The trouble with preschool
Angie wasn't coming over to play.
Overhearing Mommy say something about her retrying preschool again made Trixie sad.
She was just getting used to Angie coming over. Why did she have to leave?
Not that Tommy, Chubby, Fil and Lil weren't fun but they moved too much and she didn't like that.
Angie at least stayed around to play with her.
The moment she turned nice that is.
Trixie fussed, having Mommy pick her up and declare an early nap for the infant.
While a nap had helped, Trixie still missed Angie until hearing Mommy greet Auntie Charlotte hours later.
And with her was Angie!
Trixie squealed, clapping her hands as the three year old ran towards her.
"I got Mommy's permission to bring you to school for our family day!" Angie grinned. "I would bring your brother but I did that at my last preschool and it didn't go so good."
"What preschool?" Trixie wondered. "Mommy say you go there now and not here no more."
It took some time and a few tears but once preschool was explained to her, Trixie felt a lot better.
If it meant that Angie could come over and play with her afterwards then it made Trixie the happiest baby in the whole wide world.
