Prompt: Squash.

"Why do they serve squash with every single meal?" Peter groaned as he entered the room. "You'd think the Cair would have something other than that."

"It's in season," Susan told him, shaking her head. "And the rabbits have been so excited to share their produce with us. You'll have to learn to like it sometime."

"I'm the High King. If the Rabbits are there I have to eat it. It would be terribly rude otherwise. You three are able to skip if you need. But for me to refuse when they're standing right there - I just can't! And they serve it every single day!"

"Buck up Peter," Edmund said. "It's really not as bad as all that."

Two months later, after Edmund stayed with a family of badgers for three weeks:

"Why did they have to serve squash after every single meal?" Edmund groaned. "I'm never eating it again!"
