Epilogue
Authors note: Ok here's the epilogue. Please enjoy and hopefully you'll like it.
3rd pov
"ACHOO" Hubao sneezed. He was lying in a bed of the infermary at school. His 11 year old body had been suffering from small cold but it is spring, warm weather and he is warming up nicely. However he has a few stitches as well as bandages on his arms and waist. He had a scuffle with a few adult men who turned out to be human traffickers. The reason for his hypothermia was the girl sobbing at his bed. Yuki is a cute looking eleven year old yukiona or snow woman with shoulder length aqua blue hair who had just learned to control her powers she has a huge crush on hubao mainly because he's the nicest and friendliest guy in school. His twin sister Kinomoto-li Himari was never too far away from him, in fact she was the one who encouraged yuki to try to confess to her brother. However little did she know that Yuki was the target of some scumbag teacher who came into their school trying to score a couple of kids to sell to the daimyos of the shogunate and the united kingdom. This cause an uproar in the kingdom and worst part was that two members of the royal family got caught in the crossfire. Though the assailant was caught the culprits are now under serious investigation by both governments. Hubao is alright, just few bruises and two knife cuts oh him but he made it out alright. Himari on the other hand was fuming that some grownups could be this low.
"I can't believe that a some adults would go this low to kidnap a child! Good thing I gave him a kick to where the sun doesn't shine. Serves him right." Himari fumed
"Now now Himari don't be like that." Hubao said trying to calm his sister down. The twins are the exact image of their parents when they were their age. While Hubao has the image of his father, his hair and eyes are that of his mother. Himari on took on her mother's looks but has her father's hair and eyes. Yuki still sobbed at the fact that she may have been the reason Hubao is in this condition.
"Gomenasai Hubao sama. If I wasn't here!" Yuki cried.
"Yuki chan don't blame yourself. Besides that bad luck on our part." Himari said trying to sooth Yuki down who is now freezing up the room.
"Hontoni?" Yuki said still crying.
"Hontoni honto yuki chan. We were at the wrong place at the wrong time, and besides that sensei is now behind bars." Hubao answered.
"Hubao sama." Yuki sadi with hope in her eyes.
"About your confesion earlier, I'm happy with how you felt about me but I don't feel ready for a relationship." Hubao said. This causes Yuki's eyes to sparkle like fresh falling snow. Her heart warmed up and raced as she happy yet disappointed at the same time.
"The I'll wait for you till you are ready." Yuki said.
"Eh?" said the twins in unison. Himari was a bit disappointed in her brothers answer herself. but seeing Yuki's determination and patience really got her surprised.
"I promise you that when the time comes I'll train become the perfect wife for you, I'll learn how to cook, clean, even learn how to take care of babies. When the time is right, let us please get married and have 3 kids please!" Yuki said as she closed the gap between the two. The twins were now concerned with Yuki. Snow women are known to be aggressive like other youkai women but this is a bit much even for her age.
"Yuki chan you're getting ahead of yourself, and isn't that a bit to bold for oyu?" Himari asked. This cause yuki to get back to reality and she realized what she was saying,causing her to go red with embarrassment.
"sumimasen." Yuki said timidly
"that's ok, but what if I like someone else yuki?" Hubao wondered.
"Don't worry Hubao sama, including me, I'll allow up to 4 girls total." Yuki said with pride. The twin sweat dropped at this. They knew that she is a cute girl both inside and out but they were wondering if she had her all marbles. Sure the practice of many spouses is still affect but there are some reforms regarding marriage but there were a few roadblocks in the process. That was when the twin's cousins Taito and Akari Daidouji ran in. Taito took on the image of his father Ryouma but he's as bold as his mother. While Akari on the other hand in the most girly of the girls, taking after her mother queen Tomoyo.
"Hubao ni this is bad." Taito shouted. He's a year younger than his cousin but he treat the twins as if they were his siblings.
"It's best that you run right now!" Akari shouted.
"Eh Nani?" Hubao asked confused. Just then two long dark-blue haired and crimson eyed identical twins appeared at the door way. The new twin sisters looked so alike you can't tell them apart, except for the red and blue ribbons they wear on their hair. They wore the female school uniform which considered a one-piece flowy skirt cheongsam which is white and black in color. A new trend going in the schools these days thanks to queen Tomoyo. The twins along with Yuki don't know why they are here or why their one and twice removed cousins are scared about them till they spoke.
"greetings Hubao sama." The twin sisters said in unison.
"I'm Alice Hiiragizawa." The first twin with the blue ribbon said.
"And I'm Eva Hiiragizawa." The second twin with the red ribbon said.
"And we came here to meet you." They said in unison. Hubao knew that look because he saw it on Yuki, he didn't to ask but regrettably he did as curiosity got the better of him.
"Why do you want to meet met." With that the two cousins we franticly trying to shield Hubao but it was too late as the Hiiragazawa twins went to their knees to kotow and explained why they were here.
"We the Hiiragazawa twins are to be betrothed to you as consorts or concubines." The Hiiragazawa twins answered in unison. This got the Kinomoto-Li twin to look at the new commers ion confusion as they realize what they were saying.
"HHHOOOOOOOEEEEEEEEEE!?" the Kinomoto-li twins shouted as their voice was heard throughout the school.
Sakura and Syaoran are walking down the street. After they got married they decided to join their family names as a way of unification, not a common custom to join ancestor but it's not unheard of. They aged a little but they still looked the same since their teen years albeit a little wiser. It was two hours passed closing time for school so their kids should be home by now. The atmosphere was a bit tense and for good reason. Syaoran was beyond pissed, his son got caught in a fight with human traffickers and got himself hurt because of it, he's proud that his son was trying to help a friend but he did gave him a stern lecture after he was better. Sakura on the other hand was more worried of her children's health because of that fight. She was a total wreck when she heard that Hubao got hurt, but she was relieved to find out that he was alive. The couple were coming back from court, they were there at the prosecution and sued the assailant and the shogunate and united kindoms nobles who were involved in this illegal business for medical and emotional damages for their children. They got compensated well that they were practically set for life.
"The next time I see those nobles or that scumbag again, heaven help me." Syaoran said with anger.
"Now now dan'na everything is done now. We got our compensation and they will be punished by law so everything is settled." Sakura said trying to calm her husband.
"You're right, I'm just angry at myself for not being there to protect my kids." Syaoran agree.
"Demo didn't we did something similar when we were their age?" Sakura reminded.
"Another reason why we don't want them to do that." Syaoran said.
"Good point." The couple were in their best cloths for the occasion. Sakura wore a court kimono and had a flamboyant head piece while Syaoran wore a silk court green and gold Hanfu with a huge hat to finish it. as Syaoran calmed down as they walked they arrived at the Kinomoto-Li compound that was finished 5 years after their wedding. Now it's a gorgeous home for them and their family. As they went through the door a young maid provided by the Li clan greeted them.
"My lord, My lady, welcome home. The Young master and young mistress are here with their friends. Also sir Ryouma and lady Meiling are here a few minutes ago." She reported.
"That's great. Is Hubao alright?" Sakura said while being worried about her husband.
"He's getting better, his wounds healed up nicely, there still some pains but he'll be fine." The maid reported
"Yokatta." Sakura sighed with relief.
"But." The maid said hesitantly causing the couple to look confused at the maid.
"it's best that you look at it yourself." The maid requested, and they did. Upon entry they saw Meiling and Ryouma sitting in the living room on the low tier couches having tea while Meiling was breastfeeding her 4 week old baby.
"Meiling chan, Ryouma san!" Sakura call.
"Hey Sakura, hey Xiao." Meiling Greeted.
"konichiwa Sakura san, Syaoran san." Ryouma greeted. Sakura and Syaoran saw the troubled looks on their faces and could tell they don't know how to deal with this. All of a sudden their daughter Himari walked up to them in a dazed and concerned way as she grabbed the fabric of her father's hanfu.
"Sweetheart what wrong, is Hubao ok?" Syaoran asked, Himari took a few seconds to reply but she started up low before she shouted.
"Nii chan wa, Nii chan, NII CHAN IS BECOMING A HAREM KING!" Himari said ending in a shout before embrace her father while still blubbering trying to tell her parents what happened. As the parrents try to understand what had happened the two cousins spoke first.
"We were all at school and it was near the end and you know how stuborn Hubao was for trying to go to school today despite the doctor's orders right?" Taito explained. Everyone who knows Hubao especially his family and friends know how stubborn he can be. He got it from both of his parents to which they both agreed was a bad combonation.
"Well Yuki chan and Himari chan were helping him and Yuki chan confessed her feelings and all of a sudden a couple of twin girls came in." Akari told them, and the two explained the whole story in detail not leaving out the part of their names why they are here. Ryouma and Meiling not only confirming the kids words but also saying that they were in the house in Hubao's room at right now. Sakura helped her daughter of her husband and tried to calm her down.
"Sweetie we'll see to this and try to make sense out of it. Now go to ice house and grab a few baked sweets and have some tea with aunty and uncle, ok?" Himari nodded at her mother's words and went to the Ice house immediately, a maid followed her to ensure that she doesn't lock herself in. as the two parents went to Hubao's room they heard the distinct voices of what sounded like 4 kids in there.
"yamero, kusugutai yo." Hubao gigily yet troubled voice was heard from the door.
"No no no Alice chan, you must do it gently. You must wipe his belly with a little more care, we don't want to make his wound worse!" a muffled voice of Yuki came out.
"yes ma'am." An unfamiliar voice was heard by the two couple.
"Yuki are you sure rice porridge is the way to go? Soup could be a better alternative." Another yet familiar voice was heard.
"It's the way it's done here. Rice porridge is good for the ill, plus it's nutritious and easy to digest Eva chan." Yuki called out to Eva.
"hazukashi yo" Hubao said in his troubled tone. The two parents couldn't get over their curiosity so they called out to let them know they're hear.
"Hubao kun, I'm opening the door!" Sakura called. As she slid the door open the two parents saw a sigh so familiar yet different at the same time. Sakura took care of Syaoran and the kids when they were sick and they did the same way before. But this is sight to behold. Hubao was in his sleeping wear with a troubled look on his face. and there was blue haired girl of the same age in a school kimono with a towel in her hands carefully wiping her sons healing wounds. While another on was holding a bowl of rice porridge in her hands, while Yuki had Hubaos head on her lap. The couples already knows and have met Yuki chan but the two blue haired twins were new to them.
"Konichi wa Kinomoto-li san." Yuki greeted.
"Konichiwa yuki chan. Hubao kun daijobu?" Sakura asked.
"Hai Okaa-san" Hubao answered.
"And who are you two?" Syaoran asked. The twins greeted and told Sakura and Syaoran their names and that their parents were Eriol and Kaho Hiiragizawa. The blue haired twins also explained to them that Eriol has betrothed them to Hubao and gave the couple a letter from Eriol himself. As they read the contents they understood the situation but Syaoran is not happy. And the 4 kids and Sakura could've swore that an Oni head appeared right behind him despite him smiling.
"any way eva, allice, is your father here?" Syaoran asked.
"He's at the Flying crane Inn. We've arrived just a week ago." The twins explained with a hint of fear. Hubao is fully aware of his parents temper and new better not to make them angry. Yuki was also scared but she was told about her crushes parents temper from Himari.
"Thank you. Let's go dear." Syaoran said before leaving.
"hai. Demo please be more civil than you were at the court ok!" Sakura called with sweat dropped
"Don't worry I'm not gonna pound his face into the ground!" Syaoran called. He is going to have a word with his ancestors reincarnate and he has just enough of his mischief. Meanwhile on the roof of the guest house Yue, Keroberos, Ruby moon, and spinel sun in their true forms were watching the whole ordeal, each with their own thoughts as they said them out loud.
"Masters Mischief has gone way to far this time." Spinel sun sighed.
"I'm more worried if our mistress can keep her husband calm." Yue said I a worried tone.
"They'll be fine. I just hope that Eriol will come out of this in one piece." Keroberos voiced.
"But at least they don't have to worry about finding a marriage partner for their son in the future" Ruby moon Said with a smile causing all the guardians to look at her with disbelief. Meanwhile Syaoran asnd Sakura quickle changed from their court cloths to a more casual style hanfus. Tomoyo arrived with Huan Liu in tow surprised to see her favorite couple leaving their home as quickly as they arrived.
"Leaving already you two?" Tomoyo asked.
"We're just going to see an old friend your majesty." Hearing Syaoran say your majesty to her was a bit alarming cause he always called her by name unless he's not happy.
"We'll be back in a moment." Sakura ensured as the two left to give Eriol a lesson in mischief and what not to do with his daughters.
