Dream…
Everything is nearly pitch black, and yet she can hear the scream of terror, she looked at the terrifying man in front of her as she charged at him,
"AAAHHH!" a man screamed,
Slash!
She slashed his front torso with her claws as he fell to the ground bleeding, then saw the other man try to run away,
"Stay back-!" he cried, but she quickly caught up to him and…
Bam!
She pushed and bashed his skull against the wall, leaving smeared blood on some of the cracks, then she turned to the last man, injured from earlier, as he tries to crawl away from her. She approached him as he looked upon her in horror,
"No please, don't kill me... I don't wanna die," he begged her, she grabbed a hold of his face, covering his mouth,
"I will not take your life, but I will take those," she said, right before she thrust her claws in both his eyes, blood falling down the mans face, and she pulled them out of him,
"MMMM-MMMH!" the man mumbled loudly in agony after she gouged out both his eyes, she then released him from her grasped,
"MY EYES! WHAT HAVE DONE TO MY EYES! I CAN'T SEE!" the man screamed and cried in pain, she held the eye balls right in her hand…
Squish!
She squished them in her grasped as blood dripped through her hand and claws, then she turned to a broken cracked mirror beside her, looking at the reflection of herself with her crimson red hair and paled-skin, with her paled-red eyes and emotionless expression.
Dream over…
Gasped!
Sakura woke up, after that disturbing dream she had, she was sweating and panting, she didn't realize she overslept and that it's already passed noon,
"What the hell," she whispered as she immediately got out of bed, and head to the bathroom. She was about to wash her face until she noticed how dirty her fingernails are,
"How did I…?" she wondered how she got them, then she smelled hands as it got a strong iron odor, and the only thing she can compare that odor is...
"Blood!" her eyes grew wide when she realized her hand is covered in stench of dried blood, and it's her's. Then she thought about that about that disturbing dream she had about those men in the dark alley that were attack by paled-skin girl with long crimson hair and paled-eyes, and she saw the whole thing through her eyes… or rather her own eyes.
"It can't be real... it has to be a dream… I could never actually hurt someone like that-" she said to herself as she's freaking out, until she heard…
Knock-knock-knock!
"Sakura, are you up yet, you need to be ready once Kyro comes over," her mother called her through the door, she was silent for a moment, and thought through herself,
"…Yes I'm up, I'm getting ready right now," she said to her mother, before she calmly and quickly washes her hands, cleaning under her nails and getting rid of that blood stench,
"Just remain calm, and... pretend this never happened," she thought to herself trying her best not to think about that dream, or not dream, whatever it is she saw.
Over the mountains, near the waterfalls, to the cottage…
Sin was able to bring Sasuke to the cottage, by the time… Sasuke quickly pulled out his kunai knife and threw it up to the tree, Naruto fell out of and landed on the bushes,
"Hey, watch where you throw that," Naruto yelled at him,
"You really need to work on covering your chakra while following someone," Sasuke said to him,
"You knew he was following us," Sin asked,
"His chakra isn't hard to detect," Sasuked stated,
"So what are you doing here?" Sasuke asked him,
"I would ask you the same thing, and who is she? I never seen her before," Naruto asked after he got out of the bushes,
"I'm gonna guess he's another one of your comrades?" Sin asked,
"Unfortunately," Sasuke confirmed.
"Go away!" they all turned to the old lady, wearing knitted-poncho, a blue long skirt, has dark-lavender eyes, and dark-gray long hair tied down in a braid, who is scowling at the two Genins, "We don't want your business here?" she said to them, Sin walked up to her grandma,
"No grandma wait, he's the guy I told you about the other day," she said to her,
"Does he know about… you know who?" she asked Sin,
"Not entirely, but we could use the help in case something happens," Sin clarified, the grandmother looked at them for a moment than back to her.
"What about the blonde one?" she asked referring to Naruto,
"He was following us, but he is somehow involved, I can sense that energy coming from him," Sin said,
"So do I," her grandmother said, before she turned back to the boys,
"Alright… you can both come in," her grandmother inviting Naruto and Sasuke inside her cottage, Sasuke made then head start before Naruto followed him,
"What is going?" Naruto thought as they both entered the cottage.
Outside of the village…
Kyro brought Sakura at a small mountain area where they are at the edge, close to some sharp rocks at the far bottom, "This is where you come to train?" Sakura asked where gazing at the view,
"Only on my strength," Kyro said while he's doing some stretches and wearing in his Anbu uniform, "I sometimes climb, run, push, lift, and jump around my free time,"
"I can get the other four, but jump?" she asked,
"That's right…" he pointed to one of the mountains, "I jump in the far distant while controlling both my strength and agility," he explained,
"But that's miles away," she sated,
"Not if you don't think it is," Kyro clarified. Though Sakura is a little confuse, "I guess I have to show you what I mean," he said, and then he picked up Sakura is bridal style, which cause Sakura to blush being held in his arms.

Leap!
Sakura was frightened at first after how high he jumped, but slowly became amaze as she can almost see the whole world from above. Feeling the wind blowing and flown passed several edges, and by then Kyro landed on top of the mountain.
"You see, nothing to it," he looked at Sakura, as she became breathless, then he asked,
"Would you like to give it a try?" Sakura stuttered a bit, "Me?!" she said as he placed her back on her feet,
"I-I don't know…" she said, "It's just a simple jump, just with much chakra and strength," he said,
"Just watch how I do it," he said as he positioned himself like before,
"First, you focus on the target, then channel your chakra as it combined through the muscles of your legs, and with good timing and enough energy, you jump. Though know this, by the time you jump, don't think about falling, if that were to cross your mind, not only will you fail but you will also miss your target. You must never miss your target," he explained to her. Sakura stood and watched as he made his demonstration as he jumped high once again and landed back to the starting point. He turned to Sakura,
"Just do what I just did," he yelled to her,
"What if I fall?" she yelled back,
"I'll catch you if it happens," he responded. The wind blew as, Sakura looked down as she had no idea how high she is, fear slowly appeared to her as she's scared out of her mind,
"Don't look down, don't let your fear conquer you," Kyro yelled to her,
"M-my fear, I-" she hesitated; as her eyes became pale and the source from within absorbed her emotion once again.
"Sakura-chan," Sakura snapped out of it after she heard Kyro called out her name, "You don't need to worry, I won't let anything happen to you," he yelled. The wind blew again, as Sakura looked down again, except this time her fear is no longer in her, "My fear, it's…" she said to herself as she noticed something wrong, until…
"Come on Sakura-chan, you can do it," Kyro yelled, then Sakura cleared her thoughts as she decided to go for it. She positioned herself, focused her target, channeled her chakra through her legs, and…
Leap!
She finally jumped as she's high in the air, her fear has vanished and is overwhelmed with excitement, which slowly ended when she…
Crash!
She landed on Kyro which dragged him through the dirt and is now on top of him with their faces close to each other. Sakura blushed even more after being this close to him, though Kyro smiled and chuckled a bit,
"I'll give you a 9 for the jump and… 5 for the landing, all and all, you've done excellent," he said, before Sakura quickly got off of him, "I am so sorry about that, my mind was caught in the middle while I was in the air and…" she said, until she laughed with excitement by the time Kyro getting back up, "It felt so amazing, almost as if I could touch the clouds o-or if I could fly, I never felt so alive in my entire life, I wasn't scared anymore and I've never-" she stopped herself as she noticed Kyro looking at her,
"I probably sound ridiculous right now," she felt a little embarrassed, he smiled,
"Not at least," he said while glancing at her.
Inside the cottage…
Naruto and Sasuke are sitting on the floor at the living room, waiting for Sin and her grandmother to come with tea, they looked around the place, as there are many empty bottles and jars in counters, old letters and articles scattered on the small table to the floor, and cats roaming around. The odor of it is mixed with smoke and something rotten. Within a minute later, Sin and her grandmother finally came with tea,
"So… you wish to speak to me about what you believe is a young creature beyond you," Sin's grandma asked as she too sat on the floor, while Sin pour them some tea,
"I wouldn't refer it as a creature, but rather a person actually…" Sasuke said,
"What creature are talking about?" Naruto asked,
"I take it you are not aware of a demon child roaming around your village?" the Sin's grandmother said before she drank some tea.
"Demon child… what is she talking about?" Naruto asked,
"She's talking about a demon child posing as a human is somewhere in your village, and he's under the orders of the Head Demon himself," Sin clarified.
"Okay I don't get any of this, what is this demon child all about, and who are you people anyway?" Naruto asked them,
"Aren't we the curious one, if you must know, we are known as the 'Sensors', we detect and track down spiritual and demonic source from another dimension," Sin's grandmother explained, then she turned her attention to Naruto,
"For instant… I can sense a powerful yet gruesome demonic fox caged up within you," Naruto nearly shrugged when he knew she's talking about the Nine-Tailed Fox.
"This is a waste of time, the only reason I'm here is I need to talk to you about this red-haired girl I saw," Sasuke said,
"Wait, you saw her too?" Naruto said, surprised when he mentioned about the red-hair mystery girl,
"You both laid eyes on what appears to be a person, but is actually a demonic creature before you," Sin's grandmother confirmed.
"What made you think we-" Sasuke asked until she cut him off,
"I sense her trace of energy coming from the both of you, and this feeling is…" she gasped, "Beyond unbearable," she turned to Sin,
"Sin, we need to supply for the preparation," she said,
"Yes grandma," Sin said before she left the room.
"I would need to ask a favor from one of you to-" she said, until Naruto cut him,
"Okay, let me get this straight, are you telling me there's a demon in our village that we don't even know about?" Naruto asked, who doesn't understand any of this,
"Certain demons are considered very deceitful, as they attend to cover their energy and conceal themselves inside a living body in order to take full control of it," Sin's grandmother explained,
"Then how can we tell if someone is a demon?" Sasuke asked,
"There are many ways of exposing a demon; such as…" she said until she heard some books fell and hit the floor,
"Sin, be careful where you take the books out," she said to Sin,
"Sorry grandma," Sin said as her grandmother left the room to help her. Naruto turned to Sasuke,
"So you actually saw the same girl I saw?" he asked, Sasuke remained silent,
"The same girl pale skin, long red hair, and have red-eyes like…" he said, then Sasuke spoke,
"Rubies…I saw her earlier back in the village when I was on my way to the bridge," he said,
"Well, I saw her this morning at the bridge, I asked for her name but then she disappeared the second I looked awa-" Naruto said, until…
"You both stay away from her!" they both turned back to Sin's grandmother as she returned,
"But… why? I mean, she doesn't seem that harmful, or any demonic for that matt-" Naruto said, but got cut off again,
"She possesses great power and evil, which will bring harm to both you and anyone who gets near her," she stated.
"What kind of power does she carries?" Sasuke asked,
"I don't have all the details, all I know is that I can sense her source, as she's still in the progress of trying to dominate your fellow comrade's body," Sin's grandmother said,
"Our comrade… wait, you mean Sakura-chan? That can't be right, when I first saw her, her chakra is different than Sakura's," Naruto said,
"Same here, I only sensed her chakra when I walked passed her but detect no trace of Sakura's whatsoever," Sasuke agreed,
"Which I just mentioned earlier, certain demons are considered very 'deceitful,' as they attend to cover their energy and conceal themselves inside a 'living body,' there is a highly possible chance your female friend is still in peril as she's about to become possessed by a demon within her Inner spirit," Sin's grandmother said.
"Let's say if we were to believe in what you just said, is there a way to stop it," Sasuke said,
"No human can prevent the possession, only a demon, such as the Head Demon himself, are the only ones who can only separate the spirits between the two, I assume you both recognize the name Akeeba?" she asked,
"Eh…" Naruto shrugged when she mentioned him, he clutched both his hands after remembering his fight with him, of how was unable to defeated someone more powerful than him,
"I'll never forget that bastard, or forgive him for having his thugs kidnapped Sakura-chan," he said,
"I take it you've encountered that demon and engaged him in combat, and yet you are not strong enough to defeat him, which is no surprise because there is a long brief history about him, as well as the young children who is serving under her, for there is a history behind each of them you might never expect…" she said before she looked over to Sasuke,
"…including the Deceiver himself," she explained.
"So this favor you want to ask us, what is it?" Sasuke asked,
"I just need one of you to go to the book store, ask for a man name Frea, he collects rare books behind the back, and tell him I sent you," Sin's grandmother answered, then Sin returned with some books in her arms,
"I'll go, I know where that is," Sasuke said,
"I should go too," Naruto said, Sasuke opposed to it,
"I'm going alone, you should go back to sensei and Sakura while I'm gone," he said,
"Actually, I haven't seen Sakura lately. She hasn't shown up at the bridge this morning, I thought she was either with you or still at home," Naruto explained. Sin heard and looked over to Sasuke,
"You weren't keeping your eye on her?" Sin asked him, he didn't bother to answer,
"I told you to keep an eye on your comrade, and not let her be around the Deceiver too much," Sin said to him, he glared at her,
"Well it's not really my job of looking after my comrades 24/7, for all I know, she's probably hanging out with one of her girlfriends than this Deceiver you kept mentioning," Sasuke said.
Grassfield…
Achoo!
Sakura sneezed,
"Are you catching a cold?" Kyro asked,
"No, just a feeling of somebody talking about me," she answered after rubbing her nose, as they're now at a grass field, open area not too far from the village, with many fallen leaves on the ground,
"This is where you came to meditate and balance your chakra while performing a jutsu?" Sakura asked,
"All based on exercising my mind, and I find this a much suitable atmosphere to clear my thoughts and sometimes train my techniques in private," he explained,
"Oh… so I guess this is where I leave," Sakura said as she is about to leave, but he stopped her,
"Oh no-no-no, I didn't mean it like that, I meant that I sometimes train by myself with not much of a crowd watching me, I considered you as a very special guest of mine," he said, which did made Sakura stayed.
"And there's a certain technique I like to show you," he said before he rest his eyes, he inhaled and exhaled slowly, then made some hand signs, and it was not before long, Sakura noticed the leaves begin to float around them, and there is not even a breeze nearby, and yet she gazed at the leaves as some made a form of a 'butterfly', and some in a form of a 'flower', and then some of the leaves circulate around her and made a form of a 'heart'.
"Amazing," she smiled,
Kyro sighed, which did cause all the leaves to fall back to the ground, Sakura turned to him,
"What's wrong?" she asked, as she can tell something is bothering him,
"I guess my thoughts aren't fully clear," he said, as he sat himself down on the grass,
"It's just that… this moment is a small reminder of my father, before he passed away," he said feeling sad, then Sakura joined him as she sat on the grass in front of him,
"If you don't mind me asking… how did he die?" she asked, there was a brief moment of silence, before Kyro decided to answer her question.
"… It was from a very rare, very deadly disease, it was considered unknown but it contains many causes to the host once they're infected by it. Certain side effects which is beyond contagious, such as infection to the lungs making it painful to breathe, poisoning the bloodstream causing the pressure to rise enough to make the host cough out dark, yet dirty, blood, a dysfunction of the internal organs and immune system causing the muscle and bones to become weak, and above all, is their life span will rapidly decrease in a matter of time. Many doctors try to find the right ingredient to overcome this disease, but neither one of them have come even close of finding the cure, as it also considered incurable," he explained.
"Did your father try to find the cure?" she asked,
"… He has… he created his own cure to overcome the disease, but nobody believed it would succeed, so instead he decided to prove his work by leaving his home to go to another village to help the villagers who got infected by the disease. I was a child at that time, as I waited and waited for him to return home so he can teach me how to become a doctor just as he promised, until…" he stopped himself for a moment,
"…my whole life shattered before my eyes, when I saw the villagers brought back his lifeless body," Sakura became stunned after what she heard,
"They reported that he too got himself infected upon his arrival there, but it didn't stop him from helping the villagers, and by the time he was able to cure all of them, he was killed by the disease before he had the chance to save himself. I was so mad at him because he wasn't able to keep his promise, but mostly devastated the fact he left me and uncle, I sometimes thought to myself, 'how could a doctor save the entire village if he couldn't even save himself first?'" he said. Sakura gazed at him with sadness as he continues,
"Then I thought, 'How could he do this to me? Why would he leave me just like that? Was it all because of me?' I couldn't help but blame myself for what happened to him, if it wasn't for me he would have never got himself infected. The guilt made me feel like a monster, who would do such a thing to his own…"
Kyro was interrupted when Sakura wrapped her arms around his neck, and leaned on him, which caused him to fall back and lay on the grass. It really took him by surprise that Sakura is on top of him once again, hugging and comforting him,
"Never think that… and it's never your fault…" she said,
"Otherwise you will never reach your goal, everybody faced tragedy and suffered difficulties in the past but they learned from it to make them better people, I have friends who gone through difficult task and they all changed not just for themselves but to people that are precious to them; you're not alone in this world. And besides…" she smiles,
"You're no monster to me," she said while resting her eyes, though she is unaware she's now hugging… Ibate, while he lay on the grass with her on top of him, he slowly placed his hands on her back, returning the hug and staring at the sky at the same time, memorizing this place, time, and this moment with her.
