Chapter 53: History of Two Heroes Part 1

Just so all you know, the chapter will be about Jimbei telling about Fishertiger and Otohime.

Laxus and Gajeel's group continued through the town.

Some citizens were busy running in a panic.

"Sounds like trouble," Laxus thought.

Some Merman and Fishman were heard shouting in the distance.

"Help! A Fishman from the Fishman District is causing chaos at Water Wheel Village!"

"I think he's Dosun, a Hammerhead Shark Fishman!"

"He's a friend of Hordy Jones!"

"Where are the three princes!?"

There were several Ammo Knights and four were talking through their transponder snails.

"There's trouble at the candy factory, reports from citizens say that the Cookiecutter Fishman Daruma is there and chomping through the factory!"

"There's another Fishman named Zeo at the Marine Shopping Mall on Fishman Island!"

"Ikaros the Giant Squid Fishman is at Gyoverly Hills!"

"Hyouzou the Squid Merman is at the Fishman's Meeting Hall and threatens citizens to step on Queen Otohime's picture."

The Fairy Tail wizards along with the Mink Tigress, the black Exceed Lily, and the former night assassin Chelsea were disgusted.

"They attack their people?" Evergreen questioned looking upset.

"Man, how low can a Fishman stoop?!" Bickslow wondered.

Laxus felt his electrical powers surge around his body due to his anger. "Sounds like we'll have problems if they see us here."

"Laxus, I suggest we help the citizens," Freed spoke.

The other looked at the Rune Magic-user who continued to speak. "We may be pirates in this world, but, we're still Fairy Tail wizards and it is our job to help innocent people, other than, Aquapad lives here, and I hate to think about if his home island was destroyed."

Levy giggled. "I couldn't agree more."

"Yeah, let's party!" Bickslow laughed opening his mouth widely and sticking out his tongue.

Gajeel did his trademark laugh. "I think it's time we show the New Fishman Pirates the power of Fairy Tail."

Lily grinned. "Agreed."

Tigress smiled slightly. "I shall help."

"Alright, here's the idea," Laxus said as he and the others gathered close and began to speak.

Chelsea sighed. "Honestly, they're soft as always, but, that's what makes Fairy Tail wonderful,

Everyone sits down to hear Jimbei's story. "First off, I'll let you know what Fishman Island was like 16 years ago."

Sixteen Years ago

A Fishman burglar was robbing the bank and taking a mermaid child hostage.

Queen Otohime stops him and tackles him to the ground, she eventually slaps his face a few times and scolds him for endangering a child, though, in the end, she felt ashamed for hurting him.

"I'm sorry...my home was robbed, my kids are starving...I didn't have any money," The Fishman burglar sobbed in tears.

The Fishman burglar was forgiven but was taken into custody and offered to help with his children.

Otohime attempts to have some of her people sign petitions but, the Fishmen and Merfolk nervously turn her down.

"History can't...be fought so easily," There was Jimbei as a former soldier of Neptune's army.

"Sounds like she's quite the queen," Rogue praised

"I think so too," Frosch agreed with a smile.

"She's a real woman too!" Millianna commented.

"Indeed, all she wanted was to encourage the citizens however, their fear and concerns prevented them from moving forward," Jimbei said with a frown.

"To think you used to be one of Neptune's soldiers, that's cool," Happy said, clearly amazed.

"Lily would love to hear this," Carla added.

"Wasn't there much work around the island for others though?" Sting asked.

"Unfortunately no, when you live on Fishman District, there aren't many options for lawless creatures," Jimbei replied.

"Sounds rough," Chopper commented.

"Anyway, can you tell us something else too?" Natsu asked.

"Sure," The former warlord replied.

"We would like you to tell us more about Aquapad and his friends including that Gin guy too," The pinkette boy requested.

The former warlord nodded. "Very well, but, first, one day, Arlong was toying with some citizens about the petitions..."

Arlong took some petitions from a mermaid and a guard intervened only for the guard to be picked by his neck.

"Arlong, you stupid jerk!"

Aquapad

6 years old

"You stop being a bully!"

"Aquapad, I see, you like running your mouth, you should show some respect for me!" The Saw Fishman warned the young Marlin Fishman.

"Like I should respect a stupid jerk like you!"

"You keep running that mouth of yours you little brat and I might-"

"That's enough!" Jimbei was sitting on the rock. "Aquapad, I appreciate the help, but, go on and play with your friends."

Aquapad growled and looked directly into Arlong's eyes. "When I grow up, I'll kick your ass whenever you're being a bully to someone!"

"I like to see you try!"

"Enough!" Jimbei demanded.

Aquapad eventually went on his way and Arlong approached Jimbei.

"I can tell when someone is from the Fishman District, ain't that right brother?"

Jimbei narrowed his eyes. "Don't lump me in with you, you went on and became a lousy pirate, you're scum."

Arlong took offense to that remark. "Don't call me that!"

"Perhaps you like trash..."

"Hey, everyone, Fishertiger is back!"

"He's returned!"

There stood a tall Fishman who was red. "Brother Tiger is back!"

Jimbei and Arlong went to greet their friend. "Hey, how was your voyage?"

"You must come and see my pirate ship!"

"I would but, I need to go to the Ryuguu Palace," Fishertiger said with a smile.

"I can show you the way, besides you mustn't waste your time with a pirate-like Arlong," Jimbei remarked.

Arlong was offended even more. "Huh, Tiger doesn't feel that about me at all!"

Fishertiger walked past his friends with a chuckle. "Don't fight you guys." His brothers began to growl at each other while the citizens laughed.

Then an angered face formed on the sea-bream Fishman's face.

He informed his decision of freeing the slaves from the Mary Geoise to the king and queen. "I can't stand the thought of those slaves including our people living a nightmare."

King Neptune didn't understand his reasons still. "What in the world did you witness...on your latest journey?!"

A look of rage and anger formed on Fishertiger's face. "I saw human nature."

Queen Otohime started to tear up with a mix of sadness and fear, but, didn't say a word.

"Fishertiger must've been referring to the nobles' wicked nature," Gray presumed.

"Yes, the Celestial Dragons no doubt," Miyaka agreed.

"But to think Aquapad stood up to Arlong, he's got guts," Natsu laughed impressed.

Nami smiled. "Yeah, Aquapad is quite the Fishman."

"Aquapad is super!" Franky cheered.

A Fishman citizen reported Fishertiger's attack on Mary Geonise to Jimbei, who resigned from Neptune's army and informed the Minister of the Left about it.

Arlong learned of Fishertiger's actions and decided to join his crew.

"Not too long after, I eventually joined brother Tiger's crew known as the Sun Pirates, myself along with Hatchan, and Arlong with other Fishmen from the Fishman District." Jimbei continued. "This starts the voyage of the Sun Pirates and Fishertiger's actions, they both would shape the future for our kind."

At Water Wheel Village.

"Officer Dosen, we gathered most of the citizens from Water Wheel Village," A Fishman grunt reported.

"Good, now all of you step on this picture of Otohime!" The Hammerhead Shark Fishman ordered with an evil smirk.

"No, the queen is well respect for all the hard work she did," The merman citizen said nervously.

Dosun glared at the merman. "I'm aware of that, but, her dream is nothing but foolish, you forgot a human pirate killed our queen and for no good reason!"

"I know but..." The merman was suddenly grabbed by his red shirt.

"If you won't step on the queen's picture, I'll have to force some sense into your head!" Dosun attempted to slam the merman onto the ground.

A short time later.

Dosun threatened the citizens to step on the picture of the late queen Otohime.

"You'll step on the queen's photo and mess it up roughly with your foot!" He ordered.

One of them was a slim fish woman. "I...I...I can't."

"If you can't you'll be executed on the spot!" Dosun roared as he lift his giant hammer and attempted to crush the fish-woman.

"Iron Dragon's Club!" A large club-like arm rammed right into the hammer knocking it out of Dosun's hands.

"Who did that?" He asked in a snarling voice.

"I did..." Gajeel along with Levy, Lily, Tigress, and Chelsea were standing while glaring at the Hammerhead Shark Fishman.

"Oh, aren't you humans part of that Fairy Tail Pirate crew, you saved me the trouble of finding you Fairy flies and Dosun you all," Dosun said with a wide smirk.

That last part left Lily, Chelsea, and Levy with deadpan expressions. "He's an unusual talker,"

Gajeel did his trademark laugh. "You think you'll be able to kill us, keep dreaming!"

"You, aren't you a mink!" A Fishman Pirate grunt asked while pointing to the tiger mink.

Tigress narrowed her eyes and nodded. "Yes."

"Why are you siding with humans?" Another Pirate grunt asked.

"These humans are my friends, I owe you for saving my friends from another human pirate group," Tigress replied. "Honestly, you guys are mad,

Dosun picked up his giant hammer and was greatly angry at that reply from the tiger mink. "That makes you and those other Minks are enemies! MEN ATTACK!"

The Fishman pirate grunts charged at Shadow Gear wielding their weapons.

Lily transformed into his battle form. "Let's do this."

"Hey, that cat grew taller!" A Fishman pirate exclaimed in shock.

"Never mind that, kill them all!"

"Solid Script: Fire!" Levy used her right arm with her index and middle fingers and the word "Fire" to appear in the air, and be composed of flames.

The flames were sent directly to a Fishman Pirate grunt which made the creature fall back and flail around in pain. "HOT! HOT! HOT!

"How did that puny human girl do that?"

"She was moving her fingers around like if she was writing something in the air!"

Merman took some rifles and targeted the girl. "FIRE!"

"Solid Script: Guard!" Levy wrote the word "Guard" in the air, which created a barrier and protected her from the bullets.

"She created a barrier or something!"

Gajeel smirked. "I'll next!"

"Kill them!" More Fishman Pirates wielding swords and clubs charged towards the iron dragon slayer while letting out battle cries.

"Iron Dragon's Roar!" Gajeel unleashed his breath attack which engulfed the attacking Fishman Pirate grunts and sent them flying away into a nearby building.

"Tiger Force Palm!" Tigress proclaimed as she palmed a Fishman pirate grunt in the chest.

All of them were knocked out.

Other Fishman Pirate grunts were losing morale.

"This human bastard unleashed an attack from his mouth like a dragon!"

"Can a human do that?"

Lily was fighting other Fishman that were wielding swords but was able to knock them away with ease. "Pity, you guys should be training more."

Chelsea took the form of the Ammo Knight. "Let's fight!" She manage to hold a bit using her Fishman look-alike body and using the red trident she got to slash the Fishman pirate grunts that came at her.

Gajeel approached the falling Fishman pirate with grunts. "Is this you guys got, pity..." He felt a strong aura coming from behind.

"You iron human bastard!" Dosun slammed his hammer down at Gajeel creating the ground the shake violently.

"I Dosun you, stupid human!" He cackled cruelly.

Just then he felt something pushing his hammer. "What the hell?" He wondered.

There was Gajeel in his Iron Dragon Scales form. "That was strong, but, not nearly as strong as the demon shark I fought before!" He forcefully pushed up the hammer making Dosun step backward causing him to lose his balance.

"Iron Dragon's Hard Fist!" He delivered a punch to the Hammerhead Shark Fishman's face and since his body was covered in his Iron Dragon's Scales form his attack was greatly enhanced.

Dosun was sent crashing through a few building walls and stopped at the opening where Fukaboshi was with his brothers. The princes were heading in his direction anyway.

"What the heck?" He wondered.

"Isn't that Dosun from the Fishman District?" Manboshi questioned with wide eyes.

"The main question is what happened to him?" Ryouboshi added just as curious as well.

"Never mind, chain him up!" Fukaboshi ordered. He then noticed Gajeel and his friends coming their way.

"Hold it right there!"

The Fairy Tail Pirates stopped in their tracks.

"You guys are members of Fairy Tail Pirates, am I right?" The merman prince asked.

Gajeel spoke before the others. "Yes, we are."

Jimbei's continued with his story about the Sun Pirates.

He and his crew attacked a marine ship that was led by a Rear-Admiral, the Fishman Pirates proved to be too strong.

Arlong killed more marines which Fishertiger saw. After the attack was over, he and his crew stole the food and money from the ship and returned to their ship.

Bonk Bonk

Arlong and Jimbei were being lectured about their actions.

"What is the deal, why do you care if we kill those lowly primates?" Arlong asked in pain.

Fishertiger sat down on his chair. "We're not killers, we're better than that, and don't you guys forget it."

"But, these humans are out to kill you, of course, we go too far, we're just mad," Jimbei defended.

"Do you want to be like the humans, killing someone is also killing part of your soul!" Fishtiger lectured. "We're ain't seeking revenge about discrimination, Mary Geonise wasn't about that either, I know I broke that unspoke rule but I only did it to free those slaves. The Sun Pirates are driven by libration and freedom, not spiteful reputation, seeking vengeance on the humans creates a vicious cycle and will only create more violence and fighting, in other words, the humans will react the same and want to do the same thing!"

Arlong slammed his hand onto his captain's desk. "Brother Ti, I think it's obvious that you're overseeing the picture, we should take the human males and kill them while forcing their wives and children to watch, showing that we're superior to them and that-"

Bonk

Jimbei punched his brother Arlong on the head.

"What the hell was that for?!" He yelled.

Despite the temper tantrum that Arlong displayed, Fishertiger didn't even flinch.

Later that night.

Jimbei had a chat with Fishertiger, who was troubled about a few things. "Jimbei...the peace that Otohime seeks is something I understand...though I fear for the demons that lurking inside me."

"It took me all those years to understand what he meant by that," Present Jimbei said.

Gray was understanding this well. "Fishertiger's words remind me of myself on how I wanted revenge on the Demon Deliora, I felt the Demons lurking within me when my parents were killed by that monster."

Miyaka and Juvia saw their crush looking troubled. "Gray..."

Jimbei continued to tell the countless battles they fought against marines and other pirates.

Otohime continued to pursue her people to sign petitions but, none would do so due to their fear.

"Then one day, we came across to an island that the was being habited by the human slaves,"

"Excuse me, we humbly beg of this your crew," An elderly man requested to Fishertiger. "This child was one of the freed slaves you saved three years ago, I'm sure her parents miss her, we could take her ourselves, though, we wouldn't be able to survive on the Grand Line, so please, return her to her village,"

The young girl nervously walked up to the Sun Pirates, though, it was clear she was scared of them despite her smiling. "I'm Koala, I'm eleven years old, I promise not to cause you any trouble,"

They reluctantly agreed, however, Arlong didn't take this too well. "I know she's a child, but she's a filthy human, why the hell would allow this child on our ship!?"

"Just drop it Alrong," Fishertiger ordered.

His brother wouldn't listen. "I'll drop this brat...stop smirking it's pissing me off!" He whacked his fist against the girl's face.

"Arlong, calm down!" Hatchan held back his friend using his six arms.

"Let me go!" The Saw Fishman demanded struggling to get loose

Koala got up and tore part of her clothing which took the Sun Pirates by surprise and she began to clean the deck. "Don't kill me...I'm a hard worker and I won't take long breaks, but, I want to see my mother again, so, I'll be brave and stay on this ship."

Jimbei approached the girl. "Are you afraid of us?"

"Yes, I am, but, I won't cause you guys any trouble," Koala replied in a trembling voice and some blood was dripping from her nose.

Though she was still smiling.

"What'd you expect, she has raised a slave," Aladine spoke getting Jimbei's attention. "Think about what she's seen, I'm sure her fellow slaves got killed for either crying or not working hard, she spent all those times being afraid knowing she might be next, so, can you blame her for not trusting us?"

Koala continued to scrub the deck using her torn piece of clothing.

Fishertiger looked at her for a moment then he approached her. "Bring the brat to my cabin!"

Later, the Sun Pirates began to ponder what their captain was going to do to the girl, however, their thoughts were interrupted by a scream, and out came Koala who dropped to the floor with a Sun Pirate tattoo on her back. "Bandage her, she may be hurt, but, that mark on her will only remind of her being a slave."

"Aladine's words do make sense," Carla said looking troubled. "The poor child was severely traumatized by the treatment she was inflicted by the Celestial Dragons and of what they did to other slaves."

"Yes, they have no regard for human lives," Juvia commented.

"Yes, they're such meanies to their people as well," Wendy added.

"Anyway, continue on Jimbei," Sanji said.

B

Koala woke up on the ship while being watched by the Fishmen, she still had her fake smile on her face. "I'm sorry, I must've passed out, but, I didn't cry, so you don't need to kill me, please, let me live!"

Fishertiger placed his hand on her shoulder looking into her eyes with a serious expression. "It's okay for you to cry!"

Koala continued to tremble with fear despite that her smile didn't leave her face but, Fishertiger wasn't done yet. "We're not like those evil Celestial Dragons, so, don't you dare act like we are, watch this..." He took out a pistol and brought it to the ship's railing with the girl following him.

He paused for a moment as Koala continued to watch Fishertiger. He then tossed the gun overboard which sank into the water.

She looked down there while Fishertiger looked at his crew with the same serious expression. "No more killing...not now..not ever!"

Each of the Fishmen dropped their weapons which Koala heard. "Is everyone with me?"

"YEAH!"

"No matter for the journey...WE'RE TAKING THIS GIRL BACK HOME!" Fishertiger declared.

His crew members cheered while Koala began to cry with tears of joy.

Arlong wasn't cheering but, he did put his weapon down as his captain told him to.

"That's a relief," Carla sighed.

"Yeah, Fishertiger is a real man," Miyaka thought with a smile.

"Mr. Fishertiger is such a nice guy," Wendy praised with a bright smile.

"He's someone I can respect," Sting commented.
"That's for sure," Lector agreed.

"Yes, Fishtiger's announcement made the girl feel a little better," Jimbei said. "However, she still felt a bit scared about us, Arlong continued to make things difficult for the girl, however, I realized something..."

"What was that?" Miyaka asked.

Jimbei remembered what he asked the girl. "Why are you afraid of us, is it because we're pirates?"

"Truth is...I don't know anything about your kind," Koala answered still having the fake smile on her face.

"I heard that before..." Past Jimbei whispered as he remembered Otohime's speech.

"It's true our exposing to humans was negative but, that doesn't mean we can judge all of them!"

"Fear comes from ignorant,"

Jimbei remembered the days, that he and each of his crew members spent joyful days getting to know Koala, though, Arlong didn't. Days passes as Koala eventually began to warm up the Fishmen, though, sadly, they finally reached Foulshoot Island.

"This is Koala, we're here, I'll walk you towards the entrance," Fishertiger offered.

Some of the Fishmen pirates were in tears and will happy.

"Koala, we're gonna miss you!"

"Yeah, such a nice child for a human!"

"Pull together you guys!"

"Good luck out there!" Hatchan waved happily.

Fishtiger walked with Koala. She tried to hold the captain's hand, though he refused at first, but, he decided to go on with it.

Arlong continued with his negative speeches.

Eventually, Koala is greeted and welcomed by the villagers and her mother. She then explained about her time with the Fishmen.

The villagers noticed the Fishtiger, he saw the supposedly fear on their faces, knowing what could happen, he turned to leave.

"Uncle Tiger!" Hearing that made him stop, Koala began to wave her hand goodbye. "I'll miss you take care now, I'll never forget you, I hope we can meet again someday and everyone else!"

Hearing those words made Fishertiger somewhat happy and waved his hand in response.

He kept walking through and was almost back to his ship, he began to ponder some thoughts. "I know these things happen slowly, but by the time you grow up, I do hope our people can get along."

Suddenly out of nowhere, he was surrounded by marines pointing their rifles at him, and walking in front of him was Read-Admiral Strawberry. "Fishertiger, captain of the Sun Pirates...we heard that you going to stop on this island...that girl was the property of the Celestial Dragons, but, we're going to look the other away behind that matter at least for now, the elders of the village were willing to sell you out."

Those last words completely shocked Fishertiger as the Read-Admiral continued to speak. "You're charged for the assault on Marie Geoise and escaping."

Bang Bang Bang Bang

Jimbei and the others heard the gunfire. "What the hell?"

"It's an ambush, those filthy humans tricked us!" Arlong snapped angrily.

The Sun Pirates' ship was taking big hits from cannon fire.

Jimbei decides to rescue Fishertiger while Arlong and a few other Fishmen hijack a Marine Ship.

Fishertiger was gravely injured but kept fighting off the marines.

"Fire!"

Koala heard the gunshots and asked her mother about them. Her mother just shrugged off Koala's question.

Jimbei jumps in and saves Fishertiger, but, not before striking down Strawberry.

"Our mission to rescue our big boss was successful, Arlong was able to steal a navy ship...however..."

On the stolen navy ship.

Fishtiger was a bed resting with severe injuries on the break of death.

"What do you mean, you won't accept a blood transfusion if you stay as you are, you'll die!" Past Hatchan stated in shock.

"He's right, you lost far too much blood, whatever your feelings are, you'll have to reconsider!" Past Jimbei added.

Aladine took a bag of blood. "The boss has a rare blood type, our crew's blood won't work, though, we found the type on the blood storage for you,"

"The...blood...will it be from humans?" Fishertiger asked in a low voice.

"So what if it is, it should work considering humans and Fishman share the same blood...so it's settled and now relax...you're-"

"Get away!" Fishertiger's demanding voice interrupted everyone looking at him with confusion.

"I won't accept...the...the...blood...of..the bastards...that sold me out," He continued feeling angry, but, more than ever. "I won't accept their mercy...not...now...I don't want human blood in my body!"

Arlong was quite surprised by what he was hearing. "Why are you saying this, did something trigger inside you?"

Fishertiger gripped his chest tight like he was about to explode in anger. "I didn't want to tell...this...on my last trip...as soon as I started on my journey...they...captured me."

The Sun Pirates couldn't believe what they just heard as their boss continued to tell the truth. "I was...taken...as a damn slave."

Jimbei, Arlong, Hatchan, and every one of the crew were even more shocked at that last detail.

"Boss...no."

"I saw human corruption...they treated everyone slaves like dirt...kicked them around and enjoyed their pain like it was entertainment, I barely escape but I couldn't leave the other slaves behind I had witnessed all around me..."

"Boss..." Hatchan said.

"Listen all of you...I have lived on how I wanted to live according to my selfish wishes and the result of caused great trouble for Queen Otohime designs..." Fishertiger raised his arm. "But, she's right, peace for everyone is what we should strive for!"

An image of a Koala appeared in his mind. "But...we're not the ones who can change things for our people...it's only the next generation children like Koala, who still know nothing...that can do that...so I beg of you don't tell anyone back at on Fishman Island of the tragedy that we endured...hatred must die with us."

Arlong sneered at the request. "No...it's all wrong!"

"You heard me!" Fishertiger replied struggling to speak. "I know there are kind humans...I understand that and yet...as we die and vanish from this world, we leave nothing but resentment and hatred."

More tears fell from his eyes and his hand gripped tightly like he was sad and angry at the same time. "My mind can see the truth...but, there is a devil in my heart that fills me with rage...my body refuses to accept their blood...it's too late for me...I can't love the humans anymore!"

"Don't say such things, boss, you have to live for while you still have life in you!" Jimbei begged as tears fell from his eyes.

"Listen to me!" Aladine pleaded as he bent down a bit. "Those slaves that you freed, they owe you their very lives, no doubt, Koala does too...to every Fishman and slave, you're a symbol of hope..."

Hearing that made Fishertiger smile and happy. "That makes me happy...I can die like that..." He began to remember his training days with Jimbei.

At the last moment, Fishertiger then laid motionless as his crew sobbed loudly in despair. "BOSS NOOOOOOOOO!"

Juvia, Wendy, and Chopper felt sad hearing about the tragic death of Fishertiger.

Carla was silent but she felt sorry for the way Fishertiger died.

"Damn..." Gray cursed.

"Fishertiger..." Miyaka thought in tears.

"So, this is how he died..." Fujika thought.

"Meow...so sad..." Millianna said wiping her eyes.

Luffy and Natsu were quiet.

"Geez, that sucks..." Lector whimpered.

"Yes, poor Fishertiger," Frosch added sadly.

"When our captain died, we felt so lost...the crew began to fall apart...then..." Jimbei continued.

On a rainy night, Arlong attempted to get revenge on the humans from Foulshout Island. Hatchan tries to stop him but to no avail.

Arlong eventually invades the shore and attacks countless marines while he cackles. "HAHAHAHAH! Stupid humans, I shall kill you all!"

"So noisy..." There was Kizaru as a Vice-Admiral and using his Glit-Glit Devil Fruit he shot the Saw Fishman in the chest which seriously wounded him and prevented him from moving much.

The Vice-Admiral Kizaru approached the Fishman and placed his foot on his chest. "Arlong...so, what brings you here...staring trouble I presume...not too smart."

"Out of my way, the humans are going to die for betraying my captain and you navy scum can't stop me!" Arlong shouted as tears fell from his eyes.

"Oh...so this about revenge, is it?" Kizaru asked.

"Damn right, you killed Fishertiger, so, I'll kill you and everyone on this island!"

Kizaru didn't care much about his threat. "Well, no matter, you're coming with me."

Arlong was taken to G2 for his attack and reported to the marine about what happened to his friend, though, he stated that Fishertiger died due to being denied blood donation.

Fairy Tail and the Straw Hat Pirates were shocked.

"Arlong lied about that?" Gray questioned.

"The nerve of that jerk," Happy growled.

"Why would Arlong lie about his friend being refused of blood transfusion?" Carla asked.

"It's because humans betrayed him regardless of what he felt towards humans and for saving the little girl," Present Jimbei replied. "In other words, if the news of Fishertiger being a slave and denying human blood, others would attack his character, so, we had no choice but to let Arlong tell his big lies."

Sanji could understand that, when he found out about Zoro's sacrifice on Thriller Bark he insisted the two pirates that witnessed his heroic display keep quiet about it knowing Luffy wouldn't take it too well.

"Anyway, we kept moving forward, though, I wrote a letter to King Neptune and Queen Otohime about what happened," Jimbei continued. "I'm sure they kept quiet about it too."

At Water Wheel Village

Gajeel's group began their talk with Princes Fukaboshi. "I want to know where the mermaids are, if you guys tell me, the charges that are you and your friends will be dropped."

"Listen, pal, I don't know what mermaids you're talking about," Gajeel grumbled.

"We got reports that some of your friends were at Mermaid Cove, then sometime after they left and mermaids started to go missing," Fukaboshi declared.

"Listen, we didn't kidnap any mermaids, we were wandering through Water Wheel Village and we came back when we heard there was a disturbance here," Levy assured.

"She's right, that being said, we would never kidnap anyone in our life," Lily added.

Manboshi looked at his older brother. "Brother, perhaps we should consider this and listen to them."

"Right, they don't seem like bad guys despite them being pirates," Ryuboshi agreed while singing his last words.

"Gajeel, Levy, Tigress, Lily, Chelsea!" There was Aquapad along with Lisanna, Pango, Mirajane, Elfman, Jula, Thorn, Angel, and Rena.

"Lisanna!"

"Aquapad!"

"Mira!"

"Elfman!"

"You guys, where have you been?" Levy asked in relief.

"We'll explain that later, right now, we need to get the Sea Forest!" Aquapad answered.

"Hold it, Aquapad, you were at Mermaid Cove, weren't you?" Fukaboshi asked approaching the Marlin Fishman.

"Yes, what is wrong?" He asked.

"Your friends including the Straw Hat Pirates are charged with kidnapping the mermaids!" The prince replied.

The Marlin Fishman's eyes widen in shock as the princes continued. "Aquapad, I don't want to arrest you, however, if you know where the mermaids are, I will gladly drop the charges and-"

"Wait!" Aquapad interrupted as a serious look formed on his face. "I don't know why you guys would think the Straw Hat pirates or even my friends would kidnap mermaids, however, I can be assured that we didn't do anything to them...Fukaboshi, you and your brothers remember that we met at Mermaid Cove and that my friends along with myself had to leave in a hurry because Sanji had a nasal spray accident.

Gajeel's group heard this detail and were perplexed.

"Sanji..."

"Had..."

"Nasal accident..."

"What..."

"A pervert..."

Fukaboshi and his brothers looked at the Marlin Fishman deeply in his eyes. "Listen, I'll tell you what happened, so listen carefully."

Jimbei continued telling about Otohime's petition collection.

"She continued to work on, however..."

The citizens decided to take back her petitions and before the queen realized all of the petitions were gone from the box she kept them in.

This left her in tears and misery feeling like she was on the verge of failing, then later, she became drunk due to some sake and other alcohol.

The Minister of the Left found her and spoke through the transponder snail. "Listen up, I know...humans give us negative responses, however...why...why..do you think our children sneak up the surface to get a glimpse of the night sky including day time...the world has more beauty than we ever imagined, so, why do we strict ourselves to this bubble...if we want to have a bright future then we'll summon our courage and face anything including humans that might get our way...perhaps we'll make a difference for the island and our children!"

Jimbei concluded the part of his duties of being captain of the Sun Pirates when he's given an offer to join the Seven Warlords. He eventually returns to Fishman Island and tells Neptune of his decision. He then decides to make another decision to release Arlong so he goes to Impel Down.

Then sometime later they arrive on an island, Arlong shows anger at Jimbei's decision which leads to the two fighting but their fight comes to a stop when Jimbei backs off.

Arlong takes his former comrades.

Marco takes his men and leaves his former captain.

Aladine comforts Jimbei about him not being able to kill Arlong though he knows that Arlong will have to be stopped if he continues to be violent again and again.

Then other Fishmen left the Sun Pirates to go on their path.

"What do I do next," Jimbei thought. "Then he decided, everyone, we're going home."

Jimbei continues on and tells the story of Otohime meeting Gin the Wolf Mink Whale Shark Hybrid and saving the Celestial Dragon, who decided to go to Fishman Island and claim his Fishman slaves including what she decides to do next.
