Hello all Storm here with a new story! Here we'll be seeing Naruto take a trip to another world yet again and seeing him take up a familiar but also different mantle to a great hero. I won't spoil who, but I'm sure you can all guess from the title. So, without further ado.

I own nothing

Naruto Uzumaki shivered as he sat against a tree, clutching the Forbidden Scroll of Seals, desperately hoping that neither Iruka nor Mizuki found him. His mind drifting to earlier today, and how all of this started in the first place.

Today had been the day of the Graduation Exam, where Academy students would get the chance to become Genin. Though for Naruto, this was also the third time he's taken the exam, having failed it two times, before. With the whiskered blonde hoping to finally pass and become a Ninja, only to fail once again, since he couldn't perform the Clone Jutsu.

Leading to Naruto simply sitting outside the Academy with a downcast expression, as he watched the other kids who graduated being congratulated by their families, while he was alone as usual. Along with doing his best to block out the whispers he could hear from the adults, having grown used to them by this point. Though it was then, that one of his teachers, Mizuki, showed up and told Naruto about a secret test he could take, to become a Genin. All he had to do was steal the Forbidden Scroll from the Hokage's Office, then take it into the forest and learn a single Jutsu from it, in order to pass.

This had obviously excited Naruto, at finally getting the chance to become a Ninja, and eagerly accepted the assignment. With him being able to steal the scroll, but was nearly caught by the Sandaime Hokage, but was able to take him out with his Sexy Jutsu and make it to the forest. It was there, that Naruto looked through the Forbidden Scroll and eventually found the Shadow Clone Jutsu, which he was actually able to master in a short amount of time.

Unfortunately, that's when things started going downhill.

Naruto's other teacher, Iruka Umino, one of the few people who was nice to him, showed up rather than Mizuki, while demanding to know why he stole the Forbidden Scroll. The Uzumaki then told him about the secret test given to him, which only confused Iruka, but it became clear what happened, when Mizuki showed up and attacked them. But that wasn't all that happened, with Mizuki also revealing the reason why everyone hated Naruto.

He was the Jinchūriki of the Kyūbi no Yōko, the same beast that had attacked Konoha, twelve years ago.

It had shocked Naruto to finally know why he was hated and isolated by the villagers, which also left him open for Mizuki to try and kill. If not for Iruka jumping in the way of the shuriken, taking the hit meant for Naruto. With Naruto now freaking out, and did the only thing he could think of, running as fast as he could to get away.

All of this leading to his current predicament of hiding from Iruka and Mizuki, fearful that if they found him, that he'll be killed.

Suddenly, Naruto stiffened, when he heard Iruka and Mizuki arrive at his location, but didn't seem to have found him yet, thankfully.

"You're a fool! Why are you protecting that freak?! He's the one that wiped out your family!" Mizuki said, angry that Iruka was still defending Naruto, after everything he's done.

"I don't care what you say, you're not getting your hands on that scroll!" Said Iruka, with Naruto looking down at this, hearing Iruka only cared about making sure Mizuki didn't get the scroll.

"As if you could stop me. Don't you get it, Naruto's just like me! He wants the scroll for his own power and his own vengeance, that's how beasts are. He'll pour all his rage into the scroll and destroy everything!" Said Mizuki, with Iruka glaring at Mizuki, knowing that Naruto would never do something like that, and that he wasn't the Kyūbi.

"You're right." Iruka stated, Naruto gasping in shock and hurt at what Iruka just said, before lowering his head.

'So it's true. Iruka-sensei never believed in me. He thinks I'm the Kyūbi, a monster, just like everyone else.' Naruto thought.

"That is how beasts are." Said Iruka, knowing for a fact Naruto was nothing like that, and was about to tell Mizuki just that, only for his former friend to grin wickedly.

"Glad we could finally agree on something, Iruka! Now you've interfered long enough!" Mizuki shouted, while grabbing his second shuriken and threw it at the shocked Iruka, who didn't have time to try and dodge the attack, gasping in pain as the shuriken stabbed into his chest.

Naruto's eyes widened in fear at hearing Iruka be killed, before turning a deathly pale. Knowing he had to get away, otherwise Mizuki would kill him as well. With that thought, Naruto immediately got up and began running again, this also getting Mizuki's attention, as he laughed darkly.

"There you are Kyūbi Brat! Give me that scroll!" Said Mizuki, while running after Naruto, who looked back at seeing his former teacher chasing him, making Naruto run faster to escape.

'Gotta get away, gotta get away, gotta get away!' Naruto thought, knowing if he was caught, he was dead.

Unfortunately for Naruto, Mizuki proved to be faster than him, as the Chūnin quickly closed the distance between them.

"Got you now demon!" Mizuki said maliciously, as he reached out to grab Naruto, with the whiskered blonde's eyes widening at how close Mizuki was to him, all of a sudden.

Knowing what would happen, once he was caught, Naruto felt fear and adrenaline rush through his body. Before he did the only thing that he could think of, in order save himself, at the moment. Reaching into his pouch, Naruto pulled out a kunai and threw it right into Mizuki's throat, much to the shock of both of them, and Naruto's horror at what he just did.

Stopping, Naruto could only watch in muted shock, as Mizuki choked and gagged on his own blood. Before finally, his life left him as his body went completely still.

'Wh-what did I do?' Naruto thought, having trouble realizing he just killed someone.

Standing there for a few moments, Naruto eventually began running again, running away from Konoha. Knowing he couldn't go back after what happened, knowing the villagers would probably blame him for killing Iruka. And now he didn't even have anyone that cared about him there, since if Iruka had been lying about caring about him, then what about the old man Hokage, or Teuchi and Ayame. How did he know that they all weren't just tricking him, trying to keep the monster under control?

'But what if they come after me?! Where am I supposed to hide?!' Naruto thought, panicking at the idea of being hunted the rest of his life, or being locked away forever.

Though, Naruto then looked at the Forbidden Scroll strapped to his back and realized just what it was, he had. A scroll containing every Jutsu ever used, created, or taken by Konoha, all written down inside. Meaning there had to be at least one Jutsu, that could help him go somewhere, that Konoha can't find him.

Stopping, Naruto pulled off the scroll and began searching through it, looking through dozens and dozens of Jutsu to find something that can help him. With Naruto eventually finding just the Jutsu he needed, in order to escape.

'Here! A Space-Time Ninjutsu!' Naruto thought, skimming over what the Jutsu was and where it could take him, seeing most of the writing had begun to fade with age, but at the moment, Naruto only saw it was a means of escaping.

Thankfully, he could still make out the instructions of how to perform it, with Naruto memorizing them, before nodding and strapping the scroll to his back again. Standing up, Naruto took a breath before going through the required handsigns and channeling all the Chakra he could into performing the Jutsu. Since the scroll said it needed a lot of Chakra to perform, and as far as Naruto knew, he definitely had a lot of Chakra.

And the moment, Naruto completed the last handsign, before he vanished in a flash of light, never to be seen in the Elemental Nations again.

*Gotham City*

When Naruto reappeared, he stumbled slightly, feeling disoriented at the sudden teleportation. Shaking his head, Naruto looked around, seeing he had reappeared in an alleyway, with the night sky above him.

'Wonder where I ended up?' Naruto thought, looking up at the buildings, surprised at how big they were, before jumping up them to get a better view of his location.

When Naruto reached the top and looked over the edge, and the blonde was shocked at the sheer size of the city he was in. Not only the size of the city itself, but the buildings that were taller than even the Hokage Monument.

Naruto then looked up in the sky, when he saw a light appear shining through the night, with something on the light.

"A bat." Naruto muttered, confused at the purpose the light and symbol, before looking out over the city.

'I'm definitely not in the Elemental Nations, anymore.' Thought Naruto, jumping back down to the ground, to find out more of where he was.

*Timeskip-One Month*

A month has passed, since Naruto had arrived in what he now knew was Gotham City, home of the Batman and dozens of crazed supervillains. Normally, Naruto would be excited at the idea of meeting someone like Batman, who fights just like a Ninja, and protects people from villains. But after the incident with Mizuki and Iruka, Naruto's normally happy-go-lucky personality began fading away, leaving him more jaded and cynical. With it not helping that the more he learned about the Dark Knight's rogues, with people like Joker, Penguin, and Scarecrow. All of them being people who hurt, kill, torment, and spready misery wherever they go. All while Batman never does anything, besides lock them up in Arkham Asylum. Only for them to eventually escape and repeated the entire cycle all over again.

It left Naruto with a bad taste in his mouth, that lunatics like these were still allowed to live. When they've shown that they can't be helped and know exactly what they're doing, but don't care. But at the moment, there was nothing Naruto could do, for now.

Instead, Naruto's begun offering himself as a freelance henchman to Batman's Rogues Gallery, though never revealing his ability and hiding his true appearance under a Transformation Jutsu. The Jinchūriki doing this, in order to learn more about them up close, along with learning about the Batman as well.

It didn't take long, before Naruto had everything he needed to know, along with learning something ever villain would kill to know. He knew that Batman was really Bruce Wayne.

Having figured this out after doing his own research, along with his time having worked for both Two-Face and Catwoman. The former being close to Bruce Wayne prior to his accident, and the latter being close to both Bruce Wayne and Batman, with both of her identities.

Naruto was actually surprised the two haven't figure it out themselves, especially Catwoman. Given from the rumors he's heard, and what he's seen, both of her personas were close to Bruce and Batman. Yet neither of them have managed to put the pieces together. Or perhaps were deluding themselves by refusing to believe that Bruce Wayne, a well-known playboy who enjoyed parties, could ever be the Dark Knight.

Currently, Naruto was under a Transformation and working for the Joker, Batman's worst enemy and a complete psychopath. It actually made Naruto mentally scoff, that any of these villains believed he was loyal to them. Sure, he might have become more cynical, but Naruto would never enjoy the pain and misery, they caused. They were just useful in helping Naruto's own goals, one which he'll be able to complete tonight. Along with finally putting the Clown Prince of Crime in the ground, where he belongs.

At the moment, Joker had initiated his latest plot, planting bombs all throughout the city, but rather than simply explode, it would unleash his latest batch of Joker Venom. One that wouldn't make people laugh themselves to death. But instead, twist their minds to be as crazy as Joker, himself, while all of them would be loyal to the Clown-themed Villain. Since the venom was made with the Joker's own blood added to it.

Or that's what is supposed to happen, if not for the fact Naruto disabled all the bombs, while they were being set up and removed all the Joker Venom, sealing it away in a Storage Scroll, which he then burned. Ensuring it couldn't be a threat to anyone, ever again. The only bomb Naruto didn't disable, was the one Joker had in the hideout, that was meant to infect Batman, himself. But again, Naruto had destroyed the venom in the bomb and turned it into an actual bomb, one that'd blow Joker into pieces once he triggered it.

Now all he had to do was wait for the Batman to arrive, take out the Joker and his henchmen, have the bomb be triggered, and then enjoy watching the clown die.

As if on que, Batman burst through a window and began taking out the henchmen, one at a time, with Naruto slowly moving away from the crowd, before exiting the base.

'I may not like his No-Killing Rule, but man is he awesome.' Naruto thought, still amazed at Batman's abilities, all while being a normal human with no enhancements.

Once he was out of the base, Naruto looked around, before spotting the Batmobile and ran towards it.

The other part of his plan, was while Batman was busy dealing with the Joker, Naruto would take the Batmobile and head to the Batcave to steal one of his Batsuits. Knowing this would be risky, and definitely have Batman on his tail, once he figured out what happened.

Entering the Batmobile, Naruto looked around in amazement as the glass window slid close, over him.

'Okay, now I just have to figure out how to drive this.' Thought Naruto, looking at all the controls, before stopping when he saw a video feed, showing a first-person point of view of the Joker being beaten up.

'He must have a camera in his cowl, or something.' Naruto thought, figuring it'd be to look over all his battles for any mistakes, or things he might have missed.

Watching as the Joker was knocked into a large metal rack, which came crashing down on top of him, Naruto saw him activate the bomb and knew it was time for him to go. Only for his eyes to widen, as rather than seeing Batman escaping the immediate blast, he went over to try and defuse the bomb.

"No, no, no, get out of there!" Naruto muttered, knowing the bomb couldn't be disabled or shut down, he made sure of it.

Thankfully, it seemed Batman realized this as well, as he turned away from the bomb, much to Naruto's relief that he was going to escape. Only for his relief to immediately vanish, when rather than escaping, Batman ran to where the Joker was pinned down and actually tried saving him!

"NO! Let the clown die and get out while you still can! Just leave hi-" Naruto shouted, not believing that Batman was risking his life, just to save that madman.

*BOOM*

Naruto froze as his eyes widened in horror, as he saw the camera feed suddenly turn to static, before he slowly looked to the hideout, seeing it was consumed by fire.

'Don't be dead, don't be dead, don't be dead.' Naruto mentally pleaded, hoping to see Batman come out of the hideout, beaten and injured, but still alive.

But he never did.

Naruto sat there for nearly ten minutes, hoping to see Batman miraculously survive, like he's always done, but he didn't see anyone.

"What did I just do?" Muttered Naruto, not believing what he's just done.

He just killed Batman.

Shakily, Naruto turned back to getting the Batmobile to start, eventually getting it to turn on, thankful when he saw an autopilot feature to take him straight to the Batcave. Once the car started moving, Naruto slumped back in the seat, staring ahead while still in shock

He had only meant for the Joker to die, not for Batman to actually risk his life to try and save him. But he did, and because of him, Gotham's just lost its only protector against supervillains.

'I…I didn't mean to! I…I should have been there, or-or at least leave a Shadow Clone to c-convince him to leave the Joker t-to die! N-No, there was nothing I could have done to stop him! H-he would have tried to get the Joker, even if there wasn't a bomb!' Naruto thought, trying to ease his own guilt and rationalize what happened.

And believed that perhaps, it was for the best that Batman was gone, since his next plan would put him directly into conflict with the Dark Knight. And what hope would Naruto have, against someone older and way more experienced than him.

Calming down slightly, Naruto pushed his guilt into the back of his mind for the moment, as he pulled into the Batcave.

"Ah, Master Wayne, glad to see you've returned. I take it Joker has been returned to his nice padded cell at Arkham?"

'Fuck.' Thought Naruto, knowing who that was, Alfred Pennyworth, Bruce Wayne's butler and the guy who basically raised him after his parents were murdered, with Naruto now responsible for the death of the man he raised as his own son.

The Batmobile slid open, and before Alfred could react Naruto sprayed a canister of sleep gas in his face. The butler coughing at the sudden attack, before falling backwards unconscious. Naruto getting out of the Batmobile and dropping his Transformation now that he was safe from being spotted.

Looking at the knocked out butler, Naruto sighed sadly, before taking out the video of Batman's last fight against the Joker and put next to Alfred. Along with writing a note apologizing, doubting it would help, but knew he needed to do it

"I'm sorry, I never meant for it to happen." Naruto said, before going over to the display cases, containing all the different Batsuits.

Naruto couldn't help, but sigh as he looked at the suit. Knowing it'll take time, before he's ready, and who knows what kind of trouble will happen now, without Batman to keep the villains in line. But that also made him even more determined, knowing it'd be his responsibility to try and fix things.

With that, Naruto opened the case and took the suit, along with grabbing some of the trophies Batman collected from the villains he's defeated, ones that would prove useful. Before going over to the Batcomputer and downloading everything on it onto a hard drive, records of all the villains Batman's faced, to everything he knew from fighting styles, detective skills, and chemistry.

Once he had everything he needed, Naruto entered the Batmobile again, before driving off, preparing for the fallout of his actions tonight.

*Timeskip-Four Years*

'This city's really gone to hell without you, Bruce.' Thought Kate Kane, Bruce Wayne's cousin, as she looked out at Gotham City from her room in Wayne Manor.

Four years have passed, since the death of both the Batman and the Joker, along with the disappearance of Bruce Wayne. Though after Bruce couldn't be found, along with the fact he vanished the same night that Batman died. It didn't take long for people to begin putting the pieces together, that Bruce Wayne was Batman.

After that, criminals began coming out of the woodworks, no longer having to be afraid of being taken out by Batman, anymore. Not to mention those who wanted to fill the void left behind by the Joker's death, with everyone eager to claim the title as the new top villain in Gotham. With the police being stretched thin, by just trying to contain the rising crime, let alone being able to stop it.

While Kate had returned to Gotham after learning of her cousin's death, and the revelation he was Batman. Claiming both Wayne Manor and Bruce's place at Wayne Enterprises, refusing to let Bruce's home be sold or taken by those eager to find where the Batcave was. Along with making sure Wayne Enterprise remained what Bruce wanted it to be, something to help the people of Gotham. Thankfully, she had Lucius and Alfred to help her along the way, both of whom were also saddened at Bruce's death, but understanding as well.

Which Kate understood, when Alfred showed her the recording of just how Bruce died.

'You should have just let the clown die.' Kate thought, while sighing solemnly.

Kate had also searched for the Batcave, if only so she could clear it out and lock away everything inside, so it didn't fall into the wrong hands. Only for Alfred to show her where the cave was and found it completely empty. The butler telling her he intended to clear it out only to one day, before finding that everything inside was already taken. Which he could only assume, was done by the same person who left him the recording of Batman's last fight.

"Kate, come back to bed!" Said Kate's girlfriend, Renee Montoya, a GCPD Officer, from their bed.

"I'll be there in a minute." Kate replied, before looking out the window one last time.

'I don't know who you are, or what you're doing. But I just hope you'll be able to continue his legacy.' Thought Kate, hoping that whoever caused Bruce's death, they really do want to try and make things better.

*With Barbara Gordon*

Barbara sighed as she laid on her bed, while constantly looking at the clock, waiting for her father to get off work and come home. Something that she's become more and more worried about every day, now having to wonder if it'll be an officer arriving to tell her, her father was dead. Either killed by some common criminal, or a supervillain.

Given ever since the death of Batman and the Joker, a power vacuum has emerged with people eager to fill it. Now that the Dark Knight couldn't stop them, nor worry about being killed by the Joker. It's made her father stressed out, with it showing more and more, every day.

"Huh, what was that Pam?" Barbara said, being pulled from her thoughts as she looked at her computer, currently having a video chat with her friend, Pamela Isley, with Pamela sighing at seeing her friend being distracted, but knew what it was about.

"It's your dad again, isn't it." Said Pamela, with Barbara looking down and nodding.

"I was used to him being a cop, you know, because I knew he'd always come home, but I still worried about him. Then Batman showed up and I believed that I didn't have to worry anymore, because he was always there to show up and save the day, even against supervillains. But now, he's gone, and my dad is running himself ragged trying to maintain order, in a city that's falling into chaos. And…I'm more worried than ever, that one day he won't come home." Said Barbara, with Pamela looking at her in sympathy, knowing this wasn't easy for her.

"Barbs, listen to me, your dad is going to be fine. He was fine before Batman showed up, and he'll be fine now. No one knew he worked with Batman, so he won't be targeted. As far as anyone else knows, he's just an ordinary Police Commissioner. You just have to trust him, that he will keep coming home, alright." Said Pamela, with Barbara nodding and smiling at her friend.

"You're right. Thank you, Pam." Barbara said, thankful for the reassurance.

Though she was still worried that her father was also working himself to hard and neglecting his own needs.

*GCPD*

Commissioner Jim Gordon knew he's seen better days, as he sat in his office at the GCPD. His appearance having grown more haggard with each passing day, ever since Batman's death. His hair being more tussled and developing stubble on his jawline, as he's been neglecting to shave. Being more focused on trying to control the rising crime rate, a task that's become more difficult, each day.

Normal criminals he and his officers can handle, but when it comes to Meta-Humans and other supervillains, they didn't stand a chance. Even less so, without Batman around to help them.

'Guess it's true what they say, you don't know what you have, until it's gone.' Jim thought, knowing they had come to rely on Batman to help them take down the criminals and supervillains, but now with him gone, Gotham is falling further and further into chaos.

"We could really use you, Batman." Muttered Jim as he gazed out the window, knowing he could only hope that no more lunatics show up, and that a miracle will arrive sooner or later.

*Unknown Location*

In an abandoned apartment complex, a teenage girl with a petite figure, bleached white skin and blue eyes, long blonde hair tied up in a pigtail style, dyed at the bottom in shades of blue and pink, each. She was also wearing dark red lipstick, pink and blue eye shadow, and black mascara. Her attire consisted of short black and red crop top, with a black choker around her neck, black and red fingerless leather gloves, black and red tight spandex booty shorts, as well as black and red sneakers.

This was Harleen Quinzel, or as she's now known as Harley Quinn.

Harley had been an orphan that the Joker had taken in, having seen potential in her, before he began teaching and training her to eventually become his partner-in-crime. Though all that came crashing down when the Joker finally had his last laugh.

At first, Harley was saddened at Joker's death, since despite being a psychotic lunatic, he had taken her in. But eventually, she accepted that is probably for the best, as while Harley did see the enjoyment in being a criminal, she didn't want to be a lunatic, like the Joker. Instead, she wanted to make her own way as a villain, not as one Joker wanted her to be.

"Look out Gotham, you'll be getting a new clown, that's gonna paint this town red!" Harley said, grinning as she smashed the mirror with her new baseball bat.

*Unknown Location*

Meanwhile, at the sight of where the Joker and Batman both died, a group of people had gathered, all of them wearing clothes reminisce of the Joker's own. Along with either wearing makeup to look more like the Joker, or clown masks.

Standing in front of the group was a teenage girl, with long black hair tied in a ponytail and hime bangs, green eyes, light makeup on her face, like a clowns. With her attire consisting of a skintight purple bodysuit, with some tears in it, a black leather minidress with green edging and showing plenty of cleavage, black and green gloves, and black and green leather boots that went up to her thighs.

This was Punchline, a Joker fangirl that had been obsessed with the Joker, even managing to contact him online to learn more about him. With her being completely devastated, when she learned he died, but also refused to allow his ideals to die with him. So, she had gathered together those who shared her idolization of the Joker, bringing them together so they could continue the Clown Prince of Crime's work.

Forming the newest gang, that would put a great big smile on all the citizens of Gotham's faces, the Jokerz!

*Cemetery*

Standing in front of Bruce Wayne's tombstone, was the now seventeen-year-old Naruto Uzumaki. Looking at the grave of the man he killed, and the only person who kept the peace in Gotham. Until today that is.

"You don't know me, but I know you. Hell, I'm probably one of the few that knew you the best, isn't that ironic." Naruto said, crouching down and clasped his hands together, having sworn to come here before he began his mission, and apologize for what he did.

"I came here, to apologize. It's my fault you died, and that Gotham's become what it is now. I only meant to kill the clown, which I feel like would have made you angrier, than me killing you. That was the kind of person you were, willing to put your life on the line to save someone, even someone as crazy as the Joker. In a strange way, I actually admire that you stuck to your code, no matter what. Maybe I could have even ended up like that, once. Willing to jump headfirst into danger to save someone, even an enemy." Said Naruto, having sometimes wondered what his life would have been like, if Iruka had actually cared about him and he didn't run away, would he have been a Ninja, gone back to the Academy to eventually graduate, who knows.

What he did know, was that life wasn't the one he's living now.

"I've spent the last four years, learning everything you did, trying to be as good as you. But I know I'll never be you; I can't be Batman; I can't be the symbol you were. I just want you to know, that I'll do my best to uphold the legacy you created, and hope you'll understand." Said Naruto, pulling something out and placing it against the grave, before standing up and leaving.

With the object revealed, to be a black Batarang with red edges. With the ears being curved, and spikes protruding from the tips of the wings.

*Later*

"My name is Naruto Uzumaki. Four years ago, I arrived in this world trying to escape my own, only to arrive in Gotham City. Before seeing how corrupt and dangerous this city was, with various criminals, gangs, mobs, supervillains, and corrupt officials."

Naruto wore a mask as he spray painted his Batsuit, making it completely dark black and gray. Before adding some red highlights onto the utility belt and utility harness, with the belt having two gun holsters connected to it.

"The more I saw, the more cynical I became. Before deciding, that if no one would do what was necessary, then I will."

Looking over the Batarangs he made, Naruto tested one, before throwing it at a dummy, as it impaled its head.

"It all amounted to taking the first step in cleaning up crime, killing the Joker. I succeeded, but with an unforeseen accident. Batman was dead, trying to save his greatest enemy."

Testing the cape, Naruto watched as the memory cloth stiffened and became ridged, before going flat again.

"True, he was far too trusting and even seemingly naïve, from a certain point of view. But he truly had Gotham's best interests at heart and went as far as he could in order to try and save it."

Once his preparations were complete, Naruto knew it was time, as began putting on the suit.

"But because of my one mistake, that day. He ended up failing his quest, and thus Gotham was pushed to the brink of the edge...even so. I'll make sure that it never falls to the point of no return. After all, it's the least I can do in order to try and make it up to him, and the rest of the city."

Pulling on his gloves, Naruto grabbed the utility belt and put it around his waist. Before grabbing the utility harness and placing it over his chest. While attaching the gun holsters that are attached to it, to his thighs, and placing a pistol in each of them.

"Still, in the end, one thing is for sure. While I might not be able to save Gotham, like he could...I'll sure as hell avenge it!"

Grabbing the mask, Naruto looked at it for moment, knowing the moment he puts it on, there will be no coming back from this decision. Bruce Wayne dedicated his mind, body, and soul to protecting Gotham. Refusing to give up, even if his body was broken, he kept going, all the way to when he breathed his last breath. For him to do any less, would be an insult to his memory.

"My name is Naruto Uzumaki, I will never be the hero Batman was. He inspired hope in people, making them believe it was safe to walk outside, and not be killed by some punk with a gun. The only thing I will inspire, is dread in those that believe they can hurt the innocent."

Naruto pulled on the mask, before grabbing another piece to put over his lower face, as the masks lenses glowed an ominous red, in the dark.

"Batman is dead. And I am…Hellbat."

So, what did you think, good. Yep Naruto is back in the DC world, after a different outcome of the night he stole the Forbidden Scroll, believing Iruka never cared about him and killing Mizuki, leading to him escaping to the DC world where he lands in Gotham City. And after seeing the corruption in the city, along with his new jaded outlook on life, Naruto begins creating his own plans to put an end to crime, permanently. Leading to him working as a freelance henchman for supervillains, under a Transformation, and learning many valuable secrets, including the identity of the Dark Knight himself. With Naruto eventually making his plan to take out the Joker and begin his own crusade, only for an unforeseen accident to occur, one that ends in the death of the Batman. With Naruto managing to continue his way to the Batcave where he knocks out Alfred and leaves behind proof of how Batman died, he takes a Batsuit and several other things to help him in his mission before leaving. We then see a four year timeskip of what has happened in Gotham since the death of Batman and Joker, and seeing the reactions of several characters. Also just a heads up, here's the versions of some of the characters that will be used in this story,

Barbara: DCAU

Harley Quinn & Commissioner Gordon: Harley Quinn

Poison Ivy: DCAU, with her Batman: The Animated Series design for before her accident. While her redesign for the New Batman Adventures, and onward, are for after she has her accident.

Joker: The Batman

Batman: DCAMU

Alfred: The Batman

Finally we then see Naruto apologizing to Bruce for causing his death along with swearing to continue his legacy, but his way. Before seeing Naruto suit up (his suit is the cover image) with Gotham soon getting introduced to it's new Dark Knight, the Hellbat. So, review if you liked go away if you didn't.

Storm out

Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! Here we'll be seeing Naruto's first outing as Hellbat and the reactions of Gotham to its new protector, one who isn't afraid to put criminals down permanently. So, without further ado.

I own nothing

"Someone once said that criminals are a cowardly and superstitious lot. That the only way to beat them, was to give them something to be scared of. But what happens when they have nothing left to be scared of? What happens when criminals jeer and laugh at the man they all once believed to be a monster, but now see as just a man dressed like a bat? They grow brave, bold, believing they no longer have anything to be afraid of, that no one can stop them. But even so, even if you take away what they're scared of, criminals are still a cowardly and superstitious lot. And it's time, they remembered what fear was."

A family of three, two parents and their young son exited the cinema, sticking close together with the parents keeping their son near them, knowing it's becoming more dangerous just to go outside in Gotham. The father then pointed down an empty alleyway, which would take them off the streets, and have less of a chance to be attacked by any criminals. The mother nodded in agreement, as they looked around before walking down the alley, none of them noticing a pair of thugs watching them, before following after the family.

Though the family didn't get far, before two more thugs walked out from behind a corner, pointing guns at them, much to their fear. Their fear only growing when the parents looked behind, and saw the other two thugs blocking their exit, also armed with guns.

"Hey…easy, easy…we don't want an-OOF!" The father said, only to be cutoff when one of the thugs smacked him across the face with his gun, knocking him to the ground.

"Help us! Someone!" Said the mother, backing away against a wall, while pushing her son behind her, desperately hoping that someone would hear her and help them.

"No one's coming lady." One of the thugs taunted as they approached her.

"Ain't no more heroes around to save you." Jeered a second thug, all of them knowing that they didn't have to worry about Batman stopping them anymore, and no one else was brave enough to stand up to the growing number of criminals.

"We'll be taking those pretty little pearls now." The third thug said, reaching up and ripping the pearl necklace off the woman's neck, making her flinch and look away

"Leave them alone!" Said the father, trying to stand up, only to grunt in pain when one of the thugs kicked him back to the ground.

"Ooh, looks like we got ourselves a hero, boys!" One of the thugs said, as the four laughed.

"HAHAHA! There aren't any heroes in Gotham, not after Wayne got blown to pieces! Now, hand over your wallet, or the missus will be getting a new hole to breathe through." Threatened the first thug, pointing his gun right at the woman's face, making her whimper as she tried shielding her son from anything that might happen.

Though, before the thugs could do anything, they all stopped and took notice of a shadow suddenly being cast over them, a very familiar looking shadow. Looking, the thugs stood together as they looked up at a rooftop, seeing someone dressed like Batman. But rather than be scared of such a sight, the thugs laughed at the figure.

"Hey freak! Did you miss the news, the Bats dead!" Mocked one of the thugs.

"We aren't scared of that look, anymore!" Added another thug.

The thugs laughed and jeered at the figure, who remained silent as black smoke began emitting off their body. Something the thugs noticed, along with the fact the figure was now starting to float off the rooftop. Their laughter dying down, soon being replaced by confusion, nervousness, and a slowly returning fear.

"What the hell?" Muttered one of the thugs, as they all were confused by what was happening, knowing Batman could never do this.

Then without warning, the figure suddenly transformed into a large, demonic, bat-like creature, as hundreds of bats flew out of its spread out cape. The sight making the thugs scream in shock and fear, even more so when the figure then flew down straight towards them!

The figure let out a demonic shriek as it dived towards the thugs, who began backing away and firing at the figure. Only to be shocked and further terrified when their bullets seemed to pass right through them. Then before the thugs could react, the figure was upon them, a trail of smoke and bats in its wake, as it grabbed one of the thug's arms and twisted making them drop the gun. Before flipping them over their shoulder, slamming its foot into the thug's elbow, breaking their arm in half, with the thug screaming in agony, before being silenced when the figured stomped their foot on his head.

The figure then turned to the remaining thugs, who were now officially terrified and shaking in fear, but still managed to raise their guns and continue shooting at the figure. Only for them to seemingly teleport short distances, avoiding the bullets, until they were standing right in front of the thugs. Where they knocked one of the guns out of the second thug's hand, and punching them right in the neck, before proceeding to throw them into a wall. The figure being on them in a moment, slamming into the ground, placing their foot on the thug's knees, before forcefully lifting their legs up. Snapping the thug's legs in half, before then ensuring the thug was permanently crippled by crushing both his kneecaps.

Hearing the telltale sound of an empty gun being fired, the figure looked and narrowed its eyes, seeing the third thug desperately trying to reload his gun. Only to be stopped and scream in pain, when the figure threw a Batarang cutting off his fingers holding the gun. The thug's screams being silenced, when another Batarang found itself lodged in his neck.

Seeing three of the thugs were taken care of, the figure looked for the fourth, only to find him pointing his gun at the woman's head and using her as a shield.

"St-stay b-back! I-I sw-swear, I-I'll blow her h-head off!" The thugs said, trying to act tough and hide just how terrified he was, both at seeing two of his allies being crippled and another actually being killed.

Even more so when he finally got a good look at the figure, seeing that they were dressed like Batman. Only with the entire costume being a much darker black and gray color, along with red highlights along the utility belt and a utility harness across the figure's chest, a black bat symbol on the chest, and the fact that they had two pistol holsters strapped to their legs. Something Batman would never use, showing that while they may be dressed like the Bat, they were far more dangerous.

The figure narrowed his glowing red eyes at the thug but made no move to disarm him or free his hostage.

"You were right before." Said the figure in a dark voice, startling the thug who gulped and tried to steady his breathing.

"Ab-about wh-what?" Stuttered the thug.

"The Batman is dead, but what he stood for, isn't. But where he fell, a new creature was born, one that would finish what he started. One that would remind trash like you, why you should be afraid of the dark. One that does not offer a second chance to those who don't deserve them. You say Batman is dead, but know this, if you pull that trigger, you'll wish it was him here and not me." Said the figure, with the thug nearly hyperventilating at this point, as the black smoke began emitting off the figure.

"Wh-what…what are you?! WHAT THE FUCKING HELL ARE YOU?!" The thug shouted, now very terrified at just what kind of a monster he's dealing with.

"I am the devil. The one who will finish what the Dark Knight started; I am Hellbat!" Said Hellbat, as hundreds of bats swarmed down, flying around Hellbat and the thug.

The thug screamed at the sudden appearance and instinctively pulled the trigger. The sound causing the bats to scatter, with the thug becoming both shocked and horrified, to see that rather than shooting the woman, he had instead shot one of his two still living allies.

"H-how-AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!" The thug screamed, when Hellbat suddenly shot him in both his knees with one of his own pistols, before walking up to the downed and crippled thug.

"I told you, if you pulled that trigger, you'd wish Batman was here." Hellbat said, with the thug whimpering as he desperately tried crawling away from this demon.

"Pl-please. M-mer-mer-"

*BANG*

"There's your mercy." Said Hellbat, as the thug fell to the ground with a hole in his forehead, as Hellbat holstered his pistol.

The vigilante then looked at the family, huddled together, looking to be in shock, and somewhat scared, at what they just witnessed.

"Call the police and the hospital." Hellbat said, since one of the thugs was still alive, the one who's legs he crippled, and would need medical treatment to live past tonight, while the three bodies needed to be cleaned up.

It'll also serve as a warning, that he isn't afraid to kill criminals, or cripple them for life.

Before any of the three could respond, Hellbat vanished in a swirl of bats, much to their shock, before the father pulled out his phone and began calling the police and hospital to tell them what happened.

Meanwhile, Hellbat reappeared on a rooftop, sitting down, and letting out a sigh, before pulling off his mask.

"That went well." Naruto said, pleased at his first night as Hellbat.

He couldn't deny, part of him had been nervous that something would go wrong, or he'd mess up and an innocent bystander could get hurt. But thankfully, everything went off without any problems.

Naruto had been using some subtle Genjutsu that he had learned from the Forbidden Scroll, and having improved his Chakra Control, he had managed to get it down. Allowing him to use Genjutsu to make himself appear as a demonic creature to the thugs. The bats though were real, being specially trained bats, something Bruce had done to add onto the mystery of the Batman. With Naruto doing the same and getting his own trained bats. Along with the addition of putting special collars on all of them, that also had Summoning Seals inscribed into them. Allowing Naruto to summon them through the seals on his costume, before de-summoning them, sending them back to their cave.

While he had used a Substitution, to switch the woman with one of the other thugs, using the bats as a cover to hide how he was able to do it. Along with having created a special bat Shunshin, having been made specifically for when he was Hellbat. All of it helping to sell the illusion that he wasn't human, like Batman, that he was a different kind of monster, all together.

With Naruto being pleased that it went off without any problems, feeling more confident in his abilities now that they were actually field tested.

"But the night's far from over." Naruto said, as he put his mask back on, knowing he still had one target left.

One of the most infamous villains in all of Gotham, nearly being on par with Joker, in terms of crimes he's committed.

Oswald Cobblepot, AKA the Penguin.

Though along with being one of the most dangerous supervillains in Gotham, Penguin was also the owner of one of the most famous Casinos and Night Clubs in the city, the Iceberg Lounge. With Naruto know that the money he's gained from working as a henchman wouldn't last forever, and that he will need a large, steady income of money. Not just for his mission, but also his own livelihood, as well.

And the Iceberg Lounge would do not only that but provide him a place to use as his main base of operations, along with the chance to take out another supervillain. Having already made a plan to take over the Iceberg Lounge, all that was left was taking care of Penguin.

"And I know exactly where you are, Penguin." Hellbat said, before running off the rooftop and gliding across the city towards the Iceberg Lounge, using both his cape and grapple gun to keep himself in the air.

With it not being long, before Hellbat arrived at the club and began systematically taking out the Penguins henchmen. Having briefly worked for the bird-themed villain, he became familiar with the guard schedules and patrols. So he knew where and when they would be, taking them out one-by-one, until he arrived at the Penguin's office and kicked the door in.

With Hellbat dodging to the side, to avoid being shot at by Penguin's trick umbrella, throwing a Batarang that stabbed into the man's hand. The Penguin crying out and dropping his umbrella, with Hellbat firing his grapple gun at him, the claw lodging itself into Penguin's shoulder, before the vigilante yanked him forward and slamming his fist into Penguin's face.

Before wrapping the chord around Penguin's neck and throwing the grapple gun up and over the rafters, and pulled it forward lifting Penguin off the ground, choking him.

"Yo-you…you're s-s-su-supposed t-to-to b-be de-dead." Penguin choke, desperately trying to loosen the chord around his neck.

"I'm not Batman, Cobblepot, I'm something much worse. Something the criminal scum of Gotham will soon learn. Not that you'll be alive to see it." Said Hellbat, pulling the Penguin higher into the air and hooking the grapple gun onto the door, before exiting the office to clear out the rest of the club.

By the time he returned, Penguin's corpse was swinging through the air.

*Next Day*

"Breaking news this morning. Last night a family three had been cornered and mugged on their way home from the cinema. Only for their attackers to get a surprise of their own, when what witnesses described as a bat in the shape of a man arrived and brutally crippled and even killed the muggers. With this mysterious stranger having introduced himself as the Hellbat, the successor of the Batman. Only it seems that Hellbat doesn't have the same stance of no killing. As not long after, the bodies of Oswald Cobblepot, AKA the Penguin, and all his men were found within the Iceberg Lounge, after an anonymous tip given to the police."

"It's them, isn't it." Kate said, as she and Alfred watched the news giving the story about this "Hellbat", and what they've done, along with showing an artist rendition of Hellbat, as well.

"I believe so, Madam Kate." Alfred replied, both of them knowing that whoever Hellbat was, it was the same person responsible for Bruce's death, showing that they were indeed taking up his mantle as the protector of Gotham.

Only it seemed, they weren't held back by the same "no killing rule" that Bruce was. Though neither of them could say they were surprised by this, given their plan to kill the Joker, as well. Which had unfortunately backfired, as it had also lead to Bruce's death.

"Are you alright, Alfred?" Kate asked, knowing the butler took Bruce's death the hardest, and now seeing someone wearing his suit, while killing or crippling criminals without hesitation, she wanted to make sure he was alright or needed time to himself.

"I will be alright, Madam Kate. While Master Bruce's death still pains me, I cannot fault the one responsible, who merely wished to put an end to a madman. I only hope, that in their method of dealing with crime, they are not consumed by it. Otherwise, they may become the very thing they sought to destroy." Said Alfred, looking at the depiction of Hellbat, knowing that Bruce had walked that line every day since becoming Batman, and it was only his compassion and mercy that stopped him from falling into that dark abyss.

Now they could only hope, that Hellbat can control that darkness, or he will be consumed by it.

*Gotham High School*

"Well, it looks like Gotham has a new bat vigilante. One who isn't afraid to put criminals down, permanently." Pamela stated, as she and Barbara walked through the halls of their school, talking about the appearance of Hellbat, which was what basically everyone was discussing.

"So it seems. Though he seems to be a little…brutal." Said Barbara, with Pamela nodding in agreement, both of them having felt a little disturbed, when it was leaked just what Hellbat had done to those muggers, along with Penguin and his men.

They honestly weren't sure who were the lucky ones, the ones that died or the ones still alive, but were permanently crippled, while very likely being traumatized at what happened.

Though at the same time, they couldn't fault Hellbat's methods and mentality, knowing that ever since Batman died, criminals have become bolder and less afraid of repercussions. With Hellbat simply reminding them, that their actions do have consequences, some more lethal than others.

Barbara was especially aware of this, since her father is a cop. So she is aware of the death penalty, and that cops were sometimes forced to kill a criminal, while in the line of duty.

"Still, I wish he'd work inside the law, like Batman did. If he takes things into his own hands, like killing or crippling criminals, then he's more likely willing to become a criminal, himself." Barbara said, hoping Hellbat will change to being more like Batman, since Gotham did need a protector like him, but not one who goes around, killing every criminal he finds.

"And it was that same thinking, that lead to lunatics like the Joker being allowed to roam free. If Batman had just put that clown down years ago, he might still be alive. Now, we actually have someone, who's willing to get the job done." Said Pamela, being more in agreement with Hellbat's more brutal methods, knowing it was finally time someone started putting lunatic criminals in the ground.

"Hopefully, he will also take down those greedy monsters. Who are killing and suffocating our planet, all just to make a quick buck." Pamela then muttered to herself, not long after.

Barbara gave her friend a worried look, not sure how to feel about her being okay with Hellbat's methods. While also being well aware of Pamela's views of protecting nature, as well as the vast habitats and ecosystems that it provides.

"Anyway, I gotta go, my internship at Wayne Tech will be starting soon, and I don't wanna be late." Pamela said, waving farewell to Barbara, which she returned.

"See ya, Pam. But be careful, and don't stay out too late." Said Barbara, knowing that it was especially unsafe to be out at night, and didn't want anything happening to her friend.

"Okay mom! I'll also be sure to clean up my room, while I'm at it!" Pamela said smirking, while Barbara sighed, but knew her friend would listen to her.

*GCPD*

Meanwhile, Gordon was watching the news broadcast about Hellbat.

"Well, it's good to see someone is making sure your legacy lives on Bruce." Gordon muttered, glad that his old friend's legacy is being continued.

Though at the same time, he's now worried about the presence of a far more brutal version of Batman, running around. One who wasn't afraid to put criminals in critical condition, or in a morgue.

For now, he'll see if this Hellbat really wants to clean up crime in Gotham, or if he'll eventually turn into another maniac that he has to deal with.

*Unknown Location*

Deep beneath Gotham, a fight was being held between two figures dressed in black and gold uniforms reminisce of owls. Both of them armed with numerous throwing knives, swords, and razor sharp talons on their gloves. With one of the figures being noticeably younger than the other, while also appearing to be more skilled, as well.

With it not being long, before the younger one gained the upper hand and stabbed his talons into his opponent's chest. Before finishing them off, by stabbing a knife into their throat. Pulling their talons out, the kid looked at their deceased opponent, with a neutral look on their face, before turning their attention to the overseer of the match. With them revealing to be another person, wearing a black and gold uniform.

"Well done Gray Son. You have proven yourself to the Court of Owls and have completed your training. But now, it is time for you to ascend into the ranks of the Talons, Richard." Said Talon, before the younger Talon trainee removed their mask, revealing a twelve-year-old boy with messy black hair and blue eyes.

This was Richard "Dick" Grayson, a former performer in Haly's Circus, until the Court of Owls showed up.

"As long as the Court doesn't forget our deal. I'll stay loyal, as long as my parents are kept alive and safe." Dick retorted, while glaring at the Talon, remembering just how he had been forced to join the Court of Owls.

*Flashback*

Dick smiled as he walked beside his parents, John and Mary Grayson, back to their cart after another successful performance. The young boy always enjoyed taking the stage and flying through the air with his family.

Though he had been slightly worried, after that guy, Tony Zucco, showed up and demanded "protection money" for the circus, only to be denied by Mr. Haly. With Dick having been worried that he would come back and do something, only to be relieved when he hadn't seen him in the crowd, nor anywhere in the circus, while the show went off without any problems.

Unfortunately, that seemed to be where their luck ended, as when the Grayson's entered their cart, John and Mary stiffened when they saw a stranger inside. Wearing some form of uniform, with the mask resembling an owl's face, along with carrying numerous blades weapons. The sight making them push a confused Dick behind them in case this stranger was here to hurt them.

"Please, be at ease. I mean none of you any harm." Said the stranger, holding their hands up to show they weren't going to attack, which did nothing to ease their nerves.

"And…why are you here…?" John trailed off, as the stranger bowed.

"My name is Talon. I am here on behalf of the Court of Owls. I'm sure you are familiar with Tony Zucco." Stated Talon, with the adults frowning at the name of the mobster and nodded slowly.

"He had intended to sabotage your performance. One that would have resulted, in the both of you dying and your son being left an orphan." Talon revealed, much to their shock and horror as John and Mary held Dick tightly, at the thought of leaving him alone like that.

"I take it that…you stopped that." Said John, with Talon nodding.

"Yes, Tony Zucco will not be a problem for anyone, anymore." Talon said ominously, with the couple getting the hidden meaning, and knew that Zucco was likely dead.

"Though, I am also here to bring you three before the Court. They wish to meet you personally, especially the Gray Son." Said Talon, looking directly at Dick, making John and Mary stand in front of him.

"Look, Mr. Talon or whatever your name is, while I'm thankful for you saving me and my wife. We can't just leave and go meet this Court." John said, only for them to stiffen, when Talon held up his hand and flexed his talons.

"I'm afraid I must…insist that you come with me." Talon said, making it clear that they didn't have a choice.

*End Flashback*

That had been two years ago, with Dick being forced to train and join the Court of Owls as a new Talon, while his parents were held hostage. Only being allowed to see them every few months, to show that they were still alive and in, relatively, good health. And it only made his hatred for the Court grow, the longer they were held captive, along with having to hide just what exactly he was doing from his parents. Not having the heart to tell them, just how much blood he has on his hands, the other trainees and Talons he had to kill to prove himself and keep them safe.

For now, Dick will play along with being a good little soldier for the Court, but the first chance he gets to get his parents out of there, and somewhere safe. Then he's going to kill every last one of them.

*Iceberg Lounge*

Meanwhile, at the Iceberg Lounge, an auction was being held to determine who would become the new owner. With most of the bidders consisting of various mobsters, all eager to claim the late Penguins former base, as well as a popular casino and night club for their own businesses. With the current bidding price being at five hundred thousand, with no one so far making another bid.

"Eight hundred thousand." Said an English accented voice, much to the shock of everyone.

"Ei-eight hundred thousand! Uh, um, eight hundred, to I hear eight hundred and five, eight hundred and five!" Said the auctioneer, looking around to see if anyone would raise the bid.

"Eight hundred going once, going twice…sold!" Said the auctioneer, banging his gavel, while the bidder stood up, revealing a tall, thin, and elderly Englishman, who walked up to the stage.

"What's your name, sir?" The auctioneer asked.

"Walter C. Dornez, at your service." Introduced Walter with a short bow.

"Alright then, Mr. Dornez. Congratulations on being the new owner of the Iceberg Lounge." Said the auctioneer, with Walter nodding, before looking as six mobsters walked up to the stage, glaring at him.

"He ain't gonna be the owner for long. I suggest you leave now, and forget you were ever here, gramps." Said one of the mobsters, all of them reaching for their hidden weapons, while Walter smiled and narrowed his eyes.

"Oh my, it seems some trash has found its way onto my new property. I'll just clean that up, right now." Walter said, his smile gaining a sinister edge as he held up his gloved hands, revealing metal wires glinting in the light.

Before the mobsters could react, they found themselves bound by the wires. Before with a few flicks of his fingers, Walter tore the mobsters apart, much to everyone's shock and fear. Even more so as Walter merely continued to smile, as if he hadn't just killed six men.

"I do apologize for causing quite a scene. But I do not take such idle threats, lightly. Now then, does anyone else have any complaints about my ownership of this fine establishment?" Walter asked rhetorically, with everyone rapidly shaking their heads, not wanting to get on the bad side of this man.

*Later*

After the auction had ended and everyone had left, Walter had gone to his new office. With the Englishman being enveloped in a cloud of smoke, once he entered, revealing it was really Naruto under a Transformation Jutsu.

'Just one thing left to do.' Naruto thought, cutting his palm and letting the blood drip out, before forming into a complete clone of himself, which then transformed into Walter.

This was Naruto's Blood Clone Jutsu, having created it, after being inspired by some notes of the Kekkei Genkai of an extinct Shinobi Clan. With it being more durable than a regular Shadow Clone and having a functioning, self-sustaining Chakra Network, so it wouldn't dispel by running out of Chakra.

This way, Naruto won't be the public owner of the Iceberg Lounge, and not have suspicions cast on him, if he suddenly vanished to act as Hellbat.

'And with that little display, it won't be long, before the entire criminal underworld knows the new owner isn't squeaky clean.' Naruto thought, as this would help him with his other goal, besides owning the Iceberg Lounge.

He'll also be buying and selling information to the highest bidder, which will simply be another cover as he'll be using that information in completing his mission. Whether it's getting information on various criminals and supervillains or luring them into traps with said information. Along with the lounge serving as a Counter-Intelligence, against anyone who would be looking too deep into who Hellbat is, or what will be going on here.

Naruto then began creating several more Blood Clones, all while having them transform into guards, waiters, and other such staff. That way, he didn't have to worry about hiring anyone, or someone infiltrating the staff. And thanks to his healing factor, he'll regain the blood faster than he loses it, from making the clones.

'With that taken care of. Now it's time to set up my Batcave.' Naruto thought, making some Shadow Clones to begin setting up his own Batcave, under the Lounge, and begin working on making tunnels for the vehicles to get in and out of, without being seen or tracked.

He's revealed Hellbat to Gotham, now to begin setting up his base of operations.

So, what did you think, good. Yep Hellbat prevented history from repeating itself, saving a family from a group of criminals, while reminding them what fear is. Before leaving and we learn just what Naruto's new methods are, to make himself seem more than human to his enemies, before going on to take out the Penguin as well, in order to gain control of the Iceberg Lounge as his base of operations and as a source of income. Then we get the reactions of various characters to the debut of Hellbat, some being more accepting than others, along with the surprise appearance of Dick Grayson, who this time around as been taken by the Court of Owls to join the Talons. Finally, we see Naruto buying the Iceberg Lounge, under the disguise of Walter C. Dornez, and learning what other purposes it'll serve. So, review if you like go away if you didn't.

Storm out
