Sorry for the lack of updates recently guy. I just have been extremely busy lately and have had no time or energy to write anything. Well without further ado here we go Hoenn is officially over with and we're moving on to Sinnoh now, so lets get on with the fic.

Pokemon Attack
(4 Days Later Twinleaf Town)
Ash stepped off the ship and inhaled the fresh Sinnoh air.
"AHHH there's nothing like that fresh Sinnoh air is there buddy!" Ash looked to his shoulder and saw Pikachu nodding in agreement.
"Man this brings back memories. I had some of my craziest adventures in this region." Ash couldn't help but reminisce about his journey through Sinnoh. As he was remembering the time he helped save Arceus he felt a set of arms wrap around his waist. He looked over his shoulder and saw Anabel looking at him.
"So Ash what are we doing first?" Anabel asked snuggling up to Ash.
"Well since we're in Twinleaf Town I think Dawn would like to stop and see her mom, then we can head to my first gym battle." Hearing this Dawn perked up at the thought of seeing her mother after so long.
"That sounds great Ash. I would love to see mom its been a few a long time since I've seen her in person." Dawn said catching up to Ash.
After walking for 20 minutes our group was standing on the porch of Dawn's old house. Dawn was about to knock on the door when she saw Ash shifting from foot to foot nervously.
"Ash what's wrong." Dawn asked concerned for her boyfriend.
Ash looked up and saw everyone looking at him slightly worried. "Oh it's nothing Dawn, I'm just a little nervous about seeing your mom now that we're together."
Dawn pulled Ash into a hug, and tried to calm him down. "Don't worry Ash you have nothing to worry about my mom loves you and she is very understanding. She'll get used to our situation pretty quick."
Hearing this Ash calmed down immensely, "Thanks Dawn I really needed that." Ash then walked up and knocked on the door. After a few tense seconds the door opened to reveal Dawn's mother, Johanna. She looked almost exactly the same since Ash last saw her, but she had a few wrinkles here and there but she was still very attractive like her daughter.
Looking over the group Johanna quickly spotted her daughter and yelled in delight. "OH MY! DAWN! It's so good to see you honey its been awhile." Johanna then quickly pulled Dawn into a crushing hug.
Dawn was caught of guard by the hug and struggled to breath as her mother slowly crushed her lungs. "Uh... mom... can't... BREATH!" Dawn shouted getting Johanna to quickly release her daughter.
"Oh sorry dear." Johanna then noticed everyone else and promptly greeted everyone else, but when she saw Ash her eyes narrowed slightly.
"Hi Johanna its been awhile hasn't it." Ash said extending his hand for Johanna to take.
"Yes it has been awhile Ash." Johanna said shaking Ash's and giving him a fake smile, which he noticed.
"Dawn dearie what are you and your friends doing her?" Johanna asked turning her attention to her daughter.
"Well mom we just arrived in Sinnoh and we were hoping to spend the night before we head out for Ash's first gym battle." Dawn said explaining there situation. Hearing Ash's name Johanna flinched slightly which everyone but Ash missed.
"Dammit I'm her 2 minutes and she is already pissed at me. This is gonna be one awkward night." Ash thought sighing as Johanna ushered everyone inside. As Ash was about to enter Johanna stopped him.
"Listen here Ash I know about you and the rest of those girl 'relationship' and I may not agree with it I'm willing to let you give it a try. But two things there is to be no funny business in my house, and I swear to Arceus himself if you dare break my daughter's heart I will castrate you myself." Johanna then did a complete 180 in her demeanor, she then smiled and gestured for Ash to come inside. "Now come in and get something to eat I bet your starving."
Ash almost ran inside and sat next to Dawn. She noticed how pale he was and groaned. "Mom talked to you didn't she?" Ash only nodded and continued to slightly shake in fear. "Hey at least she didn't threaten to castrate you." Dawn then noticed Ash shudder. "Oh no she did. Oh Arceus, Ash don't worry she does this to every boy who shows any interest in me, she did the same thing to Kenny. So no need to worry." Hearing her say her catch phrase Ash smiled and calmed down.
Then a thought hit Ash and he groaned. "What's wrong Ash?" Dawn asked wondering what was bothering Ash now.
Again Ash groaned, "I just realized we might run into Kenny while we're here." Ash said rubbing his temples.
Dawn raised an eyebrow at this. "So, Kenny has never done anything to you." Ash then looked at Dawn surprised.
"Dawn are you serious. You do realize that Kenny has a massive crush on you, and when we run into him he is probably gonna wanna battle me to prove that he better than me."
Hearing this Dawn groaned as. "Shit you're right Ash. Knowing Kenny that is exactly what will happen."
At dinner Johanna was very nice and and polite to Ash. It seemed as long as he didn't try anything he would get along fine with Johanna. After the delicious dinner Ash decided to sleep away from his girls. This earned his a nod and a smile from Johanna and a groan from his girls. Ash just nodded towards Johanna's room and the girls got the idea and went to bed.
The next day after breakfast everyone said goodbye to Johanna. As Ash was about to open to door he felt a chill go down his spine, and he knew something bad was about to happen. As if on queue there was a knock at the door. When Ash opened the door he staring at the person he was dreading to run into. Instead of them finding him, Kenny had come to them.
Ash just looked up and sighed, "Arceus do you hate me?" Ash could have sworn he heard a giggle as he looked into the Kenny's still surprised face.
"Uh hi Kenny. How have you been?" Ash said as he felt extremely awkward.
"Oh hi Ash. I'm fine. I just came by to talk to Johanna and see if Dawn was here." Kenny replied with a little venom in his voice. Then Kenny spotted Dawn behind Ash with a large group of people.
"DAWN!" Kenny shouted as he pushed passed Ash and rushed over to Dawn. Right before he got to her Dawn held up her arm.
"Kenny wait before you start there's something you need to know." Dawn took a deep breath and walked over to Ash and passionately kissed him. "Me and Ash are together."
When she finished both Ash and Dawn had the same thought. "3...2...1...BOOM!" As soon as they finished their thought Kenny started fuming and yelling.
"WHAT! YOU AND HIM! BUT WHY!? I'VE KNOWN YOU LONGER!" Kenny was seeing red as he yelled at the two of them.
Dawn wanted to get control of the situation before this got out of hand. "Kenny I've never really felt that way about you. I do love, but as a brother or a friend."
That was the final straw for Kenny. He then pulled out a Pokeball and pointed to Ash. "You. Me. Battle. NOW! I'm gonna prove to Dawn that I'm better for her than you."
Ash just sighed, but then put on a face of sheer determination. "Fine Kenny I have no problem defending Dawn, because I love her. I love all my girls and I will do anything to protect them." Hearing this made Kenny even madder, but it brought a smile to Johanna's face.
"Maybe I misjudged him, he will treat them right." Johanna thought as she watched the scene unfold.
Kenny then stormed off to the field behind Dawn's house and prepared to battle.
"Are you sure this is wise Kenny? You do realize that I'm the Hoenn and Kalos champion, right." Ash said trying to convince Kenny not to battle. Kenny flinched a little when he heard this, but he stood his ground.
"I will not back down Ash. I will prove to Dawn that I'm better." Kenny then glared at Ash who looked rather irked.
"Fine be that way, but I won't hold back on you. Flannery ref this battle." Flannery nodded and took her position.
"This is the unofficial one-on-one battle between Kenny and Ash. Trainers reveal your Pokemon."
Kenny then threw his ball onto the field. "Empoleon time to humiliate Ash." The Emperor Pokemon stood and glared at Ash ready to battle.
Ash was upset and wanted to teach Kenny a lesson. Ash threw his ball and what came out surprised everyone. Standing in front of Ash was a very large and imposing Blaziken. The Blaze Pokemon stood tall towering over Empoleon returning its glare.
May was the first one to speak up. "Ash when did you get a Blaziken."
Ash turned to May and rubbed the back of his head. "It was really weird. It happened when I first got to Kalos. I was staying in a Pokemon Center with my group, and when I handed my Pokemon to Nurse Joy this lady walked up to me and said she had a gift for me. I opened the box and inside was a Pokeball and inside the ball was a Torchic, and that little guy became the this menacing guy right here." Ash finished his long winded explanation with a big grin on his face. Everyone just chalked this up as more of Ash's ridiculous luck.
Kenny was upset that Ash was underestimating him, and using a Pokemon with a type disadvantage. "You think your so good that you can win with a type disadvantage. Well I'll teach you. Empoleon use Hydro Cannon." Empoleon launched a massive ball of water at Blaziken.
Ash was tempted to mega evolve, but he didn't think he needed it. "Blaziken lets end this quick. Dodge then use a High Jump Kick Focus Blast Combo" Blaziken jumped to dodge the Hydro Cannon then it came crashing into Empoleon with an extremely powerful High Jump Kick then as Blaziken stood over it charged up a Focus Blast and slammed it into Empoleon's chest knocking it out instantly.
"Empoleon is unable to battle, Blaziken wins."
Kenny fell to his knees and tried to fight off tears. He suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder and he looked up and saw Ash looking at him.
"Kenny please let's put this behind us. We can still be friends just take my hand." Ash said slightly pleading to Kenny. He saw Kenny contemplating for a few seconds then with a sigh Kenny took Ash's hand making everyone release a breath they didn't know they were holding.
"I'm sorry Ash I over reacted. As long as Dawn is happy I'm happy." Kenny looked up to Ash smiling.
"No sweat Kenny it's water under the bridge now, and that is very mature of you. Don't worry you'll find someone out there for you somewhere." Ash then returned Kenny's smile and shook his hand. Kenny then turned to Dawn.
"Dawn I'm sorry for the way I acted. You and Ash look really happy together." Dawn then hugged Kenny surprising him.
"Don't worry Kenny you just let your emotions get the better of you." Dawn said much to Kenny's relief.
After a few more minutes of catching up and Kenny apologizing 15 more times Ash and the rest of his group walked down the road waving back to Kenny and Johanna.
(2 Days Later Oreburgh City Pokemon Center)
Ash and everyone else were waiting in the lobby for their Pokemon to be healed. Suddenly Nurse Joy walked over to the group.
"Excuse me are you Ash Ketchum?" The pink haired nurse asked.
"Oh yeah that's me." Ash said raising his hand.
"Well a package just came for you it's addressed from Kalos." Nurse Joy said handing Ash the box before walking off.
Iris walked over to see another Pokeball in the box. "What's in the ball Ash?"
Ash looked at the ball then he looked at who the package was from and he put two and two together before yelling. "Serena you're the best!"
Once again I apologize for the long wait, but hopefully the next chapters won't take nearly as long to write. This one was just hard to write. Well remember to review and pm me any ideas you have for the story. So until next time I'm outta here.
