I don't own any of this Loud House belongs to Nickelodeon.

"Are you all bundled up Ronalda?"

"Yes mom, I'm all prepared for the cold." Ronnie Anne told her worried mother as she stood at the museum's entrance. Today she planned on going over to Sid's place just like she promised.

Since she was going over to a friend's place, she had no need to wear her armor today, so she doesn't need feel awkward on wearing it and her coat at the same time today. Her mother looked her over some more, for as a nurse she wanted to make sure that her daughter is very well dressed for this weather, she wouldn't want her daughter to get frostbite.

"Alright you look good, now promise me that you'll be careful."

"Don't worry mom, I'll be fine. I know where it is and I know that if I run into anyone, I'll either hide or turn back right away." Ronnie Anne reassured her, she wanted to go already, but the look of worry on her mother's face made her wait, she didn't like seeing her mom so worried, especially if the worry is focused on her.

Her mother continued to look over her with a mother's eye some more, until she finally relaxed. "Alright you can go now, but please be careful Ronalda."

Ronnie Anne gives her a thumbs up, then finally left the museum and began her way towards Sid's. Traveling there; Ronnie Anne thought about her search for them, she has been volunteering for group searches for weeks now and she still hasn't found a trace of them, maybe they were killed on the day of the impact or any other day that fallowed it. This didn't satisfie her as she wanted to see their bodies first before confirming it, if she did find their bodies, she'll burn their bodies all the way into dust, while she danced around on their graves.

After a while the bowling alley soon came into view and Ronnie Anne looked a lot like Frosty with the amount of snow that landed on her. She looked forward on getting inside for some warmth, it was going to be fun on catching up with Sid.

Suddenly she is knocked off her feet by a snowball hitting her in the chest. Laying on the ground in surprise, Ronnie Anne can only let out a series of words while her ears picked up laughter. Sid and Adelaide poked out their heads from the snow fort, they are both giggling as that couldn't have gone any better.

"We sure got her, didn't we Sid?"

"You bet we did." The sisters let out another series of laughter. Ronnie Anne slowly gets back up on her feet, rubbing the snow off her, on her face is a devious smirk. "Oh your asking for a war my friend."

"You mean like this?" Sid remarked teasingly, she throws another snowball which hits Ronnie Anne's shoulder.

"It's on then." Picking up her own snow, Ronnie Anne quickly formed her own snowball and threw it, Sid and Adelaide ducked down before the snowball crashed against the front of the fort. The response is quick as the sisters both fired back, Ronnie Anne dodged the incoming fire, she rolls herself all the way to a upside down car.

Now sheltered from the rain of snowballs, this gave Ronnie Anne the chance to form a couple of her own snowballs and threw them back. Soon the street turned into a battlefield, snowballs are thrown everywhere with such velocity.

The snowball war lasted for about an hour and when it was finally finished all three girls were covered in snow, slowly the three girls met up in the middle of the street. "I declare that the victory for the great snowball war belongs to us?" Sid proudly exclaimed, beside her Adelaide does a series of victorious whoops.

"You just got lucky." Ronnie Anne playfully remarked as she lightly punched her best friend's shoulder.

"It's not luck, it's skill." Sid happily corrected. The wind suddenly blows pass the three, which makes them shiver a bit. "Oh man, you wanna head in now?" Sid asked.

"Oh yeah. Do you got heating yet?" Sid shook her head much to Ronnie Anne's dismay. "Not yet, but at least will be out of the full force of the cold."

The girls head on in, upon coming in the three stomped the snow off their boots, before taking them off and placing them on the side. "Ah! Nothing like having your foot free from footwear." Sid stated as she felt the carpet with her socks, though Ronnie Anne didn't have it as nice for she had the uncomfortable feeling of having your foot land on a cold water stain. "Yeah, very comfortable." She sarcastically said.

"Alright, so what to do?" Sid pondered, she looked on over to the bowling lanes where a bright idea came to her. "Let's bowl!"

"Are the machines working?" Ronnie Anne asked.

"No, but that won't stop us." Sid races to bowling lane five, she runs to the end of the lane by the side where upon getting to the end, she grabs the bowling pins and pulled them out from the machine holding them.

Sid sets the pins up, when she is done Sid turned towards Ronnie Anne and does a presenting pose. "Bam! bowling pins set."

Ronnie Anne competitively smirked. "Well then, game on." Picking up a purple bowling ball, Ronnie Anne runs and rolls it down the alley, the ball hits the pins knocking all but two down.

"Oooh, a split. It's going to be difficult getting them." Sid exclaimed.

Ronnie Anne wasn't worried in the lightest, picking up a blue ball this time. Ronnie Anne aimed carefully, she raised her arm back and rolled the ball down hard. The ball rolls down straight at first, but then moved to the left and struck one of the pins which flew and missed the other pin. Sid playfully winched from the miss. "Tough luck Ronnie Anne."

"I'll get the next one. Now let's setup for your turn." Ronnie Anne goes up to Sid and helped her take out the two balls, along with resetting the pins. They go back to start Sid's turn, Sid picked up the blue ball and rolled it down the lane which knocked down all the pins.

"Strike!"

Ronnie Anne gives her a playful punch. "Nice one Sid."

"That gets me one point ahead of you."

"The game's not over yet." The two girls quickly go down to set up the game again.

As Ronnie Anne and Sid were busy with their game, Adelaide is in the game room rummaging through the prize counter for anything else to play with. She tosses away: plastic whistles, glow sticks, bouncy balls, and those necklaces made out of beans, but then Adelaide came across something that gets her really interested.

It was a pink camera, holding it in her hands, Adelaide awed at it for the camera looked cute and very portable, her finger accidentally pressed down on the top button and the camera flashed making her drop it, due to getting stunned from the flash. After rubbing her eyes, she looked down at the camera and saw that the camera produced a picture of her close up face from the bottom.

Amazement came over her, this camera from the prize counter can take pictures? Okay, this camera definitely got more interesting. Picking up the picture of herself, Adelaide inspected it closely feeling that despite the surprise look on her face, Adelaide thought that she looked good.

She then thought about on what else she should take a picture of, she gets an idea, so she places her picture on the counter and made her way over to the bowling alley. Adelaide very sneakily makes her way to the stand that holds the bowling balls that is situated behind her sister and Ronnie Anne who are still focused with their game.

This is a perfect photo opportunity, Adelaide slowly raises the camera up to her eye, she hovers her finger above the button as she focused in on them, when Ronnie Anne is about to roll her ball, Adelaide took this as a perfect moment.

The flash from the camera startles Ronnie Anne, which resulted in rolling her ball into the gutter. "Dang it."

"What was that?" Sid turned around and spotted Adelaide looking at the camera. "Is that a camera?" Sid goes on over to her sister with Ronnie Anne fallowing her, after getting over her gutter ball.

Adelaide excitedly showed them the picture. "Check it out Sid." Looking at the picture it showed the backside of Ronnie Anne about to roll the ball. "Hmm, that's a good pose of me. You should hang that on the wall or in the case of trophies."

"Where did you get the camera?" Sid question.

"I found it in the prize counter." Adelaide replied.

"Well that's a great find, now we can have a picture day!" Sid said in excitement, this made her sister and friend get excited as well, for it had been a long time since they goofed around with anything that took photos.

They go to take the first picture when Mr. Chang interrupted them. "Hey girls, it's time for us to make our weekly trade." He then notices Ronnie Anne. "Oh hey Ronnie Anne."

Ronnie Anne waved to him, meanwhile the sisters looked down in disappointment. "Do we have to dad? We're about to have a picture frenzy." Adelaide whined.

"You can do that later." He told them gently, he then turned to Ronnie Anne. "I don't expect you to be waiting here."

Ronnie Anne raised her hand. "I'll come with you?" This surprised Mr. Chang a lot. "You don't have to do that."

"I already go out to get stuff with my group anyway, it'll be nice to see a trade for a change." She replied with a shrug.

Mr. Chang scratched the back of his head. "If you say so." He turns his attention back to his daughters. "Anyway get yourselves ready girls." Mr. Chang walks off to see if his wife is ready, along with getting himself ready. Plus leaving the girls amongst themselves again.

"Looks like your going to be joining us this time." Sid exclaimed.

"Yes, and I suppose I'm going to be meeting the guys who helped saved you." Ronnie Anne stated.

Thinking about it, Sid realized that Ronnie Anne is right, she was going to meet them. "I know you're going to like them, they're a tad strange, especially Randall. But they're good people who seems to be tough on doing things."

"I bet they're cool." Ronnie Anne simply replied. The girls go off to the entrance and put on their boots which are still wet from the snow, shortly after they put them on Mr. and Mrs. Chang came along with Mrs. Chang carrying a box full of food.

"So I hear your joining us on this trade." Mrs. Chang said with a smile.

"You bet I am." Ronnie Anne said.

"That's great!" Mrs. Chang happily exclaimed. "The more hands, the merrier." The Chang's along with Ronnie Anne this time, head out for the tallest building with Adelaide bringing the camera as she thought it'll be fun to take some pictures while going through the city.

The Loud's group have traveled for miles after their stay in the library, they are currently passing through an area full of hills and it wasn't easy as it was slippery as some have found out by falling on their sides or flat on their backs.

With the thoughts about what Luan said still fresh in her mind, Leni is glumly walking down the hill with her arms crossed, she suddenly stumbled a bit from the snow which nearly made her fall on her butt, if she didn't stop herself. "That was close." She muttered lowly.

"How long do we have to face these hills? I nearly fell at least eleven times." Luan complained, she nearly fell again to further emphasize her point.

"I believe we only have a few more hillsides and then I believe we'll soon be on a flat surface." Lisa informed, she then quickly took a glance back behind her. "Though I suggest you keep on moving."

Luan looked back slowly, she saw the wolves on top of a hill in the distances eyeing them in hunger. "Bleeding vultures." Luan bitterly muttered to herself as she turned away from them. Lana meanwhile kept her eyes on them, she would normally feel like that she could tame one for a pet as a wolf would be awesome to have as a companion, but she doesn't feel that way now, what she felt is fear as those wolves looked hungry enough to come and snatch her up. This fear made her pick up the pace, so that she can be in the middle of her siblings.

The group went up and down several more hills, until at last a great flat plain could be seen just up ahead. A relief came to the front members of the group as at last they don't have to worry about the people behind them crashing into them when they slip on the snow. Coming down the hill, they take the first steps on the flat plain, fallowed by the other members as they spread out from the space they now have.

Walking on the flat plain herself, Lisa wondered about this landscape. She guessed that it once must've been a grassland, but then again it wouldn't be completely flat for miles. This was certainly a strange piece of land that she pondered about.

Lisa wasn't the only one however for Lucy is also pondering this as well, while they walked through the plain, but unlike Lisa or her other family members for that matter she can hear things that they couldn't. It was a great advantage for being the quietest person of the family, you can hear things more clearly. Through the wind and snow crunches from each footstep, Lucy heard groaning that seemed to be straining, it's an odd sound that Lucy tried to figure out with her brain.

Nearby a couple are walking next to each other, linking their arms together for warmth. They have hooked up during the first month after the disaster and have been together ever since, they were hoping that when they reached their destination, they could settle down and perhaps start a family. Although they debated on bringing any kids in this bleak world, it didn't seem right to have a kid grow up in this time, as they would never experience a blue sky or anything green, or how there was once a time where you can get stuff without leaving your home.

They continued to debate this for it is a big decision to make, they take another step together when the ground gave way beneath them, they fall and suddenly find themselves in ice, cold water. They struggled in vain to swim out and stay above the water, but their clothing and backpacks beared too much weight on them and eventually dragged them down.

All around other people experience the same fate as the ground suddenly gave way beneath them, some got to the edge and tried to climb themselves out, only to have the ground give way again. This sudden turn of events gave Lisa the horrible realization that this plain is actually a frozen lake and the combined weight from the group is weakening the ice. They needed to get off this ice right now!

The rest of the group got the same idea, they rushed forward, forcing the people in front to move ahead quickly. This sudden rush didn't improve anything as more of the ice collapsed or the people slipped and crashed down hard. The Loud's ran with the group, Lynn Sr. felt extremely scared as he laid on his sled, if the ice breaks beneath him then he will experience a watery grave.

The rest of his family felt the same way as they passed by water pits created by the broken ice. It's complete paranoia on not knowing where or when the ice could break, a crack suddenly appears in front of the family, they skid to a stop and stared at the crack that could spell their doom. Around them the other members of the group rushes past them in panic.

They couldn't get left behind, they needed to keep moving. "Family, if we go one at a time, we should be able to make it across." Lisa informed as it is their best bet on getting past the crack without falling in. The first one to go is Lynn who got pushed ahead by his wife and Lilly on his lap, as they crossed it Lynn felt his heart beat against his ribcage, it felt like that it was going to burst out of his chest like that alien he saw in that movie that gave him nightmares for weeks. The groaning from the ice didn't help calm his fears in the lightest, he, Lilly and Rita finally get across the crack, though it didn't calm him down in the slightest as the ice could still break. Rita turns her attention back to her kids that all stood together. "Alright kids, be careful as you come across."

Lisa went first due to being the second lightest of the family, she is fallowed by Lana, then Lincoln, Lynn, Luan, and Leni, leaving Lucy to be the last one to come across. High tensions are with them as Lucy slowly came across the crack, any second now the ice could give in, which would plunge her into the freezing water. Thankfully Lucy makes it across, which soothe their anxiety.

"Good we all made it across." Lisa exclaimed, she turns her attention to the fleeing group. "We should get moving as the distance between us and the group is greatly separating." The Louds took a step forward, but then the ice suddenly gave way, plunging Leni, Luan, Lana, and Lucy into the water.

The four girls scream in panic as they struggled to stay above the water. "Girls!" Rita immediately drops to her stomach and reached for her panicked daughters, Lincoln, Lynn, and Lisa grab hold of her legs so that she herself wouldn't fall in, while Lilly and Lynn Sr. can only watch helplessly.

"Grab my hand Leni!" Rita called out to her.

Leni reaches in vain for her mother's hand, Luan grabs hold of Leni's backpack in order to stay afloat, while Lana and Lucy swam forward. Unfortunately with Luan's adding weight, the two started to go down, Rita widen her eyes in panic, she thrusts her hands forward and tightly grabbed hold of Leni's hand. Now with new find strength, she pulled both girls out of the water, they shivered on the ground from the cold water as Rita dragged them safely away from the hole.

Rita wasn't done yet, she had two more daughters who are still in the water. Getting back in position, Rita gets ready to grab her younger daughters, but to her horror only Lana is shown. "Lana! Where's your sister!"

"S-s-she we-nt down-n-n." Lana shivered, more panic filled Rita after hearing that, quickly she took Lana out of the water, then after setting her down she began to frantically splash the water in hopes of trying to spot Lucy. Behind her the kids who haven't fallen in and her husband watched in extreme worry, they hoped in vain that their mother/wife will get Lucy out of that icy pool.

Below the surface; as she slowly drifted down to the bottom, Lucy could see the frantic look on her mother's face as she searched through the water for her. The freezing cold at first is a great shock for her, but after awhile she felt relaxed in the water, it was the most relaxed she had ever felt in her life.

Lucy slowly stopped moving and the bubbles from her mouth came out in a steady stream of little bubbles, her bangs also lifted up revealing her blue eyes which seemed to be at peace.

Lucy had always been accepting of death ever since her birth, after all she experienced it plenty of times in her past lives. Now the cycle is once again complete, soon she'll be in a new body, which she hoped that it's going to be a vampire bat this time, if they're still going to be around that is. The thing that really hurts though is that she's leaving her family like this, she didn't like the fact that she's leaving them after they faced so much tragedy, this will utterly break them further than they already are.

Unfortunately this is what fate has planned for her, to drown underneath a frozen lake. Hitting the bottom, darkness takes over her vision and after a few seconds a bright light began to appear.

Up on the surface; Rita continued to splash the water as she cried desperately for Lucy, the rest of the family dropped their heads down in forlorn for they knew that it's too late for Lucy.

At the same time as the Louds were starting to cross the ice lake, the Chang's along with Ronnie Anne finally came to the front doors of the tallest building. Ronnie Anne whistle from how impressed she is on the location. "Nice place to live in."

"Yeah" Sid agreed. "If you want to be in a building, why not the tallest building in the city where you can look at anything."

Approaching the front door, Mr. Chang knocks on them and after a short wait Randall and Joey came out. "Glad to see you for our weekly trade." Joey said.

Stepping up beside him with a box full of warm clothes, Randall took immediate notice of the newcomer that's with the family. "Who in tarnation is this?"

"This is my daughter's friend; Ronnie Anne." Mrs. Chang introduce, Ronnie Anne raised a hand. "Sup"

"Nice meeting you." Joey said, before turning his attention back to Mr. Chang. "So what do we have today?"

"Some food, including some spaghetti." Mrs. Chang replied.

"Oh spaghetti. I haven't had any of that in a while!" Randall exclaimed with fresh saliva forming in his mouth over the thought of warm spaghetti going down his throat.

"We accept this trade and in exchange well give you some more warm clothes." Joey waved his hand and Randall gave the clothes to Mr. Chang, while Mrs. Chang gave Joey the food.

"Oh thank you. These clothes will give us much needed warmth." Mrs. Chang said in graduate.

Joey tipped his hat as he nodded. "Pleasure of doing trading with you."

"Well we should be heading back now." Mr Chang said, the family and Ronnie Anne turned to leave, but they were stopped in their tracks as Adelaide called out to them. "Wait!"

They all looked to the young girl in curiosity, wondering what was wrong? Adelaide held the camera in her hands with a innocent smile. "Can I take a picture of you guys first?"

"Now Adelaide, we don't want to bother them." Her mother gently said.

"Ah, it's alright. I always wanted to have my picture taken." Randall immediately gets in position, while Joey stood there with a blank expression. Adelaide smiled, raised her camera into position, then took the picture.

With the picture taken care of, Adelaide lowered the camera and took out the picture. "Thank you." Now Adelaide leaves with her family and Ronnie Anne, leaving the two men to stand there.

"Well that was nice." Randall stated.

"Yep" Joey slowly replied.

Randall now looked over to the box of food in Joey's arms and licked his lips. "Now then, let's make that spaghetti shall we."

After coming back from their trade, Ronnie Anne and Sid hung out some more. They had another bowling game and after the game ended with a tie, they talked about the past, mainly stories from last year. Before they knew it, it was soon time for Ronnie Anne to head back.

The family stood at the entrance to send their farewells to Ronnie Anne. "Bye Ronnie Anne, see you soon."

"You to Sid." Ronnie Anne replied as she gave her a fist pump.

"Get home safe."

"I will Mrs. Chang."

Adelaide then came forward and placed something in her hands, looking down Ronnie Anne sees that it's the photo that Adelaide had taken of Randall and Joey. "Here Ronnie Anne."

"You want me to take this?"

Adelaide nodded with a big smile. "It's so that you can remember the first trade you did with us."

"Oh, well thanks." Ronnie Anne now began to leave. "Well I'll be seeing you."

The family waved goodbye, until Ronnie Anne disappeared from sight.

When Ronnie Anne entered the museum, she was met by Bobby who had been picking up some stuff from the floor. "Oh hey sis." He happily greeted upon catching sight of her.

Ronnie Anne gave him a short wave. "Hey Bobby."

"Had fun with Sid?"

"Oh yeah, we had an intense snowball fight, we bowled, and did some training with these two guys." Ronnie Anne explained.

"That sounded like fun." Bobby soon took notice of the photograph in his sister's hand. "What's that?"

Ronnie Anne looked down to it with some regard and shrugged. "Oh just a picture that Adelaide took of the guys Sid's family traded with."

Interested Bobby on walked over to her. "Can I see?" Ronnie Anne shrugged again. "Sure" She hands him the photo and when Bobby looked at it, he utterly gasped in fright, his eyes bulge as if they were going to come out of their sockets, and his mouth is wide open, his body is also shaking heavily.

This utterly surprised Ronnie Anne for she wasn't expecting this reaction out of him. "Are you ok?" She asked in concern.

"That's them!" Bobby spluttered out.

"Huh?"

"Those are the men who killed grandpa!"
