Hey guys! I'm back with another chapter. Sorry this one took so long, but I had to update my other stories first. Since the wait for this chapter was longer, and because we're almost at a 1,000 followers. I decided to make this chapter longer than normal. So hopefully this chapter should help make up for the long wait. One quick thing before I start this chapter. Please stop using guest reviews to ask me to add girls, or to do lemons, or make requests for this story. If you have a request you want to make, PLEASE PM ME! I'm sick of my guest reviews being flooded by people asking me to do this and that, and since they're using guest reviews I have no way to reply to them! So use PM's if you want to ask me something, or if you want to make requests. Guest reviews are for REVIEWS, not spamming me with requests and other bullshit! You have no idea how frustrating it is for me to see a review alert pop up in my email, and the fucking review turns out to be some guy with horrible grammar and sentence composition begging me to add some girl to a harem, or to do this or that. So again PM me if you want to do shit like that. *Sigh* Again thank you all for your continued patience and support. Without further ado, let's get the chapter started.

(2 Weeks Later; 4:00 p.m. Vertress Conference)
"Well this is it." Ash said, as he gazed at the stadiums sprawled out around him. "This is the last leg of our Unova journey."
"This brings back so many memories." Iris said, spinning around to look at all the buildings. "It's been so long since I've been here."
"Ah, the air is thick with nostalgia." Cilan said with a smile, as he inhaled deeply. "Hopefully this time Ash will come out victorious."
"Oh don't worry Ash will win for sure." Flannery said, waving dismissively. "He'll cream all the competition."
"I don't know Flannery." Roxie said, as she flipped through a brochure for the tournament. She scanned through a list of competitors. "There's a lot of trainers competing this year. Most of them are no names, but there are few returning faces."
"Like who?" Dawn asked, quirking a blue eyebrow.
"Well we know that Cameron, Bianca, and Stephan are competing in this year's tournament." Roxie replied, as she continued to look through the list of trainers. Her eyes suddenly widened when she spotted a particular name. "Whoa, it looks like Virgil is competing too."
"Virgil?!" Iris exclaimed in a shocked tone.
"Who's Virgil?" Anabel asked in a confused tone.
"He's the trainer who won the Unova League when Ash last competed." Roxie answered, putting the brochure back in her bag. "But he won only using a team of Eevee."
"Really!? Only Eevee?!" Lyra asked with a surprised look.
"Yeah it was pretty amazing." Ash said, turning to face the rest of the group. "I really hope I get a chance to battle him."
"Virgil's most likely improved since you last saw him, so he'll probably make it far in this tournament." Cilan explained, looking up from his digital map. "If you can make it far in the competition you're likely to face him."
"Sounds like a plan to me." Ash said with a wide grin.
"I also heard that the new champion is really tough." Roxie said, as she rubbed her chin. "I never met her, but I've seen clips of her battling. She looks like she'll give Ash a run for his money."
"Oh, you're talking about Hilda." Ash said, causing Roxie's eyes to widen.
"You know her?" Roxie asked with a look of disbelief.
"Yeah, I meet her a few years ago in Kanto." Ash replied, rubbing the back of his head. A small smile spread across Ash's face, as he remembered his pasts meetings with the brunette. "We really hit it off, and we became friends. We met up again in Sinnoh, and I learned that she was the new champion of Unova. I promised her a battle after we first met. So hopefully I can win this tournament, and give her that battle I promised." Ash quickly turned back around to hide his blushing face.
"Ash you're blushing." May said in a teasing tone, as she poked Ash's cheek.
"I am not!" Ash yelled, as his cheeks turned even redder.
"Oh, does our little Ashy have a crush on Hilda?" Cynthia teased, pinching Ash's cheek.
"S-Shut up." Ash protested weakly, as he crossed his arms over his chest.
"He totally does." Dawn said with a giggle.
"Let's just get to our hotel." Ash said with a huff, as he started to walk faster.
"What a little kid." Iris said with a smirk.
"I HEARD THAT!?" Ash screamed, causing everyone to burst out laughing.
(6 Hours Later)
After practicing contest moves for a few hours, May and Dawn began to make their way back to their hotel. It was dark out, and streets surrounding the stadiums were fairly empty. The only sources of light were the numerous street lamps lining the path.
"That move you've been working on is coming along nicely, Dawn." May complimented, as she walked beside the bluenette. "You always seem to come up with the most creative moves."
"Thanks May, but I want to perfect all my moves before I enter my next contest circuit." Dawn said, locking her hands behind her bag.
"Too bad Unova doesn't have any contests." May said with a sigh, placing her hands behind her head. "I've been itching to get back onto the stage."
"I know what you mean." Dawn agreed, looking up at the star filled sky. "It's been a little over a year and a half since I've competed in a contest. But once Ash finishes all the leagues, we'll have plenty of time to participate in contests."
"Yeah, we both won ribbon cups. So now it's time to support Ash, and help him achieve his dream of becoming a Pokémon Master." May said, nodding her head. "Hey Dawn, how do think Ash will do in the tournament?"
"Do you have to ask?" Dawn asked with a slight chuckle. "Ash will it all for sure."
"But you heard what Roxie said." May countered, turning her head to look at Dawn. "That Virgil guy is competing again, and Hilda is supposed to be pretty tough."
"May, Ash beat Cynthia for Arceus sake." Dawn said, placing her hand on May's shoulder. "She is one of the strongest trainers on the planet, and Ash managed to beat her." Dawn patted May's shoulder, and continued walking. "I think he'll do fine."
"Yeah, I guess you're right." May said with a bright smile, as she followed after Dawn. "I don't know why I even doubted him."
May and Dawn continued their conversation, as they neared the hotel. Just as the hotel came into view, a sudden chill ran up Dawn's spine. She quickly spun around and glared at an alley to their left.
"Alright who's there?!" Dawn yelled, as she stomped towards the alley.
"Dawn what's up?" May asked, as she followed behind the bluenette.
"I know I felt someone watching us." Dawn said, reaching the alley's entrance. "Okay pervert! This is your one and only warning! Come out now, or I'll sic one of my Pokémon on your ass!" Dawn pulled out a Pokeball, and enlarged it.
"Dawn, are you sure someone was there?" May asked, as she gazed down the alley. "Because I don't see anyone."
"That's because the little shit is hiding." Dawn hissed, glaring at a dumpster down the alley. "I'll give you to the count of three to come out! 1...2..."
"Alright!" A voice exclaimed from behind the dumpster. "I'm coming out! So don't hurt me!" Dawn glared at the figure that emerged from behind the dumpster. But when the figure turned around her eyes widened in shock.
"Conway!" Dawn yelled in disbelief. "What are you doing here? And why the hell you were you spying on us?!"
"Hello Dawn." Conway said, as he dusted himself off. "I'm here because I'm competing in the Unova League."
"I should have known it was you when that chill ran up my spine." Dawn said in an annoyed tone. "And you didn't say why you were spying on us!"
"No reason, and I wouldn't call it spying." Conway said with a creepy chuckle, as he adjusted him glasses. "Observing is the term I'd use."
"Dawn who is this creep?" May whispered, as she stood behind the bluenette. "He's seriously freaking me out."
"He's a trainer Ash and I met in Sinnoh. He's always been like this around me." Dawn replied, taking a step back. "He's been creepy since the moment I met him."
"Dawn who is your...friend." Conway asked, as he looked past Dawn at May.
"This is my friend May." Dawn said, standing in front of the brunette.
"Hmm, she's as beautiful as you are Dawn." Conway said with a creepy smile.
"T-Thank you." May said nervously, as she began to whisper in Dawn's ear again. "Dawn, get us the fuck out of here!"
"Well it was great seeing you Conway, but we have to get back to our hotel." Dawn said, as she began to back out of the alley.
"Actually Dawn, would you care to join me for dinner tomorrow night?" Conway asked, taking a step forward. Another creepy smile spread across his face, as he looked at May. "Your friend May can join us as well."
"Sorry Conway but we're both already in a relationship, so we'll have to pass." Dawn answered, as she continued to back up.
"Oh? With who?" Conway asked, cocking an eyebrow.
"With Ash!" May yelled, as she peeked out from behind Dawn.
"Both of you? With Ash?" Conway asked with a confused look, as he took another step forward. "You both could do much better than him. Someone like me."
"Thanks for your input Conway, but we really have to go." Dawn said, as she spun around. "Come on May!" Dawn grabbed May's hand, and began to run down the street towards their hotel.
"Dawn wait!" Conway yelled, but it was too late. Both girls were already out of earshot. "Damn it! Ash Ketchum, you've gotten between me and Dawn once again!" Conway walked out of the alley, and began to walk towards where he was staying for the conference. As Conway neared his hotel he chuckled and adjusted his glasses. "I will beat you Ash Ketchum, and prove that I'm the better man for Dawn."
(2 Minutes Later)
Dawn and May burst through the front doors of their hotel, and immediately made their way towards Ash's room. Reaching their lovers room, Dawn began to hurriedly knock on the door. After a few moments a sleepy looking Ash opened the door.
"May? Dawn?" Ash asked, as he rubbed his tired eyes. "What are you two doing here, and why do you both look so exhausted?"
"Ash can we please come in?" May pleaded, surprising the raven-haired trainer.
"Yeah sure, come in." Ash said, as he stepped aside. Pikachu was now awake, and was looking at both girls with a confused look. "Seriously, what happened with you two?" Ash's had a concerned tone, as both girls took a seat on his bed.
"We ran into some creep on the way home." May said, as she fidgeted on the bed. "He was watching us from some alley."
"Did you find out who it was?" Ash asked, anger flashing in his eyes.
"It was Conway." Dawn answered, causing Ash's eyes to widen.
"Conway?! I always had a bad feeling about that guy." Ash said, as he clenched his fists. "If I see him, I'm gonna give him piece of my mind."
"You'll probably see him soon." Dawn said, as she stood up from the bed. "He's participating in the Unova League, so you'll most likely see him tomorrow." Dawn walked over to Ash's bathroom, and stopped in the doorway. "I'm gonna use your shower Ash. After having Conway spy on us I feel all dirty."
"Go right ahead Dawn." Ash said, as Dawn closed the bathroom door.
"Ash?" May asked, getting the raven-haired trainers attention. "Can I stay with you tonight? I'm still a little freaked out about what happened earlier."
"Sure thing May." Ash said with a warm smile, as he climbed into the bed. May immediately scooted next to Ash, getting as close as possible. Ash wrapped a protective arm around May, and kissed the top of her head. "Goodnight May, I love you."
"Goodnight Ash, I love you too." May said, turning her head to give Ash a quick peck on the lips.
Shortly after May fell asleep in Ash's arms, Dawn emerged from the bathroom. Now feeling cleaned of Conway's filth, Dawn quickly put her clothes back on. A smile spread across Dawn's face when she saw Ash and May cuddling together. Since May and her were sharing a room, Dawn decided she didn't want to return to an empty room. So she slowly and quietly crawled onto the bed. Dawn laid behind Ash, and got as close to him as possible. The bluenette was surprised when Ash rolled onto his back, and wrapped and arm around her.
"You're still awake." Dawn said with a smile, as she looked at Ash's grinning face.
"I was hoping you'd stay." Ash said, as he gave Dawn a quick kiss. "Night Dawn, I love you."
"Love you too, Ash." Dawn said, as she cuddled closer to the raven haired trainer.
"Conway, if I end up going against you I won't hold anything back. I'll crush you for scaring my girls." Ash soon drifted off to sleep with both May and Dawn in his arms.
(The Next Morning; 9:30 a.m. Main Stadium)
Ash stood surrounded by trainers in the main stadium of the Vertress Conference. He spotted several familiar faces among the crowd. Stephan and Bianca were to his left. Cameron was standing about twenty feet in front of him with Lucario at his side. Virgil was a few feet to Ash's right, his Eevee sitting on his shoulder. Conway behind Ash, near the back of the crowd, but Ash had managed to pick him out. A small growl escaped Ash's throat when he spotted Conway.
"Welcome ladies and gentleman to this years Vertress Conference!" The announcers voice boomed over the P.A. "Well start off today's events with the preliminary battles! Each preliminary battle will be a three-on-three elimination battle! When all three of a trainers Pokémon are unable to battle, the loser is disqualified! Once the preliminaries are complete there will be several rounds of elimination battles before we move onto the finals! Now if you'll all turn your attention to the monitors, we'll announce the match ups for the preliminaries!"
All the trainers turned to look at several monitors that were scattered around the stadium. Pictures of all the trainers participating in the tournament filled the monitors. Immediately the pictures began to shuffle and pair up. As Ash waited to see his match up, he spotted of his friends be matched up with their opponents. Cameron and Virgil both were facing no names trainers, that Ash had never seen before. But Ash was surprised when he saw Stephan and Bianca matched together right off the bat.
"Man that sucks." Ash thought, as he turned to look at the pair. "Having to battle each other right off the bat is rough. Well I guess they just had back luck." Ash's thoughts were cut off when he spotted his picture appear on the screen. A massive smirk spread across Ash's face when he saw who he was matched up against. "Conway, looks like you'll be heading home early."
"Ash is my first battle, huh." Conway thought, as he adjusted his glasses. "Well now is the perfect chance to defeat him, and prove to Dawn that I'm the better man."
Since Ash's battle with Conway was near the end of the day, he decided to join his friends and watch the preliminary battles. Ash wasn't surprised to see Virgil and Cameron both easily beat their opponents. When it was Cameron and Bianca's turn to battle, Ash was surprised to see Bianca pull through and win. The rest of the battles were rather dull in comparison. But after waiting patiently it was finally time for Ash to battle Conway. With wishes of good luck, Ash made his way down to the locker room where he would wait to be announced.
"Now it's time for a battle I'm sure you've all been waiting for!" The announcer's voice boomed. "On one side of the field we have, all the way from Sinnoh, Conway!" Conway walked onto the field with an air of cocky arrogance. He took his place on his side of the battlefield, a smirk spread across his face. "And on the other end of the field we have the Champion of Kalos, Hoenn, and Sinnoh! He aims now aims to conquer another region on his quest to become a Pokémon Master! All the way from the far off region of Kanto, Ash Ketchum!" The crowd burst into applause as Ash walked onto the field. Ash smiled and waved to the crowd, and even blew a kiss to his girls.
"It's seems you're quite popular Ash." Conway said, as he adjusted his glasses. "It's a shame everyone here will have to see you humiliated."
"You've got things turned around Conway. You're the one who will be humiliated." Ash said with a grin, earning a glare from Conway. "If my memory serves right, I beat you back in Sinnoh. I plan to do that again here."
"Don't think you'll win so easily." Conway said, grabbing a Pokeball off his belt. "I plan on beating you here and now. And proving to everyone that I'm better than you." Conway said the last part under his breath.
"This will be a standard three-on-three elimination battle!" The official said, looking from Conway to Ash. "Now trainers, bring out your first Pokemon."
"You're defeat starts now, Ash. Come on out Heracross!" The Single Horn Pokemon landed on the field with a thud, kicking up a small amount of dust.
"I'll only need one Pokemon to beat you." Ash said, glaring at Conway as he grabbed a specific ball. "Oh, Dawn told me an interesting story last night, Conway." Ash enlarged the Cherish Ball in his hand. "I don't take kindly to creeps spying on my girls and scaring them. You need to be taught a serious lesson. Yveltal I choose you!" The Destruction Pokemon materialized in the air above Ash. The massive Pokemon filled a large portion of the stadium's airspace, and it cast a shadow over the entire battlefield. Conway stared up at the Pokemon with a look of fear and utter shock. "Do you know what they call Yveltal?"
"N-No." Conway answered, as the massive Pokemon glared at him.
"He's known as the Destruction Pokemon." Ash explain, causing Conway's eyes to widen. "Yveltal, destroy."
"Gladly." Yveltal said, gathering a large amount of energy between its wings. Seconds later a stream of pink and black energy shot towards Heracross. The Single Horn Pokemon was too stunned to move, and was hit full force by the attack. Heracross was completely consumed by the attack. A few moments later the attack stopped, and Heracross was knocked out where it stood.
"H-Heracross is unable to b-battle, the winner is Y-Yveltal." The official said in a stunned tone. "Conway please bring out your next Pokemon."
"That was move Oblivion Wing." Ash said, crossing his arms over his chest. "It does damage, as well as steal energy from its target. You should just forfeit while you still have your dignity Conway."
Conway returned Heracross, and looked down at the Pokeball in his hands. His hands were shaking slightly, as he clenched his fist. "No! I will still fight, and I will beat you!"
"Your funeral." Ash said with a shrug.
"Dusknoir come on out!" The Gripper Pokemon appeared, floating in front of Conway. "Use Trick Room!"
"This old strategy?" Ash asked with a confused look. "What makes you think it will work this time?"
"Just shut up!" Conway yelled, as he glared at Ash. "Dusknoir use Thunder Punch!"
Dusknoir, under the affect of trick room, flew towards Yveltal at incredible speed. However Yveltal looked unfazed, as Dusknoir flew towards it with an electrically charged fist. Closing the distance, Dusknoir struck Yveltal with the super-effective electric move. But to everyone's shock, Yveltal looked unharmed by the attack.
"T-There's not even a sc-scratch." Conway stuttered out, fear evident in his voice.
"Yveltal use Dark Pulse." Ash commanded in a bored tone.
After gathering a large amount of power, Yveltal fired a beam of dark at Dusknoir. The Gripper Pokemon attempted to dodge the attack, but, even with Trick Room still in effect, it couldn't outrun Yveltal's attack. The super-effective dark-type move hit home, and immediately slammed Dusknoir into the ground. It only took the official a single glance to determine the outcome of the round.
"Dusknoir is unable to battle, the winner is Yveltal. Conway, please bring out your final Pokemon."
"H-How can he have a Pokemon this powerful?!" Conway thought, as sweat began to form on his brow.
"Yveltal isn't my only legendary Pokemon, Conway." Ash said, startling the other trainer. "I have dozens of other legendary Pokemon, each of them as powerful as Yveltal." Conway was shocked when he saw Ash's eyes change from a warm brown to electric blue. "It's not very smart to cross me, or those I love. I'll give you one last chance, forfeit now." Ash's tone was dead serious, and his eyes were fierce.
Conway looked at Yveltal, the Pokemon hovered in the air over the battlefield. Yveltal seemed to be daring Conway to continue battling, so that it could annihilate another one his Pokemon. Conway looked Ash, and saw that he was starting to get impatient, his now blue eyes narrowing. Weighing his options, Conway couldn't think of any way to possibly defeat Ash. Conway released a heavy sigh, and raised his arm.
"I forfeit the match." Conway said in a defeated tone.
"Conway forfeits the match. The winner is Ash Ketchum!"
The crowd erupted into cheers, as Ash returned Yveltal. Ignoring the crowd, Ash walked over to Conway. Ash grabbed Conway by his collar, and lifted him into the air. Conway gasped when he saw the anger in Ash's bright blue eyes.
"You better listen good Conway, because I'm only gonna say this once." Ash's tone was cold and frightening, and caused Conway to flinch in fear. "You will stay away from Dawn, May, and all my other girls. If I ever see or hear that you've been around them, I will beat you senseless. Do you understand?" Conway nodded his head immediately. Ash's eyes turned back to their normal brown, as he tossed Conway onto the ground. Ash then turned his back to him. "Get out of my sight now, before I change my mind." Conway couldn't have ran off the field faster, as Ash walked back to his locker room.
"That's it for preliminary rounds ladies and gentleman!" The announcer exclaimed through the P.A. "Tomorrow will begin the elimination rounds that will determine who enters into the finals! Get some rest, because tomorrow will be filled with excitement!"
Up in a private box, overlooking the battlefield, Hilda, Lance, and Tobias watched Ash walk off the field. Hilda had a look of awe and wonder on her face, as she watched the raven-haired trainer, a faint blush even painted her cheeks.
"Well that was quite the display." Lance said, breaking the silence that had fallen over the three of them. "Looks like he might actually take your title Hilda."
"No shit!" Hilda exclaimed, as gestured towards the battlefield. "Did you see that fucking thing?! He said he a lot more Pokemon of that caliber!"
"Oh I don't think Ash will use any legendary Pokemon on you." Lance said, causing Hilda to quirk an eyebrow.
"And why's that?" Hilda asked in a confused tone.
"Ash only used Yveltal to intimidate his opponent. He didn't use his legends to breeze through his battles." Lance explained, shooting Tobias a sideways glance.
"But didn't Ash use a legend when he battled Cynthia?" Hilda pointed out, earning a chuckle from Lance.
"Cynthia is one of the strongest trainers on the planet. You'd need a legend to go up against her." Lance said, causing Hilda to nod her head in agreement. "Plus Diancie didn't exactly win Ash that battle. As soon as Garchomp came into play, it decimated Diancie."
"I guess you're right." Hilda said, as she stood up from her seat.
"So you probably don't have to worry about battling any legendary Pokemon." Lance said, standing up as well.
"Tobias you've been rather quite." Hilda said to the gray-haired man. But Tobias said nothing. He silently stood up, and exited the room. "Tch, he's fucked when Ash battles him."
"Indeed." Lance agreed with a smirk.
"Well I'm gonna go see if I can catch up with Ash." Hilda said, making her way towards the door.
"Don't do anything inappropriate." Lance said, following after Hilda. "I saw the way you gawking at Ash, like he was a piece of man candy."
"I-I was n-not!" Hilda yelled, as her entire face burned red in embarrassment.
"I'm just kidding." Lance laughed, waving at Hilda dismissively. "It's kinda obvious you have a thing for him though. Are you gonna tell him?"
"I don't know." Hilda said, as she stared at the floor. "I've heard stories about all the girls he has following him."
"You'll never know if you don't tell him." Lance said, placing a hand on Hilda's shoulder. "You best tell him before he leaves."
"Yeah, you're right." Hilda said, a hopeful look in her eyes. "I'll tell him after out battle, because Ash will win this thing. He promised me a battle, and I know he'll keep his promise."
"Well you should run along if you want to catch him." Lance said, as he waved Hilda off. "Get going now."
"Thanks Lance!" Hilda called out, as she ran down the hall. "I'll see you tomorrow to watch the battles."
"Ah young love." Lance said, as he watched Hilda run off. "What I wouldn't give to be young like that again."
(5 Minutes Later)
"You didn't have to do that Ash." Dawn said, as she hugged his arm.
"Yes I did Dawn." Ash said, looking down at bluenette. "I had to show him that you and May are mine and mine alone. I did the same with Kenny and Drew, and I'll do it to anyone who tries to take you girls from me."
"Oh, I didn't know you were so possessive." Dawn said in a teasing tone, as she gave Ash a wide grin.
"Well I'll always protect what's mine." Ash said, as he leaned in and kissed Dawn. The bluenette immediately started to kiss back, wrapping her arms around Ash's neck. Their tongues quickly met, and began battle for dominance. However their liplock was cut short when someone cleared their throat.
"I see the rumors are true." Hilda said, as her cheeks were stained pink.
"Hilda!?" Ash exclaimed in an excited tone. "It's been so long since I've seen you! I missed you!" Ash rushed over to the brunette, and enveloped her in a tight hug.
"I missed you too, Ash." Hilda said in a strained tone, as she returned the hug. "But can you please loosen up a little bit."
"Oh! Sorry about that." Ash said, releasing Hilda and rubbing the back of his head. "So, how have you been?"
"I've been great!" Hilda said with a wide smile. "It looks like we might finally be having that battle you promised me."
"Not 'might' we will be having that battle. I'm gonna win this thing, and take your title." Ash said with a grin.
"Oh ho, someone's getting pretty cocky." Hilda said, placing her hands on her hips. "Don't think I'm gonna let you take my title so easily."
"I plan on you putting up a good fight." Ash shot back, crossing his arms over his chest. "Doesn't mean I'm not gonna beat you though."
"*Ahem* I'm here too." Dawn said, making her presence known.
"Oh! Dawn, I'm sorry!" Ash exclaimed, as he walked over to the bluenette. "Hilda this is Dawn. Dawn this is Hilda."
"Pleasure to meet you." Dawn said with a smile, as she extended her hand.
"It's always great to meet one of Ash's friends." Hilda said, shaking Dawn's hand.
"Oh, we're much more than friends." Dawn said, causing Hilda to chuckle.
"Yeah I saw how close you two were earlier." Hilda said, a slight blush spreading across her face. "But I've heard you're not the only one with Ash."
"There are others. Do you want to meet them?" Dawn asked, gesturing back towards their hotel.
"I'm sure I'll meet them all eventually." Hilda said with a smile. "But I wanted to congratulate Ash, and see if he wanted to hang out."
"Sure thing Hilda!" Ash said with a grin, as he grabbed Hilda's hand. "I saw this great looking restaurant earlier, let's get something to eat."
"You read my mind Ash." Hilda said, her cheeks darkening at the sudden contact.
"Dawn, I'm gonna head out with Hilda for awhile. I'll see you all the hotel later!" Ash called out, as he lead Hilda towards the restaurant.
"Sure thing Ash! Have fun you two!" Dawn yelled, waving at the retreating duo. "*Sigh* Looks like there's gonna be another one joining us soon."
(2 Days Later)
After Ash's dinner with Hilda, he walked her back to her hotel. She had thanked him for an amazing time. Right when Ash was about to say goodbye, Hilda had leaned forward and kissed his cheek. Before Ash could say anything, Hilda ran inside the hotel with a massive blush painting her face. Ash pressed a had pressed a hand to his cheek, as a massive smile spread across his face. Right there in front of Hilda's hotel, Ash decided that Hilda would be his, and he knew exactly how he was gonna get her.
Ash had breezed through his two elimination battles. Both of his battles had been against no name trainers. After steamrolling both his opponents, Ash had secured his place in the semi-finals. Unfortunately Ash wouldn't be able to face Bianca, because she had been eliminated by Cameron in the final elimination round. After the elimination rounds were over, there was only four trainers left in the tournament: Ash, Cameron, Virgil, and a trainer named Joseph. All four of the remaining trainers stood in the center stadium, waiting to see who they would be battling in the semis.
"Alright ladies and gentleman! With only four trainers remaining, we're ready to start the semi-finals!" The announcer exclaimed, causing Ash and Cameron to grin at each other. "Our computer will now randomly pair these four trainers! Let's see who will be battling who in the semi-finals!"
Pictures of the four trainers appeared on the monitors, and began to shuffle the images around. After about twenty seconds the images finally stopped, and the pairings were determined.
"It looks like the two semi-final battles will be Ash vs. Cameron and Virgil vs. Joseph!" Ash and Cameron immediately stared at each other with eyes full of determination. "Will Ash and Cameron please make their way to the East stadium! Virgil and Joseph head towards the West stadium, so we can start both matches immediately!"
"Looks like we're gonna have a rematch." Cameron said with a wide grin.
"Yeah, and it's gonna end differently this time." Ash said with a smirk, as he adjusted his cap. "I plan to come out on top this time."
(30 Minutes Later; Eastern Stadium)
After a grueling 5-on-5 battle, both Ash and Cameron were down to their last Pokemon. It was Pikachu vs. Lucario, a mirror image of their first battle years ago. Both Pokemon were fresh and ready to battle. The Mouse Pokemon and the Aura Pokemon both glared at each other from opposite ends of the battlefield.
"Both trainers are down to their last Pokemon! The winner of this round will advance to the finals! Pikachu vs. Lucario, begin!"
"Let's win this Pikachu!" Ash exclaimed, as he twisted his hat backwards. "Start off with Quick Attack!" Pikachu was enveloped in a bright white aura, as it shot towards Lucario at an incredible speed.
"Lucario, rapid fire Aura Spheres!" The Aura Pokemon raised its paws, and began to fire dozens of Aura Spheres at Pikachu. But Pikachu used its superior speed to dodge all of the attacks. A seconds later, Pikachu lunged at Lucario. "Shit Pikachu got fast!"
"Now use Brick Break!"
Cameron's eyes widened, as he watched Pikachu's glowing slam into Lucario's face. The Aura Pokemon roared in pain, as it was sent skidding back by the super-effective attack. Stopping its skid, Lucario glared at the Mouse Pokemon.
"Lucario Dragon Pulse now!" Again Lucario pressed its paws together, as it gathered up energy. Moments later, Lucario fired a beam of blue energy at Pikachu.
"Pikachu use Dig to dodge!" Immediately Pikachu began to burrow into the ground, narrowly avoiding Lucario's attack.
"I got you now! Lucario use Earthquake!" Lucario grinned, as it reared back and punched the ground. The entire stadium began to shake, causing Pikachu to shoot out of the ground. But Cameron was shocked to see dozens of Pikachus shoot out of the ground instead of just one. "He use Double Team before he resurfaced!"
"Now let's play guess the real one." Ash said with a wide smirk. "Pikachu use Thunder Punch!" All of the Pikachus started racing towards Lucario, electricity sparking off their paws. Lucario spun around, and frantically tried to pick out the real Pikachu.
"Lucario calm down!" Cameron yelled, causing Lucario's eyes to widen. "Try to sense Pikachu's aura. Only the real one will give off an aura signature." Lucario closed its eyes, and tried to pinpoint Pikachu's aura. But Lucario gasped when he saw that each of the Pikachus was giving off an aura signature. Lucario began to panic, and blindly swing at the lunging Pikachus. After a few moments the real Pikachu struck, hitting Lucario with an electrically charged punch. The Aura Pokemon was sent skidding back, as electricity sparked of its body. "Why didn't that work?!"
"You're not the only one that knows a thing or two about aura." Ash said with a smirk, as his eyes flashed bright blue. "One of my Lucario taught Pikachu a neat trick. He taught Pikachu how to put a small amount of his aura using Double Team. It really throws off Pokemon that rely on aura, like Riolu and Lucario."
"T-That's incredible." Cameron said in awe. But Cameron suddenly shook his head, and pulled his sweatband letting it slap his forehead. "Get up Lucario, we're still in this! Use Bone Rush!" Lucario rubbed its sore jaw before it tried to charge Pikachu. But after Lucario took a step it grunted in pain, as its muscles began to seize. Cameron's eyes widened when he saw small amounts of electricity spark off Lucario. "Paralysis?!"
"Well that was unexpected." Ash said with a wide smirk. "Let's finish this Pikachu, use a Brick Break Iron Tail Combo!" Pikachu sped towards the still paralyzed Lucario. Closing the gap, Pikachu hit Lucario with a super-effective uppercut. Lucario was sent airborne by the hit, but Pikachu quickly back flipped, and slammed his glowing tail on top of Lucario's head. The Aura Pokemon crashed into the ground, kicking up a large amount of smoke. When the smoke cleared the outcome of the battle was obvious. Pikachu stood at the edge of a small crater, with Lucario unconscious in the middle.
"Lucario is unable to battle, the winner is Pikachu! Since all of Cameron's Pokemon are unable to battle, Ash moves on to the finals!"
The crowd burst into cheers, as Ash ran up and hugged Pikachu. Cameron released a heavy sigh, as he returned Lucario to his Pokeball. But a small smile spread across his face when he saw Ash fist bump Pikachu. Clipping the ball to his belt, Cameron made his way over to Ash.
"That was one hell of a battle, Ash." Cameron said, shaking Ash's hand.
"This was a rematch I'd been waiting for." Ash said with a grin. "You gave me a real run for my money there. So are you gonna stay to watch me win this thing?"
"Hell yeah I'm gonna stay! If you beat me I wanna see you win the whole thing!" Cameron exclaimed with a grin of his own.
"That's what I wanted to hear!" Ash said, slapping Cameron on the back. "Let's get everyone together, and get something to eat!"
"You're a damn mind reader, Ash!" Cameron cheered, as he followed after Ash.
(The Next Day; Main Stadium)
"Ladies and Gentleman, this is the moment you've all been waiting for!" The announcer exclaimed, causing the crowd to roar into loud cheers. "Today's match will decide the victor of the Vertress Conference! The victor will then have the privilege to challenge the elite four, and possibly our champion, Hilda!" The crowd's cheers doubled at the mention of Hilda's name. "The final match will be between Virgil, a previous winner of this conference, and Ash, current champion of Kalos, Hoenn, and Sinnoh! Who will come out on top?!"
"Okay, this will be a six-on-six elimination battle! Trainers, please bring out your first Pokemon!"
"It's quite a while Ash. I see you're doing well for yourself." Virgil said with a smile, placing his hands on his hips.
"Ah, there were a few bumps along the way, but except for those I've been great!" Ash exclaimed with a toothy grin. "I've always wanted to battle you, now I get my chance!"
"Well I don't care if you're a champion, or not. I won't be holding anything back." Virgil said, as he unclipped a Pokeball from his belt. "Umbreon, come on out." The Moonlight Pokemon appeared, sitting in front of Virgil.
"So he's still sticking to only using Eevee, and its evolutions." Ash thought, grabbing a particular Pokeball from his belt. "Sylveon I choose you!" The Intertwining Pokemon materialized in front of Ash. He briefly wrapped on his ribbons around Ash's wrist. Ash gave the ribbon a slight squeeze, and smiled at Sylveon. Unwrapping the ribbon, Sylveon turned back to the battle.
"It's so cute!" Hilda, along with most of the girls in the stadium, yelled from her seat in the champion's private box.
"What Pokemon is that?" Virgil asked, pulling out his Pokedex. His eyes widened as he read the Pokedex entry. "That's an evolution of Eevee?!"
"Yeah, it's a form of Eevee rarely seen outside of the Kalos region." Ash explain, as he kneeled down and scratched behind Sylveon's ear. "Sylveon is Eevee's fairy-type evolution."
"Fairy-type?" Virgil asked with a confused look.
"Again, it's a type of Pokemon rarely seen outside of the Kalos region." Ash replied, as a smirk spread across his face. "Let me demonstrate! Sylveon use Moonblast!" Sylveon formed a sphere of pink energy, and fired it a Umbreon. Startled by the sudden attack; Umbreon was hit full force by Moonblast. The Moonlight Pokemon grunted in pain, as it was sent sliding back by the force of the attack.
"Such power from such a small Pokemon." Virgil thought in awe. "If you want play rough, then let's play rough, Ash. Umbreon use Dark Pulse." Getting its footing back, Umbreon fired a chain of dark energy at Sylveon.
"Use Disarming Voice!" Sylveon began to hum, as a barrage of purple heart flew towards the oncoming Dark Pulse. The two attacks met, but Disarming Voice quickly overpowered Dark Pulse. Umbreon winced, as it was hit by the barrage of hearts. The Moonlight wobbled from paw to paw, lowering its guard. "It's open for attack, use Fairy Wind!"
"Umbreon snap out of it!" Virgil yelled, but it was too late. Instantly Umbreon was completely encompassed by a wall of pink wind. The Eeveelution howled in pain, as the wind whipped and stung its skin. When the wind died down, Virgil was shocked at what he saw. Umbreon was covered with numerous cuts and bruises, and it was struggling just to stand up. "Umbreon...can you still battle?" The Moonlight Pokemon slowly turned its head, and nodded at Virgil. "Alright then use Shadow Ball." Umbreon gathered up the ghostly energy, and fired it at Sylveon.
"Sylveon, you use Shadow Ball too!" The Intertwining Pokemon quickly fired its own Shadow Ball. Both attack collided in the center of the field, and deflected off each other.
"Umbreon use Double Team to try and confuse Sylveon." Immediately Umbreon split into dozens of copies, that spread out in front of Sylveon.
"Wrong move Virgil." Ash said with a smirk, causing Virgil to raise an eyebrow. "Sylveon use Dazzling Gleam!" A bright and brilliant light illuminated off Sylveon, blinding Virgil. The attack hit Umbreon and all of its copies simultaneously. The original Umbreon was sent flying by the attack, causing all of the copies to disappear. "Finish this with Quick Attack!" Surrounded by a white glow, Sylveon raced towards Umbreon. Sylveon slammed into Umbreon before it hit the ground, sending the Moonlight Pokemon crashing into the ground. After crashing into the ground, Umbreon was knocked in an unconscious heap.
"Umbreon is unable to battle, the winner is Sylveon! Virgil, please bring out your next Pokemon!"
"So this is the power of a champion?" Virgil thought, as he returned Umbreon. "Espeon, time to battle." The Sun Pokemon appeared on the battlefield, the gem on its head shining in the sunlight. "Espeon use Toxic." Rearing its head back, Espeon fired a wad of toxic sludge from its mouth at Sylveon.
"Use Dig to dodge!" Sylveon dug a hole into the ground, causing Toxic to fly harmlessly over its head.
"Fire Toxic down into the hole." Ash's eyes widened, as Espeon began to fire a stream of poisonous goo into Sylveon's hole. Seconds later Sylveon burst out of the ground covered in purple goo. The Intertwining Pokemon coughed and sputtered, as the poison seeped into his body. A shiver ran through Sylveon's body; its face taking on a purple hue.
"Pretty good Virgil." Ash commended, as he crossed his arms over his chest. "But we're not going down without a fight! Sylveon use a Double Edge Trump Card Combo!" Sylveon shook its head, and began to glow as it sprinted towards Espeon. As Sylveon neared Espeon, a ring of cards formed around Sylveon's body.
"Espeon, use Psychic to stop Sylveon." But Virgil was too late in calling his attack. Sylveon began to fire a barrage of cards at Espeon; the cards didn't do much damage, but they did stun Espeon. Before Espeon had a chance to recover, Sylveon slammed into it. The Sun Pokemon was sent tumbling by the sheer force of the attack. Sylveon flinched as it was hit by recoil damage, and hissed in pain as he took damage from the poison in his system.
"Sylveon finish this with Facade!" Gritting its teeth, Sylveon pushed through the pain and started to charge towards Espeon.
"Espeon you have to get up and dodge now!" Virgil yelled with a worried look. But Espeon was struggling to get back to its feet. This gave Sylveon enough time collide into Espeon. With the added power of Facade, Espeon was sent rocketing into the stadium's wall. After a few moments, Espeon fell to the ground with swirls in its eyes. But Sylveon wasn't far behind. Taking a few stuttering steps, Sylveon slumped to the ground, knocked unconscious.
"Both Pokemon are unable to battle! Trainers please send out your next Pokemon!"
"It looks like things are going well for Ash, he's up 2 to 1." Lyra said, her eyes glued to the battlefield.
"You never know. Battle can change at a moments notice." Stephan pointed out, as he crossed his arms over his chest. He and Bianca had decided to stay and cheer Ash on after they were eliminated.
"But this is Ash, we're talking about. He's done some pretty amazing stuff before." Bianca countered, placing her hands on her lap.
"Yeah...that's true I guess." Stephan admitted, as he turned to May, who was sitting to his left. "What do you think, May?" But Stephan was surprised to see May focused entirely on the battle, her hands clasped in front of her chest. "May?"
"Please, let him use her?" May thought, as she watched Ash grab another Pokeball off his belt. "I know she's wanted to do some serious battling since she battled Dawn's Piplup. This is the perfect opportunity for her, and I know she's ready."
"I'm loving this pace, Ash. Let's keep it up." Virgil said with a smile, as he grabbed a Pokeball. "Leafeon, time to battle." The Verdant Pokémon landed in front of Virgil. It purred, as the leaves on its body began to absorb the sunlight.
"Perfect. Let's see if May was right, and you're really ready for real battling." Ash thought, as he grabbed a specific Pokeball from his belt. Ash tossed the Pokeball into the air, enlarging it as it flew in the air. "Glaceon I choose you!" The Fresh Snow Pokémon did a quick front flip in the air, before it landed in front of Ash. A burst of ice exploded outward, as Glaceon landed onto the ground. "Still likes to showboat a little, heh I like that."
"Oh! Looks like the battle between Eeveelutions continues!" The announcer exclaimed, causing the crowd to roar in approval.
"I didn't know you had a Glaceon, Ash." Virgil said, quirking an eyebrow.
"It's not my Glaceon." Ash explained, causing a confused look to spread across Virgil's face. "It's my girlfriend May's Glaceon. She usually only competes in contests, but she's been itching to do some real battling. So May asked me use her if I got a chance."
"That's very sweet of you Ash, but do you think Glaceon is ready for a battle like this?" Virgil asked, earning a slight growl from Glaceon.
"Oh, I think she's more than ready. Especially since I've been training her." Ash said with a smirk, as he twisted his hat back. "Glaceon you ready?!" The Fresh Snow Pokémon turned, and nodded at Ash. "Then use Hail!" Glaceon formed a small sphere of ice into the air. Reaching its maximum height, the ice ball exploded and began rain chunks of ice across the battlefield. Leafeon flinched, as it was pelted by bits of ice.
"Leafeon use Iron Tail." The Verdant Pokémon braved the falling ice shards, and charged towards Glaceon. As Leafeon neared Glaceon, it's tail began to glow bright white.
"Glaceon dodge it!" Waiting until the last possibly moment, Glaceon jumped out of the way. Once again displaying its contest skills, Glaceon did several backflips before it landed back on its feet.
"Wow! It seems Glaceon is giving us a show, as well as an intense battle!" The announcer boomed, causing a smile to spread across May's face.
"Leafeon keep up the pressure, use Rock Smash." Leafeon growled, as it ran towards Glaceon. Once Leafeon was close it leaped into the air, its front paws glowing bright blue. Before the attack could land, Glaceon rolled out of the way. The ground where Glaceon had been standing turned to rubble, as Leafeon slammed into the ground. Because it was focusing on attacking, Leafeon was hit by a few flying ice chunks. Using her momentum from the roll, Glaceon sprang into the air and flipped back upright.
"Glaceon let's go on the offensive, use Blizzard!" The Fresh Snow Pokémon opened its mouth, and fired a torrent of freezing wind and snow at Leafeon. The grass-type Eeveelution hissed, as the Blizzard surrounded it. "Now use Ice Fang!" Using the Blizzard as cover, Glaceon sped towards Leafeon. Glaceon lunged and sunk its ice coated fangs into Leafeon's neck. The Verdant Pokémon howled in pain, as its neck started to freeze over. Leafeon began to thrash around, trying to throw off Glaceon, but Glaceon held on strong.
"Leafeon, use Flash quick!" Leafeon's entire body began to glow bright, before a pulse of light flashed. The sudden flash of light stunned Glaceon, and caused her to release Leafeon. Leafeon quickly headbutted Glaceon to create some space between them. The Verdant Pokémon was panting heavily, part of its neck still frozen in chunks of ice. Leafeon was struggling to stand up, its legs shaking as it tried to stay upright. Before Virgil could issue another command, a flying hunk of ice struck Leafeon in the head. Leafeon took a few stumbling steps, before it collapsed to the ground. The official stepped forward, and declared Leafeon is unable to battle.
"Leafeon cannot continue, the winner is Glaceon! Virgil will you please send out your next Pokémon!"
"Oh my! It seems Leafeon was taken out by the Hail that Ash had used early in the battle!" The announcer explained in a surprised tone. Back in the stands May was on her feet, and cheering as loud as she could. She was happy to see Glaceon win her first battle outside of a contest.
"*Sigh* That was unfortunate." Virgil said, as he returned Leafeon. He knew exactly what Pokémon he needed, as he grabbed for another Pokeball. "Flareon, come on out." The Flame Pokémon exploded onto the field in a swirl of fire. "Flareon likes to show off too."
"Glaceon, you still good to go?" Ash asked the ice Eeveelution. Glaceon gave Ash a smile, and nodded her head. "Alright! That's the determination I like to see! Glaceon, use Shadow Ball!"
"Flareon, dodge and use Flamethrower." The Flame Pokémon jumped over the Shadow Ball, and began to spew searing flames at Glaceon.
"Use Protect now!" Glaceon managed to form a protective bubble seconds before the flames reached her. "Now use Barrier!" Still inside of Protect, Glaceon began to glow as she raised her defense.
"Flareon, charge in and use Flare Blitz." The Flame Pokémon started to charge at Glaceon; its body coated in intense blue flames.
"Glaceon use Aqua Tail!" Virgil's eyes widened, as he watched Glaceon slam a water coated tail into Flareon. An explosion of steam erupted, as the flames and water made contact. Both Eeveelutions were sent tumbling back by the explosion of steam. "Now use Water Pulse!"
"It can use Water Pulse too?!" Virgil thought in a panic, as he saw a small tidal wave burst through the wall of steam. The wave crashed in Flareon, causing the fire-type to cough and shiver.
"Glaceon, freeze the water with Icy Wind!" The Fresh Snow Pokémon inhaled deeply, before it exhaled a freezing wind. Flareon flinched, as the cold wind hit its still damp fur. The puddles created by Water Pulse froze all around Flareon. As soon as Flareon tried to take a step forward it fell forward. The Flame Pokémon was having trouble standing on the ice that littered the battlefield.
"Flareon try to use Fire Spin, and melt this ice." But Flareon was still having trouble standing. Overtime the fire Eeveelution tried to stand it would slip and fall on its stomach.
"Glaceon, use Aqua Iron Tail!" Glaceon deftly moved across the ice covered battlefield. Front flipping in the air, Glaceon brought its water covered tail down on top of Flareon's head. With the added power of Iron Tail, Glaceon slammed Flareon's head into the ground with a loud crash. The impact of Flareon's head created a small crater in the ground. The outcome of the battle was obvious.
"Flareon is unable to battle, the winner is Glaceon! Virgil please bring out your next Pokémon!"
"Ash is on fire right now! He's taken out four of Virgil's Pokémon, while only losing one of his own! Will Virgil be able to make a comeback!?"
"I must say Ash, I'm quite impressed." Virgil complimented, as he grabbed another Pokeball. "Things may be looking rather grim right now, but I won't go down without a fight. Jolteon, I need your assistance." The Lightning Pokémon landed on the field, sparks crackling around its feet. "Jolteon, use Quick Attack." With incredible speed, Jolteon seemed to almost teleport towards Glaceon. With a loud 'thud' Jolteon crashed into Glaceon. The Fresh Snow Pokémon was sent skidding backwards by the force of the collision.
"Glaceon! Are you okay?!" The ice Eeveelution was panting heavily, as she slowly stood back up.
"Use Thunder." Jolteon's entire sparked with electricity, as it fired a massive stream of lightning at Glaceon. Exhausted from its two previous battles, Glaceon was unable to dodge the attack. The Fresh Snow Pokémon screeched in pain, as she fell to the ground. "Finish with Iron Tail." Jolteon leaped into the air, and slammed it glowing tail onto Glaceon's back. Glaceon's eyes widened, as all the air left her body. The official stepped forward, and declared Glaceon unable to battle.
"Glaceon is unable to continue, the winner is Jolteon! Ash, please send out your next Pokémon!"
"You were amazing, I know May's proud of you." Ash said, smiling warmly at Glaceon's Pokeball. "So you want to use speed, I'll show you speed!" A smirk spread across Ash's face, as he grabbed a ball off his belt. "Sceptile I choose you!" The Forest Pokémon let out a mighty roar, as it crashed onto the battlefield.
"Sceptile? That's a strange choice." Bianca said, quirking an eyebrow.
"Not really." Flannery said with a small smirk.
"Why's that?" Bianca asked, turning to face the redhead.
"Just watch and see." Flannery answered, gesturing back towards the battle.
"A grass-type? I was expecting a ground type." Virgil said, as he scratched his head.
"Oh, I picked Sceptile for a specific reason." Ash said, pulling down his sleeve. Pressing the stone on his megaring, Sceptile was engulfed in pink light. Virgil's eyes widened when the light died down.
"What's this?!" The announcer yelled, as Mega Sceptile let out a deafening roar. "It seems that Ash can mega evolve his Pokémon!"
"So that's why you chose Sceptile." Virgil said, sweat forming on his brow.
"Yeah, and guess what Virgil?" Ash asked with a toothy grin.
"What?"
"Mega Sceptile is immune to electric type moves, and..." In the middle of Ash's sentence, Sceptile launched forward and slammed its tail into Jolteon. The Lightning Pokémon went flying across the battlefield, tumbling as it landed back on the ground. "He's faster than Jolteon. Sceptile finish this with an Earthquake Bulldoze Combo!" The Forest Pokémon slammed its foot onto the ground, sending shockwaves throughout the stadium. As Jolteon struggled to stay standing, Sceptile once again slammed its foot onto the ground. Another shockwave went out, but this time it kicked up a wave of earth. The wall of dirt and dust slammed onto Jolteon. After the wave of dirt passed, Jolteon was on the ground with swirls in its eyes.
"Jolteon is unable to battle, the winner is Sceptile! Virgil please bring out your last Pokémon!"
"My word! Ash's Sceptile simply steamrolled Jolteon! Now Virgil's down to his final Pokémon! What will he do now?!"
"Eevee you sure you want to do this?" Virgil asked the small Pokémon sitting on his shoulder. Eevee looked scared, but she nodded her head none the less. "Alright, Eevee, get in there." The Evolution jumped off Virgil's shoulder onto the battlefield.
"Are you sure about this Virgil?" Ash asked, as he watched Sceptile stare down the smaller Pokemon. Virgil simply nodded in reply. "Alright then. Sceptile end this quick with Focus Blast!" Sceptile placed its hands together, and began to gather a massive amount of energy. Eevee started to shake, as she witnessed the Focus Blast become even larger and larger. As Sceptile reared back to launch the attack, Eevee fell over unconscious from sheer fear alone.
"E-Eevee is unable to?" The official said in a confused tone. "The winner is Sceptile. Since all of Virgil's Pokemon are unable to battle, the winner is Ash Ketchum!" The crowd erupted into cheers, as Ash high-fived Sceptile.
"Ash pulled a resounding victory, and is the winner of the Vertress Conference!" The announcer boomed, causing the crowds cheers to double.
"That was fantastic Ash." Virgil said, as he shook Ash's hand. "You defiantly earned this victory."
"Thanks Virgil it was a pleasure to battle." Ash said with a smile, as he twisted his cap back forward. Just then the announcer walked onto the field, and handed Ash a large trophy.
"Do you having to say Ash?!" The announcer asked, offering Ash a mic.
"Just one thing." Ash replied, as he grabbed the mic. The raven haired trainer looked towards where the champions were seated with a smirk spread across his face. "Hilda! I'm coming for next!"
Up in the champions box Lance and Tobias turned to look at Hilda. The Unova Champion had a grin on her face, as she gazed down at Ash.
"Bring it on Ash." Hilda said, as excitement raced through her body.
Annnd done! Sorry that the Ash vs. Cameron battle wasn't longer. But since I already wrote three other battles this chapter, I decided to cut one short. Besides that was the most BS part of the original Ash vs. Cameron battle. Riolu evolving into Lucario was such a cheap way for Ash to lose, almost as bad as Tobias using fucking Darkrai. Next chapter will be Ash vs. Hilda, and the start of the Kanto portion of this story. Just two more regions then we're done! Hilda will be joining Ash's harem next chapter, so look forward to that. Before anyone asks, yes the lemons I promised are coming soon. I just have to write them as their own stories. So just be patient and they will come. So what did you guys think? Remember to follow/favorite, PLEASE REVIEW(Let's see if we can each of you to leave a review XD)! And PM me any ideas you have for this story or any of my others. Oh! And it would be awesome if you guys could check out my other stories, I think my Fairy Tail story is turning out fantastic so far. So until next time, I'm outta here.
