Chubby
As Mommy cleaned her up from breakfast, Trixie saw Tommy frown.
Fill and Lil weren't coming today to play because they were sick but that was okay to Trixie as she didn't know them very well.
"Don't worry Champ. Chuckie's daddy said he'll be able to come over to play with you today," Daddy assured.
Now Chubby Trixie knew a little bit as the scaredy-cat who never wanted to join her big brother's adventures whenever she was awake from her naps.
Except she'd be fully awake to see him for once as she giggled, feeling Doggie lick her face.
As Doggie napped with Grandpa and Daddy was downstairs making a toy just for her, Trixie watched from her spot on the mat Chubby and Tommy walked up to her.
"The bestest part about Trixie is that she doesn't cry very much. Daddy told Mommy once that it's peas full bliss," Tommy smiled as he gently took her in his arms. "You can hold her if you want to Chuckie."
Chubby shook his head. "I don't know Tommy. What if I drop her?"
"That's why my mommy put all these blankies and pillows on Trixie's mat just in case."
So that's what they were for! To cushion her fall!
Trixie giggled, holding out her hands to a hesitate Chubby took her in his arms.
"How do you feel Chuckie? Still nervous?" Tommy asked.
"Not like before. She's almost like a teddy bear," Chubby smiled. "Has Angelica been around here lately?"
"No. Mommy said she has to learn to be nicer to Trixie first before coming back though knowing Angelica, that'll be a long time."
Trixie cooed as Chubby put her down after a few minutes while he and Tommy stayed and played with her until Mommy took her upstairs so she could take a nap.
She liked Chubby. He was nice.
Meanie was another story, hoping the pigtailed demon never showed her face ever again.
