The Case of the Missing Pinky
Pirate eye defective Tommy Pickles sat on the floor, a carrot stick in his mouth to chew on as he tapped his fingers on the box in front of him that he pretended to be his defective desk.
Not much for a defective to do when he only had a few teeth and Mr. Chuckie, Mr. Phil, Madame Lil, and Misses Susie were out doing stuff with their mommies and daddies, leaving him with Misses Angelica and Lady Trixie.
Speaking of which…
"Mr. Defective! You have to help me!" Misses Angelica cried.
"Slow down Misses Angelica. What happened?" Tommy asked.
"It's your sister Lady Trixie! She won't stop crying!"
"Lady Trixie? She rarely cries!"
"Don't you think I know that Mr. Defective?!" Misses Angelica snapped before clasping her hands together. "We were playing outside with Pinky before Misses Aunt Didi took Lady Trixie up for her nap and when I came to get her before your sister woke up, the bunny was gone! Can you please find her before I go crazy? Please?"
"Don't worry Lady Trixie, and Misses Angelica, I'll find Pinky for you!" Tommy grinned.
Misses Angelica thanked him with a shake of his hand before running off to a different room as Tommy stood up and walked outside.
He looked around, seeing Spike laying lazily on the grass before spotting something funny from his mommy's garden.
She grew all sorts of funny flowers and vegetables but not pink bunny eyes.
Unless his bestest doggie friend dug her there in the first place…
"Spike! How could you? You know how much Trixie loves Pinky!" Tommy gasped, holding up a dirt ridden Pinky as Spike barked in response. "I see. You were jealous of her and Misses Angelica playing together since Misses Angelica started being nicer. I'd be jealous too but I wouldn't hide Pinky like you did." He giggled as the dog licked his face as an apology. "Okay I forgive you and you can just lay here until you feel like coming inside again. Deal?"
Spike wagged his tail in agreement as there was a happy ending for everyone.
Lady Trixie got Pinky back once she was cleaned while Misses Angelica didn't go crazy.
As for Tommy Pickles pirate defective pirate eye, he took a long nap after solving his first and only case for the day.
