Chapter 3=A Better Dream After A Nightmare
Kaito P.O.V
I was at home crying when a knock came at the door. It was Saguru. "It's late and..." I began. "It's late and was doing case work at Nakamouri-keibus. Ok if I stay here" he asked.
He was probably the detective in charge after I killed Jack. I shrugged and let him and he spoke. "You didn't kill anyone. Just so you know." he said.
I had finally confessed to being Kid to him but he told no one nor did he put me in jail. He just said "I want to catch you and find out why. It's not interesting if you're in jail and that's the end like with killers."
I ignored the response and made his favorite tea. "I'm going to bed. If you need anything, you know where my room is." I said.
-Later that night-
Kaito P.O.V
I was shaken awake by him. "You were having bad dreams. About your dad and about what happened right?" he said. I nodded. "Saguru can you stay for now. Only you and Jii know about me and it would be odd talking about my feelings on this to Jii." I said. He sighed.
"Sure. Scooch over. I'll look over you all night." he said smileing gently.
-The Next Day;In the Morning-

"Any bad dreams?" I asked. He smiled gently. "You made my sleep a lot better." I said.
