Chapter 1
The Island of Rendana and Bandit Attack
Izuku was getting dressed in the clothes that Lucia provided for them. Izuku wondered how strong would these mercenaries be and where would be located. Luckily Lucia gave them a map of the island called Rendana.
"Hmm I'm guessing this is like a medieval times." Izuku said as he sees his new clothes.
He shrugs and puts it on the clothes were of a white long sleeved shirt with a green short sleeved shirt and a gold sash that warps around his waist, white pants some leather boats, and a dark green cloak with a hood. His weapon was a pair of metal knuckle dusters with an emeralds on top of them. The bird that woke Izuku was still on his shoulder.
"…did she make me a monk oh well hey Ochako are you ok?" Izuku asked.
Ochako came out wearing her new clothes.
She is wearing leather armor, a chain link skirt, leather pants, a belt with some pouches and thigh high boots, fingerless gloves with armor plating on them, some armor on her shoulders. She is equipped with a one-handed metal hammer and small wooden shield with metal reinforcements.
"Wow you look really good Ochako." Izuku said as the bird tweeted in agreement.
"Thanks Dekiru-kun you look really well as a monk." Ochako said with a smile.
"Thank you Chako-chan." Izuku said as he gives her a kiss.
"Hey Izu-Niisan were done over here." Kota said.
Kota is dressed as a rogue. He's dressed in a shirt, leather armor, pants and boots. He also has a cape, his hat and is equipped with a flute and a pair of daggers and a crossbow with his Quiver on his back.
"Glad to see you're doing well." Kota said.
"Kota-Ai where are you?" Eri asked.
"With Izuku and Ochako." Kota said as Eri came out.
Eri's clothes resembled a Nun's robes with a veil and a skirt that reaches her knees. Her veil contained a helmet and her horn is exposed, her arms have a pair leather bracers, she also has a leather corset with a metal skirt, some pants and a pair of boots. Her weapon is a broadsword on one hand and a staff on the other.
"Wow Eri you look beautiful". Izuku said.
As he looked at his daughter he noticed a ring on Eri's Finger.
The ring was a simple gold band with a Diamond surrounded by a small sapphire, emerald and rose quartz gems.
Izuku was smart and quickly put two and two together and smiled.
"So where did you get the ring Kota?" Izuku said still smiling.
Kota shrugged.
"It came with my stuff so I proposed Eri with it." Kota said as Eri kissed Kota cheek.
"Good maybe we can get them married when we get to the first town." Eri said as Kota nods.
"Oh my god congratulations Eri!" Ochako said as she hugged her daughter.
"Thank you mama I kind of wished my Onee-chans were here to see me married." Eri said as a tear fell from her eye.
Kota wiped the tear from her face and said.
"We live for them." Kota said as Eri nods.
"Thank you Kota." Eri said.
"Let's see a smile Eri-Chan alright." Izuku said as Eri gives her father, mother and fiancé a bright smile.
This makes them smile as well.
"Ok then besides the equipment and bags of gold let's see what else Lucia gave us." Ochako as they checked the bags.
The bags were filled with food, water, sleeping bags, tents, lanterns, oil for said lanterns, arrows for Kota's Crossbow, a medicinal herbs and bottles filled with liquids for Eri, maintenance kits for the weapons and armor and bird feed for Izuku's new bird.
"Hmm this is good I say we go to the nearest village." Kota said as Izuku looks at the map.
Izuku looks at the map and sees a village a few miles from the church.
"Ok everyone theirs a village nearby we can get there in a few days time." Izuku said as the others nod.
After that they packed up and left the church. They soon leave behind the church and into a forest. Once in they look at all of the living trees they were amazed about all the life that is flourishing after seeing all of the death they know for over a decade and now it was like night and day.
As they walked along Izuku was talking to Ochako, Eri and Kota were discussing wedding plans. Once they passed a bunch of bushes. They started to notice that everything was silent. Nothing made a sound not even the animals made noise.
Izuku and the others realized what was happening an ambush.
"Guys stay on guard." Izuku said as everyone put their backs against each other.
"Come on out we know you're here." Izuku said as 15 bandits surrounding them.
"So you noticed us well then how about you give us the gold and girls so will let-." Bandit 1 said until Izuku punched him knocking him out.
All of the other bandits were shocked at this.
"Hey why did you do that man?" Bandit 2 asked.
"Um you were going to kill me and Kota anyway and rape the girls afterward so I figured why bother." Izuku said.
"…Guy's got a point." Bandit 6 said with a shrug.
"Then let's get the bastard!" Bandit 9 shouted as they all charged at them.
Izuku used Full Cowl at 5% and charged at them and punched a pair of bandits.
"Gah! Damn it get the girls!" Bandit 7 shouted as another one charges at Ochako and Eri.
Ochako blocked an attack form said bandit and she hits him with her hammer thus breaking his arm and then bashing his head with her shield.
"Damn it! That bitch. GGGAAAHHHHH!" Bandit 12 yelled as Ochako stomped the Bandit's balls.
Another one charged at Ochako. She charged as well and slapped him making him float.
"Hey wait? WHAT THE FUCK! WHY AM I FLOATING?!" Bandit 15 shouted as he was several miles off the ground.
"Release." Ochako said as she releasing her Quirk making the Bandit fall to his death.
Kota is firing the arrows at the bandits. But one of the Bandits got close to him until he was blasted him with water pushing the bandit back.
"Take this you bastard no one touches Eri but me!" Kota said as he fired another arrow killing him.
Eri blushed as she slashed another bandit.
"Kota stop." Eri said still blushing.
After a while 13 of the 15 were dead only two remained the one Izuku knocked out and another that had surrendered.
"Thank you for letting me live. I only did because I was desperate. I'm Leo of Randor Hamlet." Leo said.
Leo didn't look much besides wearing some basic clothes. He has brown hair and eyes.
"Izuku Midoriya, this is my wife Ochako, my daughter Eri and her Fiancé Kota Izumi." Izuku said as he points to Ochako, Eri and Kota.
They greet Leo as well and asked them where this Randor Hamlet is.
"It's not far from here but it's being rampaged by Bandits and Mercenaries the common folk either have to commit Banditry or Join the Mercenaries. I am no different I only did for the money and for my wife who is bearing my child." Leo said.
"Hmm. I need to look at my map." Izuku said as he looks at the map to find said Hamlet and he does.
"Ok we can easily get there no problem but is there an Inn and a Church in the Hamlet?" Ochako asked.
"There's a small Inn but only a Chapel and Holy Law states that no wedding may be held at a Chapel." Leo said making Eri pout.
"Just be patient love and we'll see you in a great white dress." Kota said making Eri smile.
"Can I ask you one thing the bandits you killed beside the one you knocked out have bounties on their heads you can get quite the sum for them." Leo said.
"Thank you Leo and the guy that's alive?" Izuku asked referring to the bandit he knocked out.
"He worth more if he's brought back alive." Leo said.
"Izuku used Blackwhip to bind him." While Leo and Kota looted the corpses not finding much some weapons and some rings they could sale.
Rando Hamlet
"Were here Randor Hamlet." Leo said.
The Group sees the Hamlet for the first time and found it nice it was a small community filled with farms, a smithy, the Inn and a bounty station. It is also surrounded by a wood palisade.
Just as the group was about to enter a guard spots them.
"Leo is that you?" The Guard asked.
"Yeah Donnie it's me you mind opening the gate we have a few bounties to turn in." Leo said.
"So ya decided to suck up your pride and to work with your Pa." Donnie said in a smug tone.
"Ah shut it you dumbass but yes I know when I am wrong." Leo said.
"Good I know you got dreams but sometimes ya need to keep them grounded." The Donnie said.
The last remark hit Izuku hard it reminded him of when he first met All Might.
"I just have to try harder but I'll work for Pa just to be safe." Leo said with a grin.
"Don't say that I didn't warn ya besides yer misses is waiting for ya." Donnie said as Leo pales.
"Welp I'm as good as dead I'll take ya to the Inn as for the Bounty Station its right next door." Leo said as he takes them to the Inn.
As the group makes a slight detour to the small Hamlet of Randor they wonder what the new day would bring them. Hopefully they can drive the Mercenaries out and make the Island prosper again.
Back at the church
"So the source came from here?" A haughty voice said.
"Indeed the local deity must have gotten desperate." A logical voice said.
"It matters not we are to rid this island of these sellswords." A Deep voice said.
"And what of the ones she brought." A seductive voice said.
"We leave them be if they have the same objective and if they do not we cut them down like the rest." Another feminine voice said.
"Of course Inquisitor Ophelia." The deep voice said as the now named Ophelia kneeled before the broken statue and prayed.
"O Lucia goddess of the Harvest have no fear of us for we carry out the will of our Divine Lord Rubicon we ask of you send a Message to your chosen warriors that they have Allies in Rubicon Inquisition Amen." Ophelia said.
After a few minutes Ophelia stood up, turned around and walked away from the Church as did the others.
After they left Chibi-Lucia appeared and she looked worried.
"I hope Izuku kept that bird because he's gonna need it." Lucia said worried about the Inquisitors.
