I just realized that I hadn't stated this fact but after Ranma Moves Out in chapter 1, Ranma started alternating everyday between genders so he would spend half a month as a guy and the other half as a girl
Tofu's brief return

It had been a few months since Kimiko was born and everyone was back at the Tendo home because they were getting ready for the yearly beach trip. At the moment Kasumi was in the furo (aka the bathroom) where she had just finished bathing and drying Kimiko. She was handing her to Ranma when she heard Nabiki say
"Doctor Tofu? What brings you doing here?"
"Hi, Nabiki. I am here to see, Kasumi. May I come in?"
She reluctantly let him in but as he entered, he stopped as he heard crying from the house which was followed by fast footsteps a moment later
"Umm, whose baby is that?" He asked
"It's Daddy's and Hinako's" she tried but saw his disbelieving face, guessing what he was thinking said, "and how do you know it's not?" she saw him looking at her as if to ask "really".
"Alright fine, it belongs to one of us and your first two guesses don't count although for 5000 ¥ I can just tell you," Nabiki said and as he thought about it, the crying stopped
"So, they finally got married and Akane had a kid"
"One guess gone. You sure you don't want me to tell you" she asked as she rubbed her index and pointer with her thumb using the sign language/universal sign for money
"Ranma was pregnant?" He asked after a moment
"You still got one parent right, but SHE didn't deliver the kid" before she could say anything else they heard Kasumi from upstairs ask
"Do you want me to feed her, Ranma"
"Nah I'm good, Honey. I don't mind filling in for you since this body is finally good for something, other than scamming free food" she said as Kimiko was sucking on her breast" (Ranma had gone through sympathy pregnancy much like some men do but because of her curse she developed her own milk) You go to the furo and relax, ok" Ranma replied. Meanwhile back downstairs Tofu looked at Nabiki in shock,
"Do you still want to talk to her?" she asked him. When he nodded, she told him to wait in the living room and went to get Kasumi, a few moments later Kasumi entered the living room.
"Hi Ono-san"
"There's no need for that, Kasumi. We know each other well enough to call each other by our first name"
"True but things have changed after you disappeared"
"First off, I am sorry for leaving as I did. The only reason I did that, was so I could get help controlling myself. I was sick of acting like a fool out of myself whenever you were around. So many times, I wanted to tell you how I felt but couldn't because I would start acting like a damn fool"
"Tofu, I wanted to believe Ranma and Akane when they had told me, you had feelings for me and that you acted like that because of those feelings. That gave me some hope because I had liked you as well. So, one day I decided it was time to take a risk. So, I went to the clinic to ask you out, but when I arrived there, I had found that you had left without a word. So, I figured that Ranma and Akane were mistaken."
"I guess I handled this the wrong way and I'm sorry Kasumi, but now I am cured and I want to ask you out"
"Oh Tofu" she shook her head sadly "even though I thought that they were mistaken I still waited. I waited for over a year for you to return and when you didn't, I gave up on anything happening between us. So, after my family forgot my birthday, Ranma remembered and gave me a memorable night, we became friends and started doing stuff together. Then one year to the day he proposed to me and I accepted, we eventually got married and I had a child."
Tofu's shifted through a few emotions angry, jealousy, and sadness before he asked "Was it for love or was it for family honor"
"It was Love" she answered causing him to punch the floor
"I hope so. Again, I am sorry for leaving like I did and I want you to know that while I may never have had you. Losing you to Ranma hurts but because I know he would never intentionally hurt you, he is the only person I would be ok with losing to." and with that, he left
Tofu decided to leave Nerima for good and was never seen again

A Slight Change

The birth of Kimiko had caused things to change slightly. For Kasumi, she returned to school continuing her online courses. However, after the encounter with Tofu, she decided to change her major but wasn't sure what to change it to until she had talked to Ranma and he said
"Honey, if your sure you don't want to be a doctor that's fine. You don't have to be one. There's a lot you can do and off the top of my head, there are two that I can think of. One you could become a chef and eventually open your own restaurant or, you could become a teacher or whatever you decide. Whatever you choose, just be sure it's what you want to do". So, after some thinking, she decided and changed her major from being a doctor to be a teacher.
For Ranma, he was now a substitute teacher at Furinken Junior High (although he was planning to become a permanent one) so for the moment when he's subbing his schedule is school Monday to Friday, then he teaches martial arts/self-defence on Monday and Wednesday nights and works weekends as server/manager at Maid-Latte
For Genma, he got a job so he could pay back the dowries he took not only for engaging Ranma but for his grandchildren as well. Ranma had been livid when he found that out and gave him an ultimatum
FLASHBACK
"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU" the room started to freeze as Ranma entered the Soul of ice "it was bad enough you did that to me but doing it to my daughter and future children is the final straw. You listen and listen good old man because I am saying it ONE TIME ONLY. You get a job; you pay back the dowries and cancel ALL engagements or you will NEVER see your Granddaughter and any future Grandchildren again"
END OF FLASHBACK
For Soun, he decided to start teaching again partly because of Miss Hinako but it was also because he didn't want to risk the same threat Ranma gave his father. He hadn't been there for his daughters and he didn't want to make the same mistake with his Granddaughter and future Grandchildren.
For Akane her life took a huge turn she finally got a role for a local stage play of Romeo and Juliet and was cast as Juliet. She was scared to death not of forgetting her lines or anything play related but of what could happen that is until Ranma said
"Forget about your grade school version and PLEASE forget about the version we did, you got this. You will be a great Juliet" then with a smirk added "ya uncut tomboy"
And he was right, not only did she do a great job but also a voice director hired her for an anime called Inuyasha
For Nabiki, she left a few weeks after the birth o go back to school and is currently in the States with her now-fiancé Tatewaki Kuno
For Ukyo (now married to Hiroshi) and Shampoo (now married to Ryu Kumon), they opened a fourth Uuchan's Nekohatten location which had Ling-Ling and Lung-Lung running it.
For Ryoga, he was dumped by Akari and surprisingly married Kodachi (who herself had been dumped) after a drunken night. For the rest of the NWC Konatsu married Tsubasa, Mousse married Yuka, and Sayuri married Daisuke

Kimiko's 5th Birthday

"Why couldn't you or one of the others do this? and why did I agree to it, again?"
"Because Kimiko wanted Ariel and you didn't want to disappoint our daughter"
"And why couldn't one of you wear a red wig?"
"In all honestly we didn't think of it" Ranma face-faulted
"Suuuuure" he gave her a questioning look "but why couldn't it have been wrestlers, magical girls, superheroes or something else. Why princesses?" Ranma asked as he created a clone of himself using a variation of the splitting cat hairs (but it was more like the technique in that Naruto anime that Daisuke watches). They then played Rock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock to see which one would remain male
"It's a phase that most if not all little girls go through"
"-sigh- it's just that, I feel like we're tempting fate after all the prince's that have kidnapped Akane." as the clone changed into Ranko
"Aww I am sure that won't happen, sweetie." seeing their questioning look she continued "Nabiki had the same concern and got Kuno to hire security just in case, plus Shampoo and The Amazon's are also watching, ok?" seeing them calm down a bit Ranma said "I'll go down while you help get her ready" Ranma then headed downstairs
Kasumi then helped Ranko with the corset, petticoat, heels, dress, hair (styling it and used temporary dye** to brighten it since it had faded a bit) and makeup. When they were ready Ranma stopped in front of the mirror
"I'm glad that we got the green dress instead of the pink one, I think it looks better with red hair"
"I don't know if it's better but the pink dress is a classic look however that might just be the reason why they decided to change it" seeing Ranma start to frown she said "you're doing it for your daughter"
"I know, I know -sigh- but this is WAY too girly for me so I am using the waterproof soap after this and spending a week in my male form"
"Alright honey" she opened the door "Ladies first, Ariel" Ranma rolled her eyes at her wife before she entered the Umisenken and exited the room sneaking out of the house. Once outside she went around to the front door.
Once Ariel was let in, she played games, read stories, sang songs, declared the birthday girl a princess and took several photos (curtesy of her male counterpart) before cake and presents, which is when she left
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, HAPPY BIRTHDAY DEAR KIMIKO, HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU"
When she left, she snuck back into the house and into her room to wait for her wife, however, she decided to stay in the Umisenken just to be on the safe side. Finally, the door opened and in walked Kasumi and her other half
"That wasn't so bad, was it?"
Ranko just glared at Ranma before she splashed the male and rejoined with her into one. She started to sway causing Kasumi to catch her "I hate rejoining. Honey If we have another kid and they want some female character especially a princess, you or one of our sisters will be doing it. Now get me out of this outfit"

5th Anniversary

A few months later everyone was at Pony Corral for Ranma and Kasumi's anniversary to celebrate, while waiting for their food they gave the two gifts
(A/N: I don't know if these are good gifts or not so if you have better ideas, please let me know and I may change it)
Nabiki and Kuno gave a trip to the same place they spent their honeymoon plus a few thousand for spending money
Nodoka gave them matching lingerie
Soun and Genma got them nothing
Shampoo, Ukyo and their husbands got them new pots pans plus a copy of their cookbooks
Konatsu and Tsubasa got Kasumi a few anime while Ranma got a few action movies
Cologne gave Ranma a couple of Amazon scrolls and to Kasumi a package that said "open once in the hotel room"
Mousse and Yuka gave matching outfits
Sayuri and Daisuke got them tickets to an upcoming Jeff Dunham show
and finally, Akane gave them a coupon for three months of free babysitting
"Is that really a gift, sis?" Nabiki asked
"It is when the gift that I had ordered still hasn't arrived yet, so yes. Sorry you guys, I should have ordered it sooner"
"It's ok, imouto. We thank you."
"Hey guys, you should get going or you are going to miss your train"
"Right, thanks for letting us know" Kasumi turned from Nabiki to Kimiko "you better behave yourself for your Aunties and Grandparents, young lady"
"I will Mommy," Kimiko said as she hugged her then Ranma added
"Do you remember the katas we did yesterday" she nodded "You run through them every morning for 30 mins then you can do whatever you want." seeing Kasumi's look "within reason" then mischievously added "and you take good care of your Aunty and make sure she stays of trouble"
"Yes Daddy" she responded with the same smirk
"Thank you, everyone, now if you'll excuse us, we need to go" he ushered Kasumi into the cab which pulled away, as he saw Akane run out waving her mallet and screaming
"RANMA YOU JERK!"
Ranma's Turn

Once they got to the hotel, Kasumi opened the package from Cologne and found Instant Nannichuan and Waterproof soap
A couple of days before they were to return home, they were out enjoying the sights of the city, when Ranma started to feel nauseous then all of a sudden without any water he changed into Ranko. When it happened, she told Kasumi to meet her in their room then she ran off. On the way back to the room Ranma felt a very small amount of ki starting to build this gave her a feeling so she bought a pregnancy test then continued to the room
Kasumi returned about twenty minutes later to find Ranma sitting on the bed watching a clock, she put her bags down then went to sit next to her
"Ranma why did you disappear like that"
"Disappear?" she asked questionably before realization hit "oh I guess you didn't hear me when I said I was going back to the room"
"No, I didn't. Is everything ok"
"Yes and no." seeing her confusion continued "no because my cursed activated by itself and is currently locked although I suspect the reason why"
"Oh, why?" Ranma ran into the bathroom a second later she heard a soft
"I was right"
"Ranma?"
"Just a sec, Kasumi" when she came back, she had a glass of water with her "sorry but what I have to say I can't say to my WIFE" she pours it on her head "my HUSBAND on the other hand…"
"Ranma…are…are…are you?"
"Yes, Kasumi, you're gonna to be a father" Kasumi fainted at the news
When he woke up, they decided to wait until she was tested by an OB/GYN before celebrating. After their last night at the hotel, they decided to stop on the way home so Ranma could be tested (A/N: according to it takes a couple of hours for testing)
By the time they were at the gate of their home the Tendo dojo, Ranma's phone rang. As Ranma listened Kasumi watched, soon she saw Ranma starting to smile and once she hung up Kasumi asked
"Well?"
"Yes"
"Really?" Ranma nodded "Are you happy with this?"
"Of course, why wouldn't I be" she paused "yeah ok, so I am not thrilled with the idea of being locked, again. However, this time I can accept it since that it should protect me from having a miscarriage. So, I can live with being a permanent girl for the next year or so, my dear husband and in case you're wondering I don't regret this, especially since he or she is a part of you." She gave her a quick peck "I just hope they will be ok with this"
"Well, let's find out" she squeezed her hand and they entered the house to find their parents and their sisters
"Hi everyone" they chorused
"Son why are you a girl, who is this and where is Kasumi"
"Waaaait," Akane drawled out "He looks a lot li…ke…." her eyes widened "Onnechan?"
"Mom, remember how five years ago, Ranma said there was a chance even she could get the same disease that I did". Nodoka's eyes widened
"Ranma, really?" she nodded and was grabbed in a hug by her mother, Kimiko walked in
"What's going on Da…uh Mommy?"
"Well honey, I'm going to have to be Mommy for a while, while Mommy will sometimes have to be Daddy"
"Why?"
"Because soon you will be a big sister"
"I will?" her parents nodded "YAY!" Kimiko screamed before jumping up and down before she stopped as a thought came to her and she turned to her parents "um Da…mommy because you're having it, will it be cursed like you?"
Ranma and Kasumi starred at their daughter for a moment then at each other
"We need to talk to Cologne" they chorused then Ranma added "we'll be back soon sweetie"
A short trip to the Nekohatten revealed that it has happened and the chances are high, that they'll be cursed at birth and if not then they might gain it at the same age their "Mother" did

Pregnancy

The first month went by ok except Ranma would get panic attacks as she was worried about becoming a mother
The second month Ranma experience morning sickness
In the third month, Ranma started getting weird food cravings like
In the fourth month, Ranma and Kasumi started shopping for gender-neutral baby clothes with Nodoka while the fathers set up the nursery
During the fifth Genma was banned from the Tend…his son's home and the reason for that was because of a comment he made when he and Nodoka came over for supper. Supper had been going good until Genma now no longer thinking of stuffing his face got a good look at his son and said
"Wow me not living here anymore to train you has made you fat"
Everyone stared at him but before anyone could say anything they heard "PANDA NO BAKA" followed by him flying out of the house "HOW DARE YOU, YOU FAT BASTARD. YOU KNOW I AM PREGNANT. YOU ARE NEVER ALLOWED IN HERE AGAIN" she then ran off crying
During the sixth month, Ranma started thinking of names for example for the male names Ryuu, Christian, Hayaima and for female names Akiko, Lia, Shingi
At the beginning of the seventh month, Ranma started going to childbirth class (In case you are wondering yes, HE did do it once with Kasumi)
When the 8th month begun Ranma went on maternity leave from being a sub and a server/manager, she even stopped teaching her martial arts classes and even cut her exercise down. Akane, Ukyo, Shampoo threw a baby shower for Ranma, which included some of her co-workers, Sayuri, Yuka and a couple of others
It was a few weeks into the 9th month the time came Ranma was rushed to the hospital after she started experiencing contractions when the doctor joined her and Kasumi-kun, Ranma was going through a contraction after she finished, she said
"Kasumi?"
"Yes, Doctor"
"You know you look pretty good. Ranma, you are a pretty lucky woman and guy"
"Thanks, Doc," she said while blushing just before a contraction hit
"You if it wasn't for the fact that I delivered Kimiko and that I know about the curses, not only would I be wondering why you had the same names but I'd also be surprised that you weren't telling him that he would be having the next one"
"AHHHHHHHH" she took a few breaths after the contraction passed "If she…uh he had gotten me pregnant first I probably would be saying that" another contraction hit "AHHHHHH" after it passed, she said "I can't believe I am going to say this but if and I mean by a very slim chance that I get pregnant again, Doc dope me to highest legal leave you can because the only time I want to be in this much pain is facing Happosai or Pantyhose TaAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
"Okay Ranma, I'll make a note in your file and you are completelydilated"
Seeing Ranma's confusion Kasumi told it means that she can start pushing when the Doctor says and after a few hours, Ranma finally delivered just after midnight.
After the doctor cleaned him off and brought him over
"Ranma, you gave birth to a healthy baby boy," she said as she handed him to her
"A son…we have a son" Ranma started crying as she took her boy to start breastfeeding, a few minutes later the family was allowed to come into meet the newest member of the family
A/N: As of now the ages of everyone in the real world are the same as series however the ages of the dream world versions of kids everyone is
Kasumi age 30, Nabiki/Kuno age 28, Ranma/Akane/Ukyo/Ryoga/Kodachi/Hiroshi/Daisuke/Sayuri/Daisuke/Shampoo/Mousse and Konatsu are 27
