79. Melody of the Crimson Death

Hello all Storm here with a new story! Here we'll be see a new protagonist take the stage besides Naruto, Naruko, or an OC. I won't spoil anything, but I'm sure this will be a very interesting story. So, without further ado.

'Fucking fan-using bitch! I should have just slit that shadow-using bastards throat when I had the chance!' Tayuya thought angrily, as she jumped through the trees, before wincing as she held her bleeding side.

It was supposed to be a simple mission, Orochimaru having sent her and the rest of the Sound Four to get the Uchiha and bring the pink-eyed brat back to Oto. They didn't even have to use force, all they had to do was show the brat the power they got from their Curse Marks, and he happily followed them.

But of course, anything that sounds simple, usually ends up being the opposite. Not long after they left that tree hugging shithole, they had to deal with a team of brats that came to "rescue" the Uchiha. The thought made Tayuya scoff at their stupidity and naivety.

'They actually thought we kidnapped that little shit, maybe if those tree-huggers didn't have their heads so far up their own asses, they'd see the emo came willingly.' Tayuya thought, not seeing the point in trying to save someone, who clearly didn't want to be saved, or showed any sign of being kidnapped.

Like she told the shadow-using bastard, it was stupid sacrificing your own comrades to save someone who left voluntarily.

So, with the Konoha Ninja after them, Jirōbō stayed behind to trap them, only for them to continue their pursuit. This time, Kidomaru stayed behind to delay them, but again, they kept coming. Leading to Sakon and Ukon staying behind this time, leaving only Tayuya to deliver the Uchiha.

Tayuya then had to deal with the shadow bastard and that blonde loudmouth, who managed to take the barrel containing the Uchiha.

'Honestly, the blonde fucker must have a serious hard on for the Uchiha, with how he talked about him.' Tayuya thought, having found that kids desire to "save" the Uchiha was a tad obsessive, and even a little creepy.

And given her years of working with Orochimaru, Tayuya definitely knows creepy.

It only got worse when Kimimaro, the former leader of the Sound Five, showed up and took the barrel back. Tayuya had been worried and terrified that Kimimaro would go through with his threat to kill her. Thankfully, she got to live, but only so she could try and delay the remaining Ninja.

However, the blonde loudmouth managed to get by her, by tricking her, and then even had the nerve to taunt her!

This left Tayuya alone to face the shadow user, and she'd begrudgingly admit, he was pretty smart and clever at how he was able to outsmart her plans. Even pushing her to enter her Curse Mark's Second Stage. He almost had her with his shadow choking her, but Tayuya was able to overpower it, thanks to the increased strength given by her Curse Mark, leaving them in a stalemate. Tayuya then tried to stab him, while the shadow user tried to choke her.

Eventually though, Tayuya managed to win, when he ran out of Chakra. Unfortunately, a Suna Ninja intervened, the sister of the psycho Suna Jinchūriki, if Tayuya remembered correctly.

She had tried trapping them in a Genjutsu with Demonic Flute, only for the fan user to blow the sound-waves away from them, along with slicing her flute in half. The latter of which really pissed Tayuya off since she really liked that flute.

So, with her main weapon destroyed, Tayuya put some distance between herself and them, in order to think of a plan, and hopefully place them under a Genjutsu. Only for the Suna Ninja to unleash a powerful whirlwind, along with summoning a weasel carrying a giant sickle that sliced through all the trees, including the one Tayuya was hiding behind.

It was only thanks to her speed and evasiveness, Tayuya was able to escape being crushed by the sliced trees. However, she hadn't been able to avoid being slashed by the razor sharp wind, but at least she was still alive.

Once the wind had died down, Tayuya quickly cast a Genjutsu, making her enemies think she had been crushed by the destroyed trees.

The illusion worked, and the two soon left the area, allowing Tayuya to reveal herself, and quickly head back to Oto.

'Fuck, that snake-face fucker's not going to happy. Hopefully, I can at least get healed, before he knocks me around.' Tayuya thought, looking at her wounds, and saw that they were already partly healed, but still open.

Tayuya wasn't sure where her healing factor came from, but she definitely wasn't complaining. She just wished the damn thing worked faster. Unfortunately, it couldn't, however, do anything for low Chakra and the fatigue she was feeling from her fight.

Along the way, she sensed Kimimaro fighting two other Ninja, which she happily avoided, not wanting to get caught in another fight, or risk Kimimaro's wrath being directed at her.

Thankfully, it wasn't long, until she crossed the border, and made it back to Oto.

'Home fucking sweet home.' Tayuya thought sarcastically, as she jumped down from the trees, and walked towards the entrance

However it seemed Tayuya's luck was at an all-time low today, as before she could enter the base, five Oto Ninja jumped down and surrounded her.

'Just one Kami damned thing, after another!' Thought Tayuya, while scowling.

"What the fuck do you dumbasses want? It better be good, because I am in a really bad mood right, and will gladly kill you, if it isn't." Tayuya warned, not in the mood to deal with anymore bullshit today.

Though Tayuya got a bad feeling, when they didn't cower away like they normally would, whenever she makes threats. Instead, they smirked and pulled out weapons.

"Orochimaru-sama sent us. We're here to make sure you, and the rest of the Sound Four, don't ever come back. Given how you all failed to return with Sasuke Uchiha on time, our master is most displeased." One of the Ninja said.

"And for your failure, Orochimaru-sama has order us to make sure you all die, if you dared to return." Added another, as they were now smirking maliciously, while Tayuya scowled in anger at hearing this.

"And you dumbasses think you actually stand a chance against me. I can kill trash like you with one hand tied behind my back." Said Tayuya, hoping to use her reputation amongst Orochimaru's top subordinated to her advantage, and either escape, or take them by surprise and kill them.

Given she hardly had any Chakra left, except for maybe one or two more Genjutsu, and didn't have the energy for a long fight.

"Please, as if you could even fight with those injur-GAH!" The Ninja that spoke suddenly choked, when Tayuya quickly pulled out a kunai, and threw into his throat.

Using their surprise to her advantage, Tayuya pulled out another kunai and rushed towards another Oto Ninja, slitting their throat, as well.

This, however, snapped the remaining Ninja out of their shock, as two of them immediately threw kunai and shuriken at Tayuya, while the third ran at her with a tanto.

Deflecting the weapons that she could, Tayuya bit back a scream, as she was forced to block a slash from the sword wielding Ninja, leaving the remaining kunai and shuriken to cut into her.

"Why don't you just give up. I promise we'll kill you quickly, after we have our fun, of course." The Ninja said, leering at Tayuya's body, making the redhead growl.

"Here's my response trash!" Said Tayuya, before delivering a quick jab to the Ninja's throat, taking a sadistic pleasure, when she heard the crunching of his windpipes as he gasped for air.

Turning to the last two, Tayuya went through handsigns.

"Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes Jutsu!" Tayuya said, as the Ninja immediately froze in place, before crying out in pain from the sensation of large spikes being driven through their bodies.

Taking her chance, Tayuya pulled out two more kunai and threw them into the Ninja's throats, killing them.

Looking around, Tayuya smirked seeing her opponents were dead, except the bastard she punched in the throat. Walking over to them, Tayuya laughed darkly at seeing that they were still trying to breathe.

"I told you, I'm in a bad fucking mood." Tayuya said, before stomping on their throat, causing a loud snap to be heard, before they finally went limp

Seeing all of them were now dead, Tayuya stumbled slightly panting in exhaustion, the adrenaline leaving her now that the fight is over.

'Damn it! I have to get out of here.' Tayuya thought, as she ran the other way, away from Oto.

She couldn't stay in the Land of Rice, not after Orochimaru betrayed her like this, and if he finds her alive, then death would be a mercy for whatever that snake would have planned for her.

'I swear, if I ever get the chance, I'm gonna pay that snake bastard back, and mount his head on my damn wall!' Swore Tayuya.

However, right after Tayuya had that thought, she cried out in pain and grabbed her neck, as her Curse Mark started pulsating and shooting pain throughout her body.

'Fuck! What the fuck is this?!' Tayuya thought, gritting her teeth to suppress her screams, and kept pushing forward.

Given it was coming from her Curse Mark, Orochimaru must have triggered something to cause this pain. Likely having sensed she was still alive and is either trying to kill her with the pain or incapacitate her long enough for another Oto team to capture her.

Refusing to stop, Tayuya kept running towards the border, hoping that the farther away she got, the pain would eventually fade.

Tayuya kept running and felt relieved when she saw that she was nearly at the border. But before she could cross it, the pain from her Curse Mark, along with her exhaustion, low Chakra reserves, and injuries, became too much, with the redhead falling to her knees.

'D-damn…it…' Tayuya cursed mentally, as she fell over into blissful darkness.

*Timeskip-Two Days*

When Tayuya opened her eyes and tensed when she felt herself lying on a metal table, making her believe Orochimaru had succeeded in capturing her. But that theory went out the window, when she didn't immediately start screaming in pain, from whatever experiments the snake was performing on her. And the fact that she actually felt much better than before, no longer feeling tired, sensing her Chakra reserves were full again, and her injuries were healed.

'Okay, so I'm not back with the snake fucker, I also wasn't captured by those tree huggers or Suna, since I'm not in a cell, or dead. So, probably someone who doesn't know who I am, or of my previous affiliations.' Tayuya thought, relieved she wasn't a prisoner for some Hidden Village.

But that didn't mean she would let her guard down, since she clearly wasn't taken in by civilians, since she did wake up on a metal table.

Sitting up, Tayuya reached for her weapons, only to curse when she saw they were taken.

"I wouldn't move so much if I were you. Your body is still healing and adjusting to the DNA strands I infused in you."

The sudden voice made Tayuya tense up and looked to see where it came from. Only to see what was either a kid, or a really short man, standing at a table with his back to her.

The stranger then turned showing they had white hair, red eyes, and wearing an over-sized, high-collared coat wrapped, with three leather straps, and bandages covering most of his body, aside from his upper face.

"Who the fuck are you supposed to be?" Said Tayuya, with the stranger not even reacting to her abrasive attitude.

"Such language. Is that anyway to speak to the one who saved you? And my name is Hiruko." Hiruko replied, with Tayuya now tensing again, and gulping at learning who this was.

Hiruko, a Missing-Nin from Konoha, and a former friend of the Sannin. Orochimaru had told the Sound Four about Hiruko, and that he wasn't someone to be underestimated, despite not having any special talents. With his power coming from his own original technique, the Chimera Jutsu, which allowed him to integrate several Kekkei Genkai into his body and use them as if they were his own. Along with possessing other abilities and physical traits of his victims, such as strength and speed, making him a dangerous opponent.

"Okay, why did you save me?" Tayuya asked, wary of why Hiruko would bother saving her, or even keep her alive.

"Boredom and intrigue. I only happened upon you by chance, and saw the Curse Mark, showing you were affiliated with Orochimaru. I say "were", given how I found you, along with how I killed some Oto Ninja, that were trying to capture you. Am I right to assume he no longer had a use for you and tried killing you." Hiruko said, knowing how his old friend worked, only acquiring those he thought would be useful to him, and when their usefulness ran out, they either died or were turned into guinea pigs

"Yeah, I wasn't quick enough to complete a mission, and that warranted my death." Tayuya replied with a scowl, still angry at the betrayal.

"Hmm." Hiruko hummed in thought, before going back to what he was working on.

"What did you mean earlier, by DNA strands you infused in me?" Tayuya asked.

"Exactly what I meant. I used my Chimera Jutsu to infuse you with the DNA of an Uzumaki, a Kaguya, a Yuki Clan Member, and a Chinoike Clan Member. Granting you access to all those clan's Kekkei Genkai. I also fully merged your Curse Mark with your DNA, severing Orochimaru's connection to it, while making sure you still had access to its power on a more permanent basis." Hiruko answered, with Tayuya looking at him in surprise, that he gave her all those abilities, and even made it so Orochimaru could no longer control her with her Curse Mark.

"Of course, I didn't help you, or give you such abilities for free. I expect you to repay this debt by helping me with my research and collecting Kekkei Genkai, while training the new ones you now have." Hiruko added, since he didn't help Tayuya out of the goodness of his heart, and fully expected her to repay her debt to him.

This soured Tayuya's good mood, but not by much, since she expected something like this.

"Okay. What do you want me to do first?" Asked Tayuya, figuring she should consider herself lucky to just be alive.

"Straight to the point, good. Your first mission is to investigate one of your former employer's bases, in the Land of the Sea." Hiruko answered, with Tayuya frowning as she thought of the base, he mentioned.

"Land of the Sea, that base was focused on studying and creating hybrid Shinobi." Said Tayuya, with Hiruko nodding.

"Correct, the research done there could prove useful for my own and improving my Chimera Jutsu. You also shouldn't worry about encountering Orochimaru, or any of his notable followers, as from what I learned, Orochimaru eventually grew bored with the project, and abandoned the base." Hiruko said, while turning to look at Tayuya again.

"I'll give you a week to prepare, so you can get a feel for your new Kekkei Genkai." Said Hiruko, as Tayuya nodded with smirk, since she's sure to enjoy having so many new abilities to use and master.

*Timeskip-One Week*

A week has passed, since Tayuya awoke to find she had been saved by Hiruko, and learning of the several Kekkei Genkai she gained, thanks to his Chimera Jutsu, along with now working under the Kekkei Genkai Hunter. With her first assignment being to investigate one of Orochimaru's former bases in the Land of the Sea.

Before setting out, Tayuya had been allowed one week to get a feel for her new abilities. Though so far, the only Kekkei Genkai she has full control over is the Senjutsu-based one she gained from her Curse Mark, given her experience in using the Curse Mark's power. In fact, she now had far more control over her transformation, and didn't feel the pain that came with her Curse Mark, like before.

However, her training with her other Kekkei Genkai wasn't going as good.

With her Dead Bone Pulse and her Hyōton, Tayuya has gotten them to where she can summon her bones and create ice, but nothing to impressive yet. She also hasn't manifest her Ketsuryūgan and Chakra Chains, which she and Hiruko guessed would require a trigger to activate.

But Tayuya was definitely feeling the benefits of the enhanced vitality and Chakra reserves from the Uzumaki DNA, with even her healing factor having gotten boost, as well. Now she could heal most injuries in a few minutes, rather than a few hours. Along with developing an affinity for Fūinjutsu.

Tayuya also figured that it was thanks to the enhanced vitality and Chakra reserves, she had such great control over her transformations. Despite the rumors she's heard about Jūgo, the origins of the Curse Marks, and his berserk episodes.

Though one thing Tayuya and Hiruko noticed, was that she seemed to be getting the most benefits from the Uzumaki DNA, even more than Hiruko expected her to get. It didn't take long for them to realize that Tayuya was likely an Uzumaki descendant, with the Uzumaki DNA from the Chimera Jutsu having merged with her pre-existing Uzumaki DNA, thus making her Uzumaki-based abilities far more potent.

After the week had ended, Tayuya had set off for the Land of the Sea to investigate the old base.

Currently, Tayuya was walking through the town on one of the islands in the Land of the Sea, looking around boredly. Though her attention soon turned to a girl carrying a bag and covered in bandages.

'The fuck happened to her?' Tayuya wondered, raising a brow at the girls appearance, the redhead then narrowed her eyes when she saw the people were glaring at the girl, and whispering about her.

While Tayuya would gladly admit that she's not a nice person, and had no problem killing anyone that so much as looks at her the wrong way. Seeing these people glaring and whispering about that girl rubbed her the wrong way.

It reminded her of her own childhood, before Orochimaru found her, since with her abrasive attitude and violent nature, along with her red hair, a color that wasn't very common in the world. Tayuya hadn't been that liked in her former home, until Orochimaru found her and saw potential in her.

'And after I had the power, I killed everyone in that damn town, before burning it to the ground.' Tayuya thought, smirking at the memory of destroying her former home.

Though her scowl quickly returned, before grabbing a nearby villager by the shoulder.

"Hey, who's that girl with the bandages?" Tayuya asked, with the villager scoffing, and pushed her hand away.

"That's none of your business outsider. Do yourself a favor and leave." Said the villager, only to yelp in pain, when Tayuya grabbed him again, and subtly put a kunai against his throat.

"Alright, I asked nicely, and you didn't answer. Now either tell me about the girl, or I open your throat ear to ear!" Tayuya hissed, with the villager paling at the threat.

"Al-alright! Her names Isaribi, the only person to have returned from being spirited away. Everyone knows she's working with the sea monster, and attacking ships that try coming or leave, that's all I know, I swear!" The villager said, with Tayuya's scowl darkening at his words.

It wasn't hard for her to figure out that Isaribi was likely the only successful experiment to create a hybrid Shinobi, likely one that can fight underwater. With Isaribi being this supposed sea monster attacking ship, probably as tests, or to gather resources for whoever's controlling her.

"Good for you, you get to live a little longer." Tayuya said, before shoving the villager into a wall, and walking to where she saw Isaribi go.

Tayuya soon arrived at a rundown hut, that looks to have been vandalized, only making her angrier at seeing where Isaribi was living. But what she saw next, only made her anger reach its breaking point.

"Look, it's the monster!"

"Get out of here!"

"You're a bad omen!"

"Yeah take this!"

Tayuya growled when she saw Isaribi being harassed by a group of kids, her anger growing further when she saw one even threw a rock at her.

'Well, at least I have some living targets to test my powers on.' Tayuya thought, running up to Isaribi when another kid threw a second rock, with the redhead catching it.

"Hey you little shits! You think your tough throwing rocks at someone who's not fighting back! How about trying that on me, see what happens." Tayuya said, glaring at the runts, who were stupid enough to glare back.

"And who are you, a friend of the monsters?! Everyone knows it's true!"

"Yeah, Isaribi went off and joined up with the demon of the ocean!"

"You fuckers have big mouths, you know that." Tayuya stated, before one of the kids ran up to her and actually tried kicking her.

Only for Tayuya to grab the brat by his throat and lift him into the air.

"Oh, well don't you just have the biggest pair here! Trying to kick me, ya little shit?!" Tayuya said, grinning sadistically, having something special in mind for these brats.

"Hey, let him go freak!" One of the kids shouted as the remaining kids, threw more rocks at Tayuya, only for the redhead to use the one in her hand as a shield, making him cry out in pain.

"A freak, am I? The only freaks I see are you trash, acting all tough by ganging up on someone, who clearly refuses to fight back. After all, if she were a monster, wouldn't she have tried killing you fuckers already? Or maybe you trash just get off on attacking helpless girls with your imaginary power. Well, sorry to disappoint, but you don't have any power. I, on the other hand." Tayuya said smirking, before crushing the rock in her hand, while two bone spikes shot out of the top of her wrist, much to the children's and Isaribi's shock

Then to their horror, Tayuya stabbed the bone spikes into the kids eyes, relishing in his screams of agony. Once he died, Tayuya tossed his body at the horrified children.

"I have all the power I need, to kill trash like you." Said Tayuya, as the kids ran away screaming, only to be stopped when Tayuya appeared in front of them in a burst of speed.

"And where do you think you're going?! The fun's just started!" Tayuya said, wickedly lifting up another kid, before snapping his neck.

The third kid, Tayuya pinned them to the ground, before grabbing a decent sized rock and began repeatedly bashing it straight into their heads, reducing it to bloody paste. The sole girl among the group, Tayuya drove a kunai through her heart.

"Then there was one." Tayuya said, laughing darkly at the apparent leader of the brats, watching him shake in fear with a noticeable wet spot on his pants.

"AHAHAHAHA! Are you serious, you actually pissed yourself?! Come on, you were talking tough a few minutes ago, what got nothing left to say trash? Come on, say something tough big man, I fucking dare you." Tayuya said, standing over the brat with a wicked smile on her face, enjoying the fear the kid radiated even more, when he started whimpering.

"P-p-p-ple-please-"

"P-p-p-ple-please." Tayuya taunted, before lifting him up by his collar, and walking over to the shore.

"See, this is the difference between you and me. You only have an illusion of power, believing your strong, just because you little shits were in a group, and picked on someone that wasn't fighting back. But now that illusion has been shattered by me, someone with true power. And you know what else is shattered?" Tayuya asked.

"Wh-what…"

"Your spine!" Said Tayuya cruelly, before lifting the kid into the air and bringing his back down onto her knee, his spine snapping like a twig against the impact, along with letting out a scream of pure agony as he lost feeling in his legs.

"Enjoy your swim trash! Say hi to the monster down there!" Tayuya said, before throwing the brat far into the ocean, watching as he sunk beneath the waves.

With the runts taken care, Tayuya turned back to Isaribi, who looked at her in horror.

"What, what have you done?! You'll only make things worse!" Isaribi shouted, as this'll only make the villagers hate her even more, they may even try to kill her.

"So? Why should you care about what those weaklings say? After all we both know you have more than enough power to kill those worthless insects, or perhaps send them to a watery grave." Said Tayuya, with Isaribi only being further horrified that Tayuya knew about her.

"Ho-how do you know?" Questioned Isaribi, stepping back closer to the ocean to make her escape.

"Because I used to work with Orochimaru, before that snake bastard betrayed me, and know about his base here, used to create hybrid Shinobi like you. I also know about the guy running the base, Amachi, the same guy who experimented on you, I'm guessing. Well, I hate to say it, but Orochimaru lost interest in Amachi and his research long ago." Tayuya revealed, much to Isaribi's shock at hearing this.

"If that's true, then I have a higher chance of finally getting cured and can be normal again!" Isaribi said, holding onto the hope that Amachi will turn her back to normal, only for Tayuya to shake her head.

"I doubt that. People like Amachi, they don't care about anyone, but themselves, and their own self-interests, along with proving they're the best. If anything, he's more likely to dissect you than cure you, if he even can that is." Tayuya replied.

Isaribi shook her head, refusing to believe Tayuya's words, or give up hope on being normal again, and not be a monster anymore. Without another word, Isaribi jumped into the sea and transformed, swimming back towards Amachi's lab.

"Okay, so we're doing it this way. Alright, I still have some aggression to work out anyway." Tayuya muttered, before running across the water, behind Isaribi.

*Later*

"How many fucking pets does this guy have?!" Tayuya shouted, as she stabbed a lion looking creature in them head, killing it, just like she did the other two.

After arriving on the island, Tayuya had entered the base, where she first encountered Yoroi and Misumi, the former teammates of the four-eyed bastard, Kabuto, whom she easily dealt with. But then she had to deal with several traps in the base, along with more experiments created by Amachi, all of which got on Tayuya's nerves, as they just kept on coming.

Finally though, Tayuya saw she had killed all the creatures, making her sigh in relief, before continuing on.

It didn't take long, until she reached Amachi's lab, and saw the man himself standing there, as if waiting for her.

"Well, if isn't Tayuya of the North Gate. I'm surprised that Orochimaru sent one of his bodyguards to check on me. Oh wait, you aren't one of his guards anymore." Amachi said, while smirking.

"Yeah, and you aren't one of his little fuck buddies anymore, congrats. Oh wait, you weren't even that, just some stooge who got lucky in getting the snake's attention. Not that it matters, since Orochimaru left your sorry ass here to rot." Retorted Tayuya, with Amachi scowling at the insults.

"Orochimaru was a fool! My project was brilliant, an army of underwater Shinobi, capable of fighting on land and sea, they would be unstoppable! And once I have perfected my work, I'll use my underwater fighters to pay Orochimaru back for abandoning it!" Amachi shouted.

"Yeah, yeah, throwing a tantrum, because you loved blowing the snake, and can't anymore. Sorry, but I think snake face prefers little boys." Taunted Tayuya, with Amachi gritting his teeth in anger, before calming down and smirking.

"It doesn't matter, you'll be dead soon enough. Isaribi!" Amachi said, just as a strong blast of water crashed into Tayuya, knocking her into a wall.

Grunting at the impact, Tayuya looked up and saw Isaribi in her Kaima form.

"Seriously? You're still helping this guy?" Tayuya asked.

"If it means being cured of looking like this, then yes!" Said Isaribi said, charging towards Tayuya, swiping at her with claws, with Tayuya dodging the attacks.

Pulling out a kunai, Tayuya ducked under Isaribi's swipes and tried incapacitating her by slicing her legs, not wanting to actually kill Isaribi. Only to be surprised when her kunai didn't leave so much as a scratch.

'Shit!' Tayuya thought, jumping when Isaribi let loose another blast of water at her, seeing that it actually carved through the stone wall, slightly.

Tayuya then grunted when she felt several things stabbing into her body. Grabbing one of the objects, Tayuya was confused when she saw they were…scales?

She didn't have to ponder the strange projectiles, when a large green, scaled arm smashed into her head, sending her flying across the room.

'Okay, now I'm pissed.' Tayuya thought, righting herself and landing on her feet to see what hit her, only to see a second Kaima, with this one being more fish-like, and being a darker green.

"Behold, the pinnacle of my research! The ultimate underwater Shinobi!" Amachi declared, smiling wickedly at showing how far his research has come without Orochimaru.

"Dude…you have got some serious fucking issues." Stated Tayuya, before jumping out of the way, when Amachi and Isaribi both unleashed a blast of water at Tayuya.

Pulling out her flute, having gotten a replacement one from Hiruko, with some seals to make it stronger than her original one, along with a few upgrades. Tayuya held it to her mouth and began playing.

'Demonic Flute: Phantom Sound Chains.' Tayuya thought, playing her melody, seeing she had ensnared Isaribi, while Amachi managed to dispel the Genjutsu.

"You'll have to do more than simple Genjutsu to defeat me! Scale Senbon!" Amachi shouted, spreading his arms, and launching another barrage of scales at Tayuya, with the Chimera jumping out of the way, while still playing her flute.

'Then how about something new.' Thought Tayuya, channeling Chakra into one of her flute's seals as she changed her song.

'Demonic Flute: Song of the Earth!' Thought Tayuya, before the ground to start shaking, knocking Isaribi and Amachi off balance.

Tayuya smirked, seeing the seal worked. That was one of the seals she placed on her flute, by channeling Chakra into it, she could turn her Chakra into Earth Nature Chakra, which she could then use for a variety of new Demonic Flute Jutsu. Her Song of the Earth was a simple, but effective one, causing a mini earthquake in the surrounding area, with the strength depending on how much Chakra Tayuya uses, and how long she plays.

Taking her chance, Tayuya rushed towards Isaribi, and knocked her aside with a spin kick.

"Alright fishy, your turn." Said Tayuya, facing Amachi as the ground stopped shaking, with the hybrid glaring at her.

"HA! You think because you defeated that failed prototype, you can defeat me?! I'm far stronger than she could ever be!" Said Amachi, with Tayuya mentally smirking, as she saw her chance.

"If she's a failed experiment, then why keep her around? Why not just get rid of her, or cure her, like you said you would?" Tayuya said, with Amachi scoffing.

"Please, that stupid girl has at least some use, if only barely. As for a cure, there isn't one. Even if there was, I wouldn't give it to her, I planned to dissect her once her use ran out!" Amachi revealed, only to pause when Isaribi, who was released from Tayuya's Genjutsu from her hit, gasped in shock and horror.

"Amachi, there…there isn't a cure? You never planned to fix me?!" Said Isaribi shocked, horrified, and angered to learn that there wasn't a cure, and that Tayuya had been right, before.

"Of course there isn't a cure, you stupid girl! Why would I waste my time trying to cure this power, or trying to help a failure, like you! The only thing you were good for was getting me money for my research, and eventually as a test subject to dissect!" Amachi said, seeing it was pointless to try and lie.

Isaribi shook in anger, before unleashing a blast of water at Amachi, with the mad doctor about to dodge, only to lose his balance when Tayuya used her Song of the Earth again. This time focusing the quake on him, allowing Isaribi's attack to hit him dead on, sending him crashing into the wall.

'Demonic Flute: Burning Anthem!' Tayuya thought, playing another song as her flute glowed red hot.

Tayuya soon unleashed a stream of fire from her flute, towards Amachi, while also creating a large amount of steam, as it hit Isaribi's water.

Soon, both girls stopped their attacks, and looked into the steam, to see if Amachi was still alive, or if he's dead. Only for Tayuya to curse when a mass of water shot out of the steam and seemed to eat her.

'Fuck! What the hell is this?!' Tayuya thought, trying to escape the water, only for it to move and keep her trapped inside.

"Behold the Umibōzu, one of my greatest creations! Think of it as a moving Water Prison Jutsu, that's impossible to escape, and can't be destroyed. Enjoy drowning girly, and as for you…" Amachi said, glaring at Isaribi, who shook slightly, before screaming, when Amachi backhanded her.

Tayuya struggled to escape the Umibōzu, but the creature kept moving, and kept her trapped within.

'Shit…gotta get…out…need…air…' Tayuya thought, starting to run out of air, but refused to open her mouth and drown.

Unfortunately, Tayuya couldn't hold her breath any longer, and opened her mouth, causing water to flood into her mouth and lungs.

'No…no…NO! I can't die here, I won't die here!' Tayuya thought, refusing to die, after everything she's been through, but couldn't do anything to escape the water.

Seeing the growing darkness on the edge of her vision, Tayuya's eyes widened, before her body emitted an ice cold mist. Her Hyōton going into overdrive from her fear and panic of dying as the Umibōzu began freezing around her.

Once the creature was fully frozen, it shattered into pieces of ice, allowing Tayuya to cough up the water in her lungs, and breath.

"What?! How did you escape?!" Amachi demanded at seeing Tayuya manage to escape his creature.

Growling and glaring at the hybrid, Tayuya pulled out her flute and played another song.

'Demonic Flute: Stone Coffin!' Tayuya thought, as Amachi was immediately encased up to neck in stone.

"What?!" Shouted Amachi, struggling against the stone, before Tayuya slapped a seal tag over his mouth, not only shutting him up, but sealing off his Chakra, causing Amachi to revert back to his human form.

With the mad doctor taken care of, Tayuya walked over to Isaribi, to see her on her hands and knees.

"Hey, you alright?" Tayuya asked, causing Isaribi to glare up at her.

"How do you think?! I'm stuck like this; I can never be normal again!" Isaribi shouted.

"So? Who cares if you can't be normal again! Look at you, you have powers hardly anyone else does, you can use them to make those bastard back in that village pay for hurting you! You could have used them for yourself! This guy might be a complete asshole, but he did give you power. But he also lied to you, used you, and planned to cut you open. So, how about you return the favor." Tayuya said, with Isaribi looking at Amachi, who's eyes were wide with terror, realizing he was completely helpless against them.

Standing up, Isaribi glared at the man who did this to her and prepared to tear his head apart with her claws. Only for Tayuya to stop her, while shaking her head with a smirk.

"Uh-uh. You need to be more personal." Said Tayuya, before breaking the coffin open and grabbing Amachi, before throwing him onto a metal table, while restraining his arms and legs.

Tayuya then grabbed a scalpel and handed it to Isaribi.

"He planned to cut you open, now you get to cut him open." Tayuya said, as Isaribi looked at her with wide eyes, before grabbing the scalpel and walking up to Amachi, taking a dark satisfaction in his fear, and the power she had over him.

"You know, Amachi, you were right. Who would want to give up this power." Said Isaribi, now embracing the monster Amachi turned her into, the monster the villagers saw her as, the monster she now chose to be.

With that, Isaribi placed the scalpel on Amachi's collarbone, before dragging it down to his waist, all the while the man's muffled screams made Isaribi gain a dark smile. Making two more incisions at the top and bottom, Isaribi set the scalpel aside, before pulling open Amachi's skin and muscles, revealing his organs.

Tayuya watched as Isaribi removed each of Amachi's organs, starting with his intestines and his stomach, before moving onto the more important ones. His kidney's, liver, spleen, pancreas, all of them were removed one by one.

Finally only his heart and lungs were left, with Isaribi wrapping her hand around Amachi's heart, and slowly began squeezing it.

'Is it wrong that I think this is kind of hot?' Tayuya thought, watching in fascination as Isaribi squeezed Amachi's heart tighter and tighter, until finally, it popped and splattered blood everywhere.

"Well, with that dumbass dead, what will you do now?" Tayuya asked, with Isaribi looking at her bloody hands.

"I don't know." Replied Isaribi, not sure what she'll do now.

"How about you come with me, I'm sure my boss could use someone like you helping him. Plus, maybe he could find a way for you to fully transform between your human form and Kaima form." Tayuya said, sure that Hiruko could perfect Isaribi's transformations, to allow her to walk around, without those bandages.

Isaribi looked at her in surprise at the offer, before nodding gratefully at the chance to find a new purpose.

"Great, now help me collect everything here that's useful. Then afterwards, we can meet up with my boss, after we give these dumbasses a final farewell." Tayuya said, smirking wickedly, which Isaribi matched, eager for the chance to pay back all her tormentors.

*Later*

Back in the town, a civilian was sitting on the docks with his fishing pole out. Just then the pole started bending, making the man start reeling it in to see what he caught.

Only for whatever was on the other end to be stronger than he thought, as his fishing pole was suddenly ripped from his grasp, and into the water.

"Damn it!" The man cursed at losing his pole, before noticing something moving in the water.

Frowning, the man looked closer to see if it was the fish that took his pole. Then, before he could react, Isaribi came shooting out of the water and bit down into his neck, making the man scream in pain and horror.

The people who saw this also screamed in horror.

"It's the monster!"

"Run for your lives!"

"The sea demon is attacking!"

Isaribi tore out the mans throat, watching as the people who tormented her for years ran away in fear. Smirking, Isaribi climbed onto the dock, while kicking the corpse into the water, and entered the village.

Unleashing a blast of water on a group of people that charged her carrying makeshift weapons, with the high-pressure water carving through their bodies like paper.

More villagers charged towards Isaribi with anything they could their hands on, only to suddenly freeze at the sound of a flute being played. Tayuya then revealed herself, mentally smirking as she switched to a different melody.

'Demonic Flute: Lightning Ballad!' Tayuya thought, as her flute sparked with lightning, before unleashing it on the villagers, releasing a wave of lightning that electrocuted them, until they died.

This continued for several minutes, as Tayuya and Isaribi systematically killed all the villagers, making sure there were no survivors.

Once everyone was finally dead, Tayuya placed Explosive Tags everywhere, and when the two Kunoichi were at a safe distance, detonated them, engulfing the town in a large explosion.

With the research in hand, and Isaribi having taken her revenge on all her tormentors, the two girls left the Land of the Sea for Hiruko's base.

So, what did you think, good. Yep, that's right it's Tayuya's time to shine! With her having survived her encounter with Shikamaru and Tayuya, only to be betrayed by Orochimaru for failing to retrieve Sasuke in time, leading to Tayuya abandoning Oto and be found by Hiruko, with him infusing her with several Kekkei Genkai in exchange for Tayuya working for him. With Tayuya's first assignment taking her to the Land of the Sea where she encounters Isaribi, along with killing the children attacking her, before following her to Amachi's lab. With Tayuya showing off some of her new abilities and getting Amachi to reveal what he intended to do to Isaribi, and with some words from Tayuya, leads to Isaribi to embracing the monster she's become and dissecting Amachi. Finally Tayuya and Isaribi attack the Land of the Sea, killing the latter's tormentors before leaving after blowing the town up.

Also in regards to Naruto in this fic, let's just say his old friend Plot Armor won't be around to save him anymore. So, review if you liked go away if you didn't.

Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! Yep two chapters (really three) all at once and this one is a super long one, with a lot of stuff happening here, some good, some bad. So, without further ado.

"You've done well, Tayuya. Not only recovering Orochimaru and Amachi's research, but also bringing young Isaribi back, as well." Hiruko said, pleased at Tayuya's success, while both Tayuya and Isaribi bowed to Hiruko.

Looking over Orochimaru's notes from the Land of the Sea base, Hiruko was very pleased with what they showed. It showed the experiments performed on both Isaribi, and several other test subjects, were similar in nature to his Chimera Jutsu, combining two separate organisms into a single body, creating a chimera. In this case, an aquatic chimera, like Isaribi and Amachi.

'Hm, with these notes, I may be able to finally perfect the Chimera Jutsu to be able to absorb five Kekkei Genkai at once, without the "Heaven", "Earth", and "Human" conditions.' Hiruko thought, knowing if he could do that, he wouldn't have to wait for a solar eclipse to acquire more Kekkei Genkai.

Though he also saw how Isaribi's Kaima transformation wasn't a complete, forcing her to wear bandages to hide the scales on her body.

"Isaribi, Tayuya informed you that I would be able to help you with your transformation. She's correct, I can fix the errors in your Kaima Form, with my Chimera Jutsu. Allowing you to fully change into your human form, and no longer need to wear those bandages." Hiruko said, with Isaribi looking up in surprise, and hope.

"Thank you, Hiruko-sama." Said Isaribi, happy that she'll no longer have to wear her bandages.

While she's now accepted what she is, she'd still like to no longer have to wear bandages her entire life. Plus, now she wouldn't have to worry about them coming off during a mission and getting in her way.

"Not only that, but I'll make you better with these." Said Hiruko, grabbing a container with what looked like dark blue shark scales inside it.

"These are scales from the sentient sword, Samehada. I acquired them during a period when the blade didn't have a wielder. By adding these to your Kaima Form, you will gain Samehada's ability to absorb Chakra from Jutsu and add it to your own reserves." Hiruko said, with Isaribi looking even more pleased that not only will she be able to fully transform but gain such a useful ability.

It also showed her, she made the right decision in going with Tayuya, as she's now been offered more from Hiruko in ten minutes, than she ever got from Amachi, in all the years she worked for him.

"Alright, so you got another mission you need me to do?" Tayuya asked, wondering if she was being sent somewhere else now, only for Hiruko to shake his head.

"Not at the moment. For now, you may resume training to master your Kekkei Genkai, while I look over Amachi's research and work on improving my Chimera Jutsu. Once I have finished, I will use it on Isaribi, and afterwards, I may have another mission. And here, this should prove useful in lessening the time it takes to master your abilities." Hiruko replied, before pulling out a scroll and tossing it to Tayuya, with the redhead catching it.

Looking at the scroll curiously, Tayuya opened it up to see it was a Jutsu scroll. With the Jutsu inside making her grin.

'Oh fuck the hell yes.' Tayuya thought, knowing with this, she will definitely grow stronger in no time.

*Timeskip-Three Weeks*

Three weeks have passed, since Tayuya returned to Hiruko with Amachi's research, and Isaribi joining her. Along with having gotten back to training her Kekkei Genkai, with the training having gone much quicker, thanks to the Jutsu Hiruko gave her. A Jutsu he had picked up, back during his time a Konoha Ninja.

The Shadow Clone Jutsu.

Tayuya had seen Orochimaru use the Jutsu before, and didn't think much of it, outside of creating solid clones, clones that weren't even that durable. Given all it took was one good hit to dispel them. But after reading the scroll Hiruko gave her, Tayuya saw the Shadow Clone Jutsu was for more than just creating solid clones.

With it being that whenever a Shadow Clone dispels, everything the clone experienced is transferred back to the original. So, if Tayuya created a single clone, and had it train for an hour in practicing Fūinjutsu, while the real Tayuya trained in her Hyōton, after the clone dispelled, it'd be like she trained in both areas for two hours, while only using one.

This made Tayuya giddy at being able to grow stronger in such a short amount of time. Even better, thanks to the Uzumaki DNA Hiruko infused her with, her Chakra reserves were even bigger than they were before. This allowed Tayuya to create a total of thirty Shadow Clones.

With her new ability to use Shadow Clones, Tayuya had immediately divided them into two groups of fifteen, with one group working on wind manipulation, and the other working on water manipulation. While Tayuya, herself, worked on increasing her physical attributes.

Once her clones had mastered water and wind manipulation, she had then began working on her Hyōton and Dead Bone Pulse, both of which she has made great strides to mastering them. Though, Tayuya saw that she was able to get a better grasp of the Dead Bone Pulse, since she was more familiar with that Kekkei Genkai, from her time working with Kimimaro.

Now, after three weeks, Tayuya believed that she could be stronger than the rest of the Sound Four, but knew she wasn't anywhere near Kimimaro's level, at least not yet, even when he was near death.

Currently, Tayuya was walking towards Hiruko's lab, after the Missing-Nin had summoned her.

"You wanted to see me." Tayuya said, annoyed at having her training interrupted, along with wondering if he had another mission for her, eager to really see how much stronger she's become.

"Yes. I have completed the modifications to the Chimera Jutsu, with Amachi's research notes. I'm now ready to use it on Isaribi, and infuse her with Samehada's scales, and four other items I'm sure she will benefit from. If you could retrieve her, we can begin the process immediately." Hiruko said, having found other samples to infuse Isaribi with, that will make her a truly dangerous opponent.

Nodding, Tayuya went to find Isaribi, sure she'll be glad to know that she won't have to wear those bandages, much longer.

*Later*

After, bringing Isaribi to the lab, Hiruko had her lay down in the center of a Fūinjutsu circle, with five items placed around her.

In addition to Samehada's scales, Hiruko also planned to infuse Isaribi with the Chakra of the Sanbi, the Kōton, as well as the DNA of Tobirama Senju and Gengetsu Hōzuki. With the abilities she'll gain from all these items, she'll become a true demon of the sea.

"Are you prepared?" Hiruko questioned, looking at Isaribi, who nodded, ready to be free of her bandages.

Nodding, Hiruko went through three handsigns, before slamming a hand on Isaribi's abdomen.

"Chimera Jutsu!" Hiruko said, as a large mass of deep blue, viscous fluid exuded from his hand and covered Isaribi's entire body, before spreading out over the circle, and absorbing the five samples into her.

Once the last item was absorbed, the fluid began receding away, revealing Isaribi looking the same as before, only now she was no longer wearing her bandages, showing she no longer had scales on her body.

Opening her eyes, Isaribi hesitantly reached up and touched her face, with her eyes widening, when she didn't feel any scales. Looking at her arms and legs, Isaribi saw they were scale free, as well.

'They're gone, they're really gone!' Isaribi thought in happiness, at no longer having to wear bandages to hide herself, anymore.

"The infusion is complete, you can freely transform between your human form and Kaima Form, while also being able to absorb Chakra, no matter what form you take. Your Chakra reserves have also increased, with the addition of the DNA samples, and the Sanbi's Chakra." Hiruko said, as Isaribi stood up, while sensing her Chakra reserves were much higher, as well.

"Thank you, Hiruko-sama." Said Isaribi, now having zero doubts that she made the correct decision.

Nodding, Hiruko then looked at Tayuya.

"Tayuya, I will also use the Chimera Jutsu on you again one more time. With it now being completed, I can fully merge the Kekkei Genkai you already have, along with giving you a fifth one. The Shakuton." Hiruko said, with Tayuya smirking in excitement at getting a fifth Kekkei Genkai.

With that, Tayuya took Isaribi's place with Hiruko using the Chimera Jutsu on her as well, though only absorbing one sample, rather than five.

After the Jutsu was completed, Tayuya stood up, while feeling her Chakra nature change, with the addition the Shakuton.

"Now that the infusion process is complete for both of you, onto business. As of this moment, you both are now partners, and will go out on missions together. You are also free to recruit those you encounter, while on missions, and believe they would be assets to your new team. Understood." Hiruko said, with Tayuya and Isaribi nodding.

"Good. And I already have your next mission. My sources have informed me that Orochimaru has left his base in the Land of Sound, taking Kabuto and Sasuke with him." Hiruko informed.

"Oh, so the snake did get his new boytoy, after all." Remarked Tayuya, annoyed that Orochimaru managed to get what he wanted, but was satisfied with knowing he was too late to take the Uchiha's body.

'Or did he want to fuck the emo's body?' Tayuya thought, since she honestly had trouble figuring out if her former master wanted someone as a host body, or just wanted their body.

"Yes. Anyway, while Orochimaru normally takes all his research, after leaving one of his bases. There should still be some stuff there, that he believes isn't important enough to take. Your mission is to go to the base in the Land of Sound, and take anything and everything there, after that, destroy it." Hiruko said, with the girls nodding, eager for the chance to get some payback against Orochimaru.

"And here, take this, as well." Said Hiruko, pulling out a scroll, and handing it to Tayuya.

"What's this?" Tayuya questioned, wondering if it's another Jutsu scroll.

"It's a summoning scroll. In the event you both run into trouble, simply open the scroll, and it will summon me to your location." Hiruko answered, knowing they'll be going to one of Orochimaru's main bases.

And knowing his old friend, it's either filled with lethal traps, or monstrous experiments ready to tear apart anyone who tries entering.

Nodding, Tayuya put the scroll in her weapons pouch before she and Isaribi left the lab to get ready to head out.

*Timeskip-One Day*

"Wow, I didn't expect a country under the control of Orochimaru to look this beautiful." Isaribi said as she and Tayuya walked through the Land of Sound, with the aquatic Hybrid admiring the scenery.

"Yeah. But don't let it fool you, it's all pretty out here, but wait till you see the towns and where the snake set up shop, it's not so pretty, afterwards. The Daimyō is also a greedy fucker, all Orochimaru had to do was whisper a few words in his ears, and he was more than happy to let him set up Otogakure." Tayuya explained, while agreeing the Land of Sound was beautiful on the surface, but once you saw what the people are like, it will lose its appeal really quick.

"Why would Orochimaru even set up his village, here? Given how close it is to the Land of Fire and Konoha." Said Isaribi, since it'd make more sense for him to build a Hidden Village farther away from the one he abandoned.

"The Land of Rice, as it used to be called, is home to plenty of Shinobi Clans, all of them having been used in some hopeless war, with the clans suffering heavily, both in status and decreased numbers. Orochimaru saw an opportunity to gather plenty of new recruits, then with some honeyed words and promises of restoring their clans to what they once were, many of them gladly joined the snake. Tsk, dumb fuckers didn't realize they were just more guinea pigs to be cut open and see how they worked." Tayuya said, knowing all the clans that joined Orochimaru were only used in his experiments, or driven insane by what they saw, while working for the Sannin.

The lucky ones were the ones that died, it was the ones that lived who weren't so lucky.

Suddenly, Tayuya stopped, sensing two Chakra signatures nearby, both of them being familiar to her, and quickly ducked behind a tree, while motioning Isaribi to do the same.

Looking, Tayuya immediately scowled at who she saw.

'Are you fucking kidding me?!' Tayuya thought, when she saw the blonde loudmouth and pinkie, having seen the latter the night they recruited the Uchiha, the redhead finding the girl rather pathetic with how she tried keeping the emo in that tree hugging village.

But what really annoyed Tayuya, was seeing the loudmouth again, knowing just why he was here and wondered why he couldn't seem to just take a hint.

'Seriously, he's like the ultimate obsessive ex-boyfriend, that just won't give up!' Thought Tayuya, now starting to understand why the Uchiha had been so eager to leave with them.

If she had to deal with these two stalkers every day, she'd want to escape to.

"Should we attack?" Isaribi asked, lowly looking at the two, only for Tayuya to shake her head.

"No, if the dumbass blonde wants to be an obsessive ex-boyfriend, let 'em." Replied Tayuya, not wanting to deal with the creepy kid again.

Plus, she couldn't deny how hilarious it'd be when they realize the Uchiha isn't here, anymore.

However, before they could leave, they spotted a masked Ninja hiding in the bushes, watching pinkie and blondie.

'Damn it!' Tayuya thought, quickly and quietly approaching the stranger, before grabbing them, while covering their mouth and putting a kunai against their throat.

Though Tayuya wasn't doing this out of the goodness of her heart, since she honestly didn't care of those idiots died, or not. But she didn't want this stranger to end up exposing her and Isaribi, as well.

It was also likely this person was an Oto Ninja, left to guard Otogakure, with Orochimaru away. So, it'd be good to get some information out of them, given Tayuya wasn't sure if Orochimaru's made any upgrades and changes to Oto, in her absence.

Pushing the Ninja against a tree, Tayuya glared at them, while pressing her kunai into their throat, with Isaribi placing her now clawed hand beside their head.

"Alright buddy, start talking. What do you know about Otogakure and Orochimaru? And talk quickly, before I get annoyed." Tayuya growled, with the Ninja looking at them with wide brown eyes.

"Wa-wait, hang on! I don't work with Orochimaru!" The stranger, a girl from her voice, said, before pulling up her mask, revealing long orange hair, while the mask was now a hat.

"You don't work with Orochimaru?" Isaribi questioned, with the girl shaking her head.

"No, my name is Sasame Fūma of the Fūma Clan. I'm trying to find my cousin, Arashi, who had joined Orochimaru, along with several other members of our clan. I thought those two out there were Oto Ninja, and wanted to see if they knew where Arashi was." Sasame explained, with Tayuya frowning as she remembered Orochimaru having recruited members of the Fūma Clan, a clan known for their Hidden Techniques, with it not ending well for most of them.

"Well, those two don't work for Orochimaru, they're just some stalkers from Konoha. But I used to work for Orochimaru, until he betrayed me." Tayuya revealed, making Sasame's eyes widen, as she started recognizing who Tayuya was.

"Yo-you're, Tayuya o-of th-the S-Sound F-Five." Sasame stuttered, fearful at being held captive by one of Orochimaru's elite bodyguards.

"Formerly of the Sound Five, the rest of those fuckers are dead, and I sure as hell don't work for the pedo-snake, anymore." Corrected Tayuya.

"What, what are you going to do with me?" Asked Sasame, afraid that Tayuya was going to kill her.

Tayuya and Isaribi traded a look, before stepping back from Sasame.

"You'll be coming with us. You want to find your cousin and we want to get to Orochimaru's base. We help each other to get what we want." Tayuya said, with Isaribi nodding in agreement.

"We'll help you find your cousin, if you help us find where Orochimaru's base is hidden." Added Isaribi.

Though they had another reason for wanting Sasame to come with them. Since if Tayuya and Isaribi played their cards right, they may be able to get Sasame join them, and become a valuable member of their new team. Given the Fūma Clan's specialization in Hidden Techniques, she'd definitely be a great addition.

"Al-alright, I'll go with you." Sasame said reluctantly, not liking the idea of working with one of Orochimaru's guard, even if she's no longer affiliated with the Sannin.

"Great, now how about you tell us the real reason you targeted those two dumbasses." Tayuya said, narrowing her eyes, knowing Sasame didn't target blondie and pinkie because she thought they were Oto Ninja, especially since pinkie is wearing a Konoha headband.

This made Sasame gulp, seeing that they saw through her lie and figured they'd see through another one, as well. Seeing she didn't have a choice, Sasame sighed, before speaking.

"You're right. I encountered three other members of my clan earlier, who had joined Orochimaru with Arashi. Kagerō, Kamikiri and Jigumo, I made a deal with them that in exchange for seeing Arashi, I would help them capture the Konoha Ninja here. I was supposed to have a fake fight with them and be injured, before approaching the Konoha Ninja to earn their trust, before using a paralyzing poison on them." Sasame explained.

"Really now? And where exactly would this battle take place?" Tayuya asked, smirking as a plan started forming in her mind.

*Later*

"Where is she?" Jigumo demanded as he clung to a tree, as he along with Kamikiri and Kagerō were waiting for Sasame to arrive, so they could begin the plan.

"Relax Jigumo, I'm sure she's on her way." Said Kamikiri, only for his eyes to widen, when he heard flute music being played.

"Get back now!" Kamikiri shouted as the Fūma trio quickly jumped away from where they were, just as a blast of water coursing with lightning impacted where they had been.

Looking, the three Fūma members saw Tayuya and Isaribi standing on a tree branch, looking down at them.

"What's up dumbasses." Tayuya said, while smirking at the Fūma Clan trio.

"Tayuya?!" Jigumo said, shocked to see the only surviving member of the Sound Five.

"What're you doing here traitor?!" Demanded Kamikiri, making Tayuya sneer at them.

"Hard to be a traitor when that snake fucker tried killing me first. As for why I'm here, well we originally just wanted to raid the snakes base here, for anything he left behind. But after finding you three, I'm feeling like getting some payback. So, who wants to die first?" Tayuya said, while holding her flute up.

The three Fūma shook off their shock at seeing Tayuya, before Kamikiri and Jigumo smirked.

"You made a mistake coming here, Tayuya. We originally just wanted the Konoha Ninja, but if we bring Orochimaru-sama your head, the Fūma Clan will be rewarded for dealing with a traitor like you." Kamikiri said, holding up his Scissor Pincers, while Jigumo summoned his spiders.

"And with how you failed to retrieve Sasuke Uchiha for Orochimaru-sama, I'm sure this fight won't even take long." Taunted Jigumo, with Tayuya scowling at their words.

"You're right, it won't take long, for me to kill your sorry asses!" Tayuya said, before she began playing her flute.

"Kagerō go!" Kamikiri said, as he and Jigumo jumped out of the way, while Kagerō went through handsigns.

"Earth Style: Antlion Jutsu!" Kagerō said, slamming his hands on the ground, causing the ground to be sucked down into a large pit, along with anything on and around it, including the tree Tayuya and Isaribi were standing on.

Jumping off the tree, Tayuya channeled Chakra into the Earth Seal.

'Demonic Flute: Rock Spikes!' Tayuya thought, landing on the edge of the pit and began playing her flute, causing dozens of spikes made of solid stone to shoot out of the ground towards Kagerō.

Seeing the spikes coming towards him, Kagerō jumped, only to be blasted back as Isaribi unleashed a stream of water. Before he could collect himself, Tayuya used her Lightning Ballad electrocuting Kagerō.

"One down, two to go." Tayuya said, landing on a rock spike.

"And now there's only one of you!" Said Kamikiri, appearing behind Isaribi, and putting his Scissor Pincers around her neck, ready to decapitate her, only to be surprised when his scissors wouldn't cut through her neck.

"Steel Style: Impervious Armor." Isaribi stated, glancing back at Kamikiri, her skin now a jet-black color, before she slammed her fist into his head, sending him flying back.

"Now for the last one." Tayuya muttered, sensing Jigumo behind her, before he jumped at her.

"I have yo-GAH!" Jigumo choked, when Tayuya spun around, with a bone spike shooting out of her palm that impaled his chest.

"I told you, it wouldn't take long for me to kill you." Said Tayuya, smirking viciously, before another bone spike emerged from her other hand, which she stabbed through Jigumo's head, making sure he really died.

"Jigumo!" Kamikiri shouted in horror at seeing his clansmen die.

"Don't worry, you'll be seeing him in a few moments." Said Tayuya, as she and Isaribi approached him, only to stop when they felt a large buildup of Chakra.

Looking, the two saw a young girl emerging from the now empty husk of Kagerō's body, with four firefly-like chakra wings emerging from her back.

"I will not allow you to continue opposing Orochimaru-sama, and the Fūma Clan's desire to spread our wings into the sun once again. And to do that, I shall use the Jutsu I can perform only once in a lifetime." Kagerō said, flying into the air and going through handsigns.

"Antlion Ninja Art: Ephemeral." Said Kagerō, before her wings shot out and combined into a massive energy blast, that went straight towards Tayuya and Isaribi.

"Isaribi!" Tayuya said.

"Right!" Replied Isaribi, jumping in front of the blast with her hands raised to absorb the Chakra.

Kagerō watched in surprise as her Ephemeral began twisting and turning, as Isaribi absorbed all the Chakra put into it.

"Hm, so that's what that feels like." Isaribi stated, feeling her Chakra reserves grow even bigger from the amount of Chakra she just absorbed.

"That's…impossible…" Muttered Kagerō weakly, having used up the majority of her Chakra for that attack, as her wings vanished and she fell to the ground, only for Kamikiri to catch her.

Looking, Kamikiri grit his teeth, knowing he didn't stand a chance against Tayuya and Isaribi, not with Jigumo dead and Kagerō near-death. Knowing he didn't have any choice left, Kamikiri made his escape with Kagerō.

Seeing the battle was over, Sasame jumped out of her hiding spot with her and Isaribi about to chase after Kamikiri.

"Let them go." Tayuya said, stopping the two, making them look at her in confusion.

"Why? We can take care of them, right now." Said Isaribi.

"Maybe, but I want them to go back, and see just what happens to those that are no longer of use to Orochimaru." Tayuya replied, still angry at how they insulted her for defecting from the Snake Sannin.

Now they'll see just what happens when Orochimaru's minions have failed him.

*Later-Otogakure*

Kamikiri kneeled before Orochimaru, with Kagerō lying in front of him.

"Orochimaru-sama, please, Kagerō doesn't have long. She needs your help if she's to survive. I beg you my lord, save her life." Kamikiri pleaded, not wanting to lose another member of his clan.

"And why should I waste my time helping a couple of failures, like you two? When you couldn't even handle that traitor, Tayuya." Orochimaru retorted, making Kamikiri looking at him in shock.

"My lord, please, you promised you would help the Fūma Clan if we served you loyally, and we have!" Exclaimed Kamikiri.

"Yes, I did, and you have. But you have now failed me, and I no longer have a use for you, anymore." Stated Orochimaru, Kamikiri looking at him in horror and anger.

"Orochimaru…you bastard!" Kamikiri shouted, charging Orochimaru with his Scissor Pincers, only to gasp in pain, when Orochimaru stabbed his hand into his chest.

Coughing and gasping, Kamikiri could only look in horror at Orochimaru's hand in his chest. Only for his horror to increase when "Orochimaru" pulled off his face, revealing not the Snake Sannin, but instead, Arashi with an insane look in his eyes.

"Ar-Arashi…" Kamikiri gasped, horrified that his own kinsmen is the one to kill him.

"Casualty Puppet Jutsu." Said Arashi, as he absorbed Kamikiri's dead body into his own.

Putting his Orochimaru disguise back on, Arashi approached Kagerō, before healing her injuries, so she can deal with the intruders and traitors.

*With Tayuya, Isaribi, and Sasame*

It wasn't long until the trio arrived at Orochimaru's base and began collecting all the research and Jutsu that had been left behind, making sure to check for anything that was hidden. With Tayuya making sure the others knew that Orochimaru also had hidden rooms and compartments in his bases, and where to look for them.

After collecting all the research that they could, they began searching for Arashi.

"Sasame, you should know, even if we find Arashi, he likely won't be the same as you remember." Tayuya warned, knowing if Arashi wasn't dead, he definitely wouldn't be how Sasame remembered him, with how long he's been with Orochimaru.

It'd be a miracle if he'd even recognize Sasame as his cousin.

"I don't care, I won't stop! Not until I find Arashi!" Sasame said, determined find Arashi, no matter what.

'Don't say I didn't warn you.' Thought Tayuya as they continued through the base.

As they continued walking, the girls paused momentarily, when they heard a koto being played. Curious and wary of where the music was coming from, the three followed it, until they arrived at a chamber, where they found a girl wearing a red kimono, playing a koto.

"Kotohime." Sasame said, surprised to find her fellow Fūma Clan member here.

"Ah Sasame, how nice to see you again. And you've brought friends, please, come and join me." Kotohime said, smiling slyly at them.

Sasame didn't hesitate to join her kinsmen, with Tayuya and Isaribi being more wary, given Kotohime was clearly affiliated with Orochimaru.

"Kotohime what're you doing here? Where's Arashi? Is he here?" Sasame asked.

"So many questions, cousin, why don't you and your friends relax. Here I have some Sake we can all share." Said Kotohime, pulling out a Sake bottle and glasses, handing them to the three.

The three pouring glasses and drinking the Sake, while Kotohime continued playing her koto.

"Let me guess you're trying to cast a Genjutsu with your music, right." Tayuya said, smirking, given that was her signature move casting Genjutsu with her music.

"Oh no, the music is for me. But if you want, I could show you something better than any illusion~" Said Kotohime, while seductively leaning in close to Tayuya.

"Tempting, but first how about I play a song for you, as well." Tayuya said, leaning towards Kotohime.

"I would love to, and then after that, we can make some sweet music together." Replied Kotohime, with Tayuya smiling at this.

"Demonic Flute: Melody of Memories." Tayuya said, before she, Isaribi, and Sasame vanished with the sound of flute music, while Kotohime's eyes widened in shock.

Standing up, Kotohime looked around as the room suddenly melted away, changing into Orochimaru's lab. Kotohime then screamed in horror as she watched Orochimaru begin experimenting on other Fūma Clan members, the ones that had joined him, only to suddenly disappear not long after.

They hadn't disappeared, Orochimaru used them for his experiments!

Kotohime could only watch in horror as she was forced to see and hear her clansmen be tortured, experimented on, and then die. All while Orochimaru, who said he'd help the Fūma Clan, did this with a sadistic smirk on his face.

"He never intended to help you."

Kotohime whirled around, when she heard Tayuya's voice whisper in her ear, but didn't see the redheaded Chimera anywhere.

"You were just more guinea pigs to use and toss aside."

"You meant nothing to him."

"No-nothing…" Kotohime muttered, as her eyes started to glaze over.

"Yes, nothing. He gave you empty words and empty promises, and you fell for them."

"See what he's done to your clansmen, using them, torturing them, killing them."

"They're…they're gone…" Said Kotohime, as the scenes continued playing before her eyes.

"Yes all gone. While Orochimaru still lives."

"But what if it didn't have to be that way?"

"What if I could help get the power to avenge your clan?"

"Power?" Kotohime asked.

"Power and so much more. You could help restore the Fūma Clan and I can give you all that you desire. Power, revenge, prestige, everything your heart desires."

"All you have to do, is give yourself to me."

"Give…myself…" Said Kotohime, as she fell deeper into the hypnosis.

"Your mind, your body, your heart. I want all of you~"

"Give yourself to me, and you will have all that you desire."

Kotohime shivered and moaned, as it felt like Tayuya was standing right behind her, whispering in her ear.

"Or don't, and simply fade away like so many others of your clan that Orochimaru killed."

The Fūma girl kept watching as more and more of her clan were experimented on and killed by Orochimaru. She wanted to look away, but found she couldn't.

"What's your choice?"

"Take me." Kotohime replied, falling completely under Tayuya's spell.

Not a moment later, the world around Kotohime shattered like glass, revealing Tayuya, Isaribi, and Sasame standing around her. With Kotohime on her knees, crying over the reveal of Orochimaru's lies and betrayal.

"Pick her up." Tayuya said to Isaribi, with the aquatic Chimera nodding and grabbing the fallen Fūma member in her arms.

With that the girls continued on their way through the base, soon arriving at a large chamber with several pillars. While standing in front of a door was none other than Kabuto.

"Well Tayuya, I must say, I never expected to see yo-"

"Yeah, how about you drop the fucking disguise. I've seen enough of the pedo-snakes four-eyed fuckbuddy to know how he acts and talks, and frankly, you are doing a shit job at it." Tayuya cutoff, knowing for a fact this wasn't Kabuto.

Given not only was he not here to begin with, but she knew him well enough to tell the real deal from a fake.

"She's right, we know Kabuto isn't here. And besides, I can sense your Chakra from when I absorbed it earlier, it was really tasty." Isaribi said with shark-like smile.

"Kabuto" clenched his fists, before being enveloped in a puff of smoke, revealing it was Kagerō.

"I will not allow you to challenge Orochimaru-sama! I will give my life to protect the Fūma Clan and will ensure we rise once again!" Kagerō said, as Isaribi put Kotohime down, and stepped forward.

"Then you get to die." Stated Isaribi, before charging towards Kagerō, only for the Fūma to suddenly sink into the ground.

Pausing, Isaribi looked around before sniffing the air. Immediately she turned and fired a blast of water at a pillar, destroying it, while forcing Kagerō out from where she was hiding.

"Fire Style: Mist Blaze Dance Jutsu!" Kagerō said, before expelling a large cloud of flammable gas, that engulfed Isaribi.

Once it came in contact with one of candles lining the pillars, the gas exploded around Isaribi.

"It's over." Stated Kagerō, only to gasp when Isaribi suddenly appeared behind her, with her Impervious Armor activated, and wrapped her arms around Kagerō's neck.

"Think again." Isaribi said, as she began absorbing the Chakra from Kagerō, with the Fūma struggling to escape.

Once she had absorbed most of Kagerō's Chakra, Isaribi unleashed another blast of water at her, sending Kagerō flying back, before crashing into a wall.

Crying out at the impact, Kagerō gasped as she felt blood drip down her face before she fell to the ground. Shakily standing up, Kagerō faced Isaribi, planning to use her Chakra Threads in order to take Isaribi down with her. Only to realize that it'd be pointless, given that not only could Isaribi just absorb the Chakra, Kagerō didn't have enough Chakra left to even form the Chakra Threads.

"Isaribi, hurry up, and just kill the sheep, already." Tayuya said, wanting to get this over with so they can leave.

Nodding, Isaribi went to approach Kagerō and kill her, only for someone to beat her to it.

Kagerō gasped in pain, when "Orochimaru" stabbed her in the back with a kunai.

"How disappointing Kagerō. And to think I went through the trouble of saving your life, only for you to waste it." Said "Orochimaru", with Kagerō gasping again, in shock at her master betraying.

"Orochimaru." Sasame said fearfully at seeing the Sannin, only for Tayuya to scoff.

"Please, this guy has an even worse disguise than the fucking loli." Said Tayuya.

"Tayuya, I'll deal with you in a moment." "Orochimaru" said, with Tayuya not looking the least bit intimidated.

"Yeah, how about first, you drop the disguise. Cause it sure as hell isn't fooling me, given I used to be one of the snakes elite bodyguards, along with having a Curse Mark. So, I know Orochimaru's Chakra like I know my own, and yours is nowhere near as dark and twisted." Tayuya stated, as even if she didn't already know Orochimaru wasn't here at the moment, she'd still be able to tell this wasn't the Snake Sannin.

This made "Orochimaru" chuckle darkly, before pulling off his face to revealing Arashi, looking at them all in madness.

"How clever Tayuya, but in a few moments, it won't matter, as you'll be dead!" Arashi said, before his body began mutating and growing, while Sasame, Kotohime, and Kagerō were horrified to see Kamikiri's body grow out of Arashi's back.

It made Kagerō finally realize that Orochimaru had only been using them this entire time, that he never intended to help them of the Fūma Clan. While for Kotohime, it solidified what Tayuya's Genjutsu had shown her.

"Now then, time for you to finally be useful for once, Kagerō!" Said Arashi, preparing to absorb Kagerō like he did with Kamikiri, with neither Tayuya or Isaribi moving to stop, having no reason to try and save her.

Unfortunately, Sasame didn't feel the same, as she ran passed them.

"No Arashi! Please, this isn't you!" Sasame shouted, running to save Kagerō and try to reason with Arashi.

'Oh come on!' Thought Tayuya, seeing Sasame doing something so stupid, that it will only get herself killed.

Tayuya and Isaribi rushed forward, with Tayuya grabbing Sasame and pulling her back, while Isaribi grabbed Kagerō.

"Grr, it doesn't matter! I have more than enough power to kill you! Go Kamikiri!" Arashi said, as Kamikiri's corpse shout out of his shoulder, along with his Scissor Pincers at surprising speed.

"Woah!" Said Tayuya, jumping back from scissors, only to smashed into a pillar when Arashi's arm extended, and knocked her aside.

Isaribi ran up behind Arashi, and pulled her steel fist back to attack him, only to be surprised when he blocked the attack with Kamikiri's scissors, while his head bended back to show a wicked grin on his face.

"Ah, ah, ah." Arashi taunted, before Isaribi was slammed through a pillar, grunting in pain when it collapsed on top her, while thankful her Impervious Armor was covering her.

"Fuck, bastard's stronger than he looks." Tayuya said, as she stood up, while Isaribi pushed the rubble off herself.

"Should we transform?" Asked Isaribi, not sure if they could handle this guy as they were right now.

"If we wanna survive, yeah." Replied Tayuya, before she activated her Second Stage Sage Transformation, while Isaribi turned into her Kaima Form, which was now different thanks to the Chimera Jutsu used on her.

Where once her appearance was bulky, along with having green and tanned colored scales covering her body. Her Kaima Form was now sleeker and more feminine and shark-like, with her scales now being a dark blue and light blue, with the fin on her head moving down to her back, shaped like a shark's. Her claws were more defined, along with each of her teeth being sharpened to a point.

"AHAHAHA! It doesn't matter what forms you take; you'll die all the same!" Arashi laughed, before charging them with surprising speed, with Isaribi also charging towards him, their strength being more even now, while Tayuya began playing her flute.

'Demonic Flute: Quicksand Floor!' Thought Tayuya, as Arashi's body started sinking into the ground.

"What?!" Shouted Arashi momentarily distracted, as he sunk up to his knees, leaving himself open for Isaribi to smash her fist into face, breaking him out of the floor, and sending flying into the wall.

Not letting him get the chance to stand up, Isaribi jumped on top of Arashi and began slashing him with her claws, intent to make sure he didn't get back up. Only to be knocked aside by Kamikiri's body, with Arashi panting heavily from the attacks.

"Arashi! Please, please stop this!" Sasame begged, while running up to her cousin.

"Sa-Sasame." Arashi muttered weakly, making Sasame nod with tears in her eyes.

"Yes, it's me Arashi. Please, I know you're still in there somewhere, you just have to fight what Orochimaru's done to you." Said Sasame, believing the Arashi she knew was still in there.

"Sasame…I need…" Said Arashi, reaching for her, with Sasame looking at him, hopeful that she was getting through to him.

"What do you need Arashi?" Sasame asked, while stepping closer.

"I need…your body!" Arashi shouted madly, as she tried grabbing Sasame to kill her, and absorb her as well, to gain more power.

Sasame's eyes widened in horror as she Arashi's hand shoot out to grab her neck, only for Tayuya to get to her in time, and pull her away.

"I told you, the Arashi you knew is gone. Now stay back and let us handle this." Tayuya said to the distraught Sasame, before she and Isaribi resumed fighting Arashi.

'He…he was going to kill me…Arashi was going to kill me…and absorb me like Kamikiri.' Sasame thought, not believing what just happened.

Looking up, Sasame watched as Tayuya and Isaribi fought Arashi, who was grinning madly as he attacked them, trying to kill them. She didn't want to believe it, but Sasame couldn't deny it any longer, the Arashi she knew is gone, replaced by a monster.

"AHAHAHAHAHAHA! Once I kill you, I'll absorb you as well, and become the ultimate Ninja! Then I'll show the entire world my power!" Arashi said manically.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Go tell someone who gives a damn." Stated Tayuya, before Arashi charged them again, with Tayuya and Isaribi getting ready to end this fight now, only for something to happen that no one expected.

*SHLING*

Arashi stopped in place, his eyes wide in shock, while feeling a striking pain in his neck. Looking down, Arashi saw Sasame with tears falling from her eyes, while holding a kunai currently lodged in his neck.

"S-Sasame…" Arashi choke falling to his knees, with Sasame sobbing as she pulled the kunai out.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." Sasame said, having wanted to only put Arashi out of his misery, and not suffer like this anymore.

Arashi's body began falling apart, with Kamikiri's corpse being freed, while Arashi transformed back to normal, grabbing his neck. Looking at Sasame, Arashi gave her a weak, bloody smile as he fell down.

"Thank…you…" Arashi muttered, before the last of his life left him.

Sasame fell to her knees as she cried over having to kill her cousin, with Kotohime and Kagerō joining her as the three Fūma girls cried over all their clansmen that have died. All because they were foolish enough to trust Orochimaru.

Looking at the distraught Fūma girls, Tayuya approached them, seeing her chance to get three new recruits.

"You did what had to do, he was too far gone, and nothing you said or did could have saved him." Tayuya said, crouching down beside them.

"What are we supposed to do now?" Sasame asked, since most of the Fūma Clan was now either dead or scattered, after most of them splintered off to join Orochimaru.

"You could join my team. We're the same, all of us have been fucked over by that bastard, Orochimaru. If we work together, maybe one day, we can pay him back for everything he's done to us. Not only that, but you three can also grow stronger and really get a chance to restore your clan's standing. To get everything that was denied to you, and more." Tayuya said, with Sasame, Kagerō, and Kotohime looking at her.

Part of them couldn't help but think of how similar the offer was to the one Orochimaru gave them long ago, and this alone would have made them reject it. But after everything they've been through recently, the Fūma girls were in rather fragile mental states, and right now, Tayuya and Isaribi have been the only ones that have been honest with them from the beginning.

So, the three nodded and accepted Tayuya's offer.

'Perfect.' Tayuya thought, mentally smirking at getting three powerful new additions to her team.

"Great, now let's get out of here." Tayuya said, as they stood up to leave the base.

However, just then, Naruto, Sakura, and Jiraiya ran into the chamber.

'Fuck me with a Kami damned running chainsaw!' Tayuya cursed.

"Hey! You were one of those Oto Ninja that kidnapped Sasuke!" Naruto shouted, glaring at Tayuya, while Jiraiya narrowed his eyes, also recognizing the girl as one of the four that made the barrier around his sensei and Orochimaru, during the invasion.

"Yeah, I don't actually work for him, anymore." Tayuya stated.

"Really? Those bodies say otherwise. What, is Orochimaru having you clean up his messes?" Jiraiya demanded, with Tayuya glancing at Arashi and Kamikiri's corpses.

"Would you believe me, if I said I didn't do it?" Asked Tayuya, though she already knew the answer.

"No. And I'm sure you know what happens now." Said Jiraiya, giving them a glare, intent to find out what they knew about his former teammate.

'Fuck.' Tayuya mentally cursed again, knowing they didn't have a chance of escaping with a Sannin in front of them.

While she's sure they could handle pinkie and blondie, Tayuya knew even working together, they didn't stand a chance against Jiraiya.

Pulling out the scroll Hiruko gave her, Tayuya quickly opened it and threw it on the ground, a cloud of smoke erupting from it.

Jiraiya tensed, ready for whatever came out of the scroll the redhead just threw. However, he wasn't ready for the shock at seeing Hiruko emerge from the smoke.

"Hiruko?!" Jiraiya said, shocked to see his old friend, while Naruto and Sakura looked at him, confused as to how he knew this stranger.

"Jiraiya, I'm surprised to see you again." Said Hiruko, seeing why Tayuya summoned him, and knew she made the right choice.

"Pervy Sage, who is this guy?" Naruto asked, making Jiraiya and Hiruko glance at the blonde, with the Hiruko narrowing his eyes, feeling there was something familiar about the boy, before focusing on Jiraiya.

"His names Hiruko, he used to be a Konoha Ninja, until he went rogue when it was discovered he was doing illegal experiments with his Chimera Jutsu. He also used to be a good friend of the Sannin." Jiraiya revealed, shocking the two Genin, this guy not only used to be a Konoha Ninja, but also a friend to the Sannin.

"Yes, and then you, Tsunade, and Orochimaru tried to kill me. And why is that were you jealous of me, that I now had a power none of you did?" Hiruko said, glaring at Jiraiya coldly.

"You were absorbing other Shinobi into yourself! Stealing their Kekkei Genkai and Chakra!" Jiraiya retorted, refusing to let Hiruko try and claim the moral high ground.

"And how many people did Orochimaru torture and experiment on? Dozens, hundreds, thousands? Far longer than I have been developing my Chimera Jutsu. And yet the Sandaime allowed him to escape, while I was sentenced to death. It's a shame the old monkey's already dead, I would have liked to return the favor." Hiruko said, before Naruto stepped forward and glared at him.

"Don't talk about the old man, like that! He was the greatest!" Naruto shouted, with Hiruko giving him a dull look.

"I take it the boy is your newest student, Jiraiya. Well you know what they say, third time's the charm. But from what I can see from his appearance alone, you may want to start looking into a new one soon." Hiruko taunted, with Jiraiya clenching his fists in anger, along with wondering how Hiruko could possibly know about the Ame orphans.

"This ends now, Hiruko." Said Jiraiya, determined to correct one of his past mistakes.

"Yes, it does. Tayuya, Isaribi, deal with the children. Leave Jiraiya to me." Hiruko said.

"All yours, boss. Besides, I have a score to settle with the blonde dumbass." Said Tayuya, smirking at the chance to beat Naruto into the ground.

Nodding, Hiruko turned back to Jiraiya.

"Swift Style: Shadowless Flight." Said Hiruko, before vanishing in a burst of speed, with Jiraiya suddenly gasping when Hiruko reappeared, slamming his foot into his chest, sending the Sannin crashing through the wall, with Hiruko following after him.

"Pervy Sage!" Said Naruto, worried for his teacher, before Tayuya delivered a spin kick to his head, knocking him back, while grabbing Sakura by her hair and throwing her into a pillar.

"Paybacks a bitch, ain't it, dumbass!" Said Tayuya, with Naruto standing up, and glaring at her.

"You're gonna pay for taking Sasuke!" Said Naruto, with Tayuya shaking her head in disbelief.

"Seriously? You are still on about that? Newsflash moron, the Uchiha left willingly! And with how obsessed you and pinkie are with "saving" him, I can understand why he was so eager to leave." Tayuya said.

"Liar! You lied and manipulated him! Sasuke would never abandon his friends and home!" Shouted Naruto, refusing to believe Sasuke left willingly.

'This kid needs serious, professional help.' Thought Tayuya, wondering just how delusional this idiot was.

It almost made her feel bad about fighting him, almost. She was still going to enjoy beating him into the ground.

"Sure, whatever helps you sleep at night, moron." Tayuya stated, with Naruto growling, before making a handsign.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Naruto shouted, creating seven Shadow Clones that charged towards Tayuya, who immediately pulled out her flute and started playing.

'Demonic Flute: Sky Sonnet!' Thought Tayuya, playing her flute and releasing razor sharp blades of wind, slicing through the clones, dispelling them.

Naruto ran through the smoke, and threw a punch at Tayuya, who deflected the strike and delivered an uppercut to the blonde.

"Naruto!" Sakura said, rushing to help her teammate, only to jump back when Isaribi and Sasame jumped in front of her

"I don't think so, it looks like Tayuya's having fun. We wouldn't want to interrupt, would we?" Isaribi said, smirking, with Sakura clenching her fists, while looking for a way to get passed them, and help Naruto.

As if reading her mind, Sasame threw several of her Makibishi traps around them that exploded, and released dozens of the tiny, sharp spikes trapping the three.

"Nowhere to run, now." Said Isaribi, before unleashing a jet of water at Sakura, with the pinkette jumping to the side, but still winced as the high-pressured water grazed her arm.

"Sakura!" Shouted Naruto, about to rush and help his teammate, only for Tayuya to knock him back.

"I don't think so, dumbass! I'm not done knocking you around, yet!" Tayuya said, still having some aggression to work out.

"Grr, damn you! Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Said Naruto, creating ten more clones that charged towards Tayuya.

The redhead rolled her eyes at seeing him use the same trick again before she began dispatching the clones one at a time. Once all the clones were destroyed, Tayuya looked around, only to see Naruto missing.

"Come on dumbass, is making clones all you can do? What, is everything else too complicated for your pea-sized brain to understand. Or maybe you decided to just run like a coward." Tayuya taunted, only to freeze when she sensed a Chakra signature above her.

"Rasengan!" Naruto shouted, falling towards Tayuya with a Rasengan in his hand.

The redheads eyes widened at seeing the attack coming towards, before raising her arms to hopefully take the brunt of the damage. Only to be surprised when her arms transformed, as if she was activating her Curse Mark, before protrusions grew out of her arms, forming a shield-esque object.

Tayuya didn't have time to contemplate the sudden partial transformation, as the Rasengan slammed into her arms. Grunting at the impact, Tayuya felt the ground beneath her crack under the hit, but aside from that, she didn't feel any damage.

Once she felt the pressure fade, Tayuya looked up to see Naruto's shocked expression at his attack failing. Taking advantage of this, Tayuya slammed her arms into his face, knocking him aside.

Now having some breathing space, Tayuya looked at her arms and watched in amazement as they transformed back to normal.

'Woah, that's handy.' Tayuya thought, before getting an idea.

Focusing, Tayuya grinned as she felt a tail emerged from her back, with a sharp, spade-shaped end, while a pair of demonic bat-like wings emerged from her back.

"Really going for the whole succubus look, huh, Tayuya." Isaribi said, amazed and amused at Tayuya's transformation.

She used illusions, seduced Kotohime, and now she had wings and a tail.

"Hm, guess you're right. It fits I suppose." Tayuya said, smirking as she looked at her new wings and tail.

Looking at Naruto picking himself up, Tayuya turned towards where Isaribi and Sasame were knocking Sakura around. Then Tayuya got a rather sadistic idea of how she can really get back at Naruto.

Using her new wings, Tayuya flew over to Isaribi, Sasame, and Sakura, before wrapping her tail around the pinkette's throat, before lifting her into the air.

"Oh dumbass, look what I got~." Tayuya taunted, while waving Sakura around.

"Sakura! Let her go!" Demanded Naruto, while glaring at her.

"Come here and make me." Said Tayuya, smirking.

Growling, Naruto ran and was about to jump over the Makibishi, only to freeze when Tayuya placed the tip of her tail at Sakura's throat.

"Ah, ah, ah. Walk over them, or pinkie here gets a new hole to breathe through." Tayuya said.

"N-no, Na-Naruto, do-don't." Sakura gasped, before Tayuya tightened her tails grip.

"Start walking, or she dies." Tayuya ordered, with Naruto gritting teeth, but did so, wincing each time he stepped on a Makibishi, with Tayuya smirking sadistically the entire time, enjoying his pain.

She then motioned for Isaribi and Sasame to go get Kotohime and Kagerō, to prepare to leave.

Once Naruto was about halfway through the Makibishi's, Tayuya raised her hand stopping him.

"Stop, now get on your knees, and then apologize." Said Tayuya, smirking at the power she currently has over him.

"Apologize for what?!" Naruto demanded, getting angry at being forced to do what this crazy girl said, but had to if he wanted to save Sakura.

"For the last time we met, dumbass. You remember when you tricked me and taunted me! I want an apology." Tayuya said, with Naruto gritting his teeth, but got on his knees, wincing as the spikes dug into his flesh.

"I'm…sorry for…tricking and…humiliating you…" Naruto said through gritted teeth at being humiliated like this, while Sakura was held hostage.

Tayuya chuckled wickedly, enjoying how she was tormenting the punk.

"See was that so hard." Mocked Tayuya.

"You'll let Sakura go now?" Naruto said, wanting to make sure his teammate/crush was safe.

Tayuya smirked as she looked at the pinkette, feeling merciful after getting her revenge on Naruto.

"Alright, come and get her." Tayuya said, placing Sakura on the ground, while loosening her tails grip on her throat, allowing the girl to breathe.

Seeing this, Naruto stood up and went to grab Sakura, along with taking the chance to attack Tayuya. Given the short distance between them, he'd be able to form a Rasengan quickly enough and hit her before it destabilized. Since he doubted that Tayuya would give him the chance to make a Shadow Clone.

This way, he'd be able to save Sakura, and take out the Oto Ninja, then get information on where Sasuke is.

Once he was passed the Makibishi, Naruto immediately ran towards Tayuya, and raised his hand, forming a Rasengan.

"Rasengan!" Naruto shouted, throwing his arm forward to slam the attack into her.

Unfortunately, Naruto underestimated Tayuya's reaction time as the redhead tightened her grip on Sakura's throat, before throwing the pinkette right into the path of Naruto's Rasengan.

The end result was Sakura screaming in pain as the Rasengan slammed into her chest, while Naruto looked in horror at what just happened.

"SAKURA!" Naruto screamed in horror and despair at hitting his teammate.

Quickly cutting off Chakra from the Rasengan, Naruto grabbed Sakura, his horror only growing as he saw the damage done by the attack. Even worse, as he saw Sakura choking on her blood.

"What did you do?!" Naruto demanded, while glaring at Tayuya.

"What did I do?! More like what did you do, dumbass! You're the one who attacked her!" Retorted Tayuya.

"You tricked me! You said you'd give Sakura back, and then used her as a shield!" Shouted Naruto, with Tayuya scoffing at his words.

"Yeah, and I was about to give pinkie back. But then you had to go and spit on the mercy that I gave you, by trying to attack me. This is your fault, you damn runt!" Tayuya said.

"Liar! This is your fault, yours and Orochimaru's! You were going to kill Sakura anyway, and you took Sasuke after brainwashing him with that damn Curse Mark!" Naruto yelled, glaring at Tayuya, while the redhead look at him in sheer bafflement.

'How does this retard function?' Tayuya thought, now honestly wondering how someone this stupid could function normally, or if he was just living in his own world of denial and self-righteousness.

"Sure, whatever helps satisfy your own delusions. But I'll enjoy living in the real world. And also, maybe if you hadn't been so busy riding that high horse, you might have been able to help your now dead friend, there." Stated Tayuya, seeing that while blondie was trying to blame her for his actions, pinkie had either bled out or died from her injuries.

Looking, Naruto was further horrified to see that Sakura was no longer breathing or moving.

"Sa-Sakura?! Please, wake up!" Naruto begged, not wanting to believe she was really dead, but it was useless as her glassy eyes stared up at him.

"This is what happens when you spit on the mercy of an enemy, mercy I didn't have to give, but did anyway. Now you've lost both your teammates, and this one, it's all on you." Said Tayuya, scoffing, before turning to leave.

Only to freeze as a sudden pressure fell over her. Looking, Tayuya's eyes widened, when she saw Naruto glaring at her with tears in his now crimson red eyes, while red Chakra swirled around him.

'He's a fucking Jinchūriki!' Tayuya thought, now feeling nervous at the prospect of fighting an angry Jinchūriki.

"I'm gonna kill you!" Naruto growled, before rushing towards Tayuya.

Tayuya stumbled back, only for Naruto to suddenly appear in front of her, and slam his fist into her face, sending her flying across the room, into the wall.

'Fucking shit!' Tayuya cursed, shaking her head to get rid the dizziness, only for her eyes to widen in fear, when she saw Naruto charging towards her again.

Seeing the enraged Jinchūriki coming towards her, Tayuya felt fear and panic course through her body at the prospect of actually dying this time.

'NO! I won't die!' Thought Tayuya, refusing to die now, not after coming this far.

Just as Naruto reached Tayuya, his claws inches from her face, he was stopped when golden chains shot out of Tayuya's back and wrapped around him. Cutting off his connection to not just his Chakra, but the Kyūbi's as well.

Releasing a breath, she didn't realize she was holding, Tayuya panted as she looked at the restrained Naruto, before laughing.

"Ahahaha, oh thank Kami for Chakra Chains." Tayuya remarked, relieved her Chakra Chains awakened now.

Looking at the struggling Naruto, Tayuya blinked a few times, feeling her eyes burn slightly, before to her surprise, he suddenly slumped forward unconscious.

'And Dōjutsu's.' Tayuya added, mentally figuring out she must have also awakened her Ketsuryūgan, as well.

"Well dumbass, thanks for the help." Said Tayuya, manipulating her chains to toss Naruto aside.

Not a moment later, Jiraiya came crashing through a wall, groaning in pain, followed by Hiruko.

"I see you have awakened your final Kekkei Genkai." Hiruko stated, pleased at seeing Tayuya's chains and eyes.

"Yeah, a rampaging Jinchūriki trying to kill you tends to be good triggers apparently. How'd your fight go?" Tayuya questioned, standing up as her chains retracted into her.

"Easy, my Kekkei Genkai allowed me to counter all of Jiraiya's abilities." Hiruko said.

Given with the Jinton and Kōton, he was able to attack Jiraiya quickly, and with great strength, along with preventing him from being able to concentrate to enter Sage Mode. While Meiton allowed him to absorb all his Ninjutsu.

He didn't even need to use Ranton.

"Great, so can we go now? We've already lined this place with enough Explosive Tags to destroy a town." Tayuya said, wanting to put as much distance between her and Naruto before he woke up and tried attacking her again.

Nodding, Hiruko and Tayuya rejoined Isaribi, Sasame, Kagerō, and Kotohime, before reverse summoning back to Hiruko's hideout. With Tayuya triggering the Explosive Tags, just before they vanished, leaving Naruto, Jiraiya, and Sakura's body to be caught in the explosion.

*Later-Hiruko's Hideout*

"Well done both of you. You managed to collect everything left in the base, and recruit three members of the Fūma Clan." Hiruko praised, while looking over everything Tayuya and Isaribi had gathered.

"Will any of that be useful?" Isaribi asked.

"I'm not sure, possibly. I'll have to look at it all, more closely. For now, we will get our three new members properly integrated into our ever growing organization." Replied Hiruko, looking at the Fūma girls, with Tayuya and Isaribi nodding in agreement.

"By the way, what are the chances that the dumbass and Sannin got blown to pieces?" Tayuya asked, wondering if they wouldn't have to worry about those two anymore.

"Incredibly low. For all his faults, Jiraiya's still a Sannin and an experienced Ninja. I'm sure they escaped somehow." Replied Hiruko, knowing Jiraiya wouldn't die that easily.

*Mt. Myōboku*

"DAMN IT! Damn them all! First, they take Sasuke, and now they killed Sakura too! Damn them!" Naruto shouted, as he punched the ground repeatedly.

Jiraiya looked at his student in worry, seeing how hard he was taking his teammate's death. He could understand, since he himself was saddened, both by Sakura's death under his watch and failing to keep his word to Tsunade to bring them back alive.

But seeing Naruto's expression, Jiraiya was worried how this was affecting Naruto's mental state. All he could do was comfort his student and hope he didn't end up doing anything reckless in his anger.

So, what did you think, good. Yep Isaribi has also been infused with five items with the Chimera Jutsu, along with perfecting her Kaima form, making her a true demon of the sea. With Tayuya also getting the Shadow Clone Jutsu as well and getting a fifth Kekkei Genkai. Afterwards the two are sent to the Land of Sound to raid Otogakure for anything Orochimaru might have left behind, where they see Naruto and Sakura, with Tayuya not having the highest opinion of either. They then find Sasame and stop her from attacking the Konoha Ninja with the three working together for their own goals, leading to Tayuya and Isaribi engaging the Fūma members, leading to Jigumo's death and Kagerō being left near-death. With Kamikiri escaping with her to have "Orochimaru" save her only to be killed and see "Orochimaru" is in fact a now insane Arashi. Afterwards Tayuya, Isaribi, and Sasame heading for Oto and collecting everything left behind before meeting Kotohime, who is seduced by Tayuya and learns the truth of what Orochimaru did to members of the Fūma Clan. They then encounter Kagerō again with Isaribi intent to finish her off, only for Arashi to beat her to it in order to absorb Kagerō. Only to be saved along with Sasame when she tries getting through to Arashi, leading to a fight between Tayuya, Isaribi, and Arashi with the former two also transforming to even the playing field. Sasame then tries again to get through to Arashi only to fail once again and realize he's too far gone, leading Arashi not being killed by Tayuya or Isaribi, but by Sasame to free him from his pain. With Tayuya then taking advantage of their fragile mental state to get them to join her.

However before they can leave, Jiraiya, Naruto, and Sakura show up while under the belief they work for Orochimaru, leading to Tayuya summoning Hiruko to battle Jiraiya, while she handles Naruto and Sakura. Also side note, I'm not bashing Naruto but no one can deny he is pretty delusional with his beliefs and shoving them down peoples throats, this is simply how he'd be see by someone who can't be influenced by his Talk No Jutsu. So, Tayuya the discovered her new ability to manipulate her transformations while knocking Naruto around before taking Sakura hostage and forcing Naruto to submit to her and apologize. Afterwards, Tayuya intends to release Sakura only for Naruto to rush in and try attacking her, leading to Sakura being used as a shield and killed by his Rasengan. This however leads to Naruto using the Kyūbi's Chakra intent to kill Tayuya, only for her to awaken her Adamantine Sealing Chains and Ketsuryūgan knocking Naruto out. Finally Hiruko and his subordinates return to base to look over they gathered while Naruto and Jiraiya managed to escape, with Jiraiya now being worried for Naruto's mental state. Hello all Storm here with another new chapter! This is a much shorter chapter compared to the previous one, focusing mainly on the aftermath of the mission to the Land of Sound. So, without further ado.

Naruto clenched his fists, as he stood in front of the Memorial Stone, staring at the two newest names.

Sakura Haruno

Iruka Umino

'Damn it! Damn Mizuki, Orochimaru, and those Oto Ninja!' Naruto thought angrily at having loss more people he cares about, to Orochimaru and his followers.

It had happened a few days after he and Jiraiya returned from the Land of Sound, with Naruto learning that Mizuki had broken out of prison. But what had the blonde's attention, was when he learned that Mizuki had ties to Orochimaru.

This had Naruto chasing after Mizuki to get answers on where Orochimaru was, refusing to break his promise to Sakura to bring Sasuke back. Along with now wanting to get payback against that Oto Ninja that killed Sakura, Naruto still refusing to believe that it's his fault she died.

He ended up being joined by Iruka and Mizuki's former lover, Tsubaki, to track Mizuki down. They managed to locate the rogue Chūnin, but it was too late, as he had brewed a potion for a protype Curse Seal and drank it, granting him enhanced speed and strength.

Naruto and Iruka had tried fighting him off, only for them to be completely outmatched. What happened next, Naruto wouldn't ever be able to forget.

*Flashback*

"HAHAHAHAHA! Yes, this power Orochimaru-sama gave me is beyond anything I could have imagined! And I'll use this power to kill you, Demon Brat!" Mizuki laughed, as he stomped on Naruto's chest, relishing in the boys screams of pain.

"Oh, but don't worry, I won't kill you yet, not until you watch as everyone you care about is dead as well, and the rest of those idiotic villagers finally see you as the demon you are!" Said Mizuki, stomping his foot again, as Naruto was forced into the ground.

"Mizuki, don't touch him!" Iruka shouted, standing up from where Mizuki knocked him and Tsubaki.

"Tsk, Iruka, even now you still defend this runt?! Even when I was right, and he's just a monster! After all, look how he got his own teammate killed!" Said Mizuki, with Naruto gritting his teeth in anger at the reminder of what happened to Sakura.

"That's not Naruto's fault! Sakura was killed by Orochimaru's subordinates, the same man who killed the Sandaime, and attacked our village! The one who you willingly joined just for power!" Iruka retorted.

"Then you're a fool for believing the fox's lies! Just like the rest of that damn village for believing this runt is some hero! When he's just a monster that gets everyone around him killed!" Shouted Mizuki, glaring at his former friend.

"Yeah, maybe I am a fool. A fool for ever thinking we were ever friends Mizuki, when you've shown you only care about yourself! But I was never a fool for believing in my student! And no matter what happens, I'll always believe in Naruto Uzumaki!" Iruka said.

"Sensei." Naruto said shocked at Iruka's words, while Mizuki growled in anger.

"Grrrr, you talk to much!" Roared Mizuki, grabbing his Fūma Shuriken and vanished in a blur of speed.

Before Iruka could react, Mizuki reappeared right in front of him with one of the Fūma Shuriken's blade stabbed through his chest, pinning him to a tree.

"Iruka-sensei!" Naruto screamed in horror at seeing his former sensei be stabbed.

Iruka gag as Mizuki twisted the Shuriken in his chest.

"Like I said, everyone around the fox dies." Mizuki said, wickedly, before tearing the Shuriken out of Iruka's chest, watching with a dark satisfaction as he fell onto the ground, unmoving.

"Hehehe, don't worry Iruka, I'll be sending the demon to join you, soon." Stated Mizuki, smirking only to suddenly freeze, when he felt a pressure crash down on him.

Turning around slowly, Mizuki's eyes widened in fear when he saw Naruto pulling himself out of the hole he put him in, with Red Chakra swirling around him. While his now red eyes glared hatefully at the rogue Chūnin.

But unlike when Sakura died, the Chakra began gathering around Naruto, forming a foxlike cloak with a single tail swinging behind him.

Swallowing his fear, Mizuki smirked to hide his nervousness and fear.

"Hn, you're finally showing your true colors, good. Now everyone will see you for the demon you are!" Mizuki shouted, rushing Naruto in a burst of speed, intent to kill him here and now, rather than make him suffer.

Only to find himself doubling over in pain, when Naruto reacted faster than he did, and drove his fist into his stomach. Mizuki then found himself thrown across the clearing, crashing through several trees, as he was airborne.

Once he finally landed, Mizuki groaned in pain as he was buried under several trees, before growling in anger at remembering who was responsible for his pain.

Roaring in anger, Mizuki threw the trees off him as he transformed further, now looking like a bipedal tiger.

"RAAAAH! Don't get cocky, demon! Because now I've grown even stronger, and now you'll di-AH" Mizuki screamed, when Naruto's Chakra Arm extended and grabbed his head, his face being burned by the corrosive Chakra, throwing the Chūnin into the air.

Before Mizuki could try and regain his bearings, Naruto appeared above him and slammed his clasped hands into abdomen. This sent the man rocketing back to the ground, with a crater forming under him.

Naruto landed on top of Mizuki, before he began repeatedly slamming his fists into the Chūnin, getting a cry of pain with each strike. Both from the force of the attacks, and the Kyūbi's Chakra burning his body from the close proximity.

'How is the demon beating me?! I have Orochimaru-sama's Curse Seal, the power it gives me makes me invincible! How am I losing?!' Mizuki thought frantically, not knowing how he was losing, when he was using the full power of Orochimaru's Curse Seal.

He didn't have time to contemplate this further, when Naruto grabbed him by the head and threw him towards a tree, the transformed Chūnin grunting in pain at the impact.

Looking up, Mizuki's eyes widened in fear when he saw Naruto create a purple Rasengan in his hand, before jumping towards him.

"Rasengan!" Naruto roared, slamming the attack into Mizuki's head, the man screaming in pure agony as it drilled into his skull.

The pain only ending when Mizuki's head finally exploded in a shower of blood.

Roaring at having killed his enemy, Naruto looked around with a feral gleam in his eyes, before spotting the shaking and terrified Tsubaki.

Though before he could attack her, Naruto found himself bound in tendrils of wood, before feeling someone slap their hand on him. After that, all Naruto felt his world go dark, as a concerned Tsunade and Team 10 landed in front of him.

*End Flashback*

After that, Naruto had found himself waking up in a hospital room, with Jiraiya and Tsunade looking over him.

Part of Naruto had been hoping that what happened wasn't real, and that Iruka was still alive. Only to learn that Iruka was really dead, with the same being for Mizuki.

That had been two days ago, and Naruto was still trying to come to terms with the fact he's not lost one, but two people he's cared about.

Meanwhile, a short distance away, Tsunade looked from the trees, sighing at the state her surrogate-little brother was in.

'Damn you, Hiruko. You, your new puppets, Orochimaru and Mizuki.' Tsunade thought, cursing the ones responsible for Naruto losing Sakura and Iruka.

She remembered when Naruto and Jiraiya first returned from the Land of Sound and informed her of Sakura's death.

*Flashback*

"What?" Tsunade said, looking at Naruto and Jiraiya, both sporting downcast expressions, while on her desk was a black scroll, containing Sakura's body

Jiraiya had just finished giving her a summarized version of what happened after they arrived at Otogakure, and she's still having trouble believing what happened.

"We had arrived at Otogakure and initially believed the base was empty, being cleared out of everything. That is until we found one of Orochimaru's bodyguards accompanied by who we could only guess was a new recruit and three members of the Fūma Clan. Initially, we believed Orochimaru sent his guard to get rid of any loose ends in Oto, that is until the redhead pulled out a scroll that summoned Hiruko. After that, I engaged Hiruko, only for him to reveal he now had several Kekkei Genkai that not only made him fast enough to avoid my attacks but absorb the Chakra from my Jutsu and throw it back at me, even stronger. I tried entering Sage Mode, but couldn't gather enough Chakra, and Hiruko didn't give me any time to summon the Toad Elders." Jiraiya explained, while looking down, angry with himself for how Hiruko was able to counter everything he had and seemed like he hadn't even been trying.

"And…Sakura? What happened to her?" Tsunade asked, with Naruto stepping forward and speaking.

"The Oto Ninja, the one who helped kidnap Sasuke, she took Sakura hostage and forced me to beg on my knees to let her go. Though I was able to grab Sakura and get her away, before fighting the Oto Ninja again. But when I tried attacking her with a Rasengan, she grabbed Sakura and used her as a shield." Naruto answered, lying about what really happened, still refusing to believe Sakura's death was his fault, and that Tayuya always intended to kill her.

Tsunade looked at Jiraiya wanting to see if he could verify Naruto's story, with the Toad Sage nodding.

"I was mostly focused on fighting Hiruko, but the kids right. From what I saw the girl did use Sakura as a shield against Naruto's Rasengan." Jiraiya confirmed.

Though Jiraiya had only caught a few glimpses, and with the poor lighting in the underground base, he had only seen enough to believe Naruto was telling the truth of what happened.

'Damn it.' Tsunade thought, looking at Naruto, and knew he's likely blaming himself for what happened to Sakura.

"Naruto, I'm so sorry this happened, but don't think for a second Sakura's death is your fault. The only ones to blame is Hiruko and his followers, for using such a cowardly move." Tsunade said, not wanting Naruto to blame himself for what happened.

Naruto merely nodded, already knowing Sakura's death wasn't his fault.

Tsunade then dismissed Naruto and Jiraiya to get some rest, both physically and mentally.

*End Flashback*

'I never should have given him that damn necklace.' Tsunade thought, believing that rather than Naruto dying, he's now forced to watch everyone he cares about die.

Looking, Tsunade saw that Naruto had left the Memorial Stone, making her sigh, before leaving as well, to head back to the Hokage Tower.

*With Naruto*

After leaving the Memorial Stone, Naruto headed back to his apartment, going straight to the bathroom to clean himself up.

'I swear, I won't stop until I get justice for Sakura, and save Sasuke!' Naruto swore, as he splashed some water on his face, only to suddenly tense up, when he heard someone laughing mockingly at him.

Immediately standing up and looking around, Naruto didn't see anyone around, but was still wary of where the laughter came from.

"How pathetic. Are you so lost in your own delusions; you're believing your own lies now?"

"Who's there?!" Naruto demanded, searching for the source of the voice, but couldn't see anyone or anything out of place, that'd show they were hiding.

"Who's hiding? I'm right behind you."

Immediately, Naruto turned around, ready to fight whoever it was, only to be met with his own reflection. Only it was…wrong.

Sure it looked like him, but the one difference was his reflection now sported jet-black sclera, and solid red pupils.

"Wh-what is this?" Naruto muttered, confused, while his reflection smirked at him.

"Hmhmhmhm, I believe the better question is, who am I? I already know who you are, nothing but a failure, lost in his own delusions." Taunted the reflection, making Naruto glare at it.

"What the hell are you talking about?! What are you?!" Demanded Naruto.

"Why your failures, of course, and your refusal to accept the truth, preferring your own twisted version of the truth, in that warped little mind of yours. And I do mean little." The reflection mocked, with Naruto growling in anger and confusion.

"What do you mean?! Talk clearly!" Naruto shouted.

"Oh alright, I'll use small words, so you can understand. You, Naruto Uzumaki, are nothing but a delusional fool, that refuses to see the truth. The truth being Sasuke wasn't kidnapped, and Sakura's only dead, because of your own actions!" Said the reflection.

"That's not true! Sasuke was manipulated and kidnapped by Orochimaru! And Sakura's dead, because that Oto Ninja tricked me into attacking her!" Retorted Naruto, only for his reflection to laugh mockingly at him.

"There you go again, with your twisted version of the truth. You really can't just accept it, can you? Sasuke wasn't manipulated or kidnapped, he left willingly, so he could get the power he wanted. But honestly, maybe he just wanted to get away from an obsessive creep like you. As for Sakura, last I checked, you're the one who slammed a Rasengan into her, after the Oto Ninja was going to let her go. But you just had to get all trigger happy, and now she's dead. I wonder, how many more of your friends need to die, for you to see the truth?! You pathetic, worthless, fake!" Taunted the reflection.

"SHUT UP!" Naruto shouted, slamming his fist into the mirror, to get rid of the hallucination.

Pulling his fist back, Naruto looked at the broken mirror, panting heavily, only to tense when he heard his reflection's mocking laughter in his head.

"Shut up fox, whatever you're trying to do, it won't work!" Said Naruto, believing it was just the Kyūbi messing with his head.

Exiting the bathroom, Naruto paused when he heard a knock at his door. Confused and curious as to who it could be, Naruto went over and opened the door, surprised when he saw Ino standing there, with a mournful expression.

"Ino? What're you doing here?" Naruto asked, confused as to why she was here.

"Hey Naruto, can I come in?" Said Ino, with Naruto nodding and stepped aside to let her enter the apartment.

"Did you need something?" Asked Naruto, as he closed the door, with Ino shaking her head.

"No. I just…wanted to see how you were doing, after what happened with Sakura and Iruka-sensei." Ino said, looking down sadly, when she mentioned her deceased friend.

Sakura's death only hurting even more, as they had just started reconnecting after years of disliking each other.

"Oh, I'm…uh, I'm fine." Muttered Naruto, not really ready to talk about either of his dead precious people.

"You don't have to lie Naruto. Sakura was my friend, and her death still hurts, but you, you were forced to watch as both of them died and couldn't do anything." Said Ino, not able to imagine the pain of having to watch two people you care about die in front of you.

It hurt her just thinking of Sakura being dead, but to actually watch it happen…she's sure she'd have nightmares about it for months.

"Yeah…it really was." Naruto replied, looking down as his mind flashbacked to both Sakura and Iruka's deaths.

"I wonder if she would be so kind to you, if she knew the truth." An all too familiar voice had said mockingly, making Naruto scowl at its insistence that Sakura's death was his fault.

'Shut up, you damn fox!' Naruto thought as he rubbed his temples in an attempt in an attempt to block out the voice, with the it laughing mockingly at how Naruto thought it was the Kyūbi.

Seeing his expression, Ino walked over and hugged Naruto, much to his surprise.

"I know it probably doesn't mean much, but I'm really sorry you had to go through that. And if you ever want to talk, I'm here when you're ready." Ino said, surprising Naruto again, before he hesitantly returned the hug.

"Thanks." Said Naruto, before they pulled back and looked at each other.

What happened next was mostly a blur for the two blondes, as they suddenly started kissing and removing each other's clothes, before making their way to the bedroom.

*Hiruko's Base*

"How do you all feel?" Hiruko asked, while looking at Sasame, Kotohime, and Kagerō, as the three Fūma girls looked themselves over to see if there was anything physically different about them, after Hiruko used the Chimera Jutsu on them.

"I feel the same but can sense that my Chakra reserves have grown much larger. And I feel more…in tuned with the nature around us." Sasame replied, as even in this base, she could still sense the energy of all the plants and animals outside.

"Everything looks so much clearer; I can see so much and hear everything around me." Answered Kagerō, looking around in amazement as her eyes glowed red.

"It feels strange, like I'm lighter than a leaf." Kotohime said, as her arm turned into smoke, before returning to normal.

"Hm, that's good, your bodies have accepted the Kekkei Genkai better than I expected, if you can already use them with such ease, already." Said Hiruko, pleased that his newest subordinates are already able to access their new Kekkei Genkai.

After Tayuya and Isaribi properly got the Fūma girls settled into their ever growing organization, Hiruko had begun going over and selecting which Kekkei Genkai he'd infuse them with. Thankfully, his various samples grew thanks to the mission to the Land of Sound, with Tayuya and Isaribi coming across DNA samples Orochimaru left behind.

One of which even happened to belong to Hashirama Senju himself, something Hiruko had been unable to obtain, when he took samples of Tobirama's. It was surprising though that Orochimaru would leave such a valuable sample behind. But Hiruko figured that was due to the fact that all of Orochimaru's past attempts to recreate the Mokuton all ended in failures and death, while Hashirama's soul now resided within the Shinigami's stomach, removing the chance of using the Impure World Resurrection on him, again.

So, the Snake Sannin likely considered the samples as now useless to him. How unfortunate for him, but very fortunate for Hiruko.

Once Hiruko had the samples selected, he had The Fūma girls, Tayuya, and Isaribi come to his lab to begin the infusion process.

First was Kotohime, whom he gave Uzumaki DNA, the Iburi Clan's Kekkei Genkai to turn into smoke, thankfully a stabilized sample, so she didn't have to worry about the wind, the Rinha Clan's Kekkei Genkai to absorb a persons to Chakra to take on their appearance and memories, the Futton, and Shōton.

Kagerō also received Uzumaki DNA, the Jinton, Yōton, Bakuton, and a unique Dōjutsu Hiruko came across once, with abilities similar to the Byakugan, along with being able to disrupt Dōjutsu, like the famed "All-Seeing Eye".

Finally Sasame received Uzumaki DNA as well, the Jiton, Meiton, Mokuton, and Ranton.

The reason Hiruko gave all three Uzumaki DNA, was not only to increase their Chakra reserves to better utilize their new Kekkei Genkai. But also with the Fūma Clan's talent in mastering Hidden Techniques and the Uzumaki Clans skill in Fūinjutsu, Hiruko hoped they'd be able to combine the skills together.

"Okay, we all got new Kekkei Genkai. What's next?" Tayuya asked, leaning against the wall, beside Isaribi.

"I have two more missions for you all. Tayuya, you'll be going to Hoshigakure, and retrieving the meteorite there." Hiruko replied.

"Hoshigakure? Isn't that some minor village, in the Land of Bears?" Tayuya asked, having heard it mentioned in passing.

"Correct. It was founded not long after the Five Great Villages, when a meteorite struck it's location, with the inhabitants taking to calling it a "star". The leader is the Hoshikage, though they're a Kage in name only. From what I've learned, this "star" possesses a strange form of energy that enhances a user's Chakra. I wish to study it and see just what energy is contained within it. You'll be going alone, as the inhabitants of Hoshigakure aren't very welcoming to outsiders and would be suspicious if a large group arrived." Hiruko explained, before turning to Isaribi and the Fūma girls.

"As for you four, your mission to recruit the Kamizuru Clan. My spies informed me that three members of the clan have left Iwagakure, in search of the rare, legendary Bikōchū Beetle." Hiruko said.

"Doesn't the Kamizuru Clan have close ties to the Shodaime and Sandaime Tsuchikages, though?" Sasame asked, wondering how they'd be able to recruit a clan closely related to two of the village's Kage.

"They do. However, when they attempted to invade Konoha, they were defeated and nearly wiped out by the Aburame Clan, resulting in them losing their status and respect in Iwa, even from the Sandaime Tsuchikage, despite being from their clan. Leading to their already dwindled numbers to fall even lower. From what I've learned, the last three Kamizuru are searching for the Bikōchū Beetle, in order to locate the Shodaime Tsuchikage's scroll of Forbidden Techniques, to restore their clan's status. I want you to recruit them, and if they accept the invitation to join, help them locate the Bikōchū Beetle as a sign of good faith." Hiruko said.

The five Kunoichi nodded in understanding, of what their missions were.

"Alright. You all have two weeks to prepare and train, in order to get used to your new Kekkei Genkai, and gain some control over them. Afterwards, you'll set out immediately." Said Hiruko, with the five nodding once again, before leaving the lab to begin training to practice with their Kekkei Genkai.

*Unknown Location*

"What do you want, Orochimaru?" Sasuke questioned, as he entered the Sannin's throne room, annoyed at having his training interrupted by Orochimaru summoning him.

"Well, I just received some news I believed would interest, with it involving your old teammates." Said Orochimaru, while Sasuke scoffed and turned to leave.

"If that's all, then it's just a waste of my time." Sasuke said, not caring about anything involving his former teammates, anymore.

"Sakura Haruno is dead." Orochimaru revealed, making Sasuke immediately paused, just before he walked through the door, at hearing this.

Out of everything Sasuke expected, that wasn't one of them.

"How?" Questioned Sasuke, wondering how Sakura died, and who could have possibly killed her.

"It seems she, Naruto, and Jiraiya had gone to investigate my base in the Land of Sound, where they encountered Tayuya. You remember Tayuya, she was the only member of the Sound Five to survive bringing you to me. Apparently, she has her own team now, and is working for my old friend, Hiruko. Anyway, given his last encounter with her, Naruto initially believed Tayuya was still under my employ and demanded to know where you were. Of course, they didn't believe her, when she said she no longer worked for me, leading to her summoning Hiruko to deal with Jiraiya, while she and her new allies fought Naruto and Sakura." Orochimaru explained, having gotten the details of what happened from the Monitoring Seals, and Snake Summons in the base.

It was surprising that Tayuya was still alive, even more so, that she was now allied with Hiruko, and possessed several new abilities. Orochimaru being particularly annoyed to realize Tayuya was descended from the Uzumaki Clan and has now unlocked her own Chakra Chains.

"Just get to the point." Sasuke said, not caring about all the details, and wanted to know how Sakura died, not out of a desire to avenge her, given he told both her and Naruto to let him go, but they refused, and were now paying the price.

"Very well, it seems that Tayuya held a grudge against Naruto for an altercation, they had in their first encounter. Where he tricked and taunted her, with Tayuya taking Sakura hostage and forcing Naruto to submit to her. After that, it looked like Tayuya was going to release Sakura, but we both know how Naruto isn't known for thinking things through, and his rash actions. He tried attacking Tayuya with a Rasengan, before Sakura was safely released, leading to Tayuya using her as a shield. So, Sakura is dead, and the one who killed her was Naruto, himself." Orochimaru revealed with a smirk.

"I see." Sasuke muttered.

"That's not all. Naruto went as far as to blame Tayuya for Sakura's death, refusing to even consider it was his fault, along with blaming her for "kidnapping and brainwashing" you into joining me. He even went as far to make himself the victim to Tsunade and Jiraiya, putting all the blame on everyone, but himself." Orochimaru added.

Hearing this made Sasuke clench his fists while his Sharingan flared to life, before looking over his shoulder at Orochimaru.

"Then he's no different than Itachi." Said Sasuke.

In fact, he'd say Naruto was worse than Itachi, with how he endangered and got Sakura killed. All to satisfy his own delusional desire to "save" Sasuke. He told the loser to give up on him, but he refused to listen, now Sakura's blood is on his hands.

'And if he gets in my way, I'll kill him, just like I will Itachi.' Sasuke swore, finally having truly severed the bond that existed between him and Naruto.

So, what did you think, good. Yep Iruka has died as well, being killed by Mizuki, with Naruto in turn killing Mizuki. Not only that but Naruto has fallen further into his denial of Sakura's death along with showing his manipulative side by lying about what really happened, leading to Yami taunting Naruto for his failures and delusions. Then we see Ino show up to comfort Naruto, with hormones and fragile emotions leading them straight to the bedroom (but don't get to attached as like I said, good ole' Plot Armor isn't here anymore). We the go to Hiruko's base, where Sasame, Kotohime, and Kagerō have received their own Kekkei Genkai along with Hiruko giving them two more missions, with Tayuya heading for Hoshigakure and the others to recruit the Kamizuru Clan. Finally we see Sasuke has learned of Sakura's death along with Naruto's part in it, leading to him completely severing their former bond. So, review if you liked go away if you didn't.

Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! Here we'll be seeing Tayuya arriving in Hoshigakure while Isaribi and the Fūma Girls make contact with the Kamizuru Clan, along with encountering Team Eight and Naruto. Also fair warning, Naruto's going to come off as a bit of a jerk here, not intentionally but yeah that's how it'll look. There will be another AN at the bottom explaining it. So, without further ado.

Two weeks have passed, since Hiruko gave Tayuya and her team their new missions, along with time to train in their new Kekkei Genkai.

After the two weeks had passed, the five of them had set out, with Tayuya heading for the Land of Bears and Hoshigakure. While Isaribi and the Fūma Girls went to track down the Kamizuru Clan members.

Currently, the four were jumping through the trees, with Kagerō's eyes glowing red, as she tracked the Kamizuru Clan members' Chakra.

"They're just up ahead." Said Kagerō, seeing the Kamizuru trio were ahead of them.

"Right, let's go meet them." Isaribi said, with the Fūma Girls nodding.

Not long after, they entered into a clearing, with Isaribi frowning, when she didn't see the Kamizuru Clan members anywhere in sight.

'I can't see them, but I can still sense their Chakra.' Isaribi thought.

"You three can come out, now! We know you're from the Kamizuru Clan, and we wish to speak with you." Isaribi said, looking around, while Sasame, Kotohime, and Kagerō were ready, in case this ended in a fight.

Not a moment later, the three Kamizuru members jumped out, two boys and a girl, from where they were hidden, landing across from them.

"Well, you know who we are. Now tell us what you want with the Kamizuru Clan?" Demanded the girl, with Isaribi stepping forward, with her hand held out, showing she wasn't armed.

Not that she really needed weapons to kill someone, but they didn't need to know that.

"My name is Isaribi, these are Sasame Fūma, Kotohime Fūma, and Kagerō Fūma. We were sent by our leader, Hiruko, to extend an invitation to you three, to join our organization." Said Isaribi, with the Kamizuru trio scoffing.

"Hiruko is a Missing-Nin from Konoha. Why would he join someone like him?" Asked one of the boys.

"What makes you think we'd even consider abandoning our village, and be labeled as Missing-Nin, ourselves?" Said the other boy, with Isaribi smirking at this, since it gave her the perfect opening.

"You mean the same village that doesn't respect you anymore. That looks down on you, the village your clan served loyally, even when they were nearly wiped out? And how is that loyalty repaid, with spite and being condemned, even by the Tsuchikage. A member of the Kamizuru Clan, himself, looks down on you three. Is that the village you aren't considering abandoning?" Isaribi asked, while the Kamizuru members scowled at her words, but knew she was also right.

The Sandaime Tsuchikage, Ōnoki, was a member of the Kamizuru Clan, the same for his granddaughter, Kurotsuchi. But they never did anything to help the Kamizuru Clan, their own clan, and have even forsaken their Clan's teachings for their Jinton and Yōton, respectively.

"And what exactly would we gain, from joining you and Hiruko?" Questioned the girl.

"For starters, you'll get the chance to grow stronger than you could, if you stay in Iwagakure. Just like we have." Isaribi said, nodding to Sasame, Kotohime, and Kagerō, to give them a demonstration.

Nodding, Sasame went through handseals, before slamming her hands on the ground, then to the shock of the Kamizuru trio, a tree suddenly grew in front of Sasame. Kotohime then stepped forward and went through her own handseals, causing the tree to suddenly be incased in blue crystals. Finally Kagerō walked up to the tree, and threw a palm thrust at it, causing the crystal covered tree to explode.

The Kamizuru trio were shocked to not only see the famed Mokuton of the Shodaime Hokage, but also Shōton and Bakuton. The latter of which should only be found in Iwagakure.

"As you can see, my comrades have greatly benefited from joining Hiruko and that was just one of the five Kekkei Genkai they've received." Isaribi said, smirking, while the trio's shock only increased, along with their nervousness at the prospect of fighting them, if they possessed five Kekkei Genkai.

"An-and what Kekkei Genkai did you receive?" The girl asked, looking at Isaribi warily.

"Let's just say…I'm different kind of monster." Said Isaribi, giving a shark-like smile, with her teeth gaining sharpened points.

"So, what'll it be? Join us, and finally get the chance to restore the respect and prestige of the Kamizuru Clan, along with revenge against all of your enemies? Or don't, and continued being ridiculed and looked down? The choice is yours." Isaribi said.

The three Kamizuru members thought over the offer, along with what Isaribi said, with the two boys looking to their sister, on what she'll decide. The girl frowned in thought, before stepping forward.

"Very well, my name is Suzumebachi, these are my brothers, Jibachi and Kurobachi. We'll join your organization; on the condition you help us retrieve the Bikōchū Beetle." Suzumebachi said, holding out her hand, which Isaribi took.

"Of course." Replied Isaribi, pleased at having successfully persuaded them to join, and just had to help them complete their task, which they were going to do, anyway.

Now they just had to hope nothing went wrong, but given their track record so far, with missions. Isaribi wasn't going to hold her breath.

*With Tayuya*

Tayuya limped down the road to Hoshigakure, while holding her injured side.

Given she couldn't just waltz into Hoshigakure as her usual self, Tayuya had used her newly discover shape-shifting to disguise herself, turning her hair snow-white, her eyes green, and altering her facial features slightly as well. Along with placing a seal on herself, making it so anyone who sensed her Chakra would see they were at the level of a civilian.

With her disguise in place, Tayuya had then injured herself, making it look like she was attacked by a wild animal, and managed to escape. Afterwards, she then made her way to Hoshigakure, under her disguise as a lost, injured traveler.

'I swear, this fucking rock better be worth it.' Tayuya thought, wincing, since she also had to suppress her healing factor, as she had to make the wounds look convincing, as well.

Soon, she saw she was close to Hoshigakure, much to Tayuya's relief. Only to be stopped, when some kid, who looked a few years younger than her, jumped in front of her, holding a crossbow of all things.

'What the fuck kind of Ninja uses a damn crossbow?' Thought Tayuya, given Ninja usually used kunai or shuriken, sometimes senbon, as well.

"Hold it right there, outsider! What's your business in Hoshigakure?" The kid demanded, with Tayuya resisting the urge to snap the brat's neck, instead she kept up with her act.

"Hoshigakure? Oh thank Kami, please I need help." Said Tayuya, also disguising her voice to really sell the disguise, with the kid glancing at her wounds, but didn't lower his crossbow.

"What happened?" Questioned the kid, with narrowed eyes.

"An…an animal jumped out of nowhere and attacked me. I was just barely able to escape but got lost while running away. I was just lucky I found a road that lead here, please, I really need help." Tayuya pleaded, before falling to her knees panting, this part actually being real, since she did lose a lot of blood from her injuries, and then walking all the way here.

The kid lowered his crossbow slightly, but still regarded Tayuya distrustfully.

"Wait here, I'll get you some medical supplies." The kid said, with Tayuya giving him a disbelieving look.

As far as he knew, she was injured, lost, and likely on the verge of death. And yet he's still forcing her to wait outside the village.

'Distrusting my ass! I'm surprised he hasn't tried shooting me!' Tayuya thought, now seeing that Hiruko wasn't kidding, when he said these people didn't trust outsiders.

Thankfully, Tayuya was saved from being close to attacking the punk, when another kid showed up, this one being a girl.

The girl has fair skin, brown hair in a high ponytail and indigo eyes. She wears a light pink blouse with a turquoise, red patterned dress over it. For her bottom attire she wears light pink chaps, that reveal her thighs and brown sandals. She also wore the Hoshigakure forehead protector across her forehead.

"Sumaru?! Oh Kami, are you alright?!" The girl asked, rushing to Tayuya's side and looking her over in worry, before looking at the now named Sumaru.

"What happened?" She asked.

"She claims she was attacked by an animal, and got lost escaping, only to end finding Hoshigakure." Replied Sumaru, still having his doubts.

"I don't think she's claiming anything, with these wounds. Come on, let's get you looked at." Said the girl, putting Tayuya's arm around her shoulder, and lifted her up, before looking at Sumaru.

"Sumaru, could you please get a room ready in the infirmary." The girl requested, with Sumaru looking ready to argue at letting Tayuya into the village but nodded reluctantly.

"Tsk, fine." Sumaru muttered, putting his crossbow on his back, and went to get a room ready.

"Thanks for the help, I thought for a second, he was actually going to shoot me." Tayuya said, with the girl smiling at her, as they walked into the village.

"It's fine, and don't worry about Sumaru, he's good a person. We just don't get many visitors in Hoshi and are suspicious of those that just show up. By the way, my names Hokuto." Hokuto said.

"Yuna." Replied Tayuya, with a fake name.

"It's nice to meet you, Yuna. Now let's go get you patched up." Said Hokuto, only to be stopped, when a man walked up to them.

The man had pale skin, a thin and bony face, blue eyes, and lilac-colored hair in a ponytail and a blue forehead protector.

"Hokuto, who is this?" Questioned the man, looking at Tayuya with narrow eyes.

"Forgive me, Hoshikage-sama, this is Yuna, a traveller that arrived, after being attacked by an animal. I was just taking her to the infirmary." Hokuto replied, bowing her head, as the Hoshikage observing Tayuya with narrow eyes, before nodding his head.

"Very well, you did a good job in helping, Hokuto. Continue, and see that our guest is looked after." Said the man.

"Yes sir!" Hokuto replied, before continuing towards the infirmary.

"Hoshikage?" Tayuya asked, playing ignorant of what the title meant.

"Oh, yes, that's our leader, Akahoshi, the Yondaime Hoshikage." Hokuto replied, with Tayuya looking back at Akahoshi, with narrow eyes, having been able to see passed his façade.

'He really doesn't want me here, even if I'm just an "injured civilian".' Tayuya thought, knowing Akahoshi wasn't as kind as he portrayed himself.

Though perhaps, she could use this to her advantage. As given all the research she's done about Hoshigakure, in preparation for her mission, she knew most of Hoshigakure's Ninja forces were composed of orphaned children, their parents having succumbed to the effects of the village's Star Training.

If she played her cards right, she may be able to get plenty of new recruits, in addition to the star. Tayuya would just have to wait, until Akahoshi showed his true colors, for her chance to strike.

For now, she'll simply watch, and wait for her chance.

*Later*

*With Isaribi, the Fūma Girls, and Kamizuru trio*

After meeting up with, and convincing the Kamizuru siblings to join them, the group began heading towards the Bug Habitat, where the Bikōchū Beetle was being kept, and where the eggs would be hatching soon.

However, on the way there, Kagerō said she spotted four Chakra Signatures heading for the habitat, as well. This made the group stop and go see just who else was searching for the Bikōchū Beetle. As that seemed to be the only explanation for why they were going to the same location, as them.

And to the annoyance of the four members of Hiruko's group, they saw the crazy blonde from Oto was there, with three other Genin.

"Are you fucking kidding me? Why does this damn kid, keep showing up, everywhere?" Isaribi said, annoyed that they seem to run into the blonde, everywhere they go.

"You've been spending too much time with Tayuya." Kotohime commented, seeing how Isaribi was cursing just like the redhead.

Isaribi also noted that one of the other kids was likely an Aburame Clan member. Looking to the Kamizuru's to see if this would be a problem for them, given their two clans' history. Isaribi was surprised when she saw that they looked absolutely furious.

"Okay, I know you don't like the Aburame Clan, but try not to blow our cover." Isaribi said, not wanting them to act rash, and jeopardize the mission.

"It's not the Aburame, yes, we hate them all. But no, what has us angry, is that other one, the blonde." Jibachi growled, glaring hatefully at Naruto.

"The blonde?" Sasame asked, raising a brow, since while, yes, she'd admit he was annoying from what she saw in Oto, she didn't think it warranted this kind of hatred, along with the fact that she didn't think they even knew who he was.

"Yes! It's not just an Aburame, but someone who's the spitting image of the Yondaime Hokage!" Suzumebachi hissed, enraged to learn that the Yellow Flash, the man who single handedly killed a thousand Iwa Ninja, many of whom were also Kamizuru Clan members, actually had a son.

This surprised the four Kunoichi, before taking a closer look at Naruto, and would admit that he did look like a miniature version of the Yondaime Hokage, with the same blonde hair and blue eyes. But even so, they were skeptical of him actually being the son of a man, like the Yellow Flash.

'Then again, he was with Jiraiya back in Oto, and if Hiruko was right, he's also his student. Not to mention, he knows the Rasengan, one of the Yondaime's signature Jutsu.' Isaribi thought, as she and the Fūma Girls realized that was Naruto actually the son of the Yondaime Hokage.

"Where in the hell did Konoha go wrong, with raising him?" Kotohime questioned with wide eyes, not understanding how someone so childish and naïve, could be the son of someone regarded as the Fastest Man Alive, and one of the strongest Ninja in the world, someone even Orochimaru feared.

"He must be the Kyūbi Jinchūriki." Kagerō said, having remembered his Red Chakra, from when Tayuya fought him, getting their attention.

"A Jinchūriki?" Asked Sasame, with Kagerō nodding.

"Yes, it's known the Yondaime defeated the Kyūbi with a powerful Fūinjutsu, and it's tradition that Jinchūriki are typically those related to the village's Kage, preferably their own children, to instill a sense of loyalty, in them. But given that the Yondaime is dead, and how the boy acts, he's likely ignorant of his heritage, and his Jinchūriki status was likely leaked, leading to him being isolated." Kagerō explained, the Kunoichi were surprised at her deduction, while now understanding part of the reason why Naruto was the way he is.

It almost made them feel sorry for the boy, knowing a Jinchūriki's life isn't an easy one.

Almost.

Knowing they were also searching for the Bikōchū Beetle, as well, given blondie wanted to find his boyfriend, so much. It's likely they're searching for the beetle to find the Uchiha.

'Hm, while it's annoying this idiot can't seem to take a hint, this could prove beneficial.' Isaribi thought, while looking at the Kamizuru, who were still glaring hatefully at Naruto and the Aburame.

"Well, this poses quite the predicament, isn't it? We have the son of the Yellow Flash and an Aburame Clan member, searching for the same beetle as us. How'd you three like a little revenge?" Isaribi asked, with Suzumebachi and her brothers looking at her with malicious smirks.

"We'd love some." Replied Suzumebachi, now pleased she accepted their offer.

*With Team Eight and Naruto*

Meanwhile, with the Konoha Genin, Hinata was in particularly low spirits, the reason being the reveal of Naruto's new relationship with Ino. Something that shocked many, given how unexpected, and unlikely, it seemed to happen. While Hinata was heartbroken to learn her crush was with someone else, and it was Ino, of all people.

Given the fact the two had barely spoken to each other, during their time at the Academy and as Genin, with Ino being neutral to Naruto at best. While finding him annoying, at worse.

Though despite the sadness she felt, Hinata at tried to be happy that Naruto was happy.

"So, what was so amazing?" Kiba asked, wanting to hear what Naruto saw last night, that he found amazing.

"A waterfall, with a really pretty girl standing in the middle of it!" Naruto said, with Hinata gasping quietly, while her eyes widened.

"…What?" Said Kiba with narrowed eyes, with Shino's eyes narrowing behind his sunglasses, as well.

"Yeah, and everytime she moved her arms, the water moved along with them, it was awesome!" Said Naruto, while Hinata's face slowly turned more and more red.

She had gone out to train last night, and had thought she heard something, making her quickly run away. But she didn't think it was Naruto!

'He saw me naked; he saw me naked; he saw me naked!' Hinata thought, embarrassed that her crush saw her naked.

Though at Naruto's next words, Hinata's mood and embarrassment quickly turned sour.

"But I doubt she was as pretty as Ino." Naruto said, with a lovestruck expression.

"What?!" Kiba growled lowly, resisting the urge to claw his face apart.

"Actually, maybe she wasn't really pretty, at all. It was really dark, and I didn't see her all that well. Plus, she did run away when she saw me." Naruto said, not realizing the fact that she ran away, was because she was naked.

"But even if she was pretty, she still isn't prettier than Ino." Said Naruto, before walking ahead of the others, wanting to find the Bikōchū Beetle, so they can find Sasuke.

Kiba growled, and prepared to slam his fist into Naruto's head, until Shino grabbed his shoulder.

"Kiba, don't, fighting amongst ourselves, will only delay the mission." Shino said, but was also annoyed at Naruto's lack of tact, and feeling the need to brag about his relationship with Ino.

Though they were also upset that not only did he smite Hinata's honor, by seeing her naked. But now, he unintentionally insulted her, when she was standing right next to them.

Kiba and Shino knew it was Hinata, given they've been helping her master the technique, she's been working on, and that she's been working day and night to get it down. So, it upset them that Naruto not only saw her naked, but insulted her as well, even if he didn't know it was Hinata.

"Tsk, why did we even let Naruto force himself onto our mission? We could handle it ourselves, but because it involves Sasuke, he feels the need to invite himself." Kiba muttered.

"Naruto is in possession of Sasuke's headband, and we need his scent for the Bikōchū to track." Shino pointed out.

"So? He could have just given us the headband, the Hokage should have made him give us the headband, rather than let him join the mission. He even admitted that he would have followed us anyway if she said no! Seriously, why does Tsunade-sama keep enabling the idiot, she's the Hokage, not his mom!" Said Kiba, knowing the Hokage shouldn't be playing favorites amongst their subordinates, while Shino nodded in agreement with his teammate's words.

"True. But I've heard rumors that Naruto reminds Tsunade-sama of her late brother and fiancé. Which would explain why Naruto seems to have so much leeway in addressing Tsunade-sama as "granny", and running off to apprehend Mizuki, after learning of his connection to Orochimaru. Not to mention, from what I've heard, Naruto and Sakura originally planned to sneak out of the village to go to the Land of Sound, to find Sasuke themselves, with Jiraiya going with them to make it an official mission." Shino explained, with Kiba looking at him with disbelieving eyes.

"Why the hell is Tsunade even Hokage?! She shouldn't be giving Naruto so many passes, or let her personal feelings affect her decisions!" Said Kiba, not believing what he just heard, with Shino once again nodding in agreement with his teammate's words.

Crossing his arms, Kiba growled in anger at everything he heard, and was now really hoping that Hinata reevaluated her crush on Naruto.

After they had become a team, Kiba became close to Hinata, seeing her as the little sister he wanted to protect, and push to grow stronger. And at first, he had been in favor of her crush on Naruto, given they used to hang out back in the Academy. Even more so, after Naruto's fight against Neji, and kept his word to avenge Hinata.

But now, after seeing how Naruto not only insulted Hinata, along with bringing up his relationship with Ino, while Hinata was standing right next to him. Kiba really hoped Hinata reevaluated her crush and finds someone who deserves her.

*Mindscape*

Meanwhile, unknown to Naruto, within his mindscape, the source of the voice heard before snickered to itself.

'Honestly, I knew the fake was an idiot, but that he's this much of an idiot, it's just priceless!' The voice thought to itself, while standing in the shadows, as their red and black eyes shining through the darkness.

It was aware that the girl they saw by the waterfall, was in fact Hinata. But the fact that the fake couldn't realize it, just spoke volumes of how dense he was. Even more so, that he couldn't see how his words hurt her, on how he commented that she wasn't as pretty as Ino, nor pretty at all. Or how her teammates wanted to attack him, for his insults.

'I swear what Hinata ever saw in the loser, I'll never know.' Thought the voice, before shrugging.

Oh well, it'll make sure to apologize to her, after when it finally gets its freedom from the fake. Given the voice at least has some decency, and knows not to insult a girls, especially after insulting her honor.

It's just a matter of time, until they can reclaim their freedom, and dealt with the fake.

*Real World*

*With Tayuya*

Tayuya had to wait until nightfall, before she finally could make her move to steal the star.

Once she had been left alone, and couldn't sense anyone that might be watching her, Tayuya got out of the bed, she had been placed in. Removing the seal suppressing her Chakra, Tayuya created a Shadow Clone, while placing the Suppression Seal on it, along with a Reinforcement Seal, so it would be more durable. Along with a little something else just in case her cover is blown.

Turning back to her true appearance, Tayuya silently left the infirmary, and made her way to the crater, where the star was located, along with the training ground for the star training.

Arriving at the crater, Tayuya took notice of charred trees and barren landscape around the crater.

'Damn, whatever power this rock contains, it's definitely powerful.' Tayuya thought, given how long it's been, since the star landed, and the land doesn't show even a hint of recovering.

Quietly, Tayuya jumped down into the crater, before running towards the training hall. Stopping just outside the door, Tayuya looked through the shutters, making sure no one was inside, but didn't see anyone.

'And there's the star.' Thought Tayuya, seeing the star resting on an eagle claw pedestal, surrounded by a glowing purple aura.

Opening the door, Tayuya entered while remaining on guard, keeping her senses open, in case anyone shows up.

Deciding to grab the star and get out quickly, Tayuya went up to the pedestal to grab the star. Though before she could, Tayuya whirl around, when someone suddenly burst through the door, wearing a Hoshigakure uniform, and a gas mask.

'Well so much for quick and quiet.' Tayuya thought, as the stranger charged towards her.

Ducking under a strike from the stranger, Tayuya kicked their legs out from under them, only for the stranger to put their hands on the ground and slam their feet into the redheads face.

Grunting the strike, Tayuya was sent skidding back, and glared at the stranger.

"You just made the last mistake in your life, dumbass." Tayuya said, as bone claws shot out of her hands, surprising the stranger.

Taking advantage of their surprise, Tayuya rushed forward and stabbed her claws forward, intent to rip them apart. Only for the stranger to recover, and dodge the strike, the claws stabbing into the ground, with Tayuya flipping and slamming her foot into the strangers chest, sending them crashing through the wall.

'Shit!' Tayuya mentally cursed, knowing that will definitely draw attention.

And she was right, as not a moment later all the Hoshi Genin came rushing out of the sleeping hall, including Sumaru and Hokuto.

"Intruders, stop them!" Hokuto shouted, as they all drew their weapons, with Tayuya cursing again as she jumped out of the training hall, seeing the stranger also making a break for it.

'Alright buddy, let's find out who you are.' Tayuya thought, chasing after them, intent to find out who screwed up her mission.

Though as she ran, Tayuya made a handsign causing an explosion to go off at the village, triggering the Explosive Tags she placed on her clone. This way, she wouldn't be exposed anymore than she already was, and would distract the Hoshi Ninja long enough for her to escape.

Running after the stranger, Tayuya was surprised when they made a handsign and purple Chakra erupted from their back, taking the form of a pair of wings. Allowing them to fly over canyon, and the poisonous gas that acted as a barrier for the Land of Bears.

"Hmph, mine are cooler." Tayuya said, as her own wings emerged from her back, as she shot into the air, after the stranger.

Seeing her grow wings, the stranger gasped in shock, giving Tayuya the chance to catch and tackle them out of the air. Thankfully landing on the opposite of the canyon, and away from the poisonous gas.

The two rolled around on the ground trying to overpower the other, until Tayuya managed to get on top, and used her Chakra Chains to restrain the person.

"Alright, now let's see who's behind the mask." Tayuya said, grabbing the gas mask and ripping it of their face, with the redhead being surprised to see it was a woman, a very beautiful woman at that.

The woman had long violet hair, fair skin, and jade-green eyes.

'And suddenly, I'm not so angry anymore.' Thought Tayuya, while smirking.

"Okay, here's what's going to happen, I'm going to get up and let you go, and we won't attack each other. Agreed?" Tayuya said, wanting to get answers as to who this was, and why she was trying to steal the star.

"…Agreed." Replied the woman, after a moment.

Nodding, Tayuya retracted her chains, and got off the woman, as they both stood up.

"Okay, I suppose introductions are in order. What's your name?" Questioned Tayuya.

"Natsuhi. You?" Natsuhi said, tensely.

"Tayuya." Tayuya replied, with Natsuhi tensing up at the name, and was now on edge.

"Tayuya? You're listed in the Bingo Book as an A-Rank Missing-Nin, wanted in Konoha, for your connections to both Orochimaru and Hiruko, along with the murder of a Konoha Genin, after torturing another one." Natsuhi said, with Tayuya looking at her in surprise at this information.

'Oh, that blonde motherfucker!' Tayuya thought, swearing that the next she saw that blonde bastard; she's cutting his tongue out of his damn skull.

"Tsk, yeah, I'll admit I used to work for that snake fucker, until he betrayed me, and I do work for Hiruko, currently. But I didn't kill that Genin, her shithead of a teammate did, when he tried attacking me, right when I was going to let her go. As for torture, the only thing I did, was humble that bastard, and took him down a couple notches. Clearly not enough, if he actually lied about what happened." Tayuya said, not really caring about the lies, since it'd mean people were less likely to piss her off, if they'd think she'd torture them.

But like hell she'll let that blonde bastard try and claim the moral high ground.

"And why should I believe you?" Natsuhi questioned with a raised brow.

"And what reason would I have to lie to someone I just met?" Retorted Tayuya, with Natsuhi giving her that one, and frowned, since this person who lied about killing his own comrade sounded like Akahoshi.

"Be that as it may, you were still trying to steal that star." Natsuhi accused, making Tayuya look at her with a raised brow.

"Why hello there my names Pot, it's nice to meet you, Kettle. I can see you're black." Stated Tayuya, before sighing.

"Look, we both want the star; you want it to stop the star training, I'm guessing. And I want it, because Hiruko wants it to research the damn thing. How about instead of fighting each other, we work together to get what we want." Tayuya suggested, with Natsuhi raising a brow at the offer, skeptical if it was genuine, or not.

But she'll admit, with the reveal that someone was trying to steal the star, Akahoshi and his cohorts will be on guard, and ready, now. So, Natsuhi could use the help, only caring that the star was gone, while Sumaru and the others were safe.

"Fine, partners, for now." Said Natsuhi, as they shook hands.

She just hoped she didn't end up regretting this alliance.

So, what did you think, good. Yep Isaribi has successfully persuaded the Kamizuru Trio to join them, while Tayuya has infiltrated Hoshigakure under a disguise and made her own plans of getting some new recruits. We then see Hiruko's followers and the Kamizuru's spot Team Eight and Naruto, with the Kamizuru's recognizing Naruto as the son of the Yondaime Hokage (ironic that Iwa's hatred for Minato allows them to see the truth, while Konoha's hatred for Naruto leaves them blind to it), with Isaribi taking the chance to further win the Kamizuru's loyalty by helping them get some revenge. Then we see Naruto acting like an unintentional jerk to Hinata and bringing up his relationship with Ino.

Though this isn't intentional on Naruto's part, he's just a kid that's been a lone his entire life and now suddenly has a girlfriend of his own, he's just excited and can't help but want to talk about her.

Finally we see Tayuya has gone to steal the star only to be stopped by Natsuhi leading to them having to escape, with Tayuya killing her civilian persona Shadow Clone, along with learning of her new status in the Bingo Book. With her and Natsuhi then forming an alliance to steal the star. Now then, we have a special guest star and someone who's been a big help with this story and several others, OverLord Wang-Yu!

OverLord Wang-Yu: Now to be clear, we're NOT bashing Canon Naruto or anything like that. We actually like him and agree that he's quite the charismatic underdog that managed to change many people for the better, but unfortunately for him there's no Plot Armor to save him or his buddies from screwing up or getting screwed by others, nor will he be able to change everyone he interacts with, especially those of a more cynical-realistic view like Tayuya and her allies, whom had quite the low opinion of him to start with, and his future actions won't help in those kind of matters.

TL;DR: Plot Armor's gone, God (Kishi) is dead here and Reality Ensues, definitely not for the better for Naruto or his companions on this fic. So if you don't like that please leave and read another fic that follows canon or even the canon manga-anime, but please no flames or anything like that. Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! Here we'll be seeing how Tayuya, and Isaribi and the Fūma Girls are progressing in their mission along with seeing how Team Eight and Naruto are doing in finding the Bikōchū Beetle (also fair warning, if you watched this arc in anime, then you know Naruto is a damn moron in it no matter how you look at it). Also there is a lemon in this, it's marked for those uncomfortable with those. So, without further ado.

I own nothing

Hokuto let out a solemn sigh, as she stood in front of "Yuna's" grave. With it being learned that after those two intruders tried stealing the star, one of them had detonated Explosive Tags in the medical area, with "Yuna" dying as a result.

And it wasn't just the infirmary either, there had been other explosions going off around the village, as well. Though while no one else died, Hokuto was still saddened by "Yuna's" death. As while she was an outsider, Hokuto still wanted to help her recover from her attack. Only now, it seemed like "Yuna" had been an unknowing pawn for those intruders to infiltrate Hoshigakure, and steal the star.

'I'm sorry I couldn't save you. But I swear, we won't let those intruders get away with this.' Hokuto thought.

Meanwhile, Sumaru stood behind Hokuto, having offered his condolences to his friend for "Yuna's" death. Knowing Hokuto would take it hard that someone she tried to help was now dead, given her kind and caring nature. Though at the moment, Sumaru's mind was elsewhere, having been wondering something since the attack.

'Why was it, that only the abandoned areas were targeted?' Sumaru thought, having noticed that the only places planted with Paper Bombs, were the empty parts of the village.

While Hoshigakure was known for the star fragment, that granted its Ninja powerful Chakra, it was still a dangerous place to live. Especially with the Devil's Ravine, and the poisonous gas it emitted. This lead to Hoshi having an ever declining population, with people either dying or moving away to safer areas, which has left most of the village empty, and abandoned.

'And yet it was only those areas that were destroyed, not any of the ones, with people still in them. Why is that?' Sumaru wondered, as it's likely the intruders had time to scout out the village, and would know which areas still had people in them, and yet only the abandoned ones were destroyed.

It left the boy complete dumbfounded that they purposefully didn't try killing anyone else.

'But either way, they're still out there, and will likely try stealing the star again. Something that won't happen.' Thought Sumaru, knowing when the intruders showed up again, they'll be ready.

*With Naruto and Team Eight*

Meanwhile, Team Eight and Naruto have finally reached the Bug Habitat to begin searching for the Bikōchū Beetle. Though only Naruto was the one glad to have finally reached their destination, as it meant they'd be one step closer to finding Sasuke. However, Shino, Kiba, and Hinata didn't share his enthusiasm.

The reason being, that after the first night, where he unknowingly saw Hinata naked, along with comparing her to Ino, he wouldn't stop talking about the Yamanaka! It only made Kiba all the more tempted to attack the blonde, with even Shino starting to get annoyed with how Naruto continued bragging about Ino. All while Hinata, a girl who's had a crush on him, since the Academy, was standing right next to him.

While Hinata's own mood was brought further and further down, every time Naruto talked about Ino, along with how he unintentionally insulted her, as well.

"Good, we're here. Now let's find this stupid bug, so we don't have to deal with Naruto, anymore." Kiba muttered, swearing that if he's ever forced to go on a mission with Naruto again, he's turning in his headband.

"Come on Kiba, Naruto-kun didn't even know it was me. I-I'm fine, really." Said Hinata in her crush's defense.

"Be that as it may Hinata, he did see you naked, which is an insult to your honor, then flat out insulted you. Whether Naruto knew it was you, or not, is inconsequential. As far as he knows, he saw a girl he's never met before naked, and then proceeded to insult her, by believing her appearance was inferior to Ino's, or that she wasn't pretty, at all. Even if it hadn't been you, he saw, his actions would have just shamed another girl, and insulted her, instead." Shino said.

"Yeah. Either way, he's being an asshole to a random girl, as far as he knows. The only reason we haven't attacked him, is because he's an orphan that doesn't even know what he's really saying, or knows that he did anything wrong." Added Kiba, which only further solidified his opinion that Naruto didn't deserve Hinata, if he didn't know how to treat a girl to begin with, and that she should look elsewhere for a partner.

Hinata didn't have anything to say in response to her teammate's words. As even with her attempts to defend Naruto, his actions and the things he's said, they were starting to chip away at her patience for him. Weakening the crush she has on him, just a bit.

'No! I know Naruto-kun will prove them wrong, and show he can be great! Just like in his fight against Neji, and proved you can choose your own fate.' Hinata thought, shaking her head, having faith that Naruto will prove her teammates wrong, and show them what she sees.

As long as they don't make a move, then neither will we. But just to be safe, we should think of several escape plans, given the number of enemies, and the feel of their Chakra." Shino said, his insects having gotten a feel for the enemies' Chakra, and how powerful it was, along with what felt like a mix of several different types of Chakra, in one body.

"I wonder if Naruto is aware of them." Said Hinata, worried of Naruto being unaware of the enemies.

"Let's not tell Naruto, it'd only cause more trouble and ensure the enemies attack us." Said Shino, with Hinata and Kiba nodding, before the Hyūga thought of something else.

"These enemy Ninja, do you think they might be the same ones Naruto, Jiraiya, and Sakura encountered in Otogakure?" Hinata asked.

"That's a possibility. Given their affiliations with Hiruko, who's known for his original technique, the Chimera Jutsu, it'd explain their strange Chakra Signatures. And even more of a reason not to engage them." Shino said.

"Yeah, and even more of a reason to not tell Naruto. If it is those same guys, then he'd run off to fight them, so he can avenge Sakura." Added Kiba, knowing if that happened, then the entire mission would be doomed, along with them probably not leaving this forest alive.

Meanwhile, a short distance away, Isaribi and the Kamizuru Siblings were hidden under the Camouflage Jutsu, watching Team Eight.

Isaribi had sent Sasame, Kotohime, and Kagerō to search for the Bikōchū Beetle, given their Kekkei Genkai made them perfect to search for such a small insect. While she and the Kamizuru were watching Team Eight perform their own search, to see if they'd find it before them.

"They're know we're here." Isaribi stated.

"How can you be sure? Wouldn't they have acted, if they knew?" Jibachi questioned.
