Chapter 20: Fire Daimyo coming.

( Council Chambers)

Everyone was in the Leaf's council room from the Clan heads to the Civilian Council to the 2 elders Homaru and Koharu except for Danzo who is under house arrest and is forbidden to come to any meeting while he is under investigation the 3rd Hokage had called for this meet to be held in 2 hours then Hokage walked in with a grim look on his face and everyone could tell whatever happened it wasn't good.

"Hiruzen why did the Fire Lord asked for this council meeting?. "Homura asks as both he and Koharu are still busy trying to prevent that Danzo could be executed soon and their attempts to trying to stall the investigation into Danzo as much as possible but they could do very little to nothing as all the investigators had sign slips of paper with them with both the Fire lord's signature and stamp on it so it was not making things easy on them in trying to save Danzo from the chopping block

"About 2 and a half hours ago there was a altercation between Sasuke Uchiha and Azula the daughter of the Fire Daimyo and her 2 friends Mai the daughter of the Fire Daimyo's chief advisor and Ty Lee the daughter of the Fire Daimyo's samurai general." Hiruzen sat down and says.

Everyone in the council room was shocked to hear this they couldn't believe that Sasuke would cost them more troubles then they already have to deal with as the arrogant, spoiled boy just throw more oil on the fire the Clan heads were already thinking that this was all the fault of both the Elders and the Civilian Council for spoiling and pampering the boy because every time if something was denied to that he wanted he would always go to both the Elders and the Civilian Council who will use their powers to make sure he always gets what he wanted even if he didn't deserve it.

The Elders had to groan now they have to diverted their power in saving Sasuke from the Fire lord's wrath instead of defending Danzo and they know that the Clan heads are not going to help them with this as the Clan heads have no love for both Danzo and also have a strong dislike for Sasuke and Sasuke's arrogant attitude and behavior didn't do him any favors in getting the Clan heads come to his side to help him out of the trouble he is now in like the Civilian Council who they know will fight for Sasuke every step of the way in making sure Sasuke will be spared the wrath of the Fire Daimyo.

The Civilian Council was getting worried for their poster boy as he was going to face the Fire lord's wrath and what kind of punishment he was going to give their golden boy as they and the Elders have invested a lot into Sasuke and they even made plans to make sure that he was made Hokage when he was old enough but now to hear that their precious wonder boy had an altercation with the daughter of the Fire Daimyo and her 2 friends was very worrying as they know that the Fire Lord is very protective of his family but they were confident enough that they with the help of the Elders could convince the Fire Lord to let Sasuke off with only a waring and even convince him to engaged his daughter and her 2 friends to Sasuke to later help him restore the mighty Uchiha Clan.

"What happened?." Hiashi asked in his mind he had a fond smile as Azula, Mai and Ty Lee have been friends with his daughter Hinata for years and they were the ones who had helped her come out of her shy shell well mostly as the more traditional members who didn't have high regrades for her made her a little nervous to be around them

Hiruzen told the council what happened from what he heard from Kakashi's shadow clone and when he was done speaking everyone couldn't believe what Sasuke had tried to pick a fight with the Ninjas form the new Sound Village and what he said to the Fire Daimyo's daughter and her 2 friends.

"Has that boy lost his mind to speak to our Fire Lord's daughter and her 2 friends like that and then demanded them to become his fiancés?." Tsume calls out looking annoyed

"What is the Fire Lord's daughter and her 2 friends doing here in the Leaf?." Choza asked looking at his fellow clan heads.

"They are here to participate in the Chunin Exams." Hiruzen answered with many murmuring.

"Who is their teacher that is with them?." Shinbi asks

"Korra." The Sandaime Replied

"Kushina's old student is their sensei?." Inochi said while surprised with the hokage nodding

"Troublesome when is the Fire Daimyo excepted to arrive here?." Shikaku says in a bored deadpan tone

And as if someone had heard his question the doors to the council room were kicked open by 2 samurai and then the whole room was starting to be full with samurai who stand behind each and every member of the Leaf council and 2 rows of samurai were formed from the entrance to the council table and all these samurai wear the symbol of the Fire Daimyo on their armors and then the Fire Daimyo along with his chief advisor and his samurai general entered the room and they were not looking pleased at all.

The Hokage and everyone else stood up from their seats and bowed to the Fire Lord as Hiruzen greeted the daimyo.

"Welcome Daimyo-sama.." Hiruzen says seeing the angry look his superior has wincing slightly

"Well its not a pleasure for me to be here and especially after what happened between Sasuke Uchiha and my daughter and her 2 friends." The Firelord Says with an angry face.

They all could hear that the the Fire Lord was angry for what Sasuke had said to both his daughter and her 2 friends and the Elders and the Civilian Council knew they had to tread very carefully in dealing with the Fire Lord because he has the power to not only ban Sasuke from entering the Chunin Exams this year and the next few years after that but also strip him of his clan's legacy and terminated his rights to participate in the CRA to help him restore his clan to its former glory.

"Lord Daimyo I can assure you what has happened between Sasuke, your daughter and her 2 friends is nothing but a lie." Sakura's mother Mebuki Haruno stood up and said.

"Are you calling my own daughter, her 2 friends and their sensei Korra liars councilwoman Hurano? do not take me for a fool as the letter I got form Korra was also signed by my daughter and her 2 friends Mai and Ty Lee as witnesses." the Fire Daimyo looks at her with a dangerous look.

Sakura's mother sat back down as she knew that Fire Lord is not going to fall for that as the letter that he got form Korra was also signed by his daughter and her 2 friends as witnesses that she couldn't pin this as a lie and she knew that one wrong word out her about the creditability of his daughter and her 2 friends Sasuke punishment would already be sealed.

"Please Lord Daimyo I am sure what happened between Sasuke, your daughter and her 2 friends was just a little misunderstanding." Koharu says in a pleading tone

"You call Sasuke Uchiha Insulting both my daughter and her 2 friends and then demanding them to become his fiancés a little misunderstanding elder Koharu?." He hissed now glaring at her.

Koharu sat back down as she knew that Fire Lord is not going to believe that it was a little misunderstanding just to get Sasuke out of trouble and avoid his punishment

the Fire Daimyo seeing that both the Elders and Civilian Council weren't going to say anything he looks at the Hokage

"And how the hell Hiruzen did you let this boy Sasuke Uchiha get arrogant and full of himself in the first place?." The Firelord Demanded with the hokage sighing

"I didn't Lord Daimyo and so did the Clan heads it were both the Elders and the Civilian Council who had spoiled him rotten and pampered to his every whim by giving him the royal treatment that he was the son of a Daimyo or a Hokage and giving him everything that he wants on a silver plater and they keep inflating his ego I have tried to tell them time and time again to stop spoiling and pampering but they ignore all of my warnings and as you can see this is the result of my warnings falling on deaf ears." Hiruzen answered seeing the Firelord scowl.

"So its because of both the Elders and the Civilian Council had spoiled him rotten and pampered to his every wimp by giving him the royal treatment and giving him everything that he wants on a silver plater that he thought he had the right to insult both my daughter and her 2 friends and then demanded them to become his fiancés is that right?." He asked hotly glaring at the council and elders who winced and looked away from his angry glare.

"Lord Daimyo he is the last loyal Uchiha that is left in the Leaf after the Uchiha Clan massacre at the hands of his older brother we must treat him with great care and respect." Mebuki found her voice again to speak.

"By spoiling him rotten and pampering to his every whims by giving him everything that he wants on a silver plater? and look where that has gotten you councilwoman Hurano and I am here right now to deal with that arrogant little shit now give me one very good reason as to why I shouldn't strip your little golden boy's family of their their Clan status, Clan's wealth, properties, terminated his rights to participate in the CRA to help him restore his clan and ban him from participating in the Chunin Exams this year and for the next few years?!" The Daimyo snarled

Mebuki widened her eyes as she, the Elders and the rest of the Civilian Council thought of a good reason to prevent the Fire Lord form doing that and Homaru stood up and says hoping it would be enough to convince the Fire Lord.

"My Lord Daimyo Sasuke is the only Uchiha left in the village who could use his Sharingan to subdue a Jinchuriki for a enemy village as both the Uzumaki Clan and their Chakra Chains are all but extinct in the 2nd Great Ninja War with very few survivors that are in hiding that nobody has see in years and the Senju Clan with their Wood Release bloodline being brought down to only one female member who is to old to bare any children he is the only one left to make sure the Jinchuriki for enemy villages could be brought down before they do some serious damage to the Fire Country." Homura voiced his reasoning

The Fire Daimyo thought about going over all the pros and coins he just hear and well he name good reasons for punishing Sasuke Uchiha to heavy he was going to let the arrogant boy of the hook that easy says

"Very well I will not strip Sasuke Uchiha of his Clan's legacy and terminated his rights to participate in the CRA to help him restore his clan."

The Elders and the Civilian Council all breathed a sigh of relief but was whipped away when the Fire Daimyo continues

"But that doesn't mean he is not going to get punished for his action against my daughter and her 2 friends as I am banning Sasuke Uchiha from participating in the Chunin Exams this year and for the next 3 years and he is going to go through behavioral correction training to beat that arrogant attitude and behavior of his out of him and I will also warn all right now that if and I mean IF you somehow get the Uchiha in the Chunin Exams this year or the next 3 years when he is forbidden to entering in it this year or the next 3 years behind my back I will not only personally strip him of his Clan's legacy and terminated his rights to participate in the CRA but will also order for him to be kicked out of the Leaf's Ninja Forces and have both his Chakra and Sharingan permanently sealed up and don't think that I will not know about you trying to do this behind my back trust me I will know as I have my own spies here in the Leaf keeping a eye on you all and the Uchiha outside of Konoha." The Firedaimyo declared

The Elders and the Civilian Council were all scared to hear the Fire Lord has his own spies here in the Leaf to keep a eye on them and they all knew that if they somehow managed to got their precious golden boy in the Chunin Exams behind the Fire lord's back and he heard of it not only will Sasuke loose his entire Clan's legacy and his participation in the CRA but he will also be kicked out of the Leaf's Ninja Forces and have both his Chakra and Sharingan permanently sealed up and they have iinvested a lot in Sasuke to let that happen so they have no choice but to obey his order as Sasuke couldn't participate in the Chunin Exams this year and for the next 3 years after that was a small price to pay for Sasuke to keep his Clan's legacy and his participation in the CRA to restore his clan.

Some didn't like this idea and began protesting.

"SILENCE!" He yelled at all of them.

"But my lord... Maybe we could talk about having Uchiha-sama to-" A Merchant says but froze at the glare the firedaimyo gave him.

"If you dare to suggest or try and convince us that I and my 2 friends here put our daughters into an arranged marriage with Sasuke Uchiha then I will not only terminate the Uchiha his rights to participate in the CRA right here and right now but will also personally order his castration right on the spot." The Man said with others flinching.

Elders and the rest of the Civilian Council as they knew getting the Fire Daimyo, his chief advisor and his samurai general to agree to put their daughters into a arranged marriage with Sasuke Uchiha is not going to happen and they knew better then to try and convince them as still want Sasuke to keep his rights to participate in the CRA and his balls.

The Fire Daimyo seeing that both the Elders and Civilian Council weren't going to say anything he looks at the Hokage and says

"Hiruzen tell the boy's Jonin sensei of my ruling that his team is not participate in the Chunin Exams this year and for the next 3 years and that he puts the Uchiha through a behavioral correction training to beat that arrogant attitude and behavior of his out of him and inform him if he dare try go to the Elders and the Civilian Council about trying to still get him in the Chunin Exams this or the next 3 years after that behind my back that I will not only personally strip him of his Clan's legacy and terminate his rights to participate in the CRA but will also order for him to be kicked out of the Leaf's Ninja Forces and have both his Chakra and Sharingan permanently sealed up and also warn him if he thinks that he can get back at my daughter and her 2 friends they have the right to defend themselves and they can deal with the boy as they see fit as they have the right to castrate the Uchiha if they want to and they will not be punished for it AM I CLEAR?!" The Firelord Bellowed.

everyone in the council room nodded their heads and both the Elders and the Civilian Council were very scared of what could happen to the Sasuke if he decided to get payback on the Fire Lord's Daughter and her 2 friends.

"Good and remember my spies are keeping a eye on all of you and the Uchiha so don't think I will not know if you do something behind my back to get the Uchiha and his team in the Chunin Exams and I will tell you all right here and now it will not be pretty for the Uchiha. Goodbye and good day." with that the Fire Daimyo, his chief advisor, his samurai general and his samurai left the room

when the Fire Daimyo, his chief advisor, his samurai general and his samurai were gone the Elders and the Civilian Council turned to the Hokage and Koharu asks

"Hiruzen why didn't help us defend the Uchiha?."

"Because I already have more then enough problems to deal with right now at the moment not only am I trying to convince all of our former clients to send all their mission requests back to us I am also trying to convince our former allies to restore their alliance with us and prevent our village's good name and reputation being futher tarnished by the evidence of all of Danzo illegal pass deeds that he has done over the years in the shadows with his Root Ninjas that are being found in Root hideouts all over the Elemental Nations I already have enough headaches as it is already and this is a mess that both you 2, Danzo and the Civilian Council have created I had told you all time and time again to stop spoiling and pampering the Uchiha and to stop giving all things that he wanted on a silver plater as I was trying to prevent a situation like this from happening now I don't mind that you give him special attention and special treatment but that you all give him the royal treatment but no all of you ignored all of my warnings and look where that has gotten the Uchiha in right now this a mess that you all created yourself and I will be damned if I have to deal with this too." Hiruzen says with irritation

the Hokage looked at his 2 advisors and the Civilian Council nobody dared to say anything as they know that Hokage had his hands more the full at the moment with all the problems the village was facing after the former Wind Daimyo was killed by a Root ninja

"This meeting is dismissed and remember the warning of our Fire Lord regarding Sasuke Uchiha." He says as everyone left leaving him by himself.

Danzo was passing around in his office in his underground Root Base he had just heard the news that the Fire Lord had banned team 7 to enter the Chunin Exams this year and for the next 3 years Sai had told him what had happened between Sasuke and the Fire Daimyo's Daughter and her 2 friends and he couldn't believe that Sasuke would insult the 3 most powerful girls in Fire Country and then demand them to become his Fiancés and Danzo knew Sasuke would be in big trouble with Fire Lord and thanks to whoever who had framed him by impersonating one of his Root ANBU and killed the former Wind Daimyo.

So he couldn't be there to help his fellow advisors and the Civilian Council to help to make sure that Sasuke wouldn't be punished by using his Sharingan Eye on the Fire Lord and make both him and his chief advisor and his samurai general make arrangement marriages for Sasuke with their daughters to help him restore the Uchiha Clan but he couldn't be there on the orders of the Fire Lord and he heard from both Homura and Koharu that the Fire Daimyo has banned Sasuke's team from entering the Chunin Exams this year and for the next 3 years with the threat that if both then the Elders and the Cicilian Council were to somehow get the Sasuke and his team in the Chunin Exams this year or the next 3 years when he is forbidden to entering in it this year or the next 3 years behind the Fire Lord's back he will not only personally strip Sasuke of his Clan's legacy and terminated his rights to participate in the CRA but he will also order that Sasuke to be kicked out of the Leaf's Ninja Forces and have both his Chakra and Sharingan permanently sealed up and that his spies in the Leaf will be keeping a close eye on them so there was nothing they could do to get team 7 in the Chunin Exams but if it means to save Sasuke his entire Clan's legacy then so be it

Before the Fire Lord made the degree to ban team 7 from entering the Chunin Exams this year or the next 3 years all of his surviving Root spies had arrived and what he saw had angered him even more out of his whole Root spy network that he had send out all over the Elemental Nations only 5 men had survived the purge and all thanks to a anonymous source that has expose his whole spy network and where to find them and they are also finding documents of all things he has done in the shadows for the good of his vision of the Leaf and it's going to take him years to rebuild his whole spy network back up again along with all of hideouts and safe houses they used and that is going to be difficult as more and more evidence of all of his past actions with his Root ANBU are coming to light the investigation into him was going even deeper and now he can't use his spies to find out who framed him or to pin the murder of the former Wind Daimyo on someone else to get the heat of his back.

Damn it all!

And that was unacceptable he was a true patriot of the Leaf he has always done things for the greater good for his "version" of the Leaf he has protected this village from the shadows making choices that others can't or won't make and he is the most loyal ninja of this village who has defend it from all the enemies known and unknown

But Danzo also knows that he made a lot of enemies over the years that were after his head and wouldn't hesitate to frame him and to see him death but the question is who among his enemies could have done it and how did they know where to find all of his Root spies as he made sure that only he has that information so who could have done it?

But Sai also give him some good news as there is a Uzumaki and a Ice Release user in the Village right now together with the 1 Tailed Jinchuriki from the Sand Village, so he will have to wait until they enter the Forest of Death for the 2nd stage of the Chunin Exams to make his move and grape the Uzumaki, Ice Release user, the 1 Tailed Jinchuriki.

the 3rd Hokage was looking at all the Jonin senseis in the room that have Genin teams that they are training and a few Chunin assistances in the room and with them are also Kakashi, Kurenai, Asuma and Guy and Hiruzen says

"Welcome everyone as you all know the Chunin Exams are once again held here in our village and with the lack of all of our incoming missions and that all of our alliances have been cut I have asked most of you to be here to nominate a much teams as possible to participate in the Chunin Exams lets start with the older teams and work our way down to the the new teams if you all have reasons of why your team isn't ready to participate in the Chunin Exams it will not be held against you at all."

one by one the Jonin sensei's of the older teams are nominating them for the Chunin Exams with a maybe 5 or 7 Jonin senseis who didn't nominate their teams as some of their students are in the hospital with injuries form missions or training or are at home sick and wouldn't be healed when the Exams would begin the 3rd Hokage nodded at that as to enter the Chunin Exams all 3 members of the teams must be present or they will be automatically be disqualified it was then that Kakashi, Kurenai, Asuma and Guy step forward but Kakashi took one more step forward.

"Excuse me Lord Hokage but what is the verdict on my team with what happened earlier today?." Kakashi asked

"What do you mean with what happened earlier today with your team Kakashi?." Kurenai asked

Kakashi told them what happened earlier today with the 2 teams of the Sound Village and his team and with the daughter of the Fire Daimyo and her 2 friends and at end everyone was groaning at that and Asuma says

"I know Korra has already send a massage to the Fire Daimyo as fast as possible."

"Yes. and that explains what happened in the meeting with the Councils and the Fire Daimyo and at end."

everyone was groaning at that and Hiruzen looks at Kakashi.

"Kakashi you will inform your team that they are not going to participate in the Chunin Exams this year and for the next 3 years and you are going to put Sasuke a through behavioral correction training to beat that arrogant attitude and behavior of his out of him and inform Sasuke that if he dares to go to the Elders and the Civilian Council about trying to still get him in the Chunin Exams this year or the next 3 years after this behind the Fire Daimyo's back that the Fire Lord will not only personally strip him of his Clan's legacy and terminate his rights to participate in the CRA but he will also order Sasuke to be kicked out of the Leaf's Ninja Forces and have both his Chakra and Sharingan permanently sealed up and also warn him that if he thinks that he can get back at the Fire Daimyo's daughter and her 2 friends because that he can't participate in the Chunin Exams this year and for the next 3 years they have the right to defend themselves and they can deal with Sasuke as they see fit and they have the right to castrated him if they want to and they will be not punished for it." Hiruzen says

"I will but he is going to be a headache for a while." He sighs.

"This isn't your fault Kakashi it's the fault of both the Elders and the Civilian Council they have spoiled and pampered him for far too long and while you have a little part in it that you are always 2 to 3 hours late and that you focus a little more on the Uchiha then your 2 other students but at least you try and make a effort to make your team work even if they are not easiest people around." Kurenai would say.

everyone nodded at that as it was true

"Yes please let us continue with the nominations." Hiruzen says looking at everyone

"I Kurenai Yuhi sensei of team 8 would like to nominate Hinata Hyuga, Shino Aburame and Kiba Inuzuka for the Chunin Exams."

"I Asuma Sarutobi sensei of team 10 would like to nominate Shikamaru Nara, Ino Yamanaka and Choji Akimichi for the Chunin Exams."

"YOSH I Mighty Guy the Sublime Green Beast and youthful sensei of team 9 would like to nominate my youthful students Rock Lee, Tenten and Neji Hyuga for the Chunin Exams."

its was then that Iruka spoke up

"I may speak out of line here but I know both teams 8 and 10 as they were once my students at the Academy and I know that they have grown stronger since the left the Academy but they are not ready for something as big as the Chunin Exams while Guy's team is ready as the have a full year of training behind them but the other are only out of the Academy for maybe 5 months and read their progress reports and while I will admit that Kurenai's team is the most stable one out of the 3 teams but they should wait a year before entering the Chunin Exams but Asuma's team is a mess and while not as bad as team 7 but they are nowhere near ready for the Chunin Exams and as for team 7 they are the most dysfunctional and unstable team in our ranks that we ever had as they can barely work together as a team and they can't agree on almost anything and hey are nowhere near ready for the Chunin Exams." Iruka points out.

"True and I will not speak against that and to be honest I was planning to wait 2 or 3 years before nominating them for the Chunin Exams but with the decline in our missions I am going to nominate them this year and while I don't expect that they make it through the whole Chunin Exams they will know how hard and what to expect when I nominate them next time after I had more time to whip them into shape." Asuma says

"I have to agree on that Iruka and I was planning on waiting for a full year before nominating them for the Chunin Exams but like Asuma I am going to nominate them this year because with the decline in our missions and while I also don't expect that they make it through the whole Chunin Exams they will know how hard and what to expect when I nominate them next year." Kurenai would add

"And I know that very well Iruka that my team in nothing but a disaster and thanks to the Fire Daimyo I will have the next 3 years to try and get them to function as a team and improve on their flaws." Kakashi says

"Yes and while Iruka is right about his former students and their flaws but I want to have as many Genin teams of the Leaf in the Chunin Exams as possible so that we can get increase in all of our missions again and Kakashi keep a very close eye on Sasuke Uchiha and make sure that he doesn't try and sneak himself into the Chunin Exams so that he can't participate in it alone as he thinks that because he is a Uchiha that he can do as he pleases as both my advisors and the Civilian Council will be powerless to help him to get into the Chunin Exams thanks to the Fire Lord as our Daimyo will stand for this that he will disobey his rule and will punish him like he said he would." Hiruzen says with the cyclopes jonin nodding

"I will Lord Hokage but it's not going to be easy as both the Elders and the Civilian Council have given him everything that he wanted on a silver plater and let him do as he pleases ever since his brother Itachi killed off the whole Uchiha Clan." Kakashi says

"See what you can do and if it means you have to be on time and not read your books until the Chunin Exams are over then so be it I will not let Sasuke do as he pleases just because he thinks of himself as a Uchiha Elite that he is above everyone else you are all dismissed" Hiruzen says dismissing everyone

Orochimaru looks at Kabuto with a look of disbelieve and says

"I sorry Kabuto but I believe that I heard you wrong you when you said that Sasuke has been banned from the Chunin Exams by the Fire Daimyo this year and the next 3 years after this." She says

"No my lady you heard correctly everyone in the Leaf is talking about that Sasuke has been banned from the Chunin Exams by the Fire Daimyo this year and the next 3 years after this." Kabuto assured

"Do you know why the Fire lord did this?." Orochimaru asked

"It was About something that happened between Sasuke, the Fire Daimyo's daughter and her 2 friends that both the Fire lord, his chief advisor and his samurai general aren't happy about but what happened I don't know as I was working at the hospital and I only learned of it from the people in the streets after my shift ended." Kabuto explained

Kin, Dosu and Zaku who were there with them look at each other they nodded and then Kin stepped up and says

"I can tell you both about what happened"

Orochimaru and Kabuto listen as Kin told them what happened earlier today and when she was finished both Orochimaru and Kabuto were both shocked and annoyed at this and Orochimaru says as she looks towards Kabuto

"I know that you told me that Sasuke was spoiled and pampered by both the Elders and the Civilian Council and that he is also very arrogant and full of himself Kabuto but I didn't know it was at this level what the hell was he thinking in insulting the Fire Daimyo's daughter and her 2 friends like that and then demand them to become his fiancés? has he lost his damn mind?." She even says with disgust

"I am just as surprised as you are Lady Orochimaru and all I can say is that this is the result of both the Elders and the Civilian Council giving him not only everything that he wants on a silver plater but also giving him too much freedom to do as he pleases and that both the Elders and the Civilian Council have always made sure that he would never got into any trouble he think that he could do what he wants, how he wants, when he wants and whatever he wants without any consequences." He says with a shrug

"What the hell is Kakashi doing I thought that as Sasuke's sensei that he would have made sure that Sasuke's ego and arrogance would be toned down to a acceptable level?." She questions

He looked down and narrowed his eyes seeing Ada Wong and Hunk go inside

"Damn it." he cursed.

"What should we do Sir?" Says a Officer

"Wait here and wait for my commands." Jiraiya says while thinking of a way to enter in the building. Maybe he could send a toad in the building with a camera to find out what's going on.

He must know. He can't let Chris down.

If Naruto isn't there he will find out from Maria. He hoped he didn't have to fight her.

He made a Shadowclone to go inside the building. And summoned a Toad putting a camera on it. Hoping the toad would sneak in the ventilation system.
