Dragging the reluctant plus exhausted Aichi and Kai behind them, Ren and Miwa forced them to help them with the dance battle.
" It's a dance battle but it'll be for a chosen video. We'll show a dance practice by a few more famous idol groups and you must be able to at least take up one role." Sheshe explained
They were given the video as they skimmed through the whole dance practice.
" But what about extra dancers?" Ren ask
" We have holograms to follow the ones you're not following. We'll give you 30 minutes to practice and memorize."
They headed into the gym while keeping Reversed Kai and the others in one place with a barrier. Another door appeared in the gym as Aichi and the others went inside.
" When did that door..." Naoki (KHR) exclaimed
" Don't worry. It's just Aichi's doing." Naoki said
" Huh?"
The door suddenly opened as Kai and the others came out.
" What's wrong?" Misaki ask
" Nothing... Just that Aichi-kun will have to do this alone because we can't bring ourselves to do it..." Ren said
" I-I see..."
Aichi came out in his girl form after that.
" It's already getting this late... I think after this, we can make some dinner and get everyone to sleep. You guys can set up the mattresses for the classrooms and here." Aichi said
" Okay."
Aichi went went outside to handle Reversed Kai and the others while the others made dinner for the whole school, literally, and began to use their powers for the mattresses and pillows to appear. That was when they heard screams from the outside but they can be assured that it's not Aichi. Aichi had came in, with the most angry face she'd ever shown.
" When I get my hands on that Reversed Kai, I'll..." Aichi muttered
" What's wrong?" Naoki ask
" Nothing. I've sent them back to where they should be and the barrier's strong enough to survive the night. Let's have a quick dinner and go to bed." Aichi said
" Yeah."
" Inform the Student Council so that they can announce it. And please lock the door to here and cover the windows. I don't want anybody peeking into here while we're sleeping." Aichi said
" Right!"
Aichi went to change after that and the night fell quickly as everyone was sleeping peacefully when a wail broke the silence. Aichi woke up, crawled out of his mattress and walked over to Tasuku, who was in between Kai (KHR) and Aichi (KHR).
" Sorry, I'll be taking care of him for you. So, if you don't mind..." Aichi whispered
He carefully picked Tasuku up and carried him as he made sure no one was awake from his crying.
" Shh... It's okay. Go back to sleep. Let your mama and papa sleep for a bit longer." Aichi whispered
Tasuku continued to wail as Aichi closed his eyes and took a deep breath. A lullaby was sang as Tasuku's wails started to subside into cooing. Kai was awake and was listening to the lullaby as he blinked.
" Was Aichi's voice always like this...? And now that I think about it, he doesn't use the voice changer anymore... What could this mean?" Kai thought
He noticed that Aichi (KHR), who was almost waking from Tasuku's cries, is now sleeping peacefully again after that lullaby was sung.
" Amazing..."
Aichi continued to sing the lullaby while carefully placing down the sleeping Tasuku again and going back to Kai to sleep again. Once he has fallen asleep, Kai opened his eyes again as he looked around. Everyone were sleeping peacefully, just like Aichi (KHR).
" Aichi... Exactly what powers have you obtained...?"
He fell asleep again as well as the night deepened. The next morning, the others woke up and stretched.
" Tasuku-kun. You're awake. Did you sleep well last night? Weird... Usually he would be hungry at night and cries, I wonder why he didn't last night." Aichi (KHR) wondered
" You sure he didn't?"
" Now that I think about it, I could hear him crying but soon after, there was a lullaby and before I knew it, I fell back asleep again."
" Me too. I could hear it too." Yamamoto said
" Weird... Me too..." Tsuna said
" I wonder what it was... All of us could hear it..." Aichi (KHR) said
At that time, Kai woke up as he tucked Aichi in since he was still asleep.
" Huh? Aichi usually wakes up earlier than us... I wonder why he's still asleep..." Naoki wondered
" From yesterday, I guess. He acted as dualium if you guys don't remember." Kai reminded
" Oh right..."
Aichi (KHR) finished feeding Tasuku as he took him out of the cardigan to burp him. Once he was burped, Aichi gave him the pacifier when Tasuku started to try to babble.
" I don't think he can babble just yet since he's still a month old but I think he wants something." Kai (KHR) said
Aichi (KHR) looked towards where Tasuku's eyes laid on as he saw Aichi right behind him.
" You want to lie down beside him?"
Seeing that Tasuku seems to be reacting to his words, he laid him down beside Aichi as Tasuku tried to reach out to Aichi but his little head still doesn't have enough strength to support himself as he only collapsed onto the mattress. Aichi (KHR) placed Tasuku closer to Aichi as Tasuku was finally able to touch his cheek. A light glowed from his hand as Aichi started to wake up.
" You're..."
That was when Tasuku lost balance of his head and knocked his head onto Aichi's nose by accident. With no time to care about where he was hit, he instead immediately picked Tasuku up and started to rock him before he could cry.
" I-It's okay! It doesn't hurt!" Aichi assured
Kai (KHR) took Tasuku from him just as he was about to cry as he sighed.
" Hey, don't cry." Kai (KHR) said
Tasuku looked at him before tears pooled in his eyes. Aichi panicked first as he took Tasuku back from Kai (KHR) as he was faced with an angered Aichi (KHR).
" Kai-kun..."
" I-It wasn't on purpose, I swear!" Kai (KHR) exclaimed
" Yeah, it wasn't on purpose! You're in trouble for making him cry!" Aichi (KHR) yelled
Aichi was trying to comfort the now crying Tasuku.
" There now... It's okay." Aichi assured
" What kind of father would give their own child a scary face and ask them to not cry? Of course he'll get scared." Kai said
" I'm sorry!" Kai (KHR) exclaimed
" Get back here!" Aichi (KHR) yelled
The others just sighed.
" We really need to give Kai a training on childcare before everything turns worse..." Miwa (KHR) sighed
" Yeah..."
" What a useless Father." Reborn sighed
" Hey, Reborn!" Tsuna exclaimed
" I'll bring him to a quieter place or he might not calm down." Aichi said
" Okay."
Aichi brought Tasuku into the equipment room while Kai (KHR) was still escaping from Aichi (KHR), when suddenly...

They looked at each other before nodding and went to open the door slowly.

Tasuku was giggling while Aichi gently rock him to make sure he doesn't cry again.

" This lullaby is..." Aichi (KHR) exclaimed

Kai was leaning against the wall beside them as he frowned.
" What's this...? It's a gentle and calm voice but... Why is it not Aichi's...? Is it a natural talent after that few months of sleep? Where is the Aichi I know now? Is he still the same person here but has lost memories? No... I shouldn't have doubts. Aichi is Aichi. He's proven that whenever we cardfight. But why? My heart won't stop pounding as if there's something just wrong... Is it because Aichi is already so close to being Void's? That's impossible... He wasn't and isn't manipulated. That's why that child is so calm around him. I have to believe that this is Aichi. I'm sure nothing is going on." Kai thought

Kai suddenly felt something as he closed his eyes.
" What's this? That lullaby is... I feel so light inside, as if all my doubts and worries are fading away..." Kai thought
When he opened his eyes, he was in a white space as he looked around.
" Kai-kun."
Kai turned behind as he saw Aichi smiling.
" Aichi?"
" Yeah. It's me. The past me that is." Aichi said
" Past?"
" That's right. This me is the me that still has all our memories." Aichi said
" Then does that mean that you can remember now? Everything we've been through until now." Kai said
" No. It's not time yet. I'm sorry. It looks like I still can't come back yet." Aichi said
" What do you mean?" Kai ask
" Don't worry. I'll definitely come back soon. You can count on that! So for now... Remember that lullaby and sing it for me one day. I'd love to hear it from you." Aichi said
" That lullaby...?"
" I sang it for you and everyone. So, next time, sing it for me. Don't you find it relaxing and calm?" Aichi ask
" Yeah, that's true..." Kai said
" Then promise me. Don't doubt yourself and keep moving forward. Don't worry. I'll be by your side all the time. Just remember that lullaby and remember me. I'm sure you'll find your answer soon." Aichi said as he started to fade away
" Wait! I still have so many things to say to you! Please don't leave!" Kai exclaimed

Kai's eyes widened. Only the Aichi who had lost his memories would know that...

Kai was back in reality as he saw Aichi coming out of the equipment room, surprised to see the others gathered around the door.
" What's wrong, everyone?" Aichi ask

There was a tap on Kai's shoulder as he turned behind to see Aichi (KHR).
" We need to talk."
" O-Okay..."
" Hey! I'll borrow your Kai-kun for awhile! For now, please teach my Kai-kun how to properly take care of Tasuku-kun so that he doesn't scare him again!" Aichi (KHR) shouted
" Okay!"
Kai was dragged off to a corner as Aichi (KHR) looked serious.
" I'm sure you noticed it too. Not just his voice but his own self too. Just what is going on here?" Aichi (KHR) ask
" It's probably the Rainbow Jewel inside him. He has unimaginable powers inside that body of his. I met the Aichi who still had his memories just now thanks to the lullaby. Now I'm certain that the lullaby is sang by the Aichi I know. He's still inside there, waiting for a chance to remember everything again. I promised him something and I'll stick to it and I'll definitely protect him!" Kai said
" I'm glad you have no troubles in your heart anymore."
" Huh?"
" I have quite a sensitive hearing, you know. I can hear what your heart is feeling and its emotion. You were troubled and lost about something but meeting the Aichi that you knew again solved it all. Now your heart is happy and cleared of trouble. It's weird to say about myself like that though." Aichi (KHR) said
" Thank you."
" But that lullaby has such a mysterious vibe to it. I'm not surprised if it's the one that made Tasuku-kun fall asleep again last night." Aichi (KHR) said
" Yeah. I saw what happened."
" But it carries a message as well... Just remember it. I'm sure it'll be a great help when the time comes."
" Yeah."
They went back to the the others as they took a look at what Kai (KHR) was doing.
" Don't make that scary face! It'll scare him!" Aichi exclaimed
" S-Sorry..."
" I'll take over from here." Aichi (KHR) said
" O-Okay..."
" While they're doing that, we should get breakfast ready for the school. It'll be a huge work, so the earlier the better." Misaki said
" Okay!"
They went to the kitchen in the school and started their work. Soon, they were done with huge heaps of servings as Aichi, Naoki and Kourin went to deliver the first batch of breakfast. Kai accompanied Aichi as they entered the first classroom. Aichi opened the door and pulled the trolley into the classroom.
" Everyone, come and get breakfast!"
The plates were given out one by one as Aichi and Kai went to get the next batch. It took a good two hours to give away the last few batches as they were able to eat as well.
" That was delicious!" Naoki sighed
" I agree." Shingo said
" But we can't stay like this forever. We've got to push Void's forces back before they take over. The barrier won't hold for long after all." Misaki said
" I kind of agree with that. But..." Leon said, eyeing their other selves
Soon, their faces all darkened at the thought of having to reveal their true barrier work.
" We're in trouble, aren't we...?" Naoki muttered
" In embarrassing ourselves, yes..."
They sighed after that. However, thanks to his enhanced hearing, Aichi (KHR) heard everything and raised an eyebrow at the sound of their words and troubled hearts.
" Wonder what they're embarrassed about..." Aichi (KHR) thought, taking a bite on his sandwich
" What's wrong, Aichi?" Kai (KHR) ask
" Nothing."
They went back to eating and after they finished eating, they decided to have a strategy meeting.
" We, uh... Want to strengthen the barrier but..." Naoki started
" But?"
" Please don't be too startled... It's a little... Well, shocking for you guys..." Miwa said
" Huh?"
" Aichi, you ready?" Kai communicated
" Yes."
Kai motioned them over as they were led outside to see Aichi, Jillian and Sharlene. Aichi was back on her girl form.

Kai and the others turned to their other halves as they flinched at their reaction.
" Well... This isn't the worst, at least..." Naoki muttered
" Then what's the worst...?" Aichi (KHR) ask
" You can hear me?!" Naoki exclaimed
" I happen to have a more sensitive ear..." Aichi (KHR) replied
" I-I see..."
" Toshiki-kun! Over there!" Aichi pointed
They turned to the school entrance as they saw some students from Hitsue and Fukuhara running away from DES.
" We'll be going ahead first!" Jillian shouted
" Be careful!" Leon shouted
" Yes!"
" Those are... The Morikawa-kun and Izaki-kun from this world!" Aichi (KHR) exclaimed
" We've got to get them out of there!" Naoki (KHR) exclaimed
They turned to each other and nodded.
" Everyone, let's go!" Aichi (KHR) said
" Yeah!"
" You and Tasuku stay here with Tsuna and the others." Kai (KHR) said
" I want to provide support!" Aichi (KHR) said
" ... Alright. Provide us with energy! Give them to the other you, Jillian and Sharlene too!"
" Yes!"
Aichi (KHR) lit his rainbow flames as the others fighting got the energy they needed.
" Amazing! I'm filling up with power!" Jillian exclaimed
" Let's do this, Jillian!" Sharlene said
" Yeah!"
" It's 00! Hurry up and capture them!" One of the DES members shouted
" We'll handle this! Hurry and bring them to safety!" Aichi shouted

They nodded as they ran into the school with the students. Aichi, Jillian and Sharlene were now back to back.

Aichi, Jillian and Sharlene panted once they finished off the last of the members.
" Come on, let's head back inside..." Aichi said
" Yes..."
Suddenly, black mist came behind them while they were walking back but it was suddenly blocked by a crystal shield.
" Hurry up and come back!" Aichi (KHR) yelled
His flame was lit up brighter as Aichi nodded and ran back in with the twins. The crystal shield was put down as the barrier around the school strengthened.
" That was a close one." Aichi (KHR) sighed
" Thank you for saving us." Aichi said
" No problem."
" Let's head inside. We've gathered them already." Ren said
" Okay."
They headed back inside and Aichi changed back to normal as they were faced with a loud Morikawa.
" What's going on?! Isn't this is a deja vu?!" Morikawa ask
" Shut up!" Misaki said
" Y-Yes!"
" The usual Morikawa-kun, right?" Aichi (KHR) muttered
" Yeah..." Aichi muttered
" Don't act so carefree! Why are there two of you guys anyway?!" Morikawa yelled
Tasuku, who had just fallen asleep, woke up to Morikawa's yells and started to wail.
" Oh no..."
Aichi dragged Aichi (KHR) into the store room before he could rage as the wailing stopped. However... They never stopped to think about Kai (KHR). Morikawa's screams filled the gym after that. The store room door opened and both Aichis came out.
" What's wrong?!" Aichi exclaimed
" Oh... We forgot about Kai-kun..." Aichi (KHR) said
" Oh yeah..."
A hologram showed up after that.
" No more games. You already attacked us." Aichi said
" Backing out again? You guys are truly cowards." Sheshe said
" Oh come on... Not again..." Ibuki (KHR) muttered
" Not going fall for that again." Aichi said
" I've had enough from just now." Kai said

" Ren..." Kai (KHR) sighed
" He just doesn't quit, huh..." Aichi (KHR) sighed, sweat dropping

" What should we do...?" Aichi ask
" Well, let's leave them alone. They can handle the games themselves." Kai (KHR) said

In the end, they were dragged outside by the two Ren as Aichi (KHR) turned to ensure Tasuku wasn't crying in Ibuki's arms. He sighed after that.
" This better be quick. Tasuku-kun needs to drink his milk soon." Aichi (KHR) said
" Yes~"
" Uh... Doesn't anyone notice that the field is full of, uh... Acupressure mats?" Aichi ask
" Huh?!"
They looked around and true enough, the field was surrounded by acupressure mats.
" Aichi, I think we're going to be in for a big surprise." Kai said
" Understood."
Aichi changed their clothes.
" I'm glad you guys decided to join. Notice the name tags on your backs?" Sheshe ask
" Name tags?"
They checked each other's backs and saw the name tags.
" The game will be called 'Barefoot Chase'. The whole school is filled with acupressure mats and cameras. Your objectives are to turn off all the 50 cameras before the Shinigami we assigned comes to tear your tags off. However, there's a sequence he must follow. So be careful. Good luck."
and " This is going to hurt..." Leon sighed
" Oh and there are assistants for the Shinigami who will be chasing after you guys too. Good luck."
The screen turned off as they sighed.
" Can't we just get out of here?" Aichi ask
" By the way, if you try to escape from the game or step on the mats with shoes or socks on, they'll explode." Mimi said before the screen turned off again
" Annoying..." Aichi (KHR) muttered
" What's that?" Ren ask
They turned their heads towards his direction.
" Shadow minions... And they're coming right after us..." Kai said

" WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING?! RUN!" Aichi (KHR) yelled
They quickly threw their shoes and socks off before running on the acupressure mats while ignoring the pain.
" What should we do?!" Aichi ask
" Separate! We'll just try to meet up again later!" Kai (KHR) said
" Okay!"
They ran their separate ways as Aichi hid away in a pathway towards the garden. The Shadow minions ran past him as he heaved a sigh of relief before massaging his aching feet. He then spotted a camera in the bushes as he went over to turn the switch off.
" That's one down... 49 more to go..." Aichi sighed
He continued to walk as the bush started to rustle once he was out of hearing. Kai was wandering around the school after finding three more cameras to turn off.
" Now where am I...?" Kai muttered
" Sure wish Aichi was here..." Kai thought
" Kai-kun."
Aichi was there as Kai blinked.
" Come on. Let's keep going." Aichi said
" How did you get away from so many shadow minions?" Kai ask
" I ran as fast as I could, of course." Aichi said
" I see."
" Attention all. The Shinigami has arrived." Sheshe announced
" We better get away from here." Aichi said
" Yeah."
That was when a big guy in a black coat blocked their way.
" Are you the Shinigami?" Kai ask
The person removed the hood.
" Hi!"
" Daigo-san?!"
" I'm the Shinigami! Now, prepare to be captured!" Daigo said
" Let's run, Aichi!"
" Y-Yeah!"
Kai started running as Aichi followed along. They managed to get away from Daigo as they entered the gym panting.
" T-That was close..."
" Good work." Aichi (KHR) said while wearing the cardigan
" You're feeding the baby?" Kai ask
" Yeah."
" He couldn't control his hunger and cried... It was hard to just stop him from crying..." Ibuki sighed
" Thank you, Ibuki-san."
" No problem."
Tasuku was done drinking his milk as Aichi (KHR) took him out from the cardigan and burped him.
" Would you like to carry Tasuku-kun while I remove the cardigan?" Aichi (KHR) ask
" Y-Yeah, sure..." Aichi replied
Tasuku was already in Aichi's arms when he started wailing.
" W-What's wrong?!" Aichi exclaimed
Kai suddenly took out his Micsaber and put it against Aichi's neck.
" Kai! What are you doing?!" Naoki exclaimed
" K-Kai-kun...?"
" The only few reasons he cries might be because he's hungry, not feeling well or that he soiled his diaper... Or... He senses evil in you." Aichi (KHR) said, taking Tasuku back from Aichi
" Evil...? That's not possible... How can I..." Aichi said
" You made a mistake from the beginning you met up with me. I asked Aichi to call me by my first name and he has never called me by my last name after that. For him to change back to calling my last name would be weird, don't you think? And besides... It was too much of a coincidence that we suddenly bumped into Daigo right after the announcement was made, as if you were leading this whole fiasco." Kai said
" Talk now. Who or what are you?" Kai (KHR) ask
'Aichi' sighed.
" No fun. I had enough of pretending anyway."
He grabbed the electric blade as the shock sent Kai going backwards and hitting the wall hard.
" Kai!"
" This form is temporary but hello there. I'm Reversed Aichi."
" What?!"
" Are you surprised? All Void needed was just a tiny bit of his power and I have temporary body to play in." Reversed Aichi said
" Where's the real Aichi?!" Misaki ask
" Oh, that one. By now, my Reversed Kai-kun should be continuing his power absorbing role. By the time you guys come to rescue the real one, he'll be taken over by the Shadow Jewel by then and I can exist here." Reversed Aichi said
" As if we'd let it!" Naoki (KHR) said
" You shouldn't worry about me right now though. I added a little kick to that attack just now, so there's a little side effect to the Moon wielder."
" Kai!"
" I'll see you guys next time. I can't maintain this form anymore." Reversed Aichi said, disappearing
" Shit! We have to check on Kai!" Naoki said
Miwa quickly ran towards Kai as he saw a dark miasma on him.
" This must belong to Void." Aichi (KHR) said
" What should we do?!" Miwa ask
" Don't worry. Leave this to me. Kai-kun, look for our Ren-san and Leon-kun and this world's too. We need to gather now." Aichi (KHR) said
" Yeah. After what happened, the mats disappeared too. I can move around freely now." Kai (KHR) said
" Now go."
" Yeah."
Kai was laid down on his mattress as Aichi (KHR) handed Tasuku over to Miwa before he kneeled down beside Kai.
" I have the power to purify. But after that, he'll have to overcome the trial by himself." Aichi (KHR) said
" Please do it." Misaki said
" Yeah."
Aichi (KHR) concentrated as his flame burned brightly and he laid his hand on Kai. The light spread around Kai and the miasma was purified.
" Now, it all depends on him. I guess all of us have some explaining to do. Let's start our stories from the beginning." Aichi (KHR) said
The others nodded.
Meanwhile, the real Aichi was in a big pool of dualium water as his head was left above the water, unconscious as Reversed Kai watched him from the edge of the pool. Aichi started to glow.
" Absorb as much as you want. I'll be taking that energy anyway." Reversed Kai said
He placed his hand on a pillar as the energy Aichi absorbed was taken away from him. Aichi looked like he was in pain before Reversed Kai stopped and Aichi let out a silent heave of relief in his unconsciousness. A crystal was in Reversed Kai's hand.
" This is splendid. The energy in this one crystal is so powerful. Soon, the world will be ours. You will be by my side by then, Aichi." Reversed Kai said
He let out a laugh after that.
