Things are getting a whole lot tense as many the villagers are falling victims to Ibate's flowers, along with some food that were added to their 'specialties' in many restaurants. Apparently, Sasuke and Shino noticed it right away, as they, along with Naruto are heading back to the cottage to talk to the Sensors about it. In the meantime, Jiraya tried to prevent many of the shinobis to not attend the get-together tomorrow, still believing something is off about Shizune and Tsunade, and he's gonna figure it out by…
Near the Waterfall…
Although they snuck through the village without being spotted by any of the 'possessed' villagers, who are still in search of Sasuke, they were able to reach to the cottage, as they spotted Sin gathering some plants at the small garden. Sin soon spotted they're arrival and approached them,
"It's nice to see you two again, though I did not expect you bring company," Sin referring to Shino,
"I didn't expect to meet a 'Sensor' that happens to be a child," Shino said meeting her for the first time,
"I'm not the only one, my grandmother is one too," Sin replied. Sasuke once again removed the hood and the shaded glasses,
"Which is why I needed to speak to both of you about what is happening to the villagers. That 'Deceiver' you mentioned was able to control some of the villagers by spreading his flowers and had already reached to the food source. I need to know if there is a way to break that control and free the villagers," Sasuke said,
"My grandmother may something about it," Sin said, before her grandmother appeared right behind her,
"Didn't we not told you to stay away from the girl with red-hair?" Sin's grandmother yelled while glaring at Naruto, as she can sense that 'demonic' energy coming from him; and it doesn't belong to the Nine-Tailed Fox. She approached him with full fury,
"And yet, you followed her yesterday and then encountered her again today, she got inside your head and discovered the Fox Demon sealed inside you. Do you want her to take full control of both of you? Well, do you?!" Sin's grandmother gave him a stern look, Naruto did not expect that type of reaction towards her, though it did not let him get to him as he looked at her with a straight face,
"She mentioned to me something is going to happened in two days… what does she mean by that?" he asked, Sin's grandmother was silent for a moment before she looked over to Sasuke, Shino and Sin, then back to Naruto,
"Come inside," she said to them as she led them inside her cottage to explain everything.
Village, near the Hokage Residence…
On the roof top, Tsunade and Shizune, along with Mrs. Haruno and Mrs. Yamanaka, are all kneeled before their master, Ibate stood in front, gazing at the village, as he can sensed more subordinates increase, obtaining and spreading all around, and will obtain even more by tomorrow,
"Are the preparation been set?" Ibate asked them,
"Everything is ready for tomorrow for both parties, gathering the shinobis and have them serve under you," Mrs. Yamanka answered,
"Though, there appears to be a small interference attempting to disrupt our gathering, that Toad Sanin is beginning to figure out the plan," Ibate stated.
"Would you like for us to take care of him for you," Tsunade asked,
"That won't be necessary… I've already selected someone to keep that Toad Sanin distracted," Ibate said. Then they heard someone appeared from behind, they all turned around to the new subordinate,
"Excellent timing… I'm in need of your skills on a certain task I have assigned for you," Ibate said to known other than the village prodigy of genjutsu, Kurenai, as she kneeled before her master,
"I'll do whatever it takes," she said, prepare for the assigned task.
Prison…
Ibiki came to the prison to check on the prison, he spoke to one of two the Anbu Black Ops,
"Any problems with the prisoner?" he asked,
"No actually, he hardly made peeped and rarely eat the food we gave him," the first Anbu said,
"Did you either of you check on him?" Ibiki asked,
"We just took over shift, so no, we haven't yet," the second Anbu said,
"Why don't I check, just to be sure," Ibiki said,
"By all means," the first Anbu said as they both stepped aside to let Ibiki inside,
Ibiki went down the stairs to the door that led him to the cell where the prisoner, Akeeba, should be, only… when he looked through the bars, he doesn't see the prisoner, but instead discovered… a small stray black cat with green eyes, lying on the ground barely moving and breathing, the same stray cat that came here before…
"He's not here," he said before he immediately went back up the stairs,
"He escaped!" he yelled to the two Anbu's,
"What?! That can't be?" the second Anbu said,
"He used a Substitution jutsu on an animal and escaped. Alert the other Black Ops, we have an escaped prisoner," Ibiki said to them before he heads straight to the village.
Interrogation, headquarters…
The emotionless children are kept in separate rooms being guarded and monitored by the Anbu's, some of them are standing outside guarding the entrance, one of them sighed,
"Over three hours in guarding, and yet nothing good ever happens," the third Anbu complained,
"Quit your complaining, we were order to keep a look out for anything suspicious and dangerous from entering the building," the fourth Anbu said. By then, they heard something coming from the trees, they both have their guard up, waiting for something to happened, and then… they soon spotted a black stray cat with bright yellow eyes jumped out of the trees, and stood right in front of the Anbu's,
"Meow," the cat replied, appearing harmless, the Anbu's let down their guard,
"Oh… it's just a stray animal, nothing suspicious or dangerous here," the third Anbu said,
"I never liked cats," the fourth Anbu said. Before they noticed, the cat started to approach them,
"Don't come over, get out of here," the fourth said to that cat, but the cat continues to approach them,
"I said get out of here, you stupid cat!" the fourth yelled at it, unaware of the cat's eyes are glowing bright and energy begins to develop, feeling a little paranoid by that cat, the fourth pulled out a kunai knife,
"If you take another step closer, I swear I'll cut off your tail and-" the fourth threatened the cat until…
Growl!
The yellow energy flows around cat, as it's slowly transforming into a different form, which created large shadow that casted upon the two Anbu's, as they gazed in horror at the unknown creature before them,
"What the hell!" the third yelled.
…
All the children in the separate rooms, just sitting there doing nothing, until…
"AAAAHHH!"
ROOOOOAAAAAAAA!
They all heard scream from the Anbu's and a demonic cry from a familiar source they know, and he's here to come get his children.
Village, small restaurant…
Iruka, Gai, Asuma, and Kakashi are sitting at the table, having an unexpected meeting with Jiraya,
"So, if I were to understand, Master Jiraya wants to talk to us in regards of tomorrows get together that Lady Hokage invited us?" Gai asked,
"It is what he instructed me to asked you all to come meet here, he mentioned he noticed something off about Lady Hokage and Shizune, and wants to fill us in the details," Iruka said, before he looked around the restaurant,
"Has either of you seen Kurenai? I went by her place and she wasn't there," he asked,
"She mentioned she has to take care of something, I don't know what it is," Asuma answered before he pulled out another cigarette,
"You okay?" Kakashi asked, noticing how distraught Asuma is,
"I'm fine just… curious about what Jiraya is going to tell us, when is he coming?" Asuma asked by the time he lit his cigarette,
"He should be here soon, just need to take care of something real quick, so in the meantime, we wait til he gets here," Iruka said.
In about two tables away from them, Anko is waiting for her order as she's sitting by herself, and then soon the waiter came with her order,
"Here you go ma'am," the waiter said,
"Arigato," Anko smiled as she is about to dig into her usually dango, until she stopped when she noticed the unusual color of the syrup, instead of her usual light-brown, it's light-blue instead,
"This isn't my usual," she said to the waiter,
"It is our new specialty we're promoting, it is quite popular to many customers," the waiter explained, though Anko appeared unsure since she had never seen this type of syrup around here,
"Why don't you give it a try, if you like it, it is on the house," the waiter said,
"Seriously?!" Anko became surprised, the waiter nodded. Anko looked at the dango with the light-blue syrup, though very strange, but… she doesn't see no harm in trying something new so… she shrugged her shoulders, picked up the dango and took a big bite of it, chewing and tasting it,
"… Not bad, the aftertaste is a little off but… I like it," she said before she took another bite,
"Glad to hear… enjoy," the waiter smiled before he walks away, and slowly opened revealing his paled-brown eyes as he was able to obtain another one for his master.
Village, alley…
Jiraya is on one knee as he placed a small note on Tonton's pearl collar,
"By the time I inform the others, you deliver this to the guy I told you about, he has connection to other people from village to valleys. Be sure he gets this," he instructed her,
"Oink!" Tonton oinked,
"Okay, you be careful now," Jiraya said to her before Tonton begins heading off to a secret mission.
Jiraya got up, as he now begins to head to the restaurant to meet with the Jounins who are waiting for him, he turned to the corner, until… he heard someone crying, a woman to be precise, he followed that sobbing as he soon found that sob coming from a beautiful young lady in her 20s, with long blonde hair, with a curve figure, a blue strapless dress, showing her cleavage, as she's sitting on the bench all by herself; much to Jiraya's pervy delight, as he made a big grin, and one of his nostril slowly bleeds. He quickly straightened himself, before he approached the lady,
"Hello there," he said to the sobbing woman, as she looked at him with her bright-green eyes,
"Why are you crying?" he asked her, the woman wiped her tears,
"My boyfriend just broke up with me, he said I wasn't pretty enough for him, so he just left me for someone else," the blonde woman said. Jiraya sat next to her,
"Well that's just plain cruel of him to leave you like that, no gentleman should ever do that to such a beautiful woman such as yourself," Jiraya said, acting like a gentleman,
"You find me beautiful?" she asked,
"Astonishing," Jiraya smiled. The blonde lady blushes and smiles, feeling much better, and then,
"I'm thinking about getting a drink at this bar, would you… like to join me," she asked him,
"Oh well… I'm kinda in a middle of something, I was just about to meet some people to…" Jiraya appeared reluctant as he was just on his way to meet with the Jounins, and then to his surprise the lady placed her hand on his lap,
"Please, I don't want to be alone after what happened, and plus… I always have a thing for, older men," she said while giving him the arousing look, which stimulate Jiraya even more,
"I suppose a… drink, or two wouldn't hurt," he smiled before they got off the bench, and then the lady wrapped her arms around his arm,
"Hope you don't mind," she smiled,
"Not at all," Jiraya grinned as they started heading to the bar. Unbeknown to him… Kurenai is hidden in the shadows near the alley, watching him, focusing her given task on the Toad Sanin.
