Hey everyone, I'm finally back with a new chapter! I'm so sorry about the very long wait for this update, but I've been extremely busy with school lately, and haven't had a lot of free time to do any type of writing. This chapter will pick up where the previous one left off, and will have Ash capturing Zygarde and facing off against the next Kanto gym leader, which I'm sure you can all guess who it is. Then after this chapter, Ash will finally face off against Misty!

P.S. Sabrina will have her design from Heartgold and Soulsilver in this story.

Well that's all I wanted to say, so let's get to the fic!

(Outskirts of Fuchsia City)

"Well that girl was quite eccentric." Iris commented, crossing her arms underneath her chest. "I mean who just disappears into a cloud of smoke like that?"

"Well she is a ninja." Ash teased with a smirk, as he playfully nudged Iris's arm. "A real life ninja."

"Arceus, how long are you gonna hold that over me?" Iris asked in a slightly irritated tone, pinching the bridge of nose.

"For a while." Ash replied with a toothy grin, moments before the ground beneath the entire group began to shake violently.

"What the hell is going on?!" Dawn exclaimed, as she grabbed ahold of one of Ash's arms.

"Why is the ground shaking like this?!" May screamed, squeezing Ash's other free arm.

"Is it an earthquake or something?!" Cynthia yelled over the loud rumbling, as she struggled to keep her balance.

"No...I know what it is!" Ash exclaimed with a grin, managing to stay on his feet. "I'd recognize this sensation anywhere!"

"Ash! What the fuck is happ-" Hilda was cut off when a large creature burst out of the ground in front of Ash's group.

The massive Pokemon was largely green and black, with a few white hexagonal spots on its snake-like body. Most of Ash's group stared up at the imposing Pokemon in shock. However, the raven-haired trainer approached the large Pokemon without a second thought. Everyone was surprised when the massive Pokemon lowered its head and allowed Ash to pet it.

"Come on Zygarde, couldn't you have take a more inconspicuous form?" Ash asked with a smirk, as he patted the legendary Order Pokemon's head. "You scared the hell out of everyone."

"Ash...you know this Pokemon?" Anabel asked, hesitantly walking towards the imposing Pokemon. However, Anabel was surprised when a mass, of what appeared to be flesh, fell of Zygarde, the lump of goo quickly taking the form of a dog. "KYA! ASH?! What the heck is that?!"

"Calm down Anabel." Ash laughed, as he placed a comforting hand on the lavender-haired girl's shoulder. "Zygarde's body is composed of several cores and hundreds of individual cells." The raven-haired trainer pointed towards the main, serpent-like body that was towering over them. "That right there is Zygarde's 50% form. It's composed of one or more cores and hundreds of individual cells." Ash then pointed towards the dog-like creature that had sprouted from Zygarde's body. "And this is Zygarde's 10% form. It only has a single core, but it's still comprised of many cells. Zygarde probably sensed that you were all a little intimidated by it, so it decided to produce a 10% form that would be more appealing."

"H-Huh...really? It really picked up on that..." Anabel asked, staring up at Zygarde's main body in shock. The lavender-haired frontier brain was caught off guard when she felt something nuzzle up against her leg. Looking down, Anabel was surprised to see Zygarde's 10% form affectionately rubbing its head against her leg.

"See?" Ash said with a smile, as he crouched down next to the dog-like creature, petting it on the head. "It just wanted to say hello."

"Aww." Anabel said with a smile of her own, reaching down to pat Zygarde's head. "You really are nice, aren't you?" Once Anabel pulled her hand back, the 10% form began to approach the rest of Ash's group, walking up to each member individually.

"Hey, this guy is pretty cute." Flannery said with a grin, before she burst out in a fit of giggles, as the 10% form began to lick her cheek. "AH! HAHAHAHA! Stop it! That tickles!"

"Ash, how do you know this Pokemon?" Cynthia asked, walking up next to her raven-haired lover. "As versed as I am on legendary Pokemon, this is one I haven't seen or head of before."

"Well, I met Zygarde on my journey through Kalos." Ash explained, as he once again patted the Order Pokemon on the head, which caused it to let out a soft sound similar to a purr. "It was just a single core back when we first met, and one my traveling companions actually named it Squishy." Once Ash said this, a small creature suddenly sprouted from the top of Zygarde's head. The creature had a small and leafy-green gelatinous body comprised of a large, round head, a moderately sized body, and a thin, hook-shaped bottom section that was likely its tail. Its head was rounded except for a protruding, beak-shaped area at the bottom front. Within its head was a single, oval eye that had a smaller, oval pupil within it. Beside this eye was another white, semi-elliptic shape, which was possibly a second eye. Within its midsection was a nearly regular, red hexagon. Without warning the creature hopped off Zygarde's head, right into Ash's hands. "Ah, here it is!" Spinning around, Ash presented the small core to the rest of his group. "Everyone, this is Squishy." Almost instantly Ash was surrounded, everyone trying to get a better look at the new creature.

"Awww, it's so cute!" May squealed, gently grabbing Squishy from Ash's hands. "I've never seen anything like it!"

"Let me hold it May." Dawn said with a smile, as she pressed up against the brunette coordinator to get a closer look. "He really is cute!"

"So it's from Kalos." Cynthia mused, stroking her chin as she stared at Squishy. "That explains why I hadn't heard of it before. My knowledge of Kalos Pokemon is quite limited."

"Well truth be told, I didn't know too much about Zygarde at first either." Ash said, as he rubbed the back of his head, before digging through his bag. "Actually, Squishy was being pursued by Team Flare when we first met it..." Ash paused for a brief moment when he saw the confused look on Cynthia's face. "Oh that's right, you weren't there with me, so you wouldn't know who they are...Well Team Flare is kinda like the Kalos version of Team Galactic or Team Rocket."

"Oooooh...okay" Cynthia said, nodding her head in understanding. "Please continue."

"Well when I helped take down Team Flare and saved Zygarde..." Ash explained, as he pulled out a small tablet and handed it to Cynthia. "I rummaged around through their computers and found a ton of juicy data. It should all be on this."

"Really?!" Cynthia exclaimed, turning on the tablet and watching as countless lines of data filled the screen. "Holy shit...there's so much on here...not just on Zygarde...but on other Kalos Pokemon as well."

"It's all yours if you want to look through it." Ash said, as he shrugged his shoulder. "I've already looked through, and I've sent a copy of the data to Professor Juniper as well. So, I don't really have any need for it anymore."

"A-Are you serious..." Cynthia asked, tearing her eyes away from tablet overflowing with new information. "I can really have this?"

"Of course." Ash said with a bright smile, as he rubbed the back of his head. "You're my girlfriend after all. What's mine is yours, right?"

"Oh Ashy!" Cynthia cheered, lunging towards the raven-haired trainer and hugging his head in between her bountiful breasts. "I love you so much!"

"Arceus, she's gonna end up killing the poor guy." Hilda said, before she released a light sigh. "I almost feel bad for him."

"I guess we should go help him." Roxie said, shoving her hands into her pockets. "His face is starting to turn blue."

After Hilda and Roxie had managed to free Ash from Cynthia's grasp, the raven-haired trainer took several moments to catch his breath. Once the raven-haired trainer was breathing normally again, he retrieved Squishy from May and Dawn and returned it to its main body.

"So Squishy, you must have traveled a really long way to find me." Ash said with a smile, as he patted Zygarde on the head. Nodding its head, Zygarde moved closer to Ash's touch. "I can only assume that you're here to join me on my journey?" Once again Zygarde nodded its, this time quite excitedly. Ash suddenly looked down when he felt something nuzzle against his leg. The raven-haired trainer was quite surprised to see Zygarde's 10% form standing beside him, a Cherish Ball in its mouth. "Wow, someone sure is eager." Crouching down, Ash patted the 10% form on the head and grabbed the Cherish ball from its mouth. Then, in an interesting, yet equally disturbing, display the 10% form leaped towards Zygarde's main body; quickly being reabsorbed back into the main body.

"Well that was...unique..." Flannery said, watching as the dog-like creature seemingly melted and combined with Zygarde's main body. "You don't see that everyday."

"I mean he was cute in all..." Anabel said, as she clutched a hand over her stomach. "But I think I'm gonna be sick after seeing that."

"Ah, you're all a bunch of babies!" Roxie exclaimed with a grin, resting her hands on her hips. "I fucking love weird shit like this! I mean this Pokemon can split itself apart, then reform itself later! That's so fucking awesome!"

"So Zygarde...you ready to hit the road?" Ash asked with a grin, as he held out the Cherish Ball. The Order Pokemon eagerly nodded, before it gently pressed its head against the Cherish Ball. The Cherish Ball opened up and Zygarde was sucked in by a red beam of light. After only a single shake the Cherish Ball pinged, signaling a successful capture. With a bright smile, Ash stared down at the Cherish Ball in his hand. "We're gonna have a blast together. Everyone at Professor Juniper's lab is gonna love you." Shrinking the Cherish Ball, Ash placed it back into his bag. "Alright everyone, let's get going!"

"Where are we heading now Ash?" Iris asked, catching up with her raven-haired lover, clasping her hands behind her back. "Aren't there only two gyms left in Kanto we need to visit?"

"Yes, we're on our way Saffron City now." Ash replied, as he stared down at the digital map Cilan was holding, trying to find the fastest route to their destination. "We should be there in less than a week."

"So you really are going to save Misty for last?" May asked, gazing down at her feet and twiddling her thumbs. "Ash...you aren't gonna-" May was stopped mid-sentence when she felt a comforting hand land on her head. Looking up, May wasn't surprised to see Ash grinning brightly at her. "Ash?"

"Don't worry about it May, I won't blow up on Misty or anything." Ash said, as he loving rubbed May's head, causing a fierce blush to spread across the brunette coordinator's face. "I'm just going to prove to her that it was wrong to doubt me. After that we'll take things slow, and maybe eventually we'll be able to make up and be friends again...just like with Brock."

"Okay..." May said with a small smile, clasping a hand over her heart. "I had a feeling you'd say that...but I just wanted to be sure."

"I'm not the revenge fueled man I was when we first set on this journey." Ash said, as he released a light sigh and rubbed the back of his head. "I've learned that I need to forget about petty things like that and keeping looking towards my future. I'm the closest I've ever been to accomplishing my dream and becoming Pokemon Master. I need to stay focused on that task and not worry about anything else." When Ash stopped speaking he was surprised to see everyone in his group staring at him in shock, even Pikachu. "What? Did I say something weird?" Getting no response from his friends, Ash pressed a hand to his cheek. "Is there something on my face?"

"No...it's just...you said something really mature there Ash..." Dawn replied, staring at Ash with wide eyes.

"We're so used to you acting all immature..." Flannery said, as she rested her hands on her hips. "I don't think any of know how to react."

"Oh come on, I say some mature stuff sometimes!" Ash exclaimed, his face flushing bright red in embarassment. "You know...there was that time...during that one thing..." Seeing that he wasn't convincing anyone, Ash hung his head. "Why do I even bother?"

"Come on buddy, let's get going." Cilan said with a chuckle, as he wrapped his arm around Ash's shoulder and patted him the back. "We need to hurry if we want to make it to Saffron City before the end of the week."

"Maybe we shouldn't have acted so surprised..." Roxie whispered to Iris, watching as Cilan lead Ash down the path, the raven-haired trainer still moping.

"Nah...he can handle it." Iris said with a small smile, as she began to walk ahead to catch up with Ash. "After all...he's not a little kid anymore."

(Four Days Later: Saffron City)

"We're here guys!" Ash exclaimed with a grin, gesturing towards the massive, sprawling city before them. The raven-haired trainer and his group stood atop a hill just outside Saffron City's limits, giving them a generous view of most of the city. "Welcome to the largest and busiest city in Kanto! Saffron City!"

"Wow, I've never seen a city this big." Flannery said, as she let out an impressed whistle, gazing at the towering buildings and skyscrapers ahead of them. "It's really quite impressive."

"So what is there to do in this town?" Dawn asked, scanning the numerous buildings for any possible landmarks or attractions. "A city this big must have some exciting things to do."

"Well Dawn..." Cilan said, as he pulled out a pamphlet that had a picture of Saffron City on the front. "According to this-" However, Cilan was quickly cut off when Ash snatched the pamphlet away from him.

"We won't be needing this." Ash said, stuffing the pamphlet into his pocket. "Let a Kanto native give you the rundown of this city." First, Ash gestured towards the largest building located in the center of the city. "That gigantic building over there is headquarters of Silph Co. They create various home appliances and several tools for trainers to use." Next, the raven-haired trainer pointed towards a decent sized building towards the edge of Saffron City. "That building there is the Magnet Train station. It's an incredibly fast train that takes you from Kanto all the way to Goldenrod City in Johto! We'll be coming back here and taking the train to Johto once we're finished with the Indigo Plateau Conference."

"Oh, that sounds fun!" Hilda cheered, as she clapped her hands together. "I've never rode on a train like that!"

"It normally takes a few days by boat. So, how long will that train take to get to Johto?" Anabel asked in a curious tone, watching as one of the trains began to leave the station.

"Well once it's at full speed the train goes about 340 miles per hour..." Ash explained, as he stroked his chin while he thought. "So maybe around 4 hours? Give or take a couple minutes. I've never rode on it before, so I can't give you an exact answer. I just know that it's really, really fast."

"Damn, that sounds bitchin!" Roxie exclaimed with a grin, throwing her hands into the air in excitement. "I can't wait to ride that fucking thing!"

"So is there any other noteworthy attractions in this town?" Cynthia asked, as she scooted closer to Ash, grabbing ahold of one of his arms. "Like a nice romantic restaurant, or maybe a place where we can have some 'fun' in private?"

"I...I wouldn't know anything about t-that!" Ash stuttered out, his face tinting red in embarassment. A satisfied smile spread across Cynthia's face when she saw that her teasing had succeeded. "I-I do know that there's a lot of famous restaurants in town...but other than that I-I'm not too sure."

"Jeez, do you always have to tease Ash?" May asked, as she pulled the raven-haired trainer away from the buxom, blonde temptress.

"Of course I do." Cynthia said with a sly smirk, running her down Ash's cheek. "I simply love how embarrassed he gets, it's simply adorable."

"Down Cynthia, down girl!" Iris exclaimed, as she bulled the blonde, former champion away from Ash. "At least let the boy recover before you start teasing him again."

"We're traveling with a bunch of idiots." Burgundy sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose in irritation. "I can't believe that they're all in a relationship together."

"Well they sure do make things lively." Cilan said with a smile, as he laughed awkwardly. Reaching into his pack, Cilan pulled out a pamphlet that looked exactly like the one Ash had grabbed earlier.

"Where did that come from?" Burgundy asked, quirking an eyebrow in confusion. "Did you have another one?"

"I always like to be prepared. You never know when Ash might happen." Cilan said with a grin, as he began to browse through the brochure. "Hmmm, it looks like this town also has a fighting type dojo...OH! It says here that Saffron City is home to the Pokemon Trainer Fan Club!"

"That does sound interesting! I'm sure they'd have some great stories to tell us!" Burgundy exclaimed, her eyes lighting up in excitement. "As Pokemon Connoisseurs, we must go!"

"But what about them?" Cilan asked, as he gestured towards the rest of the group, who were still playfully bickering with each other.

"Ah, we can ditch them for a couple hours. Ash's gym battle isn't until tonight, so we can meet them there." Burgundy said, waving dismissively. With a smile, Burgundy hooked with Cilan's. "Now I'm an innocent young girl in an unfamiliar city..." Burgundy's smile widened as she pulled Cilan closer. "I'm going to need an escort."

"Of course m'lady." Cilan said in an exaggerated posh tone, as he gave a slight bow. "It would be my honor to be your guide. Now let us be off!" Burgundy could only giggle happily, as Cilan lead her towards their first destination.

(Four Hours Later: Outside Saffron City Gym)

"Where the hell are they!?" Iris exclaimed in an irritated tone, crossing her arms over her chest and rapidly tapping her foot. "They both just ditched us without saying a word! I can't believe those two!"

"They probably just went sightseeing Iris." Dawn said, as she leaned against the gym's wall. "They're both grown ups, so they don't need to spend every second with us."

"I know..." Iris huffed, before releasing a light sigh to calm herself. "They could have a least said something ya know? Now we've got to stand around and wait for them."

"Well we were all kinda preoccupied with something..." Flannery said, as she cast a glance at Cynthia. The blonde-haired former champion's face was tinged red in embarassment, as she turned her head to avoid the redhead's piercing gaze. "They probably didn't want to butt in, and left while we were all not paying attention."

"Well I'm kinda glad they both went and did something on their own." Ash said nonchalantly with a shrug of his shoulders, surprising the rest of his gathered lovers. "I could tell that Burgundy was starting to get a little worked up again. Spending some alone time with Cilan will help her relax." Staring up the sky overhead, Ash unconsciously patted Pikachu's forehead, causing the Mouse Pokemon to smile in appreciation. "Burgundy has been good lately, the last thing I need right now is her to start complaining again and arguing with me every five damn minutes. If spending some quality time with Cilan makes her happy, then let them be. Besides, she doesn't really complain when I spend time with you girls, so we can't be upset when she wants to spend time with her boyfriend."

"Wow Ash, you're just full of surprises today." Hilda said with a smirk, as she playfully punched the raven-haired trainer in the arm. "I guess you really are growing up."

"I hope you're not losing your edge though." Roxie said with a devious smile, standing in front of Ash and locking eyes with him. "Because I love boys who are a little wild and crazy."

"Name the time and place..." Ash said with a mischievous smile of his own, as he leaned forward to whisper into Roxie's ear. "And I will rock your world."

"I...I might h-have to take you u-up on that offer." Roxie stammered out with a fierce blush on her face, a pleasurable chill racing down her spine. Her heart was thumping so fast in her chest, that she was sure Ash could hear it. "Arceus, he's the only man who's ever been able to make me feel like this!"

"I understand that Cilan and Burgundy wanted some private time together..." Anabel said, as she pulled down her sleeve and inspected her watch. "But they are taking their time. We all agreed on a time to meet up here, and that was almost forty minutes ago."

"Well if they're not her in ten minutes, I say we-" May started to say, but was cut off when the couple they were all talking about finally arrived.

"Sorry we're late everyone!" Cilan exclaimed, panting heavily as he ran up to the group, with Burgundy lagging a few steps behind him. "We...lost track...of time!"

"My...My bad guys..." Burgundy said in between breaths, as she hunched over to try and collect herself. "I just kept dragging Cilan...from one place to another...we kinda got swept up in our sightseeing..."

"Right..." Ash muttered, carefully inspecting both Pokemon Connoisseurs from head to toe. The raven-haired trainer realized quite quickly that the couple had done more than some 'sightseeing' while they were absent. It was the little things that told Ash of the naughty things they had been up to. First, both Cilan and Burgundy's hair were an utter mess, completely unkempt and sticking up on its end. Most people would probably chalk that up to them running to get to the gym, but Ash Ketchum had been intimate with enough ladies to notice 'sex hair' when he saw it. Next, Ash couldn't help but notice that Cilan and Burgundy's state of dress was quite poor as well. Which really stuck out to Ash, because both Pokemon Connoisseurs usually prided themselves in how well they dressed. Cilan's white button-up shirt was haphazardly tugged in and one of the buttons on his vest was undone. Burgundy on the other hand hadn't even bothered to tie her necktie and had forgotten to button up the last three buttons of her shirt. With a grin, Ash wrapped his arm around Cilan's neck and pulled him close. "I'm glad you two had fun 'sightseeing.' Now let's head inside."

"T-That's sounds like a great idea!" Burgundy said a little too enthusiastically, as she practically sprinted into the gym, quickly attempting to fix her disheveled appearance. The rest of the group simply stared at Cilan in confusion for several moments, before shrugging and following Burgundy into the gym.

"Thanks Ash." Cilan said, breathing a sigh of relief. "Burgundy was starting to get really uncomfortable." However, Cilan gulped nervously when he saw that Ash was just grinning at him, not saying a word. "There's no way for me to get out of this, is there?"

"Not a chance." Ash said with a chuckle, as he patted Cilan on the back. "After we get back to the Pokemon Center, I expect to hear all the dirty details about your little 'sightseeing' trip."

"*Sigh* I guess I don't really have a choice." Cilan said, hanging his head in defeat. "Let's just get your gym battle over with."

"Don't look so down Cilan." Ash said, as he guided Cilan towards the gym's front door. "I always tell you about my special 'sightseeing' trips."

"And I only asked you about it the one time, but now you tell me every time it happens!" Cilan exclaimed, his entire face burning bright red in embarassment. "B-But...I will admit..." Cilan's voice suddenly became quite, as he scratched his cheek. "Some of the advice you gave me...I tried it today...it really worked...it worked really well..."

"Oho!" Ash cheered, as his eyes lit up in excitement. "Then I definitely need to hear about this now!"

"Arceus...Burgundy is going to kill me." Cilan muttered underneath his breath, walking into the gym with Ash.

(Inside Saffron City's Pokemon Gym)

"Well...this place sure has some...interesting decorations." Flannery said, as she gazed around the dim, torch-lit entrance.

"It's seriously giving me the creeps." Anabel said, wrapping her arms around her waist and hugging herself. "I don't really like dark places."

"Uh, just a word of warning to you all..." Ash said, as he walked up to the rest of the group with Cilan. "The gym's leader, Sabrina...can be a little eccentric. So, just be ready for that."

"Oh Ash dear, you've gone and hurt my feelings." A new feminine voice suddenly spoke up. Quickly turning around, everyone but Ash was surprised to see a beautiful woman standing behind the raven-haired trainer, with her arms wrapped around his neck and pressing her impressive breasts against his back. "It's been quite a while since I last saw you. My, my and I must say you've grown quite a lot since our last meeting." Leaning forward, the mysterious woman rested her head on Ash's shoulder. "I thought you had unlocked some crazy strong psychic ability, but it seems like you've finally tapped into your impressive aura abilities."

"You knew about my aura?" Ash asked, turning his to look at the woman.

"Oh, but of course." The woman said with a sly smile, before she whispered into Ash's ear. "I sensed there was something special about you the moment you stepped foot into my gym all those years ago. I'm just happy to see that you're finally realizing your potential."

"AHEM!" Before the woman could continue, she was interrupted by several irritated voices. Turning his attention back to the rest of his group, Ash wasn't surprised to see all his girls shooting his annoyed glares. The raven-haired trainer already knew what question they all wanted to ask without any of them saying anything.

"Alright, that's enough of this." Ash said, as he gently pushed the mystery woman away from him, finally giving the rest of the group a good look at her. The strange woman had dark blue hair, that reached down to just below her shoulders. She was also very tall, nearly as tall as Ash, and just a few inches taller than Cynthia. She sported a pink tank top that showed a generous portion of her midriff. Below that she wore pure white pants with a black belt and large silver, hexagonal belt buckle; with a pair of pink tennis shoes on her feet. Lastly, on her wrists she wore large black bracelets, lined with numerous glowing green engravings. "Everyone, the woman was was previously clinging to me is this gym's leader, Sabrina."

"Hi everyone!" Sabrina said with a bright smile, waving to rest of Ash's group. "Any friend of Ash's is my friend to, so it's a pleasure to meet you all."

"Hold on a second." Cynthia said, as she stared at Sabrina with a hint of skepticism in her lone visible grey eye. "Everything I've heard about you..." Pointing at Sabrina, Cynthia's eye narrowed slightly. "Does not describe you acting anything like this."

"Oh my, what have you heard about me?" Sabrina asked with a smirk, resting her head on her palm.

"I heard that you were an emotionless woman, and that you were using this gym as an institute to help train promising psychics." Cynthia explained, as she locked eyes with Sabrina. "Everything I've read about you says that you never smile, or laugh, or show emotion of any kind. In fact you were quite a cold woman."

"Oh dear, I hate to break it to you, but the information you've read about me is quite outdated." Sabrina explained with a smile, twirling a few strands of hair around her index finger. "I haven't acted like that in years, I'm back to my old self?"

"Your old self?" Hilda asked, as she quirked an eyebrow in confusion. "What do you mean by that?"

"It's true, I used to be a reserved, emotionless woman who only cared about expanding her psychic powers." Sabrina admitted, before sliding closer to Ash and resting her head on his shoulder; a sly smile on her face. "That was until I met this young man and his mischievous Haunter. They were finally able to bring my emotions bubbling back to the surface, and after years I was able to laugh and smile once again."

"But why are you clinging to Ash so much?" Dawn asked, her tone laced with barely hidden jealousy. "I understand that he helped you, but you only met him once years ago when he first challenged the gyms in Kanto. It seems kinda weird for you to be so attached to him after only knowing him for a short while."

"Oh my, it seems that Ash hasn't told you about our secret rendezvous." Sabrina said with a smirk, causing all of Ash's girl's eyes to widen in shock, before they all glared fiercely at him. "It was wonderful, he was so rough with-"

"Can you stop trying to cause a misunderstanding." Ash said in an annoyed tone, as he pushed Sabrina away from him. "There was no secret rendezvous, or anything like that. I simply came back here a few years ago to pick up Haunter, this was back when I was traveling by myself. I knew Sabrina was a strong trainer, especially when it came to psychic-type Pokemon, so I ended up staying with her for about a month to receive some special training." Releasing a light sigh, Ash held out his arm to keep the overly clingy Sabrina at bay. "I'll admit that I did have fun, and I did learn quite a lot from Sabrina, but while I was here..." The raven-haired gestured towards Sabrina, who was desperately trying to embrace him in some way. "This started to happen one day. I don't know why, but she's really attracted to me now for some reason."

"Is she a pervert or something?" Hilda whispered to Roxie, but this was overheard by Sabrina, who immediately bolted upright.

"Listen here little lady..." Sabrina said, walking towards Hilda with a hint of irritation in her pink-eyes. "I'm no pervert, I'll have you know that I'm still a virgin..." Sabrina's face instantly flushed bright red, as she realized what she had just revealed. "I-I mean...I've been waiting...for that s-special guy...y-you know!?" Quickly regaining her composure, Sabrina took a deep breath. "Anyways...there's just something about Ash...I don't know really know what it is...one day I just started feeling all giddy whenever I was around him...almost as if something inside me was drawing me towards him."

"Wait a minute..." Anabel muttered, as she stroked her chin. "You're a powerful psychic, right Sabrina?"

"I don't mean to brag, but yes, my psychic abilities are top notch." Sabrina replied in a confident tone, turning to face the lavender-haired Frontier Brain. "But what does that have to do with anything?"

"Is it possible that your strong psychic powers are being attracted by Ash's aura abilities." Anabel mused, which caused Sabrina's eyes to widen in surprise. "I mean you said it yourself, that you sensed his powers before he even knew he possessed them. And when Ash was training on his own those three years, that's when he first started to really tap into his aura abilities."

"I...I never even thought of that possibility." Sabrina said, once again resting her head on her palm. "I mean, from the personal studies I've conducted, aura and psychic abilities are fundamentally quite similar. However, there is two distinct differences that I noticed in my studies. One, people developing aura abilities is far less common than psychic powers. Second, aura abilities for the most part are more powerful than psychic ones, especially since aura powers are largely influenced by the user's emotions and feelings." Turning her head, Sabrina locked eyes with Ash. "So I suppose...on a sort of instinctual...almost primal level...Ash's powerful aura presence might be unconsciously attracting my strong psychic powers."

"Are you serious..." Ash muttered, as his eyes widened in surprise. "That...That makes me feel terrible..." Hanging his head, Ash tightly balled his fists. "I'm so sorry Sabrina, I've been manipulating your feelings and I didn't even know it. Damn it, what if I've influenced other psychics I've ran into? Sabrina, I promise you that I'll find a way to reel in my powers so that you won't be affected by them."

"*Sigh* Ash, I'm glad that you're so worried about me, but you don't have to get so worked up..." Sabrina said, a soft smile spreading across her face. "We don't even have any concrete evidence that your aura powers are even affecting me. It's all just a theory right now." The raven-haired trainer stiffened in surprise when Sabrina suddenly hugged him. "So please try to relax, and stop putting yourself down." But just as Ash started to relax, he immediately stiffened again when he felt Sabrina grab his ass and whisper hotly into his ear. "Besides, I never said that I didn't like this feeling. Maybe I actually enjoy the way I feel around you." With a sly wink Sabrina stepped away from Ash, leaving the raven-haired trainer quite flabbergasted. "Now I must say that I'm overjoyed that you all decided to come and visit me, but I can only assume that Ash is actually here for a gym battle. And from the battles I've seen on TV, I don't particularly like my odds." A smirk spread across Sabrina's face, as a Pokeball cloaked in a green aura levitated off her belt into the air in front of her, before dropping into her hand. "But that doesn't mean I won't jump at the chance to battle the trainer who's taking the Pokemon world by storm."

"That's what I like to hear!" Ash exclaimed, as he punched his fist into his palm; the prospect of battling Sabrina instantly snapping him out of his stupor. "I've been looking forward to this battle for a really long time!"

"I must admit that I'm quite excited as well." Sabrina said, her smirk widening slightly. "Now Ash, show me the fruits of all your training."

(Five Minutes Later: Saffron City Gym's Battlefield)

"This will be a three-on-three battle between the challenger Ash Ketchum, and the gym's leader, Sabrina!" The official called out, before he gestured towards Ash and Sabrina. "Are both trainers ready!?" Seeing both trainers nod their heads, the official signaled the start of the battle. "Then will both of you please bring out your first Pokemon!"

"My body is practically shaking with excitement." Sabrina said, as a Pokeball levitated off her belt into the air in front of her. "I haven't felt this way about a battle in quite a little while. All my recent challengers have been oh so boring, but you Ash...the thought of battling someone as talented as you is getting my blood pumping." With a flick of her index finger, the Pokeball floating in front of Sabrina flew towards the battlefield. "Now Espeon, time to get this battle started!" In a flash of white light, the Sun Pokemon gracefully landed on the field.

"I'm glad to see that Espeon is doing well." Ash said, unclipping and enlarging a Pokeball off his belt. "But I'm going to win this battle, so I'm going to have to take it down." With a grin, Ash tossed his Pokeball into the air. "Ready for a blast from the past Sabrina?! Alakazam, I choose you!" With a dull thud, the Psi Pokemon landed in front of Ash, brandishing its signature spoons.

"Oh my!" Sabrina exclaimed, as she clapped her hands together. "Is that the same little Abra I gave you to raise when you last visited!?"

"It sure it is." Ash replied with a bright smile, rubbing the back of his head. "He sure has grown a lot over the years. Plus, he's gotten crazy strong too."

"I'll say." Sabrina said with a smile of her own, as she rested her hands on her hips. "You've raised him very well Ash, I can tell that he's in top condition. The psychic energy he's giving off is quite impressive." However, Sabrina was confused when she saw Ash place the belt full of his remaining Pokeballs onto the ground. "Oh my, what is this now?"

"You said you wanted to see the results of my training." Ash said with a tooth grin, twisting his cap backwards, his warm brown eyes flashing deep electric blue. "Well I give you a real demonstration. I'll beat you with only my Alakazam, I won't use any other Pokemon."

"Having confidence is a good thing, but I can't help but feel like you're underestimating a little bit." Sabrina said, as her eyes began to burn with determination. "Alright Ash Ketchum, if you think you can do it, give me everything you've got."

"Alright..." Ash said in a cocky tone, his grin widening. "But I don't think you can handle it!" Rolling up his sleeve, Ash revealed the Mega Bracelet on his wrist. "Get ready to witness Alakazam's true power, Sabrina!" When Ash pressed the stone on his bracelet, the stone in the center began to glow brightly. Moments later Alakazam was encased in a blinding sphere of pink light, with a massive amount of energy gathering around him. When the light began to die down, and Sabrina got a good look Alakazam's new form, her eyes widened in surprise. This new version of Alakazam now levitated above the ground, with five spoons now hovering effortlessly around his head. The brown armor on Alakazam's body had also now turned light pink. But the most distinguishing new features to Sabrina were the red gem on Alakazam's forehead, and the flowing white beard and mustache that stretched down most of Alakazam's body. "Well Sabrina, are you impressed!?"

"Impressed doesn't even begin to describe what I'm feeling right now." Sabrina breathed out, as she stared at Alakazam in awe. "Your Alakazam has become such a magnificent specimen. If you don't mind, I'd love to study him a bit after this battle is over. The amount of psychic energy he's giving off is simply astonishing!"

"Sure thing, I don't mind." Ash said with a smirk, resting his arms behind his head. "But I'll have to beat you first before we can get to that."

"I'm not sure I like this new cocky attitude of yours." Sabrina said with a smirk of her own, as she narrowed her eyes slightly. "I might have to 'punish' you for being such a brat." Satisfied with the embarrassed look on Ash's face, Sabrina ran her fingers through her hair. "Now Ash, you can make the first move. But try not to finish too fast, I hate men who can't keep up with me."

"THIS DAMN MINX! STOP THINKING DIRTY THOUGHTS!" Ash screamed in his mind, his entire face burning beet red. Taking a deep breath to calm himself, Ash slapped his cheeks to help him focus. "Alright Sabrina, I'm gonna go all out and not hold back! Alakazam Teleport and use Shadow Slam!"

"Shadow Slam, what the hell is that move?" Sabrina thought, as she watched Alakazam vanish into thin air. Closing her eyes, Sabrina began to communicate telepathically with Espeon. "Be on alert Espeon. Dodge as soon as Alakazam reapp-" Sabrina didn't even have time to finis her thought, as Alakazam materialized inches above Espeon. Sabrina's eyes widened in shock when she saw the largest Shadow Ball she had ever seen in Alakazam's palm. Before Sabrina even had a chance to issue a command, Alakazam slammed the massive Shadow Ball into Espeon's back. A shockwave of ghostly, dark energy shook the battlefield as the Shadow Ball exploded against Espeon's back, slamming the Sun Pokemon into the ground. After finishing his attack, Alakazam levitated in front of Espeon, awaiting his next command. For several tense moments Espeon didn't move, but to everyone's surprise, the Sun Pokemon slowly began to get back onto its feet. However, Espeon's body was heavily damaged by the super effective move, even with its high special defense it had sustained serious injuries. "Espeon! Are you okay?!" Standing back up on shaky legs, Espeon slowly nodded its head.

"That little guy always was a stubborn one, just like me." Ash muttered with a smile, before releasing a light sigh. "Alright Alakazam, let's finish this quick before Espeon gets hurt anymore. Use Mind Shatter, but go easy on Espeon."

"Mind Shatter? Another new move." Sabrina thought, as she grit her teeth in frustration. The psychic gym leader knew that Espeon was too weak to fight back anymore, but the Pokemon was too stubborn to give up. So, all Sabrina could do was watch helplessly as Alakazam approached Espeon. Leaning closer, Alakazam locked eyes with the Espeon, cupping the Sun Pokemon's chin in one of his hands. Then with his free hand, Alakazam tapped Espeon's forehead, keeping their eyes locked the entire time. After several seconds of nothing happening, Espeon's eyes suddenly widened and its entire body went stiff. A split second latter Espeon collapsed to the ground, knocked unconscious.

"Espeon is no longer able to battle, the winner is Alakazam! Sabrina, please send out your next Pokemon!"

"What the hell was that move?" Sabrina thought, as she returned Espeon to its Pokeball. Using her psychic powers, Sabrina reclipped the Pokeball to her belt and grabbed a new one. "It didn't look Alakazam used any type of attack, and I didn't feel any significant spikes in psychic activity."

"I can tell from your eyes that you're wondering what just happened." Ash said with a light chuckle, shoving his hands into his pockets and shrugging his shoulders. "That was just a little move I came up with while I was training Alakazam. With a simple touch to the opponent's forehead and a small burst of psychic energy, Alakazam can briefly scramble a target's mind." Sabrina's eyes suddenly widened in worry, as she looked towards Espeon's Pokeball. "Don't worry Sabrina, Mind Shatter's effects are temporary and psychic type Pokemon seem to have a natural resistance to it. The only reason it was so effect on Espeon, is because it was already weakened by Alakazam's previous attack. All Espeon needs to do is rest for a while, and it will be completely fine."

"You really had me worried there for a second...asshole." Sabrina said with a frown, before she released a light sigh. "Well that sure was an interesting battle, but I don't think you'll be as fortunate this time." With a wave of her hand, the Pokeball levitating in front of Sabrina flew towards the battlefield. "Come on out, Sigilyph!" In a flash of white light, the Avianoid Pokemon appeared, hovering just above off the ground.

"Oh, a Unova Pokemon." Ash said, stroking his chin as he stared at Sabrina's Pokemon. "That must be new, because you didn't have that Pokemon when I was here last."

"Good eye." Sabrina said with a smile, as she rested her hands on her hips. "I took a vacation to Unova about a year after you left. While I was there I caught several Pokemon. Out of all the Pokemon I caught on that trip, Sigilyph is one of the strongest."

"Well let's see what it can do." Ash said, a confident smirk spreading across his face. "I won't use Teleport this time." Ash reveled at the annoyed frown that formed on Sabrina's face. "I'll even let you have the first move this time."

"Kid gets one easy win on me and he suddenly thinks he's some sort of hotshot." Sabrina muttered underneath her breath, as she crossed her arms underneath her chest. "Alright, Alakazam's speed is gonna be a serious issue, so I need to slow him down. Sigilyph, hit Alakazam with Thunder Wave." Receiving its command telepathically, Sigilyph's body began to glow yellow and crackle with electricity.

"That's gotta be Thunder Wave, she's trying to slow Alakazam down." Ash thought, quickly thinking up a strategy as he watched Sigilyph fire a wall of lightning at Alakazam. "Okay Alakazam, dodge and use Double Team!" Showcasing incredible speed and reaction time, Alakazam darted over Sigilyph's Thunder Wave. Once clear of the attack, Alakazam closed his eyes and clapped his hands together, as his body rapidly began to vibrate. Moments later Alakazam split apart into nearly a dozen identical copies of himself, all of them encircling Sigilyph. "Now charge in and use Thunder Punch!" All of the Alakazam's rocketed towards Sigilyph at once, their fists sparking with powerful electricity.

"Heh, you thought I wouldn't be able to figure out which Alakazam was the real one, didn't you Ash?" Sabrina thought, as a smirk spread across her face. "But bad luck for you, I can sense exactly which one is real. It's the only one giving off any psychic energy! Sigilyph, hit the Alakazam to your right with Signal Beam!" Sigilyph immediately followed Sabrina's command, whipping around towards the Alakazam to it's right, as it simultaneously gathered enough energy to launch Signal Beam. However, Sabrina felt like something was wrong. Turning her head, she was surprised to see Ash grinning at her, almost as if he had read her mind. "What's he got planned?"

"Alakazam use Ally Switch!" Sabrina's eyes widened in shock when she heard Ash call out this attack. "You know Sabrina, I figured out something pretty useful about Ally Switch when I was training with Alakazam..." Sabrina watched in stunned silence, as Sigilyph fired its Signal Beam at the Alakazam she was positive was the real one. But she could hardly believed her eyes, as Signal Beam simplydestroyed a copy of Alakazam. "And it's that you can use Ally Switch to swap places with a Double Team copy..." A split second later the entire gym was filled with a blinding gold light, as Alakazam hit Sigilyph with Thunder Punch. When the light died down, Alakazam was levitating over an unconscious Sigilyph.

"Sigilyph is unable to battle, the winner is Alakazam! Sabrina, please bring out your last Pokemon!"

"What an ingenious strategy. I wouldn't expect anything less from the man who is currently sweeping through all the leagues." Sabrina thought, as she clipped Sigilyph's Pokeball back to her belt and levitated her final Pokeball in front of her. A small smile spread across Sabrina's face, as she stared at Ash. "He really has grown so much since he was here last. I have no doubt that he'll soon achieve his dream."

"What's up Sabrina, got nothing to say?" Ash asked with toothy grin, before letting out a hearty laugh. "That was an awesome strategy, wasn't it?!"

"Yes, that was quite impressive, you always specialized in thinking of off the wall strategies." Sabrina said, as a slight blush spread across her face. "It brought back some very pleasant memories, and made me look forward towards what the future will hold in store."

"What's up with her?!" Ash thought in shock, his face beginning to tint red. "I've never once seen Sabrina look like that...it's so...cute."

"Oh brother..." Iris said from the spectator's seats, as she released a heavy sigh. "Here we go again."

"Looks like the big guy has hooked another one." Flannery said with a smirk, resting her head on her palm. "He's like a damn wizard when it comes to shit like this, and he doesn't even realize it."

"And from the looks of it, he's hooked her really good." Cynthia said with a smirk of her own, which caused the rest of the group to start giggling. "He really has come a long way from the dense little kid that I first met in Sinnoh."

"Well I think it's about time we finish this battle, don't you think, Ash?" Sabrina asked, as she locked eyes with the raven-haired trainer from across the battlefield. "I hate to admit it, but you've really got me on the ropes here."

"Yeah, let's go out with a bang!" Ash exclaimed, quickly regaining his composure and getting back into battle mode. "And I have a feeling I know what Pokemon you're going to use last."

"Oh my Ash, don't tell me you've suddenly developed psychic-powers?" Sabrina teased with a smile, as she sent out her last Pokeball. "No, but it should be obvious who I'm going to use. Alakazam, come on out and let's end this fight!" In a flash of white light, Sabrina's own Alakazam landed on the battlefield, both Psi Pokemon fiercely glaring at each other. "Now this should be an interesting battle."

"Let's see who's Alakazam is stronger." Ash said with a smirk, his eyes glowing with excitement. "I'll make sure to end this quick. Alakazam use Teleport!" In the blink of an eye, Ash's Alakazam vanished into thin air.

"You know what to do, use Teleport as well." Sabrina commanded, as her own Alakazam disappeared as well. The battlefield suddenly became eerily quiet, as Ash and Sabrina simply stared at each, neither of them issuing any attacks.

"What's going on?" Dawn whispered to May, leaning closer to the brunette. "This is starting to get a little awkward."

"I have no idea." May said in a confused tone, as she gazed at the empty battlefield in front of her. "They've both been gone for almost a min-" May was suddenly cut off when the spectator stands began to shake violently. "What the hell was that!?"

"Arceus that scared the hell-" This time Hilda was silenced when the air in the gym seemingly began to rumble. The gym's walls began to vibrate and reverberate, the battlefield quaking and cracking. "Seriously! What the fuck is happening?!"

While the entire gym shook and echoed, with Ash's group worrying about what was happening, Ash and Sabrina remained perfectly calm, never breaking eye contact. Then as quickly as it started, the shaking and rumbling in the gym stopped. Once again the battlefield was filled with complete silence. Then out of nowhere Sabrina's Alakazam warped onto the battlefield, crashing hard into the ground and coming to a skidding stop. A split second later, Ash's Mega Alakazam reappeared in front of him, panting heavily and now covered in numerous scratches and wounds. If Ash's Mega Alakazam looked roughed up, Sabrina's Alakazam appeared to be far worse off. Sabrina's Alakazam was covered from head to toe in injuries, and it appeared to have a hard time breathing. Grunting in pain, Sabrina's Alakazam struggled to stand up, but its legs kept giving out. Mega Alakazam turned his head to look Ash, the raven-haired trainer nodding his head in approval. With permission from his trainer, Mega Alakazam approached the barely conscious Psi Pokemon. With a sympathetic look in his eyes, Ash's Alakazam used Mind Shatter on Sabrina's, knocking it unconscious.

"Sabrina's Alakazam is unable to battle, Ash's Alakazam is the winner! Since Sabrina has used all her Pokemon, the winner is the challenger Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town!"

"Great job." Ash said in soothing tone, gently petting Alakazam on the head, earning him a weak smile from the exhausted Psi Pokemon. "You did amazing out there." Enlarging Alakazam's Pokeball, Ash returned him. "Now get some much deserved rest."

"He really has become an amazing Pokemon." Sabrina complimented, as she stood in front of Ash. "He's come a long way from the scared little Abra he once was."

"It's all thanks to the training techniques you showed me." Ash said with a smile, rubbing the back of his head. "He wouldn't be half as strong as he is without your advice."

"Oh Ash, you give me too much credit." Sabrina said, as she giggled softly. "It's your hard work and diligence that really helped Alakazam grow."

"Let's just a agree that we both played a part." Ash said with a smile, extending his hand to Sabrina. "It was great to finally battle you like this Sabrina."

"I wouldn't call it much of a battle." Sabrina said with another chuckle, as she shook Ash's hand. "You thoroughly mopped the floor with me. Well, it was still fun nonetheless."

"It was great seeing you again Sabrina, really." Ash said, his cheeks tinting pink.

"It was great for me too, Ash." Sabrina said with a blush of her own, as she nervously rubbed her arm. "After you become Pokemon Master...make sure you come an visit me again...if you don't I'm gonna get upset."

"Now I wouldn't want that." Ash said with a grin, scratching his chin. "Of course I'll come visit you Sabrina, it's a promise."

"That's great to hear..." Sabrina said, as she seemingly breathed a sigh of relief. "Well you better get going, you've got a league to win."

"You're damn right I do." Ash said with a widened grin, beginning to walk away from psychic gym leader. "I'll visit you real soon Sabrina!"

"You better!" Sabrina called out, as she watched Ash and his group start to leave her gym. "I'll be rooting for you at the Indigo Plateau!" Once the raven-haired trainer was out of sight, Sabrina clenched a hand over her racing heart. "I don't care if his aura powers might be influencing me...I just want to spend more time with that man."

(Five Minutes Later: Road Back to the Saffron City Pokemon Center)

"Well that sure was an interesting battle." Cynthia said, walking up next to Ash. "So, Cerulean city's gym is the last one before the Indigo Plateau, right?"

"Not just the Cerulean City gym...he's gonna be battling against Misty too." May said, which seemed to cause a mildly tense atmosphere to fall over the group.

"Yeah...just one more..." Ash muttered, staring down at the ground as he walked. "One more traitor and this will all be over." When Ash raised his head, the rest of his group was surprised to see a grin on his face. "Then I can finally put this whole ugly mess behind me, and gun for that bastard Tobias!"
