Chapter 2- first contact (2)

One of the Boulders thrown by the Catapults ripped a hole in to the Mountain and Stoick let out a Battlecry as he lunged forward trying to hit anything. Toothless was still on the Ship and was trying to get out of there because he knew what was in the Mountain. All the Dragons in the Mountain flew of in to the Sky. "We won!" One of the Vikings on the Beach screamed. Suddenly there was a scream coming from the hole in the Mountain. Stoick jumped of and landed on his feet looking back as suddenly a huge Head appeared and then a Body as big as the Mountain. "Oh Thor all mighty" Stoick said. The Catapults fired their payload at the Dragon but it didn't even flinch. The Dragon then walked towards the Catapults and bit them one by one down. "To the Ships!" One of the Vikings yelled but the Dragon heard it to and it set every Ship on fire. Stoick yelled back:"no. NO! Everyone back off and head to the East of the Island and then they heard a screach and then two Explosions. A small Boat drove on to the Shore releasing four Soldiers and Hiccup. Then two other Explosions appeared and threw the Red Death to the Ground as it screamed in pain.

The four soldiers where from the BlackDragons (BDs) a special forces Group called the 6-4. Their names where Davis and Droze the two brothers, sergeant Bear and Lieutenant Gates.

"There he is!" Hiccup gestured at the burning Flagship where Toothless was. "Davis, Droze, help him get his Dragon back and let's sent this thing to Hell"ordered Gates "yes Ma'am" replied Droze. Then the three walked up and Gates and Bear headed to the Vikings. "HEY YOU VIKINGS FOLLOW US!" yelled Gates. "MOVE MOVE. GET OF THE BEACH!" yelled Bear after her. The Vikings first looked confused but they followed her Bear on her Side.

Hiccup, Droze and Davis headed to Toothless and on the Ship. As Hiccup found him he immediately tried to free him but with no effect. Droze pulled out his Combat knife and cut though the leather tape wich was around Toothless's mouth. Then Davis took his breaching tool and freed him completely but then the Red Death shot a Fireball at the Ship. That caused the Ship to sink nearly instantly. Hiccup could save himself with Toothless but Davis and Droze went down. Hiccup and Toothless then dived into the Seawater to save the teo Brothers too. A couple of seconds later Hiccup and Toothless where back on land with the two Brothers in Toothless's paws. Bear came to them and said:" I take them from now on. Come on be a Hero and kill that thing" Hiccup and Toothless shot into the Air like a Bullet. As they dived down at speeds wich no Viking has ever whitenessed. The wings of the black scaled Dragon made a indistinguishable whistling sound. "NIGHTFURY!" A viking yelled "GET DOWN!" Another one yelled. Toothless shot a Plasmablast so Powefull it would have ripped every other Dragon apart but the Red Death was hit so hard it fell on its side.

The Red Death stood up and unfolded its Wings and flew into the Air. Toothcup flew up into the Clouds as the Vikings recognized the boy on the Nightfury. Everyone gasped at the Sight of Hiccup on a Nightfury. "Go get him, Hero" Gates said. Toothcup shot multiple Plasmablast at the Red Death. The big Dragon suddenly unleashed a wall of Fire around itself and set Toothless's prosthetic Finn on fire. "Okey now its a Problem" Hiccup said as he watched the Finn slowly disintegrate. Toothless flew past the Red Death's Head, missing its bite by inches, towards the Ground. The Red Death followed shortly afterwards. Toothcup flew down with incredible Speeds towards the Ground. As the Red Death filmed its mouth with Gas to shoot a final Fireball at the Dragon-Human duo Toothless suddenly turned around shooting a Plasmablast into its Mouth and igniting the Gas in the Throat of the Red Death. Then Toothless pulled up and flew back into the Sky as the Red Death crashed onto the Ground with a Huge Explosion. Even the Areigh Burke Destroyer Saw the Explosion tens of miles away.

Toothless was dodging all the Spikes of the Red Death but the Tail end hit them. Hiccup fell of Toothless into the Flames. Toothless at full speed following him trying to catch up. "HICCUP! SON? Where are you HICCUP!?" Stoick yelled as the flames settled down.

The Berkian rescue Ships arrived. On them where Astrid and the gang and other Vikings. Astrid walked between the Army of Vikings to the front and suddenly stood near Gates. Gates had tears in her eyes. Bear, Davis and Droze stood near her also with teary Eyes. Gates didn't often cry but when she did everyone knew something really bad happend. Astrid followed her gaze and found in front of her a Stoick on his Knees in front of a Nightfury who looked to be dead. Astrid instantly knew what this had ment and quickly her eyes were filled Tears too. Stoick apologized to his Son and as soon as he said Sorry the Nightfury moved its Wing and revealed a Teenager. Stoick was crying for joy when he threw of his helmet to check Hiccup's breathing "He's alive. HE'S ALIVE!" Stoick yelled in cheer. Davis and Droze laughed at that along with Bear and then they all took Gates and hugged her tightly. She had to laugh at that too. Astrid's look went from sad to Happy in a matter of milliseconds. All Vikings where cheering in joy because thier Hero and savior had survived. Only Snotlout wasn't too happy because he saw Astrid's look as Stoick proclaimed Hiccups Survival. He knew she had fall for him. But he wanted Astrid to be his Bride, not Hiccup's.

Four Days later Hiccup woke up in his room with Toothless staring at him. "Hey Toothless, wait. You're in my House. I'm in my House! What in the name of.." but suddenly he felt someone who held his left hand. He turned his Head and saw to his Shock. Astrid.

She woke up to see Hiccup awaken. She cheered and hugged Hiccup. "Astrid... can't... breathe.." he managed to say between his gasps for air. She let go off him and blushed hardly. She punched his shoulder. "oooww! What was that for" said Hiccup as he rubbed his Shoulder. "For scaring me" she said with a lovely smile in her face. Hiccup had to smile at that to. Hiccup pulled away the blanket and saw that one of his Legs was missing and was replaced with a prosthetic made out of iron. He turned to the side of his bed and got up to sit on it. As he tried to get up, he nearly fell but Toothless and Astrid caught him before he could impact the wooden Ground.

Hiccup opened the door and saw Dragons flying around and he started to panic when a Monstrous Nightmare flew past them. Astrid grabbed his Shoulders in order to calm him. All three of them went out together. "Hey there's Hiccup!" One of the Vikings yelled. All the other Vikings started to cheer when they saw the Hero. Hiccup was overwhelmed with the apologies from the Vikings. They all apologized because of how they treated him. Especially Astrid, she knew he felt for her since they where kids but she never wanted to feel for him that way but the apology she gave him was enough to forgive her. She kissed him in front of the whole Village.

As Snotlout walked by the crowd he spotted Astrid who pulled Hiccup for a long and passionate Kiss and he lost it. He cursed as he walked away to his Hut.
