Sup boys and gals back to this fic that I haven't updated since freaking May ! Christ that's a long time but I had exams that I needed to study for ( Fuck Math ) . I'm back now though . Also an important Author's note at the start and end .

I did get a review from a guest saying they couldn't understand my dialogue which is fair . I admit even I'm not a fan of my last chapter ( fight scenes are harder than I thought ) but I will try to do better in the future. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate them .
Anyway we continue forward ! To the story !

" Thanks Mom, you know you don't have to do this every time ."
" Of course I do Izuku , all your achievements are amazing and they deserve to be celebrated."
Inko Midoriya looked down at the dishes she and her baby boy were washing together ( which he insisted on doing even if it was just two people's worth of dishes ) of course she had to congratulate her son's victory with a feast but she would be lying if she said there wasn't another reason behind it .
She had been told by UA why they were sending Izuku on such a dangerous mission and the reason her son faked losing his quirk was so they could gain information on the villains that seemed obsessed with attacking her son's school. A school that couldn't keep her son's entire class safe wanted to send Izuku to fight their battles. She knew the hero license her son now held meant they thought he was ready but ……
" This mission UA's sending you on is dangerous Izuku."
" I know Mom but you don't have to worry , I'll be-"
" DON'T YOU DARE FINISH THAT SENTENCE !"
She looked him in the eyes , he stared into hers shock littered across his face . Good now he knew she was serious .
" Don't you dare say you'll be fine Izuku, you're about to go out into the real world by yourself , your teachers won't be able to help you all the time ! There will be times when you'll be alone out there and you can't tell me what will happen !"
Her voice was already growing hoarse , this is probably the most shouting she's done since Hisashi but she needed Izuku to understand.
Her boy sighed , she could she the sadness in his eyes but she could still see the determination running underneath. The determination to save people no matter the cost, it etched a proud smile into her face even as she was trying to be serious .Seems her boy is a hero through and through but it would take more than determination to stop her from worrying . Before he could reply she interrupted lowering her voice to a normal volume .
" It's going to be tough out there Izuku and it would probably be better for them to send a hero with more experience. They're sending you for a reason Izuku, a reason both UA and you a hiding from me-" A theory Izuku confirmed with a flinch . "- you will tell me eventually but whatever that reason is UA trusts you because of it ."
Her eyes went to Izuku's arms , her baby's quirk and his heroic spirt had caused him so much pain but he never gave up . He kept on jumping into danger again and again . Every time he did it Inko could feel her stress levels rise until she wanted to lock her son in the house where nothing would harm him . She could never do that to him though heroism was his dream and she stood in his way once .
Never again .
" It's terrifying you know , you could get hurt , you could die . If that happened ……. I don't know what I'd do but I do know one thing , this is your dream and you're the most happy when you're out there saving people."
" I don't know how to describe it , saving people it's…..it's the best feeling in the world Mom ."
" Exactly, I promised myself I would support you and I will . UA trusts you with this mission and so do I ."
That broke the dam before she knew it Izuku was in her arms bawling his eyes out .
" – hic – Thank you Mom - hic- I'll make you proud ."
" I know you will honey ."
She would never stop worrying about him , she's his mother after all and like all mothers she loves her child .
So she'll let him chase his dreams and when he achieves those dreams ……
She'll be right there with him .

After Izuku and his mother had finished flooding the apartment ( screams of dismay echoing from downstairs) the Midoriya family felt it was a good way to end a day the dishes long forgotten.
Izuku had gotten into his sleepwear and was ready to just collapse into blissful slumber .
' Even though she's as worried as she's all ways been Mom is trusting me to get through this . I have to be at my best if I want to show her that trust isn't misplaced.'
He felt his entire body sinking into his comfy bed , his eyes drooping, blissful smile creeping in.
' And right now that means getting some shut eye .'
At least it would if he didn't suddenly get the very familiar feeling of his mind being pulled into places he didn't know existed .
" Sorry Ninth but there are somethings that need to be discussed ."
' Well isn't that nice ?'
Welp sleep is for the weak I guess .

There are a great many training facilities that UA has constructed on the grounds , from massive faux cityscapes to rooms that Cementoss can change to fit any training scenario. For every day use however the students had access to many more traditional gyms . Equipped with state of the art equipment and even a ring for spars ( strictly quirkless fighting if a teacher wasn't supervising of course ) .
It is in this ring that we see 2 young UA students locked in combat .
Kirishima and TetsuTetsu had made it tradition after the sports festival to come here and spar once a month . Sure the couldn't use their quirks most of the time but each still enjoyed sparring with someone who's manliness rivals their own.
However this spar was coming to a close .
( What ? I just complained about how hard fights scenes are I ain't doing another one till I'm ready )
With a yell of effort Kirishima let loose a haymaker right at TetsuTetsu sending his metal twin skidding backwards and leaving a bruise right across Tetsu's cheek .
" Damn bro you guys at 1A are really kicking it up a notch !"
Kirishima gives him a thumbs up
" Course we are ! Can't survive in UA's hero course without going plus ultra every day of the week ."
" Ha! Can't disagree on that one , see ya bro I have to go see Kendo ."
" Sure bro , catch ya tomorrow for round 2 ?"
" Damn right you will !"
As he saw his metallic friend leave Eijirou pondered on what his quirk twin said .
After Midoribro had left everyone was really in a limbo of sorts , moving on with life but not really putting much effort in . Despite how shy he was Midoribro had this enthusiasm for heroism that really inspired them all . They didn't realize the difference that enthusiasm made until after he left , even All Might was less energetic in his teaching for awhile.
Thankfully for the classes morale the Class Reps plus Todoroki surprisingly decided to step up . Whether it was motivating them during a exercise, encouraging them after a loss or even just pushing ahead and showing how far above they were compared to the rest of the class . It definitely lit a fire under rest of the class .
After that they had all upped their training to reach new heights . Eijirou had gotten to work increasing the amount of time he could use Unbreakable and polishing up his fighting skills with Testu . He'd seen Mina around the support course's rooms probably cooking something up . Uraraka was going crazy increasing her weight limit and even asking Iida to spar with her constantly ( their spars are actually really close most of the time ) . Heck just yesterday Kaminari had revealed he'd been working on a new super move that didn't require support equipment to use and Bakugo …….
actually he didn't know what his bro was working on he went out for training a lot but often alone or with All Might, Eijirou wondered what he was working on .

Katsuki was really starting to lose his patience.
" Come on youngin ! You'll never catch me at this rate !" yelled the yellow blur bouncing off the forest trees and speeding away from him mockingly.
" Shut up before I kill you old geezer !"
This was part of the training Gran Torino and All Might decided was the best for the issues he was having.
He had essentially got his Full Cowling to the same level as the nerds ( 25% and 30% in a pinch) but what they forgot to factor in was the increase in his explosive power . Sure with One for All's strength boost h he could handle the recoil no problem . However the boost in power messed up his ability to propel himself with his explosions . He either overshot or smashed into something .
So they came up with this exercise , catch Gran Torino by pacing a sticker on his body in the middle of a forest, the moment Katsuki hit something be it the trees or the ground he lost . Spoiler alert he hit things every five fucking seconds but because he's fucking awesome he managed to get the hang of it. That solved the issue but presented another challenge.
Actually catching this old timer .
It had been days and he'd managed a few close calls but he never managed to catch this damn geezer . That changed today .
Katsuki burst forward and stretched out his hand letting out a OFA enhanced explosion . Unfortunately the aged man has somehow dodged and caused Katsuki to waste a few seconds to rebalance and continue the chase . He heard the old man cackle in front and Katsuki grinned .
' Laugh it up over there old man , it'll make it more satisfying when I beat your ass .'

It had been 2 minutes and neither Gran Torino or Katsuki had shown signs of giving up but Katsuki would definitely go down first at this rate . He attacked every time he got close enough and was definitely wasting more energy doing so .
If you told Gran Torino during his days with Nana that he would train 3 generations of One for All users he didn't know what he'd say after all what could you say to such a ridiculous statement but Toshinori's successor really knew how to surprise him .
The current wielder worried him though , the hero type for sure even if he had to learn some respect but his confidence still reigned over him and if he didn't shake it he would die an easily avoided death .
The old hero was brought out of his thoughts by his newest student .
" Got you now old man !"
Katsuki was a bit further away for an attack the reason for which became clear when the newest inheritor aimed both hands at him with the orange sparks of Full Cowl intensifying .
Oh no
" 30% New York Blast !"
A massive explosion shot forth decimating the trees in its path and heading straight for Gran Torino .
" Dammit kid !"
Gran Torino pushed his quirk and managed to get away from the explosion but the shockwaves still got him and pushed him straight into….
A clearing in the forest .
' Shit the kid lead me here .'
Gran Torino's quirk Air Jet was an amazing quirk but it didn't allow him to truly fly at least not in long bursts . His air jets had to push of something in order to propel him . Put him some where with little places to shoot off like this clearing and his movement becomes limited .
" I fucking win now geezer !"
Katsuki was above him , the bomber boy had let his explosions fizzle out and had the sticker ready in one hand as he dropped towards the hero from above his other hand ready to explode just in case .
' He'll probably dodge this one but I can propel myself with explosions from a single hand as long as he's in the clearing I can out speed him and win !'
What Katsuki didn't expect was for Gran Torino to speed towards him . Shocked by the play he struck too slowly and was dropped kicked and sent flying into the ground.
" Dammit !" the old geezer baited him closer to the ground ."
" Hahaha almost had me there but your confidence was your downfall ."
" He speaks the truth Young Bakugo ."
Katsuki turned around quick as a flash .
" All Might !"
" Hello Young Bakugo its good to--"
" Fuck that ! So is that dumbass Deku actually have his full time License now !"
" He has actually his first shift is tomorrow night ."
" Tch , at least the damn nerds worth something ."
Katsuki was putting up a front obviously , of Deku passed there was too much on the line if he failed now . It annoy him that Deku was technically a full-fledged hero while he was still stuck here . Seeing his rival pushing ahead and doing legit patrols while he was still stuck with his Provisional License was sucky no matter how you sliced it .
But he wasn't giving up . Deku was gonna need that head start now cause with One for All in his toolbox he'd leave the nerd eating his dust soon .
' Enjoy your lead Deku , next time we meet I'll show you what Japan's future Number 1 looks like .'

Overall I like this chapter better than the last one , I used Kirishima to show how 1A is doing mostly cause I like his character and it shows another perspective since I default to Iida when talking about 1A. Also OFA things are happening since all the things we've learnt about in the manga I'll have to change how OFA works in this fic .
IMPORTANT THINGY
I'm thinking of starting another fic .
Now I know what you're thinking, This dumbass has like 7 Favorites and just replied to a complaint about his writing and he wants to start a new story!
Ok fair but hear me this fic if I write it is intended as a background story .
It's function is intended to help me focus on this story first and foremost. The issue with me is while I have Re Rising planned out as a whole I don't have a chapter to chapter plan for it . So when writing this one I kinda blanked on what was supposed to be in it . Hence it's essentially a filler chapter.
This knew fic would solve that as if I blank here I can buy myself some time an still give you guys something to read . I wouldn't update this new fic weekly or even bi- weakly it will just be there for when I want to take a break from this fic .
Phew that was long so tell me what you think I'm out for now .
