"W-what do you mean you want custody of Jean?",stuttered Sacagawea.
Toussaint huffed, "My girlfriend and I are talking about getting married and planning our future. I discovered that she couldn't have kids. So, I made a promise to her that I'm going to get custody of my son and we could raise him.",explained Toussaint.
Sacagawea's mouth dropped, why her son? Why does Toussaint want her son? Is it because they just got divorced? Did Toussaint think this was a way to take advantage of her more? Is that it? Jean is already getting used to have his dad not with him. She stared into Toussaint's eyes,he starting smiling and she could recognize that smile anywhere. It was his type of smile that was like when he won a game of tug a war.
"You can't have Jean. He is staying with me. We agreed on this Toussaint!",yelled Sacagawea.
Toussaint's smile started to fade as his eyes began to look coldly at her,
"Fine. If you don't want to hand over our son, I guess I should see you in court.",answered Toussaint as he turned around to walk off
"Fine, see if I care!",yelled Sacagawea.
She turned the other direction knowing, she would not loose to this custody battle knowing she won't even go down without a fight...
Meanwhile
After a long hard day at work, Teddy was finally able to be relived to go back home. After his shift, while walking out of the building, to his car in the parking,Jed and Octavius snuck up behind him, jumped up trying to scare him. It almost gave Teddy a heart attack! Luckily, he was near his car when he turned around. He clutched his hand on his chest where his heart is. Seeing that Jed and Octavius were already laughing, Teddy tried to calm himself down. Teddy was finally able to speak
"Guys don't do that.",he said.
"Oh come on Teddy, it was funny.",said Jed.
as he gave him a pat on the back that mae Teddy even more annoyed that Jed besides the fact that he and Octavius scared him...for the first moment of Teddy's life he felt like he wanted to punch Jed in the face...
So ,anyways,Teddy, today is a Friday and were thinking about going to the nightclub to get beer what do you say?" Asked Jed Jed and Octavius weren't only workers but they were also known to be nightclubbers at night whenever work ends on a Friday the both of them like to drink until the sun comes up the only thing that Teddy could think of
"Do they have anything else better to do?",he thought to himself.
He does love his friends. For Teddy, he is always not the type that would drink at a nightclub because the only thing that Teddy was looking forward to, was arriving home at his Dad's house.
"Sorry guys, not today.",said Teddy.
Jed and Octavius excited faces turned into frowns. They completely understood why Teddy was not always interested in hanging out with them anymore. This was since he told them that his mom had just died. It stank for them because the three of them would always hang out together after work, it isn't just the same anymore...
"I see Teddy. We understand maybe next week.",said Jed.
He was trying to hold a smile,acting like he understood him. That made Teddy smile as well. He waved to them goodbye as he opened and shut it. The remote key to his car to turned on the engine. while started the engine he could see Jed and Octavius walking off to their car
"Looks like their going to hang out without me...",said Teddy to himself.
He could see from his car window before pulling away from the building. He was on his way to his Dad's house, like he should be.
