I am back with another chapter! How are you, people? Well I hope. I am finally free to write until Christmas week so I will be updating until then. Enjoy the chapter.
Izuku hears his alarm and tries to reach to turn it off, but it turns off before he reaches it. He opens his eyes and sees a message on his device.
"Good morning creator Izuku!" Izuku was surprised that the AI did turn off his alarm. He reaches for the device to type there.
"Good Morning, sorry for not giving you a name yet." Izuku put the device at his wrist and decide to test if it will answer to his voice. "Can you hear me?"
"Yes, my program was running around this device to help my setup to be more appropriate to your preference." He thought for a moment if it was good or bad that it was learning by itself.
"Cool! We need to find a way to give you a voice so it will be easier on missions." Izuku goes to the bathroom to take care of his morning hygiene, he keeps talking with the AI to see if there's something he should report to Melissa and Mei.
Speaking of them, it was weird for both to not send a message yet, usually, they are the firsts to send a message at the group chat.
"You have new messages, creator Mei and creator Melissa are asking about me." Izuku looks at the screen and sees the messages in the group chat.
"Speaking of the devil, you can answer them." Izuku smiles while looking at the screen. "We want you to be able to think for yourself."
"Understood! I will answer immediately." Izuku went to put food for Simo and Brunhilde and clean everything, he follow his morning routine almost as always.
His family was curious about why he kept talking with the device at his wrist and they got surprised to know about the AI.
"No one came from the future to kill you yet, so I think it's okay." Hisashi jokes before taking a bite of his toast.
"Melissa did that joke already!" Izuku drinks his juice before looking at the messages in the group chat. It was good to see that he only needs to say what he wants and the AI will send the message for him. 'This will be useful on missions.'
Izuku looks at the time and takes Simo and Brunhilde so he can go to school. The ride to school was calm, he took his bicycle and put both dogs in the basket in front of it so they can enjoy the ride.
On his way to school Izuku decides to talk more with the AI, they still need to think about a name for it.
"I still can't believe we did it, Sure I used some legends, but it's still impressive." He looks at Simo and Brunhilde enjoying the ride with their tongues out. "You two can't be left behind, so our training will be harder okay?"
"Woof!" Both dogs bark before looking forward again, Izuku removes one hand from the handle to rub their ears a little.
"Creator Izuku, you have a call from creator Melissa." Izuku sees the message and accepts the call.
"Hey, Melissa! I am surprised Mei didn't call first." Izuku was wearing one of the sides of his headphone so he could talk without risking an accident.
"That's because she is already planning the body, so get ready to be assaulted by her questions when you get to school." He hears her laughing, he knows Mei is always working hard at her babies.
"True, so why did you call me?" Izuku was always happy to talk with his friends.
"I want to spar with you today after we finish with Kendo Sensei!" Izuku notice her tone was serious. "There's a move I want to test and I think you are the best to do it."
"Sure, we can do it." He hears her sigh in relief. "Now that the program is working, we can train for the sports festival too."
"Yeah, I heard some people say that you will probably win since you defeated anti All Might." She then cover her mouth, she wasn't sure if he was still worried about it. "Sorry, I didn't mean to."
"Don't worry, I am okay now. Kaina sis helped me a lot." He was feeling a lot better now, he is sure his friends are worried, but it's been almost a month. "People often forget that the legends have their weakness."
"Yeah, I did notice some so you better take me seriously, or you will lose." Melissa giggled knowing Izuku wouldn't underestimate anyone.
"What we will bet this time?" He was almost at UA, he see the journalists there and as always, he avoid them.
"Suggestion: The winner gets me!" Izuku sees a message on his device and notices the same message was sent to Melissa.
"Sorry, we forgot that you are listening." Izuku looks at the device at his wrist.
"Yeah, that was rude of us." He hears Melissa talking. "What do you mean the winner gets you?"
"No need to apologize Creator Izuku and Creator Melissa. Since the creators plan to give me a body, it would be a good prize for the winner to receive me as their assistant." Izuku read the message while putting the chain on his bicycle.
"We plan to make others, but it is indeed an interesting idea." Melissa then thinks for a moment. "But we will refuse it, right Izuku?"
"Right, we didn't make you to be a simple assistant or some kind of slave, we want you and your future brothers and sisters to be part of our team too." Izuku know this was something all of them would agree on.
"I understand, my apologies." Izuku and Melissa giggled at the reaction, they are excited for when they build the body.
"Where are you now Melissa?" Izuku asks while putting the lock on his bicycle.
"Behind you!" She whispers before blowing at his ear making him jump and turning to her with a hand at his ear. She just giggle at his reaction. "Sorry, I couldn't resist."
"Don't do that again, I already have Yui and Setsuna to worry about." Besides what he said, Izuku also laugh at the prank.
He takes Simo and Brunhilde and puts both on the ground so they can walk, both start rubbing their bodies at Melissa's legs.
"So? How it was?" She was curious to hear his feedback, she crouch to rub their ears.
"The AI told me that it was looking at my archives the whole night so it can adapt to my preference." Izuku explains while looking at the device at his wrist.
"It did by itself?" She sees Izuku nodding. "That's amazing and worrisome, anything else?"
"It can hear us now, but we still need to give a voice and a name for it." Izuku then shows the messages on his screen.
"Indeed creator Izuku, but I believe that my program will keep improving as I learn from my research on the internet." Melissa looks impressed by this progress.
"Then we need to give you a body as soon as possible." Melissa sees an image of thumbs up and she imagines the AI was trying to look young. "Just don't try to conquer humanity okay?"
"No need to worry about that creator Melissa, from what I can see on my research, humans are already slaves to the machines." Izuku and Melissa look at the message, then at each other.
"Should we be worried?" Izuku looks at Melissa with a raised brow.
"I hope not." Melissa didn't want to imagine what would happen otherwise. "Don't forget that I want to spar with you later."
"Is that a good idea? I would know your secret move before the sports festival." He wasn't sure about why she would risk revealing a secret move like that.
"Izuku, we train together since we were kids. We know each other strengths and weaknesses." Melissa look at him with a raised brow.
"Sorry, I am just worried." He rubs the back of his head before starting walking with her. Simo and Brunhilde walking beside him.
"That I may lose if you know my moves? You forgot that I am way faster and stronger than you?" She know that was only by physical strength, but she would tease him anyway.
"Oh? Are you forgetting that I also know your weakness, my fair lady?" Izuku smirks making Melissa blush a little when he acts like that he always gets them off guard.
"Let's just go to class, the others are waiting." Melissa starts walking a little faster so he won't see her face.
They met their friends at the gate, but Mei wasn't there yet and they decide to call her.
"Maybe she is still sleeping?" Itsuka thinks it's weird that she isn't here since she would want to hear about the AI.
"That would be disrespectful towards the great" Iida starts his speech while moving his hands robotically, but he stops when a pair of hands are placed at his ears.
"Start that shit, I dare you, I double dare you motherfucker. I will explode your fucking ears if you start that shit again." Katsumi never was a morning person, which is weird since she sleep before eight almost every day.
"All right, hold that for the sports festival." Neito grabs Katsumi's hands and pulls her away from Iida, she tries to resist but he was used to it.
"I am actually surprised you guys can come to school on time since you said that you are working on something until late at night." Uraraka and Iida still don't know about what they are working on.
"We are used to playing games until late, sometimes we don't even sleep." Shoto explains while looking around to see if Mei was nearby.
"You mean that you guys get destroyed by me right?" Yui keeps her neutral voice and face, but they can almost taste the smugness on it.
"And we also work on some projects or train together some times." Izuku was throwing a ball for Simo and Brunhilde while they wait for Mei.
"Inasa, Setsuna, Reiko, and I only met them here at UA, so we are only starting to lose our sleep recently." Juzo couldn't help thinking how much fun his time with the group is.
"But that doesn't mean I won't kick your butts at the sports festival." Setsuna put her arm around Katsumi and Izuku's shoulders.
"We must make sure to provide a good performance for our audience, we will have our internship decided by that." Reiko was in her usual ghost pose.
"Finally, where the hell are you?" They look at Melissa and they couldn't help think about a mother about to scold her kid. "We are at the school gate."
They then notice her eyes widening and her mouth opening, something was wrong.
"You should have told us, is anyone hurt?" They look at each other worried now. "Good, I will warn Higari sensei. See you soon."
"What happened?" Itsuka was the first to ask.
"There was a villain attack, but aunt Samantha took care of it." Melissa was glad no one got hurt.
"We better go to class then, Izuku will need to get ready for lunch since Mei will be there." Setsuna giggle when she see Izuku rubbing his eyes, it was clear that Mei wouldn't let him eat at peace today.
"Oh, I almost forgot. Are you free after class popcorn girl?" Neito asks without noticing the others look at him with interest.
"Yeah, I don't think we will need to work on our project today right?" She sees Izuku and Melissa nodding. "Why?"
"Make sure to not mark anything for after school, There's a place I want to go with you later." Neito didn't notice his friends looking at each other, Setsuna was already planning to follow them.
"Don't even think about it." Yui whispers while poking Setsuna's cheek making her pout.
"Okay, I wanted to talk with you anyway." Katsumi and Neito continue to walk without noticing how their friends were smiling behind them.
"Do you think it's a confession?" Uraraka was curious now.
"I have no idea and I won't risk her exploding my ears." Iida wants to warn them about keeping their decency, but he also wants to live.
Izuku decide to send a message to Katsumi and Neito's parents since they asked for reports about it.
Me: Neito asked Kacchan to meet him after school alone.
Aunt Mitsuki: A date?
Me: I don't think so, want me to follow them?
Aunt Mitsuki: Yes!
Aunt Sae: Yes!
Uncle Masaru: No!
Uncle Ren: No!
Aunt Mitsuki: Why not?
Uncle Masaru: Because if it is a confession, we don't want to risk messing up.
Me: I think they would tell us if one of them would confess.
Uncle Ren: You are doing well Izuku, keep us informed.
Aunt Sae: How long are they going to wait?
Aunt Mitsuki: Katsumi is still immature, she should pin him on the wall, say that they are dating, and kiss him as if she was trying to suck his soul.
Uncle Masaru: Like you did with me?
Me: I didn't need to know that.
Uncle Ren: What if she is actually a shy lover and wants him to pin her on the wall instead?
Aunt Sae: That would be interesting.
Aunt Mitsuki: When Inko and Hisashi started dating they acted all shy but when they had their first time they destroyed the bed.
Me: AUNT MITSUKI!
Uncle Ren: Damn, Hisashi did that?
Aunt Sae: Oh my! I guess that should be expected with his legends.
Aunt Mitsuki: It wasn't him, they told us that Inko did that when she was riding him!
Me: AUNT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP!
Uncle Masaru: Honey, please stop before you traumatize the boy.
Aunt Mitsuki: Okay, sorry Izuku!
Uncle Ren: Sorry Izuku.
Aunt Sae: That was inappropriate of us!
Me: I have to go, classes start now. Bye!
Aunt Mitsuki: Bye, go kick some butts, and make sure Katsumi doesn't get in trouble!
Uncle Masaru: Have a good day hero!
Uncle Ren: If something else happens, please warn us.
Aunt Sae: We are proud of all of you!
Izuku smiles at their support, but he also didn't need to know about what his parents did. They go to class as usual and it was lunchtime when Izuku was preparing to leave, but he was approached by Jiro and Yaoyorozu.
"Hey, Midoriya! I was talking with Yaoyorozu about using that place we had our first hero training." She looks at Izuku with a small smile on her face. "Can you mark for me? I want the whole next week after class."
"S-Sure, will you be using alone or someone will be there with you?" He was getting used to being approached by his classmates now, but the nervous nature of his mother was still there.
Since Aizawa told them about using some places to train, his classmates have been asking to reserve time so they can train. Itsuka and Neito told him that the same was happening in their class too, Mei and Melisa became the class representatives but the support course only tested their equipment on their own workshop.
"I will go alone, I just want to try something." Kyoka has been training for a while, but she still needs to test a few things before the festival. "Thanks, Midoriya, tell me when I can go."
"Jiro, there's something I think might be useful to you." Izuku then shows a video of a pro hero that used shockwaves on the ground to fight. "I think you can do that with your quirk too."
"Cool, I will test it then." She smiles before leaving to the cafeteria, leaving Yaoyorozu there looking at Izuku.
They gave some tips to their classmates often, they are always happy to help them improve their abilities.
"C-Can I help you Yaoyorozu?" Izuku was nervous since she was just staring at him.
"I am curious, you help our classmates with their quirks, but this would make them stronger and you may lose the sports festival." She has a raised brow, this doesn't make sense. "Aren't you worried about that?"
"O-Of course I want to win, but I want everyone to give their best. We want to be heroes so what matters is that we help the others." Izuku rubs the back of his head, he knows some legends are strong enough to win, but he doesn't want the others to think it's useless to train.
"Do you have anything to help me then?" Her tone was calm, but inside she was worried since she couldn't report much progress to her mother. 'I said we are bonding after class, but we only spend some time working.'
"Yes, I did notice the more complex your creations, the more lipids are needed so I suggest eating a lot of meat, fish, and eggs at lunch and dinner. For breakfast, an avocado smoothie is good too." He pulls his notebook and shows her the notes he did for his classmates.
"I take care of what I eat to make sure I am healthy, but sadly my quirk requires that I eat a lot." She looks at the pages that had his notes about her quirk. "Those are some interesting notes, you got the concept right."
"I think you can also train on how fast you create everything, make it simple and fast so you can adapt for any situation." Izuku did notice that she was too narrow mind so it made it easy to ruin her plans.
"Interesting, I will think about it." They start walking to the cafeteria since he is sure Mei will scold him for being late, Simo and Brunhilde following Izuku the whole time. "If you have some free time this week, I would like to test some of those theories."
"Sure, we can try that tomorrow since I already have plans for today." Izuku was always happy to help his classmates. "We can exchange contact, it will make it easier even to organize our work."
"That would be great." Momo gets her cellphone from her pocket and waits for Izuku to get his, but he just approaches the device at his wrists and she sees his contact there. "That's useful."
"Mei and Melissa worked hard to make those, so we don't need cellphones." Izuku just smiles at her.
-/ Cafeteria /-
When he finally gets food for him and his dogs and starts walking to sit with his friends, he notices they have a guest he sees a boy sitting there besides Setsuna.
The guy is tall and muscular with quite long, chin-length, messy gray hair, and black eyes which are tilted dramatically inwards, each lined with a very thick, jagged, tan-colored substance, which are presumably his eyelashes. He doesn't appear to have any notable eyebrows. Since he is laughing, Izuku can see he has rows of sharp, pointed teeth.
"Took you long enough Izuku!" Melissa waves and points to the empty seat between Mei and her.
"Sorry, Jiro wanted to ask me to reserve time for her so she can train." Izuku put the bowls with the food for the dogs on the ground and sits, but before he can even eat a spoon of his food, Mei was already making him turn to look at her.
"How was it? is our baby okay? Is she happy? Do I need to kick someone's ass for insulting her? Did someone-" Mei was interrupted by Katsumi smacking the back of her head.
"At least let him eat and the iron boy introduces himself." Katsumi was also worried that the way Mei say things can get some unwanted attention.
"Oh? Are they a couple or something, they already have a kid?" The guy asks curiously from what he heard.
"No, Mei calls her inventions babies, that's all." Itsuka explains to him.
"Cool! Hey, My name is Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu from class 1-B." He offers a hand to Izuku, he accepts and smiles at the boy.
"Izuku Midoriya from 1-A, those are Simo and Brunhilde!" He points at each dog before he tries to eat again, but Mei pokes his side, he looks at her and sees her pouting.
"You didn't answer me." Mei's pouting face was too adorable to ignore, so Izuku decide to remove the device at his wrist and give it to Mei.
"There are people around us, so type here and no one will pay attention. She is amazing, she is learning and adapting to my preferences since she said it may help her purpose." Izuku whispers to her and he can see the stars in her eyes.
"She is learning? That's great, we must build a body soon." Mei then starts typing at the device to talk with their AI, she completely forgot about her food so Izuku made what years of being friends with Mei taught him.
He uses one hand to eat and the other to feed her, Mei mouth opens and closes automatically.
"So Midoriya, I heard that you are crazy strong. What do you think about a friendly fight?" Tetsutetsu heard Itsuka and Setsuna talking before and decided to see how strong he is. "I did fight against Monoma and Kodai, but they defeated me."
"Copycat and doll face are strong, but Ichan is on another level." Katsumi then points at Melissa. "But glasses here and cross eyes are the strongest of our group."
"Eh? Aren't them in the support class?" Tetsutetsu was surprised to hear that, he then look at Mei and Melissa. 'Are they really that strong? Didn't this guy defeat a strong villain?'
"Yeah, but both are strong. Melissa, Yui, Izuku, and I learned martial arts with my father, Mei is great with guns so if you see her get her weapon you better surrender." Itsuka explains noticing the confusion on his face.
"Now I want to train with you guys, after the sports festival of course." Tetsutetsu knows how strong those in class 1-B are, but now he wants to see how strong the others are.
"If you don't mind me asking, what is your quirk?" Izuku was curious and he notice Mei stopped typing to pay attention, she loves to learn about quirks as much as him since she can make her babies for them.
"Steel, I can turn my body into steel but I need to eat a lot of iron so I can transform longer and stronger." He explains and transforms his arms.
"So change your diet, meat is not the best option for your quirk if you need to consume things rich in iron." Melissa points at his plate with a huge steak. "steamed shellfish is rich in iron and is better for your body to absorb it."
"I thought beef liver was the best option?" Shoto learned a lot watching his sister cook with his mother.
"Many people think that, but it has a lot less than steamed shellfish." Melissa searched for a lot of things to keep her diet.
"Isn't that great Tetsutetsu? You can start changing your diet to get even stronger now." Setsuna smirks while the boy looks at her and back to Melissa.
"Now you see why she is one of the strongest? A simple conversation and she already has a way to help you with your quirk." Juzo sees the boy nodding and Melissa getting embarrassed.
"Can you change the form? Or you just cover yourself in steel?" Mei has a raised brow.
"I never tested, but I don't think I can change my form." He looks at Mei with curiosity.
"I suggest you change your diet and after a week or two, you should test it, maybe the stronger you can be able to do it if you have enough iron on your body." Mei said before going back to the device in her hands.
"Tell us Mei, how many plans you already have to defeat him?" Shoto smirks while Tetsutetsu looks at him with confusion.
"Three, I can make more If I see him using it." Mei didn't even look up to answer missing how Tetsutetsu was looking at her.
"Should I be worried?" He look at Setsuna and she just shrugged.
"Hatsume, Shield, can you two make something for my quirk? I would like something to capture villains that go well with my quirk." Reiko sees their eyes shining, Mei looks up from the device while smiling.
"Good luck Reiko, you will need it!" Neito pats her back before standing to remove his plate.
"It was good to know you, ghost girl." Katsumi follows him.
"We see you in class if you survive." Shoto didn't want to see this.
The others leave the table and Reiko didn't understand what they mean until she feel hands on her shoulders. Reiko looks behind her and sees Melissa and Reiko standing behind her smiling.
-/ Class 1-A After classes /-
Izuku was filling his reports as always, Itsuka, Neito, Melissa, and Mei are there writing their reports too. Itsuka said that it would be better if they worked together to reserve the places if the three lass representatives worked as a group.
"Our classmates are working hard, I think they are excited to show the results of their training." Izuku was excited too, some of his classmates even told him that they did try some of the tips he gave them.
"We have been able to train at weekends, but I think we should do more." Itsuka was filling the reservation file she need to give Vlad King.
"Greenie, Melissa, and I can work on the project while you guys train, must take at least two weeks to build something until the sports festival." Mei was filling the class report.
"I feel bad for letting you guys work on it, we can at least keep repairing things to sell." Neito knows those two are the best inventors he knows and Izuku can use some legends to help them a lot, but it doesn't feel right to just leave everything for them.
"Don't worry, now is easy since we already did the worst part. If we use Mei weapon and my suit as a base, we can make something in a week and test for another week." Melissa smiles knowing how he may feel.
"We will have at least a week to train for the sports festival." Izuku knows they will have to train hard on that week.
While they are chatting, Momo was filling her report, but she was planning how to approach them.
'They are always talking with each other, is like I am not even here.' She was used to that at home and on her other schools was basically the same, people only came talk with her when necessary or because they are interested in the heir of the Yaoyorozu fortune.
"What do you think Yaoyorozu?" Izuku asks looking at her.
"Huh? Sorry I wasn't listening." She sees everyone looking at her.
"I was asking if it was okay for us to meet after school to test what we talked about this morning?" Izuku repeats while rubbing the back of his head.
"S-Sure, we can do that." Momo then finishes her report.
"Sorry about that Yaoyorozu, you must be feeling left out." Itsuka sees that everyone was done with their work so they can finally go do their things.
"I will train a little with Melissa, I may also train Simo and Brunhilde. Do you want to join us, Mei?" Izuku turn to his friend and she was already using the computer at her wrist.
"No, I will start working on the design of our project and see what I can do for Yanagi." She then looks at the device at his wrist. "Make sure to keep it online so I can talk with her."
"Sure, I just don't work too much." He was glad that Mei was excited to help Reiko.
"I have to go meet Katsumi, can you give the report for me Itsuka? I don't want her to explode someone just because she is bored." Neito knows she is waiting at the arcade for him.
"Sure, don't get in trouble." Itsuka gets the papers from him and he turns to leave. "I think I will go with Mei, maybe repair something to sell."
"I would like that, someone needs to keep an eye on her." Melissa laughs when she sees Mei pouting.
"Any plans Yaoyorozu?" Izuku look at his classmate that was walking way behind them. "Why are you so far?"
"I didn't want to intrude." She gave a small smile, but they can see it's fake.
"You know that you don't need to ask permission to talk right?" Mei says with the delicacy of a rock. "If you want to say something, just say it."
"Yeah, we are not going to ignore you." Itsuka gave the girl a reassuring smile. "No need to be all formal."
Momo look at the others nodding and got surprised. This is the first time her peers want to hear her opinion, and it wasn't because of her family.
"I will keep that in mind." Momo then starts walking beside them. "Thank you."
-/ Ground Beta /-
They deliver the reports and separated, Momo went home to report to her mother. Mei and Itsuka went to her workshop and Izuku and his dogs went with Melissa to the ground beta at UA.
Ground Beta is a training course that emulates a standard urban area, with streets and buildings. Several of its buildings also contain monitoring rooms in their basements, where indoor exercises can be observed.
They change into their P.E. uniform and Izuku was standing there with Simo and Brunhilde waiting to see what she has planned.
"So? What will we do?" Izuku was curious about what she would do.
"Simple, fight me!" She get in her combat stance and see that he didn't waste time and got into a new stance, but what surprised her was the fact that he got a blindfold and nail guards on his right hand's middle finger and index finger, and left-hand middle finger, index finger and ring finger. "Let me guess, Qin Shi Huang?"
"I did imagine it would be a good chance to test his legend, his real name is Ying Zheng. They are still too little to help me in combat." He points at the dogs playing with a ball. "I may use Simo legend soon, but I won't be able to use his noble phantasm without a specific condition."
"I am curious about the blindfold and the nail guards, but I learned to not underestimate the legends." Melissa activates 10% of One for All and jumps to attack.
She tries to kick his face with her left leg, but he deflects her kick using his right hand to move her leg out of him with an open palm. She tries to punch his chest with her left arm, but he steps aside and uses his left hand to redirect her arm.
"This legend improves your reflexes at the cost of your vision? Maybe you are like a bat now and are using echolocation?" She always likes to study those legends.
"No, I can see perfectly." The smile on his face only made her even more interested. "If you read his legend you will get a new perspective of the world. You will be able to see with the eyes of an emperor."
Izuku then flexes his legs a little and puts his left arm in front of him with his palm in his direction while his right arm was raised a little above his head with the open hand directed up.
'Looks like Shaolin kung fu, but something feels different.' Melissa charges One for All up to 20% and jumps in his direction to try an ax kick with her left leg, but he crosses his arms above his head and she feels like she hit something in the air.
Izuku grabs her leg and throws her at the wall at his left, but Melissa spin and she lands at the wall and uses it to impulse herself in his direction. She charges up One for All again and was using 30% to try to punch him with her right arm, this time he couldn't avoid it and was hit on the stomach launching him back a few meters.
"That hurt! If it was against anyone else or if I was using another legend, that would have made me lose my lunch." Izuku got into his stance again and wait for her.
"You are not used to this legend yet, that's why you aren't attacking me?" Melissa has a raised brow.
"People think my quirk is too powerful, but they have no idea of how many weaknesses I have." Izuku smirk when she tries to kick his legs. "If I could use God's powers, then I would be invincible but I am just a human."
"Most of your legends only give you a better understanding about things, even the magic isn't that great if compared to people with quirks." Melissa sees him avoiding her kick and decides to grab a pole and use it as a weapon.
"Kinda like your quirk, even with your speed and strength, you are still human." Izuku avoid being hit on his face, he was dodging some attacks, but he was hit sometimes.
"Now that I have this power I can understand uncle Might a little more, the weight of the responsibility is too heavy." She try to thrust the pole to hit his chest, but Izuku hit the tip with enough strength to send it back at her.
The impact was strong enough to send her flying at the wall, she drops the pole and decide to use the move she has been practicing.
Melissa focuses 40% of One for All on her right arm and pulls back, she then punches the air in his direction making the air force hit him from afar.
Izuku try to block, but it was too strong and it made him fly away and hit the wall. Melissa approaches him and notices his head was bleeding, but before she can do anything she is bitten at her ankles by Simo and Brunhilde.
"Ouch! S-S-Stop! This hurt!" Melissa try to reach the dogs, only to have her hands bitten by them. "IZUKU!"
"Simo! Brunhilde! Stop that." Izuku runs and holds both dogs that are growling at Melissa. "Stop, we are training! I am not hurt."
Izuku sees both dogs are still growling, they must think she was seriously trying to kill him. He deactivates his legend and tries again to stop them.
"SIMO! BRUNHILDE! I SAID ENOUGH!" Izuku yell, making both dogs stop. They turn to him with their heads low, their ears and tails are dropped. They are whining since this is the first time Izuku yells with them. "I know both are trying to protect me, but we are training and I am okay."
Izuku then went to see Melissa, she was bleeding from the bites, but nothing serious. He grabs a bottle of water and uses it to help her clean the wounds.
"I am sorry for that, It's the first time they attack someone." Izuku knows he is training them, but he thought they would only attack at his command.
"Don't worry, they are protecting you. Maybe is because that's the first time they see you bleeding, maybe the smell of blood made the mprotective." Melissa then see both dogs approaching slowly, it was clear they didn't like the way Izuku yelled. "You guys did well, you protected him as true heroes must do."
Izuku looks at them and sighs, he knows they wanted to protect him, but he is also worried about Melissa.
"You two can't attack people like that if I don't command or am in real danger, but thanks anyway." Izuku then crouches beside Melissa and takes her bridal style. "Let's go to the infirmary."
"I can walk." She was a little embarrassed for being carried like that. "No need for that."
"I think is better to avoid putting the weight on the injuries on your ankles." Izuku looks at both dogs and whistles so both start following them.
They go to the infirmary and the recovery girl heal Melissa, since it was a small injury it didn't take too long. Both go home and Izuku sees that both dogs keep their heads low the whole time, Melissa and him are trying their best to not give in to that cute act.
After they left UA, Izuku apologizes again and Melissa doesn't know how is feeling worse than the dogs or him. When Izuku put both dogs at the basket of his bicycle they try to lick his hand as if apologizing, it was being hard to not give in.
Now that he had tiem to look at his device he see thousands of messages between Mei and the AI.
"Thank God Itsuka is there with her."
-/Arcade Near UA/-
"So? What do you want to talk about?" Katsumi was eating a slice of pizza while looking at what they can play next.
"It's about the sports festival." He see that now he got her attention. "The whole country will watch the sports festival, many heroes will be looking for their next interns, but the villains will watch too."
"You mean the villains we fought at UA will be watching to study our quirks?" Katsumi sees Neito nodding and she has to admit that they never considered that possibility. "Why not tell everyone? Why only me?"
"I will tell everyone, but the reason I called you first is that I am worried about you." Neito got a serious expression on his face, which was something rare since he usually keeps a prideful smirk all the time. "I know you are strong, but you also act without thinking most of the time and I am worried you might make something stupid."
"Like what? Challenge her in front of the whole country?" Katsumi see Neito looking at her as if that was exactly what he was thinking. "I am not a stupid copycat, I said that I will defeat her, but I am not strong enough now."
"Thanks, I needed to hear that. I was just worried about you." He sighs in relief and takes another slice of pizza."If one of us wins the sports festival, I think we should ask for Tsunagu sensei to give us the prize."
"If? I will win and you will be there to take second place after I kick your sorry ass." Katsumi smirks and looks at the air-hokey. "But first I will kick your ass on the air hockey."
"Popcorn girl is being brave huh? It will only make my victory sweeter." He follows her to the game and smirks. "That may be the first competition we may win against Yui."
"Dollface is our adorkable guild leader." Both laughs before Katsumi get the disk. "Have you decided what you want in case you win the sports festival?"
"Yeah, I want you to admit I am the best in front of the whole country." His smirk only got wider when he see that this distracted her from the game, allowing him to score. "One point for me Popcorn girl."
"When I win, you will kiss my feet in front of the whole country and call me queen." Katsumi sees his face getting deep red and giggle. "Oh? Are you into that? Should I call Midnight?"
"Fuck you, you damn chihuahua!" Neito tries to hide his embarrassment.
"You wish you could!" Katsumi laughs and they continue to play a little more before going home.
-/Yaoyorozu Manor/-
"Mother, I would like to inform you that I will be late tomorrow, I will be with Izuku Midoriya training for the sports festival." Momo was talking with her mother on the phone.
"Then make sure to put the time to good use, you haven't made as much progress as it was expected." The disappointment in her tone was clear. "What have you been doing this whole time?"
"His friends now accept me, and thanks to us being class representatives we can talk alone a lot." She know they only talk about their duties, but she couldn't say that to her mother. "I will meet him tomorrow and use the opportunity well."
"Good, I expect you will report good progress tomorrow then." Her mother hangs up and Momo just goes to her bed and pulls her romance novel.
"They have so much fun together that they almost forget about anything else." Momo looks at the window and sees the huge yard of the manor. "Yanagi, Iida, Uraraka, and now Tetsutetsu is also sitting there with them as friends."
She can't help thinking how different things would be if she wasn't a Yaoyorozu, would people want to hear what she has to say?
"You know that you don't need to ask permission to talk right?"
"If you want to say something, just say it."
"Yeah, we are not going to ignore you."
"No need to be all formal, we are all friends here."
Their words keep echoing in her mind until she finally sleeps.
People think Izuku's quirk is too op? Knowledge is the key, and If you know anything from the Fate series, you are aware that each servant has a clear weakness against other servants. So his quirk has weaknesses that will be explored by his friends at the sports festival. See you all next time.
