Hybrid's great Christmas
Chapter 1
Darkri's point of view
"It makes sense that Alanna is the third dragon of legend." My sister said as her youngest child stayed close to her mother.
"Her blood is three fourths dragon, while the rest is a bunny, a wolf, and a Pheonix." I replied.
"Don't forget Ardoni, whatever species that is." She replied back.
"We haven't seen her since the eternal night have fallen." Topanga told us.
"My son did say that she was warped away by a portal." I said. "To where though?"
At that moment, a portal opened and it pulled us in, Topanga, our little sister Daylight, my sister's daughter Aura, myself, and everyone else in the room, until we landed somewhere bright. Which was supposed to bother dark dragons into dark places, but it doesn't bother me because I'm partial light. It's been so long since it snowed in our world, but we landed where there was snow, I looked to see strange creatures wandering around. One cried out in fear and screamed out for help.
"We mean no harm." I told it calmly.
It ran away from us, so did about fifty others.
"Why do they think that we're a threat?" Scarlet asked as she helped Kane up.
"We're not in our world." Kane answered. "This is all new to us too."
"Their technology isn't as advanced as ours at home." Volt said.
"Technical genius is he?" Sparx asked.
"He's my mate and one of Splendora's brothers after all." Light Beam answered.
"Splat, spread some paint around them!" We heard someone yelled.
"Why is that voice sound so familiar?" Griph asked.
"Got it Millie!" Another answered.
"Mom..." Frisk whimpered.
"Guys get the kids behind me." Scarlet said.
We placed the kids close to Scarlet as she took her sword out, I felt someone grabbing something out of my bag, I can see him while others can't.
"Pick pocke-" He said before a scratched him with my claw. "OWWW!"
He fell backwards as he appeared for the others.
"Sneaky thief aren't you?" I asked him.
"NIGHTSHADE!" We heard someone yelled.
She ran over to the thief and placed a bag down, she grabbed out a cloth with cold water, smart girl.
"Take your mask off." She told him.
He did and she cleaned his face from my attack before wrapping it in some gauze.
"Tell Alanna that Nightshade got attacked." She said.
"Millie?" Griph asked. "Is that you step sis?"
She stopped and looked towards us.
"Griph?" She asked. "Hey Topanga and Dan, I didn't expect you guys to be here, and who are they?"
"You remembered us, Millie?" Dan asked.
She nodded.
"Millie, you don't know these people, what if that was Luminous messing with you?" He asked her.
"How would he clone himself like you do huh Night?" She asked a different question rather than answering.
"Good point..." He said. "Did you find her yet?"
"No, she only gotten sniffles, which means one thing." She answered. "She's getting her portal master magic."
We heard someone sneezed before an infant appeared from a purple particle.
"Violet!" Millie yelled.
Millie then walked over to the child and picked her up.
"You had us worried Violet." Millie said.
The child hugged her and buried her head into Millie's arms.
"Whose kid is this?" Griph asked.
"She's my kid, her father is Nightshade." She answered.
"I'm an uncle now?" Griph asked.
"Yep." She answered.
"Hurt her or I kill you off, you thief." Griph said.
Nightshade's ears went down as his iris shrink in fear.
"I didn't hurt her when we met, and I don't want to hurt her at all." He told Griph.
"Don't pick on him Griph, he already gotten tortured by Luminous anyways." Millie replied.
"Where's Alanna then?" Dan asked.
"She's helping the others with the set up." She answered. "We'll call this a false alarm."
"False alarm?" Daylight asked.
"This happens to us as well." Ignitor answered. "Don't worry, this is a common thing during wars."
"Is it safe for us mom?" Frisk asked Scarlet.
"It's safe." She answered as she put her sword away.
"How did you guys get here?" Millie asked us. "Did you guys get here through a T.V?"
"No, we didn't." I answered.
"What is a T.V?" Frisk asked.
"Short for Television." Volt answered. "A box with circuits in it, along with wiring, cable and a screen for it, older versions had antennas once. It shows many things that anyone could watch."
"You explained it better than Volteer did, jokes aside, but Volteer would've explained it more longer." Griph said.
"I heard Nightshade yelling!" We heard someone said as she was running.
"There's nothing to worry about Chef Sweets, it's a false alarm." Millie assured her.
"Did I brought a brownie bite here for nothing?" She asked.
"I would probably need it." Nightshade answered.
She handed it to Nightshade and he ate it.
"Real fruity one." He said once he finished chewing.
"Berry mix." She replied. "I'm heading back to my bakery to continue planning sweets for Christmas."
"Cool." Millie said. "Try not to forget those whip cream cups for the infants!"
"I won't forget!" She replied.
"Infants?" My sister asked.
"There's more than one infant here for the Skylanders, Ambush and Lapdite had one, Alanna's twins plus Lumo, mine and Nightshade's daughter Violet, Mysticat and Roxanne's twin sons Dune and Desert, Bad Juju's son Juju junior, wait junior isn't really an infant, Sylph and Flare Wolf's Firefly, I think there are others." Millie answered.
"Don't forget Arrowshot." Splat said. "Mine and Buckshot's son."
"Plus our three, Zap, Aura, and Flash." Light beam added.
"Triplets?" The fawn asked.
"That's Splat." Millie told us. "She's one of the Skylanders in a team called Super Chargers."
"Skylanders?" Cyrus asked.
"We have a lot of explaining to do." Splat said. "First to Master Eon, we all usually tell him what happened, he's the guardian of Skylands, and the worlds that is connected to Skylands."
"Interesting." I said.
I let my scanner scan where we're at right now.
"What are you doing?" Splat asked.
"This is how we get our data in other worlds, it's better than to take actual samples." I answered. "Plus, our air quality level is stable enough for others like the people on Earth can thrive here, we do understand that species want to protect their home, but the world is ruled by our family."
"A single family ruling a whole world?!" Splat asked. "How?!"
"It's a long history." I told her.
"Do you guys have any art?" She asked another question.
"We do, we stored it all away when the first war started." I answered. "We had to do things to keep ourselves and the royals safe, matter of fact, most of us from the nine are royal bloods."
"We have some royals here, Alanna for starters, but we also have Golden Queen and Gearshift." Splat told me. "Luminous took over Radiant City at some point before Alanna and Luminous became an official thing. Alanna was a bit mad about it, but she overcame it eventually."
"Is it Alanna Crystal Dragoness you're talking about?" Volt asked.
"Yes." She answered.
"She told me about my father murdering my mother." Scarlet told Splat. "I am thankful that she told me the truth, if not then I would be dead, just like the others. In their realms, I'm called the last pirate."
"You're not the only pirate here though, we actually have a Skylander who is a pirate." Splat told her.
"Before we go deeper into this let's go and tell Eon what happened." Millie told us.
"Great idea." Splat said. "I'm starting to freeze my hooves off."
"It is starting to get cold for me." Ignitor replied. "This cold isn't good for any fire elementals."
"I think Kane is good for a bit because his fur is heavier than mine." Scarlet said.
We started to follow them back, along the way we saw some of the older kids chasing each other.
"Don't fall!" Someone called out. "I don't want Snapshot to get worried about you guys!"
"Okay!" The little bunny said.
"And there are the older little ones, this reminds me of our kids, more likely our daughters because our son is a prophet." I told Millie. "His name is Spyro."
"We have a Spyro and a Cynder here, this is gonna be awkward." Millie replied.
"Is there a tiny smartass Sparx?" Light Beam asked.
"Yeah, is there one of the annoying mosquito?" Kane asked.
"The dragonfly?" Millie asked. "No there isn't one."
"Really?" Sparx asked.
They burst out laughing because my sister called him a tiny smartass and Kane called him an annoying mosquito.
"Why are they laughing?" Sparx asked another question.
Alanna's point of view
"What's with the laughing?" I asked as I walked towards the crowd. "Mill kills? Nightshade what's going on?"
"A-Alanna?" they asked.
"Guys?" I asked back.
"What's with the red outfit?" Scarlet asked.
"A Holiday soon." I answered. "I thought you guys were dead!"
"We thought the same." Topanga said.
"Who are these guys?" Luminous asked. "Have they come here to kill us?!"
Luminous took out his sword.
"Lumin, remember when I told you about how parts of my soul is in separate worlds?" I asked him. "Well, a part of my soul is nonexistent to the dragon realms, I told you that Ignitus was the substitute teacher in disguise, and how I got to their world. I helped my cousins save the world twice before I gotten warped away. Speaking of Ignitus, where is he? I need to thank him for helping."
"He's gone." Terrance answered with his head down.
"No..." I said as my ears tilted down.
"I knew what he was doing, but his sacrifice helped them get through." Terrador replied.
Luminous put his sword away and hugged me.
"He shouldn't be dead..." I said quietly.
"Whoever Ignitus was, he helped you get to this point." Luminous told me.
"Who's the boyfriend?" Darkri asked.
"Was that appropriate to say Aunt Darkri?" I asked as I started to blush a little.
"Why not?" She asked. "It looks like you two are a couple."
We let go of our hug.
"That's Luminous." Millie answered.
"Who's Lumo then?" Light Beam asked.
"Lumo is our son that I created." Luminous answered. "I did this on purpose so Jace can have a little brother."
"I'm the one with most kids because of the twin girls, adopting Sendara and Jace, and now Lumo Dema Draco." I added.
"Five future heirs?" Darkri asked.
"I believe so." I answered.
"That's five, most parents have two to three." Light Beam said.
"How did you create him?" Volt asked.
"Female guardians are able to have children while male guardians, like myself, can create theirs with a core, one core is created every ten thousand years, their first appears when they're born. For the core to work, it needs a DNA sample from a parent, or both, the one who created the core can work with the rest. One guardian used it to save my life because our mother didn't have enough light energy to keep me alive, I got my star power after I came to full existence." Luminous explained.
"That's odd." Light Beam said to Luminous.
"It is, but it worked." He replied.
"You guys are probably stuck here until after Christmas." I told them.
"Really?" Scarlet asked.
"There hasn't been one in years, for both our world and theirs." Samuri said.
"Well, I'll say different places celebrates differently." I replied.
"Let's get going then." Ignitor said.
"So, where's cousin Spyro and former terror of the skies Cynder?" I asked.
"They're not with us." Darkri answered. "I'm sure we'll see them again."
"I hope so..." I said.
