-Rachel pov-
"No I am not slipping mom!" I glare at her as she frowns "Are you this dependent on me being a baby? Am I alright not being one? Do you love me for me?"
"Rachel of course I do!" I look away and feel like she is lying "You believe me right?"
"I told Quinn we could meet for lunch" I get out of my chair and walk to the door "Goodbye mom"
"Are we ok baby?" I give a slight nod and open the door "See you in glee?"
I respond with another slight nod to her. I walk out and close the door behind me. I keep the tears in as I go to where Quinn messaged me to. I take a deep breath before entering the room.
My eyes go wide as I look at the stage.

The tears finally fall down my face as Quinn has Beth wave at me. I do not realize they are there until I am hugged. I give them a hug and chuckle when Beth kisses my cheek. I pull back some and give her a kunik kiss.
We all laugh as Beth boops her nose then laughs. These two have made my life so much better. I follow Quinn to the checkered blanket and sit down. I take Beth from her and grab her bottle.
"Everything ok?" I shake my head and focus on feeding Beth "What is wrong?"
"It feels like my mom only wants me to be a baby" I sigh and smile when Beth grabs my finger "She is so beautiful"
"Just like her momma huh?" I nod and give Quinn a loving smile "You know Shelby loves you right?"
"I just feel like she would have left me in another world" I sigh and look down at Beth "I feel like she will if I do not slip often"
"Have you forced slips recently?" I nod and Quinn sighs "That can be bad Rachel"
"I just want her to love me" I move the empty bottle and burp Beth as I start to eat my food "Thanks for the vegan options"
"Of course love" Quinn takes a bite of her bacon "It means I get all of the bacon"
We both share a laugh and go into light conversation.
-Shelby pov-
I sigh as I sneak out of the auditorium. She thinks I am going to leave her. I walk to my office with thoughts racing. Mostly of how to get her to know I love her so much.
I groan and lay my head on my desk when I sit down. I have no idea how to show her. I honestly am a bad mom for a teen. I sigh and hear a knock on the door.
"I am the last guy you want to see but I must talk to you" I growl and glare at William as he walks in "We lost and I have nothing left Shelby"
"So why are you here?" He sits and looks at the ground "William? I am waiting!"
"You wanted a baby and you got a teen" I look away and he sighs "I saw something out there though Shelby and...you got your girl! Rachel wants to be here and I can tell you want her...I messed up and I am going to get help for all I have said and done..can you tell Rachel I am sorry please? I never knew Finn and Mercedes would do what they did"
"I will when I talk with her in a minute" He nods and stands up "Is that all?"
"Good luck at nationals" Will gives a sad smile and walks to the door "I hear it is going to be tough"
I nod as he leaves my office. I take a deep breath and think of what I am going to say or do. I need Rachel to know I am there for her. That I love her dearly no matter what.
I think I have an amazing plan to do it!
-Time skip-Rachel pov-
Club was canceled but I have been told to still go to the auditorium. Quinn is with me so I know it is not her surprising me. Surprises scare me though. My dads surprise was leaving and not coming back.
I take a deep breath as I walk in and my jaw drops.

"You are the witch!" I turn to see Quinn is now wearing a Oz suit "Oh my god! The stage and you two!"
"There is a Glenda costume or Dorothy" I look at my mom and smile happily "I know this is a dream thing for you...I love all of you Rachel and I am sorry I have been more for the baby side than both..I am changing that ok?"
"This is the first good surprise ever" I run up and hug her "THANK YOU!"
"Hurry up" I turn to see Santana, Brittany, and Beth dressed as the monkeys "This fur is very itchy!"
"But you love it for me?" Santana nods with a smirk and I hug her too "Thank you"
"No problem Mi Estrella" She gives me a head kiss and steps back "Now go! You need to get dressed up!"
"Agreed" Jesse comes out in a munchkin costume "These overalls are tight"
"In all the right places" Giselle chuckles as club members come out "Can we do wicked before the end of the year?"
"Absolutely" Mom smiles and looks at me "Go be your part"
I nod and run backstage. We run through scenes of wicked and Wizard of Oz. This has been the best day of my life. I am so happy to know they all love me dearly as older and baby Rachel.
I think my life has finally gotten better.
