Tatsumi in the World of SMG4: Night to Remember Episode Two: Two days Prior

Chapter Synopsis: Everything you need to know before the events of this story.

FIFTY-TWO HOURS AGO

"Can I have a role in the preparations for the wedding please?"

"No!"

"Pretty please?"

"NO!"

"Pretty, pretty please?"

That was the conversation between Mario and SMG4 as they, along with the others, were discussing what to do for the wedding for the couple, Wave and Kurome. Each member had a role for setting up the wedding. Well, that was except for Mario. SMG4 let out a sigh. "No Mario! Each time we give you something responsible to do, you always end up ruining it."

"What?! Mario has never been irresponsible," said Mario with a childlike manner.

SMG4 sighed at that argument and then an idea occurred to him. "Now that I remember we have an important role for you, Mario"

"Surprise? Really?! Come on tell me!" Mario said, grabbing SMG4 by the shoulders as he waved.

"It's about...you going to the Mushroom supermarket and buying 10 large sodas." said SMG4.

"But isn't the supermarket literally on the other side of the kingdom?" Mario said with some suspicion.

"Yes Mario, that supermarket." said SMG4 nervously.

Mario narrowed his eyes questioningly at SMG4 while the meme guardian was nervous that the lie would be ruined.

"Okay Dookie then," Mario said with a smile.

SMG4 looked at him in surprise for a few seconds and sighed in relief. "Oh, and Mario one more thing..." Mario turned to look at him "Be late."

"Yes." Mario said, using Heavy's voice line, before leaving to do some errands.

SMG4 was relieved to see Mario leave even though he knew he would come back and be bothering him again.

And then he saw Tatsumi, Lubbock and Wave chatting about something about a party within Japan. Their friends were doing errands in the Mushroom City, so it was only those here being present.

"Oh, that's right. Tatsumi and Lubbock are going to celebrate Wave's bachelor party in Japan." SMG4 said in his head, and it was then that a lightbulb lit up above his head. "Hehe boi."

Meanwhile, Tatsumi was talking to his two friends. It only had been just a day since he announced that they were going to have a bachelor party within the Capital City of Japan. It is safe to say that all of them were excited about it.

"Still can't believe that SMG4 bought a plane ticket to Tokyo?" Wave said with an exited tone as he saw Tatsumi having three plane tickets in his hand. All of them had their duffle bad as they were only going to spend a day there.

The other boy laughed at his reaction. "What even better is that SMG4 just got us a private flight to Tokyo, Japan. Since yours and Kurome's wedding is Japanese themed, he thought of having a bachelor party in Tokyo will be a really good idea."

"Yeah," Lubbock agreed as he was getting excited. "There are places that I want to go. The maid cafes, erotic items being sold, and even a bath to—"

"That enough Lubb," Mine said with irritation heard in her voice. All saw the Pinkette walking up to them and all turned to her attention.

"Eh? Mine, were you following us?" Tatsumi asked.

"Of course, duh. I wanted to see how you were doing and the first thing I see is Lubb talking about wicked things." Mine said looking at Lubbock who was whistling as he looked away. "Putting that aside, from what I've heard from you, this Japan must be a pretty interesting place, right? From what I've seen on the internet they have interesting places, great cuisine and..."

"And the hot cosplayers you can find there!" Lubbock said excitedly.

"SHUT UP, LUBB!" Mine said before punching Lubbock in the stomach.

"AHHH!" He yelled and was clutching the area of where he was punched.

"I will not tolerate you corrupting Tatsumi with your lewd fantasies since he is the Best man and that includes you, Wave!" Mine said, pointing at Wave as she gave off a devilish aura towards him. "And as duty as a matron of honour and a grooms lady, you must remain totally faithful to Kurome, do you understand?!"

"O-Of course" Wave said nervously.

Then SMG4 arrived with a ticket in hand. "Hey guys!" He greeted them.

"Oh, hello SMG4. Do you need anything?" Tatsumi asked.

"Nah, I just came to give this to you." SMG4 said.

Tatsumi took what SMG4 wanted to give him and realized what it was.

"Is that...another ticket?" Tatsumi said looking at the item on his hand.

"Is it for us to take one more person?" Lubbock asked as he was still rubbing himself from Mine's blow.

"Yep." replied SMG4.

"And who will we take then?" Wave asked curiously.

"Well... Mario." answered SMG4.

The four were surprised at the person mentioned.

"What! For the red asshole?!" Mine exclaimed.

"Don't you think he could screw it up?" Lubbock asked while looking at SMG4 with concern.

"Lubbock. He's going to ruin is the wedding preparations if he stays here. In previous occasions, we had to lock him up so he wouldn't be in the way. Like at the BBQ party or also when we isolated him from us so we could make the giant pizza, although that last one affected him psychologically." explained SMG4 as he felt bad for what he and the others did to him.

The three fell silent upon hearing SMG4's argument.

"I just have to say that SMG4 is absolutely right. If that red idiot stays here, it will ruin the wedding preparations and the last thing I want to see is Kurome crying." said Mine as she crossed her arms across her chest.

"I think it would be a good idea to bring one more man, maybe we'll enjoy it with Mario's company?" said Lubbock as he looked at the others.

"If he doesn't get naked and swim in spaghetti. What do you say, Wave?" Tatsumi asked.

Wave fell silent as she thought about it. "If it's for the good of the wedding, then I'll accept."

All of a sudden, they heard a loud gasp, and everyone turns to see Mario, who had just bought ten large sodas. He dropped all of them to the ground as he gaped at what he saw. "Is that…"

SMG4 let out a sigh as he sees no point into lying to Mario anymore. "Yes, Mario. You got a ticket to go too Tokyo with the boys. Better pack up now as your flight is within four hours. I'll sent you to the location—"

"YEAH BOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIII!" Mario exclaimed excitedly as he rushes to go home as he was beginning to pack for the bachelor party. He was too excited to even notice Meggy passing by.

Said girl just looked at Mario before looking at the five people in the room. "So, I assume you bought a plane ticket to Tokyo to be with his friend?"

"Yep," SMG4 said while popping the 'P'. "Just brought them a private jet airline as all airlines were booked or sold out."

She narrowed her eyes at him. "Aren't private jet expensive?"

He responded by nodding his head at her. "Yeah. But thanks to Mine pulling a few strings, I manage to get a private Jet for them."

"At least we don't have to rush." Tatsumi told Lubbock and Wave.

Seeing the excitement on their faces, the former Inkling then turned her attention towards the matron of honour. "By the way Mine, I think I found the perfect dresses for the wedding. Though I admit that Saiko did help me."

Mine has a pleased smile on her face as she looks at the orange haired girl, "I have to say that Saiko does have a nice sense of fashion. Though it would have been helpful if you have brought Chelsea with you."

"Yeah, it would have." The Former Inkling said while rubbing the back of her head, knowing that both girls have a very nice sense of fashion.

"And by the way, do you know who the bridesmaids and men of honour will be?" Lubbock asked.

"Well, from what I hear the bridesmaids will be Akame, Mine and Saiko. While the groomsmen will be Luigi, Tatsumi and Run." Meggy replied.

Tatsumi was surprised at his role in the wedding "Wait, I'll be one of the men of honour? I didn't know that!" said Tatsumi.

"Well, now you know. And back to the topic of the dress, should we go shopping with Chelsea and Saiko?" Mine asked the orange haired girl.

"Yes, it would be best if they would give us good advice" said Meggy looking at her new friend.

Manwhile, a certain green haired boy had a funny thought and wanted to speak it out. "Heh, I bet those two will outgrow any dress they're wearing because they're both flat chested—" Lubbock was about to say but was cut off when Tatsumi covered his mouth before he could finish the word.

"Uh? Did you say something Lubbock?" Meggy asked as she looked at him.

"Emm...he said that...It doesn't matter what dress you wear; you'll look good on it." Tatsumi said trying not to make Lubbock look down.

"Oh, thanks Lubbock." Meggy said with a smile while Mine looked suspiciously at Lubbock because she knows he wouldn't say that.

"Oh, look at the time, we have to go to the airport, guys." Tatsumi said looking at the time on his phone.

The three boys they grabbed their duffle bags and looked at the two girls as they made their way to the doors of the Castle. Before going, Wave looked at them. "Don't worry, we'll be here before the wedding even starts." With that, the trio soon begins to make their way towards the airport to meet up with Mario and head off to Japan.

As they were no longer in sight, Mine, Meggy and SMG4 let out a sigh of relief. The meme guardian looks at the two. "So, shall we get resuming for the wedding setting then?"

The two girls nodded at him. "Sure."

The boys had managed to regroup with Mario and go in a Private airplane that was heading towards the Captial City of Tokyo. Mario was eating a lot of food that he had manage to bring on board the flight and was eating all of them. Wave, Tatsumi and Lubbock meanwhile were planning on what to do on the Bachelor Party as they were doing some research on their phones.

"And what should we do first when we arrive?" Tatsumi asked as he was scrolling gown through his phone.

"We can visit one of those shrines," said Wave as he got a page of one of the Japanese Shrines.

"Or go straight to a maid cafe!" said Lubbock who was more than excited.

"And if we leave it for tomorrow?" Tatsumi said although deep down he didn't want to visit that strange place for him.

"Hey, do you have food?" Mario asked, looking at his friends.

"Mario, we saw you bring a lot of food. Did you eat it already?" Tatsumi asked as he looked at his friend.

"Yep, " Mario said with a smile.

Tatsumi let out a sigh as he replied back to Mario "If you want to eat more, you'll have to wait for us to land."

"Ahhhh, do we have to wait? And then when does it take to arrive?" Mario asked.

"Let me see, erm... I think about 10 hours." Lubbock replied looking at his watch.

"10 HOURS?! MARIO CAN'T WAIT ALL THAT! I NEED THEM TO GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO EAT!" said Mario who was breathing heavily before screaming like a madman in panic. He was silenced when Wave knocked him out unconscious.

"I think a nap wouldn't hurt you, Mario." said Wave before looking at his friends. "Say, we could look at one place if you're all interested in."

Everyone looked at Wave, "And where would that be?"

The bachelor responded by showing a picture of a large skyscraper for everyone to see. "The Tokyo Skytree sounds like a good place to head off. Really want to head there after I get married with Kurome."

Tatsumi and Lubbock looked at each other before looking at their soon to be married friend. "You're really excited about being married, aren't you?" The former asked.

He then nodded at him in confirmation. "Yep. So strange that after this, I might become a dad straight after and…"

"Let's enjoy this moment for the time being, shall we?" Lubbock said as he wanted everyone part from an unconscious Mario to have a fun time as being a single person.

C

Ten hours had passed, and the group's private Jet had managed to reach towards their destination. Tokyo, the heartland of the Japanese people.

After getting their things, they immediately headed towards a restaurant nearby their hotel and let's say that tasting Japanese food was so good. Well, Mario was enjoying it too much as he was eating a lot of Bento Boxes.

"I have to say," Lubbock looked at his friend as he grabbed a sushi with a chopstick. "Japanese food really tastes so delicious."

"I can see that," Tatsumi told him as he ate a piece of pork Katsu from his Katsu-don and rice bowl.

Wave was eating a Uni Rice Bowl and he too felt the same way as his friend. "Kurome is going to love this place when we are visiting here."

After a while of eating and intervening in avoiding Mario getting into trouble after eating too many foods, the four of them waited for the elevator after getting their hotel room booked in. Mario was holding a bottle of Sake that they wanted and were lucky that they managed to get their IDs.

"And Mario, where did you get the Sake?" Tatsumi asked.

"Oh, I just bought it from a very friendly man." Mario said with confidence at the purchase from the side of the liquor store.

Tatsumi seemed suspicious about what Mario had purchased. "And who—" He was about to say but was interrupted as the elevator doors opened to reveal a male otaku with a Naruto bandana tied across his forehead as he passionately kissed a Hatsune Miku dakimakura.

When the man had made eye contact with the boys, they were silent for a few seconds until the man pressed the button to close the elevator doors.

The boys were stunned at what they saw, and their faces were having their eyes bugging out and their jaws dropped. "Can we... ignore what we just saw?" Lubbock asked. The boys nodded silently. The four of them finally reached the roof of the hotel and from there they could see Tokyo illuminated in the night's sky.

"Wow, from here the city looks like a festival of lights." said Lubbock amazed at the sight.

"You're right, Lubb." Tatsumi said as he took a picture on his cell phone.

Wave watched the place until she saw Mario on the edge about to drop his pants. So, he went over to grab him before he did anything.

"What the hell are you doing, Mario?!" Wave asked with an annoyed tone heard on his voice.

"A sexy man can't pee in peace?" Mario said with an annoyed expression.

"Of course, you can. But not on a roof that could also spill urine on people!" Wave said.

"And that's the best part," Mario answered with a nonchalant expression.

Meanwhile Tatsumi sighed as he watched Mario's antics to which he had to intervene.

"Mario, if you behave yourself, we'll buy you spaghetti sushi rolls." Tatsumi said.

Hearing that, Mario slowly turned his head towards Tatsumi. "Did you say...spaghetti in sushi rolls?" asked Mario with a surprised face.

"Yes, it is, and we will give it to you if you behave yourself." Tatsumi said.

Mario began to shake to shout with emotion, "YEAHHHH!"

"So, is there a deal?" Tatsumi asked.

"Alright then." Mario answered with the Engineer's voice.

"Well, what are you waiting for, I want to drink Sake now!" asked Lubbock.

"Here you go, Lubb boi." Mario said to pass the bottle of sake to Lubbock.

Lubbock poured the sake into four glasses for the group. "Well before we drink, would someone like to say a few words to Wave." Tatsumi said putting his arm around Wave's shoulder.

"Yo, yo, let Mario talk!" said Mario with a sheet of paper in his hand.

"Okay Mario, go ahead" Tatsumi said. Mario prepared to speak.

"Um, Wave boy..." The Italian Plumber started. "I know you are getting married here, but I want to say a good that in two days' time that you'll marry the girl of yer dreams. Her sister is impressed that she had manage to find a boy that is very protective of her. But before that, here you are. Having one last with your friends. About to drink in the rooftops. Then when we're done, we'll go back to the wedding, and you can marry Kurome. After that, you can kiss her, have fun with her and also grope her flat che—"

"That's enough, Mario." Tatsumi told his friend as he placed a hand over his shoulder. Feeling that it had become too awkward, he looked over at Wave. "So, shall we start drinking then?"

"Yeah, we should." Wave nodded in agreement before he, Lubbock, Tatsumi and Mario took a shot of Sake and before that, their visions became blurry. As it became blurrier, everything they had seen eventually became black.

Tatsumi felt a great pain in his head as if he had been hit against a pretty strong wall.

He opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was as if he had been at a crazy party. It was the suite that they were staying on. Only that now it was something completely ... trashed.

There were bottles of liquor on the ground, the windows were shattered, a serpentine hanging from the ceiling. Multiple graffiti on the walls and scribbles they were of the four. But it was badly made and there were also some clothes lying around, which he notices a cat headband laying around near him.

"What happened?" He said while being stunned.

Tatsumi gets up, even if he almost falls down the stunning and then left for the bathroom to be able to take water on his face. As he was washing his face, he felt that something is missing in his mouth. Checking it with his tongue through his teeth, he notices that one was missing so he looked at him in the mirror and was horrified when he saw that, in fact, a tooth was missing. But if that were the worst, he saw that there was also a tattoo on his chest and was very shocked and horrified for what it said.

Mine and Meggy are flat chested friends!

It took a few minutes for the former assassin to process if it was real. Rubbing it with his free hand, he eventually realised that it was in fact real. "WHAT THE HELL?!" Tatsumi shouted on top of his lungs.

Preview: Okay, something had just happened. Last thing I remember was drinking with my friends and waking up for find a tooth missing and also a tattoo on my chest saying that 'Mine and Meggy are flat chested friends!' What just happened? I need to talk to my friends and ask them what transpired from last night. Until them stay tune for next time for Tatsumi in the World of SMG4: Night to Remember.
