That night, Hadrian sat down at a chair in front of a round black onyx table. There were five vampires and a man that sat around as well.

The first vampire was tall middle-aged man with a slim build and slightly tanned skin. He has short black and gray hair as well as a thick mustache and eyebrows, and green eyes. He wears a grey overcoat with yellow linings, a yellow dress shirt, and a black necktie. His pants are the same color as his overcoat. His yellow-buttoned undercoat and fingerless gloves match his cordovan shoes, under which he wears yellow socks. This was Arthur Watts, scientist and spy for Hadrian in Britain. (For you RWBY fans. He's one of my favorite villains)

The second vampire was a female with pale skin with a rather curvaceous body. She had raven black curly hair with yellow eyes like the moon on a specific cycle. She wore ruby red lipstick and black eyeliner. Her dress was blood red with a black corset. Under her dress were a pair of black stilettos. This was the infamous Countess Elizabeth Báthory of Hungary. Serial killer of virgin women and bathed in their blood.

The third vampire was also female. She had a slim body covered by a black silk button up shirt, with a red vest. She wore black dress pants and black leather boots. She had blood red hair and eyes, though the most noticeable feature were the bat ears where her normal ears would be. This was Skarlett. Spy for Hadrian in France.

The fourth vampire was an African female. She was more slim than the other females. She had black straight hair draped all the way to the small of her back. Her eyes shined like emeralds with red wine lipstick. She wore a necklace that draped to her breasts like a bra and a black dress piece around her waist that dropped all the way to her feet. Around her biceps were a band with long silk fabric. This was Queen Akasha. Queen of the Vampire branch in Africa and ally to Hadrian.

The fifth and final vampire stood out from the others for different reasons. Standing at 6' 4", he was a hulking figure with five feet wings to give him a more intimidating look. His skin was wrinkled and leathery. His nose was flat and had ears that resembled a bat more than a man. He had long black dreads that cascaded down to his shoulder blades. His upper body consisted of a black vest that was unbuttoned, showing his chest. He had black shorts that went to his knees. His legs were multi-jointed and had three sharp talons and even a talon on his heels. Noticeably, on his back were two skulls that were held up by their spines. This was Bane, Chieftan of the Nosferatu clan in the United States. Another ally to Hadrian that respected him as a fellow warrior.

The man that sat next to Hadrian was a shorter than the others with silver hair that spiked down to his neck. His eyes were purple like Lavender. He had white skin with an unbuttoned purple vest on, exposing his chest. There were three long scars from his right shoulder across to his left hip. Below the vest, were grey dress pants that were neatly tailored and no shoes, showing his feet. This was Cornell, Alpha of the Werewolves in Romania.

Harry smiled and opened his arms out to his allies gathered to him. "Welcome, my friends. It's so good to see you all again." Everyone bowed their head in respect and agreement as they were also happy to see their master. Hadrian continued "As you know, I have declared war, but we are not ready to launch any attacks. Which is why we will spend a considerable amount of time gathering our allies, creating our weapons, and causing distrust within our enemies."

Doctor Arthur Watts smirked at the final task, as he was rather experienced at planting the seeds of doubt within even the most strong willed of people.

"Because of our tasks, we will discuss what has progressed in my absence. Doctor Watts, please lead us off." Hadrian pointed his hand towards the esteemed Doctor.

Arthur Watts straightened his tie and cleared his throat. "Right, well the Ministry of Magic is in a bit of a panic after the reveal of your true existence, Your Grace. The Minister is incompetent and cannot make a decision to either see you removed and thrown in Azkaban or attempt to speak with you."

Bane released a deep rumbling chucked "Typical."

Arthur hummed as he continued "Rita Skeeter, the main reporter for the Daily Prophet is being paid by a mysterious third-party to slander your name."

Hadrian rose his hand, silencing Arthur for a moment. "I have Aleera focusing on Skeeter. She'll look for this mysterious third-party."

Arthur nodded "As you wish. I have also been noticing Lucius Malfoy speaking with Fudge. As it turns out, Fudge is taking bribery from the snake. Whispering into his ear, telling him what to do."

Hadrian's eyebrow quirked at the name. Draco's father.

"That is not at all surprising." Akasha purred. "He is a follower of the Dark Lord. This seems like an attempt at revenge."

Arthur nodded "I had that thought as well. But it seems strange as it also seems the Ministry is committing raids on many families. Searching for items of Dark magic."

Skarlett smirked "Someone else is pulling the strings in the Ministry." Her voice was like an exotic french siren. You are drawn in until you are within her grasp.

"Indeed. Continue your work, Doctor." Watts bowed his head in acknowledgment.

Hadrian turned his head towards Countess Báthory "Your report."

The serial killer bowed her head sadly. "I currently have spies within Durmstrang. They report nothing of value, I'm afraid."

Hadrian raised his hand in a comforting tone. "That is quite alright. But I expect news in our next meeting." The Blood Countess bowed her head in acknowledgment.

Hadrian turned towards Skarlett who answered with a genuine smile and her ear twitching. "My pupil, Madame Maxime, has been promoted to Headmistress of the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic. She had nothing else to report, however."

Hadrian smiled and clapped "Give your pupil my regards, Skarlett. I believe she deserves a toast for her wonderful achievement." He held his goblet to which everyone else did as well. The Three Brides walked towards them with wine pitchers of blood.

They poured it into their goblets before Hadrian spoke. "To Madame Maxime's achievement as Headmistress!"

The others rose their goblets before taking a drink.

Everyone placed their goblets down and Hadrian looked at Akasha who had a hungry look in her eye. "My Lord, I have complete control of Africa and even the tiny little island of Madigascar. Africa is now a part of your control."

Hadrian was pleased and smirked at her "Well done, my Dark Queen. You have done me a great honor. That little Academy will now be at our beck and call once the students graduate. I will ask that you become the Headmistress."

Akasha's smirk turned into a grin as her fangs glistened. "Gladly, my Lord~" She purred.

Hadrian then turned his head to the vampire bat-like man, Bane. "Bane, report."

He grunted "The aristocrats within the Convenant are growing weary of you. They fear you have broken the Stature of Secrecy."

Arthur Watts rolled his head "Hypocrites. They have their hand in many of the major companies within the United States. Why should they worry about business outside of their jurisdiction?"

Akasha scoffed "They believe themselves to be the greatest power in the world."

"Indeed, but please. Let us let Bane continue." Hadrian commanded softly.

Bane nodded "The Covenant are intending to meet you in order to convince you to cease your "Foolishness" they say. Within a month's time."

Hadrian smirked "Excellent. Let them come. We'll crush the Covenant in one swift blow." If the smirks and grins were anything to by, they shared their excitement to rid themselves of the Covenant.

"Cornell, speak your piece." Hadrian commanded to which the werewolf straightened himself up.

"Fenrir Greyback is becoming a thorn in my side. He is biting children as old as five, and subscribing them into his own army for the Dark Lord. He continues to elude us." Cornell growled in anger before taking a deep breath in order to control his anger around Hadrian.

The Prince of Vampires hummed "This is indeed troubling. Focus your efforts and find a way to grab the children and bring them to your camps. It's the only way they will be safe."

Cornell nodded "Yes, sire."

Hadrian looked at his Cabal "Friends, it is clear that there is movement afoot. Whether it involves Voldemort or not, the tides of war are progressing. I believe we shall conclude it here."

Hadrian stood up which prompted everyone else to stand up and bowed their heads. The Prince grabbed the maul that laid on the table before banging it on the onyx, causing sparks. Hadrian looked at them "I call this meeting concluded. We shall reconvene next year." The Cabal of Dark Divinity split and disappeared into shadows while Cornell walked out towards the entrance.

Hadrian looked at the empty space and a grin snaked its way onto his face.

Somewhere within the next five years, the war shall start. No one but the strongest shall survive this.

Hadrian will make his ancestors proud.
