Chapter 39: Fake Luffy's Reign
At Grove 42
Levy used her Solid Script Magic and wrote the word "Air" and using to create the coating at a fast pace.
"I must say your magic is unique," Rayleigh said seemingly impressed.
Levy chuckled a bit. "Thanks, I'm sure I can handle this from here, you can go and assist the Straw Hats now if you need to."
Rayleigh smiled. "Very well, also, here's a log pose, I stole a while ago from some other pirates that I encountered after training Luffy."
Makarov put his hands out. "Hmm, quite the unique item, not like I've seen before."
Aquapad returned carrying some wine in a bag. "Red Wine and it's fresh too."
The former pirate took the wine. "Much appreciated, I'll accept this as payment."
"Oh, here's the change, for your troubles," The Marlin Fishman handed over some money.
Rayleigh smirked. "That'll work, also, if you see Hatchen, tell him that Rayleigh says "Hi"." The Marlin Fishman smiled in return. "I will."
At Grove 46
The Fake Straw Hats continued to their meeting.
Chelsea arrived there a little in disguise as Brook and was hiding behind a large stone wall. "Sounds like they're going to punish that boy wearing the large bag," She thought as she narrowed her eyes towards Luffy and felt a chill go up to her spine.
"Strange, I sense a powerful aura from him, who is he?" She wondered in confusion.
The former assassin continued to observe the pirates in the area, she sensed different power levels of aura from some of the pirates. "I can sense from those pirates with bounties strong auras, but, Caribou has a strong one." She glanced at Luffy again. "But, his stands out the most,"
Luffy sensed someone was watching him due to his Haki. "Strange, I felt like someone was watching." He looked through the crowd. "Weird."
Chelsea noticed the look on the Straw Hat pirate's face. "Does he sense me?" She knew that if she needed to get more information about the Fake Luffy having a syringe that was similar to Dr. Stylish's, she mustn't get her cover blown. "Can't worry about that, I need to continue to investigate, but, first I need to report what to the others." She took out a transponder snail.
Elfman, Mirajane, and Lisanna continued and soon arrived into part of the town where Luffy(the real one)met the Straw Hat imposters.
Nearby were some citizens, all were slightly nervous and began to whisper to each other.
"Did you hear, Straw Hat Luffy was here causing some problems with a boy wearing a large bag."
"No kidding, that guy was scary, but, whatever that boy did was scarier,"
"Yeah, he made Luffy and his crew pass out or something,"
Hearing this was interesting to the three take-over siblings.
"Sounds like this boy must have some power to scare off these Straw Hats," Mira whispered to her young siblings.
"Yeah, this guy must be manly," Elfman said pumping his arms.
"Not so loud big brother," Lisanna whispered elbowing her brother in the arm, which made him cover his mouth his hands. "Anyway, no sign of the marines anywhere, things seem calm."
"I think it's time to get more information," Mira suggested approaching a few citizens. "Excuse me, you guys were mentioning Straw Hat Luffy, does this mean the navy might know he's here too."
"Probably, though, the navy might take too long since most of the navy's powerhouses transferred to the marine base in the New World, honestly, I can't take a good walk without worrying that I might get on that pirate's bad side." A male citizen answered a little scared.
"Isn't that a problem for people to live in fear too?" The devil satan wizard questioned the detail about the navy's work on the island.
"Of course, but, there are still marines at Grove 66, where a marine base is, no doubt, they'll be hearing about the ruckus that happened at a bar too, I heard an orange-haired chick and a long-nose man started trouble with them too," A female citizen answered. "On top of that, HQ will send in back-up just in case."
"Do you think you can take us where Straw Hat is now?" Mira asked.
"Sorry, but, we can't take you to his location!" The male citizen waved his hands frighteningly, then he calmed for a bit. "But, I can tell you and your friends where they are."
M
Laxus and his group were at Grove 32.
Where the rides were being ridden on by some citizens.
The Thunder Legion came to the Ferris wheel.
"That looks like fun," Freed said.
"Who knows that such rides would be on this island," Evergreen said pushing her glasses back.
"Looks like fun, what you to think Laxus?" Bickslow asked his leader.
To his surprise, the Lightning mage began to walk away. "Where are you going?"
Evergreen sighed. "Don't forget, he's a dragon slayer too."
"Anyway, we're not here to play, we're here to check for anything that might lead us to Tartaros," Freed reminded. "I admit I'm a bit surprised that at least one Demon is here, at least, that's what it seems like, question is, where are the others?"
Laxus stopped for a moment and began to ponder that question too. "Good question, I think whatever Demon is lurking around on the island still, will lead us to the others and their plans."
"Right, we can't let these fiends stay here and do as they please," Bickslow said gritting his teeth. "We'll be ready to take them on and we'll be sure to protect Laxus, right babies!"
"Right Right!" The dolls chanted together.
"Anway, good thing that gramps brought a few communication Lacrimas," Freed said holding a bag with the lacrima inside.
"Right, the only group that doesn't have one is Erza's group that contacts the one at the ship, but, while the other is connected to Shakky," Evergreen added.
"Anyway, let's continue looking around the area," Laxus ordered.
"Yeah!" His teammates roared excitedly.
M
Brook was riding along with the Rosy Life Riders(Formerly: Fish Riders).
"Thank you for the ride, I admit that was impeccable timing," The skeleton commented.
"You can thank Shakky for putting this all together, I heard your friends are going to Grove 42 due to some change of plans!" The Rider informed.
Brook was happy to hear that. "I'm so happy to hear that, this makes my heart skip a beat!" He then began to laugh. "Yo-ohohohoh, of course, I don't have a heart since it's nothing but avoid!"
He stopped his laugh. "Anyway, what kind of change is happening, first off, Rayleigh went off to help with some new rookies coating, normally that would take a whole day, but, the pirate crew has a young lady that should help with it faster."
"A new crew is on the island, this sounds interesting, wait, you said "a young lady" is going to help with the coating, is she cute?"
"We didn't meet her yet, but, I think her name is Levy Garden," The fish rider replied.
"Quite the lovely name, I wonder if she'll show me her panties?" Brook thought as a pink blush appeared on his skeleton face.
Rayleigh eventually arrived at Grove 41 with Shakky informing of what was going on.
Gildarts along with Leone, and Cana decided to return to the ship with some food, boozes, and wine they got from Shakky.
Juvia on the other hand decided to go find Natsu's group, who had Gray, and she was hoping to reunite with the ice wizard she was in love with and Akame decided to escort her.
"Gray, my love, Juvia is coming for you!"
Akame sweatdropped at the water mage's antics, though, she began to ponder how well Chelsea was doing.
"Chelsea, I hope you're not planning to do anything out of your league," She thought concerningly, remembering that she was almost killed by her sister back then.
Not wasting any time, she took out her transponder snail.
The former assassin took out the snail and activated it, which caused Chelsea's snail to ring. "Hi, Chelsea, this is Akame, anything to report,"
"First off, Fake Straw Hat is still here at Grove 46 with some of his crew members, not only that, but, he's got some recruits that have bounties, and two other imposters arrived with the boy wearing the large just arrived, I think he's the same boy that started trouble with the imposters," Chelsea answered. "Lastly, a marine was scouting around here, he's been caught and is injured, but, he's still alive, for now anyway."
"Sounds like some of his crew recruits aren't the merciful types," Juvia commented.
Akame nodded and continued to speak. "Any sign of Tartoros?"
"Not a sign, I have felt perhaps one is still on the island, also, if Dr. Stylish is the one here, then he must have his Aura hidden so that he can be well hidden too," Chelsea answered. "If that's the case, then things will get ugly, however, I sense a powerful aura coming from the boy with the large bag."
Akame was suddenly interesting in that. "I see, did you get a name or something?"
"No, but, I have a feeling this boy is more than he seems to be," Chelsea answered thinking that he might be someone that went missing for two years. "Frankly, I get the feeling I know who he could be."
Akame thought the same thing. "My thoughts exactly, anyway, keep an eye out for anything else, we'll send back, and I'll be on my way as soon as I contact the others,"
"Right, over and out," Chelsea hung up the transponder snail.
At Grove 17
Rayleigh and Shakky arrived to tell the news they heard.
"The navy is here and they'll bring a sizeable force, but..." Shakky said as she took out the vivre card. "Here, this vivre card will track your captain down."
Shortly Nami was given a sheet of paper of the instruction of the ship's coating.
"This should give you info on the ship's coating, though, I suggest you read it despite the bubble won't give you any trouble."
Nami couldn't agree more with that suggestion. "Right, thanks."
"I wonder where Wendy and her friends went to," Usopp wondered.
Robin agreed. "Yeah, I admit their history through the past months were quite interesting,"
"Which reminds me, did you meet those new rookies?" Rayleigh asked.
"Yeah, I believe we met that sky dragon girl Wendy, a human-cat girl Carla, and a Panda Mink," Franky replied. "Though, they and their friends had to meet up with to the others to take care of something."
"Okay, enough chit-chat, let's head to Grove 42," Nami proclaimed.
"I almost forgot, I need to call Sanji and Zoro about the situation," Franky said walking away.
Robin then had a concerned look on her face as she turned to face her friends. "I'm worried though...I mean knowing Luffy, he's probably getting himself into trouble again."
Nami just laughed it off. "I know, it'll be our problem too."
"Wait, I got an idea, trust me!" Chopper said chuckling.
Rayleigh then thought of something else. "Oh, Franky, I have another favor to ask you," The cyborg turned his face. "I'm listening."
B
Sanji and Zoro continued their brawl.
"They're strong!" Mest thought impressed at the power. "They don't have magic, but, it's obvious they're strong."
Kagura felt the power, but, it wasn't magic. "Sanji is displaying incredible power, his kicks are strong like if they're made of steel, and how he can block Zoro's attacks is even more intriguing, though..." She then glanced at Zoro. "It's obvious that the Swordsman Zoro has incredible power. His level is strong."
Erza could feel the same despite what she felt was no magic. "I can sense both of them are powerful, perhaps, they could go head-on with Gildarts, Laxus, or Jura." She began to have thoughts of their captain. "This Luffy they mention is their captain, I wonder how strong he is."
"What are those two fighting about?"
There was a crowd that was watching the duel.
"Don't know, but, they're really strong!"
"Is that all you got!" Zoro roared.
"Hell no! I'll give you a good ass-kicking moss head!" Sanji roared back.
"Moss head?" Mest questioned with a sweatdrop on his head.
Erza smiled impressively. "They're still going strong." Seeing the two reminded her of Natsu fighting with Gray and Gajeel.
Zoro and Sanji were panting but, not as much.
"You have gotten a lot strong than I thought mosshead,"
"Yeah, your itty-bitty kicks tickle for once, pervert cook, too bad, your food only hurts my stomach!"
That struck rage to Sanji as he and Zoro were engulfed in fire.
"You wanna keep going!?"
Erza and Kagura just stared both women were more intrigued than ever, both men looked like they were about to take a break, but, now they're getting fired up again.
Mest then looked down to a sudden sound coming from the transponder snail that was in Sanji's pocket.
"You got a call,"
Zoro and Kagura were discussing Sword techniques.
Erza was listening to Sanji talking through the transponder snail.
"Listen up, Luffy is somewhere on the island, Chopper says he'll be there shortly, in the meantime, you two should go find our captain,"
"Roger that," Sanji replied.
"Oh, another thing, is any of those new rookies with you," Franky asked.
"Yeah, we got three of them, the lovely, ERZA THE SCARLET KNIGHT AND KAGURA THE STEATHE SWORD WARRIOR!" Sanji proclaimed with a lovestruck expression, then his face returned to normal. "Some guy named Mest,"
Kagura and Erza sweatdropped at the reaction from the pirate cook.
The former magic council was a little offended by the "Some guy" part, but he let it slide for now.
"Tell them, they need to contact their friends, one of their friends might need some help at Grove 46," Franky explained.
"Roger that, over and out," Sanji hung up the snail.
"What's up?" Zoro asked.
"Great, you weren't listening," Sanji questioned though not too surprised at the green-haired man's dense behavior. "Well, Navy... come here...we pirates run... and go to ship."
"What was that, did you hit your head or something?!" Zoro questioned who wasn't amused.
Erza giggled a little.
"It seems that you're looking for your captain Luffy," Kagura spoke. "I'm guessing you might have an idea where you can find him."
"Right, our captain is always getting into trouble which becomes our problem," Zoro commented recollecting himself.
Sanji agreed. "For once, mosshead is right, anyway, we need to find him, and we need to do it quickly," He looked at the three Fairy Tail wizards. "Erza, Mest, Kagura, I was told that one of your friends is spying on the new pirates at Grove 46, you must contact your friends and inform them right away."
Erza nodded as she took a Lacrima out of the purse she was carrying around her shoulder.
"What is that?" Zoro asked looking at the strange shiny ball.
"You got me," Sanji wondered.
"It's communication Lacrima, we can use this to contact one of our friends," Erza walked over to a nearby alley until she was further away inside, and she began to infuse her magic into it.
Kagura and Mest guarded the path to making sure no bystanders were going to interrupt.
"Where do you think Luffy is?" Sanji wondered.
Zoro took a wild guess as he pointed his thumb at Grove 46. "I think I might know due to the racket that's going over there."

Natsu and his group got done with their shopping for food.
"This should be good eating," Lucy said smiling.
Happy was drooling over the fish they had. "Fishy, yummy... I'm getting hungry..." He attempted to snatch a fish.
Natsu started to drool. "Yeah, I could take a fish and grill it with my fire."
Lucy then whacked the two fish eaters on the head leaving red lumps on their heads. "Hands off you two, that's for us and our friends too!"
"Ow...ow..." Happy moaned while holding his head.
"Geez, we haven't eaten anything since yesterday," Natsu whined.
"That's what you idiots get for trying to sneak some of our food," Gray commented.
"What'd you call me!?" Natsu roared out recovering from the red lump which was gone.
"You have a problem pal?" Gray growled pressing his forehead against his rival. "Yeah, I got a problem with your face, you pervy nice guy!"
"Lame insults," Miyaka and Lucy said with a sweatdrop on their heads.
Fujika was just enamored by Natsu's antics. "That look is so hot!" She thought.
"Lucy, are you there?" Erza's voice called.
"Erza!" Lucy said in surprise as she took out the Lacrima.
Erza's face appeared on the lacrima. "I got some news to report to you, the others still with you."
Lucy chuckled awkwardly and put the lacrima to where Gray and Natsu were, both were still having their childish argument.
"Is there problem boys?" Erza roared in a demonic tone.
This caused Natsu and Gray to turn their heads and whimper in fright. "No ma'am, we're good!"
"Anyway, I got word from one of the Straw Hats that our friend Chelsea is at Grove 46, apparently she's spying on the other pirates to find an enemy from Tartaros that might be lurking around the island," Erza explained.
"No way!" Natsu exclaimed.
"Hey, keep your voice down fire boy!" Gray hushed the pinkette boy.
"Same goes for you, popsicle perv!" Natsu argued back.
"Ahem!" Erza said clearing her voice which made the two boys whimper. "Anyway, we'll need to send some backup, Natsu, take Happy with you," She then looked at Lucy. "Also, Lucy, take the others with you and return to our ship, while you do, contact the others right away."
Natsu smirked. "Oh yeah, been a while since our fight on Pucci and Water 7, let's go Happy!"
"Aye, sir!" Happy sprouted his wings and took off with his partner.
"Don't fly Happy, you'll draw-" Lucy was stopped the moment she and the others heard some voices in the background.
"Holy crap, a flying cat is carrying a young man!"
"A flying cat, that's crazy!"
"So crazy, but, amazing too!"
"Geez, should've seen this coming," Lucy laughed a bit.
"That's Natsu for ya," Gray sighed, but decided to let it go.
"Anyway, the others and I returned to our ship Erza," Lucy said though she had one more question. "What should we do next once we do?"
"Once you do take the ship to Grove 42, make sure the others know to go there too, but, Natsu and Happy will need help, send anyone that can get to Grove 46 in time," Erza replied. "Also, Gray, I suggest you go and assist Natsu, I don't know why, but, I have feeling things might get dire."
Gray didn't understand what his friend meant, but, he decided to take her word for it. "Alright, that's with me, besides I ain't going to let the pyro get all the fun." He followed the direction to Grove 46.
"Be careful, Gray," Miyaka called out as the ice wizard glanced and did a thumbs-up pose."
"Alright, we'll meet up with you guys soon," Lucy replied as Erza's image faded.
Erza came out of the alleyway and explained the situation to Mest and Kagura, both nodded agreement.
They returned to Zoro and Sanji explaining their situation.
"I see, you three do what you want, we'll heading to Grove 46 to have a search," Zoro said while crossing his arms.
"Right," Sanji said as he twirled himself around with a love expression on his face while looking at the two female fairy tail wizards. "Erza, Kagura, you dears, I hope we can get to see each other, how's about we go on a date once we have free time?!"
Kick
Kagura kicked the chef in the side with a cold look on her face. "Pervert..."
"Hmm-hmm..." Erza said nodding her head in agreement.
Mest didn't say a word.
Zoro chuckled a bit at the chef's beat.
Lucy eventually called, Laxus, Mira, Gildarts, and every one of their groups about the situation.
Knowing they had to act quickly, Laxus decided to go to Grove 46 and ordered Freed to lead his team back to the ship.
Mirajane volunteered to go while her two siblings returned to the ship.
Gildart's and the girls learned the situation, Cana offered to go with Leone at her side, Gildarts was a little concerned about his little girl but accepted his daughter's decision. Gildarts left to return to the ship while Cana and Leone went to kick some ass.
Makarov decided to stay behind and at that time, informed the others that were with him to move the ship to Grove 42.
Aquapad returned to Shakky's bar with the red wine and some change he left to pay Rayleigh, leaving a note. "Hope you like your payment old man." He smiled and ran off down the stairway.
Sting's group learned of the situation too, he then went with his team along with the three minks to return to their ship.
B
At Grove 46
Everyone the recruits for the Fake Straw Hats crew was assembled.
Fake Sanji and Zoro escorted Luffy(the real one)to the top of the platform, where the fake Straw Hat captain was making an announcement.
"Listen up, we'll depart to the New World soon, but, are you all ready for it!?"
"YEAH!" The recruit pirates cheered ecstatically.
"First off, you see this brat here!" The fake Luffy pointed his finger at the real Luffy. "This punk made a mockery of me, so, I'll make an example of this brat and make him beg for his life!"
That made the newly recruited pirates excited to see.
"Gee, your friend doesn't seem to like me," Luffy said looking at Fake Sanji and Zoro, though, they ignored what he said.
Chelsea could tell things were about to get ugly, however, she continued to observe the boy holding the large bag. "He's not even phased that he's dangerous, this boy must be either brave or stupid." What struck as her odd was his aura and how strong power she was sensing.
Suddenly she heard footsteps coming from behind her, she used her Gaea Foundation to transform herself into a stone wall. "So close."
The marines arrived at the area.
"Hold right there, not one of you pirates make a single move!"
Everyone one of the pirates turned in the direction of where the voice was coming from.
"Straw Hat Luffy, you and your crew are under arrest! Surrender immediately!" A marine officer.
Fake Luffy became greatly surprised. "The navy... here?"
"Don't bother running away, every exit out of Grove 46 is blocked off, either you pirates give up or we'll take you away in a body bag!" Another marine officer added.
Luffy was confused about this. "My disguise is perfect, how did the navy find me?"
Fake Sanji heard his words and was puzzled. "Huh? Why do you think this is about you?"
Fake Zoro walked to his captain in fright. "Captain, what do we do now?"
Fake Luffy regains his composure. "Stop flipping out, we got pirates that have bounties over a million berries, we'll be fine!"
Even so, Fake Zoro was still concerned. "But, still, sir..."
Then Fake Luffy got an idea. "Hey Caribou, grab that marine and use him as a shield out of this dump!"
A marine officer heard those words. "Wait, what marine?"
"We send a scout here earlier and looks like he got caught," A 2nd marine answered.
Natsu and Happy arrived on time, both landed behind a tree. "Looks like we made it."
"Let's look for Chelsea,"
Caribou walked over to the marine and pull up the spear that was still impaled in the marine's chest.
"AAAAHHH!" The marine screamed in agony.
Natsu and Happy heard the scream and saw the ugly sight. "Who is that bastard?" Natsu wondered.
Happy was disbelief seeing the marine with a spear in his chest and held up like a fish on a spear. "I don't know, but, he looks mean."
Caribou held up the spear then in a minute or so, he dropped him to the ground.
The fake Luffy was confused about what he had just done. "Hey Caribou, did you hear what I said, we need him to get out of here!"
Caribou laughed and turned his head around looking at the imposter. "Yeah I heard you, but, I'm afraid your order won't do."
The Straw hat imposter didn't understand what the logia user meant. "What you do mean?"
Caribou turned his head and looked down at the injured marine. "Because he told me that he didn't call the Navy yet..." He took out a pistol and pointed it at the marine who was shaking in fear. "And that makes a filthy little liar."
The other marines gasped in horror.
"Caribou stop!" Fake Luffy ordered in a demanding tone.
The Logia devil fruit user wouldn't listen as he was about to pull the trigger, Gray arrived in a flash using the Shave technique and used it again to speed away with the injured marine.
"Where'd he go?" Caribou questioned looking around left and right.
The navy couldn't understand what just happened.
Gray took the injured marine to an abandoned building and placed him on the ground.
"You're...you're..." The marine began to say like he was about to pass out.
"Hush..." Gray whispered put his hand out signaling him to be quiet and took a transponder that belong to the marine. "Here, but, use it when the pirates are gone."
"Caribou, you moron, where'd the marine go?" Fake Luffy questioned impatiently.
"How should I know, he just vanished," Caribou said with a shrug.
"What should we do now?" A marine soldier asked.
"We'll pray and hope that the scout is somewhere safe, right now-" The marine officer answered as he took out his sword. "MEN ATTACK!"
"You can try, but, we got the famous Straw Hat Luffy on our side!" A pirate grunt stated.
Soon the battle was on.
Doughty knocked down a marine using his Sword that had razor-like blades. "You may be idiots, but, at least you're not cowards!"
A few marines aimed. "Blast him!" A marine ordered.
Just then Albion slashed through the marines using his four-bladed weapons.
"Albion, he's got a bounty of 92 million berries!" A marine exclaimed.
The bandaged like man leaped towards the marines.
"Let's take him down!"
"Justice is on our side!"
Caribou chuckled at the statements he heard. "Heh, heh, those hypocrites, I smell their blood."
"Too late to surrender, Wet-haired Caribou!" A marine came leaping at the Logia devil fruit user and slashed him with his sword.
His sword got caught in his mud-like body. "Hey, what the, you're are devil fruit user!?" Caribou grabbed the marine by the head.
Dr. Stylish continued to watch the battle, then his eyes glanced at the exit. "Sounds like we got some imposters nearby." He had a good guess of who was nearby. "Fairy Tail..."
Juvia was close by, upon hearing the commotion. "Sounds like there's a battle going on." She also began to presume where there's a battle, her beloved will be there too. "Gray, my love, Juvia is coming for you!"
As the battle seemed that the Fake Straw Hats were having the upper hand.
"Those recruits don't have bad, we got this in the bag," Fake Franky said impressed at the display the new members were putting on.
"Yeah!" Fake Luffy said with a huge grin, then he had another idea. "Hey, boys, whoever kills the most marines is the winner and gets to my second mate! Make those bastards bleed!"
The recruits liked that idea. "Yeah!"
Fake Franky and Nami were puzzled at their captain's idea.
"What do you mean second mate?"
"Yeah, what happens to us?"
Fake Luffy just glanced at his members with a cruel smirk on his face. "I think you both better make yourselves useful if I were you, we got heavy new hitters on the crew now!" He then began to pat his pocket which had the syringe that he got from Dr. Stylish.
"PACIFISTAAAAAAAAS!" A pirate screamed in horror.
From one of the exits came Kuma's clone robots: The Pacifistas" there were two of them too.
"Why are they here?" A pirate questioned in disbelief.
The robots fired their laser beams which blasted a large group of the newly recruited pirates.
More of their screams were heard.
Natsu saw the robots and grinned. "They look fun to fight." His fists were engulfed in flames.
"Hold on, we still need to continue finding Chelsea," Happy interrupted his friend.
"Oh right, let's go then," Natsu said.
One of the Pacifistas scanned around the platform that was straight and managed to find the real Luffy.
"Monkey D. Luffy has been identified."
Fake Luffy started to sweat in fear. "Those things are aiming straight at me..." Due to his fear, he wasn't able to remember the syringe he was carrying.
Doughty turned around. "I was hoping to fight one of these monsters someday." He leaped upwards to the robot, but, the clone Kuma reacted quickly and fired its laser beam.
This created a shockwave that severely damaged the large lip pirate and forced him onto the ground completely unconscious.
"Lip-Service Doughty identified and taken down," The robot spoke in a mechanical voice.
"Captain Doughty!" His crew cried in terror.
The marines got their morality back. "Follow the Pasifistas! Capture every pirate in your path!"
"A bounty like Doughty and these robots took him down like he was nothing," A pirate spoke in fear and was strongly sweating.
"Boss, use the secret weapon we got from that freak!" Fake Zoro suggested.
Hearing that made Fake Luffy regain his composure. "Right!" He took out the syringe and inject it into his arm. "Danger Beast Shot inject!"
A few seconds pass.
Luffy saw this. "What did he do?"
Fake Luffy's body began to move around. "Captain?" Fake Sanji asked.
"AAAAHHHH!" Fake Luffy roared.
The newly recruited pirates and the marines paused their fighting looking towards the platform.
"What is going on with Straw Hat!?"
"Captain Luffy, what's going with you!?"
"What stunt are you pulling Straw Hat Luffy!?"
Akame, Laxus, Juvia, Cana, Leone, Gray(who arrived a little later after hiding the injured marine).
"Damn," Laxus cursed under his breath.
"Juvia doesn't like the sound of this," Juvia said a little nervous.
Leone was started to realize what was going on with the imposter. "Don't tell me that..."
Chelsea reverted to her original self and saw Natsu with Happy.
"Natsu! Happy! Over here!"
The two ran over the former assassin. "Chelsea!"
"Guys, we got a problem," The recon assassin looked in the direction where the Straw Hat imposter was.
"What is up with the imposter?" Natsu questioned.
"THIS POWER IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!" The Fake Luffy proclaimed as his clothes ripped apart and his body became large and attached to another body with a muscular body with strong huge arms and hands
"Not a mutant like Dr. Stylish," Gray said remembering that the former scientist of the Jaegers pulled the same trick back in the world where Night Raid was from.
"Talk about disgusting," Cana said with a disgusted look on her face.
The marines tried to make sense of what they were seeing.
"What did Straw Hat do to himself!?" A marine soldier questioned.
"Who cares shoot him down before he tries anything!" A second marine officer demanded.
"NOW I'll NEED SOME MEAT TO LEVEL ME UP!" Fake Straw Hat Luffy proclaimed grabbing two pirates in his other extra giant mutant hands. "CHOW TIME!"
A largemouth appeared in the center of the stomach and began to eat the two pirates alive.
"AAAAHHHH!" The two pirates screamed in agony.
Everyone was in disbelief and horror at what they were seeing.
Even the other fake Straw Hats weren't understanding what they were seeing.
"Captain, what is going with you?" Fake Nami asked nervously.
"Yeah, you're not to eat us too, are you?" Fake Sniper King questioned nervously.
The fake straw hat captain just kept eating more pirates before anyone realized it he grew bigger and taller, he grew humanoid-like legs and feet too. He was so tall that he almost reached the Sabaody's trees.
"Our captain has gone crazy!" Fake Sanji exclaimed.
The newly recruited pirates became so frightened that some decided to flee.
His transformation was similar to Dr. Stylish, though he wore his Strawhat. Still, his left arm was had a green-like mechanical arm, his hair color became white as snow. "AAAHHHH! The imposter screamed. "I feel so powerful, I can use this to destroy and eat everyone alive!"
He then grabbed a marine using his humongous hand.
"Help me!" The marine shouted.
"Shoot him free!" A marine officer commanded.
The marines fired at the mutant Luffy's giant hand, but, it didn't even flinch let alone bleed.
To everyone's horror, the marine was devoured alive while screaming in horror.
Caribou gave the imposter a disgusted look. "So, it turns out Straw Hat is nothing more than a monster than I heard."
"Brother, what should we do?" Coribou asked his brother.
Sentomaru arrived and saw the monster. "What exactly is that thing?"
Meanwhile Gray felt a strange sensation. "Looks like a marine powerhouse is here, but, I don't it's an admiral." He looked around and saw the famous guarded marine. "Sentomaru looks like he arrived here."
He paused for a moment. "Wait, this sensation, was it my Haki?" He shook the thought aside for the time being and used his Shave technique to get over to where the scientist guard man was.
Sentomaru placed his hand on his ax's handle. "I can't imagine why or rather, that man used to turn himself into this nightmare of a monster, but, clearly he's a danger to everyone on this island."
"Sir orders!" A marine called out.
Before the large sumo as man react he sensed someone approaching him. "Huh?" Standing before him was Gray Fullbuster.
"You!" He exclaimed in surprise.
Gray glanced at the overweight man. "I see you arrived Sentomaru,"
The marines pointed their guns at the former vice-admiral. "Gray Fullbuster, don't move!" The ice mage didn't flinch instead he stood still.
Juvia was concerned about her man's safety. "Gray..."
Akame grabbed the water mage's wrist. "Don't..." The water mage struggled to get her wrist free. "Akame, let me go, my darling needs me."
"He'll be fine..." Everyone looked at Leone who was grinning.
The others noticed that Gray wasn't showing any sign of fear.
"Gray Fullbuster, you're under arrest for treachery and attacking the Celestial Dragon Charloss!" The marines kept their guns aimed at the ice mage.
"Listen as much as I want to kick your butts, this monster is going to cause havoc on Sabaody," Gray said leering at the marines. "I know what I did, I have no regrets though, but, right now, this monster is going to take a lot of innocent lives, so, right now, let us handle it!"
"Us?" Sentomaru wondered.
"He means us..." The marines looked to see Natsu and the others walking towards them. "We'll take care of this monster, you marines should go and assist any citizen you can,"
"Like hell, we'll take orders from pirates!" A marine office yelled.
"Yeah, you guys caused us a lot of trouble, the navy shall not let you guys leave this island alive!" Another added.
"That's enough!" The marines looked at Sentomaru who was looking at Gray. "Former Vice-Admiral Gray Fullbuster, are you saying that you and your friends have seen this monster?"
Gray turned his head away. "Yes, we met an enemy that did what the imposter did."
"Imposter, what you mean by that?" A marine officer questioned.
"He means that pirate that calls himself "Straw Hat Luffy" is an imposter!" Juvia answered.
"Like we would believe the words of a group of pirates!" A marine shouted with a glare.
"I said that's enough!" Sentomaru snapped. "Before we go any further into the topic, where is the injured marine?"
"I took him and placed him in an abandoned building, just over there," Gray pointed out to an old building that was falling apart. "He needs medical treatment, go and help him."
Sentomaru nodded. "Men! Go and assist the marine then take him to the base!"
"But, sir..." A marine office began to say until he stopped the moment he saw the displeased look on the sumo-like man's face. "That's an order! However, I want a few to remain here"
"Y-yes sir, let's go men!" The marine officer stammered and walked away with the others while a few stayed.
Sentomaru looked at the ice mage. "I assume you got some plan to kill this monster?"
Gray nodded. "Yes sir..."
"Very well then, however, you must come along with us, Fleet Admiral Akainu wants to have a word with you," Sentomaru took out a Transponder snail. "This can contact the Fleet Admiral, so, once the monster is gone, I would like for you to return and turn yourself in."
Juvia got concerned until Gray nodded in agreement.
"Gray, what are you-" Natsu began to say until he noticed the serious look on the ice mage's face, then a faint smile formed on his face.
The fire dragon slayer got the message and turned to the mutant Straw Hat Luffy. "Let's kick this monster's butt."
"My thoughts exactly," Leone said as she activated her Imperial Arms. "Lionel activate!" Her body began to glow. Her human ears were replaced with cat ears while her hair grew longer and a tail appeared, and her hands became animal claws."
Sentomaru didn't know what he was seeing. "Is this woman using a Devil Fruit?" Then again that thought was put aside due to some parts of her body looking human and he swear her belt was glowing that moment too. "Wait, She's "Beast Woman Leone"."
"First off, I need to find some little rats that are trying to escape," Leone cracked her knuckles.
Everyone wondered what she meant by that, Gray sensed several imposters that were making their escape. "Very well, as soon as you complete your task, return to the ship," He glanced at Chelsea. "Take Chelsea with you too."
"Giving me orders ice boy, but, that's okay!" Leone teased with a grin. "It's cute when you act all mighty!"
"Ooh, acting cool too," Chelsea chuckled with a smirk.
Juvia leered at the two former assassins. "Love rivals!"
Leone waved her hands defensively. "Easy, I was just teasing him!"
Chelsea turned around. "Now I know how Lucy must feel."
"Anyway, here's the plan, Natsu, Happy, Laxus, Juvia, and Cana, keep the fake Straw Hat busy!"
"What about you?" Cana asked.
"I'll use my magic to create a catapult, that's where Akame comes in," Gray answered as he glanced at the youngest female assassin.
Akame nodded knowing what the ice mage was planning.
"Yeah!" The other wizards cheered.
Sentomaru watched the fight as Kuma's clone robots stood behind him.
"Water Nebula!"" Juvia unleashed a large pump of water from one of her hands which hit the monster's chest with great force.
"Raging Bolt!" Laxus brought his hands together creating a thunderbolt that electrocuted the monster's entire body.
"That ain't fair! I'm outnumbered!" Fake Luffy complained.
"Fire Dragon's Sword Horn!" Natsu's entire body was in flames and headbutted the mutant Straw Hat's chest.
"HOT! HOT! HOT!" The fake straw hat screamed in pain.
Cana was surrounded by a large group of pirates, all had perverted smiles on their faces.
"Look at this chick!"
"Yeah, a young one at that too!"
"Look at those boobs!"
"Once we defeat her, let's have some fun with her!"
Cana took out her tarot cards. "Boys..." She then smirked. "If you want some fun, HAVE FUN WITH THIS!" She took out three of her cards. "Thunderbolt's Fate!"
The massive bolts of lightning struck at the pirates that were surrounded and electrocuted them all as they collapsed on the ground.
Akame placed her hands on the ground. "Shadow Make: Cannon!" A cannon made of shadows emerged from the ground then she followed by creating a few more. "Fire!"
The shadow cannon fired cannonballs made of shadow creating large explosions that were made of shadow magic which blasted away several other pirates.
Sentomaru was impressed. "That shadow power is nothing compared to Moria's."
"Natsu let's fly up and knock this jerk on his butt!"
"Aye, sir!" Happy saluted.
The two flew up high until they got close to making contact with the Fake Luffy. "Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame!"
Natsu ignited both his hands in flames and then brought them together, creating a large fireball and throwing at the mutant danger beast Fake Luffy.
"AAAAHHH!" Fake Luffy screamed in pain as his body was scorched.
"I must get more power!" He shouted in desperation and attempted to grab some unconscious pirates.
Just then Natsu dove down and grabbed mutant fake Straw Hat's chest. "Fire Dragon's Grip Strike!" His chest was blasted with fiery force.
"Damn you!" Fake Luffy cursed while leering at the fire dragon slayer.
"I ain't done yet!" Natsu proclaimed. "Fire Dragon's Flame Elbow!" He created a stream of fire from his elbow propelled himself forward and punched the monster in the chest knocking it down on his butt.
"It's the time!" Gray proclaimed finishing the ice catapult and attached two real ropes that would help keep the bucket in place while the other would be able to pull the bucket back.
Akame got the signal and got inside the catapult's bucket. "Ready for launching!"
Gray then used an ice sword to cut the rope. "Akame go!"
The former assassin sheathed Murasame and in one swipe she cut the fake Straw Hat's upper torso which caused blood to spill.
"What was that?" Fake Luffy questioned then he saw marks appearing on his body. "Where'd these marks come from!?"
Akame glanced at the imposter. "You're done..."
She was right, the moment that her Imperial Arms' poison curse made it to Fake Luffy's heart, he dropped dead along with his mutant body.
"Alright, I appreciate that you guys destroyed that monstrosity, however, you guys are still pirates, so, I'll-" Sentomaru was cut off when he felt something cause his feet to freeze.
"Ice-Make: Ice Capture!" Gray had his hands placed on the ground which froze the entire ground including where Sentomaru was standing. "Guys, run, don't worry about me!"
Natsu and the others were a little unsure, but, they had to trust him, so they retreated.
"Sentomaru, you said that the Fleet Admiral wanted to speak with me," Gray questioned as he walked over to the overweight marine. "Hand me the transponder snail and I'll turn myself in."
The overweight marine officer did so and the then transponder snail activated. "This is former Vice-Admiral Gray calling."
In Akainu's office, he picked up the receiver and was gritting his teeth. "Former Vice-Admiral Gray Fullbuster, you realize that damage you caused for the navy and Celestial Dragons, thanks to you, Charloss took some of Navy's payments for the damages he got from you and your friend!"
Gray was silent as the Fleet Admiral continued to rage out. "What is your reason for questioning the famous nobles such as the Celestial Dragons!?"
Gray put the receiver close to his mouth. "You think I was going to tolerate their cruelty especially how they treat their people and slaves?"
"Navy HQ is supposed to keep those nobles happy, now because of your actions, the Celestial Dragons are practically breathing down our necks!" Akainu screamed still enraged. "Your morality has caused our navy system to lose some credit!"
"IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW CRUEL THOSE NOBLES ARE THEN YOU AND THOSE NAVY BASTARDS ARE NOTHING MORE THAN THEIR GUARD DOGS! THEN AGAIN YOU KEEP FOLLOWING ORDERS WITHOUT QUESTIONS LIKE A DOG ON A LEASH AND IT SEEMS THAT YOU DON'T HAVE ANY DAMN MORALITY YOURSELF, SIR!
Some marines returned and were speechless that someone from the Navy talked back to the Fleet Admiral.
Gray began to pant heavily after his speech.
Akainu began to snarl in anger. "SENTOMARU ARREST THE BRAT AT ONCE!"
Gray's body then shattered into pieces of ice.
Luffy saw this and was surprised. "What the?"
"Where'd he go?" A marine questioned in surprise.
Sentomaru sensed Gray's presence at the platform. "PX5 FIRE NOW!"
The robot clone fired its laser to where Luffy was standing which him to jump but doing so, his coat was blown away revealing his face.
"That's the real Straw Hat!" A marine exclaimed.
The last remaining pirates couldn't believe their eyes.
"That's right," Everyone looked at Sentomaru. "PX5, identify this imposter."
The cyborg scanned the dead Luffy. "Confirmed, he's Damaro Black, a pirate with 26,000,000!"
Gray then was hiding behind the platform. "So, it was him." He suspected looking at the real Straw Hat captain.
"No matter, I'll be taking you in Straw Hat one way or another!" Sentomaru proclaimed as he glanced at his cyborg. "PX5 fire again!"
The Cyborg fired three laser beams but, Luffy evaded each one without even moving. "Is that all?" The lasers hit one of the nearby trees creating an explosion.
Sentomaru was in disbelief. "What?" Wondering how his enemy just did.
"Now Second Gear!" Luffy turned pink as steam was coming from his entire body. "Gum-Gum Pistol!"
He leaped over the cyborg and delivered a strong punch right on the head which defeated it quickly.
"Is this worse than I thought," Sentomaru said realizing what the famous pirate had just done? "He can use Haki now."
Gray saw the display. "So, that's Haki..." He knew if he truly had himself he would need to get stronger. "Anyway, I can't worry about that now, I need to return to the others."
Another one of Kuma's cloned robots appeared.
Zoro slashed his way through while Sanji kicked the neck of the robot.
"I got it!"
"No! I was the one that snapped the neck!"
"Zoro! Sanji! Long time no see!"
"Hey, Luffy. You are number nine," Zoro said with a straight face.
"Wha! You're still going about that?" Sanji questioned comically then he turned to look back at his captain. "Come on, Luffy, everyone is waiting at the ship.
"RIGHT! MAN, THIS IS SO GREAT... IT'S BEEN TWO WHOLE YEARS!" Luffy proclaimed excitedly.
"Pirate Hunter" Zoro...! "Black Leg" SANJI...!" A marine officer stated. "So the whole crew is here on the Archipelago... They're all alive!"
"Not for long..."
Vice-Admiral Sorano
"Vice-Admiral Sorano!" The marine soldiers stated.
"Great a Vice-Admiral!"
The vice-admiral sheathed his Katana. "I'll be taking you losers in." He dashed towards the three pirates.
A figure then came out of nowhere and blocked the vice-admiral's attack.
"WHAAAAT?!" The navy exclaimed in shock.
It was Erza
"That's Erza the Scarlet Knight! Her bounty is 25,000,000 berries!" A marine pointed out.
"Why are you here, but, importantly where are your friends?" Zoro asked.
"They went back to the ship, that said, I heard a lot stories about your captain, I wanted to see how strong he was," Erza answered. "So far, I see he's stronger than I heard of."
"Who are you?" Luffy asked dumbfounded.
Bonk
Sanji slammed his foot on top of his captain's head. "Don't be rude you moron!" He removed his foot from the rubber man's head. "That's Erza the Scarlet Knight, her bounty is 25,000,000 berries!"
Erza was in her Heart Kreuz Armor.
"Ooh, you're the famous Erza the Scarlet Knight," Sorano said seemingly intrigued. "I must say, you're more beautiful in person."
Sanji saw the look that the vice-admiral was making as he was about to go over and give the marine a good ass-kicking.
"Hold on, this is her fight, you moron!" Zoro yelled holding onto the chef.
"Let me go moss head, I won't allow that perverted man to hurt a lady!" Sanji said flailing like a fish.
"Pervert? Funny coming from her," Zoro thought rolling his eyes.
Erza and Sorano jumped backward.
"As much as I would like to stay here fight, my friends and I are in hurry," Erza then began to transform her armor. "Ataraxia Armor!"
She changed into a white revealing gown with a hem sprouting from it and a collar being tied with a red and gold belt that resembles an obi.
The upper part of her dress included red and white shoulderless sleeves and a rose decoration on her left hand while she wore on her feet a pair of red and gold knee-high heel boots.
Eight swords were behind her too.
Zoro smirked greatly impressed. "Interesting."
Sanji was all love-struck by the attire. "Erza looks so sexy!"
Luffy had stars in his eyes. "That is so cool!"
"My, quite the revealing gown you have," Sorano said with a perverted grin.
"Vice-Admiral Sorano, this isn't the time now!" The marines shouted comically.
Erza put her hand out which commanded several swords to fly towards the Vice-Admiral.
"One Sword: Seven Slash!" He stood straight while holding his katana straight as well and then in a flash, he sliced through the swords. "How do you like that m'lady?"
Erza smirked. "Not bad, however, these swords aren't like ones you fought in your life." She pointed her last remaining sword at the Vice-Admiral.
Sorano wondered what she was doing until he felt his body being suddenly slashed from all over his body and then he collapsed with his eyes rolled back.
"Vice-Admiral Sorano!"
Erza reverted the original armor. "Let's go!"
Luffy then saw Rayleigh uphill. "HEY!"
The former pirate of Gold D Roger's Crew stood proudly at the three pirates. "I came here to check you, but, it seems that you got everything under control and you're even stronger when I left you."
He then looked in Erza's direction. "Erza the Scarlet Knight, I have to admit you put a display that I saw before, I'm impressed, and thank you for helping Luffy and his friends."
Erza smiled and bowed in respect. "Thanks, sir."
Luffy smiled at the old man. "Thank you, Rayleigh, you did so much for me!"
Rayleigh chuckled awkwardly. "No need to get sappy on me, your friends are waiting!"
"Hey Rayleigh!" Aquapad was coming towards the group.
"A Fishman here?" Sanji questioned.
"Aquapad, I see you returned, how did you find me?" Erza asked.
"Oh, I didn't know you were here, but, I guessed if I came here to where the commotion was, I figured I would find someone," Aquapad answered, then he looked to where Rayleigh was. "Rayleigh, I left your payment back at Shakky's bar!"
Rayleigh chuckled. "Right, you take care and tell Hatchan I said "Hello" for me!"
"He knows Hatchan?" Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji thought in surprise.
"Anyway, you guys better get going the New World awaits for your arrival!" Rayleigh proclaimed.
Luffy then took a few steps forward and pumped up his arms. "One last thing..." Then a huge grin appeared on his face. "I'M GOING TO DO IT! I'M GOING TO BE KING OF THE PIRATES!"

The fake Straw Hats continued their way through Grove 46.
"Damn it!" Fake Zoro cursed.
"Yeah! Our captain is dead!" Fake Nami whimpered in fright.
Fake Sniper King had other thoughts "Never mind him! We'll be dead if our recruits catch up with us!"
Dr. Stylish was following them from above. "Time for you scumbags to meet your end." He snapped his fingers and human-like danger beasts emerged from the ground. "Now my pets kill..."
The Fake Straw Hat Luffy's identity was exposed and now his crew members are on the run, however, they may be ending up meeting their doom too, Luffy reunites with Zoro and Sanji thus he meets Erza and Aquapad the Marlin Fishman, and Leone is on the trail of the fake Straw Hats, what will happen next, find out next time.
