** I do not own Ranma 1/2. That masterpiece is the property of Rumiko Takahashi.**

** I appreciate the feedback. I need everyone to remember that these are teenagers with very little life experience in matters of love and dating. Teenaged boys.. and sometimes people in general.. make decisions and have feelings that may not make a lot of sense to others and we may see as cruel or stupid. I don't know about any of you, but I've had some long term relationships where my ex's made some seemingly stupid decisions that were hurtful, including with women they just met that were less attractive and less desirable than the celestial beings I created here- that didn't mean that I didn't matter or they always set out to hurt me (and no, I am not excusing them). This may not be the same as everyone's experience, but we are all different.

I do understand the Ranma/Akane concerns in the reviews, as my story line did evolve as I was writing it. I thank you for bringing this to my attention and will be extra mindful in the future. I do think that Akane would still be friends with Ranma if he found someone else. I have seen it in many fanfictions, and I believe that it is part of her awesome personality.

I feel like this is where my story needs to go and that it's important (to me) that it does. I am pro-Ranna/Akane, but there are factors that could mean many different directions for them after the end of the manga. I hope you enjoy this anyway and I appreciate you all! **

The evening was turning into night and the party guests were starting to tire. They all sat in a circle on some pillows. From left to right around the circle sat Nabiki, Kasumi, Akane, Kaze, Miyuki, Ranma, Ukyo and Ryoga.

Ryoga stretched and looked at Ukyo "Hey, are you ready to go soon?"

Ukyo yawned and nodded her head. Ryoga looked at the Tendo sisters. "Hey ladies. Thanks for hosting a fun party. We had a great time, but we really need to get to sleep. Tomorrow is a big day and I know that I'm sure wiped out." He turned to look at Ranma. "Happy Birthday, again, Ranma. See you in the morning." Ryoga waved goodbye, taking Ukyo's hand and helping her to stand. Ukyo looked at the other party members. "What Ryoga said. Great party, super sleepy, Happy Birthday, Ranma," Ukyo winked, gave a peace sign, then walked out of the dojo with Ryoga.

Kasumi yawned as well, and decided it was time to retire to her room. First, she decided, she would clean up after the party. After a couple stumbles to the table where the food was laid out, Nabiki and Akane, between giggles, both decided they would assist their sister.

Ranma, Miyuki and Kaze were left in the dojo for the moment. Ranma was dreading this part of the night. He knew that Miyuki hadn't given him a straight answer about staying or leaving and he had a bad feeling she wasn't answering him because he wouldn't like the answer. "So, what have you decided? Are you going back home or staying here?" Ranma asked, scared of what the answer might be.

Miyuki smiled weakly at Ranma as Akane reentered the dojo. "Nabiki is putting Kasumi to bed," Akane chuckled. She had never seen her older, responsible sister intoxicated like that before.

Miyuki looked at Kaze. "Hey, big brother. Do you think you could keep Akane company for a little while? I'd like to take Ranma to the house for a private conversation." Miyuki looked sternly at her brother.

Kaze smiled and nodded. "How can I turn down a request like that? Time alone with a pretty girl? I think I can handle that." He glanced and smirked at Akane, who was, in that moment, raising an eyebrow suspiciously at Miyuki.

Miyuki turned to Ranma, stood and reached her hand out to him. Ranma took her hand and stood, following direction.

Akane half smiled and wished Ranma a happy birthday one last time before he walked out with Miyuki. Akane turned to Kaze, "I'm glad you're here. Being the bigger person is a very hard pill to swallow sometimes. I don't even know why I'm doing it. I should just beat him senseless, then maybe I'd feel better about it."

Kaze looked proud. "You're doing a great job, Akane. Feelings are complicated things to figure out, especially for teenagers. You're not yet adults and still trying to learn what any of these feelings mean or what they even are. However, if you have something you need to say to Ranma, you need to do so sooner rather than later. A tennyo falling for a human can be pretty intense and bring feelings straight to the surface quickly. Ranma may not understand what he's feeling right now either, and it's important he have all the facts as he figures it out. Even if it's not love. It's just the nature of the divine energy. It isn't Miyuki's fault, it's just how she's made. Feelings aren't just human problems. Us celestials have to figure them out just the same as you do. I don't know what Miyuki is feeling exactly right now, but her feelings can have bigger consequences." Kaze explained to Akane.

Akane nodded. "What would I have to say to Ranma?" She asked.

Kaze smiled. "That's for you to figure out. You two clearly have some unfinished business or lingering feelings. Like I said, things can move a lot quicker when you have a tennyo involved, so if you have anything left to tell him then you should do so quickly,. You don't want any regrets burdening you."

Akane frowned. "Nope. Ranma ditched me really fast when a pretty face showed up. Why should I subject myself to any more of that?" She asked.

Kaze looked at her with concern. "Akane, he can't help how he feels. He's still a teenager who's involved with someone that brings out intense feelings. I can assure you he didn't mean for any of this to happen. I can tell he cares about you and wouldn't do anything to purposefully hurt you, but he's young.. and with that comes a lot of stupidity when it comes to girls and especially feelings. Add a tennyo into the mix and it's can be a recipe for heartache." Kaze said.

"How do you know so much about teenaged human boys?" Akane asked.

Kaze chuckled. "Well, not only was I once a teenaged tennin boy, but I used to come down and party just like my rebellious sister was doing. The human world is quite interesting to us, so we tend to be known to come down and check things out from time to time. You humans are complicated yet fascinating beings." He explained.

Akane smiled. "What you say makes sense, but sometimes us teenaged girls just need to be mad at the world for the things that happen to us. I'd like to just be mad at the world right now. I don't need reasoning. I don't care what the reasons are. I thought I was going to marry him and now he's forgotten about me. That's more than enough reason to just be mad."

Kaze put his hand on Akane's. "He hasn't. He's distracted, that's for sure. He still cares very much about you, but I don't think he knows what to do about it."

"Thanks for trying to help, Kaze. I still don't think that's true, but, I appreciate the effort." Akane smiled at him.

Kaze nodded. "No problem. Let's go work out that anger in a productive way. Would you like to go for a walk?" He asked.

Akane nodded. "That actually sounds lovely. It's a really nice night tonight. Thank you."

Miyuki led Ranma to her house and unlocked the door. She led him inside. Ranma was still a bit tipsy, but the walk had helped sober him up a little. Ranma sat down on Miyuki's couch and watched as she left the room and came back with a glass of water and handed it to him.

"Hydrate, handsome, or you'll have a bad hangover." Miyuki smiled.

Ranma took the glass of water from Miyuki with a smirk. He took a big gulp of his water and smiled at the beauty in front of him. Miyuki smirked at Ranma mischievously. Ranma raised an eyebrow at her. "What?" He asked.

"We haven't been alone in a long time," Miyuki said as moved herself to straddle Ranma's lap, facing him and pulling his face down into a passionate kiss without losing any time.

Ranma chuckled a little bit after he broke the kiss momentarily to respond. "You're right. You got me in too much trouble."

Miyuki smiled as she continued to deepen the kiss. Ranma's hands began to roam Miyuki's body. Ranma never felt this at ease touching a woman, but Miyuki had always been different. He could feel himself getting a little excited and tried to mentally calm himself. He moved his hand from her back to cup her face, pushing his tongue against her lips, which she happily allowed inside. Ranma's thoughts were racing. He had never even kissed a girl before Miyuki, but she seemed to bring everything out of him. He was always silently questioning the whole tennyo/divine energy enchantment theories, but in these moments he just stopped caring. These were the moments he felt more complete. In these moments when they were alone and enjoying each other, nothing else in the world really mattered anymore. Not school, not his rivals, not his curse, and especially not what other people thought about him or her.

Miyuki used her fingers to trace his collar bone then pushed her hand lower, feeling each ab and then traced the V shape almost all the way down to his pelvic area, but stopped short. Ranma started breathing heavier, feeling the tingling sensation coming from under her. She started to grind her body against him as he let out a hoarse groan. Miyuki took that as a good sign that he was enjoying himself and broke the kiss only to move the kisses down his neck and collar bone.

"Oh my God." Ranma let out in a throaty groan. He had never felt like this before and he didn't want it to stop.

Miyuki stopped, smiled and looked into Ranma's eyes. She came back up to kiss him again and started grinding her body again slowly. Ranma felt his pants tighten and tried to lift her by her hips off his lap just a little bit, quite unsuccessfully as his brain didn't appear to be working at full capacity anymore.

"Miyuki, baby, please. You're killing me." Ranma moaned.

Miyuki smirked as she looked up to look into his eyes, which she found to be closed. "Do you want to stop?" She asked.

Ranma blushed. "Not at all. If we keep going, I may just lose my mind. You don't even know what you're doing to me. I want you so bad right now." He explained.

Miyuki's smirk grew. "I think I have a good idea what I'm doing to you." She said as she pushed herself onto his manhood. Ranma could feel the heat and groaned again, completely defeated. Miyuki licked her lips at him and looked deep into his eyes. "We don't have to go any further, Ranma. We can stop if you want to."

He moved himself up, lifting Miyuki and putting her on her back on the couch. Ranma laid on top of her and started kissing her neck, moving down her collarbone and down the center of her chest. His hands roamed freely, as he gave up on any form of hesitation or embarrassment. This felt right and natural. Miyuki moaned, which almost sent Ranma over the edge. He held her up off the couch as he started to remove pieces of her kimono. Ranma looked at Miyuki, checking if she was still okay with what he was doing. She smiled at Ranma as her hands felt the muscles in his arms. Ranma took that as a sign to continue. Once her top half was bare, aside from her bra, he began to unclasp the back of her bra. He was constantly and nonverbally checking in with her. She giggled at how innocent and nervous he was in all of this. He moved his hands to feel her breast. He was in shock that this was even happening. All his senses were going haywire. She felt amazing to touch and he could barely contain himself. He couldn't believe someone like her was responding like this to a dumb, teenaged human. Their lips found each other again, as Miyuki started to remove Ranma's shirt. Ranma assisted with with second half and Miyuki smiled up at him. All bets were off. Ranma was completely entranced and he didn't care about anything else whatsoever in that moment.

Akane and Kaze walked along the streets of Nerima. Akane had caught a second wind and felt wired. She wasn't sure if it was the anxiety of knowing where Ranma was or the thrill of being out with an incredibly gorgeous tennin. Either way, she felt positively full of energy at the moment.

Akane smiled up at Kaze. "I really should be resting, as Auntie Saotome has arranged for our departure tomorrow morning to Jusenkyo, but I am wide awake." Akane said before realizing an important fact. "Will you be leaving us after tonight?" She asked with a hint of sadness in her voice.

Kaze smirked. "Why? Will you miss me?"

Akane chuckled. "Of course I will. You've been wonderful to get to know. I've really enjoyed our time together and would be sad to have to say goodbye." Akane said.

Kaze looked ahead, smiling. "You know, Akane, we can travel back and forth. We try not to do it too often as it does take a lot of our energy and doing it too often does often take a toll on us, but we can do it. I can come back to see you all, especially if my sister ends up staying." Kaze looked concerned.

Akane looked up at him with moderate confusion. "What's wrong, Kaze?"

"If she chooses to stay, I just really hope her Jusenkyo plan works because if she fully falls in love with Ranma and it doesn't.. It can make things really complicated and potentially dangerous for her." Kaze sighed.

Akane nodded. "I understand. You're worried about your sister. I guess we need to first know if she will be sticking around." Akane wondered to herself. I imagine she would. Her and Ranma have really fallen fast for each other. Idiots. Stupid idiots.

"You never know. We should probably get you home, but I need to find my sister and find out her plans before I leave. I can bring you back now if you're getting tired or you can come along, if you want. You do have a big day tomorrow, so I would understand if you wanted to turn in now." Kaze offered.

Akane nodded. "I should probably go make sure that idiot gets back, too. He has the same day to look forward to."

Kaze smiled and gave Akane his arm to grab onto as they walked toward Miyuki's house. "Then, off we shall go."

Ranma laid beside Miyuki breathing heavily, sweating and red in the face. He looked over at Miyuki, shook his head lightly and just said, "Wow."

Miyuki giggled. Neither of them had any clothing left on. She snuggled up to Ranma's side and used her fingertips to walk up his chest which was still taking quick deep breaths. "You were amazing. Are you sure you've never done that before?" She asked.

Ranma started laughing then went back to catching his breath. He leaned over and kissed her on the head. "I'm sure I would remember anything even remotely like that."

Miyuki sat up and smiled down at Ranma. "Well, sorry to take your innocence away from you like that."

Ranma laughed again. "No, you're not. You knew what you wanted. I'm not stupid."

Miyuki giggled. "Well, yes, but I could have waited if you weren't ready."

Ranma smiled. "Too late now. There's no way I could regret that, though."

They both heard a knock at the door. Miyuki and Ranma looked at each other wide eyed and scrambled to put their clothes back on. "Just a minute!" Miyuki called out to the door knockers.

Miyuki finished dressing and ran to the door before turning to check if Ranma was finished. She motioned for him to quickly straighten up the couch. Ranma nodded and did as he was told.

Miyuki opened the door. "Kaze! Akane! What are you doing here? I was going to bring Ranma back soon." She told them.

Kaze raised an eyebrow at his sister. "What are you guys up to? Have a good chat?" He asked suspiciously.

"Um.. we didn't really talk much yet." Miyuki admitted.

Ranma walked over to the door. "Hey guys," he greeted.

Kaze smirked at Ranma. "Your hair is a bit of a mess there, Ranma," he chuckled.

"Oh, yeah sorry." Ranma tried to quickly straighten himself out more.

"Anyway, I've come to find out your plans, little sister, before heading home," he announced.

"Oh, um," she looked at Ranma, "We haven't really gotten that far. I haven't told him yet one way or the other."

Ranma's face fell. "You're actually still considering going back? After.. everything?" Ranma was getting annoyed.

"Look. You're going to Jusenkyo with everyone tomorrow. I think I should go home, for now, and give you guys a couple days to get there while I sort some things out. I can meet you guys there and help, if needed, and we can talk more after. I promise." Miyuki explained.

Ranma looked upset. "Are you serious?!"

Miyuki winced. "I'm sorry, Ranma. I think it's best for the moment. It's a little more complicated than you realize."

Ranma frowned. "Fine. Go. Whatever." He looked away from Miyuki.

Miyuki put her hand on his arm, but he pulled it away. "I can see you're angry with my decision, Ranma. I hope you'll understand that it's what I need to do right now. I will see you soon, love. I promise I will."

Ranma looked at Miyuki, clearly upset, then walked away. Akane swore she saw his eyes water as he pushed past her. Akane looked at Miyuki and Kaze. "Safe travels, guys. We will see you both soon." Akane gave a half smile and followed after Ranma.

Miyuki looked at Kaze. "Thanks for showing up, big brother," she said sarcastically.

"You should have had more than enough time to talk, little sister." He smirked at her.

"Yeah.. well.. we got distracted." She crossed her arms. "He's pissed off with me."

Kaze shrugged. "He doesn't understand. You really need to actually talk to him without.. whatever distraction you caused in there."

Miyuki looked offended. "Why do you think it was my doing?"

Kaze chuckled. "Because I'm your brother and I've known you your whole life.' he answered.

"Whatever. Help me close the place up before we head back," she insisted.

"Ranma, wait up!" Akane followed Ranma.

"Sorry, Akane. Didn't mean for you to have to chase after me. I'm just.. well I'm a little pissed off, actually." Ranma told her.

"I can see that. I don't really understand why, though. She will see you in a couple days." Akane said.

"Yeah. Maybe. It's so easy for her to just take off where I can't even contact her. I don't know. Things have changed. What if she doesn't come back this time? What if I just screwed it all up by getting upset with her before storming off?" Ranma hung his head.

"Changed?" Akane asked.

"Don't worry about it. I'm sorry. I really shouldn't dump anything about Miyuki on you. I know it probably wasn't easy sending for her in the first place. I want you to know that I really appreciate you putting everything aside like that. It was incredibly selfless and I will never forget that you did that for me." Ranma told her.

"Yeah. It wasn't my best night, but I'm glad you could stop being miserable for at least a little while tonight. Grouchy Ranma is not very pleasant to be around, you know," Akane said.

"I know. Thank you, Akane. You're the best person I know. Let's go home and get some rest before we head to China tomorrow." Ranma smiled at Akane.

Akane nodded. The pair made their way home. Tomorrow, they would leave for Jusenkyo with their other cursed friends.
