Chapter 18: Fishman and Humans

During the past months since Aquapad left his home island and became a member of a pirate crew due to his knowledge to get to his island.

Now after his former captain was defeated by three humans that call themselves wizards of Fairy Tail. In all his years of hearing stuff that humans did to his species he would've given into hatred but he also heard that his old friend Hatchen and the King Neptune befriended two humans. One was Dark King Rayleigh and Whitebeard one of the four Emperors or at least was one of the emperors until his death.

King Neptune was sad at the lost of his human friend, also hearing that Hatchen's old enemies the Strawhat pirates protected him and the mermaid Camie from the Celestial Dragons, realizing that as well despite the past fighting the Strawhats had against Hatchen and his former crew they helped the Octopus man.

Now Aquapad was now friends with three humans and decided to make up for the damage that he and his former crew caused by working as a shipwright crew member. He helped carry wood and all kinds of heavy stuff and so did Elfman. "I can hardly wait to tell Hatchen and the others that I made some human friends." Speaking of which he wonders how things have been going since he left Fishman Island.

Mirajane worked as the lunch lady preparing all kinds of snacks and drinks for the shipwright and workers at Galley-la with Lisanna gave bottles of water to each worker that needed some and showed the tricks she learned at former restaurant she and her sister worked at.

On break time.

The three take-over Siblings sat down a pile of stocked wood eaten sandwiches and bottles of water.

Elfman ate one of the sandwiches and grinned. "They taste super manely!" He said with a mouth full.

"Mind your manners." Lisanna sweat dropped.

Mira giggled. "If Natsu were here he would wolf the sandwiches down." Her siblings laughed but then remembered their friends. "I hope they're doing fine and that the picture we took got in the newspaper."

"Right also that if the others saw the picture in the newspaper." Elfman added.

Lisanna took out some posters of her purse. "Take a look at these." Showing the wanted posters of some of their friends.

"Wendy, Carla, Yukino, and Lucy!" Elfman exclaimed.

Seeing the number of the bounty their friends had on their heads. "That's quite the bounty they got." Lisanna commented seemingly impressed. "If Natsu sees this I know he'll try to get a bounty himself."

"Yeah he does like to show up but mostly he would try to show up to Erza." Elfman added. "In fact as long as I can remember he always tries."

Mirajane couldn't help but laugh. "That's sounds like Natsu but I'm sure he's doing fine I mean he does have Happy with him."

Lisanna looked at the sky. "Hopefully we here from Natsu and the others that are here."

Aquapad then approached them. "Hey guys." The takeover siblings smiled and waved to to the marlin fishman. "Aquapad, what's up?"

"I was just finishing some work and decided to take my break." The marlin fishman replied as he sat down. "Feels good doing some work."

Lisanna couldn't agree more on that. "Yes it can be worth it, Aquapad I have a question." The marlin fishman cocked his head to the side. "What is it?"

"Do you plan on going on home to Fishman Island?" The animal soul user asked.

Aquapad smiled and looked up at the sky. "Yes and I can hardly wait to see Hatchen and the others, you see I have some childhood friends of my own."

Elfman was interested. "What kind of Fishman are they, I mean you said that there different types of Fishman that resemble the fish and sea animals that live in the ocean."

The marlin Fishman didn't see no problem explaining. "I have four childhood friends, first one is Angel a saltwater Angelfish, she's fun but little ditzy and she's a good fighter."

Mirajane giggled. "That's cool, she must be a good fighter like you." Aquapad rubbed his head blushing at the compliment. "Uh thanks, anyway the 2nd childhood friend is Thorn a thorny Seahorse, he's good with a spear, with thorns on his body that sharp with dark tips.

Lisanna was interested. "A seahorse Fishman quite interesting."

"My third childhood friend is squid fish woman, Jula, she's is skilled with swords and knives as well as throwning them at her opponents, also she's quite cocky but is brave."

"Sounds like our Natsu." Elfman laughed.

His siblings giggled in agreement. "But this Jula sounds like a good person."

"The fourth Rena, she is hybrid human mermaid." That left the three take-over Siblings speechless. "I know let me explain her mother was a mermaid and her father was a human or so I was told but due to human blood in her genes she is able to walk on land by transforming her mermaid tail into human legs giving her the ability to walk on land."

"That's amazing." Lisanna said putting her fingers under her chin with interest.

"That's something that Levy would study." Mirajane added. "Studying about genes."

"Sounds like you got some loyal friends." Elfman commented.

"Yes though each of them were nervous to approach humans due to the horrible stuff that happened to Fisher-Tiger as well as our queen Otohime."

"Queen Otohime," Mirajane questioned.

"Yes she's the queen of Ryugu Kingdom on Fishman Island and also the wife of King Neptune, the two were so close and they have four children of their own three sons and a daughter." Aquapad's face went to sadness. "Otohime was a wise and awesome queen, she always tried to convince us to become friends with humans despite that the citizens of Fishman Island decline and fear, I think she just wanted to us to be happy without leaving in fear."

Mirajane was touched by this history. "Sounds like the queen was such a strong woman."

"Yes she has such spirit, courage, and determination." Lisanna added.

"What happened to the queen?" Elfman asked.

Aquapad put his hand on his face. "She was killed..." The three fairy tail wizards gasped in horror. "Who killed her."

Aquapad was about to answer when Paulie approached them. "Hey you four break is over let's get back to work!"

"Right we are manly!" Elfman proclaimed raising both his fists in the air.

Paulie covered his ears. "Geez so noisy."

"We'll talk about Otohime some other time." Aquapad suggested as the three Take-over siblings saw no problem in that though from the looks of it they can tell someone must've killed the queen of Fishman Island.

Paulie then turned to the three takeover siblings. "Oh you three, the ship you requested it will cost ya but we make a deal, if you help us with the ship." He turned to the two take over sisters. "If you two prepare lunches for us we can cut the price in half."

Mirajane smiled brightly at Galley's vice-president. "Paulie thank you so much." That got the man to turn his head away blushing and embarrassed. "Uh no need to get all gushy on me."

Lisanna approached the man. "Aw come on don't be shy." Paulie's eyes looked down seeing the girl wearing shorts that revealed her legs. "Hey show some decency you immorale girl!"

Elfman sighed. "This again."

Mirajane just smiled. "He's quite the shy one." Elfman just sighed again. "Well at least he's not a pervert."

Aquapad saw how lively his human friends were. "Hmm those guys are fun to have around I can't wait to tell my friends back at home about this."

Fishman Island.

Hatchen was resting at Camie's house. "I hope the Strawhats get here soon."

Camie came out with a cup of tea. "Don't worry I'm sure they'll be here someday."

Jimbei was at the sea forest and sitting in a cross position. "Only two months until Luffy and his crew reunite at Sabaody." The memories of his time with Luffy and the prisoners of Impel Down flowed through his mind but the memory of losing Ace got to his head. "Ace, I hope you're resting in peace now that your brother is moving forward and we shall keep you in our memories."

At Fishman district.

"I hope Aquapad is doing fine."

Angel

Saltwater Angel Fish-Woman

A fish woman that had red thin hair style, she wore a pink breast brand and torn jeans, and wore no foot wear. Her face was almost fish, but her facial features were beautiful and her lips were a shell-pinkish color. She had breasts that were cup size 34.

"I'm sure he's fine he's a tough guy." A sea horse fishman was doing some swings with a spear. He wore a black jacket with and had orange hair. His tail was curled up and sky blue.

"I hope to see if I can beat him this time in a brawl!"

Jula

Squid-Fish Woman

The squid woman was sharping her swords with a stone, she had dark trendy long hair. She wore a green tank top and had blue short pant trousers and she had big breasts that were a size 32.

"I just hope Aquapad gets here safely without running to other pirates roaming around."

Rena

Hybrid Human Mermaid.

She wore a dark red bikini top that covered her large breasts that were a size 36 and had a pink water lily that was on the left part of her head and had red lips. Her hair was dark red that went down to her lower back.

"I'm sure he's fine though I wished we could've went with him." Thorn said looking a little sad.

"We didn't want to go because he'd asked us to look after the island while he was gone." Thorn and the other three looked at Jula. "Though he knew that we were a little nervous to meet humans."

"However I think its worth the risk." Rena said. "I mean the Strawhats rescued Camie and Hatchen from getting taken by the Celestial Dragons."

"Perhaps but we'll have to wait and see." Angel added. "Jimbei said that the Strawhats would be here in two years so we must give them a chance."

Out on the ocean.

Natsu, Happy, and their new friend Fujika arrived at Pucci Island. "So this is Pucci?" Natsu questioned.

"Yes its one of the island cities that is connected to Water 7 by the Sea Train." The amazon girl replied. "As soon as we arrive there we'll get a bite to eat and then we'll head to the Sea train station."

Natsu grinned. "I can hardly wait to-"

BRUUUUUUUUUU

"I'm getting hungry."

BRUUUUUUUUUU

"Aye sir." Happy said putting his paws on his stomach. "I could chow on a raw fish about now."

Fujika took out the sea sick pills. "Be sure to take these after lunch so you can enjoy a ride on the Sea Train." Natsu felt a little uneasy at that but shook it off. "Well as long as the medicine doesn't wear off any sooner than I'll be fine."

At navy headquarters.

Akainu was having a word with Gray.

In the past months Gray was promoted to Vice-Admiral due to his victory over a powerful pirate and after that accomplishment he took down other pirates and saved a more people. "Vice-Admiral Gray Fullbuster and Miyoko, your assignment is to go to Pucci one of the Celestial Dragons is going to be there for a little tour around the city island and everything goes smoothly then famous Celestial Dragons shall award you with money and we'll raise your rank by one."

Gray bowed his head. "Understood sir."

Miyoko nodded. "Right sir."

The Celestial Dragons were riding on their special kind of ship.

Carloss was in his room. "Man, I can hardly wait to see what slaves or women I shall get my hands on." Snout was coming out of his nose as he sniffed. "Hey!" A servant approached the noble. "Yes sir,"

"Have room service prepare me some sandwiches!" The lazy Celestial Dragon ordered loudly.

"Of course as you wish." The servant bowed his head and walked out of the room.
