"H-How did you know that?" I backed up against the wall.

Loki laughed. "Isn't it obvious?"

I groaned. "No."

Loki spread his arms wide. "I am an Asgardian! To me your power has a special sense. Anyone with eyes could see what you are. It is not my fault that humans are dull and weak." He raised my hand to his lips. "I could give you a throne, my Queen. Just release me."

I just laughed. "So that's why you did that. I see now. They don't call you a Trickster for nothing."

Loki gave me a mock-bow. "You can't blame a god for trying.

I tossed a dish towel at him. "And I'm sure you won't blame me for punishing you. Go clean the toilets. NOW."

"How dare you!" Loki snarled, but his body was already moving. "I'll slander you in history!"

I shook my head. "If you ever escape."
