Hey guys I'm back for another chapter. This chapter marks the beginning of the Sinnoh League. This chapter will be battle heavy and have little else. Also I just started my first job recently, so with that plus school I will likely have even less time to write. But don't fret I will always try to make time for this story. For you Naruto fans, there will be a slight rant at the end of the chapter regarding the new info about The Last Naruto the Movie. If that doesn't interest you just skip, and don't bother reading. So with that out of the way let's get to the fic.

Ash sprinted to the boats top deck as soon as the captain announced they were about to arrive at Lily of the Valley Island. Just as Ash reached the guardrails, with everyone else in tow, he spotted the islands stadiums in the distance. As Ash gazed at the stadiums a look of determination was on his face. Everyone noticed this and smiled.
"I don't stand a chance, he's definately gonna win this time." Ritchie thought as he walked up next to Ash.
"So you ready for this Mr. Champion." Ritchie said slapping Ash on the back.
"You bet your ass I'm ready. This was the first league I almost won, but he got in my way." Ash said the last part in disgust.
Ritchie already knew who Ash was talking about and decided not to bring up that obviously painful memory. Just as the ferry docked, and everyone was getting off a helicopter sped over head towards one of the stadiums.
One person yelled that it was Cynthia's helicopter and that she was just arriving for the tournament.
Ash turned and watched the helicopter land out of view near the center stadium.
"Just you wait Cynthia I'm coming for you next." Ash thought with a grin on his face.
After registering and getting their rooms everyone decided to head of and do there own things before the opening ceremony. Ash decided to walk around the island and do some sightseeing. He had left Pikachu and the rest of his Pokemon at the Pokemon Center, so he was all alone. As Ash walked through the crowded shopping center on the island he spotted someone he hadn't seen in a long time gazing in the shop windows.
"HILDA!" Ash yelled as he ran over to the brunette.
Hilda was looking at clothes in a window when she heard someone yell out her name. She quickly spun around and saw the boy who had been occupying her thoughts for years.
"Ash." Hilda thought with a dreamy look as she watched Ash run up to her.
"Hey Hilda how have you been?" Ash asked finally catching up to her.
"Ash it's so good to see you. I've been great!" Hilda said as she did something that shocked Ash, she hugged him.
Ash was surprised that Hilda was hugging him so he didn't immediately react. Hilda was afraid she had went too far too fast. But her worries were put to rest when she felt Ash's strong arms wrap around her.
As Ash let Hilda go, much to her disappointment, he finally got a good look at her.
Hilda was still wearing the same tantalizing outfit she wore when they first meet. She had also grown taller, almost as tall as Ash, and had filled out nicely. Ash tried his best to stop it, but his eyes kept wandering to her rather large chest. Once again Ash was almost drooling as he looked Hilda up and down.
What Ash didn't know was Hilda was doing the same thing. She was greedily eyeing Ash from head to toe. All this happened in a matter of moments before Ash decided to speak up.
"So how have you been?" Ash asked Hilda snapping her out of her stupor.
"OH! I've been great. You're looking at the new Unova Champion." Hilda said with pride in her voice.
"Wow that's great Hilda! Since you're a champion you must know that I'm one now too." Ash said causing Hilda to nod her head.
"So Ash you want to have that battle?" Hilda asked with a grin on her face.
"No." Ash replied shocking Hilda.
"WHAT!? WHY!?" Hilda yelled very upset.
Ash chuckled as he watched Hilda tap her foot as she waited for him to answer.
"Arceus she's hot when she's angry." Ash thought as he put his hand on her shoulder to calm her down.
"Now that I know that you're the Unova champion, I'm saving our battle for when I come to take your title." Ash said with a massive grin on his face.
Hearing this calmed Hilda down, and a grin grew on her face to.
"You got a deal, and don't plan on taking my title so easily." Hilda said as she playfully punched Ash in the arm
After a minute of light rough housing Hilda decided to get back to their conversation.
"So Ash do you... want to hang out?" Hilda asked with a blush on her face.
"Of course Hilda, let's go!" Ash happily said as he grabbed the blushing Hilda's hand leading her through the various shops.
After a few hours of visiting various shops, and getting to know each other better, Hilda and Ash started making their way towards the main stadium. As they walked they were having a mock argument over who was the better trainer.
"NO WAY! I could totally beat your ass." Hilda said as she started to poke Ash's chest.
"WHAT! My Pokemon would wipe the floor with you." Ash returned getting in Hilda's face.
"You're delusional." Hilda said as she gave Ash a light push. But when she pushed Ash, he tripped in hole in the path. As Ash started to fall he grabbed onto Hilda and brought her down with him. They both landed on the ground with Hilda straddling Ash, faces inches apart. They looked into each others eyes and a moment later they were both inching their faces closer. Just as their lips grazed each other, the PA went off announcing for all trainers to head to the main stadium. Hearing this they both quickly separated, faces beat red.
"We'll finish this another time." Ash said as he helped Hilda up. Hearing this Hilda quickly nodded. They both then quickly walked towards the stadium, ready to kill whoever made that announcement.
(2 Days later Quarter Finals)
After the opening ceremonies Ash was paired against a random trainer in the preliminaries. The trainer didn't stand a chance a Ash steamrolled through all three of his Pokemon. Ash's second challenger was a little tougher. The trainer used various hazards and stat raising moves, but Ash's Pokemon pushed through and secured him the win. After that match Ash was matched against Ritchie in the quarter finals.
Ash sat in one of the outer stadium's locker rooms going over possible strategies in his head. He knew most of Ritchie's Pokemon and he planned around them. Ash was fairly certain he could beat his friend, but he didn't want to take any chances. Just as Ash was going over another strategy an official came and called him out to the field. Ash quickly pushed himself up off the bench and walked towards the field.
When Ash walked onto the field he was met by deafening applause and blinding light from flashing cameras. As Ash entered his box he saw Ritchie smiling over at him.
"I know I can't win, but I'll give my best!" Ritchie thought as he grasped his Pokeball.
"The quarter final three-on-three match between Ritchie and Ash, shall begin. Trainers bring out your first Pokemon."
"Cruise I need your help." Ritchie threw his ball, and a massive Tyranitar appeared letting out a mighty roar.
"Rio I choose you." Ash threw his ball and a Lucario appeared on the field meditating. Sensing he was about to battle Rio stood up and took a fighting
"Okay Lucario let's see if your training worked." Ash thought as he watched Rio take his stance.
"Ritchie since you won the coin toss, so you have the first move," The official said.
"Okay start off with Sandstorm." Tyranitar roared and a massive sandstorm whipped throughout the field. Ash had to shield his eyes from the strong winds.
"Rio sense where he is and use Force Palm." Rio closed his eyes and focused his aura. Seconds later he sensed Tyranitar and charged towards him. Tyranitar was scanning for Lucario, but it was stunned to see Lucario burst out of whipping dust with its eyes closed. Before Tyranitar had time to react, Rio shoved his palm into Tyranitar's stomach. There was a brief pause before and explosion was heard.
Seconds after the explosion Tyranitar came shooting out of the dust, and slammed into the wall with a dazed expression. The explosion dispersed the sandstorm, and everyone could see Lucario standing where Tyranitar once stood with its palm smoking slightly.
"Holy shit that was powerful!" Ritchie thought as he watched Tyranitar push itself out of the wall, while rubbing the scorch mark on his stomach.
"Looks like your training worked after all." Ash thought as Rio opened his eyes.
"Cruise use Fire Fang." The Armor Pokemon complied and started charging Lucario with flames pouring out of its mouth.
"Rio wait till the last second then jump and use Aura Sphere point blank." Rio took a stance and waited for Tyranitar. Once Tyranitar was about five feet away, Rio quickly jumped over Tyranitar. After a flip Lucario fired a point blank Aura Sphere into Tyranitar's back. The Armor Pokemon's eyes went wide as it was sent crashing to the ground from the force of the impact.
"Shit this isn't good." Ritchie thought as Tyranitar crashed to the ground.
"Rio finish this with a Force Palm Aura Sphere Combo." As soon as Rio landed he turned around and jumped back into the air. He started plummeting towards the down Tyranitar with an Aura Sphere in his hand.
"Cruise flip over and use Flamethrower." Tyranitar quickly flipped over and fired a stream of flames at the descending Lucario.
Rio had no time to dodge, so he braved the flames. Everyone gasped when Rio was engulfed in flames. But to everyone's astonishment, Rio burst through the flames. Seconds later Rio shoved a Force Palm powered Aura Sphere into Tyranitar's chest. Instantly an explosion rang through the field. Once the dust settled everyone could see a panting Lucario standing triumphantly on an unconscious Tyranitar's stomach.
"Tyranitar is unable to battle the winner is Lucario."
Rio stumbled off Tyranitar and slowly made his way back towards Ash. As Rio approached Ash got a good look at Rio's condition. Rio was heavily burned, with much of his fur singed and smoking. Ash couldn't help but cringe as the smell of burnt fur hit his nostrils. Seeing Rio in this condition made Ash worried, so he made a difficult desc ion.
"I forfeit Lucario." Ash said as he received a round of applause for Lucario's performance.
"Lucario is unable to battle. Trainers bring out your next Pokemon."
"Rose I need your help." Ritchie threw his ball and a Swellow appeared flying through the air.
"Sylveon I choose you." Ash threw his ball and the Intertwining Pokemon appeared in front of him.
"Ash you have the first move," The official said.
"Sylveon start off with Calm Mind." Sylveon closed her eyes and started to clear her mind raising its Special Attack and Special Defense.
"Rose use Aerial Ace" Swellow quickly started dive bombing towards Sylveon at an incredible speed.
"Sylveon quick use Double Team." Sylveon grunted and formed several copies over herself.
Swellow quickly lost which Sylveon was the real once, so it exited its dived bomb and flew back into the air.
"Now Sylveon use Moonblast." All the Sylveon copies started to gather fairy energy. One by one all the copies fired their own attack. Swellow managed to dodge most of them, but the one that it didn't dodge was the real attack.
"You know which one is the real one now, so use Air Slash." Swellow recovered from the Moonblast hit, and flapped its wings sending multiple saw blades of air towards Sylveon.
"Sylveon use Protect." Sylveon erected a green bubble around itself. Air Slash bounced harmlessly off the barrier when they hit.
"Rose use Giga Impact." Swellow gathered energy around itself and started to dive bomb Sylveon.
"Sylveon roll out of the way and use Hyper Beam." Just before Swellow hit Sylveon rolled to the side. This caused Swellow to slam painfully into the ground. Then Sylveon launched a Hyper Beam from near point blank range. The attack hit, and it sent Swellow sailing across the field.
When the official got a good look at Swellow, it was obvious it was knocked out.
"Swellow is unable to continue the winner is Sylveon. Ritchie bring out your last Pokemon."
"Zippo I need your strength." When Zippo appeared in the field he let out a large roar. Again Zippo eyed up his opponent, but this time he stood his ground ready to battle.
"So Ritchie must have gotten Zippo to listen to him, nice job Ritchie." Ash thought with a smile on his face.
"Ritchie you have the first move."
"Zippo use Flamethrower." Zippo opened it mouth and sent a jet of flames at Sylveon.
"Sylveon take the hit then use Toxic." Sylveon braced itself and let itself be surrounded by the flames. When the flames stopped Sylveon was left with a severe burn, but it pushed through the pain and hit Zippo with Toxic.
"Zippo finish this with Flare Blitz." Zippo surrounded itself in blue flames before it started flying towards Sylveon.
"Sylveon use Facade." This earned gasps from everyone, as Sylveon started to glow. Then Sylveon started to charge Zippo. The two collided causing a small explosion. When the dust settled Sylveon was unconscious, but Zippo was bruised and beaten.
"Sylveon is unable to battle the winner is Charizard. Ash bring out your last Pokemon."
"Greninja I choose you." Ash threw his ball and the Ninja Pokemon appeared taking a battle pose.
"Ash you have the first move."
"Greninja use Water Shuriken." Greninja formed several water throwing stars, and threw them at Zippo. When Zippo was about to dodge it was hit with the effects of the Toxic. Zippo flinched and the Water Shuriken hit Zippo sending the flame Pokemon to its knees.
"Zippo get up!" Ritchie yelled in desperation.
"Greninja finish this with Hydro Cannon." Greninja formed a massive sphere of water. When the sphere was fully formed he fired it at Zippo. The Flame Pokemon had no chance to dodge as the sphere of water hit him. It was obvious to everyone that Zippo was knocked out.
"Charizard is unable to battle. Since all of Ritchie's Pokemon are unable to battle the winner is Ash."
Instantly the crowd erupted in cheers, for Ash and Ritchie. Ash walked up to Ritchie and shook his hand.
"That was a great battle Ritchie. You really had me on the ropes a few times." Ash said smiling at Ritchie.
"You too Ash, now since you beat me you win the whole damn thing." Ritchie said with a grin a he turned to walk back towards his locker room.
Before Ash left he turned to see who he would be battling the next day. When he saw the results and evil smile spread across his face. The board showed Ash was battling a random trainer in the semi-finals. But Ash saw that Barry had a bye, so if Ash won his match tomorrow he would face Barry in the finals. Forming an evil plan Ash walked off the field to prepare.
(2 Days Later Finals)
Ash had simply decimated his opponent in the semi-finals. The poor trainer barely got an attack in as Ash punished his Pokemon.
Now Ash sat in his locker room in the main stadium ready to embarrass the hell out of Barry. He sat clutching the Pokeball that would guarantee his win.
"Mr. Ketchum you're up," The official said.
"Time to teach this asshole a lesson." Ash thought as he exited the room.
When Ash walked onto the field he blocked out all the applause and cheers and focused a menacing glare at Barry.
Barry was visibly shaking under Ash's glare. Ash's words still rung in Barry's head, and he feared for the worst.
"Are you prepared for this Barry, because when I'm done with you your Pokemon will need a serious stay at the Pokemon Center." Ash said with voice dripping with anger.
Barry merely gulped and pulled out his Pokeball.
"The final six-on-six battle between Barry and Ash will begin. Trainer bring out you Pokemon."
"Staraptor come on out." Barry said in a shaky voice.
Staraptor appeared flying around the field letting out piercing caws as it flew.
"Be prepared Barry, because this is the only Pokemon I'll need." Ash then threw his ball, and what came out made everyone gasp in shock. In front of Ash was the Sky High Pokemon Rayquaza. The massive Pokemon towered over Barry and most of the stadium.
"Now Barry you will see why you should NEVER! DOUBT ME!" Ash yelled as his eyes blazed blue.
"B-Barry you have the f-first move," The official managed to stammer out.
"Staraptor use Brave Bird." The Predator Pokemon hesitated before it complied and started flying towards Rayquaza covered in blue flames.
Ash simply pulled down his sleeve and pressed the megaring on his wrist. Rayquaza was surrounded in a blinding pink light. Moments later the light died down, and what appeared made Staraptor stop its attack and veer off.
"Barry meet Mega Rayquaza." Ash said with a wild grin on his face. As Ash said this extremely strong winds started blowing throughout the stadium.
"What you're feeling is Mega Rayquaza's ability Delta Stream." Ash yelled over the howling winds.
"Now Rayquaza use Ancient Power." Rayquaza formed several large boulders and flung them at Staraptor. Barry ordered Staraptor to dodge, but the Pokemon was having a tough enough time staying airborne and couldn't dodge. The attack hit sending Staraptor crashing to the ground knocked out.
"Staraptor is unable to battle, Rayquaza wins. Trainer bring out your next Pokemon," The official yelled over the winds.
"Roserade I need you." Barry threw his ball and the Bouquet Pokemon appeared on the field. But immediately Roserade stared to cower under the intense gaze Rayquaza was giving it.
"Rayquaza use Fire Blast." Roserade had no time to dodge as the wall of flames hit it, instantly knocking it out.
"Roserade is unable to battle, Rayquaza wins. Barry reveal your next Pokemon."
"Heracross come on out." The Single Horn Pokemon appeared. Heracross tried to remain brave, but its brave front was quickly crumbling.
"Heracross use Rock Tomb." Heracross raised its arms and three large rocks formed over its head. Then Heracross threw the rocks at Rayquaza.
"Let it hit you then use Rock Slide." The Rock Tomb hit Rayquaza, but the Sky High Pokemon barely flinched. Then when the attack was over, Rayquaza created a barrage of rocks and sent then at Heracross. The rocks hits Heracross, knocking it out instantly.
"Why didn't that do more damage!" Barry yelled over the winds.
"Oh that's one of the effects of Mega Rayquaza's Delta Stream. It makes moves that would be super effective against flying types only do normal damage." Ash said with a grin, while Barry had a look of absolute horror on his face.
"Heracross is unable to battle, Rayquaza wins. Trainer bring out your next Pokemon."
"Skarmory I need your assistance." The Armor Bird Pokemon appeared in the air, but it was almost immediately grounded by the intense winds.
"Rayquaza use Overheat." Rayquaza opened its mouth and sent a massive stream of white hot flames at Skarmory.
While Skarmory struggled to stay in the air, the attack hit the Pokemon. Skarmory then fell to the ground unconscious.
"Skarmory is unable to battle, Rayquaza wins. Trainer reveal your next Pokemon."
"Hitmonlee come on out." Barry threw his ball and Kicking Pokemon appeared in its battle pose.
"Hitmonlee use Stone Edge." Barry knew the attack wouldn't do too much, but it was better than nothing.
"Oh I've been waiting to try this move out. Rayquaza use Dragon Ascent." Rayquaza shot into the air at a blinding speed. It flew so high eventually everyone lost sight of it. Just as everyone thought Rayquaza may have flown off, they heard a loud bang. Everyone turned to see Rayquaza behind Hitmonlee. And that loud bang was Rayquaza breaking the sound barrier as it approached. When Rayquaza hit Hitmonlee, a massive explosion rang out. Everyone already knew the results of the attack.
"Hitmonlee is unable to battle, Rayquaza wins. Barry bring out your last Pokemon."
"Empoleon come on out." Barry threw out his last Pokemon and the Emperor Pokemon appeared in front of him.
"Rayquaza finish this with Draco Meteor." Rayquaza raised its head and launched the ball of dragon energy into the air. When it reached the right height the ball exploded into a dozen smaller balls. They each came crashing down on top of Empoleon with a loud whistling noise. When the dust settled Empoleon was in a crater unconscious.
"Empoleon is unable to battle, Rayquaza wins. Since all of Barry's Pokemon are unable to battle, the winner is Ash!"
(Hall of Origins)
Arceus finished watching Ash's battle against Barry, and he had only one thought running through his mind.
"Why the fuck did I give Rayquaza a mega evolution?" Arceus thought as he rewatched the carnage Mega Rayquaza had caused.
(Back on the Field)
The crowd erupted into cheers over the amazing battle.
As the official announced this Barry feel to his knees with a far off look. Ash returned Rayquaza and looked over to Barry. Seeing Barry on his knees Ash sighed and started walking over to him.
When Ash reached Barry, he could hear him crying softly. Again Ash sighed and placed his hand on Barry's shoulder. When Barry looked up he flinched in fear as Ash was standing over him.
"This is it he's gonna rub it in my face." Barry thought as he prepared for the verbal on onslaught. But what came out of Ash's mouth surprised him.
"Are you sorry?' Ash asked causing Barry to look up at him.
"W-What?' Barry asked extremely confused.
"I said are you sorry?" Ash asked crouching down to Barry's level.
"What do you mean?" Barry asked wiping away his tears.
"Are you sorry for doubting me?" Ash asked starting to get annoyed.
"Ash that was probably the worst mistake I've ever made, and I am truly sorry for trying to make you give up your dream." Barry said as fresh tears fell from his eyes.
"Then you're forgiven." Ash said standing back up.
"Wh-What?" Barry asked as he too stood back up.
"I said I forgive you Barry, and this is the only chance you'll have to be forgiven so don't waste it." Ash said as he walked off the field.
"Thank You Ash!" Barry yelled at the retreating Ash.
As Ash walked off the field he looked up at the champions box, and he saw Cynthia looking down at him. Seeing that she was spotted Cynthia blushed and walked away from the window. This caused a grin to spread across Ash's face.
"Cynthia you better be ready because your next." Ash thought as he walked back into his locker room.

Okay I want to talk about the recent cover for the soundtrack of The Last Naruto the Movie. I'm sick of people screaming that NaruHina is canon just because Naruto and Hinata are on the cover of the soundtrack. The FUCKING SOUNDTRACK! Just because they are standing in the soundtrack doesn't automatically mean that they'll end up together. Plus if you look at the cover, both Naruto and Hinata don't look happy like they're in love. Naruto look's conflicted or sad, like he's about to tell Hinata something she won't want to hear. I literally have no idea why NaruHina is so popular. Naruto and Hinata literally spend next to zero time together outside of missions/the war. They never talk or just hang out, Naruto knows nothing about Hinata. For Naruto to just love her out of thin air is just lazy fucking writing. And if the movie explains that Naruto and Hianta have been spending time together during the time skip, that's a really shitty way to explain him suddenly liking her. NaruHina just makes no sense at this point in the anime/manga. Then it pisses me of when people rip on NaruSaku, trying to scrounge up ever pathetic excuse they can come up with to justify them no being together. When NaruSaku has 10 times the evidence pointing towards it than NaruHina does. Naruto says that he will try to win Sakura over, like she tries to wins Sasuke over. So why have Naruto contradict everything he stands for by giving up on Sakura, and move to Hinata. Naruto never gives up on anything no matter how impossible the odds are, so why should he ever give up on Sakura. Now don't get me wrong, I don't hate Hinata. I hate it when people scream NaruHina is cannon then immediately start bashing Sakura. Now if NaruHina becomes cannon I won't curse Kishimoto and give up the series. I will however be extremely disappointed that Kishimoto missed out on the oppurtunity for Naruto to in a relationship that actually has depth and development. NaruSaku just has so much more development and possibility than NaruHina has. Naruto and Sakura know each other on such a personal level, they support each other and would do anything for each other. There are so many other things that point to NaruSaku I won't waste my time explaining them all. Something that will piss me off if NaruHina becomes cannon, is if NaruSaku had no chance to be cannon why make so many hints and nods towards it throughout the ENTIRE SERIES. I think it would be hilarious if Kishimoto said fuck you to both ships and had Naruto get with Sakura and Hianta, that would be fucking hilarious. To finish if NaruHina does become cannon, which I pray it doesn't, I won't be upset and hate the series. I will, just be extremely disappointed that Naruto won't be with the girl THAT HE HAS BEEN IN LOVE WITH since the very start of the series. Especially since she has started to show signs of returning his feelings.
