Chapter 22: Entry into the Exams part 2.
( Konoha.)
Finally it was the day that the Chunin Exams were to start, there in the room were many Genins as they hope to become Chunin. Menma, Haku, Karin, Kin, Dosu and Zaku were already there both Kin and Haku were talking about senbon techniques, Memma and Karin were talking about seals and Dosu and Zaku were talking about what sound jutsus they can use in the exams
then teams 8, 9 and 10 walked in
"I still can't believe that Sasuke would get himself and his team banned form entering the Chunin Exams this year and the next 3 years." Ino groaned while also happy that Sakura couldn't advance to being Chunin.
"What a drag Ino he got himself in trouble by insulting the Fire lord's daughter and her friends and that he didn't recognize the 3 most powerful girls in Fire Country I swear that Sasuke is more troublesome then I thought his ego could be." Shikamaru says dryly with a bored look.
"I have to agree our village is already in enough trouble as it is already thanks to Elder Danzo and the Baka Uchiha decided to throw more oil on the fire." Neji says with annoyance
"This is so unyouthful that he would give us more problems then we can handle because he can't control his pride, ego and arrogance." Lee would say
"Yeah I hear you." Says Choji holding his bag of chips.
"If you ask me the Uchiha got what he deserved he has always walked around as if he owns this village and now he got knock down a few pegs thanks to his belief that both the Elders and the Civilian Council have his back to get him out of trouble that he is untouchable." Tenten added in her two cents with Shino besides her nodding knowing that was logical
"Yeah and I know that I am arrogant and a hothead but even I know not to pick a fight with 3 most powerful girls in Fire Country." Kiba would admit.
"Hey Hinata!" Called out a voice making them all turn.
they look where the voice comes from and there they saw that Azula, Mai and Ty Lee walk over to them and Hinata had a bright smile on her face.
"Azula-chan! Ty-chan! Mai-chan! It's so good to see you all again what are you all doing here?." She asks happy to see her friends again
"We are here to participate in the Chunin Exams. Hina-chan." Azula answers
Mai looks towards Kiba who was shaking behind Shino.
"Hello mutt did you learn your lesson from the last time that we meet?." Mai asked sweetly
"Yes.!" He says in a high pitched voice as he remember last year when they came to visit Hinata they didn't like how he was eyeballing their bodies with lust so Mai threw a Kunui right in between his legs and a few centimeters away from his manhood while he wet his pants as came take back her Kunai she promised him that she will neuter him the next time if he does that again.
"What was that about?." Choji asked confused wondering why Kiba was shaking and more importantly why was he afraid of the three girls.
"Trust me you don't want to know." Shino answered for him. Since he was there when it happened
"So Hinata who are your friends here?." Ino asked
"This is Azula the daughter of the Fire Daimyo she's the main jutsu user in the team. Besides her is Mai, daughter of the Fire Daimyo's chief advisor she's a weapons expert. And last but not least Ty Lee, daughter of the fire lord's samurai general. She specializes in Taijutsu. They are the Students of Korra." Hinata introduced Tenten had stars in her eyes.
"You mean "THE" Korra? who was once one of the Guardian 12 Ninjas? the only Kunoichi who has ever became one of the Guardian 12 Ninjas?" Tenten asked she not only idolized Tsunade Senju but also Korra.
"The one and only." Azula answered with a smirk with her friends besides her smiling.
"I don't want to sound rude but why are you girls here as you could ask the Fire Lord to promote you to Chunin without being in the exams.?" Ino couldn't help but ask.
"We wanted to prove that we can become Chunin on our own without our families influence as that would be the easy way and we don't want to be given the rank without proving ourselves that we earned them." Mai answered with Azula and Ty lee nodding
"Not to mention impress our sensei." Says Ty Lee. With her friends nodding in agreement
"Hey will you all keep it down a little you are all attracting too much attention to yourselves." Says Kabuto
"Who are you?." Azula asked
"My name is Kabuto Yakushi." He introduced
"Are you also in the exams?" Ino asked
"Yes I am but this isn't my first time in the exams." Kabuto answered
"Is this your second or third time?" This time it was Neji who asked
"This is my 7th time actually." He says
"Wow you really suck at it." Kiba would say
"No these exams are just that hard we almost have every Genin ninja from all the major and minor villages here that try and become Chunin and these exams are also a lot hard then they most teams here its either there 1st, 2nd or 3rd time or more as some Jonin senseis train their teams for 1, 2, or even 3 years before entering them in the Chunin Exams, and with good reason as many participants have been injured, crippled, or even died in these exams it doesn't matter if you are good or not." Kabuto explained
"So you have been injured before?." Tenten asked
"Yes me and my teammate got injured in 2nd part of the exams and couldn't continue to the final part of the exams but not this time with all of the info I have gathered over the previous tries." as he pulls out his ninja info cards
"What are those?." Choji asked looking at the cards.
"Those are my ninja info cards that have all the information on all the participants in the exams this year." Kabuto says with a smile catching Kiba's attention.
"Do you have information on everyone in these Exams?." The dog boy asked with Kabuto nodding
"Yes on everyone just pick a card on the individual in question and it will give all the stats and info on the person that I have." Kabuto replied
"I want to know about Menma of the Sound." Kiba says as he wanted to get back at Menma for making him look bad in front of Hinata
"So you know his name well let me see. Here we go Memma of the Sound well don't have much info on him as the Sound Village is still a new village he has 60 D-rank and 5 C-rank missions his teammates are Haku and Karin there sensei is Zabuza Momochi one of the former 7 swordsmen of the mist and this all I have on him sorry." Kabuto says
"Ah man, what a bummer." Kiba said with annoyance he was hoping to get some good information on Menma so he could pay him back
"Well I will be going back to my team now just a word of advice do not underestimate the 2 teams from Sound they maybe a new village and don't look like much but that doesn't mean they aren't strong just like the Waterfall Village was in there first Chunin Exams and then dominated the whole Chunin Exams." Kabuto warned.
"Okay you maggots! Shut up! And follow me to your first exam! I am Morino Ibiki! First examiner for this exam!" Ibiki bellowed.
( With the Jonins)
Might Guy, Asuma and kurenai were sitting together when the heard the door open they look towards the door and Korra walks in.
"Korra. Long time no see." Asuma would say.
"Hey Asuma how is the life of a sensei treating you?." Korra greeted her old former friend in her time with Guardian 12 Ninjas.
"Sometimes I wish I was back with the Guardian 12 Ninjas my team the next generation of the Ino-Shika-Cho and they are a mess my Kunoichi in training is a fangirl and my other students one is lazy and the other cares more about food but I am trying to whip them into shape." He says with a sigh.
"Well that's too bad lucky for me that my students aren't fangirls and work hard in what I tell them to do." Korra would say
"And jealous that you have a great team." He says wishing his team was like hers.
"Korra you look as youghtful as ever." Guy says in his usual cheerful tone.
"Hey Guy it's good to see you again." She says with a smile
"Hey Korra how have you been?." she was thankful of her students to help Hinata out of her shy shell
"Kurenai how is your team doing?." she asked towards the genjutsu mistress
"My team is doing well only Kiba is being a pain in my ass as he is a pervert" Says Kurenai with disgust.
"Damn. Why does it have to be the perverted ones." Korra says with annoyance
"Nice job in putting that arrogant little Uchiha shit in his place." Kurenai says as she was secretly pleased that Sasuke was put in his place.
"The Elders and the Civilian Council would go behind the Hokage's back to get their precious little golden boy off the hook I would like to see them try to go behind the Fire lord's back like they do with Hokage as the Fire Daimyo would make sure that you all will be monitored by his spies here in the Leaf should they try to get the Uchiha brat out of his well-deserved punishment." Korra would say
"The Uchiha isn't happy with what you pulled Korra and so are the Elders and the Civilian Council," Asuma says holding his cigarette
"Not my fault if that arrogant little shit can't control his pride, ego, and arrogance when the Leaf is already in enough trouble as it is already that he decided to throw more oil on the fire." Korra stated
"That's true." Guy says agreeing with her.
"Korra while I know that you have the Fire Daimyo's daughter Azula and her friends Mai and Ty Lee as you students in the ninja arts but you could have waited like Asuma did to take on a Genin team of your own from our Academy and help us train the next generation of ninjas?" Kurenai says looking at her. With Korra giving her a lazy look.
"Have you seen how badly the standards of the academy have dropped after Minato died? and that this generation of Kunoichi are nothing but fangirls who want to get into that arrogant Uchiha's pants? it's no wonder why my old teammates June and Asami refuse to take on a Genin team of their own." Korra says deadpanned. While the three jonins saw her point. Knowing that was true.
Ever since Minato did die. This current generation has gone to hell.

All of the Genin who all passed the 1st part of the Chunin Exams are now all standing in front of Training Ground 44 aka the Forest of Death for the 2nd part of the exams. Standing in front of them was a purple-haired woman wearing a trench coat
"Welcome maggots to the Leaf's little pride and joy Training Ground 44 aka the Forest of Death home to the most dangerous plants and creatures in Fire Country and the place of the 2nd part of the Chunin Exams." Anko would introduce
"Korra sensei wasn't kidding this place looks more dangerous then she told us about it." Azula would say with a raised eyebrow.
"Glad to hear you say that princess as this place is as dangerous as it names says." Anko says with a grin.
"This place doesn't look that dangerous to me I bet I could make it through there without a sweat." Kiba said without thinking and trying to impress Hinata.
Suddenly a Kunai cut Kiba's cheek and Anko was behind him with a 2nd to his throat and a 3rd one aimed at his balls as she smiled sweetly
"Oh what do we have here a tough guy? well, let me tell you something mutt it's tough guys like you who will die first in this place as this place is the part of the Exams that will make the difference between life and death and trust me mutt a lot of cocky idiots have died or have been crippled in this part of the exams. " Anko explained with Kiba shaking and trying not to piss himself then Anko removes the kunais from Kiba's throat and balls and walks back in front of the Genins.
"Okay Maggots listen up I am going to explain what is going to happen our team is going to be given one of these 2 scrolls." She pulls out a white scroll with the Kanji for heaven on it and a black scroll with the Kanji for earth on it
"See this here? A Heaven scroll or a Earth Scroll before you are released into the forest your task is to find a team who has the opposite scroll of your scroll once you have both scrolls you head to the tower in the center of the training ground while avoiding all dangerous plants and creatures that can kill and eat you you all have a time limit of 5 days to get both scrolls and be at the tower before 5 days are over or you will be automatically disqualified at no time are any of you allowed to open your scroll until you reach the tower if any of open your scroll before you make to the tower you will be automatically disqualified and a little surprise awaits you what I am not going to tell you if someone on your team dies, crippled and is to injured to continue you will be automatically disqualified." Anko would continue
"So this is basically a survival test that is combined with a capture flag competition but with scrolls instead of flags in one of the most dangerous places in the Ninja World." Menma says making Anko turn to him
"Got it in one fox kid any questions?." Anko asks
"This is getting even more troublesome by the minute." Says Shikamaru
"five days but what about food?." Choji whined
"There are a lot of edible plants and animals in there so you won't starve now any more questions?. "
When nobody answered she pulls out some papers.
Now before you get your scroll and go into the forest you need to sign these papers that encase that you or your teammates die the Leaf will not be held accountable for your deaths and the you all volunteered into the Forest on your own free will one you full them in you got one of those 2 tents and you will receive your scroll you all have about 10 minutes to full in your paper and collect your scroll if any of you pussies want to back out now is the time to do it after the 10 minutes are up you all will be released into the forest and my only advice to all of you don't die." Says Anko.
sometime later Naruto and his team were now in the Forest of Death they had gotten a Heaven Scroll they got already gotten themselves a Earth scroll from a Grass team on the first try and are now heading to the tower but five Root ninjas were watching them as the have ordered from Danzo to bring him the Uzumaki and the Ice Release user and kill there 3rd teammate while another team was on their way to capture the one tail Jinchuriki from Sand but before the Root Ninja could make their move 5 Chakra chains wrap around them and then they were hit in the back of their necks that knock them out it was one of Naruto's shadow clones
"Trying to sneak up on 2 sensor ninja you idiots must be stupid to think we wouldn't notice you. " Says Menma's clone
then the shadow clone seals up the 5 Root Ninjas in a sealing scroll and moved to where Kabuto and his team is Kabuto and his team were shock to see him.
"Hello Naruto what can I do for you?." as he saw that he was not here to fight Kabuto says
"I am just a shadow clone Kabuto and the boss ask me to give you this to give to Orochimaru." He throws the sealing scroll to Kabuto
"What is this?." Kabuto asked who caught it
"Inside that scroll are five still living breathing Root Ninja's give them to Orochimaru so she can use them for the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu he wants to preform." Says The clone
"I will make sure she will get this as soon as possible." Says Kabuto who nodded.
"Good I will see you at the tower." and he poofs away
back with the real Naruto and his team Naruto got the memories of his 2 shadow clones.
"Just as we thought Karin they were Root Ninjas following us and the Sand team who were planning to capture Gaara and kill his siblings." says Menma
"What did you do to them?." Haku asked
"For the Root following Gaara and his team I killed them as for the Root following us I knock them out, seal them up in a scroll and give them to Kabuto to give them Orochimaru." Menma answered
Haku and Karin nodded they kept moving but then the heard a loud scream of pain and the went to investigate.
when they got there they see it's the Waterfall team of Fu and her teammates and they saw that Fu was knocked out and one of the Genin had a thick tree branch that showed that he had hit her from behind.
"I can't believe this freak would be stupid enough that she could trust us not stab her in the back when the village hates her guts." Says one genin.
"I agree with you on that come on lets kill her and be done with this freak." says the other genin.
"But before we do that let's have some fun with her." He says with a leer at Fu's body.
but before they could do that, 2 Chakra chains pierce through their hearts and kills them Menma, Haku and Karin come out of the shadows and Karin asks
"Why would they do that to thier own teammate?."
"Because she is a Jinchuriki like me..." Menma says with narrowed eyes behind his mask. He saw the signs Fu had. Along with what the genins had said confirmed that she is a Jinchuriki.
"I know that most Jinchurikis aren't loved by their villages but I thought that they would hold off on that after Chunin Exams are over." Haku says adding her two cents.
"Because they think they could kill her making it look that something in this forest attacked her and killed her without it being traced back to them." Menma says looking at Fu's unconscious form.
"What do we do now we can't just leave her here?." Karin asks.
"I will make a shadow clone and send her to castle Dimitrescu and I will have Dr Connors take care of her." Menma says
after creating a shadow clone who picked Fu up and giving him some instructions before he reverse summon himself and Fu to castle Dimitrescu and they made there way to the tower and they arrive there on the first day together with Leaf team 8, the other Sound team of Kin, Dosu and Zaku, the Sand team that consists of Gaara, Temari and Kankuro, the Clould team that consists of Samui, Karui and Omoi, the Stone team that consists of Kurotsuchi, Suzumebachi and Atatsuchi and team Korra.
( with Orochimaru)
Orochimaru was enjoying a cup of tea in her hotel room when she sees Kabuto coming through the window she wanted to ask what was wrong.
"I am a shadow clone my lady the real me is still in the Forest of Death." Kabuto's clone says
"Why are you here?." She asked.
Kabuto's shadow clone walks up to her and hands the scroll he got from Naruto.
"Naruto give me this inside are 5 of Danzo's Root Anbu that you can use for the Edo Tensei." Kabuto's clone answers as Orochimaru grinned
"This perfect and sacrificing some of Danzo Roots is better then using my own ninjas." She says
"Forgive for asking this my lady but who are you going to summon with 2 extra Root Ninjas? as I know you plan on summoning the 1st, 2nd and 4th Hokages but who are going to summon with 2 extra Root Ninjas?." Kabuto wondered
"Mito and Kushina Uzumaki and they will side with me after I tell them the truth of what sensei has done to their clan and Kushina her son." She says with a smile that never left her face.
"They will tear him apart." Kabuto says almost feeling sorry for the old kage. Keyword: Almost.
"I know its best if you leave we can't be seen together." She says Kabuto's shadow clone nods and poofs away.
"Excellent." She says in thought with a grin.
( with Jiraiya)
Jiraiya was on the phone with his sensei he had given Hiruzen a cellphone to use in case of emergencies only if it was really important and he is listening to his old mentor and he became shocked at what he heard and he asks
"Sensei please tell me that you are joking? that Korra has informed the Fire lord in who Naruto really is and how he was treated in the village and that she also has the full support of our Daimyo in adopting him?." He asks hoping he heard right.
"I am not joking Jiraiya I wish I was joking but I am not and I also know that I am going to have a not pleased conversation with our Daimyo about this." Hiruzen replied on the phone.
Jiraiya could sigh at this, this was not good not good at all both he and his sensei had forbidden all 3 of Kushina's students from adopting Naruto as they wanted to end the bloodline of Albert Wesker on Minato's side and to make sure Naruto was both loyal to the village and to stunt his growth to be their weapon but thanks to Korra in not only being Azula's bodyguard and also her and her friends Mai and Ty Lee's teacher in the ninja arts but as a former member Guardian 12 Ninjas has earned her many favors of the Fire Lord and she decides to cash in on one.
"Sensei I told you not to let Korra become one of the Guardian 12 Ninjas so she wouldn't have any favors with the Fire lord so that we could mold the brat into our weapon without her and her teammates being able to do something about it." He says not pleased by this.
"I know Jiraiya but I needed her out of the village and her becoming a Guardian 12 Ninjas was the best option as June is a bounty hunter and is away from the village a lot and too busy to take care of him and Asami is busy at her grandfather Io's weapons shop so she would be too busy as well to take care of him but I hadn't seen her becoming Azula's bodyguard and also her and her friends Mai and Ty Lee's teacher in the ninja arts." Hiruzen. Answered back
"I could counteract this by saying that I am Naruto's godfather to prevent her from adopting him." Jiraiya says
"And Korra will have both June and Asami as support that will say that you were never there to see your godson when you came to the village to give updates of what your spy network had to report to you and you cared more for your peeping at the hot springs then seeing your godson and who do you think that the Fire Daimyo will support more his neglectful godfather who was never in his live or Kushina's student who were denied by us from adopting and really wanted to take care of him? and right now the Fire lord favors Korra more then he does you, me and the Leaf as a whole." Hiruzen would say on the phone.
"Yeah and all thanks to Danzo not having his Root ninjas assassinating the former Wind Daimyo but as doing things in the shadows over the years when he was ordered to disband it on your orders years that both you, I and my spy network have to do damage control now." the toad sage said sighing in annoyance and facepalming.
"Yes so have you manage to find out what is happening inside the Whirlpool Corporation?." Asked Hiruzen
"No I had tried to sneak in a toad with a camera a few days ago we heard that was doing to be a meeting yesterday to speak with all the researchers, scientists and mercenaries they are hiring including Ada Wong and Hunk who will be hired soon." Jiraiya grumbled
"Ada and Hunk are at Naruto's Corporation?." the Sandaime asked
"Yes and they met with Maria Gomez but appears that Naruto isn't there and that Maria is indeed running it as Naruto's CEO and she is in contact with him but I don't know if she knows of his location as something caught the toad I had spying on the Whirlpool Corporation and killed it and they no doubt know that it was me in looking to find out where the brat is." Jiraiya answered
"This is not good find out if Maria Gomez knows where Naruto is as fast as you can and return him back to the village in secret so that we can keep him in the village without Korra and the Fire Daimyo knowing about as the 1st month of your 2-month deadline ends after the 2nd stage of the Chunin Exams." Hiruzen had commanded
"Like I told you sensei when they caught my spy's contacts they have beefed up the security how much I don't know and they might be looking for me right now so I have to lay low for a while and observe the Corporation from a distance to find a way to get a spy in there." Jiraiya reminded his sensei
"Do what you can Jiraiya as I don't want Chris to kill our lost Jinchuriki as we don't have a replacement for Naruto to reseal the 9 Tailes into." Hiruzen urged
"I will try sensei but I am not going to promise you much." he hangs up and says under his breath
"Damn it Korra why do you have to do this to me and sensei?."
Why now of all times did Kushina's students have to step in and try to ruin everything. He already knows his sensei is not looking forward to meeting the fire daimyo anytime soon. And he must hurry and question Maria in finding out where Naruto is. Chris is going to want updates... If Chris knows he failed in finding Naruto, Chris will come to the elemental nations himself and find the boy.
He sighed and decided to get up and think of how can he sneak in the corporation now.
Before he could go to the window his eyes widened when he saw a rocket fly towards him, he instantly got out of the way.
His BSAA soldiers starting shooting their guns. As Jiraiya saw three figures charging at him and his group.
The First Figure was a female that resembles a Licker. As she lashed her long tongue at the soldiers cutting their necks from their shoulders.
The second figure was a tall figure holding a rocket launcher and its arm has tentacles.
"STARS!!" Roared Nemesis glaring at Jiraiya
"RAAAAHHH!" Roared Thanatos sprinting so fast that he backhanded, smacked and slashed his claws through the agents.
"SHIT!" Jiraiya cursed as he dodged Nemesis's Rocket launcher but was unprepared when the female Licker wrapped her tongue around his neck. Strangling him. Thanatos sprinted at Jiraiya ready to impale him with his claws. But Jiraiya used a substitution Jutsu and instead Thanatos stabbed a Log.
Nemesis growled and lashed all his tentacles at Jiraiya who evaded them, but barely had enough time to avoid Thanatos who leaped and backhanded him sending him skidding across the ground.
The female Licker charged hissing and prepared her claws. Jiraiya moved out the way in time and kicked her in the face.
He heard Thanatos roar and charge at him. But Jiraiya wasted no time in making a Rasengan and charged also at Thanatos. He jousted his Rasengan into Thanatos's torso and knocked back the tyrant who got back up and sprinted with the intent to kill Jiraiya.
Nemesis charged and did a shoulder charge at Jiraiya sending the toad sannin into another wall. As he shot his tentacle at Jiraiya's ankle and yanked the Toad sage in the air slamming him twice in the ground making him yell in pain. Nemesis then threw Jiraiya to Thanatos who readied its claws and slashed Jiraiya's torso causing blood to spray and leaving claw marks on him.
The Female Licker pounced on Jiraiya and bit deep into his shoulder as he screamed and stabbed a kunai into her as she screeched in pain, he kicked her off and got up clutching his wound.
"Damn it!" He cursed seeing both Thanatos and Nemesis look at him.
"STARS!" Roared Nemesis
"ARAAGHH!" Thanatos growled
Both Tyrants were ready to attack.
Jiraiya was quickly planning on what to do since both these creatures are too strong. And he's wounded. Not to mention his BSAA team had been wiped out. Damn it!
Thanatos leaped high and readied it's claws. Jiraiya evaded out the way and saw Thanatos turn to him, he tossed a kunai with a explosive tag at Thanatos in which exploded upon him.
But it did no effect on Thanatos. Making Jiraiya widen his eyes.
Thanatos charged so fast that it punched Jiraiya so hard in the gut making him vomit and gag hard. Then backhanded the toad sage to Nemesis.
Jiraiya tried getting up before Nemesis could attack him but suddenly Nemesis kicked Jiraiya down and kicked him in the leg. Nemesis prepared his tentacles to attack Jiraiya but he pulled out a kunai and cut one of the tentacles as Jiraiya quickly rolled away and got up Jiraiya limped his way to escape but the Female Licker tried to surprise attack him yet he countered her by kicking her towards Thanatos who caught her and dropped her.
Nemesis did another shoulder charge and sent Jiraiya flying into two different buildings. Nemesis followed after him as did Thanatos and Female Licker.
Nemesis decided on finishing Jiraiya by firing a barrage of rockets from his rocket launcher.
Jiraiya who was into a wall feeling his whole body in pain after that last attack. Banged up and bleeding badly. He saw multiple rockets come his way and wasted no time on reverse summoning to Mt. myoboku before they could hit him.
"STARS..." He growled lowly with Thanatos besides him snarling with female Licker hissing slightly seeing that their prey got away.
"You three have done your job. He won't be coming back. Return to the building." Maria says towards the three members of the Frederika Army.
As both tyrants and mutant returned to the building.
