Chapter 35: Fake Strawhat's Terror
A few days ago.
Margurite was looking for Luffy, then she came across a large alligator and gorilla, both animals were fighting over the large chunk of meat.
The blonde amazon girl gazed at the two animals for a moment until a large lion approached her.
Scared, she pulled out her bow and arrow, preparing to aim, the lion approached the girl closely and snarled at her.
"Hey... A voice said.
The three animals froze in fear as Luffy walked in their direction. "Find someone else to eat, she's my friend..."
He gave a glare to the three animals which made them flinch in fear, nodding at their boss.
Marguerite was relieved that she didn't have to fight for the moment. "Luffy, the ship is ready, give the word and we'll be off."
Boa Hancock and the rest of the Kuja Pirates showed up too.
"I should've known..."
"He's the boss of the island now..."
The three large beasts were happy to see their boss. "Yeah... though I can't eat them since we're friends... they seem pretty yummy though."
Boa Hancock started to act all bashful as she usually does around her man. "Don't worry about food, I prepared your favorites." She placed her hand on her cheek while blushing. "If you don't mind, we could get married right away too."
Luffy shrugged before he turned around to face the snake princess; "I'll pass on the marriage, but thanks for the food."
"Oh, cold as ever yet my heart is on fire!" Hancock swooned.
"I heard that Rayleigh landed in a few months ago on Sabaody, so I assume he's still there waiting for you," An amazon spoke.
"Right, we only did the basics, now that's left is the say good-bye to my friends..." Luffy turned around to look at the large animals. "So long you guys..." He placed the straw hat on his head with a huge grin on his face. "Time to go."
"Also, I got some information about the new rookies including Natsu Dragneel..." Hancock informed.
"Yeah, I saw heard about that," Luffy said. "But I'd like to hear about it once we set sail."
"Right away!" Hancock cooed.
Several days pass.
Zoro arrived on the island, Franky arrived a few days later.
Nami arrived on the island another few days later, then she decide to get some new detail after witnessing more thugs and pirates hanging around Sabaody.
Brook arrived and was in Grove 33, and preparing for his final concert.
The Navigator went to a bar to find some juicy details, she went to the bartender while drinking a glass of red wine.
"Navy Q has relocated..." The bartender informed.
Nami was already getting interested. "Did they?"
"Yeah, they traded locations with the branch one, they moved them to the other side of the Red Line," The bartender explained. "Their new Fleet Admiral is cockier than Sengoku was, he moved into the Emperor's territory, not scared to stare down the toughest pirates there."
Nami was getting more interested than ever, the bartender wasn't finished though. "The upside he keeps out our business, but on the downside is that more criminals show up here these days."
"Ah, after seeing more thugs around, I figured something was going on," Nami said, remembering countless thugs brawling at each other.
She took a sip of red wine, then a man began to speak with his friends. "Hey, did you hear, quite the shocker!"
Nami didn't look at the group, but she did listen carefully. "I had to do a double-take, but it looks like the Strawhats are back!"
"I never heard of them dying or anything, but two years is long for someone to up and disappear," Another man said.
"Either way looks like they're back and wanted to recruit more members,"
"Makes sense, on the count of their crew is small,"
'Sounds like fun, I think I'd make a great Straw hat pirate, right?"
"Fat chance, those guys are way out your league man,"
"Geez, you got to be so cruel about it,"
Just then the doors to the bar opened, as the customers, even the bartender froze in fear.
The Strawhats or rather fake Strawhats entered the bar with creepy smirks on their faces.
"Ha, ha, ha, grandpa, we're thirsty, so get us a table!" Fake Luffy called out.
"Yes, sir!" The bartender obeyed.
In amusement park of Grove 33
Brook was getting ready for his concert, he was in the dressing room, sitting on a stool, having a chat with the long-arm tribe leader, who became his manager along with two other long-arm tribesmen.
"Do you hear that, the crowd loves you!" The long-arm tribesman leader said greatly excited. "They call "The Soul King", such a title since you've become more famous during your tour."
"Yes, I intend to make this show something they can truly remember!" Brook stated.
"Of course, also the sale rates have gone through the roof!" His manager said cupping his hands together. "Hear that crowd, they love ya!"
Brook stood up from the stool. "Yes, boss man, but one more thing..." The skeleton musician turned to face his manager. "I got something heavy to lay on ya."
The manager turned around still having the excited look on his face. "I'm all ears..."
A short time later.
Brook got on stage and prepared to sing, then the spotlights shined on him.
The audience cheered as the Soul King began to sing, everyone felt the energy flow through them once the skeleton sang.
Though his manager along with his men wasn't too thrilled. "Brook, I'll strangle your skeleton neck..." He growled. "I ain't going to let you walk all over me!"
Sanji eventually arrived on the island.
Several cross-dressers were standing behind him.
"I never thought I'd miss this place, but I'm sure glad to back..." The pirate chief said quietly.
There were a few women, actual ones, he scanned them with his lover boy eyes. "Women... Real women, not cross-dressing dudes, REAL WOMEN!"
The female citizens nearby heard the chef's shouting, a little weirded out.
Tears of joy fell from Sanji's eyes. "No hair legs, no big chin, just gorgeous women, oh yeah, I need ladies!" He ran towards the women, but they fled in terror.
"Sanji!" A Newkama that had shiny blond hair called out which made the chef stop in his tracks. "I'm afraid this is where we part, but hopefully, we'll meet again."
The Newkama blew a kiss which made Sanji's skin crawl and he turned around. "I hope not, but thanks for the ride and say hi to Ivan for me!"
With that, Sanji ran off, as the Newkama's gazed at the cook. "Like they say "If a boy hits on a girl he has a crush on her"
"Ain't that truth," A dark brown-haired Newkama agreed.
"We know you'll return to us someday!" An orange-haired Newkama cooed.
Sanji didn't hear that, he was dreaming of seeing Nami and Robin, mostly he hoped to see the girl Chelsea that landed on the Kingdom of Newkama.
Temukai was walking around. "Snort...snort... I wonder if the Straw hats will be here soon," Then he stepped on a few wanted posters. "A wanted poster, who's the new wanted this time now?" He picked them up, one familiar face caught his attention.
His eyes widened in shock, the face was Pango. "Pango the Kung-Fu Panda, Bounty: 228,000,000 berries!" He couldn't believe it, his friend was still alive. "I need to report this to Usagi and Tigress!"
In a flash, he dashed off to Shakky's bar.

At the bar, the Fake Strawhats were approached by a pirate, who wanted to join them, only to be shot on the spot.
The pirate fell on the floor in pain.
The customers flinched in fear and the bartender shivered at the sight.
"You want to join us, well too bad, you ain't nothing of our interest, so pack it up and get lost," Fake Luffy said cruelly.
"Yeah, we're in a league of our own, so you're wasting your breath," Fake Franky chuckled with a smirk.
"Such a chum like you doesn't deserve to be a member of our crew," Fake Nami added.
"Such a monster," A customer whispered nervously.
"Anyway, how many recruits do we have now?" Fake Luffy asked.
"About 100 last time I checked," Fake Franky answered. "Three whole crews joined along with ten guys that were going solo, not only that they got some good bounties too."
That made the Fake Luffy smirk with interest. "I know two of them, they're high profiled rookies that joined at the same time, there's Wet-Haired Caribou and his partner blood splatted Carobu, they along with other pirate captains have bounties are worth ten and ninety hundred million."
Nami was listening to this, she hasn't fooled that man wasn't her friend, but the people were convinced easily.
"Hey, grandpa, bring another round!" The Fake Luffy ordered.
"Yes, sir!" The bartender jumped and prepared more drinks.
Then the imposter noticed Nami. "Hey, baby, you feeling lonely, come over and sit with us."
Nami just let out a sigh. "Thanks, but, no thanks, I'm waiting for a friend,"
The customers and bartender flinched in fear, knowing what will happen.
"This is about to get ugly." A man whimpered in fear.
"Umm... excuse me, do you realize who that is?" The bartender asked.
Nami didn't answer, but the imposter Luffy didn't take her reply well, but then Sniper King laughed in amusement. "Waiting for a friend you say, I bet your friend would piss his pants the moment he met our captain, come on, drink with some real men!"
Nami turned her head looking over the imposters like she wasn't amused. "I'm gonna only say this once... you take your offer and shove it because I'm out of your league."
The customers and bartender flinched in fear, even more, knowing what the girl was doing were not good.
Fake Luffy stood up from his seat, looking angry. "I'm Straw hat, you wench!"
The bartender knew what danger the girl was getting in. "Please miss, apologize for your safety."
Nami just turned her head away.
Fake Luffy then took out a pistol as someone entered the bar, that's when the imposter pointed his gun at the girl. "Nobody disrespects me..."
Fake Nami placed her hand on the gun. "Let me handle this..." She took the pistol walking over to the real Nami. "Har, har, you think you're so cute..."
Fake Nami stood closer to the real Nami and pointed the gun at her head. "So let me make this clear, either you go with captain Luffy or you die, as you probably can see, I'm the Navigator Nami, so what will it be?"
"Special Attack: Green Star Devil!"
Just then a seed was fired directly at the fake Nami, then plants sprouted from the floor, capturing the imposters at once and holding them in the air.
"Captain, help me!" Fake Nami pleaded.
"What is this thing?" Fake Franky wondered in fright.
"A giant plant..?" The real Nami wondered.
"Hey, beautiful, can I buy you a drink?" A voice asked.
The real Nami turned where the voice came from, there was the real Usopp who had some muscles. "AH!" She squealed in delight.
The navigator hugged the long-nose man, burying his face in her breasts. "Look at you, those muscles, that hair, you tough guy!"
"Uhh... nice to see you too..." Usopp said in a muffled tone.
"Wait, that chick was waiting for that long-nose geek?" Fake Franky asked in surprise.
"Are these special moves?" Nami asked gesturing towards the large plant.
"Yeah, that is a new kind of seeds called Pop Greens," Usopp replied proudly. "Needless to say, I wasn't just sitting my tailpipe for the past 2 years, I'm not part of the weak trio like you and Chopper are, I'm no longer going to run, I'm a real warrior now."
"Uhh, sir, whatever you did, can you undo it?" The fake sniper asked.
Usopp was in disbelief of who he was seeing. "What the Sniper King, but how?"
"Forget him, we need to go, besides we need to discuss something," Nami insisted as she took hold of the man's wrist.
"Hey!" Fake Luffy shouted, which Usopp noticed.
"Luffy?!"
"Let's just go!" Nami demanded.
"Wait miss, you didn't pay your tab!" The bartender called.
A small bag of money was thrown at the bartender.
Just then bubbles with black clouds started to hover above the Strawhat imposters. "Crap, they're making fools of us, shoot them down!" Fake Luffy commanded.
Fake Sniper King took out a pistol but the bullet missed hitting the doors. "Damn..."
"Uhh, guys, what are those weird bubble things?" Fake Nami asked.
Fake Luffy noticed the bubbles too, then looked up where they were going, a big cloud was appearing above. "I have a feeling things aren't going to be pretty."
BOOM BOOM BOOM
Thunder sounds were heard in the large black cloud, then lightning soon covered the entire bar as Usopp and Nami were leaving.
"I picked up some new moves myself."
"You show off, can't you let me be cool for once?"
As soon as the lightning vanished, the bar was shown to be damaged, nearby citizens stared at the burned bar, wondering what happened.
Just then the doors were pushed down by Fake Luffy, who looked steamed.
"Cough...cough...cough..." Fake Luffy coughed.
He and his crew members were burned by the lightning blast, he gritted his teeth. "Who do those people think they are, hunt down those bastards and murder them."
At G1
The word of Strawhats got to the marine, two marines reported to a navy officer.
"What, you're saying that the Strawhats have returned?" The marine officer asked.
"Yes sir, the word is that they're recruiting new members before they enter the New World!" A soldier explained.
"I had a feeling they were still, alive, is there anything on those Fairy Pirates?" The marine officer asked.
"No sir, not yet," The 2nd marine replied shaking his head.
"Either way, report this to headquarters, get anyone that's available at once and they have the search the Archipelago!"
"Sir!" The two marines saluted.
Out on the seas and not too far away from the island of Sabaody.
Fairy Tail and their new friends having breakfast.
"Mirajane, you make a delicious meal!" Natsu said hogging up some bacon.
"Gee, leave some us, pyro boy," Gajeel mumbled annoyingly.
"What'd you say, nail face!?"
"You heard, punk!"
"Problem you two?" A voice asked in a venomous tone.
Natsu stuttered comically while freezing up. "No ma'am!"
Gajeel turned his head away. "I'm fine..."
"Anyway, what is our next move, I mean besides looking for our friends in Sabaody," Carla asked.
Erza then put her fork on her plate. "Glad you asked, after discussing history about Sabaody, I learned there's an old man named Rayleigh,"
"Why are do we need to for an old man?" Gray asked.
"Because the old man can do something for our ship?" Everyone Aquapad, who spoke. "See the old man is named Rayleigh, he's a former pirate, he's also a skill of putting a special kind of coating on our ship, it's the bubbles like the ones on Sabaody."
"Right, I also heard you come from an island called: Fishman Island," Lily inquired.
"Correct, I never told you guys of my reasons for leaving Fishman Island, I didn't stay there because I was scared of humans, I did, because..." He paused for a minute as an image of Hammond came to his head. "There's a Fishman I knew who liked causing problems, but when I heard my Hatchen was saved by Strawhat Luffy and his crew, I wanted to thank him."
"That's right, Aquapad told us, that his kind was also looked down on by humans, they were seen as nothing but fish, which caused them being treated cruelly," Lisanna informed.
Hearing that detail was quite shocking and also sad. "That's rough..." Natsu said feeling a bit bad for the Marlin Fishman.
"That's just like our kind," Carla said, remembering that in Edolas, humans treated the Exceed race like dirt, but learned to get along with them.
"Aye, but I think Fishman or mermaids aren't different from us," Lucy spoke, getting her friends to look at her. "I mean, they went through tragic times, like us, honestly, Aquapad is a good guy, he helped in the escape from Admiral Kizaru."
Sting smiled brightly. "Yeah, I think he and any friends of his would make an excellent Sabertooth Wizard."
"Hold on, he and his friends are joining Fairy Tail!" Natsu yelled.
"I don't recall you asking him to join your guild!" Sting growled as he and his rival pressed their foreheads together. "Either way, he's going to be a member of Sabertooth!"
"No, Fairy Tail!" Natsu argued.
"Sabertooth!" Sting argued back.
"YOU TWO SHUT UP!" Erza roared out in a demonic tone.
"AAAHHHH!" The two dragon slayers comically screamed.
"That's Erza for ya, meow," Millianna giggled with a meow.
Aquapad chuckled a bit, but what made him happy was that he was being offered to join one of their guilds, he couldn't wait to introduce them to his friends.
"Anyway, once we get to Sabaody, we'll search for our friends, into separate groups," Erza said, taking out a piece of paper. "I shall write down what teams we should form together."
Levy then tapped on her shoulder. "Umm... Excuse me, Erza, I'm sorry to interrupt, but, maybe, I should write down the groups, because... your writing..."
Lector almost forgot that. "Yeah, your writing is kind of off..."
"Yeah, remember that Yukino tried to read the letter you wrote to us, but she passed out," Frosch added.
Yukino felt a little embarrassed about that, but mostly because it was mentioned to Erza.
"Anyway, let Levy write down the groups and each member for them," Rouge suggested.
Erza was seemingly embarrassed but held in any embarrassment that was building inside her. "Sure... it's no problem."
Then a Newscoo was flying over their ship and dropped eight new bounties. "New wanted posters?" Lucy wondered, she picked up the posters, and as soon as she looked at them, she let out a loud gasp.
"What is it?" Erza asked noticing her friend's reaction.
Shank's Lost Brother Gildarts
Bounty: 500,000,000 Berries
Gildart's picture was shown raising his fist with a smirk.
"Brother, Shanks, who is that?" He wondered in confusion.
Sting the Light Dragon
Bounty: 450,000,000 Berries.
Sting's picture was of him in his White Dragon Coat form.
"Quite a start off," The Sabertooth Guildmaster said with a smirk.
Lector
Red Cat
Bounty: 80 Berries
Lector's picture was of him with a smart mouth expression while crossing his arms.
"Come on, can't I get a bigger bounty!" The smart exceed complained.
Gajeel the Iron Dragon
Bounty: 450,000,000 Berries
Gajeel's picture was of him in his Iron Dragon Scales mode with a huge smirk.
"Ha, I got my bounty!" He declared.
Lily the Panther
Bounty: 100,000,000 Berries
Lily's picture of him was showing his large sword with a grin.
"Not bad..." The black exceed commented.
Aquapad the Marlin Fishman
Bounty: 229,000,000 Berries
The picture showed him leaping out of the ocean.
"I got a bounty, alright!" The Marlin Fishman yelled proudly.
Pango the Kung-Fu Panda
Bounty: 228,000,000 Berries
The picture shows him using a Kung-fu move against a few marines.
"That name suits me well..." The Panda Mink said with a goofy grin.
Laxus the Lightning Dragon
Bounty: 520,000,000 Berries
His picture moved around in his lightning body with a devious smile.
"I say this bounty is nice..." He commented with a smile.
Bickslow Doll Controller
Bounty: 335,000,000 Berries.
His picture showed him with his dolls behind and on his face a huge creepy grin.
"Talk about a big bounty, right babies?"
"RIGHT RIGHT!"
Evergreen the Fairy Queen
Bounty: 229,100,000 Berries
Her picture showed her putting her arms under her breasts and smiling seductively.
"Yeah, I got my bounty, it's high!" She giggled proudly.
Freed the Rune Devil
Bounty: 227,000,000 Berries.
The picture was showing him in one of Rune Forms with a dark smile.
"Rune Devil, quite the name, am I right?" He questioned with a proud smile.
Natsu swiped Laxus and Gildarts' wanted posters and began to sulk as soon as he saw the blond man's bounty. "That's not fair, I wanted to be ahead for once!"
"Moron..." Gray thought with a sweatdrop.
A short time later.
Erza began to assemble a team in different groups while Levy wrote down the groups and their team members.
Team One: Natsu, Happy, Lucy, Fujika, Gray, and Miyaka.
Team Two: Erza, Kagura, Mest, Millianna, Gildarts, and Makarov.
Team Three: Wendy, Carla, and Pango.
Team Four: Gajeel, Lily, and Levy.
Team Five: Mirajane, Elfman, Lisanna, and Aquapad.
Team Six: Sting, Lector, Rogue, Frosch, and Yukino.
Team Seven: Laxus, Bickslow, Freed, and Evergreen.
Fujika then saw Sabaody. "Hey, you guys, Sabaody just up ahead!"
"Good, then let's port somewhere where we can't be seen," Erza suggested. "Where do we land?"
"I think I have a suggestion," Aquapad said raising his hand.
Meanwhile, Leone was on the lookout in the area wearing a cloak and a hood covering her face, she was looking for Fairy Tail's flagship using binoculars. "Come on, when will you guys be here?"
In area 46
Dr. Stylish was lurking around the abandoned buildings. "My, my, quite the buildings, pity, they're falling apart."
Carrying in his scientist uniform, was a transponder snail. "To think humans in this world created such unique items, I never knew exploring new worlds would be such an experience, makes me wonder if much advanced the people in the world of One Piece is."
The Fake Strawhat Pirates spread their reign of terror, however, Usopp and Nami encounter them and fight them, meanwhile Fairy Tail and their friends are close. Before they arrive, they discuss being in different groups and search for their other friends including Dark King Rayleigh, and lastly Dr. Stylish former member of the Jaegers and now a Demon of Tartaros is lurking around part of Sabaody, question is, what will happen next time, find out in the chapter.
