Chapter 34: The Discussion

3 days later.

In the Sabaody.

Nami arrived sneaking around some alleyways. "Man, I hope the others are here." She wondered.

On another part of the island.

Usopp was lurking around while under a fake barrel with eye holes, a smirk formed on his face. "Glad I got myself in shape again." His body got some muscles, he got even taller than ever. "I can't wait to show the others how much I improved."

As for Fairy Tail and their friends escaped from Water 7.

Kizaru was back on the ship under the control of Vice-Admiral Nicholas and his team, reporting the news to Navy Headquarters.

T Bone, Shu, and the new CP9 agent team were left at the hospital in Water 7, with serious injures from their fight.

At Water 7,

Maru and her servant Yamen stayed at the Franky Family's house, since the navy was still outside the island.

"Ma'am, should we go home?" Yamen asked.

"Not until the navy leaves, but in the meantime..." Maru began to say as a bright smile appeared on her head holding up a mug of ginger ale. "I'd like to get know our new friends!"

Zambai and his friends cheered with mugs in their hands. "YEAH!"

At Marineford Headquarters.

Brannew was at the conference hall with some navy officers.

"This is an outrage!" He shouted slamming his hand on the calendar. "Not only, did one of our powerful soldiers oppose the Celestial Dragon, but then a pinkette boy makes a mockery of us!"

The marine that was saved by Natsu, stood in silence, he was still stunned that he was still alive, however, thanks to Garp, his attempts to flee were looked over for now.

Doberman was in the room too. "Yes, not only that." He picked up a new wanted poster. "This young man, his name is Sting, the White Dragon Slayer, from what Kizaru's report said, that he was able to touch him without Haki."

"Yes..." Vice-Admiral Onigumo said with a grim look on his face. "To think a young lad like him was able to send Admiral Kizaru to the ground."

"Yes, he might be just as powerful Marco the Phoneix too," Strawberry added.

Momonga was sitting down in a cross-legged position.

"Right, but for now, we need to make sure they don't make it through Sabaody," The dark red-haired Vice-Admiral suggested. "No doubt, they'll stick around on the island."

Akainu was standing in the far back.

"Right, so, we'll have Kizaru's nephew Sentomaru keep an eye out or at least send a scout to the island to keep an eye out."

"What about the new marines that were at Water 7?" Dalmatian asked.

"They're recovering for the time being, but, they'll be back to work as soon as they heal," Brannew replied. "Also, there's these two!"

Two wanted posters of Pango, Gildarts and Aquapad.

"As you know Minks are creatures from the New World, not sure why one is lurking around the Grand Line, but, they're creatures that shouldn't be taken lightly."

"Right, there were three more spotted on Saboady too," Dalmatian stated.

Then the Commodore stick another wanted poster on the chart. "This is a Fishman, this bastard was able to destroy Kizaru's navy ship, though only a few men had minor injures, but that Fishman was able to destroy a ship in two!"

"To think another Fishman is hanging around the Grand Line, quite the troublesome creature," Doberman groaned.

"Not only that, a man that resembles the Emperor Red-Haired Shanks appears," Vice-Admiral Strawberry added.

"Additionally, that man was able to take down John Giant in one attack too," Momonga stated with a troublesome look.

"Does this mean, this Gildarts is Shank's twin brother?" YamaKaji wondered.

"Either way, that doesn't matter, the world will surely know of this unexpecting turn, for now, Gildarts is a wanted criminal now!" Brannew stated.

"So, now what?" A navy soldier asked.

"Right, now, we'll have Sentomaru and his men keep a sharp eye for anything they see, once they get a report, they'll engage in a battle, and bring these new wanted generation scum justice!" Akainu proclaimed. "So, make sure to not let your guard down or to engage in battle, we must get the drop on them."

"Yes, sir!" The marines saluted.

On the Grand Line.

The Fairy Tail wizards and their friends met on the main deck, to have a meeting.

Mira, Lisanna, and Elfman were done making a big feast.

"So yummy!" Natsu munched down a few chicken wings.

Happy was chowing on a raw fish. "Fishy yummy!"

Pango was eating a steak. "So good!"

Aquapad was eating grilled fish. "Your cooking is delicious!"

Millianna was hugging Carla and Lily. "Kitty, kitty, meow!" She cooed.

Happy was relieved that he snuck away when she was looking. "Geez, glad I got away."

Gajeel was eating some nails and other iron stuff. "Mmm... Not bad..."

Makarov rose a mug with whisky. "A toast to our victory and escape from the navy!"

"Yeah!" His children and their friends roared out in a cheery tone.

Laxus was eating with his team.

"This beef stew and lemonade are good!" Bickslow munched and drank a glass of lemonade. "Right babies!"

"Right, right!" The dolls chanted.

Freed was eating a chicken salad and tea. "It's been a while since we had a feast together."

"I wish our other friends were here," Levy sighed feeling a little bad.

"Come on short stuff, don't get all gloomy," Gajeel said patting her on the back.

But the pat was little rough that it made her cough out her lemonade. "Poow!" The Solid Script user coughed. "Hey, careful!"

Lily chuckled at the scene.

Lucy was eating a chicken salad and cupcakes. "So good!" She chowed down.

"Careful, you'll get fat with that food," Natsu joked.

Bonk Bonk

"Can't you stop being a jerk for once!" Lucy shouted comically with her teammate knocked out with red lumps on his head.

"Scary..." Pango shivered comically.

"Aye..." Happy said hiding behind the panda mink's back.

Sting and Lector were eating together.

"So good!"

"Yeah, what is more good that you kicked the Admiral's butt!" Lector praised with a proud smile.

Rouge smiled a little. "Yeah, you sure have come a long way as Guild Master,"

"Yeah, Rogue is right," Frosch agreed.

Sting was happy to hear that. "Yes, but, I don't want to let my guard down."

"Perhaps, Natsu can learn something from you," Makarov joked with a laugh.

"Stop picking on me!" Natsu whined comically.

Laxus walked over to Gildarts. "Hey, old timer..." The other S-Class wizard glanced at the guild master's grandson. "I never got the chance to thank you for bringing me back as a member of Fairy Tail... So thank you."

A small smile formed on Crush Mage user's face. "Your welcome, Laxus Dreyar."

Erza was eating a strawberry cake. "Yum..." She cooed with a tasty expression on her face.

Miyaka was eating a chicken salad and a glass of water. "Mmm... Quite delicious."

Fujika was eating some chicken wings and a green salad. "I admit this food is better than I thought."

Her pet snake was eating some raw meatballs and eggs. "Ssss..." The snake hissed with delight.

Wendy chowing on two hot beef and cookies. "So yummy..." She munched with delight.

"Child, be careful, what you eat..." Carla lectured. "Remember what Susanoo told you."

"Don't worry, I'm going to eat a salad," The sky dragon slayer replied, showing her partner a fruit salad.

Carla sighed. "I suppose this alright, but still watch what you eat."

Kagura was eating grilled fish, strawberry cake, and a glass of water. "So good..." She said feeling so alive, then she realized the reaction she made. "Wow, that was embarrassing..."

Evergreen was having an egg salad with a glass of water and chicken wings. "So good, I need some protein anyway, with this egg salad, I should be healthy still."

Elfman was holding a large chicken wing. "Manly meat!"

"Give me!" Natsu said bouncing in the large white-haired man's direction.

In a second, Elfman moved the plate with the large chicken wing away as Natsu landed on his face. "Ow..."

"That's what you get for trying to take someone's food, you moron," Gray muttered.

"What'd you call me!" Natsu shouted abruptly standing back on his feet.

"You got a problem?!" Gray growled as he and his rival collided their foreheads against each other.

"Problem boys?" Erza questioned in a venomous tone.

"No ma'am!" The two panicked in terror.

Gildarts was having more red whine. "As much as I like a drink..." He then burst into tears. "I really want to see my daughter again!"

"It's alright, I heard she's on Sabaody with Juvia, Akame, and Leone," Lucy informed.

"Oh, those new recruits," Makarov said. "Which reminds, once I get to meet them, I have a few questions for them."

Some of the Fairy Tail wizards were nervous, realizing that their gramps must've found out about the three girls being former assassins.

"For now, let's continue on the party!" The old geezer stated holding a mug.

The feast continued for half a half-hour.

Makarov then decided to make an announcement. "Alright, now that the feast is done, we need to discuss something!"

Everyone looked at the Fairy Tail guild master, or rather former, for now.

"I want to know what you, my children have been up to while you guys were in this world?" The old geezer wondered.

"We've been traveling through this ocean called the Grand Line," Erza answered. "Before Laxus and his team along with Gajeel, Levy, and Lily found us, we end up on an island, the village that found us was in Cocoyashi."

"Cocoyashi..." Aquapad said in surprise.

"You know that village?" Mest asked.

Aquapad sighed. "Yes, that's where Arlong used to live when he invade there."

"Arlong, you know that Fishman?" Erza asked suddenly remembering the evil Fishman's name.

"Yes, I have known about him since I was a child, he was an insane Fishman, he kept going on about taking over humans," Aquapad replied. "As far as I can remember as a child, he hated them, he always thought our race would overrule the humans, but instead he got his ass kicked by one."

"A human defeated Arlong... What is someone named Luffy?" Erza guessed.

"Yes, I was told that he was defeated by a pirate named Monkey D. Luffy and his friends," Aquapad confirmed.

Miyaka has then remembered something. "Wait, do you know of Fishman named Fisher Tiger?"

Everyone was confused except for the Take-Over Siblings and Fire Dragon Slayer, hearing that name caught Aquapad's attention. "You met him before?"

"Well, I never got the chance to talk to him but, he saved me when I was a child, back on the time he invaded the land of Mary Geoise and attacked a Celestial Dragon, he helped me when one of those nobles tried to take me away," Miyaka replied as her voice was quite shaken.

Gray remembered that as he eyed at Aquapad

"So this is guy knows the Fishman that saved her from Charloss,"

"Also, I'm sorry about what happened to him," Miyaka bowed in apologetic. "I heard he was shot down after bringing a little girl to her village, that must hurt you badly."

Aquapad was silent for a moment, but then he smiled. "Thank you, I never thought I'd meet someone grateful to Fisher Tiger, I'm sure he'd be happy to know that a human girl that was almost taken as a slave owes him a lot."

Miyaka smiled with tears. "Thank you..."

"Fisher Tiger is a real man!" Elfman cried out in tears.

"Yeah, he's like he only doing for what was right, even saving some human slaves," Gildarts said with a smile.

"I bet, he's amazing fighter too," Natsu added.

"Sounds like Fisher Tiger is someone I can respect," Gajeel said. "As far as I tell, these Celestial Dragons only care about themselves, not giving a crap about what they do.

Natsu sneered at that reminder. "Yeah, I'm glad that I got to kick the ass of a perverted one."

"Don't forget, I kicked Charloss' butt too," Gray reminded his rival.

Erza clapped her hands. "We're getting off the topic, so." She took out a map of the Grand Line. "I was giving a map from the mayor Iceburg and this log pose."

Lucy observed the log pose. "This is like a compass, but it's used when sailing through the oceans, that's what Nojiko from Cocoyashi village mentioned."

"That's right, it detects the magnetism whichever is stronger, the needle will point in the right direction," Erza explains as she placed on the map on the round table in the center. "Now, here's Water 7, right now we'll be heading in the direction where Saboady is."

"That's where the rest of our friends are!" Wendy squealed on the verge of tears. "I can't wait to see them!"

"Come on, don't cry," Lily said.

"Anyway, one thing more thing," Erza said. "Makarov, as you probably heard Tartaros is still around, you remember when we escaped from one of the Spriggan Twelve, do you?"

Makarov nodded his head.

"I know this may sound insane, but they might be in this world," Erza theorized. "They are probably somewhere on the Grand Line, or least that would the case,"

"Right, we haven't seen or heard about them, not even in the newspaper," Laxus added.

"So, could they have died in the Grand Line somewhere?" Bickslow wondered.

"I don't know about that, but for now, we can assume that they survived somehow and is now somewhere on Sabaody, or somewhere else," Erza said with a shrug.

Makarov then sighed. "Tartaros is gone, so I don't think finding them now is necessary, but, from what Mest told me after you guys disappeared, I realize that they could be hiding somewhere."

"Excuse me, what is this Tartaros?" Aquapad asked.

"It's a dark guild, but with Demons, no humans," Makarov answered with his eyes closed. "You see they were created by the Black Wizard Zeref."

"A human created these Demons?!" Pango exclaimed in shock.

"Yes, for what reason, that's a long story, but for now, we must continue and get to Sabaody, but we must keep a low profile," Erza suggested.

"Right, no doubt, the navy is going to be on the lookout for us," Sting said.

"Yeah, I mean being lectured by the magic council is one thing, but getting chased by the authorities is another," Lector added. "I have a feeling things are going to get crazy."

"So in the meantime, I'll be on the lookout post, once I see Sabaody, I'll sound the signal," Erza informed. "Once we arrive there like I said we need to keep a low profile."

The scarlet-haired wizard then glared at a certain pinkette boy. "Am I clear, Natsu?"

The fire dragon slayer rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah."

"Anyway, for now, the rest of you get some rest, I'll take on the lookout post for three hours, then Makarov, you'll be next on the lookout," Erza said looking at the small old mage.

Makarov nodded in agreement.

"Don't worry, Cana, daddy is coming for you!" Gildarts cried out.

"Geez, he's got to be such so touchy feely," Lucy said chuckled awkwardly.

"That's Gildarts for ya," Happy added.

At Sabaody.

Shakky's bar.

The bar had opened, Akame and Juvia arrived doing their duties.

Akame was cooking some meals.

Juvia was taking some orders from Duval and his men.

"You and the girls look swell as ever!" The Fish Rider leader smiled though his smile was still off.

"Uhh... thank you," Juvia chuckled awkwardly.

"Such a great waitress you are, Juvie!" The other fish riders said in unison.

"Umm, please don't call me that again," The water mage said little creeped out, she hasn't been called out that in years, the last man that called her that was Lyon from Lamia Scale.

Then later two of the minks showed up.

Usagi had a carrot soup with a side of carrot juice. "This is good." He praised with a small smile. "I can see why you were the cook in your group "Night Raid"."

The black-haired teen smiled a little. "Thanks."

Tigress was eating a plate of chicken wings. "Quite the tasty meat!" She said, showing a new demeanor

"Is she making a yummy expression?" Juvia questioned in surprise, knowing the Tigress was a female that acted tough and serious.

Cana chuckled. "You learn something new every day."

Leone was drinking with Duval and his friends. "A toast to Zoro, and Franky's return!" She was getting drunk.

At the corner of Duval's eyes, he got a closer view of the blond assassin's big breasts. "That's quite the knockers you got."

Bonk

"Pervert," Leone huffed.

"Ow..." The fish rider leader groaned seemingly knocked out with a red lump on his head.

"Easy, he's still recovering!" Juvia panicked reminding the blond doesn't like perverts.

Akame just smiled. "He's quite like Lubbock... Though his smile is crooked."

"Anyway, let's keep going!" Leone cheered. "Get drunk!"

"That's my music to my ears!" Cana said in a drunken tone. "By the way, where is that hunk Zoro?"

"He was bored, so he went to take a walk," Rayleigh answered before taking a sip of whisky.

"Aw, that's too bad, I hope he returns so we drink and maybe more," Cana said in a dirty tone.

Leone grinned. "You're not too shy, are you?"

Shakky giggled. "I guess these ladies are willing to find a man."

"Where is Temukai?" Tigress asked.

"Oh, he went to talk a walk too," Usagi answered. "He also bored, but I think he'll be fine."

"Where is that cyborg dude Franky?" Duval wondered.

"He went to buy some supplies for the Sunny, after that he'll check on the ship again," Rayleigh said taking another sip of whisky. "The Sunny still needs to protect even with Kuma gone."

In another part of Sabaody.

Chelsea was in a bar, disguised as the Fake Brook, and was with the Fake Straw hats.

"So, do you know that we're still waiting for the recruits," Fake Luffy asked his crew.

"Yes, captain," Fake Nami answered.

"Right, I heard we get some good heavy hitters, surely they'll be here in a few days," Fake Sniper King informed.

"Yeah, also, I shall remind you, if anything goes wrong, then I shall use this..." Fake Luffy held in his fingers a syringe.

Fake Brook(Chelsea in disguise)looked closely at what the faker was holding. "No... that can't be..."

"Thanks to the freaky guy's little liquid thing, the navy shall fall at our feet, once I use this, they'll all die!" Fake Luffy proclaimed with a wide grin.

Sniper King, Fake Nami, and Fake Franky laughed along.

Chelsea became concerned at what the Fake Luffy was holding. "Where'd that imposter get that kind of syringe?" She wondered then a thought clicked her head.

"Dr. Stylish had that kind of syringe, however, I can't be sure," Chelsea thought, knowing she had to find out more. "Excuse me, captain, did you get a look at this stranger's face?"

"Huh?" Fake Luffy wondered. "Oh, Nah, I didn't get a good look at the mystery guy, but I think he had sharp teeth or something when some of the sun's light shined his hood a little."

That wasn't enough detail, so Chelsea knew she was still in the dark, but began to plot more by playing along with the fake Straw hats, figuring if she sticks with them more often, then she can find out more info.

"Anyway, Yo-ohohoh!" Chelsea said trying to imitate Brook's unique laugh. "so what is our next move captain?"

"For now, it'll be a few days later before our recruits arrive, so, we'll keep taking a tour, once our new members arrive, Sanji, Zoro, Chopper, and Robin will inform us," Fake Luffy announced. "So, let's continue to spread terror throughout this dump!"

"Yeah!" The fake Straw hats cheered except for Chelsea.

"Also, Brook, scout around for anything navy soldiers, we can't let them know we're here," Fake Luffy ordered.

"Yes sir," Fake Brook saluted and ran off.

Island Ruskaina

A little snow was slowly falling on the island.

The Kuja Pirates finally arrived there too.

Marguerite was the first to search the island. "Luffy, Luffy!" She called out.

"Yeah, I'm coming!"

Luffy approached the large mushroom where he placed Shank's hat. "2 years already..." He took hold of the hat.

Now the Fairy Tail and their friends make their way to Saboady to pick up the rest of last remaining friends, while some of the Straw hats made it, while others have not...yet, also the fake Strawhats are plotting to recruit new members, the question is how things will fold out on Sabaody later, find out next time.
