Aichi woke up and changed. He went down to the living room after that to see Naoki and the others there too.

" Oh! Good morning, Aichi!" Naoki greeted

" Good morning, Sendou-kun!" Shingo greeted

" Good morning." Kourin greeted

" Good morning, Aichi." Misaki greeted

" G-Good morning, everyone..." Aichi greeted

He settled down beside them.

" So how was your sleep last night?" Naoki ask

" I'm fine... I just had a nightmare though..." Aichi muttered

" A nightmare?" Shingo ask

They were aware that most nightmares that Aichi have sometimes comes true, like that time with Reverse.

" I-It's nothing..." Aichi said

" Are you hiding something from us? You don't have to worry. Just tell us about it." Kourin said

" I-It's really nothing much... B-But what is everyone doing here?" Aichi ask

" Ah. It was late when we brought you back here last night so we had to stay over here for the night. I have to admit, it's quite comfortable to sleep here." Misaki said

" Glad you enjoyed your stay. If you want, you can come over to stay anytime." Yuuko said

She placed their breakfast on the table.

" Thank you very much!"

They started eating their breakfast after that.

~ After breakfast~

They thanked Takamina and Yuuko for the breakfast as they prepared to leave.

" Are you going to school already?" Yuuko ask

" Yeah. We're thinking of going to school early today to settle some stuff at the club." Naoki said

" I see. Then, we'll see you guys soon. Aichi, be careful." Takamina said

" I'm going to be fine. Don't worry, I have everyone here with me." Aichi said

" Okay. We're leaving him to you for now." Yuuko said

They left for school after that.

When they arrived at school, they were immediately surrounded by students who wanted to fight Aichi, since he wasn't back in school for so long and heard that he is the strongest.

" Sendou-kun will be able to fight you guys one by one! You can take us on too!" Shingo said

" Aichi, I think it's better if you come with us while Naoki and Shingo handles the students." Misaki said

There was a knock on the door as it opened. A few students were standing there.

They prepared all of their starting Vanguards and decks.

" Stand up, Vanguard!"

" I lost! Sendou, you're really strong!" The student said

" I'm sure you'll be better in this soon. You just need to modify your deck a little. Then after that, you can come back here to challenge me again." Aichi said

" T-Thank you very much!"

The students all left the room as Aichi and the others prepared to leave for Card Capital too.

" Is everyone ready to go?" Aichi ask

" Yeah!"

They started their walk to Card Capital.

" Maybe I should try cardfighting Mitsusada-san and the others... Or maybe... Kai-kun...? I can't wait to fight them! I mean, they are quite strong!" Aichi said

" And maybe we can do something about your memories while we're at it." Kourin said

" Huh? You're right... Maybe I can find some answers about why Kamui-kun calls me 'Brother'." Aichi said

Unknown to them, a car was following them at a close distance. Four people were in the car.

" Is that him?" One of them ask

" Yeah. That's him. No doubt he was the one on the rooftop yesterday." Another replied

" If only those two pesky red and brown hair didn't interfere... We could've got him already!" The third one said

" It's okay. We'll make sure that he won't be able to escape from us this time... But I find that human quite cute... He looks simple to capture too... This'll be easy." The fourth one said

" But... Was it okay to leave her there? I mean, we are doing this operation without her..." The second one said

The car continued following them as they finally arrived at Card Capital. They entered the shop as the people inside made Misaki and the others freeze in their tracks. Aichi just stopped and looked behind him.

" Is something wrong, everyone?" Aichi ask

" U-Uh..."

" Aichi!" A voice called

Aichi turned behind as he saw Shizuka and Emi standing there.

" You're really back!" Emi said

" U-Uh..." Aichi said

" Again?! Some people who I knew before I lost my memories?!" Aichi thought

" W-Who...?" Aichi said

Shizuka and Emi stood frozen at their spots when they heard that.

" Sorry, Emi-chan, Sendou-san. Apparently, Aichi has forgotten about everything... Well, except schoolwork..." Misaki explained

" No way... How can this be... How can you forget about your own family?!" Emi ask

" F-Family... I thought Takamina-san and Yuuko-san were..." Aichi said

" Oh darn! A-Aichi! G-Go have the fights that you wanna have! We'll handle this!" Naoki said

" That means... What have I been doing all this time...?" Aichi said

" Aichi... Let us explain..." Misaki said

" I'm sorry... I need to go home..." Aichi said

He walked hastily to the door as it slid open and he walked out.

" Wait, Aichi!" Naoki said

But Kourin pulled him back.

" Wait, Naoki. We should leave him alone for now... He needs time to take in all this..." Kourin said

They stood there, looking at the door where Aichi exited sadly. Suddenly, they heard a scream outside that snapped them out of their thoughts.

" That's Aichi-kun!" Ren said

" Aichi! What's wrong?!" Naoki shouted

He ran out of the door with Misaki and the others, with the others who have the wings. When they stopped outside, they looked around.

" Over there!" Shingo said

They turned to where Shingo was pointing to and saw Aichi being forcefully pushed into a car by the four figures earlier!

" Let me go! What do you want with me?! Let me go!" Aichi said

" Shut up and get in!" The second one said

" No!"

" Aichi!" Misaki exclaimed

" Misaki-san!" Aichi shouted

" Darn it! Hurry and get him in! We've no time to waste!" The third one said

" Hey! Those two were the ones who were at the roof yesterday!" Naoki said

" Looks like they're making their move again." Kourin said

" Sendou-kun!" Shingo exclaimed

" Hey! Hurry and get in! Where are the restrictions?!" The fourth one ask

" Ah! I left them at the trunk!" The second one said

" How can you be so careless?! Jeez! Get him in the car and improvise with what we have in the car!" The third one said

" Okay!"

" Everyone!" Aichi shouted

" Stop it!" Naoki shouted

The four figures finally managed to push Aichi into the car as two went to the back seat where Aichi is, while the third person went to the front seat and the fourth went to the driver's seat.

" Keep him still and shut! He's going to attract attention!" The fourth one said

" Working on it!" The two behind said

" We're moving! His friends are getting closer! Do something while we try to lose them!" The third one said

The car screeched and drove away really quickly.

" Aichi!"

" Our wings! Quick! Use them! Make sure you can't be seen!" Misaki said

" Wait! You can't go without these!" Kourin said

She took out some masks as they placed them on.

" Alright!"

Their wings appeared as they flew off to chase after the car.

" Be careful, everyone..." Kourin said

Meanwhile, in the car...

Aichi was still struggling to escape from the two figures but the car's door was locked every time he tried to unlock it.

" Let me go! Help me!" Aichi shouted

The first one covered his mouth after he shouted but he broke free again.

" Jeez! How hard is it to keep him still?!" The fourth one ask, looking at the car's mirror

" It's as hard to improvise on something in the car! Help us find something similar to a rope!" The first one said

" Hold his legs! He keeps kicking onto us!" The second one said

" I'll hold onto his hands, hurry and find something!" The first one said

They grabbed both of Aichi's hands and legs and kept them together.

" Just don't make the search messy! I can't concentrate if you keep opening this compartment and that compartment!" The fourth one said

" I got it! Grab his tie and tie his hands together!" The third one said

" You could've thought of that earlier!" The two at the back said

The first one continued to keep Aichi's hands together while the second one removed his red tie and tied it onto his hands, restricting his hand's movements.

" Now do something about his legs!" The second one said

" No! Let me go! Let me go! What do you want with me?!" Aichi shouted

" Shut your mouth! Stop struggling already!" The first one said

The first one covered his mouth again.

" I found something!" The third one said after some messy searching

" Didn't I say not to do it messily?!" The fourth one said

" Stop complaining! Hurry and give it to us!" The second one said

The third one tossed a bundle of string to the second one as she started to tie Aichi's legs together.

" Finally done!" The second one said

" Who has a handkerchief here?! He keeps shouting and screaming for help!" The first one said

The third one searched Aichi's pocket and found his handkerchief.

" Hurry and use this!" The third one said

" No! Let me go! I don't want to be here! Everyone! Save- mmph!" Aichi shouted but his mouth was finally sealed by his handkerchief

" It's finally done..." The second one said

" Jeez! He wasn't that weak like we thought he would be! He's quite strong!" The first one said

" I heard that he was a combat instructor in that Akibastar before. It's no surprise that he would still be strong even after losing all his memories." The fourth one said

But even after they tied him up, Aichi was still struggling.

" Hey! Would you stop struggling already?! Will you quit it?! We were supposed to bring you to him unharmed, so stay still!" The second one said

" Jeez! This guys doesn't listen to words so easily!" The first one said

" Bear with it! We're arriving at our base for now! We'll bring this guy to him tomorrow!" The third one said

" No... Everyone... Save me..." Aichi thought

Aichi saw through the window of the car somehow and saw that they were entering a sort of abandoned factory. The car pulled over after it was safely concealed in the factory.

" We've arrived. Bring him out and we'll put some proper restrictions on him." The fourth one said

They opened the car door as the two carried Aichi out. The third person opened the car trunk and took out some shackles and chains. They walked to a giant beam pole as Aichi's back was pressed onto the beam pole.

" We'll just let him be chained here then." The fourth one said

" I'll go up there and secure the chain. Hold this shackle for me." The third one said

Butterfly wings suddenly appeared and the person flew up. After securing the chain around the pole, the person moved around and round the pole until she arrived at the bottom of the pole where they are again.

" There. This should do for a night. He won't be able to escape easily at least. Just attach the shackles and chain him up before he escapes again." The third one said

" Got it."

The first and second one removed Aichi's tie and shackled his hands above him.

" Now all that's left is his legs. Just chain it up." The fourth one said

They took the string off Aichi's legs and chained them around the beam pole.

" There. That should do. I don't think he can escape now." The fourth one said

They suddenly heard a yawn from behind them and flinched.

" Huh...? This person is..." The fifth one said

" T-The one we were supposed to capture..." The third one said

" What?! You captured him without me?!" The fifth one said

" Y-Yeah..."

" No fair! I wanted to go too! Why didn't anyone wake me up?!" The fifth one ask

" You were in a really deep sleep... How are we supposed to wake you up?" The second one ask

" Whatever!" The fifth one pouted

The fifth one walked over to Aichi and took a look at him.

" He looks a bit messy... Did something happened on the way here?" The fifth one ask

" He struggled so much and we forgot to take the restrictions out of the trunk so we had to improvise a little and use some strings. We even had to resort to using his tie to tie his hands." The first one said

" You are all so mean~ But he's also quite cute~ By the way, my name's Alala~ Nice to meet you~" Alala said

Aichi blinked at her really dense greeting.

" She's almost like Ren-san... Except, I think Ren-san's even worse..." Aichi thought

" I also thought the same thing when I saw him. My name's Lanhua." Lanhua said

" At least you two have the same thoughts other than arguing... My name's Lady Bat." Lady Bat said

Aichi suddenly felt a sharp pain on his body as he struggled and his muffled scream could be heard.

" What's this?! It's as if something is being pierced into my body! Why?! Why is it so painful?! Stop it! Stop it!" Aichi thought

His futile struggles continued as the shackles and chains kept him tight in place onto the beam pole.

Aichi's chest suddenly had a tiny rainbow glow as he quickly forced it back in with his willpower.

Aichi panted as the pain finally ended.

" He's quite stubborn... At this rate, we will never be able to get the Rainbow Jewel out of him." Mimi said

" We've got no choice... Looks like we'll have to try again and again tomorrow until he gives in..." Sheshe said

" But first... Why don't we all get some sleep? It was really tiring trying to get him here." Lanhua said

" You're right. We should get some rest before bringing this guy to him tomorrow. Let's go, Mimi." Sheshe said

The five all left to go to sleep as Aichi was still recovering from his exhaustion.

" Where could they have taken Aichi...?" Naoki said

They looked over to where he was pointing again. They saw tire marks on the ground.

" It's tire marks!" Sharlene said

" That means... They went to the abandoned factory nearby the town!" Miwa said

" Better speed up then!" Ren said

" Right!"

They flew even faster as they arrived at the factory. They saw the concealed car.

" They've really concealed it well..." Shingo said

Naoki looked into the car and noticed something on the floor of the car. He opened the not locked door.

" Hey, guys! Look what I found!" Naoki said

He took up the item and showed it to them.

" That's... Aichi's deck case!" Misaki exclaimed

" That means he's really somewhere around here!" Miwa said

" Guys. Shh. Quiet, do you hear that?" Ren ask

They cupped their hands over their ears as they could hear sounds of chains and muffled shouts.

" That's Aichi!" Naoki said

" He's over there!" Kamui said

They followed him as they arrived at the beam pole where Aichi was chained at.

" Aichi!"

They ran over to him as Aichi was still struggling against the chains. They hurriedly tried to remove the chains and shackles.

" Calm down, Aichi! We're here to save you!" Naoki said

They finally removed the shackles and chains around Aichi's hands and legs. Misaki removed the handkerchief around Aichi's mouth as he immediately buried his face into her chest.

" Sorry, we were late..." Misaki said

" It was scary... It was painful too... It was as if I was being forced into the sea of nothingness..." Aichi said

Their eyes widened at that.

" Nothingness...?" Sharlene said

" It can't be..." Ren said

" Do you know something about it?" Shingo ask

" Yeah..." Kamui replied

" It's not safe here anymore. Before they wake up, we need to get Aichi back. He's already suffered too much shock today..." Naoki said

" You're right. I'll bring him up to my room to let him rest. Hopefully, he'll be able to recover by then." Misaki said

They nodded and looked down at the still badly shaken Aichi.

They arrived at Card Capital again as Naoki and Shingo followed Misaki up to help Aichi. The others went back into the shop.

" How is he? What happened?" Yuri ask

" They've begun their move. Aichi is still badly shaken by what happened... Looks like he took in too much of a shock today..." Miwa said

" It's better if we let him take a rest for now... For now, we can't let him take in anymore shock. His mind might crumble first before we know it. So... It's better if we give him some time to remember everything." Ren said

" I see... So where is he now?" Koutei ask

" Upstairs. Naoki-san and the others are trying to calm him down so that he can sleep. But it doesn't look easy... He even refused to move just now..." Kamui said

" When can we go up to see him?" Leon ask

" I don't know... But... All we know is that... He might be shutting his soul away from us right now... Not that he's mad or anything but the shock... was too much for him to bear and overcome by himself..." Sharlene said

" And what about the enemy?" Kai ask

" We don't know. But they are dangerous. So we all have to be on guard." Kamui said

Meanwhile, in the room...

" Aichi... Aichi... Come on, you need to respond to us..." Naoki said

" Sendou-kun... We're your friends... You're safe from them..." Shingo said

Aichi's eyes widened.

" We're not safe... It's back... I could feel its nothingness... Everyone's not safe anymore... I got everyone involved in this..." Aichi said

They settled Aichi down on the bed as Misaki placed a wet cloth on his forehead.

" I'm glad..." Aichi said, dozing off after that

" At least he finally fell asleep... Naoki, Shingo. Take care of him. I'll go downstairs to explain the situation to them." Misaki said

Misaki opened the back door and everyone's eyes were on her. All expecting an answer from her.

" He's fine. He's asleep now. But I don't think it'll last long... We've just managed to calm him down but... It does look like he has broken down... His spirit is still slowly piecing back together but who knows when it'll fall apart again... I mean... It was okay at first but then again... His institution has also increased tremendously and even without his memories... He knew that Void is back..." Misaki said
