Happosai passes

After the failed wedding Happosai disappeared for several months when he returned he heard about Ranma's accident and actually started teaching which lead to Ranma becoming a probationary master. Soon after that though he disappeared again and soon after his stuff slowly disappeared
Nobody would find out until shortly after his death but the stuff he stole he gave or in the case of the Amazon's snuck back, his collection of woman's bras, panties etc end up at thrift stores donated anonymously. The stuff he didn't get rid of he either kept in his apartment or sold
Eventually, Miss Hinako had found out and was sworn to secrecy which she kept until after the funeral. During the reading of his will, they found out that he was extremely wealthy as
Ranma was given an apology which explained that he wasn't a perverted old man he just acted like it and sometimes went too far. He also gave him full mastery if he banned Soun and Genma from teaching without a supervisor
Ranma and Kasumi was left 200 million yen to help with costs for home and school
Kasumi was left the deed to the Tendo property and an apology letter
Nabiki was left his stocks which were in some big companies and an apology letter
Akane was granted mastery as well IF she completed her lesson within two years
Kimiko, he left her almost 10 thousand yen for school cost
Nodoka was left a katana and an apology letter
and finally, they learned that he sent a letter to the police and the newspaper absolving Soun and Genma of all crimes as he used them as patsies

Remodelling

After Ranma and Kasumi went to the hospital, Soun called Flash Construction Company (whose motto is "When you need to rebuild in a Flash") to remodel the house making it slightly bigger by a foot or two.
The guest room or Saotome's room was turned into the Master bedroom, the closet was made slightly bigger, they soundproofed it and added a second door which lead to the secondary hall where the girl's rooms were. Kasumi's room was turned into a nursery and a motion sensor was installed in the window so that if anyone entered it they would know.
All the windows had sensors now, thanks to Kuno and Nabiki and the reason for this was precautionary, as both Ranma and Genma (mainly Genma) had made enemies and they would do anything to get leverage over Ranma
The only other current change was an upstairs half bathroom (toilet and sink) and Akane's bedroom became Kimiko's as Akane moved into Happosai's old room, after it was cleaned and sanitized, exorcised, fumigated and painted

Kasumi's Cursed

It has been three days since Ranma delivered her son and despite being able to do some exercises and learning to use a laptop, She was getting antsy. The two main reasons for this was, first she wasn't allowed visitors, (granted it was the same when Kasumi delivered so she wasn't going to complain) and the second was that they were pampering her.
Two days later she was told she and her son Taiju could go home, Kasumi arrived and they left the hotel shortly after leaving they entered the nearby park. As they, were walking Ranma finally decided to not wait any longer and asked the question that was bugging her
"Umm Kasumi?"
"Yes, Dear?"
"Why are you still using the Instant Nannichuan, not that I am complaining but?"
"But you wanted to see your wife, right?" Ranma nodded "well I was hoping you wouldn't ask that until later"
"Ranma…your not going to like this"
"Sumi, What's wrong?"
"You don't just have a wife anymore" Ranma looked at him confused then her eyes widened
"No…are…are you sure?" tears started to form
"Yes" he grabbed her hands as he stood in front of her "I don't regret this at all"
"But Sumi"
"No listen, I chose to use it, I chose to keep using it while you were pregnant. It was my choice to use the waterproof soap during your pregnancy so that you had a husband. It's just bad luck that it became permanent. I can and will live with it because I have you, my love"
"You talking like that makes me think you are wanting to start trying for a third chi…" Ranma stopped as she saw a woman looking at them and her face quickly began to match her hair "please forgive me, madam"
"It's quite alright, it's nice to see young love". They quickly headed home after that

Ranma-Kun returns

Taiju was two months old now, so Ranma went to her doctor and while there she changed into a hospital gown then changed back into a man, then back to a female.
The reason for that is so that the doctor could run a test to see if her breast milk would still produce after changing forms
While Ranma was a man again and when he spoke his voice was higher pitched than normal. He shot Kasumi a dirty look as he noticed that he was trying to keep from laughing. After the Doctor's ok he then turned back into female and told both him and the doctor that Cologne had told him that that would happen and that it would go back to normal within a month
After a month, his voice was back to normal and Ranma started teaching martial arts and working part-time at Maid-Latte but soon she found it to be too much. After talking with Satsuki Hyoudou, Ranma was allowed to have a say in her replacement and was allowed to train Misaki Ayuzawa

Kimiko's 1st Week of School

Kimiko was not too happy with having to get up early or for having to go to school (A/N: what kid ever is) after breakfast she was given her mother's elementary school hat then they took her to school. Once they arrived they wished her a good day, gave her her backpack with her school supplies in it and her Uwabaki* she then went inside
On the third day at lunchtime, Kimiko remained sitting at her desk while others went to the cafeteria, she was about to start eating when three girls came over and introduced themselves
"Hi, Yoshika Nishizumi" (Konatsu and Tsubasa's daughter)
"Hi, I'm Futaba and I'm Aoi Kagurazaka (Sayuri and Daisuke's twin son and daughter)
"Hi, Asuna Honjō" (Mousse and Yuka's daughter)
"I'm Kimiko Saotome, please to meet you. Would you like to sit?"
They pulled up two desks to her then pulled out their lunches and ate, after school (A/N: don't know if the kids volunteered or if the cleaning duties are assigned but I'm having them volunteer) they volunteered to be the Wednesday cleaners
By the end of the first week, Kimiko now enjoyed school for the most part as she had made a few friends

Akane's news

Is was Sunday supper, Ranma's parents were over (yes Genma was allowed as Nabiki was monitoring him) around the table, was Ranma, Kasumi, Kimiko, Soun, Miss Hinako, Genma, Nodoka and Akane
"Everyone I have some news" Akane, said getting everyone's attention
"What is it Akane?"
"I…I am going to be moving out"
"What? why Aunty?" Kimiko asked
"You don't have to do that Immouto"
"I do Oniichan, because of my work"
"What do you mean, Tomboy?" Akane sent him a glare then smirked as she said
"Well Baka, I am going to be voicing my character Kikyo* in an upcoming Inuyasha movie, I am also going to be playing Ami Mizuno/Sailor Mercury in the live-action Sailor Moon series"
"CONGRATULATIONS" everyone chorused
"Thanks, guys but you can't tell anyone just yet, the only reason I am telling you is because I got permission. Please promise you won't tell anyone"
"I swear on my honor, no one will find out from me"
"WE WON'T TELL ANYONE. Immouto, Honey, Akane" came from Kasumi their Father and the Saotome's
"I promise my Adult form won't tell and I promise my kid form will try not to"
"Come on you have gotten better with going full kid since Soun started helping with that"
"Yeah, but sometimes…" she trailed
"That's fine Miss" she received a glare "Hinako…sorry, it's still weird to call you by name without adding Miss first" she received a few chuckles "Kimiko what about you?" she asked only to see her fidget
"Look I know you want to tell your friends but that could cost your Aunty her career"
"I know Daddy but this huge news"
"I know that's why I am going to do something I shouldn't as it's not only poor parenting and I really don't want to bribe you. However, since this is important to your Aunt, this is a ONE time and ONLY ONE-time deal. If you can keep your Aunts secret until she says you can tell, you can have a sleepover"
"Really?" seeing his nod she said "I promise, Daddy, Aunty"

Kimiko's sleepover

Saturday evening and Kimiko was helping her mother to get the snacks ready when the doorbell rang, Ranma answered it to find the girls and their parents.
Yoshika, Aoi and Asuna went with Kimiko, while Sayuri, Daisuke, Yuka, Mousse, Konatsu and Tsubasa went and talked with her parents
A short while later the doorbell rang again and two more girls went with Kimiko while each parent went with Ranma, once she entered her room Kimiko said
"Guys this is my cousin Conditioner" they looked confused
"Kimmy-chan you know that only Mommy can call me that." she turned to the girls "I prefer to be called Brittney since I can"
Kimiko's eyes widened but before she could say anything, she transformed into a cat without water causing Kimiko to facepalm
"Brittney, turn back now or do I have to call mommy"
"Reow" she then transformed back "Sorry, Kimmy-chan"
"Aoi, Asuna, Yoshika please don't tell anyone". They looked like they were going object "we'll explain but first this is my other cousin Setsuna and no she doesn't transform like Brit"
"Umm, about that?"
Kimiko called her Dad and told him what happened and after getting them to promise not to mention it in public he told them about Jusenkyo and how when the curse is passed down they get limited control over it
After supper they watched some anime, they played bob for donuts, had a pillow fight and flashlight tag, Kimiko, Brittney and Setsuna gave a demonstration of what martial arts they have been learning from their parents

Catching up

While the girls were getting acquainted with each other Kasumi had been getting a few notes while Ranma went to answer the door, they then found out that
Mousse left the tribe, got his eyes fixed and was running Yuka's family bakery with her
Shampoo and Ukyo announced that they were expanding again but this in the states and that their husbands were currently watching the kids and the restaurant
Sayuri became a lawyer while Daisuke became a game developer
Konatsu opened a delivery service while Tsubasa became a clothes designer
"DADDY CAN YOU COME HERE PLEASE"
Shortly after the parents left, they had supper then the party started. The slumber party went on until about ten, after which Kasumi told them to try and get some sleep
A/N:
Before anyone complains about Happosai's behaviour (1) He was dying and wanted to make amends and (2) he really only ever grabbed onto a girl and only molested Ranma and Akane
/giving-birth-japan-hospital-stay/ is where I learned about the length of stay after delivery and I also read on a couple of different sites (mainly Reddit) that husbands aren't allowed to visit during the week after delivery
Uwabaki = indoor slipper that you put on when entering a school, home or some public buildings
