Alright folks here we go, to the new world and for new adventures with the Straw Hats and Committee. Now real quick, there are many characters. Joggling them is hard like sometimes hard to the point of making them nameless in the story. But this gives them opportunity to have their own moments to shine, since the villains have at least almost equal members including heartless bosses, this gives the characters their own respective moment. For most the Straw Hat crews own individual fights, cause let's be honest we haven't seen them in good fights as of late, but having them work together more in the New World is still better then soloing everything. This just give the feeling of their own strength before fighting stronger and powerful foes. Not every world will be like this, some maybe quick and some will be longer. With that done, enjoy the chapter.

Chapter 24: Spiral Madness - Wumpa Bumpa
Cooc's Lab - Everyone on standby
Everyone was sitting and waiting as Luffy went off on his own. Most of the Straw Hats are rightfully worried, but the committee seems more insistent. This was because Leon felt more concern about the Straw Hats Captain and how he lack the maturity and character of one leading this pirate crew. While yes many leader have to be mature and responsible in order to thrive and take care of their teammates. This was an outlaw type of group, while yes they have very rare or in-between several outlaws would train and work together as teammates. The Straw Hats are one of those exceptions, yet despite this trust between the committee and Straw Hats seems shaky at the moment. More specifically from Leon always taking the situation seriously and wanting everyone to work together by command. Unfortunately Leon's attitude can be... overbearing at times.
"Really Leon?" Tifa asked, annoyed by his attitude, "You force Luffy to go out searching for the Gem when you know he could easily get lost on his own. I mean why are you being so hard on him, I even look like a jerk trying to get him calm down." Leon remained silent during his chat with Tifa, mostly because he's doing what other leaders do in these times, listen to others and take the bullet if necessary. Which he doesn't see Luffy as some leader of anything or anyone, not much a pirate crew. Leon wanted to talk with Tifa about what had happen and why it happen. After hearing Luffy is a trouble magnet, he grew concern during their space travels. One of his concerns is how Luffy handles the situation and his behavior towards danger. While yes he has seen Luffy take things seriously, but that's only after the fact he's being pushed towards his limits. That's not something you should do or have as after thought, even after hearing from Tifa he still worried for his own reasons.
"He needs to get his head on Tifa. We're trying from who knows how many worlds, breaking the world order to return to our world, not much protected now that our world is being taken over by now." Leon said trying to keep cool about his feelings.
"As much as I like to disagree, Leon's right." Cloud joined the conversation, ear shot away as he too is concern and knows the situation isn't great, "Luffy is the captain of pirates, wanted by his own world. And soon many of these world, if not some with world traveling capabilities will be chasing them. We need to get ourselves ready in case something bad would happen. None of us know the states of these worlds and we're shooting in the dark for what we're going to face." Tifa didn't want to agree with Cloud, but deep down knows he's right and while she would take her boyfriends side, she didn't want to take sides when Luffy's not here to defend himself.
"Look all I'm saying is aren't you two-" Tifa took a moment to look at Cloud knowing where he stands in this conversation, "-taking this a little too seriously? Besides, we're their guest and we shouldn't be antagonizing them for everything we usually do on our own. In fact we used to have others from different worlds come visit us or is part of our small committee. But now we have to respect their ways and their ship, we can always talk about our problems, so at least be more open if you find his behavior annoying." Tifa tried to reason with Leon, for a moment didn't want to budge out of pride or his own personal reason. But eventually he sigh and said, "Alright, since this is only our second world I will 'lighten up' as you put it."
She smiled when seeing Leon willing to listen to reason, that and she can be stubborn herself when needed. After all she is one of their stronger members without weapons, so fighting Leon isn't that hard, "That's all I ask." She said, leaving the two alone as she joined the others either looking around or hanging out. Since they need an color gem to travel places it was an matter of waiting for the gem to be retrieve, yet in the meantime Cloud wanted to have a chat with Leon as he's concern for his friend behavior.
"Something up?" Is all he asked, while it may seem uncaring or unconcern for his friend. He has good intentions and wants his friend to be okay.
"Not ready to say, but I can say this... something about the worlds isn't right. I can't tell what it's exactly, but the last world didn't give much comfort knowing Heartless can gain intelligence." Some have remember the last world well to fresh, knowing that the heartless is capable of feelings and emotions disturb them greatly. Cloud now understanding that since seeing that world, Leon is more cautious because it shouldn't be possible, and his own personal option that's true.
"Must admit, seeing Heartless intelligent is disturbing. Maybe that was only one instant, but don't forget we're guest and we have to respect their ways. They have offered us a ship and we should take their offer." Cloud said reminding Leon they aren't alone in this trip.
"Alright, but I will persist that Luffy takes his job as Captain seriously." Leon said.
"Fair enough, until then we should wait until he arrives." Cloud walk off leaving Leon to himself as he thought about what he and Tifa said, but also wonders if more are like this as well.
Wumpa Island
Luffy is sent by the others, anonymous vote from everyone as Luffy is to search for an colored gem. While they could have came along with him, some of them from mostly the committee wanted to give Luffy an chance to help. So far the Committee doesn't know the amount of chaos for Luffy's actions, yet at the same time give him more responsibility or shape him into the captain of his crew. The Straw Hats, mostly the more experience ones know this wouldn't work out easily as Luffy is not someone that can be easily manage nor can they handle his chaos.
At the moment he's venture around the Wumpa Island, searching for one of the gems. So far he hasn't had any luck and is most likely to be distracted if nothing is done, but at the same time doesn't mean he can't explore the island for awhile. For the moment he's jumping from one tree to another and sometimes fighting some wild life that tries to attack. When he finished moving around Luffy stood on some ruin temple and look at the island. Bigger then what you expect but much more fun and adventure ahead. Along the trip Luffy took some Wumpa fruits, eating some and actually saving two for Crash. Enjoying the taste since so far nothing has made him lost his appetite.
"Whoa, even though we're from another world, feel like this world is somehow the same as our own. But that be boring if that were the case, wonder where that gem is hiding?" Luffy said starting his search as the island is pretty big and can still have much in store for him. Interrupting his thoughts, heartless started to appear surrounding him. The Mutate Bane appeared in numerous as they surround Luffy with Shadows, Soldiers and Large Body as backup. Most of the time many would be scared, run or take this situation seriously, Luffy however grins at them.
"Alright." Two shadows jump for the attack and Luffy jumps in response to them, grabbing the two and smashed then together with little effort. A Soldiers tried to attack him only to have dodge by bending his head right then grab the soldier from the back head. Luffy had to jump once more as he held onto the heartless struggling under his grip, is then tossed at the Large Body on it's head, causing both into some daze. The Mutate Bane jump together trying to attack Luffy. As they held onto Luffy, they are then scattered as Luffy's strength overpowers the group. Some of the heartless tried to attack only for Luffy to stretch his leg, gomu gomu no whip taking out most of them, some of the heartless came from behind only for Luffy to unleash another attack, gomu gomu no Galting at an large group leaving them powerless to defend themselves. The only Heartless unaffected by these attacks is Large Body's.
Luffy then smirk and jump back holding himself up with both hands on the groun and he attack one with gomu gomu no spear. Normally this would deflect back any attacks. But Luffy's is not normal, as such he not only pushed the heartless back with great amount of force. But slammed it against the tree with it's back. The damage force the heartless into a daze state, while the other Large Body's slowly made their way towards Luffy. Only 3 Large Body's remain and Luffy isn't breaking a sweat, so in response Luffy simply grab one surprising the Heartlss as you can see it's eyes widen comedic way. Luffy then lifted the heartless above his head and smashed it towards the other Large Body, destroying the two. Then from no where 5 Mutate Bane appeared with anger expressions, rushed towards Luffy as they are furious for their at their target. Luffy saw this and ran for a moment, only to lure them towards the other Heartless recovering from it's daze slowly march towards Luffy. When he saw the heartless, he jump over it as the Mutate Bane blindly charge bouncing off all into each other. This cause them to be dazed while the Large Body is confused, but it's confused is forgotten as Luffy used, gomu gomu no bazooka behind it's back slamming the heartless into the Mutate Banes with little effort. All six of them are destroyed from the impact as they vanished into dust.
"Heh, that wasn't so tough." Luffy said smiling.
"Who are you strange warrior?" Luffy turned around to see Papu Papu standing with his army of robots looking like Lopez with Papu Papu leading them.
"Papu Papu had expected strange bandicoot to be here, yet Papu Papu only sees strange skinny man here instead, fighting creatures of the darkness with such ease. Papu Papu demands you explain this to me." Papu Papu demands of Luffy, but everything fell into silence as Luffy doesn't know how to respond or is thinking of something weird. He then titled his head asking Papu Papu, "What's your name again?"
"Papu Papu will answer, the name is Papu Papu and I am in charge of this island. Now you will answer my question, where is that Bandicoot?" Papu Papu asked.
"Hold on, your name is Poopa Poopa?" Luffy asked, both confused and disgusted by his name.
"...? What! Papu Papu name isn't Poopa Poopa, my name is Papu Papu."
"Oh your name is Popo Popo."
"No Papu Papu."
"Poty Poty."
"Papu Papu."
"Pope Pope."
"PAPU PAPU!"
"PUPA PUPA!"
"ENOUGH! my name is not Pupa Pupa, Pope Pope, Poty Poty, nor Popo Popop, it's Poopa Poopa and Poopa Poopa says otherwise." Papu Papu said.
"Okay Poopa Poopa, well I need to search for the gem, see ya." Luffy started to jump away looking for the Gem.
"Humph, Poopa Poopa showed that skinny twig who is boss. Poopa Poopa must bandicoot before he-" In the middle of his speech, Papu Papu took a moment of thought as realize what had happen, he the turns back and shouts, "HEY, I AM NOT POOPA POOPA, I AM PAPU PAPU!" With that shout many of the robotic army charge chasing Luffy as Papu Papu silently commanded pointing towards Luffy's direction. But at the same time his giant mech is behind him, made of stone. When Cortex design the robot, he knew that Papu Papu would prefer something more align towards simpler materials then strong metals of science. Yet at the same time knew this was weakest robot he meant, yet can be easily built again if destroyed. For the most part it's purpose will be to test Crash and see what he's capable of now since their last encounter.
The Robot in question has some Tiki face, but also has more muscular form from top to bottom compared to Papu Papu, at the same time has what looks like 5 arms around the same place as regular arms. Where they are place is all four arms on each side surrounding the center arm, most likely where the original arm is located. It's about as tall as some company buildings of 3-4 floors high. It's marching is able to shake the jungle scaring many of the wild life into a frenzy. Papu Papu is then pick up with the help of his tribesmen operating from the inside. With only four of them at the head commanding the stone robot.
"Papu Papu may want to crush Crash, but Papu Papu will crush that skinny twig guy." With determination, Papu Papu gives chase as the robot army no doubt is working on ahead trying to find Luffy.
Ruin's Entrance
At the same time Luffy is already working his way around the island and has occasionally destroyed the heartless left and right, but when he entered certain sections of the jungle near the temple ruins. He spotted what appears to be some entrance where he should enter. The Temple almost appears like some under gound place with two statues at each side, about 6 pairs of pillars on each side and stone floors leading towards the entrance.
"Hmm." Luffy tried to think about what he should do next. But before he could decide on any brash decisions Aku Aku appeared next to him.
"I see you made it towards the Ruins as instructed." Aku Aku said, but is interrupted as Luffy stared at him with sparkle in his eyes, "WOW that is so cool. How did you appear here by yourself?" Luffy excitedly asked.
"Please Luffy, we need to stay focus at the task in hand." Aku Aku reasoned with Luffy.
"Boo, your no fun." Luffy comment, but is ignored in favor of their missions.
"The Gem is place somewhere in this temple, I hid it here when Crash started on his first adventure. Knowing that the gems are dangerous in Cortex's hand he can do many unspeakable things. But if you retrieve it before his minions appear, we can have an head start." Aku Aku explained, Luffy look at the entrance and back at Aku Aku and smiled saying, "No worries, I got this." Luffy assures even though Aku Aku isn't convince of his words. But then Luffy grab Aku Aku without warning as some blast made scorch marks. Luffy jump away with Aku Aku in hand, as his onw instincts told him to move away from his spot. When looking back from a safe distance he and Aku Aku saw burned marks, and back at the beings shooting them. They appear to be brown robots holding some gun that could hurt him and Aku Aku.
"Looks like Uka Uka's newest allies have arrived, and their own armies as well." Aku Aku said through observation, Luffy smirk at this, "Yosh, then let's go." Luffy grab Aku Aku and jump head on surprising Aku Aku as he screamed in shock. The Robots look up and tried to fire, but they missed as they didn't respond in time with Luffy quickly making work with them. He didn't need his rubber powers as he simply punch and kick strong enough that they fell apart in pieces. Of course, Luffy had to jump around quickly as the robots had good aim as it appears they almost hit Luffy several times. When he rushed them again, Luffy would either trip them by leg swept, uppercut, backhand fist, kick their chest/side/head, or other moves in combat. The robots decided to toss their guns as it appear useless against Luffy, deciding to attack hand to hand. The Lopez's army rushed Luffy, only to soon realize they are outmatch as they have been easily defeated with Luffy's attack, gomu gomu no whip simply destroying them with no effort.
"I must admit, your stronger then most I have seen in my years." Aku Aku comment.
"Heh, well I did train for when I traveled the seas, but now traveling space I can't help feel excited to see the worlds." Luffy felt himself excited even more knowing there is more adventures on other worlds. Aku Aku can tell by his childlike wonder he really likes to explore and have fun adventures with those he cares for and those he will fight for them. Suddenly they are interrupted by heartless starting to appear, yet this time these heartless seem... different.
"Why are those guys on fire?" Luffy asked, even if Aku Aku had no real answer. That then change when something came marching towards them shaking the entire jungle to it's core, but they soon saw it was some sort of stone monster. This stone monster is actually an robot with people controlling from the inside with stone and wood operating it. Papu Papu then revealed himself as he stood at the mouth staring at his foe with anger. Both Aku Aku and Luffy are shock by this thing, but once more Luffy's own childlike nature took over.
"THAT'S SO COOL! A GIANT STONE MONSTER!" Luffy shouted with joy.
"WHY ARE YOU EXCITED TO SEE ONE?!" Aku Aku asked in fear and question of Luffy.
"Skinny Twig man, you will pay for what you have done." Papu Papu accused Luffy.
"Oh it's that Poopa Poopa guy." Luffy bluntly said.
"THAT'S WHAT YOUR MORE FOCUS ON?!" Aku Aku showed extreme worry for Luffy.
"You had called me names, you even forget of Papu Papu so quickly. Me Papu Papu will bring back honor by destroying you and taking your head as tropy for all to see." Papu went back to operating the Stone Robot as it prepared itself to fight Luffy.
"Mask Guy, go." Luffy ordered.
"It's Aku Aku, not Mask Guy." Aku Aku replied, floating away from the fight taking place.
Cortex base - viewing Papu Papu vs Luffy fight
"Who the heck is that?" Cortex asked, not expecting anyone to answer.
"It appears to be some boy in a Straw Hat with simple clothes if I might add." Lawrence said in his observation.
"Tiny guy doesn't stand a chance mate, might as well make some burgers out of this skinny twig guy." Dingodile said looking at the fight.
"Bwahahaha, yes and then we get to hear the screams of terror and fear in his eyes. As blood spills from his bones and his eyes become like gumdrops in gory candy like joy, when it's all said and done. The Straw Hat will face, OBLIVION, BAHAHAHA!" O'Malley shouted with glee, everyone look at O'Malley is awkward stare as they didn't feel comfortable about what he said.
"Is he always like this?" Dr. N Gin asked.
"Yes, he is. probably more open about his intentions then the rest of us." Nefarious comments.
"Still, may not be smart, I can sometimes tell that some people are more dangerous then what they appear." Pete warned the others.
"Bah, no worries. What could a skinny twig like him do to us?" Nefarious assures, mocking Luffy as he sees no threat from him.
Back to Luffy vs Papu Papu
Back with the fight, Papu Papu launch the attack in his Ptone Tiki as it's called. One fist tried to crush Luffy only for him to jump away in time while smiling. The other arms tried to land a blow, when Luffy jump one landed at him punching Luffy away from the ruins towards the deep jungle. Aku Aku shouted his name worried for him, but turned back to face Papu Papu, it was from there he knew they had to be convince about their alliance with Cortex. If they continue their plan to consume the world, there will be nothing left and other worlds will not take kindly to them.
"Papu Papu, I need to speak to you." While Aku Aku is trying to stop him, Luffy got back up shaking himself as he felt that strong attack, seeing his intended target Luffy stretch back ready to sling himself towards Papu's head.
"Aku Aku speaks to Papu Papu after I have killed your friend? You are such weird mask." Papu Papu talking to Aku Aku.
"Listen, you need to stop what your doing. Think about what your destroying, if you continue with this plan there will be no garruntee the other worlds will be frinedly." Aku Aku pleaded with Papu Papu, but their conversation will be cut short once Luffy launches himself from far away.
"Papu Papu is tired of hearing you speak, me once lived in piece with only my tribe and Cortex ruling the islands. But then you and that bandicoot defeated me and change our lives. While we have good run for sometime, Papu Papu wants his life change. Not be same old ways as you and bandicoots beat us to death. While we may not like Cortex, we don't like Bandicoots moOOOOO~" Suddenly the Ptone Tiki is struck by Luffy smashing into the Stone Robot's head. When he recovered he look at Luffy with annoyance, Luffy in the meantime is inside the Stone Robot looking around in excitement.
"Whoa, this is like some giant robot." Luffy said excited by what he's seeing.
"Get him!" Papu Papu ordered the others, when they tackles Luffy they thought he was taken down. But are mistaken as Luffy launch the four tribesmen away and jump out of the Stone Robot without effort.
"Are you okay?" Aku Aku asked concerned for his well being.
"I'm good, just got surprised is all." Luffy said, both looking up as the Stone Tiki would step on them. Luffy moved away with Aku Aku as both of them went to dodge, Luffy enjoyed himself as he is running circles with this stone Giant throwing it's fist at Luffy annoyed that he's getting them better of him. Papu Papu tried to attack with all the fist strikes, yet this done him no good as the strikes keep missing their target. Moving slow to Luffy's perspective, yet Aku Aku could see that he's more experience in fights then he would see in Crash. If anything Luffy doesn't see this fight as threatening like others times he would in battles. He may get serious when it's time for action, but this fight felt more so a warmup then anything.
"Would you stop having fun and take this serious." Aku Aku demanded in his shouts and dodges.
"Ah come on, how many times would I get to fight a giant stone man. Besides if I go all out he could get killed in our fight." Luffy said serious towards then end, yet is still running around dodging the Ptone Titki attacks.
"Listen, we have no time for these games. The world is in danger, we have to stop those forces of evil, and wore there's another world in trouble. I know you like having fun and games, but when it comes to the heartless we need to take focus and charge in without distractions, do you understand me?!" Aku Aku once more demands while explaining the situation as plain as it's viewed. Luffy saw that Aku Aku wasn't taking no for an answer, he sigh and said, "Okay fine." While Luffy may not like things at times, he does understand when to fight seriously. Luffy stop in his tracks, facing the Ptone Tiki as he stood his ground.
"What are you doing? You need to move." Aku Aku shouted in worry, but Luffy suddenly grab him and toss Aku Aku aside into safety as Luffy prepared himself. Meanwhile with Papu Papu he saw that Luffy is standing still in his place.
"Papu Papu thinks this skinny twig man is weird, but me will crush him while he stands with his straw hat on head." As Papu Papu prepares to strike with his two fist, Aku Aku gets back up to see Luffy is standing there as the fist are about to make grilled cheese out of Luffy.
"Luffy move!" Aku Aku shouted, but he stood in his place as the fist collide with Luffy's body. Only to have it stand still as Luffy grappled the stone fist with his bare hand, Papu is surprise and tries again with his other hand. But only to have Luffy catch the other fist easily. Once again surprising not only Papu Papu, but also Aku Aku who's jaw just drop at the display of strength. Then the Stone Giant started to shake as Papu Papu tried to move the Ptone Tiki away from Luffy, but as he tried Luffy held on to his fist, the shaking started to pick up and really made Papu Papu worried, but then without warning the two fist all the way towards the elbow is rip apart as Luffy shouted with great strength displayed just now.
It was at this point, everyone that is watching shouted, "WWWWWWHHHHAAAAAAATTTTT!"
"Sorry about that, shame I couldn't ride this cool giant." Luffy then jump up as he brought both of his arms back launching his attack, gomu gomu no Bazooka. This launch the stone Giant and anyone inside away as they flew good far distance, before crashing down away from them. Aku Aku eyes widen at the display of strength and twitch either at his eyebrows or jaw as he couldn't imagine how this boy just did what was impossible.
"Hey Mask Guy, where is the gem?" Luffy asked, bringing Aku Aku back from his daze look, but also jump when seeing Luffy standing close to him. In his entire life he has never seen such display of raw strength from anyone. If this was just one of them, the others might be as strong and powerful as Luffy.
"T-The Gem is inside the temple ruins. We should be okay and leave from this place." Aku Aku said.
"Okay, but I need to get more wumpa fruits, I ate the ones I had." Luffy said rushing towards the temple to retrieve the gem. Aku Aku sigh as he realize now things might get more insane then they should have been before. Fear not for Papu Papu, he survived the ordeal with a few bumps on his head and him renaming himself Poopa Poopa.
Cortex Base - Live feed ended
When the battle was done, everyone had their jaws literally drop on the ground if that was possible. What they saw of Luffy's fight showed that someone more dangerous and powerful is on that island.
"What...The...HECK!" Everyone in the base shouted.
"Where did this guy come from, is he some other superhero you didn't mention?!" Nefarious accused Cortex for his incompentants.
"No, Crash is the only hero along with his friends. That straw Hat kid is some random punk we never faced before." Cortex told Nefarious shock and confused as well.
"Grrrr, how is it that we have one advantage, and yet somehow the forces of good somehow gain more allies." Uka Uka aksed to no one.
"If I may sirs, that straw Hat happens to be that boy who leads the Straw Hat pirates on the Keyard world, somehow arriving on this world I would imagine." Lawrence explained, making Nefarious anger then before shouting, "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME BEFORE HAND!"
"I believe it was for the best since you just saw why for reasons." Lawrence said.
"Wait a minute, you think we're going to get our butts kick don't you?!" O'Malley demands of Lawrence.
"In a rather frankly speaking, yes." Lawrence answered.
"YOU FOOL! You think we as the mighty forces of invading evil, WILL FALL TO A BUNCH OF PIRATE!" Zim shouted.
"Your right, perhaps I should get you clean underwear for in case you wet yourselves in many screams, begging for mercy and all other bothersome moments." Lawrence said.
"Grrr, just get us some snacks will you! I can't believe he doesn't believe we could win this fight against pirates." Pete said grumbling as Lawrence walk along fetching some snacks for everyone.
"Pardon the intrusion, but is this an problem?" Dr. N Trogy asked with suspicion. The others in the Metal Army look at him for a moment, then Nefarious answered, "NO!, This is nothing more then a minor setback. Since we don't know who these guys-"
"But your bulter robot said-"
"WE DON'T KNOW! Who these guys are, we'll investigate them before giving you an answer." Nefarious said signaling the other villains to met up rushing off away from prying eyes. When the others saw this, they weren't exactly confident in their new allies because of their questionable response.
"Do you guys think we have a problem?" Cortex asked.
"Maybe so, but even if that were the case. We still need to search for this world's Keyhole. For without it we cannot turn this world into darkness." Uka Uka declared to his fellow villains.
"Why do we need to find this keyhole, if the heartless are just going to steal the hearts of people?" Dr. N Gin questioned the evil mask.
"Because my ignorant allies, the keyhole is the ancient gateway to worlds heart. With these keyholes you can not only seal the doorway, but can change the world from the inside out. Yet I am tired of this world, if our only chance of freedom is this world's destruction, then we must destroy what is left of this world. As much as I would say I don't tolerate failure, I will admit this is our defeat." Uka Uka Finished his speech, but what surprise everyone is what Uka Uka would NEVER admit.
"Wait, your saying we lost? You actually admit we lost to that kid?!" Cortex asked in surprise.
"And why not, it is obviously that while this boy isn't the Metal Army's heroes, he is a world traveler. As such world travelers that come from magic or keyblade wielders bring disasters to those fighting for darkness or evil. This boy is obviously powerful if he could destroy a giant stone monster with his bare hands and rubber powers it seems. Which is why I want our best scientist and engineers to build the strongest and MOST POWERFUL ROBOT IN THIS AND OTHER WORLDS!" Uka Uka shouted in command.
"Then we will build you this greatest robot in all this and other worlds Uka Uka. For many times now we have been beaten by those Bandicoots, and we're not going to be beaten again. Not as long we have our alliance holds and brings those like that Straw hat Kid to his place." Cortex laugh manically as so the other villains that joined.
Coco's Lab - Luffy's Return
"Hey guys, I'm back." Luffy shouted, glad to see Luffy return with Aku Aku guiding him back. Some of them rushed over to Luffy glad he made it back in pieces, when the committee(Leon) wanted him off on his own, they were anxious since Luffy is similar to Zoro getting lost and causing trouble on his own. Nami, Usopp, Chopper are especially worried since they knew he would lead them toward many dangers. But when Luffy came back with Aku Aku leading him back, they felt much relieve to see him okay. Nami is first to rushed over as the others like Chopper, Usopp, Aerith, went over to him.
"Hold it, did you destroy any heartless along the way?" Nami asked.
"Some of them, here you go." Luffy offered the Munny to Nami, her eyes then change into Munny shape rushing back counting them.
"Did you guys get lost by any chance?" Aerith asked while Chopper check to make sure there isn't any wounds too damaging.
"We manage to find the Gem we have been searching for." Aku Aku turn to Luffy, as he pulls out the gem they have been seeking. It's bright red color and very big in size, some are surprised wondering how Luffy place such a gem in his pockets. Coco came over and took the Red Gem then together with Merlin, Cid, and Franky they tinkered the device giving them new location for others to search and seek for more gems.
"All done, with this we can search for the gems on certain parts of the world. We till need the other gems to power our teleportation device to other worlds, But the ones we have are around the Islands." Coco said to everyone.
"While there is other source similar to the gem, we still have to take it easy since we're unfamiliar with this technology." Cid added.
"But don't worry, we'll get this machine working and it'll be SUUUUUPEEEER!" Franky shouted, making Cid smirk as he's getting along with Franky.
"Then that's our first place to look. With five more gems now revealed we should divide ourselves to search for the gems." Aku Aku told everyone, Leon then walk over to explain their situation, "While we may not know their plans, we know that searching for the keyhole will be hard for them and us. That leaves a time table, while searching for the gems we have at least 4 task. The first is to find the keyhole, and seal it away. Next is to continue collecting the gems, if they are as powerful as they say then we need all the gems found. At some point we need to find Cortex's hideout and figure out what their plans are on this or any worlds. With this said all of us have to lift our weight, we're racing against the clock here and we need to find all the gems." Once Leon finished everyone either nodded, shouted okay or other responds.
"Then where should we be heading next?" Zoro asked ready for some action.
"For the moment, they will place the coordinates and we will teleport you towards the gems. In the meantime I believe Luffy should explore more of the island for colorless gems, they will appear silver or gray to you. When you find enough bring them back and they will power up the machine." Aku Aku explained to Luffy. He smiled knowing this was an adventure he can explore on his own.
"Alright, but I need my lunch box before heading out." Luffy said.
"Don't need too, I could cook everyone a meal soon. I want to try out some recipes with this islands fruit." Sanji said, but in his mind thought about how the girls will react to giving them treats. With at least half of them agreeing, decided it was time for a break and enjoyed their meals. For the raod ahead will be long and hard.
One Red Gem down, few more to go. Next time everyone is starting to scatter around the world finding the gems. Yet how will Cortex and the Metal Army respond now knowing there's a new threat to their plans. Find out next time on Galaxy Pirates.
