throws up again.
"I will ask Kaina to go with Izuku and the kids, that way I can stay here and take care of you." He put his hand on her belly."Sorry, both of you." He was smiling like an idiot now that he thought about having another kid.
"If it's a girl we will name it Izumi as I said before. No discussion." She said before throwing up again.
"If it's a boy, we let Kaina choose." He said before standing.
"Why? Mitsuki won't like that." She was curious about why let her choose.
"She is part of this family, I already see her as my own daughter, and don't try to hide because I know you see her like that too." His answer was so honest that surprised her, sure Kaina came into their life as a girl that needed help, but now she was indeed part of this family.
"You are right, we can tell her the news later, but I want to wait before we say to our friends." She sees him nods and leave the bathroom. 'Good thing I am not the only one thinking about her like that.'
Hisashi goes to the Kitchen and sees Kaina and Izuku eating cereal, each with a bowl while Kaina was listening about his training. She then notices Hisashi and just smiles while looking at him.
"Good morning Hisashi, where's Inko? We will be late if you guys don't hurry." She was right, they had slept more than usual today, Hisashi and Inko because of work while Kaina and Izuku haven't slept because they were playing the whole night.
"Inko is not feeling well, sorry for asking this Kaina, but can you take Izuku to the Todoroki house?" He then sees both stop eating to give him their full attention.
"What happened to mom?" Izuku was looking at his father full of worry.
"Is nothing serious, don't worry. She is just a little sick, so I will stay home to take care of her." He tried to tranquilize them, after living with the Midoriyas for so long, Kaina worries about them as easily as Inko.
"I can take Izuku there, I hope she gets well soon." Kaina didn't have anything planned today, so she could go with Izuku.
"Don't worry, I will take care of her." He gave them a reassuring smile before getting some coffee for himself.
"I will go with him then, I just hope the Todorokis don't mind that I am the one going." She said a little worried.
"Izuku, go brush your teeth and get your things, okay?" He sees his son going upstairs since he finished his breakfast. He then looks back at her. "Kaina, if something happens, you can defend yourself without worry, and if they say something to make you uncomfortable, you can just get Izuku and come back." He wouldn't let anyone disrespect her, she didn't deserve it after everything she went through.
"Okay, I will make sure Izuku is safe if things get bad." She gave him a small smile, and he just nods and prepares to go upstairs to take care of his wife."Hisashi!" He turns his head to look at her."Thank you!"
"Any time!" He smiles at her and she decides to use the opportunity since she would go with Izuku.
"Hey, can I teach Izuku how to ride my Motorcycle? It will be like when you and Inko put him on your lap and let him "drive" the car." She wanted to try that for some time now.
"Sure, I know you will make sure he doesn't get hurt so I don't see a problem. Just make sure to let me record some time." They have photos and videos about everything Izuku did, Kaina made sure to record everything they weren't there to see too.
He then goes, leaving her to prepare herself to go with Izuku.
They were in front of Kaina's motorcycle, Izuku loves when he can ride it.
"Okay little hero, come here." She then opens her legs to Izuku sit in front of her."I will make sure we get there by the long path so we can enjoy the ride some more."
"Kaina sis, isn't time for me to sit behind you? I can hold on to you now." He knows that when he was little he should sit there, but he can hold on to her waist now.
"That eager to put your hands around me?" She was teasing him, she loved to tease the boy at every opportunity.
"W-W-What? No! I am just saying that I can hold on to your waist now, so I don't need to sit in front of you." He was red as a tomato and that only made her laugh.
"Oh my! Izuku, you are so bold today!" She said with fake surprise with her hand on her mouth. The boy was groaning and blushing like crazy now."I am just kidding, I want you to sit here because I plan to let you on control this time." She said with a little smile.
"W-What? Really?" He was surprised by that."Can I really do that?."
"Sure, just sit here and I will teach you." He then sits in front of her and feels her wrapping her arms around him.
He listens to her explaining everything in detail like his father did when he taught him about the car.
"Now, slowly move your hand to accelerate. I will let my hand around yours to keep control." She then sees him doing as she told him and they start going forward slowly. Good thing she made adjusts while he was getting ready.
They went slowly for some time until Kaina decided to take control so they could be at Todoroki's house soon. Izuku was still sitting in front of her.
After a 30 minutes ride, they were at the huge house of the Todoroki family, Kaina parked her bike and saw that the car of the Kodai family there.
She presses the button on the interphone and only had to wait for a few seconds while holding Izuku's hand.
"Hello? Who is it?" Rei's voice came from the interphone.
"Good morning Todoroki, It's Kaina and Izuku." She was still a little worried about talking with them considering her situation. 'If they try anything I will make sure Izuku is safe and then kill both.' She was looking everywhere to be alert about any trap.
The huge gate open and there it was Enji looking at her, watching her like she was one of the villains he had to deal with every day.
"Where's Hisashi and Inko?" He didn't ask, it was a demand for an answer like a pro usually did on interrogations.
"Good morning to you too! Inko isn't feeling well so Hisashi is taking care of her." Her tone was as flat as he was.
"Tsk. And he sent you in his place? What is that guy planning?" Not only his tone, but his whole body also made clear he didn't wanter her here.
"He asked me to bring Izuku here, His wife is sick and he will always choose her and Izuku over ANYONE else." She was already regretting coming here.
"Let's go inside, the Kodais brought the other kids with them and they have already met my kids." He turned to go inside the house and she feels Izuku squeezing her hand a little.
"Don't worry, let's go see the others." They follow the man until they reached a training room on the other side of the house.
The other kids were there with Rei, Jun, and Ai. While the adults were talking, the kids were training a little.
Katsumi and Neito were training against the oldest of the Todoroki brothers.
Mei and Melissa were against The girl that was the second child of the Todoroki house
Itsuka was against a boy that was the third child.
And Yui was sitting on a bench watching everything with the youngest Todoroki at her side, both were in silence.
Ai was the first to notice them.
"Morning, finally decided to join us?" She greets them with her neutral expression.
"Good to see you both got here safe, Hisashi told me about what happened with Inko when Enji went to greet you two." Jun had a small smile on his face.
" I heard that she wasn't feeling well, is it too bad?" Rei was a little sad she couldn't talk with the couple today, but she was more focused on the fact Kaina was here.
"Mom will be okay, dad is taking care of her!" Izuku was still worried about his mother. He then look to Jun "Kaina sis let me ride her motorcycle today!" He smiled a little since he liked it so much.
"SHE DID WHAT?" Itsuka scream scared everyone there, even the boy she was sparring."You did ride her bike?" She was walking to him, forgetting completely about her fight.
"Yeah, she told me what to do, she only controlled the pedals since I can't reach them. But I was the one controlling the handlebar" He explained a little scared of the way Itsuka suddenly grabbed his shoulders and started shaking him.
"You did ride her bike? Do you have any idea of how long I want to ask her to let me ride it?" SHe wanted to do it for a long time, Itsuka love motorcycles and she can't believe how lucky Izuku was for riding Kaina bike.
"She was the one that asked me to do it." He was starting to feel dizzy.
"Really?" She turned her head to Kaina that was laughing at the whole scene.
"Yeah, starting today, I will give him lessons about it so when he can have his license he will already know how to ride." She knew Itsuka loved motorcycles and would love to teach her how to ride, but that doesn't mean she won't tease the girl. "So he will ride it every day, I will even take him to school with it."
She was loving the girl's expression, her pout was so cute that Kaina was holding back to just hold her like a teddy bear.
"Kaina, stop teasing the girl." Jun was laughing at the scene, but he was feeling sorry for the girl.
"Okay, okay, I will teach you too Itsuka." She already laughed enough about the girl. Itsuka got the biggest smile of her life.
"Thanks, Kaina sis." She said hugging the woman's waist.
The kids stopped the fights to ask Kaina to teach them too, after agreeing, they finally could meet the Todoroki brothers and sister.
"Y-Y-Y-You are Lady Nagant!" The girl said while looking at her with stars in her eyes."I am a big fan."
"Oh? Is always good to meet a fan, what is your name girl?" She said with a small smile on her face.
"My name is Fuyumi Todoroki, is an honor to meet you Lady Nagant." Fuyumi is a young woman of average height with turquoise eyes. She has white hair, flecked with a few noticeable traces of a crimson-like color, which is mostly shoulder-length aside from the ear-length side bangs she sports and the short clump she leaves hanging down her forehead.
She then turns to the girl brothers and sees they also were excited to meet her, the first to talk was the oldest brother.
"Name's Toya Todoroki and Is great to meet you in person Lady Nagant, I watched your fights and you are indeed worth the title of best sniper of the country." Toya is a fairly tall, pale young man of a slim, somewhat lanky build. He has white hair with a few red streaks at its crown that spikes upward around his head, hanging low over his eyes, which are thin, turquoise in color, and heavily lidded.
"I am Natsuo Todoroki and I can't believe I am meeting the legendary Lady Nagant." Natsuo is a young man of above-average height with a rather well-built figure. He sports white spiky hair with two short strands hanging down the middle of his forehead. He also has gray eyes with fairly long eyelashes.
"I am Shoto, you are a cool hero." Shoto is a kid as tall as Izuku a has quite long hair, though it doesn't pass his neck, and wears bangs, parted twice as to not obscure his vision. His hair is evenly split between two colors: white on his right side and crimson red on his left, his left eye's iris to appear turquoise, while his right is a brownish dark gray. His eyes, in shape, are quite thin and reserved.
"Thanks for the kind words everyone, but I am just Kaina Tsutsumi when I am off duty." She was a little embarrassed by the praises.
"Nice to meet you all, my name is Izuku Midoriya." Izuku greets them with his big smile and the kids went to know each other better while the adults were talking.
"You will do the exam for UA this year Toya?" Izuku was excited to know more about the UA entrance exam. Nezu always said that he didn't want to spoil the surprise.
"Yeah, I can't wait to become a hero. That Hatsume guy is helping me with my costume." He can't wait to see it done.
"Dad is the one that will make your suit? Cool!" Mei was happy to meet one of her father's customers.
"I still can't believe you guys know Lady Nagant, If I meet All might and Black Lotus then my life will be complete." Natsuo was dreaming about meeting such legends.
"HAHAHAHA! We don't know her, She lives with the Izuku family and if you wanted to meet Black Lotus and All Might, all you have to do is ask us." Katsumi was laughing at the boy and the others couldn't help but join her.
"What? She lives with your family?" Natsuo asked and Izuku just nods with a big smile on his face, Natsuo now was looking at Izuku as if he was his personal hero.
"Why did you say that we should ask you?" Fuyumi was as confused as the other Todorokis.
"Because Black Lotus is my mother!" Itsuka said with a shit-eating grin.
Fuyumi couldn't believe what she heard, her brothers weren't far from the same reaction. Their open mouths and wide eyes only made the other kids laugh louder.
"And All Might is training us for at least six years. We see him every weekend, he is like an uncle to us." Neito saw them looking at him as if he was mental. Shoto was the one with the most shocked expression.
"You are lying, I can't believe All Might is training you guys." Toya couldn't believe it, the symbol of peace was training those kids?
"If you guys want, we can ask uncle Nezu, so we can watch Toya exam." Mei said casually as if she was talking about the weather instead of the fact she knows the principal of the best hero school in the country.
"Can I really meet All Might?" Shoto asked with excitement his brothers have never seen before.
"Sure, He will come here today after he is done with work," Melissa said with a big smile on her face.
"Wait for just a second, how many pros do you kids know?" Toya couldn't hold back his curiosity, and by his brothers and sister's reactions, they could neither.
"Best Jeanist, Sir Night eye, All Might, Lady Nagant, Itsuka parents Black Lotus and Blood Fist, Yui parents Red Mist and Reaper, Izuku parents Psy Storm and Hellfire, Mei mother Bull's-eye, and Principal Nezu." Neito said while looking at Toya.
"Damn, and they are training all of you?" Toya only sees the kids nod with huge smiles on their faces.
After that, the kids were talking about what new games they were playing, they went to Toya's room to play there, well Yui was playing and even Toya was absolutely destroyed by her.
While the kids were having fun, Kaina was thinking about Izuku.
"He is really their son." She hears Jun say and look to the man."He will be someone that will lead the other to become the best they can." He is the first to admit that Izuku and Itsuka's friendship with his daughter made wonders to her.
" Mei will take my place as the best sniper someday, so I am sure those kids will be better than us." Kaina just smiled at that, she then notices Rei and Enji looking at her with serious expressions. "What?"
"I am just trying to understand what are you planning?" Enji said coldly
"What do you mean?" She was ready to fight the man if it was needed, she was sure Jun and Ai would take her side.
"You were with the Association, killed for them, even innocent people. But here you are, living with the Midoriyas, training that Hatsume girl and acting like everything you did was just some kind of bad dream." Rei's tone was as cold as her quirk.
"You think I may kill them? I have news for you second place." At the mention of his rank, Enji straightens his eyes a little."I couldn't kill Hisashi even if I had the help of the top 10, he is stronger than he looks, he saved me and I will never be able to pay this debt. If someone puts that family in danger I WILL kill them, no matter who it is." She was looking the man in the eyes.
Jun and Ai were watching the Todorokis, if they tried to do anything with her, they would attack them without hesitation. Jun had hidden knives on his hands and pointing to their legs, while Ai was preparing to hit their eyes with her mist if needed.
"I know what I did, my hands are full of blood and nothing will change that." She then got a more soft expression. "Even with that, they accepted me as part of their family, you said I thought it was all a bad dream? Before I met them, I had nightmares every time I tried to sleep." She was now looking to him as if she was ready to attack.
"Nezu may have told both of you to help him, but if I see ani sign that both are trying to do something to harm that family, you won't have a fast or painless death." She didn't avoid eye contact, this wasn't Lady Nagant as a pro hero, this was Kaina Tsutsumi, a woman that would go at war for the Midoriyas.
"We don't trust you, for all we know you may still be part of the association and this whole thing is an act to make us low our guards." Enji saw that Jun and Ai were ready to attack him and Rei. 'If I try to attack her they kill me, if I attack one of them she will kill me. Hisashi, you knew I wouldn't be able to win.'
"I don't care if you don't trust me, just be warned that you shouldn't try anything with them." She wasn't even worried, many heroes don't even try to talk back against him and she was being bold enough to even threaten him.
"Why are you so protective with the Midoriyas?" Rei was aware of their disadvantage and would try to avoid a fight. 'I doubt Hisashi isn't aware of what is happening, he probably has something ready to kill us if we try anything.'
"The hero association tried to recruit me in the past when I said I wouldn't join them because my mother was sick and I did help my father to take care of her. A few days later, my mother died in the hospital and my father died in a car accident." She had a sad expression, the first time she told this to the Midoriyas, they kept her in a hug for the whole night.
"And what does that have to do with them?" Enji asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Because the president was the one that killed my parents, my mother wasn't with some lethal disease, she only had a weak body and was in that hospital because she got a really bad cold and needed to be there just to be safe. My father's accident was also weird because the truck that had hit his car just vanished together with the record of the cameras."She wasn't going to cry this time, Inko made sure that she should keep only the happy memories of her parents.
"So you think of them as your new family?" Rei asked and Kaina just nods.
"The previous president killed my parents to force me to join the association, When we went public with the corruption there, I made sure to be the one to take him down." She had become his gun, but in the end, his gun killed him. Oh, the irony!
"We can't confirm that we will help him take down the whole association, but Hisashi told us about the tragedy that would happen to our family and helped us prevent it." Rei's voice was calm, but everyone was still tense."You don't have to worry about us going against him, if you bring proof about the corruption there, we will help you." She smiled at the young woman.
"Thanks, I guess we can just agree that we have the Midoriyas as common allies and leave like that." She finally relaxed.
"Damn, I thought we would have to intervene." Jun said half-joking.
"Indeed, I was worried that you guys would start a fight." Ai's tone was as neutral as her face.
"Please, we are not kids, as long as they don't try to backstab us we are good." Kaina may be joking, but the warning was still there.
"That we can agree, if you don't betray us we are good," Enji said with a smirk.
"Let's just relax and drink some tea." Rei's tone was happier now.
They talked some more until it was time for lunch, after the kids have eaten, they went back to play games.
The whole day passed without any more problem, it was night when the kid's parents came to get them, the Todoroki brothers and sister were surprised that the parents were indeed the pro heroes they admired so much. Since they were there, they decided to talk a little until the rest of the family was there.
A few minutes later Toshinori, Tsunagu, Nezu, and Mirai came to the house.
The Todorokis almost fainted when they saw the symbol of peace at their house, no need to say that Enji didn't like that his kids liked All Might so much.
The last couple to get there was Inko and Hisashi, they sent a message to everyone to be there since he had something to tell everyone.
Everyone was reunited in the huge living room just waiting for him to say the news.
"All right everyone, we have great news to tell you guys." Hisashi's tone couldn't be happier even if he tried."Kaina, Izuku, please come here."
Both went there and Hisashi had Izuku in his arms while Inko pulled Kaina in a side hug.
He was looking at everyone and saw that he had their whole attention.
"I am pregnant!" Inko said with a huge smile on her face.
Silence, complete silence.
"YOU WHAT?" Everyone yelled at the same time.
"You are pregnant?" Mitsuki couldn't believe it. "Inko that's great news, I will have another kid to pamper." She was smiling at her friend.
"I am happy for you guys!" Masaru said with his thumbs up.
"I hope is a girl, she would be as cute as Inko." Samantha wanted to see a mini Inko running around.
While everyone was telling how happy they were for the couple, Kaina was looking at them and she couldn't hold back to ask, so she pulled Inko's sleeve a little before whispering in her ear.
"I understand why you wanted Izuku here, but why me?" She was curious about why ask her to be at their side.
"Because you are part of this family too." Inko answer with a huge smile on her face.
Kaina felt some tears in her eyes so she just hugged Inko.
"I am happy for you Inko, I really am." She said while hugging the older woman."Do you hear that Izuku? You will have a brother or a sister."
"I will be a big brother? Cool!" Izuku was happy about the news that he would become a big brother to someone.
"We decided that if it is a girl, we will call it Izumi, but if it is a boy, then Kaina will be the one that will choose the name." Hisashi said and Kaina backs off from Inko's hug to look at him.
"What? I will choose the name if it is a boy?" She wasn't expecting that, Hisashi just nods and pulled her into a hug.
"Not fair Hisashi, I wanted to choose," Mitsuki said with a pout on her face.
"Well, you and Masaru could always go for a second child." He said with a smirk while Masaru and Mitsuki blushed a little.
While they were laughing at the couple, Enji was observing Kaina's reactions.
'They trust her, I will keep an eye on her just to be sure.' He still didn't trust her, but as she said, they would trust Hisashi.
After a few minutes, everyone was ready to get home.
"Isolte, wait." Jun called her before she could enter the car.
"What is it Jun?" She was surprised that the man called her, Yui, and Ai was at his side which surprised her even more.
"I would like to ask you a favor." He was looking at her with a serious expression.
"Sure? What is it?" He then looks to his daughter and Yui looks at her before bowing.
"Please, train me." Yui said it was a little more than a whisper, Yui rarely talked, only when it was necessary. So she was surprised that the girl asked her directly.
"Can I ask why me?" Her quirk wasn't even similar to the girl.
"Because I admire you, and I know that you can help me become stronger." Yui's answer had an emotional weight that Isolte wasn't expecting.
"You have been training with my husband together with the others, but you want more right? Like Mei and Kaina?" She asked and Yui just nods.
"I don't want to be left behind." She said while keeping her head down.
"I see, well if you think I can help you become stronger then how could I say no?" Isolte smiled, she couldn't help but feel happy that the girl thought so high about her.
"Thank you." Yui said before looking at her.
They then went to their car and Isolte went to hers with a big smile on her face.
"What happened? You look happy!" Kazuya asked with a raised eyebrow to his wife.
"It's a secret." She said with a finger on her lip. 'She must have been thinking about it for some time, I want to see how strong she will become.'
