Scene: The Present Reality- The Den

Kitty (embracing Sarah): I love you so much, mom

Sarah (rubbing Kitty's back): I love you too. Your birth movie isn't over yet.

Kitty: What else is there to watch?

Sarah: We haven't watched the part where I pushed you into this world

Kitty: What do you mean by pushing?

Sarah: Just watch the screen

Kitty: Well OK

Scene 2: Kitty's birth DVD Movie

Action: Sarah is giving birth to Kitty

The Doctor (performing an episiotomy): I am performing an episiotomy. Please bear with me, Sarah.

Sarah (feeling quite uncomfortable): I am feeling quite uncomfortable

Kyle (squeezing Sarah's hand): The procedure is almost over

The Doctor (putting away the scissors): You can start pushing again. The episiotomy has given the baby more room to pass through the birth canal.

Sarah (using her contractions to push out the baby): Hummm..

A Nurse (shifting the fetal heartbeat monitor on Sarah's stomach): The baby's heartbeat sound good. She is a strong little fighter.

Sarah: I can't wait to hold her and love on her

The nurse (rubbing Sarah's stomach): She will be here very soon

Sarah (bearing down and pushing): AHA..

Kyle (witnessing the baby crown): The baby's head is emerging

Sarah (talking between contractions): John was a huge baby. Kitty feels as big as him.

Kyle (amused): Really?

Sarah (resuming pushing): Yes Dear

The Doctor and Nurse (counting): 1...2...3...4...5

Sarah: AHA

Kyle (real sensitive to Sarah's pain and agony): You can do this

Sarah: AHA...AHA

The Doctor (places the crying baby on Sarah's stomach): Say hello to your little princess

(Both Kyle and Sarah cry tears of joy as they bond with their daughter. The movie ends and twelve year old Kitty hugs her mom again.)

Scene: The Den

Situation: Santa Claus aka Derek paid an early house visit to his favorite family. Nobody saw Derek in his Santa Claus suite. He ate cookies and drank milk that Kitty and Chance provided for him. He left behind gifts for them. Derek went to bed and couldn't remember what happened the night before in the morning.
