Before beginning this chapter, the One Piece story is currently at its hype peak as the chapter 1044 has everyone either like or disliked. Personally I'm okay and found it unexpected in good ways. On a personal note I do think that Luffy doesn't need to be the chosen one to get where he was now, if anything much of what he achieve was because of his determination and strong will. If anything having known that his devil Fruit is now special and he's a Joy boy everyone wants to see didn't change that.
If anything, he got here because Luffy and the crew work their way towards the top, if they didn't then to be a chosen one would have change much from the beginning to end. Luffy for the longest time has been underestimated by many he faced and audience by some degree but has remained strong even when having moment of doubt and regrets. Even at his lowest point and alone Luffy did invade Impel Down while also fought alongside and against many strong people in Whitebeard pirates vs Marineford best of the best. So that out of the way, let's get back to Galaxy Pirates and enjoy yourself.
Hisasi Review: To answer your question along with anyone who asked in the future. Know that through many trials, errors and reworks on chapters, I had to readjust the work. That being said once I had ideas that would have involved Aizen as main antagonist and still in mind as Bleach before One Piece was my favorite series. But overtime had to change some of the writing and change over what the story would function. It was meant to be multi-crossover as Aizen would replace Maleficent as main antagonist along with the Straw Hat Crew replacing Sora, Donald and goofy. This was the general idea and has change over time including how this story would be written. So Aizen is main antagonist, but not the focus. If I focus on the villains most of the time that would feel weird.
That and I did want to do more crossovers instead of Bleach and Kingdoms that leads to many movies, cartoons, anime/manga and video games. I know this was explained differently to Hisasi, but for future questions like this now everyone knows. So, thank you for continuing support and I will answer questions because I do want to explain somethings. I was hesitated at the beginning because I did for fun, but now these days I have to make proper focus and planning ahead instead of going by the flow of the story. Sometimes I do that, but not when I'm working on current arcs.

Chapter 31: Spiral Madness - Waterfall Escape
"So how many gems we need?" Zoro asked, having been tired and bored since the last fight was done.
"Well after all that mess, I think we have all five gems. Granted we have been tricked, nonstop fighting and have lost direction because of a certain someone. We only need the color gem left. So far through this adventure they haven't been fortunate enough to find where the color gem is located, even when they have found most of them. It still is mind bogglingly that they still can't find the Color gem where they are located. Either it was well hidden from the eyes of many people or that this gem was located that most people wouldn't bother to look from the start.
"So, we're back to where we started." Zoro stated only for Rikka to laugh at what he said.
"Sorry, it's just how would you know where we started from when your lost half of the time." Rikka comment and chuckled as she found it humorous at the moment. Zoro grumbled to himself after realizing that Rikka was somewhat right since the world seems to be backwards at times.
"Anyway, where do you think this gem is located if you were to guess?" Zoro asked knowing this could take forever since they haven't had luck for some time.
"Hmm, I think we have look around most of the island. The only place we would have to look is some of the lakes, waters and..." Then something she thought of pop like lightning striking her brain. She looks at the mountains and realize that's probably the only place they haven't really looked left. As she looked up, she realizes that maybe the reasons they haven't had luck is because they weren't looking at places many wouldn't dare venture. Zoro sees that Rikka is staring at one location for a bit too long. when looking towards the directions Zoro realize that she was thinking of the mountains.
"Say Zoro, if I told you to go up would you get lost?" Rikka asked pondering on the idea its up the mountains.
"I DON'T GET LOST! And if you mean going north then yes, I know the way." It took couple seconds for Rikka to realize what he said and shouted, "HOW COULD YOU MISTAKE NORTH FOR GOING UP!?" Ignoring this along with Rikka continuing shouting, both started to head towards the mountains with Rikka leading the way as she didn't want Zoro to get lost again.
Couple painful hours of mindless wondering in wrong directions later
"YOU IDIOT!" Rikka repeated to many times as she with her small fist and sometime grabbing a rock to pound his head as she couldn't help feeling so embarrassed in her entire life. When traveling through the mountains the two had encountered many traps and enemies along the way. The traps involved falling boulders that are going down and would have crushed them if Zoro didn't cut the boulders in half. Another trap came when walking through some old bridge of wood and rope is bridge pieces falling apart as Zoro almost fell into the deep pits with spikes below hidden by clouds, Zoro had to run for his life while also jumping on one piece after another as he couldn't stop for one second. Then he and Rikka would come across some leftover traps from Cortex that would be hidden as landmines or other traps that would try shoving them off the mountains or surprise attacks. Afterwards there would be times where they encountered enemies of many heartless that seem only residents of this world. The Committee have been told by others that have explored the worlds that heartless take form of the world they are invading. This meant the heartless of this world more or less takes the form of what they are invading. While purebloods however are more so stay the same as they are residents of the realm of darkness.
"Would you stop that already?" Zoro annoyingly demanded.
"Not until you get your act together you clueless swordsman." Rikka called Zoro as she started to get tired and took deep breaths. Truth be told all the traps and enemies they encountered was because Zoro blindly went the wrong direction and couldn't really admit he was lost.
"Anyway, I guess since we're here we should try and looking for the gem." Zoro said as Rikka quiet down for now and started to search for the gem.
"Zoro I only guess the gem is here. It's not like if we search for the gem it will turn up somehow." Rikka said in disbelief, the only reason she even advises going through the map is because over the search through the island they had no luck and are stuck with no way of knowing if the gem is located here or somewhere they haven't looked around. After so many places they explored, they didn't find the color gem as of late. With the high mountains being the only location, they haven't explored, it was their only chance to see if the color gem is located there.
"By the way, how did you find the others gems? I know that we only found one because of that fish, but how did you find the others?" Zoro asked as they explored the cave that is large with markings oddly showing the exit, places and where you shouldn't enter. Rikka focus on Zoro didn't look to see that they are exploring the areas they shouldn't have entered.
"Honestly I found most of the gems with those lizardmen. I mean they did find the gems before we did and fighting them actually help on the grand scheme of things. But the color gem we are short on." Rikka said as they are exploring more of the cave. More heartless started to appear and Zoro had made quick work with them as Rikka couldn't help be surprise by his strength.
"You know, most of the time keyblade wielders are usually the ones who are strong. But to see someone who has the keyblade, but instantly is stronger than most others before you are insane. That's not mentioning your entire crew is filled with insane strength! Okay maybe Nami and Usopp aren't the strongest, but Chopper is still up there as strong individual. I just want to know how you are guys this strong so quickly?" Rikka asked pondering on this question along with the others in the committee as well.
"We grow stronger on each island. But I have to admit those fights with giant heartless and robot was unusual even for me. Normally we don't fight giants like them, but for us to constantly fight giant heartless may actually make us stronger than before. Even though I don't know magic, I can feel its energy in these keyblade. Adding one power from one world to my own that even my own swords can be enhanced. But now with this new keyblade I do feel both as different powers." Zoro said as he pulled out one keyblade from his latest battle against the giant robot. This one made Zoro feel it had more craziness then Luffy, yet at the same time dangerous aura that can happen with a blink. The Twister Blister is unique in its own right and Zoro knew he needed to grasp their power before moving on.
Rikka Silently pondered on these words as she wondered if the other pirates despite their quirks actually much more then fun-loving adventurers they are. As they explored more of this cave Zoro has been using the keyblade from this world as it seems the keyblade has enhanced his strength by exploding enemies and blasting them away through one attack, the latter is more towards weaker enemies as the stronger ones felt the same amount of damage as the others. What is noticeable is how the keyblade has explosion affect after every third swing in session. This gave some unique properties as each keyblade as their abilities and affects from each world, like his last keyblade has the power of shapeshifting it's weapon to certain situations. What is confusing her from time to time is how Zoro treats his swords as people.
Outside of this they eventually came after many enemies and traps, came to some area where water flowed out of the mountains from somewhere above. The pathway seems to continue upward as both of them slowly followed with Rikka pulling his ear half of the time after many mindless confusions from his wayward directions. After some minutes later they eventually arrived at what appears to be a hot spring, which is surprising as some monkeys are resting in the hot springs. Normally the creatures and people of this world would have attacked them, but with the heartless around they tried to survive and hide themselves. Zoro and Rikka being there irritated the monkeys but did nothing as they growled warning them of not to trespass in their hot spring. Unbothered by this threat, Zoro took the first step in the water and is at first surprise, but quickly took them down without effort as he grumbled at their aggressive nature.
As they walk through the hot spring, they eventually encountered a large hole that appears to be from the top of the mountains giving water down below as what appeared at the center is some donut like ring as the waterfall pouring down at the center with a large ring like water covering the center ring as it's stuck before the waterfall and large water in some ring. If you look from another angle, you see it pouring down as the source of water is from this point to above.
"Wow, this is some discovery. I bet Robin would love exploring this place." Rikka comment, amazed and wanting to stick around for a while. Zoro however seems to sense something as the keyblade seems to give him some heighten senses not by body, but by other means such as strange energy that seems to guide or warn him. This energy seems to tell him that something is inside the waterfall and Zoro responded by walking towards the energy. Rikka saw that Zoro is slowly walking towards the center as it seems the walks are shallow enough, but also deep reaching towards his waist as he walks through the waters to reach his intended goal.
As the two finally reach the waterfalls that flow towards the center. Both stood for a moment as Zoro place his hand through the Waterfalls, slowly reaching through the waterfall as Zoro wasn't too sure what to expect. Eventually he manages to find something inside the Waterfall and pulls it out. When he did find what he was looking for it turns out to be a Blue Gem.
"Huh, what you know it was up here all along." Rikka said in surprise and slightly wondering why it was station up here of all places. Then again with Aku Aku who wanted to make sure the gems weren't located.
"That goods for us." Zoro said, but as he was walking away with the gem in hand, something shook the platform rumbling as something was shaking the entire platform more and more with each shake. Rikka grabbed the Gem after Zoro tossed it to her. Zoro then draw his swords and summoned his keyblade as he prepared for what is to come. From below came a familiar being that he fought from the start named Ruddy, once known as Louise but is transformed by the powers of darkness. It had used the tentacles limbs to climb the walls from the platform and crawled up where Zoro is face to face with this being.
"You again." Zoro muttered as he prepared himself for the battle. Ruddy then launch one of the tentacles only for Zoro to block then as the tentacle exploded when connected to his keyblade. This cause pain to Ruddy's tentacle as it was surprise by his attack.
"Looks like this keyblade is dangerous, I almost thought I be killed from that explosion." He then faced the mutate as he states, "But is seems like only my opponents get to taste my blade."
While surprise, Ruddy wouldn't back down as it came again and tried to use the tentacles to take Zoro down. But Zoro jump avoiding the swing and attack the second on his right using the keyblade arm to hurt this creature. This went on repeatedly as Zoro wasn't faze by the monster and its presence.
"If you think that I will be taken down easy, then you better have more than what you got now." Zoro stated unfazed and bored by Ruddy's sad attempts on taking him down.
Santoryu: Oni Giri
With one strike all three slashes appeared on Ruddy and all three caused explosions affect that is made by the keyblade. Ruddy is unable to hold on as it fell downwards into the abyss or at least that's how video games and stories operate as Ruddy used the Tentacles to hold itself up and started to climb slowly up towards where Zoro is located. As for Zoro above he walks towards Rikka and dismissed his keyblade and swords as he was unfazed by the battle.
"Whoa, you guys do grow stronger each battle. I guess that should be expected since your more experienced this time around." Rikka said in surprise.
"You and your friends haven't been into fights, have you?" Zoro asked knowing the answer yet wanted to bring this topic up regardless. Startled in surprise, she looks at Zoro as he seemed to asked an honest question. Finding it he's always a straight forward type of guy Rikka answers knowing it would be questioned down the line
"Well truth be told, Gullwing are treasure hunters. Fighting was always to others, and we just wanted to be rich instead. I mean it has been sometimes since we have last done treasure hunting, but this... is kind of new for all of us." Rikka admits as fighting wouldn't be her or the others idea of doing something.
"Which parts, being in a pirate crew or traveling with people that know how to fight." Zoro asked as both walk through the caverns of this cave but are unaware of Ruddy climbing up towards the same platform.
"Both, since being in a pirate crew is a first to say the least." Rikka answered.
"Don't blame you, most pirates are evil. But with our captain it's more about adventure and exploring new places, the fighting happens when people decided to attack us, so we take them down depending on the situation." Zoro stated as their way of doing things.
"Like?" She questioned wanting to know more about what Zoro meant. But before he could answer Ruddy started to charge them and Zoro with trained senses knew they are about to be attacked. Summoning the keybladed, he struck the tentacle and Ruddy a second time with his backhanded swings using one arm. But Rikka noticed that he's strikes are shaking causing the Ruddy to smash the walls as more quakes are spread throughout the cavern.
"Zoro we need to move, that monster is causing the cave to shake." Rikka call out as Zoro did take notice and as he narrowed his eyes, refocus on the mutate as he prepared to attack-
"ZORO!" This time shouting at him as she didn't want Zoro to be hurt. Turning back, he sees Rikka worried expression as Ruddy continued to shake the cavern with uncontrolled rage smashing the walls as Ruddy is unable to harm Zoro.
"Okay I get it." Zoro answered, dismissing his keyblade after attacking once more to make sure Ruddy is distracted. Ran towards Rikka as she flew where they came from. Seeing them escaping Ruddy chased the two as this led to chase scene similar to how Crash does in his adventures. The scene played outside scrolling as Zoro would have to jump at times from one ledge to another as he needed to avoid the open holes from rocks falling above from time to time. This had Zoro at times ran around the holes as Ruddy would miss its target but also keep itself balance out of the holes. From time-to-time Zoro would jump either from platform to platform that is either crumbling underneath from landing on them or from jumping high or falling low on another platform. Ruddy would sometime try and keep up using the tentacles to climb on ceiling just to stay behind Zoro in this chase. The from every now and then would slam its tentacles on the ground as Zoro moved away as he tried to not be taken from behind. Surprise by these attacks Zoro had to jump around and keep moving while avoiding what is ahead of him.
Eventually he and Rikka reached towards what is the entrance towards this place. But just as Zoro and Rikka were about to reach the entrance, both screamed in surprise as water burst out from the left side as it dragged them off the edge and into the abyss. Yet despite this they are followed by a raging mutate as Ruddy jump off and tried to get Zoro. Seeing this Zoro summoned the keyblade and attack one of the tentacles, doing this two more times Zoro grabbed onto Ruddy by the head as he wanted to avoid getting eaten or grabbed, Rikka had long since held onto Zoro and went under his shirt to not fall away from him.
Down below Ruddy's body prevented too much impact from the waters or ground as both are dragged away as many currents dragged them away. Now grabbing hold of Ruddy by the head Zoro held on using all his strength to pierce his fingers deep into Ruddy's skin as both had to brace themselves from being tossed and turned. In the struggle for Ruddy to try and bite on Zoro and Rikka, it would then smash towards one rock that stood in the waters and again by the other cheek as it would. This continued on as Zoro is tossed back and force as he shouted in panic while holding on for dear life.
After the waters settled all three are relaxing for a moment, even Ruddy is trying to calm down from all that nonsense. Rikka got herself out of Zoro shirt and took deep breaths of air as she couldn't handle any more of this madness.
"Ah great, I got my clothes wet." Rikka complained.
"We just survive a long fall towards the river, went through some currents that tossed us left and right, and not even mentioning this guy tried to eat or kills, but your clothes is more important than your life?!" Zoro questioned almost shouting at that point.
"Priorities Zoro, priorities." Rikka stated.
"IN WHAT LIFE DOES CLOTHES MATTER MORE THAN YOUR OWN!" Zoro shouted.
"BECAUSE THIS IS MY ONLY CLOTHES AT THE MOMENT AND I CAN'T CHANGE INTO NEW ONES." Rikka argued.
"Then take it off and put some leaf on or something." Zoro comment as this made Rikka grew a tick mark on her head.
"I'M NOT AN BARBARIAN LIKE SOME FAIRES!" Rikka shouted in anger.
Yet in the mist of this argument, Ruddy had its eyes widen and made growling noise that said in its language.
(Uh Oh)
"Don't tell me, we're about to hit a huge waterfall?" Rikka asked in a deadpan way since she has some idea what Ruddy said growls.
(Yep)
"Possibly facing more than one waterfall after this one?" Zoro asked as well also in the same deadpan stare as he felt this was going to Luffy's level of insanity.
(Uh Huh)
"Predatory fish that will chew us up to bones or even eat our bones waiting down below?" Rikka asked again still having the same deadpan stare.
(Possibly)
"Sharp rocks on the bottom with little chance of survival?" Zoro asked with his second question as this could get bad very quickly.
(Most Likely)
There was silence for a moment as both Zoro and Rikka said, "Bring it on."
Just as they went off the first waterfall all parties screamed for their dear life as they fell over as Zoro held on tight and Rikka grabbing Zoro's left side cheek. But that stop as they splash in the waters and floating right back up regaining senses and air in the process. Yet despite what they experience that wasn't as bad as they expected.
"...Huh that wasn't so bad." Rikka said what everyone is thinking, but Zoro was staring at something else, "Nope, that wasn't it." Both Ruddy and Rikka look ahead and their pupils shrunk in terror of what is about to happen.
"Oh Crud."
(Oh Crud)
Rikka held onto Zoro's face once more this time falling twice as high from the last waterfall. Ruddy its head off with eyes widen from the experience, Zoro held on with his fingers digging deep into Ruddy's skin and Rikka screaming her head off. When they finally made it down into the waters, they sank like before and floated right back up as they took deep breaths.
"Okay... that was bad." Rikka comment scared and holding onto Zoro's face with all her might. as her hands held onto Zoro's hair.
"Oh S**t." Zoro said staring ahead as Ruddy did the same with its mouth open in gasping.
"You know it can't be that bad, here let me look." Rikka flew over the waterfall and see it was triple times deeper.
"I mean it doesn't spike down below I believe." Unsure of this Rikka flew down and saw the spikes are there.
"Well at least it doesn't-" And before she said anything one large Piranha appeared ready to have their meal in the waters.
"Oh, come on!" Rikka shouted flew back up as Zoro already knew the answer by saying.
"It's worse isn't?"Zoro knew it was an yes.
"Yep, pretty much." Rikka confirmed without hesitation
"SWIM FOR YOUR LIFE!" Zoro and Rikka shouted as Ruddy turned around and tried to escape the waterfall but is unsuccessful as all of them are being pulled towards the waterfall.
"Rikka, you need to go now!" Zoro Told Rikka knowing she could fly away from this mess.
"No way, I'm not leaving you behind." Rikka stated her reasons as she wasn't willing to leave Zoro to whatever fate comes next.
"You have to if you want to live." Zoro ordered Rikka as he didn't want her to share his fate along with this large fish.
"NO! I'm staying here and there is nothing you can say about it." Rikka stubbornly told Zoro as she won't leave him behind.
"Don't you care about your life?" Zoro questioned as he really didn't want this argument as Ruddy is desperately trying to swim away.
"What about your life? I'm not leaving my friend behind when I could at least be here for them. How could I face your crew if something happen to you." Rikka shouted as she couldn't leave him here alone when she could be here instead.
"Don't be a moron-"
"You're being the moron!" Rikka interrupted Zoro as she wasn't going to allow him to fall towards his possible death. As Ruddy is slowly reaching the edge despite able to swim decently with tentacles attached. Zoro saw this and knew he had to act on this immediate action, grabbing Rikka without warning he threw her away knowing this would probably kill him if he doesn't do something. As Ruddy flew off the ledge along with Zoro holding for his dear life as both fell down from much larger waterfall as Rikka could only watch in shock and grief.
"ZORO!" Rikka rushed over the ledge and flew down trying to see where he could have landed, even if he could have died the chance to see where he at least would confirm his death as she didn't want to believe that the drop is what killed him. With Zoro after the two started to fall, Ruddy shook around trying to not fall into the final drop, but what did happen unexpectedly is Ruddy somehow discovered a hidden cave in the waterfall. This is about some feet above the spikes obviously unseen. By chance Rikka saw them fly towards the unseen path and did the same if not hitting the wall by accident and slowly made her way down as she located the hidden pathway.
With Zoro and Ruddy both are sliding down the waterslide like cave that is filled with water. Apparently, the water above the slide had some water going down yet still created waterfall. Even now and they slide down they couldn't see where they are going and where will they land. But after some time, Both Ruddy and Zoro see a bright light ahead, suddenly from one side of the mountains they are shot out flying in the air as both then screamed in fear as the ground below them is farther then imagined. Rikka manages to keep up as she saw Zoro falling down, but just as she had reach Zoro both are suddenly teleported as they flew crashing into Cid smashing the computer that controlled the teleporting device shutting down the machine. Everyone heard some noise and came to investigate what happen.
"Zoro, your back!" Luffy shouted glad to see his here and okay (Sort of).
"What the heck were you guys doing?" Yuffie asked confused and lost at the state Zoro is along with Rikka who is laying in Franky's hand as he caught her before falling down.
"Don't ask." Rikka stated as she wasn't in any mood to explained at the moment.
Some Time later after Zoro and Rikka's arrival
For the Most part things seem to finally cool down and everyone is back together. Rikka explained what happened better then Zoro as it seems he was likely to not have the full story correct if he told it himself. With that said everyone else that went out told their story and how they had experience for the time being. But with that they now have to deal with another problem. When Zoro appeared, it seems his high falling landed him through the portal yet that seems to still carry the weight of his fall and flung towards Cid that damage the controls. This caused Cid, Franky, and Coco to work overtime as they had to rebuild what is broken. So now everyone is doing their own thing until there was a meeting being called out. Leon called for the meeting as he wanted to talk about something important what that was is unknown, yet they had to make sure everyone was here. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, they arrived and took some seats or stand to listen.
"Alright, I think this needs to be said now. But as some of you have traveled there has been some things that haven't been adding up as of late." Leon said and turned to Aku Aku as he floated next to Leon.
"Is something the matter?" He asked.
"More like what hasn't been adding up. Lately in some of their adventures there has been signs of Cortex having crystals and gems in hand. And to be frank that may not sound strange as bad guys tend to obtain something without anyone realizing it as some trope. But that can be an excuse if one who hid the gems and crystal wasn't a mystical Mask who said they haven't been found. Aerith and Yuffie told us about some of the crystals and gems have been located when Cortex even with technology shouldn't have found them easily. But something doesn't add up and I feel you may have something to do with it." Leon bluntly said as Coco and Crash stood up.
"Hold on, Aku Aku has been a good friend and guide in our adventures. He wouldn't hide anything from us, he even saved Crash more times than I can count when facing off against Cortex and his goons" Coco said defending Aku Aku along with Crash if he could speak.
"No Coco, it's alright. If anything, I should explain myself about the balance that exist in this world and others when they show themselves or don't exist." Aku Aku said gaining everyone's attention.
"Balance?" Sanji muttered to himself.
"What kind of balance? Like how everyone is jumping or something?" Chopper asked innocently even though he's a great doctor, but still has a mind of a child since he's still a teenager in human years.
"No Chopper, but one that makes up good and evil forces of this and any worlds out there." Aku Aku stated as fact, this had everyone listening even if they don't understand. For those that don't Luffy may seem he is listening, but is eating more wumpa fruits just out of boredom, Zoro more than likely will sleep as he wasn't one to listen to this stuff since he doesn't understand it.
"You see, while may years we have lived on this world consistent in conflict with one another. While not always appearing to those around us, we still fought in another way. For we in some cases are overseers of good and evil. I as Aku Aku have been placed on this world to see the conflict of good triumph over evil and have in many ways allowed myself to interfere or give guiding hand to stop the conflict. However, Uka Uka who is my brother is the opposite. For in his place, he exists to continue spreading evil and conflict as he wants to do many things for his own ambition. But many times over he has interfered and allowed those who seek for selfish ambitions power and control for themselves. While it may seem he serves Cortex, but through Cortex he controls his actions and rules the world by his ways.
"In short While we are overseers and are not to interfere, those who seek conflict and chaos will allow those who can represent them give power to those with great desire both good and evil. If anything, when those gems are crystals are found I can suspect that Uka Uka has similar abilities as I have. For when either of us appear to others our conflicts can be... drastic at times. Now with Technology and involvement of other worlds that are aliens, our conflict has spread to other worlds or here when necessary. Crash and Coco are those who fight for good and while I don't explain everything, I do help them and guide them when necessary." After he finished this Aku Aku turned to face Leon as he said to him.
"I get the impression you have much experience and have encounter some who are good turn out to be bad from the start. But even if that wasn't the case, I just want you to know that yes, I said those gems and Crystals are hidden, but not mentioning Uka Uka had stolen them even if I knew wasn't because I was hiding my intentions. Mainly I trust these two to stop Cortex as they have proven overtime to, they can overcome challenges and fight the good fight. If this brought some untrusting intentions, I am sorry for that, but my trust in them is honest and true." Aku Aku said as everyone could see that he meant it. But this also gave many something to think about as the concept of good and evil wasn't taken seriously in most worlds. But for that to be the focus was unexpected in some ways.
"So, does that mean your brother has known where you hid the gems and crystals. But you knew and did nothing about it." Nami asked speaking up as those that thought about it felt the same way.
"Yes... but just because I knew doesn't mean I wouldn't have tried to stop him. But at the same time as someone who is duty bound to being observer I can only respond to his threats, when necessary." Aku Aku answered.
"Then have you gotten involved without your brother there?" Cloud asked as this was an important question. While it's cliche for good guys creating villains, its unheard or actually common for evil to exist first and good guys created later. But that's unheard of because most don't acknowledge the world can be full of evil when it was from the start. The question is more so too asked if Aku Aku got involved because he couldn't stand what was happening is wrong.
Yes, I have." Surprising some when they heard this as Aku Aku continued, "When Cortex first created Crash from his 'supposed' failed experiment, I help Crash when he first arrives on the islands and help defeat Cortex. However, it turned out down the line Cortex had help from Uka Uka from the start. I did not know this until the Time Twister machine my evil brother was involved. Afterwards I began to take part as guide and if necessary, give power or fight with my power against Uka Uka and those that join them. But know that while we may have power to change the world, the world will always remain no matter what deeds you achieve or have done in greatest. For what matters is not the action, but the person in your hearts. For many times the heart of said person that is changed by others is what truly changes people and worlds, not the actions of said person." This small wisdom is both awe inspiring and confusing at the same time. Hearing that changing world is more so about changing the hearts can give some different perspective. But to put that in practice is another story altogther.
"Thanks for tell us, I just wanted to make sure we can trust you." Leon said as he started to get a better picture of the world and how it works.
"I understand, sometimes we don't know what people's hearts and minds are thinking. But while we are on the subject, I need to bring this up as what is happening is changing the world and people more than ever." Aku Aku said as everyone listened.
"While we may be fighting this world's darkness and forces of evil. I fear that what we are experiencing here is not only one time. I speak for you who travel the worlds and foes you may encounter. I look into the stars and use my powers to sense the worlds, and truth be told the darkness has grown stronger as of late. Worlds are falling quicker in this galaxy and universe alike; people betraying worlds or have darker intentions are controlling powers of darkness. This battle we are fighting is not just here, for I fear all worlds are becoming involve of one ancient battle that is eternal. But in this struggle... darkness is slowly winning." Aku Aku warned the Straw Hats and Committee as they are outsider of the world. Hearing this from Aku Aku there is something going on and it appears that this was the beginning of their struggles.
Another Realm - Uka Uka
While most of the people in Cortex's lair is preparing for their own plans. There is also more going on as Uka Uka is currently have some plans of his own. Station himself in sanctuary where both Aku Aku and himself can go away from the world somewhere in isolated realm where both masks meet face to face. What he was doing here is spreading his newfound power of darkness to other worlds. As he senses this power, Uka Uka notice something... different. As a Mythical mask of evil, he has sense that darkness is spreading to many worlds and have cause destruction in their wake. What even strange or interesting is that the darkness is spreading much stronger than any light can shine. This let's Uka Uka know the balance of worlds is shifting, that the powers once in check of light and darkness is corrupted by much ancient and powerful force.
"So, the darkness years back is stronger than before. Which means that the worlds are not as strong in the light as we exist in the realm. That can only mean one thing and one being capable of this much dark powers. Perhaps, it is time I... reconnect with a friend once more." Uka Uka said as he chuckled thinking of that exact being he needs to find now.
Alright folks, you know what time it is now. Now that this chapter is done will be working on other projects such as Traveler's Journey and my own project on the side. This means while working on Traveler's Journey my absence will be for a while depending on the chapter that will be coming up. Look forward to the next four updates in the future as we return back to the story.
As for new story updates, Spiderman will be out as soon as it's finished. I do want the beginning chapter to feel memorable as I do hope you guys enjoy, if not that's fine everyone as their own story opinions. As for the Kingdom Hearts project fanfic story as Seven Guardians, I have made my decision and will release the first chapter as soon as I can. So, for everyone to know what stories to look forward.
