Tatsumi in the World of SMG4: Night to Remember Episode Seven: Retracing Steps Part Five: Deal & Remembrance

Chapter Synopsis: We have come full circle and let's see what has happened.

Tatsumi, Lubbock and Mario were wearing their normal attire and were heading towards their destination, Toranomon Hills to meet up with Miyamoto and exchange a deal with him. They had brought with them the 20 million of the 50 million Yen prize that Mario has won with them.

"You think Miyamoto would keep to his words?" Tatsumi asked his friend, Mario.

The Idiot pondered for a bit before answering. "Well, truth be told, I do not know. It has been a while since that incident back in the Mushroom Kingdom."

"Sheesh, don't remind me." Lubbock told him as he was glad that he and the others were not there when it happened. "By the way, I came up with the idea of keeping the remaining 30 million since we're giving that Nintendo guy 20 million Yen exactly, right?"

"Hey, that's a good idea Lubb boi!" Mario said before looking over at his first assassin friend. "What do you think, Tatsumi?"

"Well, it sounds quite logical and so we can compensate Wave for what he had to go through." said Tatsumi.

"Yep, you're right," Mario nodded his head in agreement.

The three took the elevator where it would take them to the roof where they would meet Miyamoto and upon arrival they met Miyamoto, Lawyer Kong and what appeared to be Wave with a bag on his head.

"Fellas," Miyamoto greeted them. "Let's have a discussion, shall we?"

Tatsumi, Lubbock and Mario were face to face with Miyamoto and Lawyer Kong.

"Do you have exactly what I asked for?" Miyamoto asked.

"Yes, here is your 20 million yen." Tatsumi said with a serious expression as he showed the briefcase.

Miyamoto gave Lawyer Kong the signal to grab Wave and then Tatsumi and Lawyer Kong exchanged the briefcase and Wave, to which Lawyer Kong handed the briefcase to Miyamoto to check the money.

"Umm, you did a good job." Miyamoto said seeing that the 20 million yen was there.

"Wave, we're glad you're okay now it's time for us to go back and have your wedding with Kuro-" Tatsumi stopped when he took the bag from Wave or rather someone who looked like Wave. Despite having similar clothing, his facial structure was different, and they swear that the Navy boy DOESN'T have something tied around his left braid.

"YOU ARE NOT WAVE!" all three exclaimed at the same time.

"Hey Miyamoto, you got the wrong person!" Tatsumi said as he looked at the Nintendo Director.

"Oh really? Well anyway, they already have their Wave or whatever." Miyamoto said before going with Lawyer Kong towards the elevator.

"Hey, wait!" Mario said who went to catch up with both of them, but he couldn't reach the elevator doors. "God dammit!" he said with frustration heard in his voice. "Well, now what do we do Tatsumi?". He didn't get a reply from Tatsumi. "Um... Tatsumi?" The Italian asked as he turned to Tatsumi with a grim expression and Lubbock helping to untie the fake Wave.

Then Mario remembered how much the three of them had spent searching for Wave around Tokyo.

"Guys…" Tatsumi said getting the attention of the others. "I'm going to make a call." Tatsumi took out his cell phone and dialled a known contact.

C

In the Mushroom Kingdom, a day expected by some and one person in particular, Kurome, had already arrived and today was her wedding with Wave. While Kurome ate a special breakfast dish that her sister Akame had made for her, the rest of Night Raid and SMG4 gang were already starting to prepare the decorations and things for the wedding.

"Will the four of them be on their way?" asked SMG4 his friends.

"I'M sUrE tHeY'rE aLrEaDy HaLfWaY tHeTe! A fLiGhT fRoM JaPaN sHoUlD tAkE aBoUt TeN hOuRs!" said Bob as he was helping around.

"I hope so. Today is a crucial day for Wave and Kurome," said SMG4. Then the doorbell rang, which caught the meme lord's attention. "I'm coming!" He said before going to the door and opening it, and the first thing he saw were several unknown faces that he has never seen before.

"This is the wedding?" Chow asked the Meme Guardian.

"Emm... yes. But are you ALL invited?" SMG4 asked as he was confused to who those people are.

"Of course, yes! We're here for a reason... Hey, are we really invited?" Alan asked his friends.

"I don't know, ask Chow. He's the reason we're here." Stu said to his friend good heartedly.

"Did someone tell you about the wedding?" The meme Guardian asked as he looked at them.

"Was it his friend... erm, what was his name? Marie? Marto?" Chow was trying to find out the name.

SMG4 facepalmed when he knew who he meant. "It's Mario, right?"

"Yep, Mario! He's one of my clients from Japan," said Chow.

"Japan? And what did you sell him?" asked SMG4 as he narrowed his eyes at him.

"Only my Special Sake!" Chow happily said before giggling like a child.

"Wait a minute, you mean the Sake with Roofies?" Alan asked as he knew what this meant.

"Roofies?" asked SMG4 with a confused expression.

"Yeah! He told me it was for a bachelor party," Chow said.

"Wait, Roofies? Bachelor party? Oh, don't tell me what…" Stu said, realising what Alan's friend has done.

"And I also mixed it with LSD!" The drug addict Asian informed them.

That in turn caused everyone to look at him with pure terror and shock. More so than Stu and Phil as they knew how dangerous they were. "YOU WHAT?!" The Apathetic Teacher shouted. "YOU KNOW HOW DANGEROUS THOSE TWO DRUGS ARE AT THE SAME TIME?!"

"Whats wrong with you?" Doug asked the Crazed Asian.

"Woah, woah, woah!" SMG4 put his hands up in the air and looked at Chow. "So, you basically allowed Mario to DRUG his friends because he wanted to have a fun time?!"

"Yep!" Leslie answered his question.

"Dude," Phil said. "You basically made them do whatever f**ked up s**t in Tokyo."

SMG4 let out a groan as he looked at them with tiredness. "Look, I think they are going to arrive in time before the wedding. For now, just help around and get ready for the wedding, okay?"

"Sure/Yep/Will do." All of the Wolfpack members said before going in to help with the others.

As they went to help the others, the Meme Guardian only hoped that wwhatever that Asian man did to them, he could only hope that they could arrive in time and hopefully get this marriage sorted. He looked up in the air and thought of one thing. "Guys, I hope you can arrive here in time."

Hours had passed and the wedding was on its way. Within one area, two girls were facing in front of a mirror. Chelsea was combing Kurome's hair for preparations for the wedding and have to say that she enjoyed doing it. "Wow Kurome, you have pretty hair like your sister's."

Kurome just slightly blushed at her friend's compliment. "Thank you."

Akame smiled at seeing this scene. Turning her head to the left, she can see some sort of problem. "Something wrong, Meggy?"

Meggy Spletzer turned her attention to the other girl with a frustrated expression on her face. "Well, I tried calling them a bunch of times. Still no luck."

Mine could fully understand what the orange-haired girl meant. She let out a sigh as she crossed her arms across the chest. "Well. Considering that Tatsumi, Wave and Lubbock decided to have a bachelor's party along with Mario, they are going to be in big trouble thanks to that fatass."

"Mine…" Akame just spoke to her. "I know you hate Mario. But this is Wave and my sister's wedding, and he wants her boyfriend to have a celebration of being single for the last time."

She had a good point. But Mine was relly concerned about her boyfriend's wellbeing. "I know Akame. But and why should—"

Suddenly, Meggy's phone rang. Immediately, she went out of the room and looked at her phone to see Tatsumi calling. Pressing the green button, she placed it on her ear and heard a voice that she hasn't heard for days. "Hi, Meggy. It's me." The assassin's voice greeted her.

"Tatsumi." She spoke to him through the phone. "Where the hell are you and the others? I'm starting to get worried about all of you."

Within Tatsumi's location, he was in the exact same meeting place where he and others made a deal with Miyamoto. Lubbock and Mario along with the fake Wave were sitting on the stairway and were having their discussion of their own. They seemed to be very exhausted of what had just transpired from early on. "The bachelor party that we had got messy and, well... we couldn't find Wave anywhere. We f**ked up big time."

"What?!" Meggy spoke through the call, her jaws dropping at hearing this. "Like you cannot find Wave anywhere? You do know that his and Kurome's wedding is within six hours, right?"

The former assassin just rubbed his eyes with his free hand. as he tried to ease his headache. "Yeah, I am sorry to say this, but that is not gonna happen."

To where Mario and Lubbock where, they were conversing to the person who they had thought it was Wave. "So…" The Latter looked at the person. "What's your name again?"

"Raku," The boy revealed to the two. "Raku Ichijo."

Nisekoi Protagonist: Raku Ichijo

"Look, we're sorry we put you through all of this," Lubbock said to him. "We were looking for our friend, Wave, around Tokyo for a day and we still don't have luck to know where he is."

"So, your friend Wave looks like me?" Raku asked.

"Yes, although he looks more like a sailor," said Mario.

"Sailor? More like he has less messy hair." Lubbock said.

"And you guys have been looking for him ever since?" Raku asked.

"Yes, since yesterday. He got lost due to a crazy night we had," said Mario. "Since then, we have searched all over Tokyo. But have not had any success."

"That sure suck. Because if it hadn't been like that, you might have been able to eat ramen. You may all go to Tokyo skytree or visit a temple." Raku said.

"Yeah, you're right—wait, what did you say?" Mario asked as if he remembered something similar popping in his head.

"Visit a temple?" Raku said, confused at Mario's sudden mood change.

"No, before that?" said Mario.

"The Tokyo skytree?" Raku said as he tilted his head.

"Yeah, that" Mario said and then he remembered something Wave had said on the plane before this happened.

"The Tokyo Skytree sounds like a good place to head off. Really want to head there after I get married with Kurome." Wave said in a flashback in Mario's head.

"Oh my God..." The Italian said, now realizing where he might be. Then, he tackled Tatsumi and then took his cell phone. "Oh, hello Meggy!" He greets his friend.

"Mario? Why does Tatsumi say you guys can't find Wave?" Meggy asked now confused to what he was now saying.

"Oh, he's just a little coo coo crazy. Actually, we're about to leave." said Mario.

"So far you're leaving! You all know you won't be there in time—" Then at that moment, Mario hung up on Meggy.

"Mario, why did you do that?!" asked Tatsumi, annoyed at his friend's actions. "Wait, don't tell me that…"

"That's right, we're going to pick up Wave boi." said Mario.

"Do you at least have any idea where he is?" the assassin asked.

"Remember he mentioned the Tokyo skytree on that Private Jet?" Mario said to which Tatsumi realized what he was referring to.

"If he's there, there's no time to lose." Tatsumi said.

The three left the building and went to the Tokyo skytree where they checked on the top floor. "Wave, where are you? Lubbock said, calling put to his friend.

"Wave boi, come out where you are?" Mario said while also calling out to his friend.

Tatsumi noticed a door to the roof. "Hey, we need to check here." Tatsumi said pointing to the door.

"But only authorized personnel can enter," Lubbock said, noticing a card security system. Then Tatsumi remembered something that he had taken on the trip, and it was none other than his Imperial Arm, Incursio, which shocked Mario and Lubbock.

"Did you take your Imperial Arm on the trip?" The string User said as he eyed at his friend's weapon.

"Yeah, I was going to use it for the tournament, but it just turned out to be a kid's game." Tatsumi said.

"Hey! It's not a child's game, it's a masterpiece!" Mario commented as he defended his actions from earlier.

"Well, whatever. Doesn't matter right now!" Tatsumi donned the armor and grabbed the two with arms. "Now hold on tight."

"Ok, but first- ahhhh!" Mario yelled as he climbed out the window and onto the roof. "Ufff, next time let me know!" He said taking a deep breath.

"Oops sorry!" Then Tatsumi before he recognized a familiar person. "Wave, there you are!" Wave was still in his outfit from the day before yesterday and also had a noticeable tan due to sun exposure. "Wave, wake up friend!" Tatsumi said shaking Wave and he started to wake up.

"Umm...guys?" Wave said still hungover. "Why are we in a tower?"

"Emm, let's say that Mario drugged us, and you ended up here. But hey, today is your wedding and we should go now." Lubbock said as he picked Wave up.

Wave, now fully awake, realized what Lubbock said about Mario and his expression changed to anger and he lunged at Mario. "DAMN YOU, MARIO!" Tatsumi then grabbed Wave and he pulled him off of Mario.

"Wave, I understand that you're upset about Mario. But right now, you have to go marry your girl, do you understand?" Tatsumi said. Wave calmed down knowing the situation. When the commotion was over, the four of them came out of the Tokyo skytree and Lubbock noticed a tiny detail.

"Hey, how are we going to get to the wedding on time?"

"You're right, there's no way to be on time." Tatsumi said, realising how dire the situation is.

"If only we had a miracle…," Wave commented.

"IF ONLY WE HAD A FAST JET!" Mario exclaimed, unintentionally thinking what the Navy Boy was about to say.

"Well, here's one." said a familiar voice, calling out to them.

The four of them turned to queen bean with a jet behind her. "Queen bean! How do you know about the wedding?" Lubbock asked his 'wife'.

"You guys mentioned it at our wedding." Queen Bean reminded them.

"Wait, did Lubbock get married?" Wave asked them with a confused expression.

"That's another story, now just get on the jet!" said Tatsumi. The four got on the jet and saw that there were four seats. All hoped in and were beginning to fly back to the Mushroom Kingdom.

"Lubbock…" The Queen Bean called out to him. "I hope things go well with Najenda."

Lubbock was caught off guard by that comment. "Wait, how do you know about Najenda?"

"At the wedding you mentioned her, and I think you better be with the woman you love."

Lubbock smiled at queen bean's comment. "Thanks, then."

Now with the four of them inside the jet, they started the engines and then flew away. Now leaving Tokyo behind Meanwhile, Ryka noticed the jet in the sky and noticed Mario to which she smiled. "I cannot wait to see you soon, Mario."

Returning to the boys, they were amazed at the speed of the jet. "Friend, with this jet we will arrive on time," said Lubbock as he was in the pilot seat. "That's right, now, next stop: The Mushroom Kingdom."

"By the way, Wave." Mario said as he gave him a bag. "This contains thirty million Yen as compensation for what happened in the night."

The Navy boy looked at him before grabbing the bag off of him. "Thank. I guess I have enough to spend after the wedding right."

"Right." All three of them nodded their heads as the plane continued to head towards the Mushroom Kingdom.

"To the wedding then!" Mario said and the plane journey continued.

C

Within the location of where the Wedding was located, many guest and already entered and were chatting among themselves. This includes SMG4's counterpart, SMG3 and his former acquaintances such as The Luigi Doll, Whimpu and Belle Fontiere. "I say," He said as he was dressed in a formal attire with the same purple and black colour scheme, "I am glad that they allowed us to wear this type of outfit."

"Yep," Belle Fontiere agreed as she was wearing a red semi dress with orange highlights.

Whimpu, meanwhile, was talking to Saiko and Kaizo. The former was wearing a Kimono that had the same colour scheme as her hair while the latter was wearing a formal attire. "It's nice to meet you and you look well in that outfit."

The Yandere smiled at his compliment. "Thank you and you look good in that outfit as well."

"Whatever," Kaizo said as he looked away from the two.

Some were even too small to even be in such outfits. That was in the case of SMG1, SMG2, JubJub and Boopkins as they were wearing bow ties around their necks and were chatting with some people who had arrived at the wedding.

All Night Raid members as well as the SMG4 Gang were all dressed up and were waiting for four individuals to arrive here. The girls were, for obvious reasons, were dressed up in Kimonos that had the same colours as their outfits, and some were also wearing except for a few. Kurome was in a special set of Kimono and was worried about where her lover was. "How long is it for Wave to get here?"

Akame just put her hand on her sister's shoulder. "They'll be here. Don't worry."

Mine, meanwhile, just let out a sigh. "Still can't believe that Mario brought a drink that was spiked! Cannot believe that dumbass brought it from him."

"I know how you feel." Meggy replied as she was in her Kimono attire and eyed towards the Wolfpack and SMG4.

To where SMG4 and the others were, they were having their own discussion and it wasn't going to well. "So, you're sure that they are going t arrive here on time." The meme guardian asked.

Phil just nodded his head at him. "Yeah, they'll sure arrive in time or…"

"Um, guys?" Doug spoke, catching everyone's attention as he saw something in the sky. "Is that…a plane?"

"Doug, what are you talking—" Stu asked to which he and the others, as well as the guests, saw a literal plane heading towards their direction as it was descending to their level. "Oh God. Is that…?"

SMG4 took out some binoculars and saw Tatsumi, Wave, Mario, and Lubbock on the plane. "Hey guys, it's them."

"Seriously?!" Kurome said who took the binoculars off of him and was glad to see her lover back.

"Well, now they just need to land safely." Luigi said relieved.

Meggy took out her cell phone and called Tatsumi's number. "Tatsumi, I'm glad you-"

"MEGGY! YOU HAVE TO HELP US!" yelled Tatsumi.

"Tatsumi, what's the matter!?" Meggy asked worriedly.

"Just put me on speakerphone with the others!" Tatsumi said as if he was desperate.

Meggy put the call on speaker and the rest of Night Raid and the SMG4 gang came over.

"Umm, hey guys. I wanted to ask you guys something and how did we land this thing?" Tatsumi asked innocently.

Everyone in the room put on an expression of horror and fright upon hearing that.

"I mean, are you telling us that they've been flying that plane and they don't have the slightest idea how to land it?!" exclaimed SMG4.

"Do you think it came bundled with a damn manual?!" exclaimed Tatsumi.

"Don't worry, Mario is going to land this jet." Mario said confidently.

...

...

...

"Mario is... piloting the jet, right?" Meggy asked.

"...Yes" Tatsumi said, revealing what was in his mind.

This last confirmed something to everyone; They are going to crash and in a not pretty way. In the next act, everyone in the room ran outside and the first thing they saw was the crashed jet and the boys exiting the vehicle.

"MARIO/TATSUMI/WAVE/LUBBOCK!" The latter three's respective girlfriends and their friends cried out in concern as they watched them crash.

Kurome had her hand over her mouth and was on the verge of tears as she believed that her fiancé had died.

All the guests came over to see the crash zone and Night Raid and SMG4 gang arrived, and luckily for them, the guys were okay albeit sore from the impact.

"Ouch…" Wave said. "Why did we let Mario drive?"

"He himself had said that he already had experience." Tatsumi said, facing the aching part of his head.

"Oh right," said Wave.

"Ohhh Mario doesn't feel his dick!" Mario said with his eyes popping out when he didn't feel the appreciated part of him.

"Ahhhh! My arm!" Lubbock yelled when he saw his dislocated arm.

"Then let me help you." Najenda said as she walked over to Lubbock and repositioned his arm.

He let out a sigh of relief. "Thank you, Najenda." Lubbock smiled seeing his partner again.

"Tatsumi!" said Esdeath and Mine as they embraced their lover.

"I'm glad you're okay" Esdeath said.

"It's a good thing that being stupid fat didn't kill you" said Mine resentful for Mario.

"Wave!" Kurome said pouncing on Wave to hug him and shed tears on him. "I-I thought you died."

Wave smiled as he picked up his crying fiancée.

Meanwhile, Mario now recovered, he knew his task, so he took an anchor there. "Anchor out!"

"Anchor? But if it's a plane-" Luigi was interrupted when Mario threw the anchor in his face.

SMG4 looked at Mario annoyed, but at the same time he was relieved that the avatar was safe. "Well, everyone, the husband is here so everyone goes back to-"

"Hey!" They all turned to Mine who had an annoyed expression shown on her face.

"Sorry to interrupt you SMG4. but are we going to ignore the fact that Mario almost killed Wave and Tatsumi?!" Mine said pointing at Mario. "And not only that, but he was also responsible for drugging the three of them and losing Wave, almost ruining the wedding."

"Mine, stop it!" Tatsumi said trying to stop his girlfriend.

"No, Tatsumi. You don't understand. This fat guy only causes problems that his friends then have to fix as if he were a little kid. Besides, look at him, he's so stupid that he can't do it himself!" Mine said, which made members of the SMG4 gang angry with her. While Mario who was trying to stay calm, he had a gloomy expression.

"Oh, one more thing. Your spaghetti sucks" Mine said with her arms crossed.

Everyone gasped at the spaghetti comment to which SMG4 gang turned to see Mario who was now shaking and steaming with anger. "I...I…"

"What's wrong? Your stupidity won't even let you speak?" Mine spoke.

"I... I'M TIRED OF YOUR SH*T, YOU STUPID BOOBLESS BITCH!" Mario exclaimed furiously.

Everyone was speechless at Mario's response to Mine, while said girl was surprised by the Italian's reaction. This in turn made her a bit angry. "What did you—"

"I said, 'I'm TIRED OF YOUR SH*T, YOU STUPID BOOBLESS BITCH!'" The Italian repeated his words to the pinkette. This made Chelsea laugh a bit before she calmed herself. "You think I had the intention of drugging all of my friends?! Huh?!" Hearing the last part of his words made her wince a bit. NO! I have to be honest here, I thought that we were having a fun time. But I had no idea that were all drugged! I thought it was something special! Turns out, we did have some fun, but we won't bring up what had happened!"

"Mario…" his closest friend said in concern as he let out a breather.

The Italian exhale for a bit to calm himself down before looking at the pinkette. "Next time, you need to put in some consideration of what we have been through. Yes, I unintentionally almost ruin the wedding, but we're all here now. It's a bit of a mess, yes, but we have arrived." The Italian placed his hand around Wave's shoulder. "So, if you keep acting like this, then his wedding is ruined."

Mine was completely speechless and in the first time, she felt shocked at his words. Out of all the people, this idiot seems to have enough of her attitude and finally stood up to her. Despite this, she just glared at him and looked away. "F-fine! You have a point, Mario! But don't expect me to act like this next time, okay?!"

"We know that will never happen, pink board!" That voice caused her to snap out of that state and leered at Chow. "They had the sickest nights in their lives, and you are berating one of my clients?! You should be ashamed of yourself!"

"Okay, okay, that's enough." Phil said, putting his arms out to signal to stop. "Mario is fully aware of his actions and the consequences. But this is his wedding day," He was indicating to the Navy boy. "But there is still time for the wedding. So, if anyone is kind enough. Give these men some suits and let's get this wedding started, shall we?!"

"Yeah, let's do that then." Stu agreed and was quite shaken to what he had heard. The Dentist Doctor thought that him standing up to someone was good enough… he decided to help them by aiding some into getting into the four's suits.

Preview: Well, that was sore something. I would have never thought that Mario would stand up against Mine. But that is not important. We arrived at Wave's wedding in time, and I will not ruin one bit of their fun. Tune in next time for the final chapter of Tatsumi in the world of SMG4: Night to Remember!
