Chapter 4
October was about to end when the Headmaster announced a Hogsmeade trip. Tomorrow was the Halloween dance, and the girls didn't have costumes.
In the Girl's dormitory, Lily was usually the first "Pink Lady" to be awake. Deciding to wake Genevieve first, Lily grinned evilly at her plan to wake her up.
"Hey Gen! Diggory's here and he wants to see you!" She screamed, causing everyone but Genevieve to wake up.
"Why did you do that, Lils? I was having a nice dream about Frank." Alice moaned.
"Sorry Ali, I wanted Gen to wake up."
"Apparently, she didn't." Bo said, walking to the bathroom. Little did the girls know, Genevieve was already awake and just pretended to sleep. G
rinning, Genevieve yelled "Lily! Potter's here!", startling Lily. Lily turned to see her awake and laughing at her.
"Not funny" she glared at her.
"Let's get ready and head to the Great Hall." Sarah quickly added.
Sitting at the Great Hall, and eating breakfast, a girl walked to their direction. "Excuse me? Do you mind if I join you?" she asked in her soft voice.
"Of course not!" Sarah smiled at the girl. She quickly sat down between Lily and Sarah.
"Oh. I'm Natalie Potter. And you are?"
"Oh I'm Sarah, that's Lily, that's Genevieve, Alice, and Bo"
"We're known as 'The Pink Ladies'" Genevieve boasted.
Natalie grinned. "I've heard of you girls. And I've also heard that you're the most wanted girls in the school."
"What? Potter you said?" Lily asked curiously. Bo and Genevieve grinned. Natalie laughed.
"Yeah, my cousin James is here in Gryffindor. I recently came here from Beauxbaton."
"Are you kidding me? We are in his house!" Alice smiled.
"This is a small world. I'm new in this house. I transferred too late, so I didn't make it to the opening ceremony."
"Do you have a date for the dance?" Bo asked her.
"No." she sighed sadly. The girls soon became very fond of Natalie. They loved the way her hazel eyes twinkled when she smiled and the way her short black, untidy hair was sticking out.
"You're so coming with us to Hogsmeade!" Alice smiled.
"Which one should I try on? The bride or the cheerleader?" The girls were soon at a costume shop in Hogsmeade and Bo was picking out a costume.
"The bride." Lily smiled.
Alice came out with an 'Alice in Wonderland' costume, Sarah came out with a mermaid costume, and Genevieve came out with a devil one.
Lily, Bo and Natalie were still having trouble finding a costume. So Bo decided to try the bride one on.
Coming out, the girls were bombarding her with comments. "You look sexy!" Genevieve hollered. Natalie wolf whistled, which caught the attention of the Marauders. Remus was looking at Bo with wide open eyes, like James gave her the thumbs up. Sirius just stared intently at her.
"You look like a real bride!" Alice giggled. Rolling her eyes, Bo returned to the fitting room and Lily and Natalie were searching the shop for their costumes.
"So, Evans, what will you be wearing? Perhaps you can go naked." James crept up behind her as he said this.
Lily turned around and gave him a dirty look. "No, James, I won't go naked."
"Maybe you can wear this." James pulled out a nurse costume.
"Maybe you can cure me." He smirked as she giggled. A white dress with wings caught her eye.
"Never mind, I found something already. I'll see you later." she said, walking to the dress.
"An angel? That's beautiful!" Natalie grinned at her new friends.
"Thanks, Natalie." Lily said, smoothing the dress.
"Did you find anything?" Sarah asked.
Natalie shook her head. "Nope."
"I found something for Nat!" Alice squealed, looking at a dress. "Try it on"
"Oh, okay" Nat said, heading to a dressing room.
"She's seems nice, doesn't she?" Sara smiled.
"Yeah" "She reminds me of James." Lily smiled. Bo nodded. They heard Natalie's laugh and turned to see her, in a tight long black dress .
"A Vampire! Hot!" Lily cheered.
"All you need is the teeth." Gen added. It was time to return to school. The girls paid for their costumes, and left with huge bags of makeup, accessories, and of course, their costumes.
In the Gryffindor common room, some of the "Pink Ladies" were posing in their costumes, causing the other girls to laugh. Genevieve walked in, with her devil costume, in a sexy pose, and Lily took photos of her. Bo just flicked her hair and lifted her skirt a bit. The girls were wolf whistling at the posing girls.
"I can't wait for tomorrow! I'm so excited!" Natalie grinned.
"I know what you mean. I'm seeing Greg tomorrow." Sarah smiled.
"Greg?"
"My boyfriend. He's from Durmstrang." She nodded, as she said goodbye to the girls and left.
